The watermelon salad.... this was the best thing I've eaten all week. Everyone loved their food at our table. The atmosphere and location was the best. Cute street with lots of shops. Definitely I'll be coming back here

Dana is an absolute gem of a host! From the moment we walked into the restaurant, she greeted us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt at ease. Her sense of humor is fantastic she’s genuinely funny and brings a lighthearted energy to the whole experience. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so welcome while also keeping the mood fun and relaxed. Dana truly elevates the atmosphere and makes dining here a real treat! We had Mac and cheese brisket (it’s very filling) And cubs cheese burger

A great place! Friendly staff and delicious food. Got the poutine - definitely a shareable size. Probably need 2-3 people to take this down. The lemon pepper wings were also well done, as were the tipsy short rib tacos. Don’t be confused by the “bites” title. These portions are massive. The house crafted sodas were very good! Note, they are not very carbonated. But the flavours were there.

Beers were so good! Love the Cesar salad, tasted so good! For appetizers we love the pork tacos! They were so juicy and tasty! Burgers and sandwiches taste good but a bit salty. Overall good food and enjoyable environment here! Also they have the beautiful Mountain View by the window seats!

Good food, great beer. This is our second time here, and both have been good experiences. I had the Boss burger the first time and Mac and Cheese with braised pulled beef the second time. My wife had Chicken Parmesan flatbread then the Egg plant bomb burger . Highly recommend.
John S — Google review
Holy cow we had to come back here twice. The food was delicious and huge. I definitely recommend the side salad vs the fries. Kids had cheese pizza and the chicken tenders and both were huge portions and delicious. The Korean brisket sandwich and hot honey chicken sandwich was to die for. The brown beer and red beer were also excellent. Really happy we found this place. Right in the downtown area and got seated quickly on a Friday and Saturday night around 6-7pm but it was definitely busy. A larger party would likely have to go outside.
Karen R — Google review
Stopped after a hike in the area for a bite to eat. Food was excellent, with great poutine and burgers. Service was slower than expected (as it was not very busy), but at least they were nice and it wasn't terrible. Food came out quick, was very good for the price and I would highly recommend you stop by when in the area.
Jason P — Google review
Great spot for a bite to eat. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. The hamburger was tasty but the fish was okay could have been cooked a little bit longer the batter wasn’t cooked all the way through, overall will definitely be back to try other items on their menu, they have a great selection.

The cafe is dedicated to fostering a sense of connection among its patrons and offers outdoor seating. It also hosts live music events, using local ingredients to create fresh meals and treats that align with their climate-conscious practices.
Awesome lunch place in Canmore city centre. We originally wanted to get brunch from a place across the street, but it was a 45 min wait, so we opted to get lunch here instead. We had the chicken burrito and the Mediterranean bowl with freshly made strawberry kiwi lemonade. The food was very fresh and delicious! It was around $55 for the items we ordered, but the portion sizes were very good and overall I think it was good value for the price we paid in today’s economy. Place was very busy, but staff were also very accommodating and friendly and brought our meal out to us on the patio. A highly recommended lunch spot if you're looking for something healthy and fresh, that will leave you satiated!

Randomly found this place while driving by looking for something quick, healthy, filling, and delicious. Family loved it! Several kid friendly options! The dishes we ordered: green curry, Mediterranean bowl, and Vegan burrito were all loaded with good quality, well-cooked vegetables. The service was amazing and they handled allergies extremely well! This is a must-visit!!!!
Abhinav K — Google review
We stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the vegan options were great — creative without being too heavy. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and although it was busy, we were lucky to get a seat. It’s the kind of place I’d definitely come back to. Thanks for a lovely meal in Canmore.
Lauren C — Google review
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed — a nice spot for a late morning meal. Service was pleasant and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was just okay overall. Nothing particularly memorable or unique. One downside was the sourdough bread — it was really hard. Biting into it actually hurt my gums, which definitely took away from the experience. On the bright side, the drinks were quite good. Both the coffee and the hot chocolate were well made, flavorful, and comforting — probably the highlight of the meal. In summary, it’s an alright place if you’re not expecting too much. Great drinks, decent service, but the food (especially the bread) could use some improvement.

