Woodsies Gem Shop is a large, family-owned jewelry store that offers more than just gems. It's a great place for families to visit, with free grinding and cutting demonstrations held daily. Visitors can witness the art of jewelry-making and learn about the process of casting jewelry and cutting precious stones.
A wonderful family-run business with an impressive collection of gemstones on display and for sale. The Aladdin’s Cave and maze are great fun for kids (and adults!) and the information inside the cave is surprisingly educational. The café was excellent, and the small play area is a nice bonus for families. A great stop for all ages!
Nishanth R — Google review
I’m a collector myself so Great exploring the cave of beautiful pieces, woodsie himself took me through explaining in great detail where each piece came from, was the best experience!
Sandy — Google review
A truly amazing place. There is so much to see and do for all ages. Definitely scored points with the wife for taking her there. So much quality range and reasonably priced. There is a great cave for kids of all sizes to explore and learn about minerals and gems. Really needs more than one visit to absorb everything! Staff are awesome, really knowledgeable and friendly
James C — Google review
One of the most peculiar places I've been never seen anywhere like it before. Staff service is lacking. They have a man made cave costs $2 for entry which contains hundreds if not 1000s of different minerals rocks fossils and asteroids. Also have playground and maze entry $2. And have a cafe there as well. Massive jewellery shop stuff you will probably not see elsewhere.
Ashley D — Google review
I stumbled across this place on Google maps & was curious to check it out. Free entry to the gem shop. The types of precious & semiprecious stones blew our minds off. What a great place to visit. We also did the cave tour which is worth it.
Pam A — Google review
Woodsies Gem Store is a treasure trove for families looking for a fun and memorable outing. The gem displays are beautiful, with a number of beautiful pieces for sale. The on-site café offers a good variety of food options for both kids and adults. The maze is a brilliant touch, the kids loved the challenge and excitement. Add in the outdoor playground, and you've got a few hours of entertainment covered. Woodsies is a must-visit destination for families. Highly recommended!
Kelly S — Google review
Do yourself a favour and go. Free entry. Fabulous display, great cafe and a maze. Some absolutely lovely jewellery to view and buy.
Kelly D — Google review
A lot of different types of stones and crystals. A lot presented well in gold or silver jewellery. Great shop for jewellery and crystal lovers. The cafe does a great trade, and we will return for the maze. I bought the 9ct gold snowman necklace with 5 different stones.

The Dockside Marina Cafe is a fantastic establishment that offers breakfast, lunch, and a wide selection of beverages and snacks. They also provide the option to rent various water toys for added enjoyment. This cafe is ideal for the entire family, providing a great atmosphere and even a playground area for kids. The Mildura Dockside Cafe operates from Thursday to Monday during specific hours and serves delicious food with exceptional service. The cafe's ambiance is wonderful, making it the best in town.
Great food! Super friendly staff and nice location, even though it was a bit windy and chilly for an end of December day. We loved every bit of our breakfast. And had more than enough room on the terrace to take our dog along.

Wonderful staff. Helpful, kind and clearly know their job and love it to. Had a Sunday breakfast and could have stayed all day. Awesome views, great food and lovely staff. We will be back again even if it takes 5hrs to get there☺️

We found a new favourite brunch spot in Mildura — right by the river! Dockside Café offers warm indoor seating with heaters and a cozy outdoor area with a firepit 🔥. Perfect for chilly mornings! Here’s what we tried: 🥐 Eggs Benedict Croissant ($22) – You can choose ham, bacon, or salmon (+$6). We picked ham and bacon and LOVED it! The hollandaise sauce was rich and delicious 👌 🥑 Avocado Cup ($19.50) – Super fresh, and the beetroot sauce is such a nice twist 🍞 Eggs on Toast ($13.50) + sautéed mushrooms ($4.50) – Simple, but just okay 🍝 Beef Ragu ($24) – Looked nice but taste was average 🧊 Drinks: Iced Coffee & Iced Mocha ($7.50 each) – both were great! Iced Chocolate ($7.50) – just okay ✨ Generous portions, beautiful plating, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. This place is a must-visit in Mildura!

Great brunch..beautifully cooked and presented. Reasonable price. Has a lovely deck overlooking the marina and river.

Well this is by far the best location in Mildura to have Breakfast. Amazing location with great water views and staff that cannot do enough for you. Children and super dog friendly , i could have sat here all day and watch the world go by!! Btw the food is plenty-full and just amazing. You just have to come here! Check for which days they are open !

It was a horrible time. The menu says crispy bacon. I asked for it to be almost black cause i know crispy dosent mean crispy anymore. The meal came bacon was still fippy floppy, i said to the lady "This isnt crispy". She said "Yes it is", very rudely & walked away. Terrible aervice. And the egg was still raw. There are nicer places with better service in Mildura
Jody ( — Google review
This place has become a bit of a regular haunt with a group of us meeting up after training sessions. Firstly the location is great out on the deck with plenty of sunshade umbrellas. The service is always friendly and usually pretty prompt although it can get busy. Most importantly the coffee is good and there's a good selection on the breakfast menu. Prices are average so the quality and presentation of the food makes it good value! Consistently good and the fire pit and heaters in the outside area make these crisp winter mornings almost delightful!
Mark M — Google review
Lovely location, staff were friendly and accommodating with food selection. However surprised and disappointed when we found we were charged $4.50 each for a couple of cherry tomatoes instead of the anchovies.

