Very very very pretty beach. Loved it. Went at the sunrise time so it was not crowded. Great place to take beachy pictures. But I'll recommend to visit during sunset time to view the sunset. Overall it was a very good morning.

Candolim beach sits right at the heart of North Goa. The beach itself is very clean and you can sit at the sunbeds under an umbrella and enjoy the sea with a drink in your hand. Several shacks are also available that come alive in the evening. It is quieter than Baga beach. So, if you are looking for a peaceful vibe but still want to enjoy the party atmosphere, Candolim beach is the right choice for you. Scooter parking takes 40 INR and there are plenty of shops and restaurants next to the beach where you can enjoy live music.

It was great. Way better than chennai and it was a good family place where you can visit with your family. The watersports in the candolim are great except some scammers. The parking space is heavy and you can have either your car or bike parked in the paid parking safely.

Loved Candolim Beach! Such a clean and peaceful beach compared to the more crowded ones like Baga or Calangute. The vibe here is super chill — perfect for a morning walk or just relaxing by the water. The shacks have great food and drinks, and the sunset views are absolutely beautiful. You’ll find water sports too, but it’s not chaotic or noisy. Really liked how calm and laid-back the whole place felt. Great spot for families or anyone who just wants to unwind. In September this beach is quite empty but that's the plus point as it becomes so peaceful and beautiful. Nice breeze and very much clean. Yuy can spend more time with you sitting at the shore. Very less people come to visit this beach ⛱️ as water sports activities are closed. So if you need some peace, you can definately come to visit.

Very nice beach in Goa. Safety seems to be their main focus which is very nice to see. Shopping outside beach is Plenty and you will get similar feels in every shop so no point in haggling Shack seems fine but also overpriced. Parking for bikes are adequate and easy to access

Trained lifeguards are always on duty, which adds to the feeling of safety. There are plenty of food and drink options — from beach shacks serving Goan seafood to juice stalls and cafés nearby. The beach also has areas marked for bathing, although the state-provided bathing section is not very clean and can be better maintained. Parking is available near the main entrance, and reaching the beach is easy from any part of North Goa. It gets crowded during weekends and evenings, but that’s part of its charm. Calangute Beach truly lives up to its name as the “Queen of Beaches” in Goa. The shoreline is wide, the waves are great for a quick dip, and the vibe is always lively. There are lots of shacks offering good food, refreshing drinks, and music that keeps the energy high throughout the day.

Visited Calangute Beach in Goa — one of the best beaches with crystal-clear water and vibrant vibes. The atmosphere was lively, and the view was simply stunning!

Is a solid choice for a quick, fun family outing. We spent about 60 to 90 minutes here, which was the perfect amount of time. Fun with Kids: Highly engaging and a hit with the children. Pricing: The ₹600 combo ticket offers good value for seeing both attractions. Wax Museum: The wax statues are well-made and impressive. 9D Cinema: A fun, immersive experience, but be aware it's very short (approx. 5-7 minutes). Fish Aquarium: A unique highlight! Loved seeing the diverse collection of rare fishes imported from different countries. Overall, a good destination to visit for an hour or so of entertainment.

A great place to visit with your kids, offering a wide variety of fish for them to see and learn about. The staff are knowledgeable and explain the different fish species, and the 9D ride is an exciting experience to try.

A very impressive and wonderful experience it was...I have gone along with my beautiful Wifey ❤️🥰🫶🏻😌🧿😘😘 and have a lot of fun together. We saw a lot of variety and different types of fish and the quality of wax statue was also very realistic. We also have 9D experience inside the museum and the total ticket for Wax Museum, Fish Aquarium and 9D show was 1200Rs for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this place to visit.

Wax statues are just okay. Not much to explore here. 9D show is barely of 5-6 minutes and is just okay. But the fish aquarium is really worth visiting. Variety of fish and many different species are here. Kids will love this place.

Loved the place a lot especially the fish aquarium was breathtaking. Was stunned with the varieties and the aquarium is well maintained and hygienic. The staff Jahnvi was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a proper insight of each variety of fish. She was patient to answer our queries as well. Good place overall but needs improvement. It's extremely hot inside. AC's don't cool properly. Aquarium is not well maintained. 9D ride is not that great, the goggles are dirty. But it has an excellent staff. So kudos to them.

After having heard about curlies and it's hype for over a decade.. My experience matches like the fall of a house of cards. Are people really eating and enjoying this level of food? Everything we ordered was shocking sad. Fish was smelly, butter garlic prawns were totally off recepie plus who serves whole shrimp with legs as butter garlic prawns. Crazy. Sadly the whole place also smells very mushy. Come here maybe just to tick the place off or a drink or two. Don't eat here.

The food is ok but this place still has the same vibe that it used to have years ago. If ypu are looking for some amazing non bollywood music, then this is the place. I think their in house Dj Sanjay was playing when we visited. He is too good

Very poor experience at curlies Shack. We waited for over 25 minutes and no one attended our table, even though other guests were being served quickly. The staff seemed to prioritize certain groups while completely ignoring others, which is unacceptable. Service needs to be fair and consistent for all customers, regardless of crowd or appearance. Definitely not recommended for those expecting respectful and attentive service.

Absurd. Unattentive and oversmart staff. Lassi was sad. Drinks were sad. Ordered tamoto basil pizza and got 0 basil. Mr Guru, our server apologized but didn't do anything to fix it and then tried to be oversmart. Then again accepted the mistake and yet again didn't do anything. Never turened even the Fan on and then said couldn't find the socket...too much fuss and too little to speak about of food and service. Ignore and move on to far better places like Brittos etc...

Hey everyone, the place was really great in terms of location as you can sit just in front of the shore. The food was okay, okay the service was really amazing. We went during heavy monsoon the wheat as well faster than Fire Brigade and unfolding the curtains. So the people can eat at peace. The route to this place is a little of beat. Good for one time experience. also, it is one of the great spot to have sundowners.

