Must vist place in belgrade serbia. The Fortress is a must visit when in the city. Originally built by the Romans in the 1st century AD, the fortress has seen countless empires rise and fall including Byzantine, Hungarian, Ottoman, and Austrian, each leaving its own mark. The Ottomans, who ruled Belgrade for nearly two centuries, rebuilt and expanded large parts of the fortress. You can still see traces of their presence in the design of the gates, the remains of the mosque near the Upper Town, and the general layout that reflects their military architecture. The surrounding Kalemegdan Park adds charm to the visit, offering shaded paths, sculptures, and views across the rivers. Key highlights within the fortress include the Victor Monument, and the Military Museum, which houses weapons from various periods of Serbian and Balkan. Great history, great view, great vepons

Clean. Well maintained. Free entry. Has free public toilets. Good place to explore and have a walk. The views of New Belgrade and the Danube are amazing.

The biggest Fortress that I visit until today. . . So big that you need almost a day to see everything, make pictures and relaxing. Lots of things you can do inside this fortress. You must see to believe it.

I went here on the 31/8/2025 and I had such a bad experience. The park looked like it was from a war zone with trash, used syringes, faeces, urine and weeds everywhere. Really third world country conditions. It was full of people begging and homeless people that were screaming at the top of their lungs for no reason and the area generally felt really unsafe. I would not recommend visiting it under no circumstances. So sad

All of the grounds here have something to see and get a picture. The day was too hot to stroll for all over the park. But, again, a great experience

I went here on the 31/8/2025 and I had a horrible experience. The park was full of homeless people screaming for no reason and staring at me, making me really uncomfortable. There were many people begging and it was such in rough shape. It was truly third world country conditions with trash, used syringes, faeces and urine everywhere. The area felt really unsafe. Nice park in Belgarde. You can see the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. You need to visit Fortress. But after many visits of Belgrade I would say that they need to start renovating slowly their famous Monuments.

An expansive zoo with numerous different animals to view in numerous different enclosures. Some of the enclosures do feel especially cruel - not very big or exciting for the animals. There are a lot of animals though, so you can easily spend several hours here!

I am originly from Belgrade, and for better or for worst I decided to visit the zoo after many years. In the meantime I traveld a lot and saw many other zoos, because it gives me the chance to see the animals that I coldn't otherwise. The small cages overcrowded with animal, very obivously hungry animals ( some of the fed smoki and popcorns ), lack of staff, dirty cages with not enough flora for the animals... omg.Also false advertising of certain animals . Just to name few puma , red fox , silver fox were not there. I never experienced that. But again, good for the animals that they were not there. The issue can really be solved by having less animals and creating bigger cages. And ofc feeding them properly. I was glad to see some animals... but it also made me feel sad that i can't help them. I hope something will change 🙏

In my impression, this is one of the worst zoos in Europe. Many animals are kept in poor conditions, a lot of them show stereotypical behavior and look not very healthy. The enclosures seem flimsy and unsafe, and in some cases you could even accidentally fall in (for example, into the alligator’s). Considering what a beautiful location the zoo is in, it definitely has room for improvement!

The zoo is well thought out and quite large with a large selection of animals, the problem is that they don't have an elephant and there is a lack of parking within the zoo which is full at peak times and if you park in the city and are 2 minutes late you will get a fine. 🙂 as well as me

I didn’t expect to enjoy the Belgrade Zoo this much! It may not be the biggest zoo in the world, but it’s full of life, charm, and some truly amazing animals. From powerful lions and playful monkeys to colorful parrots and curious reptiles – there’s always something to make you smile. What impressed me the most was how clean and well-maintained everything is. Even with lots of visitors around, the paths, enclosures, and picnic areas looked spotless. There are toilets and drinking fountains in many places, which is such a thoughtful detail, especially when the weather gets hot. It’s also such a comfortable place to walk around – you can see everything in a couple of hours without feeling rushed. Being right in the city center, it’s perfect for a quick escape from the noise and traffic. I loved learning that the zoo is home to some special residents like the rare white lions and Muja, the world’s oldest living alligator – what a legend! Overall, it’s a warm and welcoming spot where you can relax, connect with nature, and leave with a smile. If you’re in Belgrade, this little gem is definitely worth a visit.

I don’t want to make this too long, as I have too many things to say really. The animals are in okay care, it needs to be appreciated compared to most zoos, but there is still room to improve, main concern is lack of space for medium or large birds and the hippos. The zoo is clean, it’s well taken care of, and animal cages are in good care too. Plenty of animal species, was surprised by quite a few. I’m not sure about the animals diets though, I’ve seen a lot of baby chicks in the cages, dead but not eaten (5+ in every bird cage), can’t say more about it, not expert at all. The biggest problem I had was with the parking, besides the lack of spaces, beware of the parking employee when you pay at the end, has very bad attitude towards tourists, and denied us payment with card for 5 minutes, with plenty bad comments, even though the option was available all along, he just didnt want to. I truly have my respects for the employees of this zoo, they truly do their best, compared to the resources available, I’m sure.

The zoo is in a beautiful location, inside a park with some amazing views of the city. Unfortunately, the zoo itself feels quite sad. Many animals are kept in cages that are far too small, and it doesn’t seem like their well-being is a top priority. The place could be so much more, but right now it feels outdated and lacking proper care.

We stopped by for a midday cocktail break and really enjoyed it. It was both relaxing and the view was beautiful. We were planning to come back for dinner, but after walking so much inside Kalemegdan, we weren’t sure if getting back would be easy, so we passed for the evening.

The view was lovely, the building was absolutely stunning, and the food was amazing. We had an excellent waiter who suggested some great choices for the kids. Loved it. Thank you!

Kalemegdan Terrace is Belgrade’s most spectacular viewpoint! Located at the very top of the historic Kalemegdan Fortress, this restaurant has the kind of view that takes your breath away — the entire city, plus the meeting point of the Sava and Danube rivers. It’s especially magical at sunset, when the sky glows over the fortress walls. The food is great, the staff are very pleasant, and the atmosphere is both elegant and relaxed. If you ask me, Kalemegdan Terrace is the best hidden gem in Belgrade and a must-visit for anyone who wants to truly experience the city.

Was truly looking forward to visiting this place, been following them on social media for over a year. However, the service we received from the 'service manager' aka 'šef servisa', is absolutely shocking. Once seated, we waited 5 minutes to be given menus (the restaurant was absolutely empty, meaning they were not busy at all). Once we were ready to order, we asked one of the waiters to take our orders, however they told us they'll send us our designated waiter instead. We waited about 10 mins but no one came. At that point, I turned around as I heard 2 staff members speaking behind my back and asked if we could kindly be served. This is where I was left utterly speechless. The so called 'service manager' casually SHOOd me away with his hand and said 'shortly' and continued chatting away with the other staff member. Only as they saw I was ready to leave since I picked up my belongings, did they send a waiter to serve us. The body language by the 'šef servisa' was absolutely shocking. That kind of behaviour you wouldn't see even on streets. The food does not justify the prices either, just overly priced for average quality. The views they advertise online are also nothing special, with scenery being blocked by high risers in front of the restaurant windows. Pretty disappointed and will not be back.

A wonderful historical spot to visit during your Belgrade stay. Probably one of the most iconic restaurants for corporate events, weddings etc. wonderful setting, beautiful backdrop.

Beautiful restaurant, very good food but one thing i didn't liked. The waiter brings to us from the house a bread bascket and some serbian cheese. If it was from the house why he put it on the bill?

