Italian restaurant
Pizza restaurant

Marzano is a restaurant that pays homage to the quality and authenticity of Naples, Italy. The cooks are trained by renowned pizzaiolas, ensuring an authentic taste with every bite of pizza. The ambiance is modern yet classy, with ample natural light streaming in through multiple windows. Established in September 2018, Marzano's staff trained under pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia in Naples to perfect their pizza dough.
Marzano is my favourite restaurant in the world right now and has been for six months. I ate through the whole menu a few times and keep trying the new things when it changes. I have been to many many many more restaurants too in many cities but keep returning to Marzano whenever I can. Love the authentic and delicious wood oven pizza with neat, fresh, and fantastic ingredients. The brunches are wildly tasty 😋. The drinks are always great - highly recommend the Marzano Caesar with choice of vodka, gin, or tequila. I always get all the sorbet flavours each time if I have time and space because they are always so so good and time-limited. Plenty of parking across the street in the Best Western lot. They are owned by the same folks. Let the Best Western folks next to Marzano’s know you parked there but it’s generally no problem anyway. All the staff always tell me they love working here. Many have been there for years. The owners and management seem wonderful - and it shows in the vibe and the food.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have dined at in a long time! Great service and menu selection. This is not your typical Italian experience, very creative options. We went multiple times for lunch, happy hour and dinner. We tried the pizzas, unique & delicious. I really enjoyed the spaghetti and meatball (LARGE!!!). I highly recommend this place if visiting Nelson BC.
Shane B — Google review
We had a truly fantastic meal at this Italian restaurant. The food was outstanding, offering creative and innovative takes on Italian cuisine rather than the standard dishes you find everywhere else. Each plate was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and a great balance of flavors. The pizzas in particular were a standout—thin, crisp crust with inventive toppings that worked beautifully together. Service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable without being intrusive. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere that matches the quality of the food. Overall, this is a place that delivers both authenticity and originality, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Italian dining with a fresh twist. I would highly recommend eating here.

The food and atmosphere is a 10 out of 10… the service however was really disappointing. It was no one in the restaurant and our waitress ignored us the entire time. We have to wave to get her attention to give us the bill. Overall the pizza was absolutely amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely going back again.
Lily B — Google review
This place was recommended both online and at our air bnb. We had the chicken pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. Both were amazing dishes. We sat at the pizza counter which was entertaining for the kids, the chefs were great company also. All the staff and our server were fantastic. I Would definitely come back if we are in the area.
Sarah H — Google review
Beautiful restaurant. My wife is very particular about her pizza and prefers Italian style wood oven. Marzano's was just the right place. We ordered pickup for a margarita and pepperoni pizza, and both looked and tasted great. Highly recommended.

4.5 overall. Great food and great service. Gets very busy here and would highly recommend making reservations. Would highly recommend the pasta or risotto . The serving size is just right. Limited patio space in the summer time also. Worthwhile coming here to have some great Italian food.

Went in for some pizza when visiting Nelson. Was so happy with the quality. The crust was thin, but not soggy, perfect chew! We had the prosciutto and funghi pies and both were delicious. Will definitely come back next time we're in town. Highly recommended!

The Nelson Visitor Centre, located in a well-preserved historical train station at the west end of Baker Street, is a great starting point for exploring the unique city of Nelson, BC. The friendly and knowledgeable staff can provide tips, trip ideas, and itinerary planning to help visitors discover the area's historical sites and heritage buildings. Additionally, there is an excellent coffee shop next door and a selection of locally made gifts and souvenirs available.
Well this was just the nicest place and there's a lovely little cafe in there with a good price point and absolutely delicious food and beverages. When my son was growing up this was just basically a holding area for Railway cars nothing special and how wonderful they have fixed it all up so that it can be used again. They had a super clean bathroom and a lovely store as well. Lots of free parking and love the old trains

My girlfriend and I went to visit the Nelson Visitor Centre June 26 2025. Staff were friendly, and seemed to be knowledgeable. Washrooms were available here. And there were quite a few pamphlets advertising different fun things to do in the area. The ambiance for the most part was nice. And the wood work was phenomenal. Though, the first things I started noticing upon arrival were: social distancing measures, 10 person limit, and a request to sanitize ones hands. I had to have a staff member validate that we are in fact in the year 2025, before letting her know about signage. It's been 6 years since the plandemic! I don't know what's more believable. That government workers forgot about the plandemic paraphanalia at their place of work everyday of the week for the last few years. Or that that government representatives just don't seem to care about our rights and freedoms. In any case, I hope people start talking more about how much corruption is acceptable. Cheers.