I recently visited this beach with the hope of enjoying a relaxing day by the sea, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing for several reasons. The beach feels extremely congested. The number of shacks, restaurants, and bars set up right along the shoreline leaves very little open space to actually enjoy the beach or its views. There's hardly any breathing room, and it’s difficult to find a peaceful spot to sit and relax. It seems like every inch of the beach is commercialized, which seriously takes away from the natural charm and openness you'd typically expect at a beach. Another downside was the constant pestering from locals trying to sell water sports activities. While it's understandable that water sports are a part of the beach economy, it becomes frustrating when you’re approached every few minutes, even after politely declining. It really disrupts the peace and makes it hard to enjoy your time. Most of the restaurants and beach shacks are quite overpriced, especially for the quality and portion size offered. Even basic refreshments or snacks are charged at premium rates, which seems to be targeting tourists rather than offering fair value. If you're planning to spend a day here, be prepared for high prices without necessarily getting a premium experience.

I went to Anjuna beach early morning and evening. I would say if you need less crowd and play in water it’s better to go in the early morning around 6.30Am and If you need good music and enjoy drinks then go in the evening!

Take the main road and not the roads which goes from the village. We almost got lost out in nowhere the Google maps can be wrong in such a place. So take the road which are used by most peoples. The beach was very pretty. Saw the most beautiful sunset.

Great fort with very less people. There is not much to see in the terms of the fort in my opinion, but the view is really amazing. It's one of the highest places that can be easily climbed through a few flights of stairs. Nothing much to do other than just look around

The coastal defence planning, particularly at an estuary (a place where a river enters the sea) from the 14th to 15th century onwards, called for the construction of a fort. Such a fort not only offered protection to the coastal areas, but more importantly, it also insulated inland areas from enemy attacks by denying the enemy inland entry through the river. Based on the same doctrine, Chapora Fort is strategically located on a high hill feature on the southern bank of the Chapora estuary. Fort has an all-around clear view from its commanding height. The complete hillside and the fort are surrounded by lush greenery and look beautiful. The view from the fort is simply amazing. For the fort, full marks for its scenic beauty and the amazing 360-degree view it offers of the surroundings. What is wrong is the neglect by the civic authorities. ​Signage giving direction to the fort and to the parking areas is woefully inadequate.​ Parking areas need better management. At the fort itself, the Signage, the information boards are totally faded and can not be read. Fort also needs to be provided with strategically located small gazebo-like shelters where visitors can relax in the shade or be protected from the rain.

The famous movie Dil Chahta Hai scenes were shit here. Great experience and view from the fort. Closes at 5:30pm. Little bit crowded. Try to visit in the early hours if you love less crowds. 10min uphill climb is there to reach it but now its easier since stairs have been constructed.

Chapora Fort – More Hype Than Experience I personally feel Chapora Fort is a bit overhyped, mainly because it gained fame after the Dil Chahta Hai movie was shot here. To be really frank, there’s nothing particularly exceptional about the place. The fort itself is in ruins, and apart from the scenic view of Vagator Beach, there isn’t much to explore. It’s worth a quick visit if you’re nearby or a Bollywood fan, but don’t expect too much beyond the view and the nostalgia.

Chapora Fort offers a decent viewpoint after a short climb of around 50–70 steps. The view from the top is quite scenic, especially if you enjoy nature and open landscapes. However, the condition of the fort itself is very poor. Most of the walls are either collapsed or in ruins, and there’s been almost no maintenance, which is disappointing for such a historic site. A helpful tip: carry a water bottle with you. The climb, though not very long, can be tiring, especially in the heat. Staying hydrated is important. Despite the lack of upkeep at the fort, our visit was made special by a lovely local lady (Aai). She was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She offered us freshly made limbu pani (lemonade) and genuinely asked about our well-being. It was a heartwarming moment and the highlight of our visit. If you’re visiting Chapora Fort, don’t miss stopping by Aai’s small refreshment stall. It’s a simple but memorable experience that adds a touch of local warmth to the trip.

One of the best places to visit in Goa. The scenic beauty from this for us just mesmerizing. A few of of the way points are also accessible from this fort. You actually find peace while visiting this fort. You have to walk up to the fort using a few stairs, but it's all worth it.

While the view is nice, beach facing and pretty scenes, the rudeness of the service staff is applaudable. We were served extremely cold soup and when we pointed it out, he made a dirty face and said "it is so hot". Also after taking our order of breads after 30 minutes he returns saying we don't have that particular bread. The food is also average at best. The xacuti didn't feel unique at all and lacked flavour overall. Avoid.

Very nice venue to visit. The prices are not too expensive here and it has a nice relaxing feel, just being on the beach. The service was good here and wasn't rushed, so if you are in a relaxed mood - sit back, have a cocktail, and watch the the entertaining sights of the beach/jet skis and boats. Bobby’s Shack has a really nice vibe and a great location right by the beach — perfect to chill. The place itself is good, but the pricing was on the higher side, especially for the kingfish compared to other shacks around Goa, but it was good size. Tried the prawns — they were decent, but the masala could’ve had a bit more punch. Still, not a bad spot overall if you’re looking to hang out by the beach.

Lovely experience .. had dinner by beach side.. the food was awesome and so were their cocktails and mocktails. Special mention to Harish Bhai who was running around table taking care of needs of his customers. Had great time munching on various chicken and seafood starters. Dis shack is located at candolim beach in goa its 45 mins drive from mapusa taxi stand one of the pleasant and less crowded beach of goa if u ask abt ambience than its really cool and beautiful not very noisy and staff is very friendly and co operative one more thing they dont serve pork or beef so we selected this place for dinner ..we ordered chicken white cheese pasta it was the best white sauce pasta i had in time full of chicken and cream with olives but little oily so i asled dem to prepare it in less oil and to the point it was yummiest if u r white pasta sauce lover than this place is for u i ordered chicken steak it was ok ok in taste not great was sweet in taste i asked them to prepare little spicy so on request they did but not great yes i requested to put more vegetables and they acknowledged that was really good gesture of staff i really loved the place u can try on ur trip to goa they wont disappoint u little expensive

Starting from the entrance, till you reach this cafe gives you a wow feeling. The ambience gives a more international vibe to this place. With the view of the beach, cool breeze, this place offers spectacular views. The ambience of this place is very aesthetic which made me spend hours here! We had fresh juices, penne pasta and fruit bruschetta which was very good. If you are visiting goa do visit this cafe. They also have rooms which are very beautifully designed.