Winery
Restaurant
Trentham Estate is a picturesque winery located on the banks of the Murray River, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The friendly staff and generous tastings make for an inviting experience. The winery offers a variety of affordable French and Italian wines, as well as non-estate grown and fortified options. Visitors can also enjoy generous platters even when the restaurant is closed. Guests have praised the quality of the wines, particularly highlighting the Cellar Reserve Fine Old Tawny.
Even though we didn’t have a booking and had to wait over 30 minutes for our lunch, Ethan kept us informed throughout, updating us on wait times, which we really appreciated. We understand that hospitality can be challenging, especially with functions and events happening at the restaurant. Despite the wait, we received great service and enjoyed a delicious meal made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Over at the cellar door, Leanne provided an excellent wine tasting experience, explaining the wines in detail and making our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
Yanina G — Google review
Outstanding location which makes you wonder why there not more like that on the Murray. Beautiful terrasse overlooking the river and we were blessed with talented live music. Food is in the bistro style range and well executed with great flavour. The local vermentino complimented it very well. But it is really the whole package that works here adding the relaxed surroundings with the river and views. Food 4 stars, full package 5 stars.

My wife and I dined here for a Saturday lunch with her mother to celebrate her 86th birthday. I had long wanted to dine here and it didn’t disappoint. Sensational location right on the Murray River. Houseboats can moor here to dine, do wine tasting or relax with a coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating. The food was first class. The service was excellent. And their wines were sensational!! I highly recommend dining here and sampling their wonderful wines!
Stuart H — Google review
A very disappointing meal. It started off well with a lovely balcony table overlooking the Murray River. Service was slow and, while we didn’t complain as we were enjoying the view and the beautiful day, the waiter apologised and said there was only one cook on duty. When our meals did arrive, mine(reef and turf) was very enjoyable despite being on the well done side when I had ordered medium. However, my wife’s meal(Parmesan coated chicken) was presented looking overcooked and was so dry, my wife could only manage 1 piece out of 3. I had a taste and it was certainly way overcooked and unpalatable. We brought it to the waiter’s attention and all he said was that he would bring it to the cook’s attention. We were still charged the full price($46) for her meal. Under the circumstances, I feel we should have at least been offered a partial refund of what was an expensive meal. We will not return. We have had better service and meals everywhere else in Mildura so far.

We had an amazing Easter Sunday at Trentham Estate, and it was truly unforgettable. They provided us with a picnic mat, and we sat by the river. We enjoyed a Trentham platter, which is a special outdoor menu for Easter, along with live music, a sunny day, and exciting boat racing. What more could you ask for? It’s definitely a must-visit in the area!
Yolanda R — Google review
TLDR: served raw chicken My group of four dined at Trentham restaurant on Saturday, 16 Aug 2025, for a 1:50 pm booking on the veranda. We ordered chicken involtini, salt and pepper squid, meatballs, and moroccan lamb. Unfortunately, after we had already eaten most of the chicken involtini, we opened a piece of one and realised it was visibly raw and undercooked. We then opened up another almost finished piece and realised it too was also raw and undercooked. Regrettably, we didn’t get a clear close up photo of the raw chicken in the blur of the moment, but it is retrospectively visible in our earlier photos. We notified waitstaff, who saw the undercooked chicken and took the dish back to the kitchen, telling us they would remake it. However, they returned with only one properly cooked involtini (just a third of the original dish) which confused and disappointed us. When we came up to pay, our main concern was making sure the incident was formally reported. The manager explained that the involtini are pre-cooked and reheated, and insisted it must have been just one chicken that was raw, and hence they only remade one of them (which is besides the point). They showed trivial concern that we all had unknowingly eaten raw chicken. While we quietly felt the replacement was inadequate compensation, our main focus was on encouraging them to lodge an incident report for the safety of future patrons. We were disappointed by the manager’s attitude- she seemed reluctant, insincerely apologetic, and at times passive aggressive. She eventually offered a refund for the involtini dish, which she gave with a frustrated tone. We considered this refund to be the bare minimum. No further gesture or compensation was made, besides telling us to call them if he had any further concerns. What was most concerning wasn’t the raw chicken, but the dismissive response from the manager. Serving undercooked chicken should be treated with far more seriousness and accountability.

You must try Trentham Estate wines, fortified, olive oil and their amazing balsamic vinegar. We were very fortunate to visit the Estate this past April when traveling from interstate to Mildura. We arrived at Trentham via All Seasons Houseboat. Amazing way to travel to a Cellar Door. We enjoyed the cellar door experience. Tasted the sensational wines produced by Trentham, their olive oil and their balsamic. Your staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and a very lovely person who made our visit extra special. Their Estate grown shiraz 2023 is a must try and must buy. Their Cellar Reserve Verdejo 2024 is a sensational white. If you’re into balsamic, you have to try Trentham’s Balsamic. It is extremely flavoursome with beautiful notes of honey like sweetness. Stunning! We have just finished our wines we purchased when we visited the Cellar door, so we have joined the wine club to keep on enjoying Trentham Estate wines back home interstate. Their cafe style food was delicious (didn’t get to do the fine dining this time) and their grounds are spectacular being positioned right on the Murray River. Another must try is the Murray River Pink Salt which we purchased in the Trentham Estate Cellar door. It’s a must buy, I’ve never tasted a better salt!! Thank you Trentham Estate for what you do. We will look forward to enjoying your wines from your wine club on a regular basis at home interstate. Many thanks.