Radost is a hidden oasis in Belgrade city center just below the Kalemegdan where you can just hide away for a day and enjoy it's garden in the summer after the morning rain.... That's what I did and it brought me peace. Alma was addition to the therapy. She just does not serve you, she makes you feel at home.

This is a very intimate, carefully designed, and welcoming spot. The service was courteous and delivered with a genuine smile. We ordered the mixed appetizers and the ramen, and everything was delicious. It's a shame about the smokers, but that's certainly beyond the restaurant's control.

What an adorable hidden gem! Vegan and vegetarian food but you won't believe how fantastic the flavors are! Came here on a friends recommendation. Just adorable inside and out. Outside garden is like a fairy tale, and I can't believe it exists in the city. It feels like you arent in the city. Even the sounds are quiet, barely any cars can be heard despite being right near Kalemegdan and all the other tourist areas. I'll be back.

What a lovely experience I had here! From the food to the service to the atmosphere, I can't fault this place. I had the mezze for one to start (which had some incredible dips), and the tortilla. The craft beer options here are fantastic too. The staff here are so lovely, and I'll definitely be back on my return to Belgrade.

An amazing hidden spot in the Belgrade center. Great place for a relaxing lunch and romantic dinner. The summer garden is perfect for a city escape. Cozy atmosphere inside, too! Food is amazing, even if you are not really a vegetarian. I have enjoyed a vegetarian lasagna, which was soft and delicious! Recommend this place to everyone.

A truly lovely place! The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed dining in the cozy courtyard — it’s shaded by plants and feels very peaceful and inviting. We were at the “Welcome to Asia” show, it was terrific! You won’t find similar place in Belgrade, show was great, food was great, unique experience! They also have Samba and Disco night, I will definitely come again.

I really enjoy going to Ušće Shopping Center whenever I’m in Belgrade. It has such a modern and spacious feel bright, clean, and always lively without being overwhelming. The moment I walk in, it feels like the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without even realizing how quickly time goes by. What I love most is the variety of shops. There’s Zara, of course, which is always a go-to for me, but also plenty of other clothing and shoe stores, both international brands and local ones. I always end up finding something interesting, whether it’s fashion, accessories, or even little things I didn’t plan to buy. It’s nice having so much in one place. Another highlight is the cafés and food court. After some shopping, I usually grab a coffee or a snack and just relax for a bit. It’s perfect for people-watching or catching my breath before continuing. The cinema and other entertainment options make it a spot where you can actually spend an entire day, not just shop and leave.

Modern Mall with a good combination of beauty products for ladies, sporting goods shops, bakery & F&b outlets plus small convenient mart for snacks & drinks etc. overall a well equipped mall. We got we wanted but didn't spend too much time there as we wanted to go outdoor by the riverside.

A massive mall with a wide variety of stores from big-name brands to local shops all under one roof. It’s spacious, not too crowded, and truly huge.

Top of the league shopping centre. Bigger than most local ones around. Contains all the shops you would want and good shops. You can ask anyone if you have any questions and they’ll happily accomodate. Good food/ restaurants as well.

Free access to the public bathrooms without any unnecessary charges. It's very helpful when you're walking from one side of Belgrade to the other side and need a break.

Traditional market that sells vegetables and fruits very fresh and cooking needs and sells home clothes such as pajamas, sandals, and household appliances. comfortable and clean place, most of them sell by listing the price so that we tourists who do not understand the local language find it easier to buy. this area is very strategic and close to the bus station. if you live in the city center area, it doesn't feel complete if you don't visit this market and don't forget to buy very fresh fruit. happy strolling ❤️❤️❤️

I expected more variety in this market. The whole market was covered with veggies and fruits, but only limited variety.

Delicious fresh fruits and vegetables. There are smoked meats around the corner. First time I ate smoke horse meat sausage. That was interesting to say the least. This place has great location and people helping you pick the perfect groceries for dinner.

Zeleni venac is Belgrade's iconic open market and best known public transport knot of the city. It is 3 minutes walk from the city center, it is vivid and oftenly used as a meeting point.

Absolutely delightful moms and grand moms will welcome you and blow your mind with their Homemade produce. Found the craziest Spiciest Ajvar and insanely delicious Domaca Rakija. What a magical experience. 🤩⭐️🤩⭐️🤩

A vibrant, open-air market with a great selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, and cheeses. Everything is top quality, prices are very reasonable, and the vendors are super friendly and welcoming. A must-visit spot for food lovers!

A lot of variety and in good price

Of course, you can't compare the museum to other big collections. But if you are visiting city center it is really worth to enjoy for two or three hours from the collection of archeology and fine arts. In Sundays the administration is free. If you drive to the city there is big parking garage which is near the republic square i recommend to use it.

Small museum, but very accurate to understand the different phases of Serbia. Interesting collection of paintings. In 2 hours you can visit the museum and near you have a big selection of restaurants.

I went here on the 31/8/2025 and I had a nightmare experience. I don’t even know where to begin with. The opening hours are horrible and they honestly make no sense. The entrance in on the side of the building and when I was there I waited over three hours in line just to get told that I could not bring my suitcase even tough the museum has a big storage room. Absolutely ridiculous. After I left my suitcase at a luggage store I went to the museum again and had to wait in line for over three hours all over again. The staff was rude, disrespectful and did not had any interest whatsoever in the visitors. On Sunday the ticket is free for everyone so that’s good but the administration is just the worst. The museum looks like it has never been cleaned in its life and it’s just full of trash and dust everywhere. It’s a real shame because the works of art are beautiful and interesting but the management doesn’t do them justice. It also lacks an audioguide. Such a shame

Great collection, 2nd floor are paintings from 14-20C with interesting depictions and for the late art trying to feature authors from or in Serbia (great) 1st floor is all about the great history about Serbia. I visited on week day. It’s awesome, not so many people and enjoying the museum quietly. The entrance is in the side not the one facing the saques. Prepare some cash, when I was there the card machine is down, only take cash. Staffs are old and helpful.

Located in the heart of the city, in the Republic Square, the main entrance is under renovation and the side entrance is open. The first floor features pottery, tools, bronze weapons, and amber jewelry from the Neolithic to the Roman period. The second floor is an art exhibition featuring paintings by Van Gogh, Picasso, Monet, Gauguin, and other masters. My daughter and I were thrilled to see them. The sculpture of a woman with a veil showcases superb carving techniques. It's definitely worth bringing the kids here; we checked in three times.

A must in Belgrad. A piece of history of Serbia but also some other art pieces from Picasso, Van Gogh, Matisse, Monet, Canaletto,...Very very recommended. I would go back. Price is fair, security people at the entrance but also the rest of the workers are very nice. I must say they have the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in my life. Congrats to the cleaning service. So impressive how well taken care of they are. Thursdays entrance is for free. 300 dinars general entrance. No queues at all.

This is a museum in Uzun Mirkova Street, near Kalemegdan. There are different kinds of plants, insects... In the garden also. There is a Gallery, there used to be exhibitions, some special during the "Night of Museums" also. Some concerts, too. BEFORE Covid-19 plot. Nowadays it's closed, except the garden - to take a look only.

This medium size square is a popular place in the center of Belgrade. It looks a little cold except for the huge statue of Prince Michel riding a horse and facing you. Behind the statue, you will see the impressive building of the National Museum. At night, the place is the meeting point for young serbians and a socializing area. There are many restaurants and terraces around for those who are interested.