Great place if you want a peaceful time. Just by the side of the sea, offers a wonderful view too. A big space and great food too. We ordered Tuna salad, Tomato soup, rice & king fish curry, Goan style. Easily among the most satisfying meal in Goa so far, while exploring close to 10 shacks in a couple of days. We ended the meal with a mixed fruit with ice cream. All of these for a Rs. 1120/-.

There is something magical about Looda. They have beautiful unobstructed view of Anjuna Beach. So much so, that during the high tide, you feel like your aflot drifting into the water. If it were not for a pandemic, this place would be packed perpetually as it was when we first visited in Feb 2020. Great set of people with a beautiful energy being exuded through the evening, layered with fabulous live rock and roll tunes being churned out by the ever bright band. A wholesome experience to say the least. Food when visiting during this pandemic was far from what we experienced during their haydays where emerging out at the end of Anjuna's lively market, is this majestic beauty Cafe Looda. But that's understandable. Considering the state of the economy. But when they are at full swing during season time, their food truly assimilates with the beauty this place has to offer. Seafood dishes are super fresh and on point. They tend to offer more british/European style dishes that cater more towards the type of crowd they attract. Their salads especially are huge in portion size and they have an odd obsession with creating art of the salad ingredients like making a duck out of a cucumber. We dint see that coming, but we were highly amused and it was inevitably the highlight of our visit, not just for us. But for the people around us as well, including one lady who literally asked us politely if she could take our duck cucumber and pack it up and travel with it back to the UK to show her kids. Yes, no exaggeration. Cheers to Looda and plenty more fun filled sunsets at this spot, when the dust settles and normalcy restores.

We tried this place, even though it was very quiet as it was low season, and we were honestly blown away with the food. Everything is reasonably priced anyway but for the quality of food you receive it's an absolute bargain. Staff were friendly and a good view as well! We even came back for our last meal in India, and the mutter mushroom was properly the best curry we had had all month.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an interesting experience. The menu was limited, but it featured fresh, homegrown herbs and aromatics from their kitchen garden, which added a unique touch. While I didn’t try the cocktails, the cocktail menu looked quite appealing and creative. The place is on the expensive side and they do levy a 10% service charge, which might be a consideration for some. There's ample parking, which is a plus. As for the food, it didn’t quite have the "wow" factor I was hoping for, but all the dishes were healthy and gut-friendly, with a focus on nutritious ingredients. The staff was attentive and well-informed about the menu, providing a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it’s worth a visit for those looking for a healthy, unique dining experience, but for me, it’s more of a one-time visit.

An amazing place with complete free sustainable architecture. Serving staff is such a delight. A lunch today 15/9/25 was a real treat . Tomato salad , whiskey sour and prawns were top class.

Elevated Burmese food! I loved the flavors of the dishes - great balance of savory, spice and a hint of tartness. Will recommend The tea leaf salad as it has so many unique texture and layers to the dish. I also appreciated that they deshell the crab so throughly for the curry crab dish! there is only alfresco dining so it may get warm in the day but they have tried to add as many fans around the tables. Service was warm and prompt. Overall we had an enjoyable dining experience here.

Honestly I wish this could be a preference thingy but I didn’t enjoy a single thing I ordered. The salad was mediocre or I would say the best thing among all, fried rice meh pork curry 2/10, lychee curry 3/10 and the coconut panna cotta with passion fruit 1/10. Our evening at Thalassa turned out really good, but the start was quite frustrating. The person who seated us wasn’t in uniform and looked more like a random guest than staff. He made us wait almost 20–30 minutes, and then took us to a table squeezed in between two others. It felt very uncomfortable, especially when you’re paying 8–9k for a night out. When we asked for a better spot, his reply was “be open minded” – honestly not the kind of response you’d expect. After a lot of back and forth, he finally gave us a proper table, which was much better. From there, things picked up. The food was tasty (a little overpriced, but that’s expected here), and the live show was absolutely fantastic. Great music, amazing performances, and the male belly dancer really stole the show, he was the star of the night! So yeah, a rocky start but in the end we had a memorable evening.

Nice pub to visit, I have visited with my kids and they enjoyed the food, it was too good and they have lots of options to choose from, so the place I recommend for singles, couples and even the family, they should have a kids play area too as I have seen lots of family have visited with their kids, Live performances have increased the enjoyment and the overall ambience was very good, only I didn't like is the chairs, it's like old wooden chairs and it was not comfortable. You can spend 4 to 5 hours easily. They are charging 2000 per person on entry for those who are booking the table, first i think it was too high as we were 7, but then after I was satisfied so I fully recommend the place. I have enjoyed the Live show, food and ambience and chocolate Bakhlava.

Regret regret regret going here. Had been to the older thalassa at Vagator and had loved it. This time a friend recommended to this new one to celebrate a birthday. We paid 20,000 for entry with a table. It was a Saturday night and was decently empty when we entered. Some weird 10 ft big teddy bears were dancing. The place is big and basically a non ac tent. It started getting crowded by 10. And the crowd was really really bad. They were allowing stags for 1 k or 2k. And the whole place was filled with young boys with high testosterone. They were climbing on the table, smoking hookahs standing on tables, spraying champagne on other people. I just don't know what to call this type of crowd. I actually felt I was in a cheap shady joint. The entertainment was continously on abs was like a circus. There was some guy doing belly dance and it got disgusting when some guys from the crowd started putting 500 rupee note in their mouths and the belly dancer started putting his mouth on theirs to take the money. The staff also mixed up our birthday cakes and got us with someone else's name on it. Everything is overpriced too. Overall never ever going to this place again and wasted 20k. If you loved the old thalassa don't even think of going to this one.. There are so many better places in Goa you would enjoy, atleast I would.