If your going to be in Nelson please stop by the visitor center, its inside a nicely preserved historical train station. Has a excellent coffee shop next door. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They can answer all your Nelson related questions. They provided us with an itinerary you can follow to visit and learn about the historical sites throughout the beautiful unique city of Nelson BC. The center provides the typical tourist information and a wide selection of Nelson branded items and local crafts. We couldn't resist purchasing some items to commemorate our experience. I encourage you to drop by, you wont be disappointed.

Nestled in the heart of British Columbia, the Capitol Theatre is a charming historic venue that offers an array of live performances sure to delight any audience. From captivating concerts and side-splitting comedy nights to engaging poetry slams, this theatre serves as a cultural hub for locals and visitors alike. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for enjoying memorable evenings with friends or family.
Amazing venue! I rented this theatre to show my independent film, "Metta Grove Experience". It delivered with amazing audio quality and visuals on a large screen. The staff were great to work with from booking to at the show. Great layout with plenty of room to view the screen/stage. Comfy seats. A great asset to have in Nelson and I look forward to returning.
Simon H — Google review
It was extremely rewarding for me to play a show at this theatre over a concerto as a soloist and the Principal Percussionist of Symphony of the Kootenays, . The stage management personnel - both employed and volunteer - are great to deal with. As I have recently left full-time music, I will really miss coming here on a recurring basis, but here are some photos of my favourite memories here. The only reason why I gave the venue four stars - as opposed to five - is because the entire orchestra had to travel to Nelson for a matinee show on the Sunday after having done an evening show in Cranbrook the night before, and the theatre staff were 100% unflexible with respect to modifying their mandatory noon-until-1pm lunchbreak, which made the commute difficult in light of factors such as the time zone difference and also the people who are not familiar with the roads - myself included - getting lost on the way from Cranbrook to Nelson. In any case, thank you for everything, everyone. <3 :-)

I’ve had numerous memorable experiences at the Capitol Theatre. They are huge community supporters and I loved the Christmas panto this year - my son was in it, so that was extra special! I love how they give opportunities to budding actors.

Fun place in Nelson. The comedy events have been enjoyable as well as the movie festival. I plan to go to more shows. It is nice to have in a small town like Nelson.

Nice older theater with a vaudeville stage. We watched a summer theater production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame which was very entertaining!

Omg! So good to wander in here the other night slash evening and have my folks be on board to watch a year end tangent show whatever extravaganza, Hahaha. Good music, lively dancing, great place to have a laugh, and after having to leave the yumsun or whatever it is called down the road and get Ash's Smash burger Poutine and feed someone along the way... Incredible to feel so welcomed by the staff who obviously saw I was barefoot a d it was a delight to be able to go to some other places and feel accepted. I remember someone even commented that we had come back. They remembered us from earlier, no comments about our appearance. They were happy for us to spend there. Let us have a good time we all deserve to have no matter how others may perceive us. I am writing this from my car, because to be honest, I still get a little nervous about going into town and being accepted. I really feel much better not having to speak most of the day and knowing that there was goi g to be shopping etc today of I joined. I just don't.... I want to go and have a good day and not have to speak or explain my beliefs to people merely by existing. Thank you for fostering a please t environment. I deeply appreciate that. It is nice to be welcomed by your community as a barefoot man.

Wonderful and detailed bunker tour. Art and museum exhibits were cool, also.

I found it interesting reading about the counterculture history of Nelson, providing some insights into its laid back character and culture. The museum also had numerous exhibits dedicated to historically underrepresented people, such as First Nations and Chinese. The museum had signs up suggesting they want to continue rebalancing these disparities, however I feel they've already done a great job!
Adrian M — Google review
A nice balance of history and modern life and art. I love the fairly balanced ethnic treatment and that they include all the women they could find!! Excellent. A few updates to do on Bill C8 and the pot legality but I hope they don't change too much, it's great how it is.

