Kimball Farm Westford is a beloved destination offering a variety of outdoor activities and delicious homemade ice cream. Visitors can enjoy mini-golf, bumper boats, and batting cages, making it an ideal spot for a day out with friends or family. The farm's rich history dates back to 1939 when it was founded as an ice cream stand in a converted dairy barn. Today, it has expanded to four locations across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Excellent place for family fun! There's fun for all ages, and the location is beautiful. The food is varied and affordable. The ice cream is delicious! You have to try it before leaving; you won't regret it. The key is to arrive early so you have time to do several things and not get caught waiting for each attraction. My family and I are already planning to return soon to do the rest of the activities we couldn't do on this visit.
Nathy K — Google review
We had such a good time with the family at this spot! The kids (age 4,6 and 16) enjoyed mini golf, batting cages, driving range, petting zoo, zip lining, bumper cars and bumper boats. It wasn’t super crowded and there weren’t any lines. I had a lobster roll for dinner that was fine and the kids had hot dogs and grilled cheese. We also had ice cream (of course) which was served in VERY GENEROUS portions. We will definitely go back when we’re in town again!

We had our team event here with Amazon Robotics and it was an absolute blast! Kimball Farm in Westford is the perfect spot for group outings – there’s so much to do, from mini golf and bumper boats to batting cages and driving range. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the staff kept everything running smoothly for our group. Of course, the highlight was the legendary ice cream – huge portions and so many delicious flavors. The food options are great too, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for team events, family outings, or just a fun day with friends. Highly recommend!

Place is really great in regards to style and things to do. The Mini Golf courses are incredible and are probably the best in all of New England in my view. The only issue is it's so busy. There are hundreds of people and would be so much more enjoyable if it wasn't mobbed . The parking lots are packed, the ice cream lines are 50 feet back , and the driving range was packed full on a Saturday night in August. Beautiful at night.
Matt M — Google review
I have been to the Lancaster location, but this location has way more activities. There's mini golf, a driving range, batting cages, bumper boats, and more. The country store is open late. The ice cream is delicious, but the sizes are weird. You can only get two flavors in a large. Definitely a fun summer spot.
Adnan S — Google review
I was so excited to go get some ice cream last Monday . This place was so full ,there was no stop cars come in and go out . I walking around a littler bit going to the stores and getting some gifts , littler too expensive but it worth it . Then we go get ice cream and I chose strawberry and chocolate , hubby got pistachio. And this girl filled his ice cream so much . But ice cream was absolutely delicious and so refreshing, I need to go back there before summer ends. The line for get ice cream was not too long cuz they have a lot of window services so we didn’t had to wait that long . I love it 🥰
Perrrfect_ Q — Google review
Such a fun place. They sell ice cream, delicious fried seafood, burgers, hot dogs, etc. and have different activities throughout the complex that you pay and wait for. Lines were really long on a Saturday, which is expected, but doesn’t let you do as much. Fried seafood platter is delicious, costs $50 or so. They don’t let you do any substitutions when ordering.

If you are looking for somewhere the whole family can enjoy, this is the place. There’s no admission fee, you can purchase for 3 or 5 games bracelet. Mini golf, bumper boat, and touching the ferret were my kid’s favourite. Highly recommended!

Kimball Farm Miniature Golf

Miniature golf course
Amusement center
Kimball Farm Miniature Golf is a family-friendly destination in Westford, MA offering 36 holes of mini-golf with caves, bridges, and waterfalls. In addition to mini-golf, visitors can enjoy bumper boats, batting cages, arcade games, and delicious homemade ice cream at the on-site parlor. The venue also features circular bumper boats and a zip line for children.
Kimball's has two intertwined miniature golf courses to choose from (Waterfall or Mine) in a well-kept nature setting. Both courses are great fun and I can't decide which I like better. There is a discount for a replay if you are up to doing both courses in one outing.
Mark M — Google review
Go for the ice-cream. Forget the rest. The park admits too many people and yet are happy to sell you 3-ride or 5-ride wrist bands without any warning that the lines for all activities are 1hr+ long. We wanted to be at the park for a few hours (2-5pm), bought a x3 wrist-band thinking we'd bang out 3 rides, eat ice cream, and leave. We only had enough time to do bumper-boats - once. The actual time in the boat was ~3minutes vs the ~1.5hrs in line. After seeing similarly long lines for other activities (bumper-cars/zip-line/batting cages), we bailed. Mini-golf? Forget it, 2.5-3hr wait time (this was posted). Felt very ripped off for a single-use $28 x3-ride pass for both kids to go on bumper boats for a few measly minutes. No thanks. Hard pass next year.
Carl S — Google review
Perfect place to enjoy outside for any age, delicious food and ice cream, it’s a place to have fun with family and friends!
Fran M — Google review
Such a great place to bring my 5-year-old granddaughter and my teenage son! Each year, she's entranced with different things -- although the misting tent is always a highlight, lol! Animal shows, pony rides, bumper boats are all faves. While my son loves the driving range, bumper cars, zip line, and such. Pricing is great if you get a 3-ride or 5-ride bracelet. Air-conditioned arcade time is always welcome at the end (with complimentary passes with 5 bracelet). Setting is beautiful and wooded with rides separated by trees and gardens -- definitely doesn't feel crowded like an amusement park. Food is okay but pricey and not a lot of options for vegetarians or vegans (basically a veggie burger and sides). Ice cream is as good as they say, but be prepared to wait.
Brenna M — Google review
Kimball farm is top notch, good ice cream and food. The place is very large and easy to spend hours there. Maybe go a little off hours because it gets very crowded especially when they have events and parties.
Fred — Google review
First time. Parking was ok. Mini golf was busy had to wait awhile on each hole. The bumper cars were alot of fun since then could spin in circles. The batting bases were also fun. The zip line is definetly more a child attraction. The food was good ice cream too. Everything was priced decently.
A W — Google review
It's hard to give them an honest review, because the problem they face is that they are too popular. What a horrible thing to write. I guess if there was a way to decrease wait times for everything, it would be better, but I don't know how they could do that. A 2 hour wait for mini golf is excessive, but it's because everyone wants to play. It's a little crazy. Ice cream is great, and the burger I had for lunch was actually surprisingly good. Big, thick patties ... Overall, I think if you could take a day off during the week, when there's a chance that there are less people, you'll have a great time.
Chris G — Google review
The fact that they only allow one parent in sucks ! We were two moms with two 9y old kids and one of us had to stay out missing taking pics and the whole point of bringing the kids and hang out with others . It’s not a business that supports the family… just a business! So disappointing!

Nashoba Valley Tubing Park is a popular winter destination offering ski lessons, rentals, and the largest snow tubing facility in New England. With over 600 snow tubes and 18 lanes, it promises an ultimate snow adventure for all ages. Visitors can enjoy the convenience of online ticket booking and access to fake snow, making it less weather-dependent than other locations. The park's proximity to Boston makes it a convenient choice for those seeking snowy thrills without traveling far.
first time trying out snow tubing, and thanks to this guy, he made the experience the best possible ever, all my friends enjoyed it and he deserves some recognition! (we asked him to to take a picture of our group and although we don’t his name, here’s a selfie of him lol!)

We went on a Wednesday early afternoon for the 2 hr slots, which wasn’t too busy at the time. There’s usually a discount on Wednesday but for that week because it was February vacation, it was not valid sadly. For $48 per person, you get to rent the tube but you have to provide your own winter gear. Later on the afternoon, it got pretty busy where the lines were getting hard to be organized. We were able to get about 6-7 rides before our 2 hr time was up. There’s a conveyor belt that brings you up to the slopes, which there is a smaller one and a bigger one. There’s at least seven lanes which two of them are reserved for the little ones. The experience of going down is super fun, the only downside is wait time and the staff isn’t really keen especially when the lines get really long. There’s people that tend to cut/ roughhouse or try to match with their sliding partners. I definitely recommend going in the morning
V — Google review
It was fun, sure but definitely more for kids. Only 2 hills, next to each other with maybe 7 lanes on each. Pretty basic. It would be a lot more fun if they added some turns, slopes, anything to make it a bit more thrilling. We went with 2 adults and 2 older teenagers (16 and 17) and we were over it before the 2 hour window expired.
Mark S — Google review
Very fun! We went early as soon as they opened and we managed to get a great amount of runs! Staff was friendly. It did get very crowded when we were leaving so definetly try to go off peak times.
Filipe G — Google review
We arrived on time, at the moment we have been standing in line to go down for 46 minutes and have not gone down even once. Very disorganized lines. There are 6 more people in front of us, and most likely for 100 dollars we will only go down twice!!!!
Виктория Д — Google review
Paid $45 per person for 2hours slot. Online ticket then show them the order number at the front. Fake snow here so doesn’t rely on weather as much. Don’t need to drive to NewHampshire. This is close to Boston. Although New Hampshire ones are about $10 cheaper per person they sell out faster too. Glad this was open. Lots of parking available. Food for sale. pizza looked good. Tried the fried Oreos Super oily came floating in oil. Had to pour it out. Next time I’ll just get the pizza They have bathrooms actually well maintained. Didn’t smell. And warmer than portapottu The lines get long once you’re up on the hill. I think it took about 15 between each ride. Hold on to your hats lots of people dropped theirs and slowed down the rides as staff needed to grab items in lanes. The staff were friendly and nice. 👍 Overall good experience would try to go on a less busy day next time.
Juma N — Google review
Fun couple of hours My kids really enjoyed themselves here - we went early in the day so it wasn't too busy - it got really busy around lunch time. We got in about a dozen runs in the 2 hour window. Snow was good condition - the tubes went fast. There is a shack with drinks and food available (not great and too expensive) and portable johns. The employees at the top helping navigate the lines and get the people down the hill were trying to manage more than one line per person, this caused a delay in some of the more popular lanes. Overall, we had fun, 2 hours is a good time limit, and we'd go back again.
Paulette G — Google review
Not worth it. We arrived on time, but only a single ticket window was open with a long sprawling line for ticket pick-up. That was the start of the waiting. This was during school vacation week when people should expect crowds, but when you're paying so much you expect to go down more than 4 times. The park definitely over-sold time slots. Lines were long and disorganized. Our group spent the majority of the time on the conveyor belt (which they kept stopping for various reasons) and in long lines at the top waiting for the "all clear". There are two tubing areas side by side, with very little variation between them. We don't plan to go back.