Be sure to make a reservation well in advance, especially if you want a prime sunset spot! It’s on the pricier side, but the sheer vibe and unforgettable evening you get in return make it completely worth the money. A must-visit destination in Siolim!

We visited Thalassa for a night party, and it truly lived up to its hype! The place offers an unforgettable experience filled with dance, music, great food, and an energetic crowd — everything you’d expect from a perfect Goan night out. The ambience is absolutely stunning, especially since it’s located beside the river, offering a breathtaking view during the evening and night. The lighting, setup, and vibe together create a magical atmosphere that makes every moment special. Although Thalassa is slightly outside the main North Goa area, the drive is completely worth it once you experience the energy and charm of the place. The entry and booking after 6:30 PM cost around ₹2,000+ per person, which feels reasonable considering the quality of food, music, and overall experience.

There are a lot of vendors with some neat wares. Plenty of food choices too. Good music and a nice vibe. But honestly it’s mostly just tourists selling crafts to other tourists. So that was odd. Overall it was a relaxing evening and a good place to visit once.

Visited hill top Friday flea market, some cool stuff, expensive though but nice one with some live music around.

Its a vibrant flea market with an incredible atmosphere. Held every Friday evening, the entry fee is ₹200 per person, and it’s totally worth it. The market offers a great selection of items, especially for clothing shopping, along with some fantastic eateries. The live music adds to the already amazing vibe, making it a perfect spot for a fun and lively night out. Cameras not allowed but mobile phones are allowed 🤪

Visited Artjuna one afternoon for a quick snack. This place had been on my wishlist since long. The place is huge with lush greenery around the seating area. It has a flea market vibe with variety of stuff to shop from. From clothing, accessories, artefacts to fragrances, this place can be called a shopper's delight. A library for the booknerds, a pool table , some indoor games., this place is surely going to make you spend more and more time here. The music playing was full of energy and we did groove a bit to it. They serve fish and egg dishes along with veg food. We ordered their shakshouka and salmon pasta. Since the place is mostly busy with some waiting time, it may take a bit to placa and receive your order. The food was well prepared to prepared. Had a good time here.

I feel this place is a bit overhyped when it comes to food. The menu seems more tailored for tourists rather than offering anything authentic. We ordered a veg burger, frappe, chocolate pastry, and French fries. The taste was average, and the prices felt slightly on the higher side. When we mentioned that the pastry didn’t seem fresh — we had just taken one bite and left it — the staff didn’t say much, but to their credit, they didn’t charge us for it. That said, the ambience is nice, and the live music adds a pleasant touch to the overall vibe.

It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends and explore! My friends and I had such a great time playing pool and table tennis (bonus—they don’t even charge for it ). Their in-house lifestyle shop had the cutest pieces, so my Goa fits were sorted for the whole trip. Plus, the weekend pop-up stalls made souvenir shopping super easy. And can we talk about the little flower shop inside the café? So cute! Overall, a solid 10/10 experience. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Goa!

Art Juna Cafe in Goa is, without exaggeration, one of the most overhyped and disappointing cafes I’ve visited. The entire experience feels driven by hype rather than quality, and it’s hard to understand why it has the popularity it does. First off, the crowd. The place is overcrowded almost all the time. There’s rarely any space to sit comfortably, and the staff are clearly understaffed, making service slow and chaotic. It feels more like a tourist trap than a café designed for a pleasant dining experience. Now, the food. Honestly, it was terrible. Overpriced, underwhelming, and poorly presented. Even street food in Goa would offer a far better taste and value. The plates and glasses they use are cheap-looking, which adds to the overall sense of the café cutting corners. The aesthetic might try to emulate a casual shack vibe, but the execution is sloppy, not charming. Hygiene was another issue. While it’s not outright dirty, it lacks care and attention to detail. Combined with the overcrowding, it feels uncomfortable and rushed rather than relaxed and enjoyable. Parking is another nightmare. They’ve rented a nearby spot, but it’s a muddy, unpaved road, which made walking to the café messy and frustrating. It’s hard to reconcile this with the café’s high prices and supposed “cool factor.” In short, Art Juna Cafe feels like style over substance. Overcrowded, poorly managed, overpriced, and with food that fails to impress, it’s mostly successful because of the hype rather than the quality. For anyone expecting a memorable culinary or café experience in Goa, I’d strongly suggest skipping this one.

Artjuna Café is a charming and artsy spot with a peaceful, laid-back vibe. We tried the Tuna Sandwich, Aglio Olio Pasta, and Green Shakshuka — all were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It's a nice old school place for grills and steaks. Tried the beef carpaccio, Chicken steak, hummus and pita bread, aglio olio, it was a delight and flavourful. Service is good they prepared a personalised pasts for our child which was good and she enjoyed it. Recommended for those who enjoy their food in a laid back and relaxed place

We had lunch during our visit to Anjuna Beach, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the day,The ambiance was absolutely perfect, The food was top-notch. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.The service was prompt and friendly, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our meal.

We had a very disappointing experience at Goa’s Ark. The ambiance looked nice, but the service completely ruined our visit. The staff seemed to prioritize foreigners while neglecting Indian guests, which felt extremely unwelcoming. Our orders were delayed unnecessarily, and even after requesting beer several times, we were simply ignored. It was frustrating to see others being attended to quickly while we kept waiting. A restaurant should treat all guests equally, regardless of nationality. Sadly, the bias and lack of professionalism made us leave with a bad impression. Definitely not the kind of Goan hospitality we expected.

Unfortunately, we came across this highly rated place while looking for a decent place to have lunch. Usually, google doesn’t disappoint, but with this restaurant it definitely did. Firstly, the person taking our order was not interested in telling us about their specials- not helpful at all. Secondly, he got our order wrong and when we asked him about this- he just lied to us saying this is what you ordered- anyway, after insisting for what seemed longer than forever, we got what we had initially ordered and boy was it disappointing. Their servings are meant for one person (who is on portion control) and I have had better Mediterranean food on the streets. Both me and my partner were extremely disappointed with our experience specially because we trust google reviews too much- and were really looking forward to this. The only redeeming part was their bathroom- super clean and nothing like I have seen before (which is why I have added an extra star). If you unfortunately end up at this place, think of it like going there for the aesthetic and not the food- so use their loo and leave. Their service is so bad, they won’t even notice.