We really liked the bunker experience tour. It sounds boring but it really isn’t. Go and check it out to see a lot of cool 60’s and 70’s stuff. Also the museum is nice and gift shop too.

Small but lovely museum & gallery, the place is well illuminated and has a lot of historic facts, also you can appreciate the effort and love the community of artist and also the staff working there put, if you arrive after 4 pm but the price is worth it just 8 cad each, the entrance is free, they have restrooms and a small pretty shop!
Paulina M — Google review
Seems like a neat place, but not set up for children. Gallery had a lot of delicate pieces at toddler level and the front desk lady shrieked at us for being near them. Won’t be returning as a family anyway.

Maureen in archives is so amazing, had the opportunity to look at some old yearbooks with her, she actually took the time to tell us about some of her friends in the books. Will definitely make time to spend more time in the archives next time!

The museum representative Astrid made our visit to Nelson Museum worth the trip from Spokane. She reminded us of the movie "Roxanne" with Steve Martin. It was filmed there in 1987. She provided so much additional information which assisted my friend and I. Thank you. The only confusing part was trying to locate the museum in the first place. We received so many conflicting directions of how to get there. I recommend you just ask for the OLD POST OFFICE. See the attached photo. They have so many wonderful items in their gift shop. Thanks again.

Streetcar #23 is a fully functioning historic tram that operates along the lakefront in Nelson, offering scenic views and a glimpse into the area's past. Operated by the Nelson Tramway Society, this waterfront ride through Rotary Lakeside Park is made possible by community volunteers and fare donations. Visitors can enjoy multiple rides for a donation-based ticket and explore the free museum showcasing railway artifacts.
Caught it this fall down at the waterfront park area. Rode it from the stop near the museum/maintenance yard bark to Prestige Stop/far end. Great fun. Step back in time. Donation only. Family friendly.

Very cute and memorable experience! The conductors were very kind, and it's all donation based which is nice! We took it from the first station all the way to the big orange bridge, and it was fun to see people hop on and off along the way. Pretty good views of the water at some points aswell!

Both a fun, and equally relaxing ride along the beachside. If you are in or near Nelson this is a must! Suitable for all ages, and no reservations needed. Its always great to see a piece of history preserved AND running, especially in Canada, this wad a worthy visit

It was fun to take a relaxing ride on a 1906 Streetcar along Nelson’s Lakeside. Tickets are by donations and you can take as many rides you want after that. The museum is free entrance and have real good stuff that still in use now-days by the volunteers to maintain the rail ways

I witnessed a tram driver hit a parked vehicle. During the chaos of packing up after the event in the park today, I saw a ladies van get hit by the tram. Yes, she was obviously parked too close, but my concern is for the competancy of the driver. Why didn't he stop? Did he not see the van? Was he not looking? It was in an open parking lot area and busy, yes, but what if it was a person?!!

This historic Nelson Electric Tramway was a must to visit and ride upon our arrival in Nelson…this waterfront ride along the waterfront through the Rotary Lakeside Park…The Nelson Tramway Society made up of community volunteers appreciates the fare donations from the individuals who chose to ride this beautiful route..

A fun tourist destination in Nelson. The streetcar actually went a lot faster than I had expected. The operators were also very friendly and answered all of our questions in a very sophisticated manner. The ride is an approximately 30 minutes round-trip.

Born & raised in the Kootenays, I had no idea riding the streetcar was even a “thing”! It was a lovely day when we rode from the Prestige Lakeside station through Lakeside Park and back again. I think it’s a wonderful touristy thing to do and I’m glad they’ve brought it back. A very cheap way to explore a small bit of Nelson.