Ornamental Lakes Park, located along the Mildura Riverfront, is a charming community park offering various activities for visitors. The park features a riverside area with a small outdoor café, playgrounds, ponds with boardwalks, and an outdoor stage for community events and live performances. Families can enjoy water activities while children play, and there are plenty of seating areas to relax.
An attractive and well maintained park next to the Water Play. There's plenty of wildlife, toilets and a small cafe. Dogs are allowed in the park on a leash too which is great.

Marina Pizza in Mildura offers a variety of delicious and satisfying pizzas at reasonable prices. Their large Marina Seafood pizza is loaded with an assortment of seafood and generous amounts of cheese, making it a flavorful choice for two adults. The Mediterranean salami is also highly recommended, as it is incredibly tasty. Locals praise Marina Pizza as the best takeaway pizza place in town, known for their quick service and quality food.
Loaded family sized pizza $20!
Nathan W — Google review
I was taken in by the high rating. I can understand why a busy family would appreciate a Marina pizza when giving the cook a break. It was truly an unusual amount of topping, so the pizza will go further feeding hungry kids. Attractive presentation. Hot enough, and I liked being able to add anchovy and olive to their Supreme. However, I fear Australians are starting to confuse quantity with quality, just like Americans do. 3/5 is a more realistic rating for their bland offering. There's nothing to come back for. Also, they dutifully wear plastic gloves while handling money, credit cards, and phones, etc. Completely negating the need for hygienic plastic gloves. I should have read the reviews instead of the average rating. Bottom line. More isn't always better.

This pizza place is a gem. No wonder there are soooo many people waiting outside. Out of all the pizza spots in Mildura, their pizza is piping hot, fresh, thick, chewy and full of toppings at a great price. Not too oily nor dry. This becomes our family choice for weekly pizza cravings.

Mildura Waves

The Mildura Waves Aquatic and Leisure Centre is a refreshing haven located in the heart of town. Experience the excitement of the wave pool, complete with a sandy entrance and water jets. Additionally, there is a spacious lap pool equipped with eight lanes spanning 25 meters. Indulge in relaxation at the spa and sauna, ensuring your visit is both rejuvenating and tranquil. The facility maintains immaculate cleanliness, providing ample parking spaces for convenience.
They have really great equipment here. The only downside is that they only offer single-entry passes, not weekly passes.

Mildura waves and aquatic / fitness centre Deakin Avenue Mildura. Swimming options there is a 25 metre indoor pool which offers aqua aerobic classes Monday thru to Saturday. A timetable is available online and also at the reception desk. During the summer season there is a 50 metre outdoor pool (see image) the season commences early November thru to end of March. In my opinion the outdoor pool season should be extended until 30th April particularly as we live in our tourist promotion area “tropical Mildura”. Inside there is a wave pool (limited operating hours) and toddlers pool. Parental supervision is required. Change rooms include family and disability friendly. Cleanliness rates a 3 star only particularly in peak times. Reception area also includes retail items, bathers, swim equipment and ice cream prepackaged. The centre is a shared facility there is a gym with limited equipment and fitness room offering supervised and virtual Les Mills classes (check out the timetable). Weekends the fitness room for virtual classes is locked so make sure you ask at reception for access to virtual classes, all equipment is available for use. There is a selection of Yoga classes and options for seniors and those who have limited physical capabilities. Water refill stations are located thru the centre. Defibrillators are placed within the complex. The centre also shares the newly opened Kitsch Cafe which offers seasonal menus including tea and coffee. The Mildura tourist information is a great starting point for visitors, opening hours vary and there is a selection of tour and Murray river cruise options plus arts and cultural events. A book swap for happy travellers is available inside the main entrance. A local library operates from the building with varied trading hours. Overall I rate this centre based on service, amenities, cleanliness and variety of options. For parking off street including limited disability is available. RV and motor home/caravan parks are located at the rear of the centre. No shaded parking is available. Time limits apply and are often patrolled including on weekends. Prices for walk-ins are on the high end in offerings available, the centre also offers a sauna, (almost antiquated) and a small spa. There are senior and concession discounts and multi passes available. Overall for our regional centre of Mildura the centre is a positive for locals and visitors, offering 4 businesses under 1 roof. Please note due to lifeguard availability during the summer season the outdoor pool hours are often compromised due to staffing issues. No white board or lane availability on the waves website or Facebook page is available which can be extremely frustrating for locals and visitors.