Had a mazedaar Mezze platter at the restaurant for midnight snacking and it just blew our mind. Authentic and well prepared with the right ingredients, this is one to go for time and again you are in the city. It was not just food but an experience in itself!

This place has a rustic feeling to it. Very simplistic and closer to nature. The owner who happens to be the chef too is damn sweet. The pasta she whipped up after listening to my specifications was just chef’s kiss! Cocktails are interesting too. Must try!

This restaurant in Anjuna is much talked about in foodie circles and many of the dishes will blow you away. My friends and I sampled some great items from their very interesting menu. The burger, prawns and bacon with hot honey were memorable and in the veg section, the mushroom galouti and cheese cigar rolls were delectable . Being so dimly lit, it was too much of a task to attempt getting good pictures, so sadly a lot of the food we tried isn't captured. Maybe I'm getting old, but I like to actually see what's on my plate 🤭 Anyway, the cocktails were enjoyed by friends and I had one of their mocktails out of the mere 2 that they had. The cheddar chocolate tart was chocolate-y but not necessarily cheesy. Would recommend it for the lovely ambiance, good music, drinks and food. If you plan to sit for long, pick a table with comfy chairs.

One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten…and I am a total foodie. I have eaten there 2x in my trip and everything was like a taste of heaven. The chef is very special there. Staff is super nice. The drinks are excellent and the vibe day or night is perfect.

The place is beautiful and probably deserves the most fame in Goa, the food is spectacular, and the lady chef is so humble probably the best chef ever, very good humble people who serve you and a happy environment. The food just makes you drool it's too good. Blue cheese and pesto crusted fish is a must have and the sea salt and cheddar cheese chocolate mousse as well. Some chicken with black rice as well is amazing. Everything is as fresh as it could get. Loved the flavor combinations, indeed only a true artist could make this, and the chef never failed to express that by leaving a mark on our palates. I could go back again and again.

Had an amazing evening at Ida restaurant in Vagator, Goa. The decor was beautiful, service was impeccable special mention to Arif our host and the standout drink was the pineapple fizz cocktail. Hosa is one of my favourite places to visit for dinner in Goa. The food is so rich and truly delicious. I’ve visited multiple times and tried all their dishes and cocktails and they do not disappoint!! They have an outdoor seating area as well where you can smoke and the indoor design is just stunning! Love it when their new menus come out and can’t wait to try more! Highly recommend! Ps, try the coconut jasmine icecream it’s out of this world ❤️

South Indian Cuisine Like You’ve Never Had Before This place takes South Indian food to a whole new level with unique recipes and a fresh, modern twist. The menu offers a wide variety of flavourful options, with different portion sizes to suit your appetite something you don’t see everywhere. I tried the toddy curry prawns, and they were absolutely fantastic. The parotas were flaky, soft, and perfectly done. For drinks, the Hosa 75 is a must-try if you’re a gin lover refreshing and inventive. I even tried a coconut and curry leaf ice cream and surprisingly it worked beautifully! A special shoutout to Anirudh, who made the experience even better with his warm hospitality and great recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore bold and creative South Indian cuisine in a refined setting.

We’d been to @hosaindia before and were suitably impressed. This time @munchatty and me were joined by @nehasumitran too. And were we fascinated with what we had! . Let me start with the cocktails first. There was “The Petrichor “ which took my breath away. I was drawn to this drink repeatedly and I picked up a saffron and spice mix cordial with vetiver infused whisky. And this was topped with beetroot foam, which all together gave me a fresh earthy taste in each sip. Spectacular! . Then there was the “Cloud 9”. A tequila based cocktail with cucumber and melon cordial. This was topped with ginger and mint foam. A crisp and refreshing touch in each sip. Extravagant! . We then started with Pathrode, a heritage delicacy from coastal Karnataka, which is steamed colacasia leaf rolls layered with spiced lentil batter, steamed and pan fried served along with banana peel chutney. This was followed with Railway Onion Samosas - crunchy onion-filled samosas flavoured with garam masala served with a sweet-spicy tomato mustard relish. Outstanding! . The mains were a treat beyond compare. We started with Bun and Stew. A Hosa take on traditional bread and stew from kerala, this was seasonal vegetables cooked in spiced coconut milk served along with a soft bun. The Heerekayi Menthya Saaru with Coriander Rice was stuffed ridge gourd simmered in a fenugreek broth, served with fragrant coriander rice. Both of these were vegetarian dishes. . This was followed was Mutton Paya with Idiyappams. A rich, slow-cooked stew made from mutton trotters, slow-brewed for depth. This was served with delicate rice string hoppers. . And eventually, there was the Garelu Chicken Curry. a classic vada chicken curry from Andhra a meal in itself the dish has crispy lentil vada soaked in rustic chicken gravy made of coconut and poppy seeds . And to end this beautiful meal was the Jigarthanda — the Hosa take on Madurai’s iconic drink. A blend of warm cotton seed milk with nannari root syrup, topped with a generous scoop of caramel ice cream. Thanks much @chef_hrrao and @thisisstellaratti for this spectacular experience.

Went there for lunch with high expectations and those were matched and exceeded. The mutton ghee roast was out of this world, slow cooked to perfection. The sea bass rawa fry was quick and tasty. The highlight, however, was the rasam mary mocktail. A totally unexpected form of rasam that elevated the whole dining experience. The food was very quickly served and the staff was very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely visit again.

I had a wish to try Bagels once in my life. We visited Babka and I had the time of my life with the Sasha's Favourite Smoked Chicken Bagel. The Cold Coffee and Banoffee Pie were just Chef's kiss. Its rare to see restaurants make passionate menu run by passionate people. Goan's people should cherish it. Me being from Gangavathi, Karnataka can only dream to visit this place again.