Nashoba Valley Ski Area, located in Westford, Massachusetts, is a charming ski destination with 17 trails and a vertical drop of 240 feet. It's an ideal spot for beginners and intermediate skiers to hone their skills. The resort features a variety of lifts, lessons, and a giant snow tubing park for added fun. The Outlook at Nashoba Valley is a rustic lodge restaurant offering serene mountain views and a cozy ambiance.
The perfect place to learn to ski. Great small mountain, friendly staff and several bunny slope options. I wish I had signed up my kids in time for lessons - they sell out fast! But we have loved going there for 2 or 4-hour windows of skiing, and it’s so easy to get to / get skiing!
Amanda N — Google review
I had a great day tubing at Nashoba Valley tubing area. Staff was very helpful, and the weather was perfect. Plenty of lanes to go choose from going down the hill, and really well accommodated for big crowds. Pick out a tube, use the standing lift to get up the hill, and then pick a lane to fly down! Great fun for the whole family, definitely going back someday.
Jillian K — Google review
Kids had great time. Staff was nice, wish there is some sort of process to split the crowd into lanes at the peak. Few lanes are not smooth enough for one to slide all the way down. Try to stick to 3rd and 4th lanes as of this writing.
RK — Google review
Great place to go if you are learning. Great for kids too. Kinda pricey, they have no reason to be that expensive. Staff was friendly and rental and ticket pickup was easy
Don P — Google review
I’ve been here a lot and it’s not bad for a local small ski area but I would say it’s mostly just a mountain to learn to ski although it still is fun even for more experienced skiers. They don’t get quite the same amount of snow anymore naturally but they have good snow making abilities.
Oliver S — Google review
Good small moutain to get your ski legs on. Short ride and nice bar in the lodge. 2 or 3 hours is probably enough per visit. Nice having 4 lifts. Blows away blue hills!
Jeff B — Google review
This is our home ski area. My kid learned skiing here, and leveled up to experienced skier. The trails are relatively short, but good enough for kids and adults for casual skiing. The black diamonds are steep and challenging, great for racing events. We did enjoy this ski area every season!

Too small, and waaaay too expensive for what it is. If you are a beginner, this place is perfect, but if you are anything beyond that, you need to look elsewhere.

Nestled in Westford, MA, The Sunset Tiki Bar is a delightful kid-friendly bar and grill that captures the essence of summer fun. With its inviting swimming hole and vibrant beach menu, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with refreshing tiki drinks. Guests rave about the grilled teriyaki shrimp and wings, which are must-tries alongside their casual bar food designed to complement your drink of choice.
It was very busy at the sunset Tiki bar. Our servers were excellent music was great. One small issue manager took care of immediately. We had a really good time.!

Vibes here are great! Then that’s about where it ends, for the prices they charge you for the mediocre food you would expect more out of this spot, guess that’s what we’re paying for, the atmosphere. Husband & I went for our wedding anniversary just last Fri (7/11) he made note of this all over reservation, no acknowledgments (no big deal) staff did switch our table when we asked. However when I ordered the warm lobster roll for $42 the LAST thing I expected was for it to come out on a hot dog bun?? Lobster was “ok” pretty disappointing. Come on guys, do better…
Angela Z — Google review
The Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill in Westford MA is another one of those great hidden gems that more people should know about. Obviously they have great Tiki drinks, but definitely get the grilled teriyaki shrimp and wings, you won't be disappointed. It's also a great place to enjoy live music! They have a great stage and open-air seating area perfectly situated between the bar and the stage as well as additional tent covered seating. Additionally they have a lake Waterfront, with lifeguards on duty, and additional waterfront seating in Adirondack chairs and tables. They also have a small kids playground and games like giant Connect 4 and Cornhole. Located on the opposite side of Nashoba Valley Ski Area , and makes this spot a terrific year-round destination. Another great collab with Greater Merrimack Valley

I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a few years and finally all of our schedules aligned and we headed their way. The atmosphere was a vibe. Super cute. Upon entering there was a small playground complete with a few corn hole boards. We were seated right away. I would definitely make reservations as it gets packed pretty quickly. The day we went was overcast but still enjoyed the view. Our waitress seemed to be in a rush but was fine overall. We order the nachos and for the main course We all pretty much ordered the same meal, Tiki bacon burger which comes with rice, Cole slaw, chips or pasta salad. We each order different sides. The nachos were ok. Nothing special. The burgers lacked seasoning. I asked for crispy bacon but it not what I got. I took most of it off. I ordered the mango tango beverage. For a drink that contained a few different alcohols It tasted like juice. There was live music and definitely a beachy feel which I loved. I would definitely go again but perhaps order something else like a pizza which looked tasty. It’s a little expensive but worth a visit.
Jessica S — Google review
I want to love this place…but the way I am treated by the hostesses and the reservation situation is a nightmare. I have tried to come three times and denied service each time due to not being able to make a reservation. I’m a great paying customer. Being in the service industry, I can’t believe the money they lose by not seating people and turning them away. Empty tables everywhere and no one willing to seat us. Losing money each time on these tables, they turn customers away. Just wish it was a little more lenient for walk ins.

Found this hidden gem over the summer and went twice. Both visits were excellent—the service, food, and atmosphere were all amazing. Definitely planning to come back next summer!

Fun place, great music 🎶, dancing, I would give the drinks 5 stars. Many creative options
Cynthia G — Google review
This place is a lot of fun, great atmosphere, live music, games and swimming. They serve bar food, It's good for soaking up the alcohol and that's about it. The drinks are mediocre at best, but they get the job done and oftentimes there is a ridiculous line for the bar. Still a fun place to go....I would recommend it

Nestled in Acorn Plaza on Littleton Road, Thai on the Fly is a delightful gem for those craving authentic Asian-Thai cuisine. This cozy eatery features a simple yet inviting cafe atmosphere with a handful of tables and a lovely patio, perfect for enjoying your meal al fresco. The menu boasts an array of classic Thai dishes that burst with complex flavors—think vibrant acidity, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of spice.
I rarely post reviews but this food deserves recognition. I so appreciate the portion sizes for the price, the food is insanely delicious and it was a quick and easy order / pick up process. A new local favorite I'll be ordering from frequently!