During my recent visit to Mildura, I had the pleasure of exploring Cheap as Chips, a store that truly stands out for its exceptional customer service and extensive product range. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, with one standout employee named Jenny going above and beyond to assist me. As someone without a vehicle, I often find shopping challenging, but her willingness to help made all the difference.
This store is absolutely massive! Very close proximity to Mildura centre plaza (across the road, lots of parking.) I came 170km today and couldn't believe how nice the staff were. The range of stock was unbelievable! The store was well laid out and staff were ever so helpful. Can't wait to return in a month or so ☺️

I went to cheap as chips Mildura 1 day ago and it was the worse experience I’ve had. The shop was all over the place there wasn’t prices on anything nothing was in its right spot and it made it extremely hard to even shop there I wouldn’t go back if that how the shop stays and I’ve spoken to a few of my oldies friends and they agree. The manager there she’s got glasses was not very nice at all she was grumpy, rude and said some things you shouldn’t be saying to customers that place needs to get a new manager in order because she is not friendly.

Not so cheap and not good quality. Staff are less than helpful. Was better ten years ago. One man walked passed me telling his wife they only sell junk now. So does that explain the one star rating. Sorry
Denise O — Google review
Lots of stock, we could've walked out with more than what we went there for, if it wasn't for self control. Dishwasher soap blocks was the main reason, the supermarket's charges are a good enough reason to give Cheap as Chips a look in. Their range of item's make you want to browse the store to fill in some time and get idea's for maybe filling in an empty space somewhere in your home.

Some time not long ago, I made a number of purchases through cheap as chips Mildura. And as I've said before the experience was very overwhelming,. I also mentioned that a female staff member went above and beyond to help me. When other stores wernt interested in helping or making a sale. Being a 51 year old male without a vehicle it's hard to get things quite often . However Jenny from cheap as chips was absolutely fantastic 👌 nothing was to hard or too much trouble. It's awesome to be in a store where staff actually smile, there not rude and bend over backwards to help. So thankyou again Jenny your a a fantastic person.

Arrived at the store right on 5.30pm as I had just come from the vets and wanted to grab a bed for my sick pet who was in the car and the woman refused to hear me out or open the door, she just stood there shaking her head and mouthing no at me. I understand they close at 5.30 but I just found it so rude. She wouldn't even open the door to hear me out. I'm really disappointed and angry about this, it has put me off shopping there again.

Indian restaurant
Daawat-E-Mildura Indian Restaurant is highly regarded by customers in Mildura, who appreciate the delicious food and their favorite paladums. This restaurant stands out as the best Indian eatery in the region, as confirmed by repeat takeaways. While some patrons felt that something was lacking in the curries, they still enjoyed their meals and praised the generous portions. It is recommended to anyone visiting Mildura and craving Indian cuisine.
The most tasty Indian food I’ve had in so long! I’m vegan & also have other food allergies & Manjinda & Harry looked after me SO well in December last year cooking something from scratch to suit my diary requirements, very late at night as well. THEN I came back in Feb & not only did they remember my name but also my order! Absolutely beautiful people & seriously delicious food. The vibe in the restaurant is amazing too with the music & how genuinely friendly they are! Highly recommend Daawat-E-Mildura & I look forward to eating here every time I visit town!

Excellent and yummy food. The quantity of the food was too much that we were able to take away the rest of the food after dining in. The kids enjoyed as well. We were amazed that the tea was made how it is back in India and not from kettle. All the food were made carefully. We will definitely be back when dining out. Well done to the owner and their staff. Keep up the same in the coming days. 100% recommend.

I had a good evening here, and I was looking forward to it. Onion Bhaji,Lamb Bhuna, Saffron Rice, Plain Naan The service was excellent and attentive and the quality of all the food was first class. A couple of nice glasses of wine too. The Onion Bhaji was probably the best I’ve ever had. Made in their own style the flavour and texture was great. The Lamb Bhuna was also great with flavour, but didn’t come out hot, in flavour, as asked but they took it back and made it hot with extra chili 🌶️ I had enough to take back to my van and enjoyed it the next day all over again!

Really impressed with the food and service here! They took the time to ask about our preferences and made the dishes exactly how we like them — perfectly spiced and cooked just right. It’s rare to find a place that’s so flexible and customer-focused. Highly recommend for anyone who wants food made to their taste!

Exceptional service and truly personalized cooking! The chef went out of the way to adjust the flavors just how we like them. It felt like home-cooked food with restaurant quality. Rare to find places that genuinely care about individual taste.

I would rate this Resturant as slightly above average, with considerable potential for improvement. Having sampled their food on five occasions, I consistently encountered issues with excessive oiliness in the curries and insufficient portion sizes compared to the menu images. Addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the quality and make it the premier Indian dining option in Mildura. Little disappointed considering price we pay these days for food.

Our party of five were unanimous in their agreement on the quality, quantity and taste of our meal. There was enough left over to take home for another meal. Very reasonable cost and great service. Highly recommended.

Vietnamese restaurant
Mr Bun Mi is an exceptional Vietnamese restaurant offering delicious and fresh cuisine. The friendly staff provide helpful suggestions, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The menu boasts great value for money, with a sample platter that is generously portioned and even enough for three people. One of their standout dishes includes vermicelli paired with grilled pork belly and spring rolls, which is truly exceptional. For dessert, the panna cotta is accompanied by three delectable sauces, creating a divine treat.
This is hands down our favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Mildura. We go there whenever we can, and it never disappoints. The food is homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavours. The staff are incredibly kind and always make us feel welcome. It’s the kind of place that feels like home. A true local gem!