Best lotus biscoff cheesecake ever had it was made with there inhouse cream cheese fresh, the flavour was balanced, we also had pallavis cold coffee that was very average coffee, sandwich was good .

Absolutely loved the place, the vibes, the food, beautiful location and very warm hospitality. 👌🏻👌🏻😀 Aura of the place is v good. I actually felt the intent of owner is to provide good hospitality to customers. From Milan, to Kevin, to Ajay ..to the chef (sorry forgot his name)., everyone was happily catering to us with a smile. Cannot forget to mention 'Mausam' who took some wonderful pics of us at the Purple Martini. Great team indeed.

Purple Martini is truly a hidden gem – the perfect destination for those seeking a scenic view along with a soothing ambiance. the iconic seaside view alone is worth the visit, especially when shared with a loved one. Visit to purple martini made our day truly special. The food was tasty and well-prepared. We ordered Street-Style Chowmein, Stuffed Tandoori Mushrooms, and Fries with Cheese Sauce – all of which were delicious and tasty. A standout element of our experience was their Mocktails – beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. For mocktail lovers, I highly recommend trying the Purple Cooler, Yellow Mellow, and Yellow Jive. Each had its own unique taste and was so much refreshing. Yes, the food and drinks are on the pricier side, but given the seaside location, quality foods, Drinks and exceptional service by the staff, it feels justified. A small suggestion for the management – improving the pathway leading to Purple Martini would greatly enhance the overall experience, as the nearby roads are quite rough and another some correction needed on Google maps as last 200 meter distance path is not showing properly to reach destination. All in all, Purple Martini offers an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely recommend it for Goa visitors.

Average • Went with family expecting a scenic, peaceful dinner — turned out very loud, almost like a Thalassa party vibe. • Good for people who want to party; not great for quiet conversations. • Only later discovered another opposite outlet that seemed quieter. • Entry hostess was borderline rude; indoor staff were nicer. • Very expensive for the quality of food. • Ordered beer, hummus, farmhouse pizza, and chicken starter — all average (6/10). • Kadak Rumali was unique and tasty (7/10). • High-chair seating gives a nice sea view. • Overall: Nothing unique and special more of a party spot than a dining experience.

The prawns were perfectly cooked, pasta was cheesy heaven, and the freakshake was a total treat 🤤 Service was super quick and the staff was really sweet too. The things I Liked here the most are: Cuisines – This place offers a wide range of cuisines suitable for all including continental, North Indian, Chinese and healthy food options. With so much variety the place is worth a visit. Awesome taste – Food served here is just awesome and flavourful. The taste is authentic across the food items we ordered. Panko fish fingers, prawns Koliwada, Palak chip are a must try. Wide range of Cocktails/ Mocktails –The drinks we ordered were crafted perfectly and the tasted amazing. Fantastic Ambience – this place is amazing with easy greek vibe interiors. The entire setup is just so refreshing, delightful and comforting. The ambience of this place makes it worth a visit. Courteous Staff – The Staff is very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us select the right food and made our dinner great. The entire staff including the manager extends the best of service to all the guests. The service is quick. Reserving a table before hand over weekend is recommended. Overall, a five-star experience at Purple Martini, Anjuna, Goa, of dinning and Highly Recommended.

Very much quite and beautiful, sadly only a few coconut trees are left and too many pubs and cafes have been constructed nearby areas. Great views from the top of the mountain back to Noah cafe. You have to get down by taking around 40-50 srairs to reach to this beach. No direct access which i know.

Peaceful beach but a bit dirty though. Again stray dogs make your stay a tad difficult, especially if you have a small pet.

This was once a beautiful, pristine, hidden beach. Now the entire beach is littered with garbage. Tons of stray dogs roaming around. Its extremely sad and pathetic to be here anymore. We should do better to preserve our beaches. My suggestion would be to skip this beach. ❌

This place is a great place to watch the sea and enjoy your food or drink. The place is spacious, has free parking, and the staff was friendly. Although, I felt like the price is on the higher side, but the overall experience was great. Even in the off season, the place is open. If you are looking for shacks during the tides, you won’t find any. So choose this place instead. The Bar manager was very welcoming and made his special cocktail. The pizza was crunchy, the fries were good and do try their Seafood Lasagna. The service is on the slower side. It might take time to serve the food because the food was fresh. Overall, a recommended place.

This is my second time in Cafe Lilliput. This is basic beach cafe in Anjuna. This place feels good in evening and night. We tried few dishes like Goan style chicken chilli, butter garlic prawns .Price above average due to location on beach.

Visited Cafe Lilliput at Anjuna Beach, and the overall experience was a mix of good and bad. The best thing about this place is definitely the view it’s right on the beach, and the vibe is truly amazing, especially around sunset. The ambiance is chill and perfect for relaxing. Coming to the food we ordered Paneer Chilly Dry, Veg Biryani, and Butter Chicken, and I must say, the taste was really good. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. They also have a free parking lot, which is a big plus in a crowded beach area like Anjuna. However, the service was very disappointing. After placing our order, we had to wait 45 to 60 minutes to get the food, which is way too long. Even when we asked for a simple spoon or some water, it took them more than 5 minutes to respond. The staff didn’t seem attentive or active at all, which really affected the overall experience. So while the food and location are great, the poor service really brings down the experience. If they improve the service speed and staff attentiveness, it could be one of the best beach cafes in Goa.

Ohh this is heaven. Went there for after after party at 4 AM and it was still packed! It was my second time visiting and it never fails to amaze me. Pro tip do not bring 4-wheelers here. Prefer scooters as the road to Shiva Valley is very cramped and the parking is crunched!