Nice spot to meet up and also to take in the views. There are multiple seating areas facing the plaza itself and this is close to the centre of activity. Near here they put up art exhibitions on the street or have some activity running. Very close to local kiosk (Moj kiosk) and nearby other shopping and eating places.

Its a big squre lots of things to do there specially on the street . You can do shopping. Buy some souvenir drink some beer 🍺 and enjoy local food

Had to see this statue in Republic Square. Was on my tick list of to do. Seems to be very popular with the locals as well. This is important as overtourism pushes locals away.

I went here on the 31/8/2025 and the square was dead until late in the afternoon. Not a single person in sight behind homeless people suffering from clear and severe mental health issues that were screaming at the top of their lungs while they were straying at me like crazy. The square was also extremely dirty with faeces, urine, trash and used syringes and it looked like it had never been taken care off or in general even cleans in its life. The area felt unsafe. A real shame

During our river cruise we came here for one hour break. It is located in the the heart of Belgrade at the start of pedestrian zone. The mall had a lot of shops of medium brands except BOSS. There were quite a few restaurants and a food court with McDonnell. Luckily it was not crowded because we entered at 11 AM, the opening time. It was nice to spend some time here.

It also features several underground parking levels, which makes access more convenient. Overall, it’s a solid spot for shopping, dining, and casual browsing.

Knez Mihajlova Street truly doesn't need a shopping centre, and this one isn't special by any means. I've found that most people don't primarily shop here but come in just out of habit when passing by, since it's fairly small, or if the stores inside are the only location that still has a certain item in stock. During the winter months, you can enjoy pricy goods sold in wooden booths in the front with various types of food, trinkets and handmade clothing items. All year round, a music stage is set up from time to time for minor performances, especially as part of the annual Belgrade manifestations.

This is a smaller mall, but it still offers a nice selection of shops and essential brands. It’s a good place for a quick shopping trip without the crowds of larger malls. You can find clothing stores, a few cafes, and some local shops that give it a cozy, more personal feel. The atmosphere is calm and the layout is easy to navigate. It might not have everything, but it’s convenient and perfect for everyday needs.

Large Shopping Mall in the city center. Wide range of clothing stores (fashion and sport), kids stores (Dexy Co, Lego), food restaurants and everything yoy need. Starbucks cafe is on the ground floor. The mall has large garage with enough parking space. The price for parking is 100 rsd/hour.

Merkator Center is a convenient shopping mall with a good variety of stores, eateries, and services. It’s clean, well-organized, and easily accessible, making it a practical spot for everyday shopping.

Has the best food store in Serbia, and probably on the whole Balkans. Has any kind of food you might want or need, and what I especially like, it has a wide range of organic foods and superfoods. Just for that store alone I would consider living nearby so I can shop there often.

Mercator Centar Novi Beograd I has very good shopping experience there, books and clothes. Mercator centar in Belgrade has a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops I enjoyed Beograd Mercator

Nice traditional place serving only breakfast in the morning and the rest of the menu items at a later time. All food we got there (soups, omelettes and salad) was delicious. The service was great. Decor was warm and welcoming. Everything was clean. Good value for money. There is seating options both indoors and out.

The service is great (every server we had) and the food is delicious and plentiful! We went 3 times while we stayed in Belgrade. It can be as cheap as you could want and as expensive. My husband and I don't like spending a lot at restaurants and this place was perfect. Great Value! We loved the baked beans with sausage(390), the chicken noodle soup (80), kebab with fries (150 or 180) fresh salads... goulash (390)... sarma (390)... Fast food prices at a fancy sit down restaurant. We are Canadian and we got a great array of local foods for a total of $10 CAD. Drinks are cheap too. 9am till 11pm. Wish we could go back again and again...

The food is awesome! I had Lamb traditionally cooked under ceramic Bell - house specialty and baked paprika. Slavko recommended it. It was great: very tasty and tender the lamb and the paprika complemented the food in an awesome way. The outside terrace is small and in a quite street. Also traditional music played made the atmosphere great! Will come here again. Highly recommended the restaurant!

I got the fried breaded pork stuffed with kajmak which was okay however it wasn't my taste. It came with fries as well so it was a decent amount of food for a fair price. However I had to dock a star since the service was extremely slow as I just arrived in the city mid afternoon and wanted to grab a quick bite before exploring. I was one of about 5 people in the restaurant so I don't know why the service was so slow. It took forever for them to hand me the menu and took forever to take my order as well. What really made me dock a star was at the end when it was time to pay, I had the exact amount plus tip on hand and the system said the same amount. However the waitress asked me if that was it and whether I got bread or salad. I said yes that was it and I had the exact amount on hand since I knew what I ordered and the system had the same amount. Then she took a peek over at my table to confirm what I ordered which was absolutely unnecessary since I and the system agreed on what I ordered. I don't know if it was due to inexperience, racism, or something else but that was something I never had to encounter before.

Very nice cafe a bit aside from main pedestrian street. But food is amazing. All local dishes are there on a very affordable price. Highly recommend to those who wants try Serbian cuisine and not overpay.

Very good food and nice persons working there. Prices are well as for a center of Belgrade. However it's better to book a table in the morning or day before you'll go there because even on non-weekend day evening there is hard to get a free table.

I recomend this restaurant for the meat which wad excellent. The salad was quite small and the white wine very light.

First of all, smoking inside is a very big problem. But this is already a problem throughout Belgrade, but at least some restaurants have a non-smoking area. There is no problem when it comes to food and service. It can be tried to experience Serbian cuisine. And thanks to Marko!

I visited this restaurant after seeing it recommended on many lists and videos, but my experience was extremely disappointing for several reasons. 1. I ordered the "Kafanska pljeskavica," translated in the menu as a traditional burger. When I asked the waiter if this burger came with cheese, he confirmed and also informed me that it came with fries. However, what arrived was just a large patty and fries—no bread, no cheese. In English, we call the meat part a "patty," and a "burger" is the combination of a patty in a bun (bread). This was an extremely misleading translation. The patty itself was good, but I've had better and cheaper ones. 2. The French fries served with the dish were cold, as if they had been fried hours earlier. 3. When we pointed out that the burger was missing bread and requested pita bread, the waiter informed us that none was available. He listed the alternatives in Serbian, which we did not understand. We chose the second option, which turned out to be "Gibanica," a cheese-filled pastry, not bread. 4. Although the restaurant was nearly empty, the live music was extremely loud. Fortunately, the singer performed only one song before stopping. If she had been a good singer, I wouldn't have minded the volume, but the combination of poor singing and high volume was too much. Overall, my visit did not meet my expectations based on the recommendations. I hope the restaurant can improve these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests.

Nice location and the space is great, however the bad service made it unpleasant. The food is average, not bad but not amazing, maybe if we didn’t have to wait almost 10 minutes for bread and kajmak to have with our meat would’ve been better. Unfortunately the waiters kinda pretend they don’t see you , we were the only ones with another table with 6 people and still everything was super slow. Do not recommend

At a first glance, this place looks and seems amazing. The terrace is nicely decorated, big enough. After you take a seat, the waiter comes relatively soon to put on the table the menu. But then the bad things happen. We ordered two beers, a veal soup and a traditional dish. The beers came after the soup was already eaten. Meaning after 25 minutes. The traditional dish was brought to the table after I asked why does it takes so long. It took almost an hour for a slice of minced meet. There are 3 waiters for the entire terrace, meaning the capacity of 100-125 people. During our meal, we saw 4 groups of 5-6 people leaving their tables because the waiting took too long, even to receive a menu. The veal soup was absolutely horrible, it felt like a soup made from a package bought at a supermarket. Also, the food ia a bit too salty. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Tourist trap! Also the waiter puts its own tip on the check.