Great cafe that specializes in their own teas and lemonades. The food is fabulous. Their baked goods were delicious too. They have a friendly and very helpful staff as well. The seating is plentiful with a lot of outdoor seating. Great spot to recoup after a long day on the trails!

There were 3 of us adults and one child. We ordered a soup, wrap, Mediterranean bowl and a grilled cheese sandwich. All of them came with a side of spiced popcorn on a side. Tasted fresh and healthy. We didn’t eat popcorn, I wish they had different options for the taste. It was a little crowded and loud but we liked it overall.

Delicious lattes ☕️ and great avocado toast 🥑 with everything bagel seasoning. Fresh, flavorful, and served in a bright, welcoming space, a perfect café stop!

Best vegan options to have for breakfast in the town. Vegan Burrito 🌯 Gluten-free wrap and Avocado 🥑 Side up and try London fog. Prices are average and the ambience of the cafe is happening too.

Nestled in the heart of Canmore, Tavern 1883 is a beloved establishment that perfectly blends cozy charm with a vibrant atmosphere. Housed in a historic home from the early 1900s, this inviting pub features log walls and an expansive patio that offers stunning views of the majestic Rockies. It's not just about the ambiance; Tavern 1883 boasts an enticing menu filled with Canadian favorites like burgers, wings, ribs, and poutine—each dish crafted to satisfy your cravings.
Canmore Gem! Staff are amazing, the food is not what you would expect!!! Most hear "Tavern" and think "bar fare"? This place was AMAZING! From the salads to the main courses, there is something for everyone... They have a kids menu, and the outside seating has both umbrellas for those warmer days as well as heaters for the cooler ones... It is worth the time to make a stop if you are heading back to Calgary for a nice meal or if you need a pit stop on the way in!

Fantastic, unique burgers with excellent service. Great drink options and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff were attentive and offered helpful recommendations throughout. Would definitely return any time I’m in or near Canmore!
Matthew T — Google review
Solid food and great service. The food isn’t anything out of this world, but solid and reliable, and price is great which is why I am gonna keep it at a 5-star rating. I dock a point for atmosphere—they really need more heaters outside. They had two that were close to us that didn’t seem to be running. Outside of that, strong recommend for a random/quick dinner with a small or medium group.
Sa'id K — Google review
We held a fantastic private event here. Tavern 1883 has one of the most reasonable minimum spends on food and beverage in Canmore and the team is amazing to work with. The food was fantastic - we got so many compliments from our guests. They had live music that was brought in for the event, which was so much fun. We had a total blast here and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a private event in Canmore. They even set us up with a big projector screen for us to do a slideshow during our event. Thanks Tavern 1883 team!
Alison M — Google review
I chose this place specifically because they had bison burger. Out of the 2 on offer I chose the one that seemed tastier and it didn't disappoint in that regard!! A shame that the meat had a couple of excessively chewy bits that ruined an otherwise exceptional burger. Fries were also very good. The beer was instead quite disappointing for my taste. I had been told that it was sour but I had underestimated how sour it could have been. It seemed to drink the equivalent of a liquid very fizzy jelly. The patio outside was really cool. I'm glad the season allowed for us to have dinner outdoors.
Francesco B — Google review
We loved our experience at Tavern 1883. We got a burger and an order of the poutine to split, which was more than enough for the two of us. The poutine was lovely, flavorful and a great portion. The burger was decent, but not our favorite. We also got the cream of mushroom soup as our side, which was fantastic. Great spot overall!
Jake B — Google review
While it was an enjoyable establishment, it happened to be on a noisy, busy night, and the service and atmosphere did noticably suffer a bit as a result. I'm sure on a regular or slow day that the quality and environment are spectacular, and that's the only thing keeping this from 5 stars. With prices at this level, I just happened to expect a little better during a rush.

A must try Pub. We started with the Blueberry Bruschetta and it was divine! A must try!! I always go with the Smokey Baby Back Ribs and it was amazing. My friends had the Gnocchi and the Canadian Burger and all were amazing!