Thai on the fly is just delicious! Authentic Thai food made by a Thai chef and made fresh to order! They do delivery as well as order ahead for pick up. Chris is super friendly and charming as well at the front desk. The portion sizes definitely generous, I'll probably be eating my khao pad chicken for the next 2 days! That being said I don't eat a lot...
Vanessa H — Google review
This place has some of the best Thai food I have ever had! The staff is extremely helpful and answered all my questions and was very attentive to our needs. The prices were extremely cheap, which allowed us to try a wide range of food, and the portion sizes allowed us to have plenty of leftovers for many days to come. We couldn't say enough good things about everything we ate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing Thai food. I can't wait to go back and bring the rest of my family!
Alicia G — Google review
Second time ordering from them this week. Tastes AMAZING but extremely greasy both times. Lots of oil used for basil fried rice, noodles. I am okay with oil but this is wayyyyy too much! I ate top portion of basil fried rice and threw out the oil settled bottom. That’s more than half the food. Again food is tasty but it would be nice if oil is reduced. (Pictures don’t do full justice)
Krishna G — Google review
We ordered takeout from Thai on the Fly out of curiosity. Normally we have to go to Thai Jasmine on route 110 in Chelmsford for Thai food, so we were excited a Thai restaurant was opening 5 minutes driving from where we live. We ordered two lunch specials, with our side choice of dumplings. The ordering process online isn't difficult, but for some reason currently doesn't work with Firefox. After figuring that out, we switched to Google Chrome and the order was processed without a problem. Additional issues with the online ordering: I wasn't prompted to choose whether I wanted steamed or fried dumplings. I remember I looked for the steamed option because I don't love deep fried dumplings, but I gave up. We ordered two entrees: Pad Khing and Pad Thai. I really didn't like the vegetable mixture in the Pad Khing and probably wont order it again. It directly reminded me of canned stir fry vegetables available at the supermarket (baby corn, onion, bean sprouts, *soggy*). I think this dish could benefit from more meat and a smaller selection of vegetables. There are also some small pieces of ginger in the sauce, which my mom didn't love, but I like ginger sauces like that. The pad thai was very average for me. I like a little more flavor than what this one had. I realized on day 2 when reheating leftovers that there was also quite a lot of oil used in making this pad thai because it kind of congealed together in the fridge. I might suggest not making it so oily. Overall, I'd say try this place. Ordering online will hopefully be improved soon, but for now use Google Chrome and it's easy. It gives you a wait time and the food was ready when we got there. Quantity of food is good, prices are good, and diversity of menu choices is also decent. I'll probably try some other dishes in the future and see how I feel then.
Alex B — Google review
Hmmm...I want to like this place. The workers are nice and the food came out fast. Unfortunately the noodles were just made wrong. We picked two easy Thai dishes...Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao. Both came out with so mush liquid they were unenjoyable. These dishes should not be so runny that you have to hold your fork for 30 seconds to let them drain. The extra liquid tamps the flavor and ruins the dish. The meal was also way over sweet. The Pad Kee Mao should have a sweet/spicy/sour balance but this is just overpoweringly sweet. As far as spice, they just dumped red pepper flakes on top. Not the finest moment in Thai cooking for sure.
Stefan B — Google review
I ordered a Pad Kra Pao with beef and the included picture is what I received. When I asked for the dish, the woman up front asked me what protein I wanted. This included a shrimp option, which I thought was odd in this context, since it's typically a dish with ground protein and shrimp would be unusual. I opted for beef since it's the typical ground protein we have access to here. What I got was a beef stir fry / boil with more vegetables than meat when it is supposed to be a ground meat forward dish. I'm not even sure what to call it, it doesn't resemble any Pad Kra Pao I've ever had. The 'pad' in Thai implies 'fried' and I don't think anything here was actually fried.. except maybe the chef? I threw my entire lunch away and wasted 15 dollars. Don't waste your money here either.
Evan B — Google review
I wish I could buy a bottle of the sauce they use for the Pad Med Ma Muang and just drink it lol. I was very impressed by my experience there. I got take out. The restaurant was well decorated and looked cool. The service was friendly and fast. Will def go again. They don't have a dining area but they deliver.

The store maintains a high level of cleanliness at all times. While their prices may be slightly higher compared to regular grocery stores, some question if the quality justifies the cost. It seems that some individuals visit primarily to return Amazon purchases when they do not match the description of what Whole Foods sells.
The store is always kept clean. Prices are bit more than regular grocery stores. Nit sure if it's worth the price for the products. Who are we paying this money for? I go there only to return Amazon purchases when they don't match the description of what they sell. That said the employees who work there are very respectful and courteous always. My stars are for them.

5pm on a Saturday and the food bar options VERY limited compared to other Whole Foods. They really only had a salad bar and 1 quinoa salad, hot food choices included only 2 meats and potatoes, nothing looked very fresh. Salmon Chowder ran out and when I asked if they had more they said they couldn't find it and left it empty on the soup bar :/, smelled SO delicious would've loved to try it. Employee recommended I buy it cold and bring it home and heat it up but I just stopped for a quick bite on my lunch break and left pretty disappointed. Pizza Bar also very underwhelming compared to their other locations, they only had cheese and pepperoni, no seasonal options. I bought sushi and they did not have many spicy roll options but I was still very satisfied with the roll I ended up with. I absolutley love Whole Foods but would not come back to this location for a lunch break.

Great deal on Oysters on Friday. For me it's the only good deal on price. Produce is truly high quality. As well as fresh seafood and meats. But you pay for what you get. Of course with the Amazon connection they have cool features. Such as an eCart that syncs with your account and you can ring up your choices as you shop to see the costs and totals live. Plus a discount for Amazon members. Definitely not for the budget conscious shopper. Shop Wisely People

whole Foods market never have a problem coming here finding what you need very well organized smells very clean. Every single time employees are very polite. One of the reasons why the store ratings are very high.
Jonathan B — Google review
I swore I would never like this store because it used to be market basket growing up but I gave it a try and really like what they did with the place and food is very good. Layout is easy and makes sense. Plus the Amazon package return or pick up is very helpful. It also made market basket move across street in a much better place

Super nice buffet for the week lunch. They have salads; hot food and even some dishes which are made to order. Another highlight is a proper coffee shop inside; where I would normally get a espresso after lunch.
Miguel D — Google review
Medium sized Whole Foods store with almost all groceries, meat, bakery, cafe and deli inside. Many deals for prime members. However, not many items in organic produce available. Meat and seafood section is great. Bread section doesn’t have many varieties and most breads are expensive. Some of the bakery items are only available in bulk but for individual items. Haven’t seen much sampling stations at this location.
Santhosh G — Google review
Spacious and well stocked Whole Foods. They have carts that let you scan items while you shop. They do not have self checkout. There is a Clover Food Lab and Allegro coffee bar.

Nestled in the charming town of Dunstable, MA, The Butterfly Place is a delightful indoor garden that immerses visitors in a vibrant world filled with regional and tropical butterflies. As you stroll along the walking path, you'll encounter hundreds of these stunning creatures fluttering freely amidst lush vegetation in a warm greenhouse environment. This enchanting attraction also features birds and koi fish, making it an educational haven for nature lovers of all ages.
This was an awesome experience! The toddler wasn't too sure about butterflies landing on her, but she thought they were very pretty! Our 5 year old was THRILLED that two different butterflies, including a Blue Morpho, landed on him. This was an amazing experience for children and adults. It is VERY warm inside the butterfly enclosure so dress appropriately. You can also take breaks if you get too warm. There is a cute little picnic area out back and the gift shop was very reasonably priced.

My aunt and I visited a few days ago and had a great time! The atrium is completely full of hundreds of beautiful butterflies and greenery. The staff were personable, knowledgeable, and informative. We spent about an hour and a half soaking in the surroundings and about ten minutes peeking through the indoor exhibit. I’d love to go back sometime. Can’t forget to mention the little quails, too!
Justine P — Google review
What a magical place. Brought our three kids ages 3, 4 and 6, they thoroughly enjoyed seeing the many beautiful butterflies. The butterfly area has brick paths winding through beautiful gardens. The educational area had smaller exhibits with unique species. There is a big covered area outside with picnic tables. Ended up spending a little over an hour with the butterflies. There is a staff member in the butterfly area to answer questions. Probably not as exciting for older kids unless they are interested in butterflies/flowers.

Love it here! Came when I was really little and hadn’t been in ages. Decided to come again and was so happy I did. SO many butterflies, kind and knowledgeable staff. Very homey and cute. There were even button quails running around! Felt like I was in a fairy garden.

It was a beautiful experience to see you those stunning butterflies! Definitely worth the trip! Great for family outings for the little ones. Plenty of parking! Hefty entrance fee of $14.00, a little high for just going in and out, the stay is no more than 1 hour.
Kimmy D — Google review
Took my family here on a weekday during spring break. Tons of butterflies and bugs to look at. The woman at the counter said to wear white to get the butterflies to land on you. There were a lot of kids there and the space can fill up quickly as it is small. I recommend getting there when they open.

The Butterfly Place in Westford, MA is a truly enchanting destination, offering a beautiful and immersive experience for all ages. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a lush, vibrant environment filled with a wide array of stunning butterflies fluttering freely among diverse plants and colorful flowers. The atmosphere is serene and magical, making it easy to spend a good amount of time simply observing these delicate creatures up close. The space is well-maintained, and the thoughtful design allows for excellent photo opportunities and a memorable walk-through. Beyond the main butterfly house, The Butterfly Place provides a wonderful educational component that enhances the visit. The attached educational area is packed with fascinating information about the life cycle of butterflies and various species, making it a great learning experience for both children and adults. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and share interesting facts, which adds a personal touch to the visit. Their passion for the butterflies is evident and contributes significantly to the overall positive experience. Completing the perfect outing, The Butterfly Place also features a charming gift store with a variety of butterfly-themed items, and there is plenty of parking available, making the logistics of the trip stress-free. Whether you're a family looking for a fun and educational activity or a small group seeking a peaceful and beautiful escape, this place is well worth the trip. The combination of the beautiful butterfly house, the informative exhibits, and the friendly staff makes The Butterfly Place a five-star destination that I highly recommend.