My experience at Shiva Valley was kickass. I went to this place for the New Year party and the vibe was amazing. In food, I loved their Kingfish and chicken chilli, also their drinks were not that expensive so its totally worth the hype.

one of the oldest beach shacks with trance parties on Tuesdays. the atmosphere is super relaxed, all the declared DJs played 100 out of 100. nice decoration, the sound is loud enough to dance even on the beach. the sunset was incredibly beautiful. didn't really like the food, but everything else was very fine! If you want to have fun and dance from the heart, I recommend to look here.

The cliff seats , a drink in your hand, that's all this place is worth. I'm giving 1 star for that. Coming to the food, we ordered fish in butter lemon garlic, chicken ghee roast, naan, grilled chicken pizza. The pizza was the worst I have had in my life. Chewy, you have to hunt for the chicken, bad pizza base. The chicken ghee roast was the only saviour. The fish dish was also not worth mentioning.

This is not the first time I’ve visited Lush and for many reason, this place has never failed to impress me. The view, the food and the hospitality put together is simply fantastic. This place is situated just on the cliff and has a wonderful seafront view. 😍 (sunset here would be amazing) The food was really tasty and affordable ! The Recheado Squids were really up to the mark. They also have a wide range of drinks. The staff here were polite and their service was really quick. Parking could be a little difficult to get. (You can get a paid parking in Purple Martini parking lot) Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended !!

We ordered their cheese stuffed mushrooms, lasuni kebab, prawn koliwada, chicken wings with barbecue sauce (there is an option of honey chilli/teriyaki/peri peri sauce as well), chicken satay and fish fingers which isn't there in the pictures. And I will definitely recommend everyone there to try the mushrooms and kebabs there. The prawns koliwada is essentially pakoda of prawns but it was perfectly cooked and was absolutely worth it. But when you have that wonderfulview to accompany a place like this each dish of food goes up a notch in their ratings as well. Will definitely visit the place again. Maybe to try their shakshouka this time

Good atmosphere but pathetic attitude of the staff. We had to send back two dishes because one was tasteless and low on salt, while the Dynamite Chicken was smelly and uncooked. The chef refused to fix it or cook another one and simply asked us to order something else. There are clearly better places on this coastline which would be more worthwhile for you.

The rooms were nothing like the photos displayed online – they were dirty, and the bathroom had a foul smell. When we raised the issue with the manager, he showed no interest in helping initially. Only after contacting MakeMyTrip did the manager take action and move us to another room. However, to our shock, within an hour of shifting, the property owner, Mr. John, called the manager and ordered that we vacate the premises immediately. He even threatened us, saying he knew how to have rooms cleared within an hour if we didn’t comply. His behavior was extremely rude and intimidating. This isn’t my first trip to Goa, and I’ve always appreciated the warm hospitality of Goans. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Olive Bar & Restaurant is a total gem! The ambiance is absolutely perfect, with an incredible view of Vagator Beach. It was magical to hear the sound of the waves while we ate at night. For our meal, we started with the Farinata Pizza Crackers, which were so good-super crispy and flavorful. The Chef's Selection of Vegetarian Toppings with mushrooms and caramelized onion was a delicious choice. Everything was fresh and the hand-cut chips were perfect. Definitely a must-visit spot in Vagator!

I visited this place on 30th September 2025 and had one of the most disappointing experiences ever. The staff’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and discriminatory. I have stayed and been to Taj, ITC, Vibe, Hyatt, Windmill Craftworks and some more 5 -star places in Dubai as well but never experienced this kind of scenario. 1st incident: When we arrived, a couple was seated at a particular table. After they left, a family with a child requested the same spot. To my surprise, the waiter refused and told them that the seat is reserved for large gatherings, which is a lie since that rich man with a load of cash with his gf/wife was sitting there for the last 45 mins. I personally overheard this, and it was appalling to witness such open bias. 2nd incident: I asked the waiter to clarify whether the pepperoni pizza was made with chicken (as it often is in Bengaluru) or pork. Instead of answering politely, he mocked me and, in a condescending tone, said “pepperoni is pork!” Also, there was a cat roaming around the restaurant climbing on the chairs and around food which might be acceptable for some blind cat lovers but not to us. Even after we requested them to remove her they didnt pay heed. A true 5- star would have never treated their customers in this manner! For a place that is overpriced and seems to pride itself on serving only so-called “high-class” customers, the management clearly misunderstands what true class and elegance mean. True high-class service is defined by courtesy, respect, and inclusivity — qualities that were entirely absent here. Overall, a demeaning and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food is commendable. We had Aglio e olio, Chef's selection of vegetables pizza ( image attached ), coco cooler cocktail ( image attached ), artichoke barigoule. The ambience of the place is welcoming and you get a view of beach from there so it's a bonus.

My favourite part about that restaurant was their fur babies. They have 3 labrador and 1 golden retriever roaming around in their restaurant. All 4 pets are very friendly and adorable. The view was breathtaking. You get to have a sea view from your table. The owner Neville is a gem of a person who recommended us the best food we could have there. Service was top notch.

The food was tasty, especially the Goan special curries, and they also offered a variety of side dishes like breads, which was a nice touch. However, I did feel that the food was a little overpriced, and the service could be improved, as I felt slightly off with the way the staff attended. Still, overall, it was a good experience with great food and a lovely setting.

There was Chai — who took his sweet time sizing me up — but once he decided I was worthy, he turned into a furry shadow I couldn’t shake off. Service was everything Goa should be — prompt but unhurried, polite without being performative. That perfect susegad balance where no one rushes you, but you never feel forgotten either. Yes, the food leans on the pricier side, but it more than makes up for it with generous portions and knockout flavor. All in all, it was a wonderful afternoon with friends reuniting after twenty-odd years — stories, laughter, and a few dog cuddles later, it felt like no time had passed at all. One of my favourite spots in Goa! The combination of the place, the people, and the food makes it worth visiting every time. The owner is incredibly kind and always has great recommendations. The quantity is well balanced. I just loved the hospitality here. Very friendly and welcoming. One can open the gate of the property and wallah... you'll enter the beach.