Rocky Mountain Bagel Company is a must-visit spot in the Rockies, offering freshly made bagels, pastries, and cafe dishes alongside locally roasted coffee and espresso. Whether you're gearing up for outdoor adventures or just craving a wholesome sandwich, this place has got you covered. With two convenient locations in Canmore, it's a popular choice for locals and tourists alike.
Always buzzing, but absolutely worth the wait! We love fueling up here before our hikes and road trips. The store's got a cool vibe with all the plants, and the staff are super friendly. The Amigo bagel is a must-try and the passion fruit cheesecake is so good
Cristina B — Google review
The food here is excellent. The bagels delicious! I'm from New York City and they were so different from what I'm used to but I just wanted to eat 10 of them. My only qualm is that it is extremely slow moving. They definitely need a better system in place instead of one chain line order after order. Take out or walk away, orders should be much faster than a sit down order.
Stephanie Y — Google review
I recently visited Rocky Mountain Bagel Company and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality and welcoming atmosphere. The bagels are remarkably fresh, with a wide variety of options, from classic sandwiches to an array of flavorful spreads. I particularly enjoyed the cheese bagel paired with roasted red pepper cream cheese, which was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The coffee was equally outstanding, offering a rich and satisfying complement to the meal. Despite a substantial line, the efficient and courteous staff ensured prompt service, making the wait well worth it. The cozy environment further enhanced the experience, creating a warm and inviting space to enjoy a meal. Without question, Rocky Mountain Bagel Company offers the finest bagels in Canmore, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience.
Jeremie M — Google review
When googling for bagels in this area, this company popped up. I personally think it is overhyped. The bagel is so so not to say it is just mediocre. We ordered for a take out and asked them to toast but it didn't happen. The flavor is pretty plain. I ordered the matcha drink, which i think they didn't add enough matcha. However, the juice was good. We had great bagels in Montreal and other places. It is also overpriced. Expect to stand on the queue for 20-30 mins. . They do have an outdoor sitting area as well which is nice if you have a pet.
Fiona M — Google review
Lovely coffee shop with delicious bagels and other treats. Be prepared to wait in line for up to 30 minutes. This is probably one of the most delicious carrot muffins I've ever had. Also had the Lox bagel and quiche. Staff is super friendly, especially the Czech girl at the cash. We came 2 days in a row during our Canmore stay.
Natalia H — Google review
Came here due to the rave reviews and I'm sorry to say this was the most mediocre bagel I've ever had. Not sure if we were both given stale ones or if the standard is hard, dense, and chewy, but I've had much better for far cheaper. The ingredients itself seemed fresh and the interior is cozy, but I wouldn't be back for the food, which was about a 15 minutes wait for two bagels.
Saania J — Google review
This place was SO good! Lines are long but move quickly. The bagels were so fresh and good! We got several different sandwiches, spreads, pizza bagels and they were all awesome! Highly recommend if you’re in Canmore.

I can honestly say that I love this place. A little more on the pricey side but I have been going here for 3 years every time I visit Canmore and I am never disappointed. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I recommend this spot to anyone who wants fresh bagels. They have a lot to choose from!

Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours Inc offers an unforgettable experience gliding down pristine mountain trails in hand-made oak sleds led by highly trained guides. Visitors have raved about the professionalism of the organization, the friendliness of the staff, and the beauty and enthusiasm of the sled dogs. The tour guides are knowledgeable and ensure that visitors are comfortable throughout their experience, even in extreme cold.
My husband and I came to Banff for our Honeymoon, and he has had a dream of mushing since he was a kid. When we found out Canmore had Dog Sled Tours, we were immediately intrigued. We decided to do the 2-hour tour after doing a ton of research before we booked. We are big animal lovers and wanted to make sure wherever we put our money, the dogs would be well cared for. Well, you don’t have to worry about that with Snowy Owl Tours. The second you meet the dogs and staff, you can immediately tell how much love goes into the business. The dogs are so happy and everyone we met who works for them were so nice and clearly cared a lot about the dogs and what they do for them and patrons. So if you want a once in a lifetime experience without worrying about ethics and morals, don’t be afraid to book a dog sled ride with Snowy Owl. We loved it so much, we thought about booking a 4-hour tour for the next day! We can’t wait to bring our kids on this tour someday. So special!