If you're in search of a serene escape with your furry friend, Grassy Pond Life Course & Trail is the perfect destination. This charming trail offers a moderate walking experience, featuring a scenic loop around the pond that spans just under a mile. Along the way, you'll discover various exercise stations that add an element of fun to your stroll. The area is ideal for families and pet owners alike, providing ample space for kids and dogs on leashes to enjoy nature together.
This is a simple path around a simple pond and somehow I just love it here. It has such a great vibe. A great place to stroll and clear my mind and connect with nature.

Nice place to let small kids run free for an hour. Big enough to be woodsy but small enough to be surrounded by civilization Went again 5/25/20. Saw more Ladyslipper plants in bloom today from the trail than any other place I know. Stopped counting at 25.

Quiet, peaceful trails around a small beautiful pond.
Zac C — Google review
One of our favorite "in our own backyard" hikes. Just about a quarter mile around the pond. Year round its a great place to walk with kids, dogs onleash or by yourself. Safe, usually plenty of parking and there are some older fitness stations located randomly on the trail. Carry in carry out with trash, and this is not a place to swim, but great for wildlife viewing, skating in winter, and catching some fresh air and nature just a short drive off the highway. I consider this location a fun quick bit of outdoors, but basic when it comes to facilities. Nothing but the path, the pond, the trees and you.
Madeline A — Google review
Grassy Pond is a decent sized pond with a nice trail around it and a few side trails through some high-canopy woods. It is less than a mile around, but has exercise stops along the way which are fun. This makes for a very nice stroll with a friend or a dog (or both!).
Mark C — Google review
A nice quick loop, or a longer path if you diverge. There are exercises laid out periodically along the trail, but the equipment has definitely seen better days. A good amount of off street parking.
Chris T — Google review
Ice skated here today for about an hour. There were a few kids playing hockey. But the pond was big enough that we all had our own areas. Great little pond. I will be back.

Stony Brook Conservation Land

Hiking area
Stony Brook Conservation Land, formerly known as East Boston Camps, is a 286-acre parcel of land in Westford. It was acquired by the town in 2005 and is bordered by Keyes Brook and Stony Brook. The area features steep, glacially-formed eskers covered in woodland that provides a habitat for various bird species. One of its notable features is that it's dog-friendly, making it an ideal destination for outdoor activities with your furry companion.
Visited this place during different seasons and each one presents its own beauty. Amazing place for a walk during warm months and the perfect place for snowshoeing during the winter. We also attended to group outings/activities and had a lot of fun. One of the few State Parks you can let your dog off leash. We’re still exploring the different trails. Amazing nature time!
C S — Google review
Such a great place for hiking. Paths around Bruges Pond are a bit rooty but beautiful. And at 7 am there are a few people but most of the walk you're on your own and can enjoy the birds, the frogs and the silence. Plenty of parking, and most hikers are wearing masks. Dogs welcome on leash, with two beaches for them to cool off!
Madeline A — Google review
Fantastic trail network in the woods of Westford with a pond and cabins to explore. Large loop is roughly 3 miles; lots of different options to make this shorter or longer. Great spot to take the dogs to run off leash and go for a swim.
Devin C — Google review
Great for hiking. A loop around the perimeter is about 4mi. Plenty of parking when I went.
Steve D — Google review
This conservation area is also home to two summer camps. Two of the main trails are actually rough roads to the camps. This part is easy walking. The other trails in the area are typical walking/hiking trails. There is a nice looped trail that passes by both camps and travels around Bruges Pond. In total it covered a little over 2 miles. On the day I was there I saw families with their bikes and people walking their dogs. I thoroughly enjoyed the area.
Robin T — Google review
This is a great trail system and allows dogs to walk off leash. There is a pond on one side and you can walk along the river on the other side. Great for water loving dogs!

A really nice park! Soft and uses recycled tires instead of mulch. Most of the area is a spongey material, perfect if you have little ones. There is a toddler section and bigger kids section. My daughter is almost 2 and is able to go to any of the slides here which is nice. Lots of swings. There is also a beach here and last year was $5 per person to park if you are not a Westford resident. Really should be charged per vehicle not person.

What a great little playground for young children! The playground consists of two sections one for toddlers about 2-5yrs and the other section for roughly 5-8yr olds. The park area is well kept and the structures are maintained pretty well. Most the the play area is covered by rubber mulch with it surrounded by rubber mat area. You cannot go wrong by bring your kids to the Ronan Mcelligott Park

Beach is nice, but playground is sub-par. Instead of wood chips, the mulch is made of shredded tires. It smells bad and isn't safe for toddlers (they have a tendency to chew on everything they can). Play equipment is in good condition. Could use more shade though.

They only take cash, when I didn't know this and was 1.50 short, they let me off the hook! Awesome service you just don't see anymore! The pizzas were also incredibly good 🍕🍕🍕

Ordered 3 pizzas. They are pre made crust not my favorite but it was for kid party and they were ready in 5 minutes. Super annoying that they ONLY accept cash. No signs anywhere. They do have ATM which you're forced to use obviously when you don't know ahead of time. Pizza was hot and ok. Staff working that day not overly friendly by any means. $12 a pizza Nothing to write home about. I didn't try anything else.

Chinese restaurant
If you find yourself in Westford, MA, make sure to add Ginger Tree to your dining itinerary. This charming restaurant promises an unforgettable culinary experience that will have you coming back for more. The inviting atmosphere is ideal for a romantic dinner or a lively gathering with friends. Many patrons rave about the delicious offerings, particularly the Peking Duck and Plum Duck, alongside their highly praised House Fried Rice. Regulars appreciate the consistent quality of food and friendly service that keeps them returning month after month.
A great take out restaurant.! They have a winning formula in not having a dining room expense! It has always appeared to me that they serve a very good quality of food. The Kids "Happy Meal" is one of my favorite appetizers! I just love their Crab Rangoons and house special fried rice! 😋
Jim P — Google review
We are not picky with takeout Chinese, but wow. This was some of the worst food we've ever had, specifically the meat. The chicken was terrible and the beef was truly disgusting, more like fatty pork. We wouldn't have even been able to identify what kind of meats these were if it didn't say so on the order. Otherwise the flavors were fine, so it's a shame they use such low quality meat.
Brian M — Google review
What a huge disappointment on Chinese New Year. Ordered 4 dishes Chicken with Chinese eggplant, Peking duck, large oriental crispy pad Thai and pepper flowery shrimp and could not eat. Food has no taste, poor quality. This place has a 4.4 star rating in Grubhub and does not come close to even 2 stars. Even if you starve you are better off ordering from Mac D. Here’s why I was so disappointed: 1. Peking duck was very dry likely very old, and should come with bao but they gave me Mexican tortillas! Unbelievable. 2. Pepper flowery shrimp had a thick coat of tasteless and lumpy batter which could not be chewed and broke into lumps. 3. Oriental large crispy pad Thai- the crispy part was fried a few days ago, so smelled of stale oil! What the heck! Overall dish was very poor quality and no taste. Never order this dish. 4 . Chinese eggplant with chicken, they do not know how to cut Chinese eggplant. Huge tasteless chunks of eggplants filled seeds but edible. The conclusion is food is not fresh, poor quality and they do not take care when preparing food, ingredients stale like the oil. Why do we want to pay money and buy food that is so poor quality. There are many good places around! Stay away and save your money. It is hard to make food taste this bad unless they do not care about their business. Customers are not stupid so don’t think they will shut up after eating this food. It takes real bad food to warrant such poor reviews.

I always have my food delivered. the food is always fresh and hot and on time. And the staff is super friendly and courteous.
Chris V — Google review
Quality of the food has gone down hill. Most of the cooked appetizers were received cold. One of the dinners with shrimp had just a few small shrimps in it. Egg rolls are smaller now, and the pork fried rice was dry and hard. Was looking forward to this meal too, but walked away very disappointed. Will not return.

Ginger Tree is the best! We order there once or twice every month and I have never been disappointed. Yeah I might of had an over cooked chicken wing once or twice but really... The food is great, the staff is very friendly and they try hard to satisfy the customers. Highly recommend Ginger Tree!!
Joseph K — Google review
It's not often a I leave a 5 star review for a restaurant, but in this case I feel it is well deserved. Reading through the previous reviews I must admit I was a bit skeptical, but I prefer to form my own opinions based on personal experience- glad I did! I had a pickup time of 3:39 and picked up at about 3:45. I was in the restaurant no longer than 45 seconds and I was my way home with our food. First off I will tell you that our order was completed exactly as requested on-line and the food was piping hot when we got it home 10 minutes later. If you like seafood, I recommend the Mala Seafood (medium spice) add a side of rice and you have a delicious dinner for two with crispy veggies and tons of flavor . I went solo on this entre' and nearly devoured the entire thing. Also, the wings were super crispy and steaming hot with great seasoning. I can't speak for anyone that may have had a bad experience, it happens. I can only tell you I will be a repeat customer. Dave

Great place with many shops and restaurants. Oniels cinema market basket and an indoor rock gym just to name a few places. Well designed and nice layout from u it being vacant lot with a quarter mile blocked road to upscale shopping center. Plenty of parking. This definitely proves the big box malls are a dying breed. The large malls were never built to their original design to be shopping centers grocery stores and places to live condo townhouses. Work where you live. Sadly never came to fruition.