Well, this was the second time we went for a brunch. The croissants chicken sandwich never ever disappoints! Tried another sandwich with bagel but that was too chewy and hard. Had one of the best chicken Caesar salad! Always have a great start of the day whenever in Goa

Beautiful pious place. Temple of Bhumi, meaning earth goddess. We went in the afternoon so no one was there,the gate was also closed but attendant told to open it. The garbh gruh door was also closed so could do darshan from grill door only.

Me and my students enjoyed today's day at splashdown. Our day was filled with fun, joy, laughter, excitement and trills from the various water slides, rain dance. All my students had so much fun that they did not want to leave the pools. We entered at 11am and left at 5.45pm and we still did not want to leave from there. A big thanks to the lifeguard mr. Krishna. He was very helpful with a smiley face all through the day.

At a waterpark, splashdown is that awesome moment when you zoom down a water slide and land with a huge splash into the pool below. It’s the exciting, heart-pounding finish to the ride, where you get drenched and usually end up laughing with a big grin. It’s one of those highlights that make waterparks so much fun—getting soaked while having the time of your life!

Cool place, however maintenance is necessary...most parts of the walls should be tiled ..for now not so good..especially walls around the pools grasses

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were helpful and provided excellent guidance throughout the activities. It’s a great place to spend half a day with kids as an alternative to visiting beaches.

Fantastic rides and great experience. We went with 2 kids aged 6 & 2. Both the grown ups & children and thoroughly enjoy!! We spent time there till the park closure time and tried all the rides. I have visited this place and it was a very good experience. There are places to play for both kids and adults. 10AM to 6PM we can spend here. We 3 friends visited this place in the afternoon and we have enjoyed a lot. And the instructor was very friendly. Only con is ticket price 690Rs.

Elephant & Co Goa offers a wonderful ambience with great service and ample parking space with valet parking. The atmosphere is lively, though it can feel a bit crowded during peak hours and in rainy season. The only drawback was that the food did not quite meet expectations neither in quantity nor in price. Overall, a great place to enjoy the vibe and hospitality with the friends. #recommended

We went here for a late lunch, got a table easily. Grabbed burgers and didn’t have space to eat anything else, it was so filling 😭😭😭 Had the bean burger and oh my god it was delicious - crunchy, saucy, big, tasty, filling. It comes with some potato chips and a dip on the side. One of the best burgers I’ve had so far. They have outdoor seating and have fans too. Special mention for a bunch of things that I found different, very interesting and thoughtful here: 1. They have a mosquito repellant spray and sanitizer at each table for you to use 2. The bathrooms are super clean and love the thought there - they have sanitary pads kept in a box, pee safe toilet seat disinfectant, and they have a sign for women safety - if you’re uncomfortable they have special drink as an instruction or hint to order at the bar and they will help you. I mean wow I was stunned there. Extra points to the place for all of these.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elephant & Company in Anjuna, Goa, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. I was at Elephant & Co. and it had the best vibe with perfect live music by a band, must try, finest food one can ask for and the cherry on top was top most cocktails in Goa by Negroni aka Naresh! I got the best drinks as per my likings which made the experience surreal ! One should surely visit this place

Ngl the best vibe ever I had in my whole Goa trip !!!! The ambience is surreal and the staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Ritik is the sweetest bartender I met here, having a very cheerful smile and he suggested me carnaval cocktail. He has the magic to serve you thru his eyes for sure !!!! Great service by the staff!!! And one must try their chicken ghee roast and paratha !!! The best thing I had in Goa. I’m not forgetting the taste anyhow. Gonna come back soon for the chicken and cocktail !!! Just loved it!!!

This restaurant serves goan fish thali and other seafood dishes. The ambience is good with large seating area. There is dedicated parking available besides restaurant. Staff is helpful. The food was good. Tried prawns rawa fry which comes in 8 pieces. Fried to perfection and crispy. Had ordered chonak and kingfish thali. Fish was fresh and fried nicely. Other items were ok in taste. Sweet dish was missing in thali. Place gets crowded during peak hours on weekends.

I’ve been to Goan Spice in Anjuna many times, and it never disappoints. The fish thali is delicious, the fish fry is a must-try, and even their veg dishes are really good. The staff is friendly and the service is consistently nice. I also enjoy their Arpora and Keri outlets, though I’m not a fan of the Sangolda one. Haven’t tried the new Pernem outlet yet. Overall, it’s always a good experience here. During rush hours, the place gets quite crowded with tourists, so waiting is normal but the food is definitely worth it.

The staff is very polite and approachable, they will explain with a humble smile and a lot of patience, also made us a dish which was not on the menu as per our taste. Food is good, if you're looking for a typical Goan / Konkan kinda food this is the place, good breakfast with plenty options, ambience and a cup of coffee will make you zone out on the coconut trees around and make you consider about living in Goa in the goan way

The food and drinks were fantastic..I cannot rave more about how tasty it was. We had the surmai curry, the prawns balchao, dal fry and reshad masala pomfret. The cocktails were nice and strong and tasty. For those visiting goa and in Anjuna, a must go restaurant!

Incredible place with equally incredible food! We tried the calamari fry, chonak rawa fry, prawns butter garlic, and the fish thali – every dish was spot on. The fish was super fresh and packed with flavour, and the service was just as impressive. Definitely a must-visit when in Goa! Plus, it’s located in a nice area with ample parking.

It is one of top rated goan restaurants. Though the ambience was good and super crowded we didnt find the food that much tasty. So you have two options for starters , if u need spicy then choose masala fry or if not spicy then go for ravvafry. Masala was good but not the ravva one. Tiger prawns were not at all good. Each prawn is like 200/- which is not at all worth it as per the taste. Overall good place to hangout for drinks .

The outdoor seating area has changed and there's now a wood and glass covered roof to be able to take in more customers in the rainy season. Gunpowder is now an iconic restaurant of North Goa. The main restaurant is in a Goa style home and there's also lots of open air seating. Service is polite and helpful. Today it was quicker than usual as the place wasn't full. the spiciness and the sharpness of the food is back but there are still mild options The Andhra masala prawns are a must try. Good list of interesting Cocktails.