Our dinner was truly exceptional, with outstanding service and generous portions. What's more, our meals arrived in record time - under 10 minutes! And as a lovely finishing touch, we were treated to a complimentary dessert to share.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from a place with this name but we were very pleasantly surprised. A nice comfy atmosphere matched by absolutely enthusiastic, attentive, and friendly service. The food was clean, fresh, and authentically tasty. The bun bo hue was one of the best I’ve ever had with a light and spicy soup and the roast pork was really divine. The pho had clean but tasty broth. Definitely will return if we are ever in Mildura again.

Great Meal, friendly staff. Started with vegetarian spring rolls, then crispy roasted pork belly, flat rice noodles with chicken, special fried rice. finished with a panacotta surprise from the staff to welcome us. Could not fault the food. Do yourself a favour and try this restaurant.

Best ever salad. Asian pork salad with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. This dish hits the spot. The staff are so friendly. Our complimentary panna cotta was beautiful. Looking forward to dining here again

Walked in for dinner from our nearby motel while travelling through Mildura and were delighted. Out of ‘down town’ but full and buzzing so the locals clearly approve. Staff found us a (warm) table and were very attentive throughout, including to our request for vegan options. Food was a delight, fresh and tasty. Highly recommend and suggest booking if you have the chance.

Staff were absolutely 💯 amazing. When we arrived we were told our booking was for tomorrow but the lovely lady was just having a joke with us. The food and service was simply the best. We have been here before but we will definitely be coming back. We have leftovers for tomorrow night 🌙 too but there wasn't much left 🤪

Came in in a Saturday night so busy, definitely should book ahead as we waited 20-25mins. We had the pho and BBH both very up to standard. Sticky date pudding was delicious. The staff sing happy birthday very well 👍, very friendly.

Asian restaurant
Tom's Place Malaysian Chinese Cuisine in Mildura is a hidden gem for authentic Malaysian and Chinese cuisine. Despite its unassuming location in a commercial building, the food speaks for itself with rave reviews from visitors. The salted chicken is particularly noteworthy, described as mouthwatering and surpassing even renowned restaurants in Melbourne. While the ambiance may not be upscale, the quick and friendly service adds to the overall experience.
Been craving for Nasi Lemak ever since I left Malaysia. Overall, the flavour is very close to home but the curry chicken could be more spicy.
Rigel — Google review
The best chicken salted egg ive ever had!! The fried rice is very good too! Will definitely come back 🥰
Trisha Y — Google review
Pretty good Malaysian Chinese food. It’s mainly takeaway but you can dine in their restaurant side. Food is good but the atmosphere is pretty average, so I’d recommend this for a casual meal rather than a nice date night or special occasions. The laksa and roti were both nice and they have plenty of vegetarian options.
Tomas Z — Google review
Visiting Mildura for a few days and after several days of pub style food I felt like Malaysian food. As a regular eater of Malaysian food from some very good restaurants in Melbourne, I’m fairly picky. Tom’s Place did not disappoint! Very generous portions, fast friendly service and very good prices. Food was absolutely delicious and as good as I get near home. I had Nasi lemak curry chicken. Very flavourful creamy curry, and nice spicy and sweet sambal. Rice perfectly cooked and nice amount of coconut flavour. Ikan bilis, peanuts, cucumber and egg on the side, all complemented the dish well. My wife had char kway teow, I tried a small amount of it and it was also excellent. Good amount of ingredients, very flavourful, nice wok hei. Kids had wonton noodle soup which they said was as good as they have had. Highly recommend this place!
Simon T — Google review
Came for a work lunch. First dish that I ordered was not available. Went with second choice, which was the Curry Laska. Finished it, as I was hungry, but fairly underwhelmed and probably wouldn’t get it again. Laskas are normally very full of flavour and spices, this one was unfortunately bland, and mostly just noodles… The only vegetable that was in this dish was a few bits of bok choy on the side, which is far from enough in my opinion. I’ll be back in the future, as my work colleagues like to come here, but I will be trying other dishes.
Anastassia K — Google review
the flavors are absolutely delicious, almost like the ones we found in Sydney. 😍 🌿 Cozy little restaurant with great ambiance, friendly staff, and affordable prices. The serving sizes are generous, and everything we tried became our favorite! 🍽️ What we ordered: ✅ Char Koey Teow ($17.90) – must try! ✅ Ipoh Wat Tan Ho ($17.90) ✅ Tom’s Special Fried Rice ($17.90) ✅ Nasi Lemak w/ Rendang Beef Curry ($17.90) ✅ Nasi Lemak w/ Creamy Chicken Curry ($17.90) ✅ Petai Prawn ($26.90) ✅ Sambal Kangkung ($20.90) 🌶️ Definitely our new go-to spot when craving Malaysian food in Mildura. Highly recommend!

