CoolSprings Galleria is a top shopping destination in Williamson County, TN, situated in Franklin. The expansive mall houses over 150 stores, including well-known national retailers and unique specialty shops. With anchor stores such as Macy's, Dillard's, and H&M, it offers a comprehensive shopping experience. Visitors can also enjoy various dining options and entertainment venues for a full day of leisure.
CoolSprings is a great mall! I have enjoyed it every time I've visited. There's plenty to do for all ages and a variety of stores to shop. The mall is two stories, and you can travel to and from each story easily by escalator or elevators. It's clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are easy to locate and clean. The food court is full of options. I love that this mall is still thriving!
BETH D — Google review
Nice, clean, well kept up mall. Good selection of name brand stores. Food court has several choices to grab a bite to eat.
MITCH C — Google review
Love CoolSprings Galleria!!! Absolutely tons of stores and a massive food court with almost everything! There’s no empty anchors, and very few empty storefronts. This is likely the most thriving mall I’ve been too, and I think it’s going to stay that way! Be sure to check it out if you’re in the area!
BR F — Google review
Lots to do at the CoolSprings Galleria. We checked out Macy's, the Candy Craze, and walked around. One thing that strikes me about the place is the smells. Coffee his you right away. Nice. Also, some candy and pizza smells, too. Makes you hungry. The area is maintained well. It's pretty clean. Decent place to take kids. They have car carts for the little ones. It's very big, so you will need to go back a few times if you want to check it all out. There are no issues going back as I have more to see.
Tim H — Google review
It’s always so hot in this mall. Is there no air conditioning? I’d hate to be working in here. Can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer..
Trace M — Google review
I love it so much, nice clean and great stuff have, I visited one store there it is so nice
Amr M — Google review
Excellent mall for family shopping, upscale retailers, plan an early or late walk, have an outing to the food court, play cards or games while eating, chatting and powering up. A must see is the American doll store and Kings Bowling.
Dr. W — Google review
kiosk has fake labubus so if you go there do not buy from this kiosk i’m surprised they let them scam people like that without stepping in shame on the mall for not having kiosk sell quality items that are legit they should at least have to tell you if they are knock offs or not will report these to popmart maybe they can step in with a lawsuit against this kiosk

Five Daughters Bakery, located in The Factory at Franklin, is a beloved family-owned bakery famous for its 100-layer donuts and classic pastries. Originally started by Isaac and Stephanie Meek in their Franklin home, the bakery quickly gained popularity and expanded to multiple locations in Nashville and Atlanta. Their signature 100-layer donut, available in staple and monthly seasonal flavors, has become a sensation.
To say I love the King Kong is an understatement! You can’t go wrong with Five Daughters. It’s a must if you are a donut lover!
Jessica R — Google review
I have generally loved Five Daughters Donuts for years, but I’m honestly increasingly disappointed. The more popular they get - the less quality control there is. My husband bought me donuts to surprise me recently - and both the raspberry jam and Boston cream were anything but filled. They were more than half empty with air. At almost $5 a donut - that’s really unacceptable. They should be filled to the brim. This is starting to feel very shamelessly cash-grabby, and a whole lot less wholesome enjoyment.
Madeline B — Google review
Some of the best doughnuts I've ever had in my life! Plenty of flavors to choose from. Must try the 100 layer doughnuts. Fresh taste. Great packaging. Easy checkout process. Love it!
Marcus M — Google review
The donuts are highly enjoyable. I was particularly seeking the blueberry lemon flavor, which is unfortunately seasonal; however, the blueberry lavender option proved to be a satisfying alternative. Additionally, my husband selected his two donuts for the week, and the overall experience was delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
ELAMAY S — Google review
Saw this place in Erik the Electrics video Elecrric eats the world #4. The ladies inside were super friendly and nice! The doughnuts look amazing and taste amazing too!

Tasty and flavor accurate Cronut. Quality, not overproofed or underproofed. But was hoping for a crisp, flaky cronut. Our experience was more like wet bread.

What an experience. So adorable as far as the store front. The girls working are all nice and educated on the product. Family is all that matters to me and that is Five Daughters Motto

The Factory at Franklin, a former stove factory dating back to 1928, has been transformed into a vibrant local destination. This 310,000-square-foot complex is now home to an array of local boutiques, eateries, and live entertainment venues. Visitors can explore artisan goods and unique shops offering jewelry and home goods made in Tennessee. The site also hosts the popular Franklin Farmers Market every Saturday morning.
Great place to visit! So many little stores with great unique things. We visited the record store, art gallery, eat delicious alligator, and my favorite part was the little plant store that has butterflies flies and insects as art display, beautiful thing a! Never seen such thing!