Step into the opulent yet cozy space of The Library Lounge at the historic Hume Hotel and feel like you've traveled back in time with its original mouldings and brick hearth. This library-type lounge offers a delightful ambiance, complete with live jazz performances, making it a perfect spot for an entertaining evening. The friendly staff ensures excellent service as you indulge in delicious dishes such as fish and chips or the tempting chicken, brie, and fig burger.
Excellent jazz lounge pianist playing live on a Thursday night, fish and chips with blueberry-rosemary vinaigrette on salad were all delicious. Followed it up with the delicious cashew cream dessert and a jasmine green tea. Busy place. All the meals coming out looked good. Very old-school atmosphere was perfect.
Chris S — Google review
To be honest, our experience was not the best. The food lacked flavor as the steaks only taste was of char. We did enjoy our drinks, which we ordered mojitos and martinis (after a wait they came to let us know they were out of olives during our long wait but we didn't mind). Our drinks were not the only thing we waited on, but also with our food. I did feel like with the amount we spent on our meals, drinks and dessert, our experience and expectations fell short.

The atmosphere of this place is impressive, old style and characteristic place. Well made and well maintained. We just had cocktails and they were well made with great flavours and balance. An interesting place to visit, I believe also to eat something.

This is a great little spot with a light touch of class surrounded by history and beautiful woodwork. We were lucky enough to enjoy live Jazz entertainment while we ate, and I recommend going if you see it advertised. The staff were friendly, attentive without being overbearing and they were all working very hard the whole time we were there. The menu wasn't too busy and they had a really good selection of wines to choose from. We had a really generous portion of mussels before enjoying our entrees. Both meals were delicious and the portions were very generous. The only thing keeping me from giving the food five stars was the dessert. We ordered a slice of cheesecake and got an imitation "no bake" cheesecake instead. It was a real disappointment, but the rest of the evening was perfect, so we let it slide. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend it.

It’s a nice room don’t get me wrong. Lots of history here and it builds up to your cocktail being unique and amazing. Server was mediocre. Didn’t engage in conversation or any pleasantries - and no it wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday night with 3 other couples at 9:45pm. I ordered my tequila cocktail. Regular glassware, regular ice cubes, and tasted like something I could make at home. Absolutely nothing to write home about for over $20 after tip. I love their bar, food and the pool table area. I’ll stick with this side of the bar.

Cafe
Full Circle Cafe in Nelson is a popular spot known for its hearty breakfast options. The eggs Benedict, particularly, are highly recommended with their delightful hollandaise sauce. The service is fast and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Visitors have enjoyed dishes like the West Coast Eggs Benny and the breakfast salad. While some wished for more sweet offerings on the menu, others appreciated the vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available. The cafe offers a casual dining experience with great value for fresh and flavorful meals.
Great cafe with very tasty food. Quick service and friendly staff. I love the little details that show the owners put a lot of thought into the cafe- local art on the walls and hand written notes near the entrance/exit. I definitely recommend as the best breakfast place in Nelson. Also- kids’ menu is super affordable and my kiddo loved the food also.

It's been many years since we've visited. This spot is one of the places our whole family loved to visit when living here. Excellent French toast & breakfast still great. Clean, fast & friendly staff. They have a couple outside spots now. It can get very busy!

We ate breakfast both mornings in Nelson at The Full Circle Cafe @full_circle_cafe and both mornings hey knocked it out of the park. First day was salmon eggs benny and crab cakes, second day was crab cakes and grilled cinnamon bun. It was fairly busy both days but the service was great, food was amazingly delicious, and the cafe itself is in a heritage building so is very cool. Highly recommend if you are in Nelson.
Jo S — Google review
Might be one of the best eggs benny I’ve ever had! I ordered the Nanny Eggs Benny, it came with poached eggs, goat cheese, bacon, grilled tomato, caramelized onion and hollandaise. It was absolutely to die for!
Erin L — Google review
Full circle cafe has a comfortable, home-diner-y feel to it, which works to their favor. The staff is nice, and we did not have to wait too long for our food (We were a group of 5). It did feel a little cramped, but it is a smaller building, so not the worst if you are in a smaller party.
Ninos L — Google review
Our server was nice but also seemed to lack some social skills, it wasn't very busy but it was a quick 'what can I get you' and left. I had the French toast with ham, it was good but I think generally the place is overpriced for the size of the portions. my friends got the hash's and the sizing was pretty small and my ham was pretty sad but tasted good. The patio was closed while we visited.