Great quick friendly service, good above average food & variety of Dishes which both our prawn dishes had quite a lot of large prawns in them and were reasonably priced. No Alcohol onsite allowed. For two people 5 dishes & bowl of coconut rice $106. Will definitely go back. Good experience 👌👌

Good atmosphere, great service but the food is just too average. As Malaysian, I found the taste is not as good as I thought it would be. Food presentation not like what i expected, more like home cooking. Price are affordable but the taste of food very standard.Service was good.

Mildura Brewery Pub is a must-visit in the area, offering a unique experience of homebrewed beer and Italian cuisine within a beautifully refurbished art deco setting. The pub boasts a state-of-the-art working boutique brewery where patrons can witness the brewing process while enjoying generous pub fare. With around twelve craft beers brewed on-site, visitors can savor an array of flavors. The venue also offers ample seating options, including streetside dining for those who prefer outdoor ambiance.
Tasting paddle was a great way to test the beers here. Flavour descriptions (tasting notes) are spot on! Had the Stout instead of the Sour. The Stout ended up being my favourite. The beef burger and chips were VERY good! Beef patty was juicy and flavourfull. Good balance and melty cheese 😋 The chips were thick cut, crisp outside and soft on the inside with a perfect amount of salt 👌

3.5 🌟 The brewery is a great pub. Loved the tasting paddle. I found the strong beer a little heavy the rest were amazing. We had garlic bread that was quite average to my standards had no taste what so ever I like fresh garlic butter with checks of garlic so you taste it! The karaage chicken was amazing, tasty hot and full of flavor. We shared a chicken pizza it was spicy and it was a great pizza base.

Great food and drink at a reasonable price. The old Astor Theatre has been tastefully refurbished in the heart of Mildura. The Art Deco style interior has a new generation of admirers with this stylish brewery. We ate here on a relatively quiet Sunday night. The food was good and there was plenty of it. An enjoyable casual meal with no fuss. Here are some photos...

Decent sized pub with a brewery. They have 6 beers that they can serve on a tasting paddle ($20) or a full bar if you want something else. There’s a few seats on the street outside or lots of spaces inside for groups. The beer tanks are all visible so it’s interesting to look in and see their production. The beers are fine but I wouldn’t go out of my way for most of them. The pale ale and stout were my highlights.

Great experience!! While visiting Mildura just stopped in here after going on the Melbourne paddle steamer, just a small walk away. Stopped in on a cold day, had a jug of the mid strength and it was really yummy and a really good mid had good flavor one of of the better ones I have had. Also had some food which was really great, my burger was hot and packed with flavo, the meat tasted like it had some sausage meat mixed in, it was really really good. My partner had a chicken burger which she said was also very well done. When I go back to Midura I will definitely stop in again.

This place has such a great vibe—spacious, welcoming, and full of character. The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. And let’s talk about the food portions—huge! You definitely won’t leave hungry. One of the highlights? Their $20 beer flights. It’s a fantastic way to sample a range of their craft brews without breaking the bank. If you're in Mildura, this spot is an absolute must. Great food, great beer, and even better people. Cheers to that! 🍺

A pleasant arvo with a tasting paddle ($24), a cocktail and a few entrees to eat. Nice place for a visit and the food was good. Beers weren’t my husbands favourite but they went down anyway. I think the beer flavours highlight the taste of the region. More fruity & citrus. I liked the Pale Ale but I’m not a beer drinker. Husband liked the dark ale which we’re having trouble identifying now. Information provided with the paddle didn’t seem to correspond well. We enjoyed the visit.

Embarking on a journey with Mildura Paddle Steamers is an unforgettable way to experience the stunning Murray River. This family-owned business, operating since 1955, offers a variety of daily cruises from the Mildura Wharf aboard historic vessels like the Paddle Steamer Melbourne and the Paddle Vessel Rothbury. Guests can enjoy unique two-hour excursions that take them through Lock 11, allowing for an exciting transition between different sections of the river.
A terrific experience to see both sides of the river and be in the working Lock 11 when the Rothbury paddle steamer makes its way through. The informative commentary was excellent . The on board homemade sandwiches and slices etc were great. Prices were very fair. Loved the whole experience.

This was a great activity for a chill afternoon on a warm day. Beautiful breeze and nature views and an added bonus of going into a river lock (an elevator for boats? Lol) Maybe a little high priced but understand fuel is expensive. Little kids will love going in to see the captain and the lock. Still highly recommended. Bring activities for smaller kids as is a 2 hour tour.

Water & Amusement Parks
Park
Mildura Water Play Park is a top family attraction in Mildura, offering a paradise for kids with pumps, weirs, sensory stones, bridges, and fountains. Situated alongside the river, it features toddler-friendly wading pools with waterspouts and plenty of grassy areas for picnics. The park provides a great way for younger children to cool off on hot days with small waterfalls, water jets, and wheels to play with.
This is a truly wonderful park and an ideal rest stop on a long journey from Adelaide to Canberra. With plenty of seating available and well-maintained public restrooms, it offers both comfort and convenience for travellers. In the summer months, it becomes an especially delightful spot, with a water play area perfect for children to cool off and enjoy. We’ve paused here for lunch on two separate occasions, and each visit has been a pleasant experience—a peaceful, family-friendly setting that makes the road trip feel just a little bit easier. I would recommend that the local council consider enforcing a no-dogs policy. Allowing animals in these spaces could compromise the cleanliness and safety of both the children's play environment and the eating areas, potentially diminishing the experience for all visitors.