This is a great shopping and eating district all in one place. Its like an indoor mall with a lot of rustic character. Great eye candy and window shopping. I loved the vibe. We had a great meal at the White Alligator - the Shrimp Wedge Salad was amazing. Great place for groups to meet since there are many eateries to choose from - something for everyone's liking. It can get super busy on the weekend so heads up and plan ahead.
Samone J — Google review
My wife and I love this industrial place shopping/dining area! So many amazing shops, but one that stuck out above the rest. “Times Past and Present” is the oldest store in the factory and it is an absolute treasure. The owner was the sweetest lady and we loved hearing the history of the store and the factory! We just about missed the store however because it is kind of off to itself. Had I not had to take a call and step off to the side; we may have missed it! So happy we found it. The Find was also a great vintage “find.” Pun intended. Lunch at Hattie and also never disappoints. We love visiting the factory every trip we take to Nashville. We will most definitely be back!

Great local boutiques and restaurants. And a great centerpiece bar with work areas tables to gather and talk and meet. Great coffee shop in here some, business offices good taco place... good amount of parking. I haven't even mentioned the private theater that you can rent out and the movie theater that's there.
Russell A — Google review
Parking is a bit chaotic but overall this is a pretty cool place. We went Friday night for dinner at Edleys and came back for breakfast Saturday morning to get donuts at 5 daughter's bakery. They had a nice farmer's market going on at the factory with live music as well. If you can look past the packed parking lot (they do offer valet as well) then it is a pretty cool place. With different stores and restaurants. They even have an event space you can rent inside that host different things (there was a pop up boutique that day)
Kiaya S — Google review
A Franklin gem. If you’re in town you have to stop. Great food. Great shops. Unique options. So much charm. Great for couples or the the whole family.
Nomad H — Google review
Really trendy shopping and dining center built in an old stove factory. You pay a bit extra for the atmosphere but it's a pretty place with lots of variety. My biggest complaint was the stores all close pretty early so if you are wanting to check them out, go before dinner.
Hikari — Google review
Very cool building, found out Reba McEntire filmed a music video here and that's why some of the windows are painted red to help with lighting for the music video. They were unable to get the red paint off so they just left it.

Nature & Parks
City park
The Park at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin, Tennessee spans 200 acres and was once a historic horse farm. It now offers hiking trails, a dog park, and a sports arena for visitors to enjoy. The Main Barn on the property was finished just before the bombing of Pearl Harbor in 1941.
It is a beautiful park both coming from Franklin or floating down the Harpeth river. We attended recently a 4th of July celebration and also floated by in kayak over a regular August weekend. Definitely recommend it either way. Enjoy it with your family and friends. :)
Ivan N — Google review
I have mixed feelings about this and am having a hard time trying to decide how to write a review. We attended Pilgrimage Music Festival here. The farm itself was great... but my biggest obstacle was the lack of accessibility. The festival made an effort, and I'm going to try to find the Festival itself to leave a review about those efforts. Overall, bumpy grass fields, gravelly roads, roads that were originally paved but have since noticeably deteriorated--seriously painful and challenging for anyone using a wheeled mobility device. It's a large farm, which is good in that you can fit in a lot (three performance stages, countless vendors and food options), but it's also a lot of ground to cross. I was exhausted by the time I got from the street to inside the front gates. The farm is great if you're fully able bodied. It's very charming and the perfect area for events. If that were the case for me, I'd give it five stars. But if you have any mobility issues, here's your heads up. Don't go alone. Have someone to help push or pull you, or someone who can go get you things while you stay in one place. (If you're in an electric scooter or wheelchair, you're probably fine? Just don't go when the fields are wet. You'll get stuck in the mud.) I don't have a lot of photos of the farm itself, just the artists at the festival, so here you go.

First time visiting for the 4th of July fireworks, and it was a fantastic experience! The entire event was very well organized, with clear signage, smooth traffic flow, and helpful staff. There was plenty of open space, making it easy for families to spread out, relax, and enjoy the festivities without feeling crowded. The atmosphere was festive and family-friendly, with lots of people bringing blankets and lawn chairs to settle in comfortably. The fireworks show itself was impressive—beautifully choreographed and lasted a good amount of time. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable place to celebrate Independence Day!
Anup L — Google review
Amazing park for the 4th of July celebration. Look forward to coming back for the dog park and fishing the pond.
Jason P — Google review
Wonderful place to come for a walk! If there is not an event happening. I would recommend walking around the farm but then heading towards the lake in the back of the property! Big trees with lots of shade that I'm sure would be great for a picnic. Also it is pet friendly! But they do recommend pets to stay on a leash. Also, legendary horse, Midnight Sun, was laid to rest here. Would recommend if you have a some time to relax.
Lupe R — Google review
Wow. Lots to do at this park! Plenty of photo ops too. While we were there, a bunch of other people were doing wedding photos. That is how nice of is. We went after hours so it was nice and quiet. Good for nature, but not much action with dogs and horses. Planning on going back for walking the dog, having a picture session for our family, or just taking another walk.
Tim H — Google review
This was our first visit to The Dog Park at Harlinsdale Farm, and it definitely will not be the last. The park itself is set back far off of Franklin Road, easily accessible with ample parking. The entire property is gorgeous, and there are separate fenced-in areas for the large and small dogs. But the most important thing is that ZIGGY loved it. The dogs were well behaved, the fenced-in areas clean and well-kept, and the other "parents" were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience‼️
Phil — Google review
For a long time Harlinsdale Farm was a hidden gem. Unfortunately for people who want a secret escape within city limits, those days are over. You can still find a quiet spot to enjoy the sunsets, take fido to the dog park or walk around the pond but you won’t be alone. It’s become one of the premier photo shoot destination of Franklin which is nice and also a bit annoying.