Oh wow, what a place! We had a female husky for 15 years and this was a delightful trip back in time. They were the ultimate in cuteness. The number of dogs and variety of breeds represented was awesome! We loved the way they had them separated into different groups to see and interact with. It was truly a memorable experience. - J. Parks We did the Kennel Tour experience and it was the highlight of our trip! Everything about the experience was extremely positive - coordinating the booking with Hannah, the tour with Claudio, and the teamwork from the entire staff to make sure everything went smoothly. We learned so much about the different breeds of dogs, their training, how they care for them, and how they come up with their fun names. As a family, we had been going through some difficult times and being surrounded by such wonderful dogs as well as getting to hold the adorable puppies at the end was the best medicine. I am truly grateful to the staff for creating this wonderful experience for us! - E. Parks

The most amazing experience and def on bucket list. The dogs love it and was also fun driving them. Instructors are very good and ensure the whole experience is a magical one. It is expensive but I'm so glad we did it whilst we were staying in Banff. They do tend to get quite booked up so probably one to book very early before you go on holiday to avoid disappointment of them being sold out esp during busy periods. Def the top highlight of our holiday.
Mary C — Google review
This was an incredibly unique experience. I loved the dog sled ride but just as fun was the time they give you with the dogs both before and after. I highly recommend this experience! Next time we visit the Canmore area, we will bring our kids with us because they would have loved this too!

Unforgettable and Heartwarming Experience Snowy Owl was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. As dog lovers, we were deeply moved by how well the dogs are cared for and how excited they were to run and work. We loved being included in feeding, treating, and learning about their routines — the hands-on connection was amazing. The team’s knowledge and love for each dog was clear — they knew every name, relationship, and backstory. Even without snow, the dog carting was a creative and joyful option that the dogs absolutely loved. This wasn’t just an activity — it was a soulful, joyful memory we’ll always treasure.

BEST DAY EVER!!! Our experience with Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire staff was amazing—warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest had the best possible time. Their enthusiasm and care created such a welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear they truly love what they do. As dog lovers, my girlfriend and I were in heaven. Beyond the thrill of the sled ride itself, we were able to spend time with the dogs in such a meaningful way—helping care for them, assisting with removing their harnesses, feeding them, and giving them well-deserved treats. What impressed us most was that the staff knew the names and personalities of all 178 dogs. That level of connection and respect made the experience even more special, showing how deeply they value every single dog. This is far more than just a tour—it’s a chance to learn, connect, and create memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re visiting Canmore or the surrounding area, we can’t recommend Snowy Owl Sled Dog Tours highly enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing family adventure! We went rafting and dog sledding in Western Canada this summer, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! We were warmly welcomed right from the start and well taken care of by our guide throughout the activities. Our small group was made up of French-speaking visitors from Quebec, and the guide was extremely attentive and considerate toward us. Nestled in a charming alley, 4296 is a culinary treasure that beckons food enthusiasts with its innovative plates and playful cocktails. This refined restaurant in Downtown Canmore offers an inviting outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. With a menu inspired by global pop culture cuisine, guests can indulge in unique dishes like Spiced Foie Gras Spring Rolls and Burrata, or opt for the adventurous Chef Will Take It From Here five-course meal.
This was my second visit to 4296, and I highly recommend checking it out. We ordered the Bread Garden, Passion Ceviche, McBeef Tartare, and Peach Burrata. Everything was delicious, but the standout dishes were definitely the Passion Ceviche and the Peach Burrata — I’ll be coming back for those again! The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The space is cozy, so I’d suggest making a reservation, especially during peak hours, as it can get quite busy.

Incredible. We have enjoyed tasting menus at many Michelin-starred restaurants and this was the best we've ever had. Inventive and surprising flavor combinations that were executed perfectly. Everything was wonderfully balanced, well paced, and presented by truly attentive staff. The cocktails were also knock outs, especially the popcorn old fashioned. We will be thinking about this meal for years to come!

We went for an anniversary dinner and were quite disappointed with the Yes Chef menu. We got to try about 10 dishes but only liked 2 of them. The hand rolls and the dressing for the salad were good. However, most dishes were sweet and not balanced. We were told that the dishes were Asian cuisine inspired. However, compared to Asian food, the flavor was lacking. They listed a bunch of ingredients for each dish but the flavors were so bland. The only good part about the dishes was the presentation. There was also a long waittime between some dishes. With the price tag, the food is 1 star. Added an additional star for this review because the bartenders were nice.