An amazing outdoor and free water play park. Great for younger children, with small waterfalls, water jets and wheels for kids to play with. Great for when it's very hot, and there's a few shaded areas within. Dogs are not allowed in the water, but there's a nearby park which is worthwhile. Quite a lot of wildlife in the area too and some great views. Great for cooling down in the evening and exploring the area.

The Australian Inland Botanic Gardens is a stunning oasis on the desert's edge, showcasing a diverse array of native and exotic plants, flowers, and trees. Visitors can revel in the beauty of flora from around the world as well as unique indigenous species thriving in the arid Mallee region. A highlight is witnessing the breathtaking bloom of Sturts Desert Pea between July and March. The gardens offer guided train rides, picturesque picnic spots, and opportunities for leisurely strolls amidst scenic landscapes.

Make sure you don't miss the train on Saturday's at 10 and 11am. The rose garden very beautiful and well kept and tidy. Would've liked a bit of more context and explanations when you drive/walk around the areas like the western Australian side and south Australian bit, but that's just me. Really worth it a visit

We have ordered dinner here for many years. Never had a bad dish until tonight. Something has drastically changed. Meals were very oily. Not the same colour or consistency with hardly any sauce just oil 🤮

⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Delicious Food, But Poor Service and Uncomfortable Dine-In Experience We came here hoping for a nice meal out, and while the food was genuinely excellent, the overall dine-in experience was disappointing. When we walked in, there was no greeting or staff member to assist us — we had to seat ourselves. Moments later, papad and chutneys were placed on the table without a word, smile, or even eye contact. It felt cold, rushed, and far from welcoming. Soon after, a new table was set up so close to ours that it felt like we were dining with strangers. There was no courtesy to ask if we’d like to be moved or if we were okay with the tight space. It was uncomfortable enough that we chose to get our food packed and take it away rather than stay. What made things even more awkward was the way the staff asked for a review — it felt less like a genuine request for feedback and more like a trade-off for a possible discount. It left a strange aftertaste to the whole experience. **To be fair, the food was absolutely amazing** — rich, authentic, and packed with Indian street-food flavour. We’d happily come back for takeaway, but not for dining in.

Overall, the dish looked delicious as shown in the photos, perfect for those who enjoy strong flavors. This was my first time trying Indian food with friends, and we weren't particularly enthralled by the complex flavors. We highly recommend the butter naan, which was delicious.

Delicious food somewhat let down by a rather charmless atmosphere. On a Saturday night we were one of just two parties sitting in a near silent dining room, everyone awkwardly whispering while the only sound came from the TV on the wall. Some music would be nice! The lamb biryani and channa masala were very tasty and well portioned, the garlic naan delicious but a little thin and crispy rather than fluffy. The papadums were fresh and savoury. Unfortunately the butter chicken was a let down - a big bowl of soupy sauce with exactly six small pieces of chicken floating in it. When I suggested this looked a little meagre the waitress told me six pieces of chicken was standard, and that was that. So if you're planning on sharing the butter chicken with more than one person, beware, I guess? I'd recommend getting the lamb biryani takeaway.

Took the family here last weekend and it was good decision, yes, food was so good and the staff served us with a smile, had a lovely chat with the owner, Raghbir, when paying. It’s easy to see why the place is so great. Fantastic food, wonderful service, and an all-around brilliant experience. We'll be back! Thanks, Raghbir!

We were in Mildura for a business trip and stumbled upon this Indian restaurant in a gorgeous spot. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home great music, friendly staff, and the food was just out of this world. Honestly, it was some of the best Indian food we’ve ever had. We were super impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone in town. Don’t miss out on this gem!

I have been dining at Ziggy's Cafe for a considerable amount of time, and they say that if something isn't broken, there's no need to fix it. This cafe is always bustling with activity and is a popular stop for many people. Despite some changes in staff over the years, the cafe consistently delivers exceptional food and coffee. While the employees may come across as somewhat unenthusiastic, they are still friendly and efficient.
Ordered some coffees and sandwiches for my work team via Menulog. Accidentally forgot to change my address from home to work in Menulog, called up the cafe and they were friendly and happy to help, wrote the right address on the docket to make sure it made it to me! Thank you! ☺️🙏 Also, really need to mention how good the sandwiches were, and well priced also! Very happy! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ***Only suggestion would be to update your Menulog options for coffee orders to add in all the alternative milk options etc that you offer.

Got the Chicken Snitzel burger special and it was huge and delicious and finished off with a chocolate malt milkshake, Chavahli the waitress was very friendly and helpful too.

Best customer service in town. I recommend the scrambled eggs on toast or snitzel burger. Coffee is always gorgeous. Value for money and always fresh ingredients.

Food and coffee is ok. We had the Salmon Benedict and Avo on Toast. They were nice but I thought the taste could be better. Their service was friendly but quite slow given how busy they always were. The place itself is really nice.

We visited with our dog and it was lovely to receive table service at the outside tables. Food was great and outdoor dining was more comfortable than expected!