Lots of good stores and nice aesthetics but good lord do people drive fast in the parking lot. I mean road speeds. Off the main road, through the roundabout, LEANING into turns. And not like a couple kids speeding. Grey haired adults. Not worth getting t-boned for a t-bone.

I’ve been to too many birthday parties, and I’m amazed by the organization. From the beginning, as you walk in, you see how organized everything is set up, and then when children play downstairs, they have staff who ensure their safety. The manager also checks everything. The place is clean. I’m very impressed by the staff and management’s dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place for parties and classes.

100/10 this is THE place to host your child’s birthday party!! Our 4 year old and all of his preschool friends had an absolute BLAST in both the Ninja and Gymnastics spaces. The party hostesses were top notch - from setting up, clean up, and wrangling all the kids for fun pictures in between - there’s nothing they didn’t handle with confidence and professionalism. Brooke and her crew were incredibly impressive from the super easy party booking to the last see ya later! We already can’t wait for next year!

Sorry guys, tough one coming at you tonight. I was there for a birthday party today....there was an injury. A bit of info to share, I've been teaching gymnastics in some capacity for slightly less than 30 years. I've seen a few things. I try to stay hands off for these birthday parties, be just another mom, and just let kids have fun. This afternoon, the birthday girl came off the floor bawling. She was holding her arm very awkwardly. The "instructor", or party attendant, did absolutely nothing. Didn't ask if she was ok. Didn't offer ice. Didn't approach her at all. She stood there staring at the kid waiting for her to join the other kids in line. She was probably 16 or 17, so I place only about 10% of this review on her. (This is clearly terrible training and managent.) I said, "can you get her some ice or something? Obviously she's hurt." I couldn't find another employee anywhere. Kid is screaming, teenager is staring blankly, FINALLY an adult shows up. It's been more than 5 minutes. The "manager" or whatever she was asks if the kid needs water and says something idiotic like "I'm sorry your got hurt on your birthday". Still no ice or inquiry as to what happened. More than 10 minutes pass before this kid gets ice and any kind of first aid attention. I'm no dr, but experience tells me something is OBVIOUSLY wrong. I told mom that she has an injury. Its not nothing. This was handled so incredibly atrociously. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. They literally didn't care. But they sure did get that mom to sign some paperwork before she left. I've only seen one other gym with such lax safety protocols, and that was about 25 years ago when neglect was normal. I'll never be back here and will actively advise people to avoid based solely on a complete lack of first aid awareness, training, and urgency. Kid broke her elbow, by the way. 6 years old, screaming crying, arm awkwardly swinging.....they didn't care. 30 years of teaching, Red Cross First Aid certified, previously USAG safety certified, AHA CPR and First Aid certified says im a good resource.

We love mPower for our 6 and 9 year old. We are just there for recreational gymnastics, not competitive, but my kids absolutely love it. They also want to sign up for the Ninja classes, but it's currently not in our budget to take 4 classes. I also love that there is a pool available in the summer, though we have not taken advantage of that yet.

This place is AMAZING!! From the front (Brooke) to the instructors (we’ve dealt with Leah & Brandon), everyone is SO SO friendly is awesome. We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party there today and it ran so smoothly. Pricing for what you pay and what you get is BEYOND reasonable. All of the kids had a blast (ages ranged from 2 weeks old (no, she didn’t play lol) - 9 years old). No complaints about being bored. Would highly recommend this place for both gymnastics classes along with birthday parties. So glad we found this gym!

My Husband and I certainly didn’t take the decision of where and how to celebrate our son’s first Birthday. (We have already booked his second Birthday party because this one was EXCEPTIONAL!! To be 100% transparent, my sister Brooke is the General Manager which means I had the highest of expectations. From the very start of the planning process, the staff was always readily and willingly available to answer any and all of my questions (trust me, there were plenty!) I never felt rushed. When we walked in we were greeted by several friendly faces and open arms (ready to take boxes, decorations, cake etc.) Annabelle was truly amazing! She continuously checked in with both my Husband and I to see if there was anything we or our guests needed. She even helped us set up the decorations, she truly went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! The owner Jeremy happened to stop by the day of our event and didn’t leave before making sure he checked in. If you are contemplating having any type of celebration at MPower Athletics, book it! You will certainly not be disappointed!! Thank you MPower Athletics for making our sons first birthday celebration truly more amazing than we could have hoped for!

Power outage today at MPower Athletics during kids birthday party. Kudos to all of their staff for handling it with grace under pressure. Power outages during a party, especially with a bunch of kids hyped up on cake and chaos, is no easy situation. And seeing the staff scrambling to make it work shows they truly care. As for the rude folks… yeah, no excuse for that. Storms knock out the lights, not basic human decency. Being short with people who are clearly doing their best? That’s not cool—it’s just plain ignorant. If anything, those moments reveal who’s got character… and who’s just throwing a tantrum louder than the toddlers.

mPower isn’t your normal place - it’s a family. My two kids, 5 and 7, will only have their birthday party at mPower, there are no other options. The gymnastics and ninja classes are exceptional. The pool, summer camps, and bonus/open gyms are an amazing extra benefit. Every staff member truly cares about your child and will go above and beyond to ensure their safety and happiness. I can without a doubt say that I’ve never found another place like mPower. I am thankful that we found this community every single day!

Nashoba Brook Wildlife Sanctuary, maintained by Mass Audubon, is a serene natural retreat in Westford, Massachusetts. The sanctuary spans over 500 acres and offers more than four miles of trails through diverse habitats like white pine-oak forests, vernal pools, wetlands, and bogs. Visitors can enjoy the tranquility of this picturesque location and explore the scenic trails while observing the abundant wildlife. It's an ideal spot for a peaceful walk amidst nature's beauty.
An absolute hidden gem! Lots of historical sights and the trails and brooks and dams and everything are fantastic. I'll be back

Lots of hiking trails. In fact there are so many it's very confusing. And the worse part is is that they are not marked at all. You better have an excellent guide or God. If not you can very easily get lost out here Other than a few wet areas and a pond, most of it is pine and oak forest. Little wildlife as a consequence. Plus this time of year there are hunters in the woods so be sure to wear orange. Not a place one visits very often.
Stephen G — Google review
day8 (28JUN24) sanctuary 17: loop trail less than a mile long thru lovely mature woodland - understory dominated by ferns as i left parking lot, then 5 minutes away dominated by canada mayflower, starflower etc. - the forces that drive these different plant communities is always fun to consider. easy access to extensive trail network connecting MAS lands and abutting conservation properties. as mentioned by other reviews, you CAN see nearby homes and hear roadways, did not detract from my experience.
Andy T — Google review
Hiked 7.5 miles today around and through the area which is pretty close to the maximum without doubling back on trails. There were some wet spots despite the ongoing drought so in a different season that length of a hike might not be easily achieved. Trails can be confusing since there are many user created paths and trail markings are either nonexistent or highly variable across the area. I appreciated the notice that hunting was ongoing in the area. Parking is limited across the area with some of the access points in subdivisions. This was my first visit and I am used to a State Park/ National Forest level of maintenance.
Snowshoe D — Google review
A nice little woodland loop. A few parking spots. Well labeled path. When I went there was a tree fallen across the path but I was able to go over it. There is also a watershed trail which I did not do.
Leah K — Google review
The trail isn't that great. Homes are visible from parts of the trail. The woodland loop was good, but short. I saw a garder snake and a woodpecker there. Beyond the woodland loop the trail goes right past someone's back yard and there a dog felt the need to protect it's territory by barking at me and running back and forth in the back yard. At this point I turned around and headed back to my car. The parking lot was littered and some contraband was hidden in plain site. I imagine this is where the local high schoolers go to smoke pot.
Noah B — Google review
if you are in the local area of Nashoba Valley and Heartwell area would be a ideal location to take a walk and enjoy the outdoor scenery very peaceful and very quiet a great location to take a walk in clear your mind a little wet, but all trails are sometimes a little wet so prepare to be walking through a little bit of mud here and there overall a great place to enjoy walking with a friend or your dogs if you go with your dog, just keep your dog nearby some dogs like to chase animals and may get themselves stuck in a situation that may have you had to rescue them because there are a lot of wild animals that they may chase around. If you are from somewhere further out, this would be a good place to visit if you are a traveler.
Jonathan B — Google review
Crossed over to the larger wildlife refuge which means walking by some houses. Trails are well worn but not marked so you will need some navigation skills. Very lovely and quiet even on a Saturday midday in June. Dogs are not permitted so that keeps the crowds down. Not much variety in views, all wooded and currently not too muddy or buggy.