This was one of the absolute best dining experiences I have ever had. And I mean Michelin star worthy! We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we all did the chef’s tasting menu. They honestly went above and beyond. Usually restaurants skimp on portion sizes when it comes to these kind of menus, but this one hit every single dish out of the park! The presentation, flavors, portions, quality and taste were absolutely phenomenal with each and every round. It certainly wasn’t one of those meal where you pay a fortune and still leave hungry. It was well worth the money, and the service was 5 star. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough for a celebration or just a nice night out. And the speakeasy experience was definitely a nice topoff to our beautiful dinner! Thank you for making our experience so amazing.

Such a cool spot in Canmore!!! Dining at 4296’s speakeasy was an experience that hit all the right notes. Each dish presented like a piece of art and just as satisfying to the palate as it was to the eyes. The cocktails were truly next-level in both creativity and flavour. *Tub Time* stole the show — hands down the coolest and most original drink we’ve ever seen. The staff were equally impressive: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making the entire evening feel seamless and elevated. If you're in Canmore and looking for a perfect mix of upscale and fun, this hidden gem is a must.❤️

Best best meal we have had on our trip! We were so impressed that we came back to Canmore on our last night just to have dinner here again. We are very sceptical with vegan/vegetarian dishes in general but when we had the mushroom dish - we were blown away by the taste and execution that we wanted to try Chef Flan’s other creations. The only item that we didn’t quite like was the smashed potato that was too rich and buttery. Everything else was great!!

My husband and I had our anniversary meal here last night and it was absolutely phenomenal. We did the tasting menu and the chef adjusted it to our diet preferences. Each dish was a creative, fresh, and a delight for the taste buds. Thank you for a memorable experience! We can't wait to come back.

We have just been France and had the pleasure of dining at Michelin starred restaurants. This restaurant met or surpassed anything we experienced there. Located just south of Canmore in Dead Mans Flats, one98eight offers breakfast from 8 am to 10 am. The breakfast menu features a variety of options like pancakes, different types of eggs benedict, egg burritos, and waffles. Guests also have the option to purchase additional eggs and bacon. The food at this establishment is exceptional, evoking nostalgic childhood memories with its delicious taste and beautifully presented pancakes.
Incredibly creative dishes. Went for brunch and enjoyed everything we had. The bibimbap was probably the top choice. Best we had ever had. Extremely fresh and flavorful. Chicken & waffles (Indian style) were great. And the French toast was classic, but also some the best bread ever. Most interesting was the dark lemonade (great fresh lemonade, with activated charcoal added). Staff were super nice and friendly. A bit of a wait for the food, but definitely worth it.

I chose this place because of the ratings but I felt GASLIGHTED after trying it. Moral of the story if you want decent food and have limited time in Canmore, I would strongly suggest the Community Cafe and Bella Crusta just right across the street to save you some money and disappointment. Let me start with the food. First of all I did not realize this is an Indian fusion place, which is not a big deal because I like both Indian and fusion food. My mistake is that I did not know they don’t go well together. We got the Pork and Waffle Benny and the French Toast. The Waffle Benny was one of the WORST things I’ve had. The spice was too overpowering and did not go well with the eggs or the pulled pork. The waffle texture is like cardboard - and you can imagine how disappointed you’d get when you ordered a waffle looking dish and received cardboard. The eggs and pulled pork were well cooked but I cannot accept only half of the dish is eatable. The waffle was so bad that I couldn’t even finished a quarter of it. The French Toast has nice flavor and texture, but it came in a size of an appetizer and not the size you’d expect from a $17 dish. I’m giving all two stars to the flavor of the French toast. With this quality and portion, the food here is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Service was attentive but food took over 30mins to be served because they only have ONE chef doing everything and an open kitchen which would leave you smelling like grease and spice when you sit there waiting and waiting for the food to finally come. Well, this is the price you pay for trying new things. Hope my review can save you from suffering from bad food experiences.