Came here for lunch, a very nice interior and vibe. The food was nice, you are mostly paying for the atmosphere. We got the beans, veal soup, cevapi and mixed veg/meat dish. All were lovely, this is a good place to come if you are a tourist looking to try Serbian food for the first time. The beans were lovely and such a big portion

Good place for a authentic meal. The atmosphere is not really something special but the food is definitely good and in tune with the Balcans traditions. I would recommend it for a one time visit. We didn’t try the drink though. Service was ok, people serving were helpful.

If you’re craving authentic Chinese Uyghur food, this is definitely a go-to spot. The prices are super reasonable—around 700 to 800 RSD per person—and the portions are generous. For example, the noodle dishes are huge; some girls can barely finish a bowl. They have a great variety of options, making it perfect for both a solo lunch and a group meal where you can order several dishes to share. The noodles are handmade downstairs, and you can see them prepping fresh dough as you walk in. My top recommendations are the spicy chicken noodles and the beef soup noodles—both are very classic flavors from Northwest China. They also make nice dumplings. Overall, for the price and quality, this place has excellent value.

I’ve never been a big fan of Chinese food, but after eating here, I’ve definitely become one! I left with a full and happy stomach the food was rich, flavorful, and completely satisfying. Everything is Halal, and they even make their noodles in-house. The dumplings and fried rice were excellent. Great ambiance and amazing food overall.

One of these rare places, which might not have fancy furniture or well structured menu. But extra nicely staff, overall atmosphere and top notch quality of food (even though it’s quite simple in nature, but balance of spices, sauces and texture is amazing) make you consider moving to China just to explore more of similar cuisine and enjoy it daily.

I came because of the good reviews and how people said they offer generous portions (fyi I’m an underweight smol eater but tdy I was suddenly craving Chinese food). I ordered a braised beef noodle soup and when it was served, I was pretty confused. Shd I call it a carrot noodle soup instead? I barely saw any beef inside and I regretted paying extra for “braised” cuz there ain’t much beef anyway. I knew how restaurants would serve food resembling little of the pictures but still I felt kinda sad. Food is not expensive tho, on the bright side.

We came to Belgrade for the sole purpose of coming to this restaurant. We saw the good reviews and the menu , and we were so excited. However , we were not satisfied. The service was good , nothing much to say there. But the food. Oh my god the food. It was....disgraceful. We ordered beef noodles , sweet and sour chicken and bao buns. The noodles literally tasted and smelled like shampoo. There was barely any taste/seasoning , and the taste that was there , was awful. Puke inducing. The sweet and sour chicken, at first, was amazing. However, it is too sweet, and after just a few bites it becomes vomit inducing. There was no soy sauce or chilli available (there was chilli but it was tasteless and not hot). The buns were, just ok. The only thing with an ok price, the taste was still bland and underwhelming. and shampoo. Overall, expectations were high, but not full filled, at all. Maybe if it was cheaper it would make sense, but it ain't so cheap, so like, what the hell. BD out. ✌🏼

Honestly. Best Chinese food (in all of the Balkans? Europe?) We enjoyed it so much… of all places it’s in Serbia! ;) it’s Muslim Chinese food yes. The hand pulled noodles are chewy and oh so delicious. The liang pi reminds me of xian noodles in nyc. ;) (xi’an noodles…) sans cilantro… if it had cilantro on it, it would even be better. We didn’t do any meat items. Just noodles and veggies. So so good. A great value too. We will miss it…

I had the opportunity to dine at the first restaurant in Serbia awarded a Michelin star! The dinner was a 7-course tasting menu, paired with wine. The professionalism of both the waitstaff and the chefs was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was beautifully explained the moment it was placed in front of us - how it was created, what it consists of, the idea behind it, and how to enjoy it properly. It's truly incredible how each flavor stands out - in the harmony of all those delicate notes, you can still taste every single one individually. A big thank you to the staff for the lovely atmosphere and good service, and especially to the kitchen team for the effort and perfection poured into every single plate!

Trust a chef's recommendation! After the sous chef of at Homa recommended I go, I knew I was in for a treat. The service was a marvel: seamless white-glove execution paired with genuinely warm Serbian hospitality. Every single plate was remarkable, from the first amuse-bouche through to dessert. If you go, the truffle pie and the dry-aged fish are non-negotiable must-tries. This is the definition of world-class fine dining, and its Michelin star is unequivocally deserved.

I’ve had an amazing evening with excellent food, each course of the 8 course menu had very nice, interesting and strong flavors. I liked the concept of using the local ingredients from all around Serbia. The pairing with Serbian Wines was perfect. Also the service was very good and friendly. The view over Beton Hala and the Sava is very pleasant. I will definitely recommend a visit and will return.

Very good restaurant I have to say. Staff is up to task, coming to greet guests and explaining every dish into very detail that goes Michelin star awarded restaurant. I haven’t visited Langouste for years. For that reason this time I ordered their tasting menu. While I enjoyed majority of the menue presented that evening, few dishes were a bit too much of explosion of different flavours, and it was excessive extravaganza for me personally. That is the only reason why I am not giving 5 star on this occasion.

Friendly atmosphere and nice food. They were really kind to us even if we wanted to change some of the dishes from their tasting menu (for example: we didn't want to eat row meat and they served as another dishes as salad). We took a picture with the chef of the restaurant and he was very friendly as well. It was a nice experience for us.

Dishes were well-executed and technically proficient, demonstrating a clear understanding of flavor and texture. However, the meal lacked a certain spark—that "wow" factor that separates the merely good from the truly memorable. The food was good, but it didn't transcend; it failed to leave a lasting impression. The service, an equally important component of a fine dining experience, was a study in contradictions. While the waitstaff's frequent, almost performative inquiries of "I hope you like our service" felt a bit strange, it was the glaring oversights that truly soured the evening. A simple request—a candle for a friend's birthday dessert, confirmed in advance—was completely forgotten, a bewildering lapse for a restaurant of this caliber. Adding to the list of missteps were several surprising and frankly, unprofessional, choices. The restaurant charged for bread and butter without any prior notification, a practice almost unheard of in the world of Michelin-starred dining. The stingy pour of wine for a single glass was another detail that, while small, speaks to a broader lack of generosity. The most baffling moment, however, came at the end of the evening. After the bill was paid and the desserts had been cleared, the chef came out to greet the tables. He stopped at ours and, with a smile, said, "Happy birthday!" This final, ironic gesture was the ultimate confirmation that the message had, in fact, been received by the kitchen. The birthday was known, yet the simple request for a candle was still forgotten. It’s a stunning example of a disconnect between the front of the house and the kitchen, a symptom of management that seems to have its priorities misplaced. Ultimately, the food was a saving grace, but the overall experience was a letdown. A one-star rating is a hard-earned achievement, a testament to culinary excellence and an expectation of flawless execution. If this restaurant hopes to maintain its place among the gastronomic elite, it needs to work much harder to ensure that its service and attention to detail match the quality of what comes out of its kitchen. Otherwise, that shining star might be at risk of burning out.