We stopped for lunch on our first day in Mildura and loved it so much we came back for breakfast - twice!! The food was excellent- good size, very fresh and well made. The only place I’ve found that gets crispy bacon right. Pancakes were amazing and the buttermilk chicken wrap was perfection. Full marks to the kitchen staff and the service staff were super friendly and very helpful. Can’t fault this place and will be coming back on our next visit to Mildura

Langtree Cafe is a delightful spot that truly embodies the essence of community and warmth. Nestled in Mildura, this cafe offers a fantastic selection of fresh meals, making it an ideal choice for breakfast or lunch. Guests rave about the friendly staff who greet everyone with genuine smiles, often remembering regulars by name. The atmosphere is inviting, whether you're enjoying full table service upstairs or grabbing takeaway to savor later.
This place has delicious food & coffee. I had the langtree special, overall very good bacon, halloumi, bread, hash brown and eggs👌, but the sausages were plain. Had a yummy eclair. Coffee was tasty and smooth👍☕️. Good & fast service, nice atmosphere, ok sitting, and friendly staff, thanks guys😁👍 Photos by: jesusbelievers_noah I.G & F.B

I had a short stay in Mildura for work over the Labour Day weekend. The phone chargers on the bus weren’t working so I was desperate for a power point. They were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and my iced coffee was just as amazing. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I went back this morning to get breakfast and lunch to eat on the bus and ordered another iced coffee to go and can confirm it was consistent, just as good as the first. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend you stop over at the Langtree Cafe/Restaurant. I can't fault the breakfast we received it was absolutely amazing. Scrabble eggs were delicious, and bacon eggs cheese on toatie was delicious. Poached eggs cook to perfection. Ham Cheese tomatoes 🍅 were delicious. Well, the jelly slice yummy 😋 service was absolutely awesome, very pleasant on arrival, and when taking our order, she was absolutely awesome. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. So if you're visiting Mildura, be sure you pop in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and you won't be disappointed 😉 Thank you, happy customer 😊

We sat upstairs and enjoyed full table service, which was lovely. The wait staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Unfortunately, they were out of the cheesy onion rings we were looking forward to, but all the meals we ordered were really enjoyable. The milkshakes were a real hit — absolutely delicious! The only letdown was the mojito, which didn’t really taste like it had any rum in it. A bit disappointing, but overall it was still a good dining experience.

Warning: only come here if you are hungry! Breakfast was lovely but huge, would have fed two people easily.

I am giving five starts to this cafe as it was the only option in Mildura on Tuesday at 0300pm. Not only they were open, also their food was delicious as well. We’ve tried their burgers and no regrets with our choice. Tastes like homemade burgers 🍔. Thanks 😊

I walked in and politely asked if there is a toilet available before I ordered "not for walk-ins". I'm ordering I explained. Two flights of stairs to the toilet (all clean). Waitstaff bring menus to the table. They do not say I have to order at the counter and there is no signature anywhere advising so. Eventually I ask someone and they say yes, you have to order at the bar. I get lasagne and salad and a ln orange juice. Orange juice was yummy and beautifully presented. But the food. Very average salad with too much grated carrot and dressing from a supermarket bottle. Lasagne hot in some parts and cool in others. Burnt a tough on the bottom - some parts not edible. Lasagne sheets no integrity and all a mush. No one has collected my.plate or asked if I enjoyed the meal. Good for drinks and wait staff nice. And all for $27.00!!!! Small businesses are suffering maybe, but if you're going to charge nearly 30 dollars - make it good food. I won't come here for food again

I cant fault this cafe. I come here sometimes multiple times a day with my clients (disability and aged care) and every single time the staff warmly greet the clients, often by name, and are so welcoming and spread positive vibes, and patience. I have had exceptional experiences with almost every staff member who works here. It is a testament to not only the culture of the workplace but to the people who work there. It's not often you are met with such great service every single time. Congratulations on being such a great bunch of people.

Cafe 1909 is a charming venue located in Mildura, offering stunning river views and a picturesque outdoor area. The cafe is dog-friendly, with a relaxing outdoor space that provides partial or full coverage depending on the time of day. Visitors can enjoy fresh local cuisine while taking in the beautiful scenery and watching pelicans and shags by the river. The indoor dining area has a countryside petrol station restaurant vibe, and while the food is decent, it's the breathtaking views that steal the show.
Outstanding place for a great quality dining experience. Relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. I was a walk in for lunch, on Mother's Day no less, and David squeezed me in. Great food, service, and views.

This is a great waterfront cafe in an awesome location. We had brunch in a large group and we all enjoyed our experience here during our recent visit to Mildura. The menu is Sailor themed and the food was good, well presented. We didn’t have to wait for lunch Mt and everyone’s dishes came together. What a view of the river!! Enjoy the pics.

Cool view of the river. Came for breakfast with a friend and order a coffee I've never heard of white chocolate mocha. It was good. Not too sweet not too bitter. Got the egg and bacon roll got it within 5 mins and it was amazing 👏. Definitely way different from fast food rolls I've eaten in the past. Very fresh! Quite friendly staff.

Great relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a meal on the banks of the Murray River. The special of the day, spicy chicken wings. Great flavour. A good variety on the menu.