This place was such a positive experience. The staff was the most friendly we have come across in Canada. They treated our two boys like VIPs. The Chef cooks right in the dining area and talked to us about what to make our kids and how to best accommodate my wife's gluten allergy. Really fantastic food from the home made ketchup to the tandoori carrots. Don't skip!

Small cute restaurant with very friendly staff. We came for brunch. Made a reservation online which was good because they were short staffed that day and sadly had to turn some bigger walk-in groups away. The smoked salmon benny is to die for!!! Boyfriend also ordered the chicken and waffles, said it was good but prefers the benny.

I like the fusion concept, but the chicken and waffles didn’t hit the mark for me. It leaned a bit too healthy and had strong Indian flavors—I kind of wished either the waffle or chicken was more traditional. That said, it did feel like a clean, healthy meal.

So amazing!!! We stopped here on our way back home from Banff and let me tell you, it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had!! And we’re foodies so that’s saying a lot!! The service was not the quickest, but it was worth the (very small) wait. I had the duck confit which I’ve never thought of as a breakfast item…. But when I tell you I still DREAM of this breakfast… my husband got the steak and eggs and it was hands down one of the best he’s had! The chimichurri sauce was so good and the eggs were cooked perfectly!! I would definitely come back here again multiple times! Overall, great restaurant!!

It's a shame I found this place on my last day because I would have gone there every day during my visit to the Rockies. I appreciate an innovative menu that's different. I felt right at home (in Spain). The waitress was super friendly and chatty. Don't miss it.

This is the second time my wife and I have come to this restaurant. The first time we came for brunch (which was 10/10) and this time we wanted to try the dinner menu. We ordered raw tuna and tandoori carrots as starters, followed by salmon and gnocchi with a touch of truffle oil, a glass of Kelowna white wine, and a couple of Aperol Spritzes... We didn't make a mistake with anything we ordered; on the contrary, it made us want to keep trying more of their menu. Hopefully one day we'll try the whole menu; that's our mission. It's a great place with super friendly staff, but what really made us write this review is the amount of flavors we found in every bite. I never imagined ordering carrots as a starter, but they were extraordinary! The gnocchi were so soft and tasty that I remember them right now and it makes me hungry, ha ha ha. Totally recommended.

Pizza restaurant
Nestled in Canmore, the Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. is a popular spot known for its wood-fired pizzas made with local and organic ingredients. The restaurant's commitment to sustainability extends beyond their food, as they follow eco-friendly practices. Despite being located at the end of downtown, it boasts the largest wood-fired clay oven in Canada and offers traditional or gluten-free crust options with a variety of fresh toppings.
Stopped in for lunch. Most of our group got pizzas. I ordered a salad because they had goat cheese & figs in the salad & I needed my greens. Food was amazing. Staff was very accommodating while also being sharp/ funny. Place has a great vibe. Truly gourmet pizzas. If you have small picky young eaters in your group; they have a simple garlic cheesy bread that is just lightly garlicky with plenty of cheese & I think either a red sauce or ranch. They were busy but still managed to refill our waters throughout the meal. Definitely worth a stop.

Had lunch here with a group and couldn't be happier with our choice! The pizzas were truly gourmet quality - you can taste the difference in ingredients and preparation. What really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly accommodating which created such a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe that makes you want to linger. Even though they were clearly busy, our server kept our water glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed. Their garlic cheesy bread is perfect - just the right amount of garlic with plenty of cheese, and you can get it with red sauce or ranch on the side. Rocky Mountain Flat Bread delivers on both food quality and hospitality.

The place has a great vibe overall. They have variety of vegetarian options as well. We tried Cheesy Garlic Flatbread and Dip - which was good. We also tried Create your own veg pizza - the pizza was tasty but the crust could have been better. Overall it was a great experience. The service was also decent. The location is great though, with free street parking nearby.

Went twice, and everything was phenomenal. Their lunch special is a great deal, the views are lovely the wood fired oven gives it a nice warm ambiance, and the service is wonderful. I got the apple chicken pizza with their ranch and it was maybe one of the best pizzas ive had. I loved the crust. I'm sure I'll be back, as there are still 3 more pizzas i have to try!!!