Museum
Located in the heart of Westford, the Westford Museum is housed in the Federal-style Westford Academy building, which dates back to 1794. Originally home to one of the oldest public high schools in the country, it now serves as a museum that showcases the town's rich history. The museum is operated by the Westford Historical Society and features various exhibits and events that shed light on different aspects of local history.
I spent an amazing evening at the museum! The Historical Society has been doing a series about the "Wild Women of Westford" and hosted a fun wine pairing and story telling evening. They shared four different women's stories and did a wonderful job organizing everything. For a night of entertainment, wine and pairings, it was WELL worth the price of admission ($30 for members and $45 otherwise). The event sold out early, and it's obvious why, so be sure to grab tickets to future events early!

Great little museum in the town center sharing a lot of fascinating history and artifacts about Westford. We stopped in for a small exhibit of paintings from a local character, Bill Millett, who passed some years ago and had been our neighbor before we moved. Some great historical videos and wonderful conversations with the helpful women from town manning the museum made for a great visit.

Muffins on Main is a delightful American eatery that has quickly become a beloved spot in Westford since its establishment in 2016 by Pam Sulka and Ellen Harde. This charming bakery, located in a historic general store, offers an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy an array of freshly baked muffins, scones, and aromatic coffee. Known for its budget-friendly prices and warm ambiance, it’s no wonder that locals frequent this gem daily.
If you’re looking for Gilmore girls/stars hollow vibes- this is the place to go. The atmosphere in muffins on main is top notch only next to the quality of their scones and muffins- they’re to die for!! Highly highly recommend especially into the fall and winter, so delicious- the food and cozy in the store.

I love muffins, and was supper excited to try this place based on the outstanding reviews. And let me tell you, I have been beyond disappointed. I’ve had the muffins here a few times since and have yet to have a good experience. A place named after their muffins, should at least have decent muffins, but at last you’re better off going with a store bought variety if you want a semi palatable option. This has nothing to say about the service or the place itself, the muffins are just way overhyped.

Delicious fresh baked muffins and pastries with friendly service. It's a small shop with limited seating and parking but a great place for a light breakfast.

The muffins are pretty good. The coffee and drinks are not great. There is no wifi for guests. I was hoping this would be more like a coffee shop that we could work from but it’s not. It’s just a place to get a muffin.

It's a small town coffee shop that makes some amazing scones along with muffins and cinnamon rolls. One of my regular stops if I'm in the area when they are open. I always buy an extra scone to bring home, and it never makes the trip. Love this place!

The Parish Center For the Arts is housed in a historic Congregational Church building from 1829, which was repurposed into an arts space in the mid-20th century. Located in Old Westford Center, it offers a diverse program of concerts and community arts events typically held from June to September. Visitors can expect a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of performances, often presented in a coffee house style.
We met for bluegrass jam, plenty of room for 30 people (no AC, just fans).

Westford Town Common has been at the heart of Westford for around 300 years and remains an essential part of local life. The triangular grassy space is surrounded by beautiful architecture, including the Italianate Westford Town Hall, Federal-style First Parish Church, grand J. V. Fuse Westford is a fantastic casual restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The menu features an array of delectable dishes, including loaded tater tots with tomato jalapeno relish, tender steak tips salad, and a mouthwatering lamb burger. The flavors are complex and the textures are varied, leaving diners feeling satisfied and refueled. The outdoor seating provides a safe option for dining during the pandemic.
Absolutely delish! First time here, ordered loaded tots, Baby greens salad, and Lamb burger, every dish was full of complex flavors and textures! The tomato jalapeno relish on the tots should be sold by itself. The baby greens were lightly dressed but still, complex, layered flavors and textures! Left satisfied and feeling refueled! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I drove by a few times and it looks like a hole in the wall but when I looked it up I was very surprised by their menu. They have unique dishes with organic options and fresh local ingredients! I love these types of places that make everything from scratch in the kitchen and I feel like we found a diamond in the rough. We had amazing food, drinks, and service. We got the loaded tater tots which were out if this world and not what I expected at all. The filet was great and the special was the pork tenderloin which was amazing. I had a good experience but it was a bit warm inside and I did not care for their lava cake. My husband said it was flourless lava cake after the fact but it was jelly like and I did not care for it. It is a small restaurant with close seating. It is a casual setting. There is parking. I would definitely go back and can't wait to see what their taco of the day is!

First time here after a long day of mountain biking. Looked up online and the pictures of the food had me hooked. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and fast. We order Caesar salads and pizzas. He brought us out the salads in these huge bowls that made it awesome to mix your salad up with ease. Then the chicken bacon ranch pizzas…..were incredible. Such thin crispy crust and no grease at all. The ranch dressing was the perfect touch swirled around on the top of the pizza. Would recommend to stop there and get some food!! We will definitely be back again when in the area!!! Thank you!!

Guy refused to send me a new pizza tonight after making a pizza with coke used to sweeten the caramelized onions. It was disgusting taste and dangerous for diabetic like me. Calling board of health tomorrow about hidden sugar in a pizza. Don't go to this place. Under new management. Probably for awhile. There's no salt in the pizza. Whole center of pizza was mush and soggy. No cheese on the pizza. Guy on the phone just not a good businessman. I won't go back. $45 DOWN THE DRAIN. Calling my bank to try and reverse the charge. So angry.just got out of the hospital and wanted to skip cooking. We'll at least i will lose some weight. If there's a pizza in their doorway it's mine

Wanted to post about my superb experiences at Di Napoli Pizzeria! It is a scratch kitchen. Mauricio makes the pasta, the sauces, the dough, the dressings, the salads and the sandwiches. A scratch kitchen means you can state an allergy - like garlic or cream, and your dish will be made-to-order and created without those allergic ingredients. The owner brings in bottled drinks, desserts and potato chips- but everything else he makes. There are over 100 menu items -it can take some time to make all your choices. I appreciate that! On my first visit, I ordered Shrimp Broccoli Alfredo pasta and my friend Rus got the Mixed Grill plate- a chicken and steak tips dinner with rice and salad. All the food was delicious! Both dishes took 18 MINUTES & made to order. I had a nice Caesar’s salad made of crisp romaine, real parmesan cheese slices, and made-on-premises croutons. I received 9 medium sized shrimp, lots of broccoli pieces and creamy alfredo spaghetti with nice garlic, parsley butter toast. Rus had salad with a big chunk of bleu cheese in his dressing that made him smile. His Mixed Grill chicken and steak tips were seasoned very well, and we noted the steak and chicken pieces were large, like each piece was double the regular size you would normally get at other places. Tiramisu dessert for Rus was delicious, he could taste the lady fingers, the expresso liqueur, and marscapone-ricotta filling - it was delightful! On my second visit I had the Malibu salad- romaine, tomatoes, red onion bits, avocado slices and large mozzarella slices! And then the grilled chicken was great! Seasoned well, went great with the salad and still more! Portions were large enough, so we had leftovers, and received the nice containers that fit well together and do not leak in the car. Di Napoli Pizzeria has a nice variety of beverages in the cooler, sodas, seltzers, waters, iced tea, juice drink and milks. Bathrooms were clean. Nice environment. Small indoor seating for twelve, and outdoor tables for good weather. I say check it out! Well-made food, good ingredients and we can afford to eat there once a week. Ciao!

This is my #1 favorite pizza! They add the perfect amount of cheese and the sauce has a slight sweetness that is delicious. Their subs, chicken fingers, and fries are excellent! Must haves are the BBQ chicken calzone and the House Special sub!

Golf Courses
Butter Brook Golf Club is a semi-private championship golf course located in the picturesque rolling hills of Westford. Designed by architect Mark Mungeam and opened in 2004, the course offers stunning views, mature white pine stands, and the scenic Butter Brook flowing through the landscape. With four sets of tees catering to players of all levels, this 6,800-yard track provides an enjoyable challenge for golf enthusiasts.
Absolutely beautiful course that’s kept in great condition and has great hole designs. The course is also very walkable without huge changes in elevation. Just know that the walk from the 9th green to 10th tee is over a quarter mile. The staff and greens keepers are also very friendly and the whole atmosphere is great.
Kyle L — Google review
Challenging layout, good condition overall but the greens were slow. The fees were a bit high compared to the others with same or better conditions.
Pop P — Google review
Great course in good shape. T boxes are great fairways are great greens are good. For whatever reason their hamburgers are unbelievable. Maybe best hamburger I’ve ever had. I savor every bite. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
James C — Google review
This was my first time playing here and it's definitely a premium course! Conditions were mint. Greens were rolling true but surprisingly weren't fast. Front 9 and back 9 were built separate years so the font nine has a nice "through the pines" feel and the back 9 is more links style. $80 for 18 w/cart on a Wednesday is more than I'm used to paying but this course is worth it. There is a driving range ($5 small bag of balls), chipping practice area and putting green to warm up at before your round (could not find that info on the website). 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for a great day!
Roger J — Google review
A meticulously maintained, reasonably challenging yet fun course- what more could you ask for? The carts are electric, and the range balls are very reasonably priced (as were the green fees themselves - $80 including carts). Pace of play wasn’t too fast either, with tee times spaced 10 minutes apart. If only this course were 15 minutes closer to boston- I’d come back here in a heartbeat.
Max P — Google review
Beautiful course with a few tight fairways. Reminds me of a Donald Ross course. Well maintained and the driving range is unique. Food is great- beer is cold- great overall experience. It was busy at 3 pm on a holiday Monday (as expected) but people were friendly and polite.
Kyle J — Google review
Course was in great shape for all the rain it's got. Expensive weekend round, but a really good challenging course. 3rd hole was under construction, which I thought would call for some sort of discount, but overall a top tier course. I've played many, and always make a point to come out to butterbrook at least once or twice a season. Usually try to go once in summer and once in the fall. The difference between the front and back make it seem like you're playing 2 totally different rounds. Love it!
Ricky B — Google review
Fantastic golf course in amazing shape. The layout is great, with the front nine surrounded by beautiful tall pines while most of the back nine wide open links style.