The best restaurant experience in my visit to the city. Friendly and very professsional service, and the fish tasting menu was something you have to experience, they definitely deserve the Michelin star! Excellent selection of local and international wines.

A mustsee when visiting Belgrade! This is truly one of the prettiest churches I’ve ever seen and that’s coming from someone who’s only seen churches in America and Mexico. Everywhere I turned, there was another piece of art to admire; it was deeply moving, especially with the soft singing in the background. Downstairs, there’s also a newer art exhibition that beautifully complements the main space. I loved seeing the attention to detail and the richness of the religious artwork throughout. Absolutely a spot you shouldn’t miss.

Beautiful church inside and outside with many icons and an epicenter of Orthodox Christianity. If you are not knowledgeable of Serbia or Orthodox Christianity, would recommend a tour guide, especially if you are from a different culture. I visited many churches alone, but some tourists don't understand the history and a guide would be a good idea.

I went here on the 31/8/2025 at 8:00 am sharp since I wanted to see the church without the crowds and I must say this place really disappointed me. The square in front of it it’s completely destroyed and the floor is shattered. It’s full of weeds, trash, faeces, urine and used syringes and it looked like it was never cared for or cleaned. In front to the entrance if the church there were many homeless people. Many young and many well past they nineties. It was so sad seeing those people coming to h crying and begging for food. It shattered my heart and left me with a heavy heart for my whole stay in Belgrade. The church is beautiful inside but it’s unfortunately not looked after properly. It was very crowded and there were pieces of trash and debris everywhere. It looked like it lacked maintenance and the staff wouldn’t stop staring at me and talking with themself while they were pointing at me and making obvious rude comments. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. If you are in Belgrade I suggest you coming here but beware it won’t be as you may expect it unfortunately. Such a shame

Beautiful Orthodox Church. Really a must visit when in Belgrade. It was massive and even more impressive from the inside. The walls were glitzing and shining. Simply impressive! Sadly the surroundings look a bit run down and down live up to the church. They should fix the pavement around the church. The House of Flowers is a fascinating historical site, serving as the final resting place of Josip Broz Tito. The museum provides insight into Yugoslav history, with exhibits on Tito’s life and the former country’s legacy. The atmosphere is calm, and the surrounding gardens add to the experience. While the museum is well-maintained and informative, the exhibits could be more interactive, and some areas feel slightly outdated. Still, for history enthusiasts or those curious about the Yugoslav era, it’s a worthwhile visit in Belgrade.

This is a place steeped in Yugoslav history and culture. Although I didn't know much about this period before, I learned a lot from my visit. Tito's mausoleum made me feel the reverence the Serbian people hold for him.

Accessed as part of the Museum of Yugoslavia House of Flowers displays another era that with its excesses and abuses also demonstrates the nostalgia that makes reinterpreting the past complex and dynamic.

Really interesting and important historical monument. The actual tomb of actual Tito. Glad I went, wouldn't be in a rush to go back. Although the grounds were beautiful and peaceful, with a great view, which is always nice in a busy city.

The plus side - it’s set up very well to learn more about the history, life and work of Tesla, and there are some great opportunities to see working models of some of his inventions, along with personal artifacts. The down side is that the museum is fairly small, and with large groups, it can be pretty crowded. There is also no way to secure tickets ahead of time, unless you’re with a larger group, and you can only pay in cash.

Big disappointment. 1) at least the price is ok , 800 dinars , it’s NOT possible to book online or NOT able to pay with CARD , so you have to wait outside in the rain until they will let you know if you can enter or not since the tour can only accommodate maximum 60 people. I’m not sure why they don’t count 60 people that enter at the gate and then tell the other ones to come back in one hour instead of letting us wait in the rain for an hour. 2) this is actually a very small exhibition, I think the exhibition area is the size of an apartment. It feels more like a high school class lab room than an actual museum. The guide told us that the city is building a bigger and better museum because is very small. ( I think the size has been okay until Elon Musk became famous with the Tesla cars so people started knowing about Nicola Tesla, this is probably the reason why 99% of the people knows about Nicola Tesla) 3) 60 people get crammed on plastic foldable chair chairs in a small room. You feel like a sardine and then they show you a 15 minute video made 10 years ago about the life of Nicola Tesla. 4) then you have 15 minutes where the guide turns on 3 or 4 instruments that Tesla invented. Nothing special if you go to any serious science museum you we’ll see a better and bigger version of this instruments. Not mentioning that you are climbed into a very small room that you can’t even move. 5) then you have another 10 minutes to see a few objects that belonged to Nicola Tesla and then after 45 minutes .

The museum itself is tiny, they only accept local currency in cash. No forex or card accepted. There is no online ticket to purchase, you need to keep standing in queue for hours for hourly slot. Try to avoid last hours as if its full, regardless of time you been standing they wont allow you to come as they can accept people more then its capacity. Once you are inside, the tour is good, they guide you everywhere

The museum takes 45 minutes to go around.But that's mainly because you have to wait 5-10 minutes to go through ticketing (and they only accept cash rather than card), and then you have to wait for everyone to get seated. They pack a lot of people into this space so it takes a long time to be ready.The video goes for 15 minutes and probably could be updated and sped up. But realistically you should be abke visit the museum and just skip the video if you want to. They do some good experiment demonstrations, but again, could probably run them twice an hour get more people through the facility - there winds up being so many people in the group that not everyone gets a decent view. overall it's not bad and gives an inside into the man and some of his activities but it's a very small museum.

Just don’t bother to get there . We were waiting for 3 hours as only 60 people can enter each time . You pay only cash and watching for half an hour something that you could easily find on YouTube , then the tour guide shares live some experiments (for kids) and then on the same floor you can check a few personal things of Tesla and his ashes 😏 Just don’t waste your time and money . Belgrade is beautiful choose something else .

Interesting experience very educating. The visits can only be done in guided groups but even on a busy day the wait was not too long. The experiments were fun. A lot of personal items of Tesla are on display. I do not recommend this museum for very young children since there’s a 15 min film and a small 20-30 min tour. They might get bored and interrupt the experience for others.

Not worth the visit. A lot of waiting for a video made in 2015. Explanation not in good English easy to understand. 60 people in each tour you cannot see things well. Not enough seats. I’ve learned more from him in science museums. You cannot pay by card!!! You have to pay cash and local currency!!! You cannot book and then a disappointment.

Beautiful park which we stumble upon by chance. Enjoy our walk there very much. Nearby is the st Mark cathedral which we also had a good visit.

The park is a little escape from the concrete chaos in the city. It has everything for a cool relaxation in the hot summer days. One can sit next to the fountains, enjoy a drink in the café, have some food in the restaurant, walk your kids and your pets. And there's also a big church to visit.

Especially in the summer, the cool breeze and trees with multiple kids’ parks are such a welcome break from the Belgrade heat.

Very nice park in the center of Belgrade. It is right next to St. Mark Orthodox Church. There are lots of benches around to take a sit and enjoy. It is ideal for walking your dog and bringing your kids. There is also a playground for kids. It is very peaceful.

One of the largest parks in Belgrade. A great place for children to play, exercise on the equipment, run along the path on the edge of the park, drink coffee or have a good lunch in the restaurant in the park itself. Various events are often organized, such as sports or fairs of honey and honey products... Nearby is the church of St. Mark, and right next to it is a smaller, Russian church.

Beautiful park with at least two big playgrounds. Lots of shade and benches to rest. Don’t forget to visit Serbian Orthodox St. Mark's Church - it’s unforgettable.