Stopped by Full Circle in Nelson and had the French toast—so good! Perfectly cooked, just the right amount of sweetness, and beautifully plated. Cozy vibe inside and friendly staff made it a great little brunch spot. Would definitely go back to try more off the menu!

Not a family friendly establishment/experience on my last visit. A young couple was trying to have breakfast with their toddler and the poor little guy couldn’t sit still so dad tried to walk around with him. He was told (rather rudely) to sit down or he would have to leave. It’s hard enough with a small child without being treated poorly for trying their best. Both parents were clearly tired and trying hard to keep him calm. There were other children walking around and I didn’t see that family get treated the same. It was busy and it was clear that the blond waitress doesn’t handle the pressure well. To top it all off a table of 5 was sat and the 5th chair was right in the middle of the aisle. Also myself and the young couples table was brought the bills without ever being asked if we wanted anything else, just being rushed out. You could see the defeat on this young families faces, the woman looked on the verge of tears before she got up put on a happy face and went and paid for her family’s meal. For all you know this was the one time they could go out. It’s bad enough how expensive a basic small breakfast is but to be treated so poorly is unacceptable.

The interior and exterior design of the cafe are highly Instagrammable, featuring local ironwork and art. While the food selection may be limited, the brownies are recommended as a tasty treat.
Oso Negro Café is pure magic — easily my favorite spot in Nelson! The moment you walk in you’re surrounded by character and charm. The wrought iron details, warm wood tones and artistic touches make it feel one-of-a-kind. Outside, the gardens are absolutely stunning — lush, peaceful and filled with beautiful spots to sit and enjoy your coffee. There’s lots of seating, both inside and out, and every corner feels cozy and inviting. Add in the mountain views and it’s just perfection. The coffee is incredible, the vibe is relaxed and you can feel the care that goes into every detail. An absolute must-visit in Nelson!

I was so excited to come here for a coffee and breakfast but unfortunately I left a bit disappointed. Since this is a coffee roaster you would expect a good coffee but this was really not great. I ordered a flat white but the milk was steamed super bubbly and not silky at all. The coffee tasted weak despite ordering a small size. The food was very tasty though! I ordered a breakfast bun and that was good. Service was great too. Sitting outside in the garden was a nice atmosphere too. 😄 Anyways, I’d love to come back here for the food but I definitely think they can work on their coffee. So for now, I will get my coffee somewhere else in Nelson.

Absolutely stunning atmosphere! The trees and greenery with the wooden seating was very appealing to the eye. Unfortunately, the coffee was not great and the yogurt parfait wasnt tasty at all. Some of the other baked goods looked nice, so I'll try those if we ever come back here.

Great atmosphere and lots of food/drink offerings. It's a popular spot with locals and tourists alike. Reasonable pricing and good experience overall. It's spacious for waiting to make an order. Clean and woodsy feels here.

With a nice rustic interior design in the cafe along with a spacious backyard garden area where people can read, hang out with friends, the cafe is a hidden gem sitting in a rather quiet part of the city. The homemade chocolate croissant is tasty with flaky pastry! We ordered the cappuccino and dandelion tea. They are good, up to cafe standard. One thing to mention is the tea was served too hot. We cannot drink it straight away. My partner burns his tongue a little bit.. But after all it’s an awesome place to chill in the afternoon with a wide range of reasonable priced baking& drinks. Would come back to try the breakfast one day!

Probably some of the best coffee I have had! Came here on a recommendation, and expectations were surpassed. The staff was very friendly and quick, with both the coffee and breakfast food tasting great! Their drip coffee is rich in flavor (I got their dark roast), and the breakfast sandwich was a great mix of savory bacon with fresh tomatoes on egg. Definitely stop in when you can.

Delicious coffee and an excellent breakfast sandwich — very good! The space has a neat indoor setup and a nice outdoor area. It’s a busy spot, but service is quick and efficient. The baked goods are tasty too, with great vegan options available.