We stopped by on our last night in Canmore for a quick bite but really wish we would have visited sooner. We got to try the BBQ chicken pizza which was really good. It does have marinara or some other tomato based sauce aside from BBQ which was new to us but it was good. Was super busy but we didn’t have to wait long for a table and the staff was very nice and attentive. Definitely recommend this spot.

Had a really great time here last night, the food was delicious and the toppings felt fresh, there’s options for everyone. We also had the feature soup which was also really tasty! Our server Stephanie was amazing also. Yes the pizza prices are a bit elevated, however it is a smaller tourist town so considering what the other options in the area are, I found it to be reasonable for what you received. Beers etc are actually comparable to regular prices elsewhere. Overall, it’s a family business, foods great, vibes are amazing, the only bad thing I have to say is that they aren’t big enough for the crowds they get!

We ate here after a long day of flying, driving, and getting settled for our stay. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. I like seeing the brick oven and the cooks at work. There were lots of great combinations on the menu. Good value, too, three of us split the fig and goat cheese salad and the cheesy flatbread with pesto appetizer. I had the chicken and apple flatbread pizza. They were interesting flavors and very well executed. Really enjoyed our experience here.

One of the best bagels I’ve ever tried crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. We ordered the salmon and ham bagels, and both were delicious. The view is unbeatable, with mountains surrounding you in beautiful Canmore. The place can get quite busy and crowded, but we still managed to find a seat and enjoy our bagels.

Brazilian restaurant
Restaurant
Gaucho Brazilian Barbecue offers a dining experience that aims to immerse you in the flavors and ambiance of Brazil. The owner and chef, with extensive experience in sharing Brazilian culture globally, brings this expertise to Canmore. The restaurant serves Rodizio-style meals, where waiters carve meat directly onto your plate from large skewers. The churrascaria setting showcases ancient Brazilian traditions amid South American cultural elements.
Visited Gauchos brazillain restaurant in Canmore, Alberta. We have been to the Calgary location many times, but this was our first time here. We had 'all you can eat meat' and it comes with all kinds of extras. We had a group of 5 ladies for our friend's 50th bd. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Our server, Dominika, was super quick, and friendly and funny and food kept on flowing. She made our night! She knew exactly how to make the night special for us, what salads to try, what drinks were best, which deserts were awesome, and she did it so well. The night was perfect. The bd dinner was great! Thank you Dominika! You Are a Rockstar! Thank you Gauchos for great food and making it a fun evening.

One of the best buffet restaurant. Me and my husband had lunch at Gaucho and it was such a great experience! The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, and their grilled pineapple? A total must-try! We left super full and happy, definitely coming back when we’re in Canmore again

The restaurant is located in the heart of Canmore village. It offers a delicious Brazilian food which contains different kinds of meat like beef, lamb, chicken, etc. Beside the main course, you will have the chance to get multiple appetizers and salads. There is also a bar which offers different kind of drinks. As in any Brazilian restaurant, the waiter will give you a paper to turn it green when you want the food to continue and red when you want stop. The stuff is friendly and provides fast service. I enjoyed my meal and best restaurant.

Like meat? Go here!! Absolutely fantastic. Great food, excellent taste, a lot of choices, as much as you want and all for a fair price! You pay 70 dollar for a full churrascaria, which means they come to the table with sirloin, sausages, beef. pork, picaña and more. You can order sides like potatoes, salads, mushrooms, fries and all you want. As a Tourguide I go around the world and I know my fair share of food and restaurants. I also visit Brazil frequently. This is truly amazing! I see some reviews and don’t understand the negative onces. Cannot think of anything gone wrong?! I will be back in 4 weeks!

As a Brazilian, I am mesmerized. The food is even better than what I actually used to eat in Brazil. 🇧🇷 I didn’t even have the time to take a picture of the meat, I just had the brains to eat them right away.

This place exceeded my expectations! The service was amazing. Natalia was our server and she was excellent; coming from South America, she was very friendly and happy to share her experiences and recommendations with us. The food was exceptional! Our favorite meat was the picana, but really all of the meats were top quality. The sides were very delicious too; we tried almost all of them!

We had a reservation and was seated within 5-10min. Waitress and the guys bringing the meat and side orders were super friendly, very kind and very interactive with us. Food was absolutely worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone!