Nice park in city center. Very often there are some events like "Streetfood festival" etc. Also, beautiful church of Saint Mark is here. Good place to bring your kids on a sunny day. Close by is a swimming pool and several good restaurants so you can actually spend a whole day here.

It broke my heart swing people in such conditions and it left me with a heavy heart for my whole stay in Belgrade. The church was big but very ugly and ran down. It was in such a rough condition. It was falling apart and it was so filthy. Such a shame since it holds important mosaics. The area felt unsafe and it was in unacceptable hygienic condition. It was full of faeces, urine, trash and used syringes everywhere on the square in front of the church. It looked like it was never cared before. So sad

St. Mark’s Church is such a peaceful spot. We just wandered in while walking through Tasmajdan Park and were really impressed. The building looks massive from the outside, and the inside has this quiet, calming vibe. Not as crowded as St. Sava, which made it feel even more special. Definitely worth a stop if you’re nearby.

The St-Mark's Church of Belgrade is located close to the parliament in Tajsmadian park. The orthodox Christian serbian church, dedicated to St-Mark the Evangelist, was built between 1931 and 1940. After heavy bombing in 1941, it was severely damaged. The exterior is bi-color and looks like some part should be already restored, although not very ancient. The interior is a mixture of architectural simplicity and heavy and colorful decoration of the chore and altar. You will find some locals praying anytime of the day. Nice experience.

I visited St. Mark’s Church during my walk through Tašmajdan Park, and it quickly became one of my favorite stops in Belgrade. The church is absolutely stunning from the outside, with its red-and-yellow brick façade and impressive domes that dominate the skyline. Standing in front of it, you can really feel its scale and presence. Inside, the atmosphere is calm and reverent. The interior is spacious and still partly unfinished, which makes it different from many other richly decorated Orthodox churches, but the marble iconostasis and mosaics are beautiful. I especially liked the sense of peace inside, despite being close to busy streets, it feels like a sanctuary away from the city noise.

While it’s not as richly decorated as some other Orthodox churches, the atmosphere inside is peaceful and authentic. The tomb of Emperor Dušan adds a fascinating historical touch. The park setting makes it perfect for a short visit or a quiet walk afterwards, and it’s very easy to reach from the city center. It can get a bit crowded on weekends, but it’s absolutely worth visiting if you’re in the area.

It’s a small market but I was able to find a lot of things you were looking for. Also, fried salmon, sea bass and acorns looked very good.

The Market is a well known local spot in the city, located just a short walk from the bohemian quarter of Skadarlija. It’s fair in size and offers a nice selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat. You’ll find both local farmers selling seasonal produce and vendors with more “exotic” items like avocados and lemons. The market has a rich history, originally built on a former swamp drained by Ignjat Bajloni, an entrepreneur who also established a brewery nearby. Although its official name is Skadarska, locals still refer to it as Bajloni. The atmosphere can feel a bit worn, and the layout might not be the easiest to navigate, but it has its own charm, especially for those interested in seeing a slice of local life. Surrounded by lovely old merchant houses, the area is expected to undergo some development, hopefully preserving its traditional spirit while adding a bit more structure and comfort. Overall, It worth a visit if you're nearby or exploring downtown Belgrade, especially for those interested in history and authentic local markets.

Nice market close to the town centre. Fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, hardware and clothes. Can normally try before buying. Have to get there early for the best fresh produce.

Very good farm market for Serbia! Friendly sellers, good prices, a lot of vegetables and the choice is better than in shops. Also you can buy here flowers and meat. City parking 45 din/hour.

Very nice old market with lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, local cheese, chicken products, fantastic horse meat etc. Not many tourists al all, mainly locals. Open every day, but "best days" are Saturday and Sunday in my opinion!

Local food market with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits from local growers with food tasting like from your granny’ garden. Try local fresh cheese, different types and a must, a local delicatessy called “ kajmak”, pronouncing like kaaymaak…. Just open your mind snd enjoy.

The market is near famous street "Skadarlija" with lot of restaurants. If you want to feel "real Belgrade" must visit place. Interesting and specific place. Arround the the market there are plenty of tradition shops and old caffes. After take a walk to Kalemegdan! If the weather is good bring a shades!!!

Excellent restaurant of Serbian cuisine. All dishes are traditional, well prepared. Very nice terrace. I would like to separately note the work of the staff, we were surrounded by attention and care. The food is delicious, but since we tried a lot of different Serbian cuisine, I can give it a solid 4.

4.5 stars. Lovely location on one of the most vibrant streets in Belgrade. The food is very nice. Service feels slow and rushed. The place handles a large crowd, so it ends up feeling a bit like a factory: efficient, but not very personal.

slow service, took them too long, but the food was to die for and drinks were great. a true kafana experience with the live players was enjoyable, the song were so touching, and the whole evening was amazing. except the waiters, i don’t know if it was because of the way we were dressed or our haircuts, but we love a good kafana and we’ll spend our last dime here. also, noted, the portions are huge so have that in mind

The best food I’ve ever had in Belgrade. Loved every details of it, from polite, English speaking professional service team to the ambience, tasteful setup and THE TASTE!!! of the food. It was fountain of senses and nostalgia of childhood family dinners and grandma’s favorite meal tastes. I’m in love with each meal we tasted.

Great restaurant near a old and atmospheric street! The restaurant is spacious and beautiful. The service was great as well. It was a bit cold and we were offered blankets to keep us warm. We had pasta and speciality of the house, a bread with some kind of minced meat inside. Both were delicious and we really enjoyed our evening here. Recommendation to eat here!

Beautiful inside garden, serbian salad was delicious. Food was good in general, portions are generous. Waiter was friendly but had way too many tables and it took about 30 minutes before we got our food.

We reserved a table in the garden — and honestly, that was a good idea because it looked really hard to find a spot without one. The atmosphere was warm and lively, people were well-dressed, and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. There was live Serbian music playing, which matched the mood perfectly and made the night feel really special. We ordered the mixed grill platter — it was huge. The two of us couldn’t finish it, although starting with a cheese plate probably didn’t help. We had a bottle of local white wine and tried a few rakija options — the honey one was especially nice. Everything we ate was delicious, and the whole night left us with such a good feeling.

The pizza is very delicious. Topping sauce is very good. We just trusted the lovely girl who works in there and turns out she recommended us the most delicious pizzas.

I stumbled upon Bucko Pizza on my way to the Nikola Tesla Museum, and it turned out to be the best thing I ate in Belgrade! Their pizza slice with that amazing sauce was unforgettable — so good that I went back the next night and bought a whole pizza from another branch. The chicken sauce one is my top pick. Definitely the first place I’ll revisit when I’m back in Belgrade

Good food at cheap prices. This place seems perfect for a cheap late night snack. They have pizzas and sandwiches that are pretty plain. But the key is their toppings. There's beef, chicken, tuna, "Russian", cheese and couple more types of toppings. The best I can describe them is a smooth chicken salad spread across your pizza. It sounds weird, but is worth a try! I got two pizzas and a sandwich, with a topping on each, which cost me 360 dinar total. Each pizza slice or sandwich is 90 and each topping is an extra 30. Don't expect a smile from staff but expect to get your order within 60 seconds.

The pizza was delicious but I didn't like the sauces very much. We also had difficulty communicating with the staff but it was good. My friend Kaan loved it here.

