Pizza was a disaster by south Italian standards.. tomato sauce was artifical, ingridients in total was choosen the cheapest one. No mozzarela, some similar cheese, daugh was burned, not in a way, napolitana has, but in the way, we couldnt eat it. Prices were good, wine was good too. We stayed at the Venue for one week in August. Coming from Australia we were not sure on what would await us. Our apartment had air conditioning and was roomy for us , 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment although was dirty. The kitchen was filthy , infact I refused to cook for our entire stay , as I was not prepared to go out shopping for cleaning products. The apartment also had a major ant problem. The resort is clean and tidy on the grounds. The dining area is great also. They have something like a kids club which lacks organization. There is no timetable of activities as such , but at night they provide entertainment. They had a body painting morning , but they failed to advise that the paint stains and does Not come out of clothing The beach area is ok. The beach late morning tends to get very dirty , we even saw a sanitary pad in the water. The guests on the beach can smoke and also bring pets. The most disappointing factor at the resort has to be the customer service at reception. The young short haired girl is abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She talks over you and is off putting.