Aaronap Cellars

Winery
I just drank the 2013 Aaronap Cellars Chardonnay the other night and it was just superb. I usually do not like the buttery style chardonnay that this was especially the ones from California. This wine however had so much more. It was a dry style Char., buttery but with lots of apricot and tropical flavors and great body and balance. I have been staying awyfrom Char. of late but this one woke me up to drinking Char again. Great job.
Robert B — Google review
The owner and his wife are both very nice. I scheduled a tasting and Noel was great to talk to and answered all of our questions about wine.

I bought two bottles of wine at the Stoneham farmers market. Coronet and Blush. I'm enjoying the Coronet right now and it is delicious. Next I want to try the Merrimac Red.

Drew Farm

4.5
(153)
Farm
Drew Farm, located in Westford, is a charming family-owned farm that offers pick-your-own apples during the late summer and fall seasons. With seven different apple varieties available, including McIntosh and Evercrisp, visitors can enjoy the picturesque hillside while picking their favorite fruits. Additionally, the farm produces its own apple cider and freshly baked apple cider donuts for guests to savor. The scenic views of foliage make it an ideal spot for a relaxing picnic.
LOVED Drew Farm. What a great place for kids, dogs and everyone in between! Knowing that we went later in the season, we knew they'd be light on picked apples- but we were able to fill up a small bag with a dozen or so Cortlands to make a few pies with nonetheless. Their apple cider donuts were incredible and so was the apple cider itself! While we had great times as humans, I think the best time was had by my dog. She had a BLAST running through the orchards and meeting so many friends. The staff are super friendly, happy to point you in the right direction of water, donuts, live music or bathrooms. Happy to have stumbled upon this little gem and look forward to visiting in the future!
Dee — Google review
Beautiful family run farm selling delicious donuts and homemade apple pies. The live music and smores are a nice touch. Highly recommend! Bring the kids and the dog. We also picked up our pumpkins!
Catherine M — Google review
Very sweet place for apple picking. Not too big. You don’t get the feeling that they farm middle class parents rather than orchards, as many places do. THEY ALLOW DOGS!!
B M — Google review
Enjoyable picking orchard. It was nice to get the four wheeled cart free to take the kids around in. Head up the hill to the sprawling orchard. Live music, picnic tables, hot food (s'mores!), and attentive staff were great. It's still low key and simple, unlike other orchards that are crowded, expensive circuses.
Joseph L — Google review
A very beautiful farm to have a nice experience. The space is very beautiful and full of delicious apple trees of different varieties. A great place for dogs and kids to have fun, it’s a dog friendly farm. They have great live performances as well which add to the experience. Pumpkins are also available there. Highly recommended for a nice day out in a good weather.
Wassim A — Google review
Love how this place is dog friendly and chill! Lovely pumpkin patch that’s great for photos, and a fun place to pick apples. There aren’t lots of extras like hay rides or a corn maze but the beautiful view and smaller crowds are totally worth the trade off. We had a great day with our toddler and dog, and brought a picnic lunch to extend our visit. Thanks!
Liz R — Google review
Solid pick your own apple orchard, very casual, dog friendly is a huge plus. Got some pumpkins and the apple cider donuts we're pretty decent/fresh. Friendly staff who take pride in their orchard.
Robert R — Google review
This is a lovely place. The apples are plentiful and they taste wonderful. The prices are reasonable. The location was nice, especially for relaxation on a chilly Fall afternoon. My only complaint was the lack of products at the farmer's stand. On the weekdays, there are no apple cider donuts for sale. My only selection was flowers, apples, pumpkins, and apple cider. This place is bare bones, but it does lend it some charm. I'll definitely go back.

Located in the serene countryside south of Nashoba Valley Ski Area, Bobby's Ranch has been offering guided western trail rides since 1972. Unlike other equestrian centers that focus on boarding and training, this ranch specializes in providing a memorable riding experience for visitors. The well-maintained horses are gentle and responsive, making it an ideal destination for first-time riders.
I loved it ! what a beautiful trail. So peaceful. The horses are so so good and so sweet. They do it all for you. Just enjoy the trail ride and support the family farm. It’s really nice. Say hi to Pedro the sweet donkey too. We drove an hour and half to come and would do it again. Reasonable price too but just so fun. Go and be kind to the animals and the people 🤍

My friend and I went for a ride on Friday. It was possibly the most fun I've ever had on horseback, and I've been riding most of my life. The trails are gorgeous. We saw deer and a flock of turkeys. It was magical. Awesome guide, great horses and a truly magical adventure. I can't recommend Bobby's Ranch enough!

This is the BEST place ever to go trail riding! The staff and owners make it the most incredible experience! I've been with my sister, daughter, boyfriend and myself and I can't thank everyone there enough for the best horse therapy ever!!! They make you feel like part of the family and educate you on your trail rides of the grounds, the horses, the nature around you! 10 out of 5 stars to them! I've been going for 7 years and plan on going for many more!!

We had a great ride at Bobby's Ranch today. I brought 5 x 9/10 year olds and the staff was really helpful, thoughful about what horse would be appropriate for each kid and extremely supportive throughout the ride. We lucked out with a gorgeous day. We will definitely be back to Bobby's Ranch!

First time ever riding and first time ever at Bobby’s. I had the most fun. I had the pleasure of riding Dom who is a very large horse. He is gentle and steady and the guides made me feel very checked in on and safe. I would definitely come back. Their farm animals are a riot as well. The donkeys are soooooo sweet.

So fun! We were a group of 4 and 3 had never been on a horse before but the trail instructors were very patient and confident in their direction. Gorgeous trail, sweet horses, lovely farm animals to pet and an overall great experience:)

My friend and I had a trail ride this past Monday. A beautiful crisp October day. I was like a kid, surrounded by horses, friendly goats, a donkey and kittens!! It was very clear to me that all of these animals are very well cared for and genuinely loved. It wasn’t a horse riding mill, but a place of respect and a sanctuary for all. I highly recommend it! I’ll definitely be visiting again! I should also mention the folks who work there were very helpful with helping riders on and off horses if needed, so don’t worry about your ability too much!!!!🤠

Diner
Paul's Diner is a charming local eatery that offers homemade fare such as omelets, waffles, and sandwiches in a casual setting. The cuisine is delightful, with crispy and well-seasoned home fries and delicious french toast topped with fruit, providing a hint of healthiness. However, on occasions, the service has been lackluster - some servers appear disinterested in taking orders.
We are regulars at Paul's. A fun family tradition. Today a top five breakfast of all time. A special, which needs to become a regular, BBQ brisket eggs Benedict. Absolutely delicious. We always have a great breakfast here.

I have been to Paul’s on multiple occasions and have enjoyed it each and every time. The food is outstanding and the service is superior. The menu is so amazing that it’s always so hard to pick what to order. The owners have a way of making everyone feel welcome and I love the friendliness of the entire staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone! I can’t wait to go back!
Vincenza L — Google review
The setting was classic vibes of a diner. The staff was very welcoming and on point. We didn’t feel rushed. Food was fresh and hot and delicious for the most part. The only iffy part was the eggs. I’m very picky about my eggs and how I like them done but honestly this is how most places make them so to the standard outlook its what you expect but it’s not how I prefer them.
Brinna M — Google review
We have been coming out here for the last 3 years and we love this place. The food is fantastic and we got to have our favorite waitress Kathy. We attend the anime convention up the road at the Westford Regency. The service at Paul's is so fast and the food is always hot. Can't say enough good things about this place.
Kristin L — Google review
Pauls Diner hits the sweet spot between old school charm and seriously satisfying food. After a round of golf at Chelmsford Country Club, we followed a local’s recommendation, and boy, did it deliver! My Monte Cristo French Toast and eggs were perfect, and those home fries were the clear MVP for my friend. There was a bit of a wait with a large group ahead of us, but Rachel made the experience even better with attentive and friendly service. Big portions, hot plates, and classic diner vibes, and affordable prices. I’d definitely come back for more specials.
Heidi N — Google review
Decent diner food. Good omlet.. very hefty portion. You will be satiated.