The best pizza in town. Its not really a pizza, i wouldn't call it that but I would call it a really good dish. If you go try it with beef salad on top, its insanely good and its also soo cheap, whoever i go i maybe spend max of 600Rsd for me which is so cheap. The wait time is maybe like 3 minutes because they make a lot of pizzas, the portions are great and even 2 slices could be enough to feed someone. Bring someone and enjoy!!

I used to love this place, the pasta used to be good. But the workers became so unpleasant that you don't even feel like ordering anymore, and they also don't put enough sauce in the pasta anymore, not to mention that me and my friend heard the workers talking about stealing the sauces one time. this place is very unprofessional. I am very mad at it. They didn't want to serve me at nine even though it says on the site that it closes at 9:30. I am very mad. I went to the place and this old grandma this angry woman started screaming at me and saying that she will not make us food at nine when they clearly close at 9:30 when I told her that it says on the site that she close at 9:30 started yelling at us and getting mad at us because we told her that it says that it closes at nine. We are very mad because we were very hungry after a long day at work. she told us that it would take too long to clean the kitchen if she made us a portion and she refused to serve us. I am very, very mad and I will not be coming back. DO NOT COME HERE (the food is good tho)

Ordered Alfredo pasta. Almost no sauce, pasta is tasteless, for 800 rsd there are far better options in the city.

I orderd small size and large size of carbonara pasta, small size vas very small and too expensive for that, and large size was as it use to be small size before. It was also not tastefull at all, i’m not recommending it.

My comment got deleted or something, so im goning to write it again. First time i ate here, staff is so rude and unprofessional, its incredible. When i finally got my pasta, it was raw, hard. So i would suggest, never eat here, becouse is a gamble.

Food is not that good, I will give them 3 stars for that. Delivery and service are the worst thing about them. We ordered food for 3 people. 40 minutes they said. We waited for more then hour and a half, and when food finally came, it wasn't what we ordered. Overall rating is 0, but since 0 is unavailable, they will be satisfied with 1. I will never ever order delivery from them.

Pasta itself - the taste, the options, the quality - is great. If you want to sit down and eat however you will find yourself in a very limited enclosure practically on the street. Their delivery area is also very limited to certain parts of the town - it has nothing to do with distance which means even if you live a couple of streets away they won't deliver to you because your street doesn't belong to the area they deliver to. Its very weird.

While the food is average at best, the wait staff and bartenders are consistently excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently undermined by the hosting staff, whose approach has been off-putting on multiple visits. On my first visit, I was allowed to sit at the bar without a reservation. However, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the hosts made a scene when we attempted to move to a table with drinks. I was dressed appropriately for summer—khaki shorts, polo shirt, and black shoes. During my second visit, I was asked to change the same black shoes I had worn the night before without issue. Additionally, my guest and I—being the only customers in the restaurant—were told we needed a reservation and asked to come back 30 minutes later. It felt arbitrary and unnecessary given the complete lack of other patrons. On my third and final visit, I was denied entry entirely due to wearing khaki shorts. Ironically, the person entering ahead of me was admitted wearing sandals. I completely understand and respect the need for dress codes, but consistent and reasonable enforcement is key. Sadly, this inconsistent, overly rigid, and frankly pretentious approach by the hosts leaves a poor impression and explains the venue’s persistent emptiness. Regrettably, I won’t be returning.

Outstanding service and delicious food. Black risotto was amazing. We enjoyed the meal very much. The only issue was cigarete smoke, we were surprised that it was alowed to smoke inside, it was much unpleasant and ruined otherwise great experience.

Unacceptable Treatment of Hotel Guests at Hilton – 8th Floor Restaurant On June 17, 2025, our group of six people, all Asian guests staying at the hotel, visited the Hilton restaurant located on the 8th floor. At first, a waiter politely seated us at a free table, and we began placing our order — some items had already been submitted. However, a few minutes later, an administrator named Kristijan Boros approached us and insisted that we move to another table, claiming that ours was “reserved.” We were moved to the far end of the restaurant, to a less convenient table, without any proper explanation, apology, or attempt to handle the situation professionally. What made the situation worse is that no one showed up to take the supposedly reserved table during the full two hours we stayed in the restaurant. The experience left us with the clear impression that the real reason we were moved was not the reservation — but our appearance and ethnicity. As paying guests of the hotel, we expected the level of service that Hilton is known for — not to be treated with such disrespect and disregard. We strongly urge the hotel management to investigate the behavior of administrator Kristijan Boros and to review the overall guest treatment standards at the 8th floor restaurant. We hope this feedback will prevent others from facing such an unpleasant and discriminatory experience in the future.

Great ambience, good service and average to good food. Old fashioned was prepared well, vegetable spring rolls were "very" tasty and the rainbow roll was good. Surprised to see pink ginger in such a place, but it also may be the norm in Belgrade (and the disposable chopsticks, what's with that?) Service was attentive and the overall experience was good. I may visit again if I am staying at the hotel.

It can get crowded on weekends, so visiting during weekdays is recommended for a quieter experience.

One of the main shopping malls in Belgrade with all major fashion and retail brands. The big advantage here is that it's usually less crowded than other bigger ones, making for a more relaxed shopping experience.

An average shopping center in Belgrade, but you will find more diverse stores in other centers. That is why im giving it only 3 stars.

Nice shopping centre with a cinema on the top floor. Many fashion shops for men, women and children and a huge DexyCo for kids toys and baby things. We really liked the beautiful huge pet store on the top level. Food court has similar choices to most shopping centres- McDonalds, gyros, KFC etc..There is also a cafe on ground level. One thing we noticed, there were not many spots to sit and rest, unlike other centres. Parking wise, there are lots of spaces. Free for the first 2 hours, then 100rsd per hour after. ( I think that’s what I read).

Spacious, large, nicely decorated, a large number of shops, well stocked, nicely decorated, everything is great. The whole mall is air-conditioned, nicely lit, the prices are reasonable, they always have a surprise, a discount in certain places.

It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with calm areas for relaxing and lively beach bars full of energy. The water is soft, clean, and the perfect temperature, with lifeguards on duty for safety. It reminded me of Manhattan Beach — you can rent bikes and ride the 7km path that circles the whole area. It’s active, fun, and full of life. Once an island, now a peninsula, Ada has a rich history and is a local favorite in the summer. A perfect place to swim, chill, and enjoy Belgrade outdoors!

Ada Lake is a beautiful spot to swim, relax in the sun, enjoy a coffee or great food. If you like sports, you can play volleyball, basketball, football, or ride a bike or rollerblade along the lake.

Perfect for spending a beautiful day. Surrounded by the Sava river so you can swim in summer, full of open air GYM places so you can run, walk and hit the gym in nature, full circle of bicycle road, golf fields, basketball football and tennis fields, clean air.

Artificial Lake. You can swim, rent bicycles to go around the lake in the park with trees, take your drink. Excellent experience

Ada. ❤️ Perfect for an early morning/late afternoon swim or a picnic with the kids. You can ride a bike, put on your rollerblades, go for a SUP or paddle. Sip your coffee or tea, maybe treat yourself to pancakes or pizza. Take a stroll around the lake. Or do nothing at all, and simply enjoy this marvelous life.

Place to relax, near water. Great choIce of restaurants and coffee shops. Pay attention to Tropical heat, excelent food.