Oso Negro is next-level incredible. Let me tell you about The Gobbler ... the best god damn turkey sandwich in all of BC, hands down. Stacked on fresh sourdough, layered with turkey and homemade cranberry sauce that tastes like your grandma made it with love and a little extra sass. Every bite is perfection ... sweet, savoury, soft, crisp. A sandwich masterpiece. But it’s not just about the food - the staff are kind and attentive, the service is quick and friendly, and the place is spotless. The product placement and layout are chef’s kiss 💋 everything feels curated but cozy. You can tell it’s a place run with heart and pride. Oso Negro is all aces, all day. If you're passing through Rock Creek and don’t stop here, you’re missing out on the most darn tooti ' nana loves you, yum yum sandwich.

The Prestige Lakeside Resort is a 3-star hotel offering stylish and comfortable rooms with some overlooking the picturesque Kootenay Lake. Guests can enjoy amenities such as an indoor pool, dining options, a spa, and a ballroom. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the shopping district. While some guests have noted minor inconveniences during their stay, many appreciate the spacious rooms, delicious restaurant food, and cozy bar at this lakeside retreat.
We stayed in #311, July 26-29. A Lovely clean room, view, restaurant, parking and superb Staff. Tessa was very accommodating when we were booking. Upon arrival we were fortunate to meet her. There was a minor issue with the fridge which Tessa worked diligently to correct. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you for hiring Tessa, she is a keeper 💖. When visiting Nelson, this is the hotel to enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We stopped at this hotel for two nights and paid for an upgrade to the lakeside which I would recommend. The room was a good size with a comfy king size bed & a balcony overlooking the lake. Only downside was the very noisy air conditioning and the hum of the fridge. Nelson is a nice town with a lovely park and plenty of choice for places to eat. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and enjoyed sharing the dish in the photo below.

What a great location and superb view! All the staff we encountered were just wonderful and personable. The beds and the pillows are comfy and the rooms are quiet. We only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was great when the service was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Clean, bright. Pool was a bight cold. Hot tub was awesome. Very comfy beds, we opted for a water view. Awesome, nice balcony, two chairs and a small side table. Big bathroom, very nice indeed.

Beautiful location. This hotel was such a treat. We had a king balcony room with a lake view. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. There are two restaurants and a coffee shop. Both restaurants had great menus and extremely tasty food. Guests have access to bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. I can't say enough about this hotel. Will definitely be back.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff, large size rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Used all the amenities: complimentary e bikes, pool and hot tub, spa (an excellent massage by Emili). All in all, a wonderful stay.

I've stayed at this location many times over the last few years. This is not the hotel it used to be. The attitude from check in staff is rehearsed and robotic. They once were very friendly and accommodating and fantastic at working together on anything that may pop up. Now it's a "1 size fits all" attitude. We are on a motorcycle trip. Both my friend and I have stayed here over 30 times. We both noticed the difference in staff and quality of stay. I booked over the phone directly with a staff member. Upon checking in, the card I used to reserve the room was not a card, that fit their criteria to pay for the room. This seemed very off. Then when I asked for a manager, the 3 people on the front desk claimed no manager is available. Every suggestion I made was met with robotic responses and no solutions that could fit. I was shocked at this approach for repeat and loyal clients. This room cost 330.00 for 1 night , so it's not a cheap room. I only stay at Prestige Hotels and would stand behind recommending them until now. As for their rooms, the bed mattresses are awful. Extremely soft. I asked my friend if her bed was awful too. She was not impressed either. The bathroom had mold around the tub. They give only 4 coffee pucks, 1 towel per person, the furniture has stains, the sheets smelled off and were worn, the loungers had worn pads... it could have been cleaner. It would be better if they had a manager on duty who was there during check in . We checked in at 5 pm. Or a manager was available to discuss why the credit card that is acceptable when booking the room is not OK when checking in. Totally bizarre. Not what you expect from this luxury brand hotel.

This hotel has a great view of the water but it’s a glorified best western without the free breakfast! At $450+ CDN a night I’d expect a bit more. You are definitely paying for the location. Shower/tub combo from the 90’s. Terrible water pressure in the shower, I’m sure it’s some eco thing but then I need to shower twice as long to get soap out of my hair. I was travelling with friends and notified the hotel but was not placed anywhere close to my group. Pet friendly in the rooms however the restaurant is privately owned and not pet friendly, not even on the patio. To me a pet friendly hotel would include eating areas on site that are also pet friendly. Check in staff was very pleasant.