We were a party of 11 and Becky was our server. She was friendly, helpful and handled our large group with incredible efficiency. Everyone’s food came out fast and hot, something difficult to coordinate with large groups. Our group loved the food. They’re killing it at Gary’s!

We found this diner while driving 495 from Maine to CT. I needed breakfast and this place was fantastic. The staff and service was great. My son had the Gail and Danny omelette with an English muffin. I had the Salvatore omelette with rye toast. Everything was delicious and large portions and good coffee. Oh...mine came with baked beans and they were awesome !!! 😁

Stir Martini Bar & Kitchen is a renowned dining spot situated in Westford, MA, USA. It offers an exceptional culinary experience with delectable food and outstanding service in a unique setting. Whether you're looking for a casual meal with loved ones or a special night out, this establishment stands out from the rest due to its flexible dining options. The menu boasts a great variety of martinis and delicious dishes that come highly recommended by patrons who have enjoyed the attentive service and pleasant atmosphere.
Went to Stir on a random Tuesday afternoon for a day date with the wife and this place was absolutely amazing. We sat at the bar and it was such a great experience. Our bartender SK was the best! We tried a couple different martinis and some apps, everything was delicious. She made great recommendations for us to try and was totally cool. I would highly recommend the Short Rib Arancini! We had such a great time at Stir we will definitely be back!
Robert G — Google review
Today my girlfriend and I went to Stir for the first time. Loved the modern atmosphere and the fact that there was not one single t.v. in sight!! I had the white sangria which was delicious, sometimes they aren’t sweet enough for me, but this one was perfect. My friend had a glass of white wine and we started with some dumplings as an app which were very tasty. I had the Caesar Salad with chicken and my friend had the Beet Salad with a side of French Fries. We were very pleased. Our server SK was very attentive and friendly. At the end of the meal she brought us a small taste of their homemade Limoncello. It was creamy and delicious. I had never had Limoncello like that before. I would highly recommend Stir and I will be back for dinner with my husband. So happy to find a new place to go for dinner in the area.
Kelli C — Google review
I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Stir three times now, and each visit has been memorable for both the incredible food and the amazing staff. From the first visit, Erica and Jill set the bar high with their warmth and compassion. We had just said goodbye to our dog, and they made the experience so special with a champagne toast that truly lifted our spirits. On my second visit, I was there with friends, and we had the pleasure of having Fiona as our waitress. Her dry sense of humor had us laughing all night. Erica even stopped by to say hello and check in, remembering me from the first time. For our anniversary, my husband and I came back, and Kailey was our waitress. Her energy was absolutely contagious and made our evening even better. Jill and Erica both came by to say hello and celebrate with us. It’s touches like these that make Stir such a gem. We love dining here, and with the attentive, friendly service, two hours always feels like the perfect amount of time to enjoy a delicious meal. Can’t wait to come back for more unforgettable evenings! I recommend reservations in advance
Andrea M — Google review
We made reservations for our anniversary. Couldn't have asked for a better table, server, and meal. We started with the muddled blackberry lemon drop and a beer, spinach artichoke dip, and scallop app. Amazing. Entrees were the grilled swordfish (amazing) and salmon with spinach and a creamy parmesan sauce(toooo die for!!). Their side of carrots were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Finished with their signature espresso martini and I think butter cake (something like that), recommend by our server. And that was a real treat! Not only was our food amazing but the staff was awesome! We rarely eat anywhere, except at the bar. But for our anniversary we wanted an intimate dinner. Well, we really lucked out. Our server, Jill, was beyond amazing! This girl made us feel like we knew her for, forever. She was attentive, funny, never wrote anything down, but was spot on all the time. I so look forward to coming back and asking if she will be there. Ambiance is perfect for a date night spot. You get what you pay for here!
Brittni B — Google review
Great food and excellent martinis. We went for dinner with a reservation but with the new location there is much more space. It soon became very busy and lively with lots of people gathered around the bar. Our server was attentive and friendly and patient as we decided on what we wanted from the menu and extensive list of cocktails. Everything was hot and delicious and the drinks strong and flavorful. We enjoyed everything they had and will definitely return for another visit. The menu leans towards Italian dishes but has a nice selection of other options as well. A great place for drinks or a date night.
Bryan D — Google review
Awesome place to eat and have drinks plus a lot of fun bartenders. Especially Kendra and Aidan who were professional and skilled. Kendra made excellent recommendations and interacted with all the costomers. We will definitely make this a destination stop. Great night!
Pat B — Google review
Came for the martinis and I was impressed! I'm not typically a Martini gal but these were outstanding! I had the peanut butter bliss and it was a great balance of chocolate and peanut butter and did not clash against the alcoholic base. The peanut butter and chocolate sprinkle rim was to die for. The size of the drink was enormous and was truly a dessert delight. My friends had the marshallmellow espreaso martini and the coconut churro Martini. The Marshmellow espresso was dangerously good! It was so creamy not overly sweet or bitter. I could easily drink a few of those! The coconut churro was the most experimental martini. The coconut rim took a little away from the churro martini but was not bad in any regard. Once the rim was gone it was even better tho. Overall great sized drinks! The ambience was very chill and easy going Great place for drinks and conversation
Jurnee S — Google review
First time at this new location and last. Definitely not what I expected, messy dirty blonde at the bar obviously hates her job or life in general. No class, starts off with an attitude after we asked for the dirty bar counter to be wiped down, "No one has sit here" was her reply as she angrily wipes the counter that has food stuck in multiple places. Attitude continued, ordered two drinks, one was basically soda water and other was decent. Along with the drinks came a flying cup that was thrown by the bartender, came very close to hitting us. SHE WAS VERY VERY LUCKY IT DID NOT HIT US! STIR, Toxic employees are not it. Good Luck!!

I had the best experience at Asian plus noodles and rice! The staff was friendly. The food was delicious and the options were endless! You can get Chinese Japanese Thai and Vietnamese food all in one place. I highly recommend the pad Thai and the Pho! You can’t go wrong with any dish. If you haven’t tried this restaurant, you should! Shout out to our young male server whose name I did not get, but he was working the lunch shift on Thursday 10.16!

This spot is a legit Asian restaurant run by the owner and his wife. The food is seriously amazing. The menu’s huge—tons of options for everyone, and honestly, picking what to eat is kinda tough because everything looks so good. I’m on a gluten-free diet and still had plenty to choose from. The drunken noodles were hands down the best I’ve ever had. I’m definitely coming back. Huge props to the kitchen crew!

My partner grew up going here and wanted to take me, so we went. The food was good, big portions and quick service. When I asked the waiter for his preference between two dishes, he just described them from the menu but I was happy with what I got. Only other con was that our diet cokes were not cold. But overall recommend!

Great sushi here! Definitely one of the better places for sushi in the area. Other plates and apps were also good. Service can be spotty and it gets loud in the dining room. Only complaint would be the $25 min per person at table. Didn't impact our meal cost, but I could see this causing an expensive meal for people with kids. They have a buffet if you're into sharing with strangers. I'd recommend this spot for a low key sit down sushi meal!

I walked over to have dinner after flying in from out of state. All staff was very nice and made sure all needs taken care of. Solid sushi. Would definitely eat here again the next time I am in the area.

I love this place. I would definitely call myself a Chinese food connoisseur because I love trying Chinese food places but it's hard to find a place where I like everything unlike this place. The beef teriyaki sticks are to die for, the crab rangoons were great ,the pork fried rice was great. This is my fave place. It seems very upscale and fancy. The waiter was also super nice and service was quick and hot. Highly recommend.

We originally wanted to go to karma but it was packed so we ended up coming here I did the buffet which is a decent but not outstanding buffet. Comes up to $30 which is not bad considering you obviously over stuff yourself. Richard and the sister ordered from the menu. If anything the buffet tends to be a little greasy. They do have nice pieces of lobster. Overall worth the money

It's a fine dining restaurant. The ambience is great and service is decent. It's a busy place and there was about 10-15 minutes wait time when we visited this place. Not a suggested place for vegetarian folks. A two star rating is due to the lack of vegetarian options. I would say it's a biased review and I had a limited number of veg options to choose from. And most of the available vegetarian options contain mushrooms which further narrowed down the scope. My friends enjoyed the place. Apparently the rest of the menu is good. Another reason for a low rating is the pricing. The food is not great and it cost me about $27 for a vegetable delight and spring rolls. Rice costs you extra.

The food is great here. The sushi are fresh. I order sushi with tempura shrimp and they are very tasty and crispy. This is an American Chinese food and they don't have a lot of traditional Chinese dish. My favorite was shrimp and peapod stem. The waiter are very nice and very accommodating for my friend who has gluteny allergy. The restaurant also have glotent free menu.