Beautiful historical park with relaxing magnificent pond, trees and nature. I would suggest that Belgrade authorities take care of the cleanliness of the park more and prevent contamination and garbage

Park is big enough that you can take a long walk and enjoy suroundings. There are enough trees to provide shade during hot days. Park is quite peaceful and let's you to forget concrete jungle, at least for a moment. Some of the paved trails are in dire need of repair.

Lovely park full of potential. A lot of trees have both Serbian and English explanations. The big tree is magnificent! Sadly Milošev Konak didn't work that day and they didn't provide any note at the entrance. Walking by the river is not pleasant since there is a lot of smell from the sewage. Overall the park is nice for a short visit.

Very pleasant art space with quality art on display. Can be seen comfortably in 1-2 hours. A modest entry fee applies. Put your bags in a free locker near the entrance. The architecture of the building is interesting too.

My son and I flew to Belgrade specifically to visit this museum. We study contemporary art. We arrived the evening before and left the hotel in the morning with our suitcases, planning to visit the museum and then fly back. We asked the hotel staff to call the museum and check if we could come with our carry-on luggage — whether there was a place to leave it. On the phone, they said there was. We arrived at the museum only to find out that the exhibition area was closed — the museum was preparing for a new show. WHY IS THIS INFORMATION NOT ON THE WEBSITE??? On the ground floor, there were a few ridiculous-looking busts — the only thing open to view — and even that required a ticket! Considering the inconvenience, they could at least offer free entry to people who, like us, were misled. I wanted to take a general photo of those busts, but the security guard started yelling that the entrance was paid. As if I were trying to steal something.

During our recent trip to Belgrade, we stopped by the Museum of Contemporary Art — and to be honest, it’s hard for me to stay objective, since this is hands down my favorite museum in the city. The building itself is a masterpiece of 1960s modernist architecture, its sharp geometric forms design filled with glass makes the space very open and alive. Nestled in Ušće Park, with river views and a sculpture garden out front, it’s already a vibe before you even step inside. We caught the Ana Vidjen exhibition during our visit — powerful work, nicely curated. So whether you're into art, architecture, or just looking for a quiet and inspiring spot in the city, this place is a must!

This is my second time visiting this museum. Was impressed by the exhibitions, the setting and the amazing building and views. One less star for the particularly unprofessional attitude of one of the security guards

A smaller and well planned art museum. It is at great location: by the river in the park, walking distance from the old town. The staff are friendly and the exhibition are informative and educational. A great break and opportunity for contemplation.

The only quality of this restaurant is its convenient location right next to the park. Unfortunately, everything else falls short. The staff appeared overwhelmed and confused, delays in service are quite common. It took 30 minutes just to place our order. Food was substandard and overpriced with nothing authentic on their menu. Overall, a disappointing experience for a local Serbian cousine.

Milošev Konak is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Belgrade! From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with warm service and a charming atmosphere that feels both elegant and cozy. For me, it’s the best in the city — perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with that melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes you want to come back just for dessert. A very nice place to eat in a nice area. The food is traditional Serbian food and well prepared. My party enjoyed the lamb. The service was accommodating and quick, even with a larger group. The atmosphere is nice with live music and nature around.

Beautiful retro restaurant very peaceful. If you come during the lunch time the reservation is needed. I recommend it for relaxing sunny morning coffee. There is parking behind but gets full very fast. Prices are correct.

It used to be a very good restaurant. On great location. Back in 2010 they had one of the best ćepavčići in the Belgrade. But not any more. It is usually crowd and not hard to get the table if you do not book in the front. But it is not as clean as it should be.

Food is perfect, service 10 stars even i tho can't rate it 10 they are friendly and funny, cool effects, furniture is great and comfortable, dessert are fire, and I prefer this restaurant better then any other.

Saw the place while passing by, did not try any food but we did stop for a drink. Ordered mojito and lemonade… both could be better. I assume that the focus is mainly on food. Over all service was great and the place looks nice. Looking forward to trying food the next time!

Michelin restaurant in the heart of Novi Beograd! Dining at Magellan was an unforgettable experience. The menu artfully combines traditional Serbian flavors with modern techniques. Magellan is a beautifully decorated restaurant with a spectacular meals. We tried Trinidad Voyage and all foods are beautifully displayed and taste amazing. Some dishes have the hint of citrus which I really fancy. The waiter was attentive and explain us the dishes. My favorite 3 in the 9 course meal are Sea bass, Agnolotti and Cauliflower.

Brilliant food, wholeheartedly recommended to try in Belgrade. Tartar and lamb you can see on the pictures were one of the best we've had in the while, but other dishes were also great.

Great service. The waiter recommended perfect wines to taste and to compliement the food. Unfortunately the first serving with duck breast was served with iceberg and in our opinion that is not a fitting salad for duck. Otherwise it was amazing. Thanks you so much to the great great waiter here, taking time to explain the servings and wines. Would recommend 9/10.

Great beautiful place with fantastic food! Sit on the terrace - atmosphere is good, table cloth are with few cuts, would make better impression if it would be without the cut or completely without table cloth. We ordered 3 small dishes and after waiter ask if we want to increase size of the portion we said no, as we want to see original presentation of the dish. When we ask a check, we saw that portion of the most expensive dish was increased to 1.5. Very disappointing to see this cheap cheat in such good restaurant.

At this point I think I've gone to over 20 restaurants in Belgrade, and so far this one is my favorite. Very attentive service, our server was polite, helpful, and patient with the language barrier. The food was both beautiful and delicious. The desserts are a must try experience.

The family restaurant with an affordable price, nice and cozy atmosphere, friendly service as well. The food is up to standard, not outstanding but pretty good. I edited the rating because my husband and his mum had food poisoning at night after we ate here. We suspect it's the mushroom sauce which did not taste right all. The pictures I had uploaded disappeared when I edited the review!! This place has the worst service ever in my 9 years visiting Belgrade! But people put up with it and this place is always busy because their portions are GIGANTIC! Breads are freshly baked. Under the pile of potatoes are a kg of meat for their mixed grill. The meats were too dry in my opinion. They sold out their lamb n veal at 5pm! The chicken with prunes were interesting. Food were average in taste. We had to share the cream cake among 4 people.

Fantastic experience. The place was full of locals which I think is a good sign. The waiter was kind and attentive and immediately apologised that his English was a bit weak. (I apologised because I'm the foreigner not speaking the language and we had a laugh about it.) He provided an English menu and it was easy to use. The food was extremely tasty and the portions were huge. 3 out of the 4 of us couldn't finish 1 main course each. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, every table looked like they were settling in for a warm afternoon of socialising and good food. Food came about 30 minutes after ordering. This place is a hidden gem a bit off the beaten track.

Absolutely, completely terrible and very loud singing till 1.00 a.m. All the houses around can 'enjoy' it, we live up the street and there is at least 100m far, but I can't sleep even with windows closed. Pure horror. I don't understand why they do not care about the silence low at all

The place and ambiance is nice but they need to improve many things. The options I choose from the menu were not available (weekend!) and also the second choices. So, short list of available food. The sofa chair was incredible dirty. They require to focus on the basics.

I ordered by phone and they told me I could collect my order in 15 minutes, when I came to pick up the order it was not even processed they told me to wait 5 more minutes and in that time tried to cook the meat it wasn't cooked properly these things happen but if you didn't process the order or the order didn't go through or there was a mix up with the order it is better to tell the customer that you made a mistake so I can have an option to say thank you I'm going to go somewhere else then to sell meat not Cook well. The meat was practically raw.