Mexican restaurant
Located in Franklin, Mojo's Tacos is a vibrant eatery that started as a food truck and later expanded to a brick-and-mortar location. The menu features an array of tacos, from traditional options like chicken and steak to unique flavors such as hot chicken, brisket, and fried avocado. The restaurant also offers an extensive selection of cocktails with a focus on tequila, as well as various craft beers.
We were looking for a light dinner and this place appealed. Its not far from the old town center (about a mile away). It is a very casual vibe, but also fun due to being in The Factory. It's very open and bright during the day. This is the kind of place where you put in your order and get a number to deliver at your table. The staff were all very friendly. The food was quite tasty. It reminded me a lot of Fuzzy's Taco Shop. I'd definitely come back again.
Mickey P — Google review
Really cool place, tasty food, a bit pricey. My family of 4 ate here in April 2025, and since I ate earlier I didn’t get a meal, and for the 3 of them it was $66. The food was really good, we enjoyed the atmosphere. When in the ordering line it was confusing to know exactly what they offered, so we had to lookup the menu online - and that was a big help. The 2 taco meal with a side was what both kids ordered, and my daughter was full, but son was still hungry. They both got fries with their meal, and if course that was subject to “dad tax” - and I enjoyed their unique flavored seasoned fries. 🍟 The wife ordered a taco and the Cali fries. The Cali fries was our favorite item. This is a good place to go with little kids as the dining area is informal and the kids can walk around or be loud and it’s A-OK. The kids also enjoyed that the drink is a station where you can select your own drinks (and of course, as kids like to do, mix multiple drinks together). The location is nice as it’s on the west side of “The Factory” very close to the west parking lot. The bathrooms are in the common area of the Factory and are really clean.

On Saturdays, Mojos has breakfast tacos along with their regular lunch tacos. No matter if you are looking for breakfast or brunch, it's a great place to start your Saturday morning! The staff are nice and service was really quick with assisting you! Parking acn be challenging on Saturdays with the Franklin Farmers Market, but absolutely worth finding a spot and getting inside.
Crystal P — Google review
These are the best tacos I have ever had! And I have gone to a lot of taco joints over the years. I can almost guarantee you will agree if you go. You order up at a counter and then sit down with a number for your order. The quick service for the quality is just unbelievable. The fajita taco was my fav. The guac and salsa are amazing. Margaritas are excellent as well. Highly recommend !
Mike X — Google review
Ohhh man these tacos were good!! Got the old school and adobo chicken, incredible! Friend got adobo and the green chili cheeseburger taco, she loved hers! The guac and chips were so fresh and good!! And the street corn side was better than the rice, at least for me! Would come back, just that good!!
Leigh G — Google review
My wife and I were excited to finally try Mojo's Taco but were rather disappointed with nearly all aspects of our visit. First, there seems to be a lack of training with the staff. When ordering, we asked two questions about the menu and cashier told us that she had no idea. Second, when it comes to the food it was very underwhelming. I will compliment the portion sizes, but the food itself just wasn't good. The "brisket" truly isn't brisket, it's just unseasoned, flavorless beef and the queso used on the nachos is just melted American cheese. I was impressed with how quickly they brought the food out. Then, when ordering drinks, we had to order those separate at the bar which is fine, just a little odd. Once again, there seemed to be a lack of training as the bartended was unable to make a skinny margarita. He seemingly forgot to add the tequila and just served us lime juice — we ended up not even drinking them, a true waste of our money. We had high hopes for Mojo's Taco but left feeling very disappointed, wishing we had gone somewhere else.
Jonathan E — Google review
Tacos are gross; dry meat, congealed cheese, and require bottled hot sauce to give them flavor. Two different draft beers, both flat. Floor is always dirty. Food comes out quick but nothing is hot. I suspect it’s not exactly made to order. I’ve given this place too many chances. It’s just not good.
Adam12 — Google review
Murph is the best bartender have met in my 45 years very friendly kind to everyone I’ve ever seen her interact with her food recommendations are amazing. I would recommend Mojo’s taco in Nolensville to anybody. She goes above and beyond what a ordinary bartender would do highly recommend going upstairs sitting at the bar

Chick-fil-A is a popular fast-food chain that serves a variety of chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and side dishes. Despite the crowded environment, Chick-fil-A excels at providing speedy service to all customers. The employees are known for their professionalism and politeness, with John and Michael standing out as exceptional examples.

I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich WITH AMERICAN CHEESE and instead I got my sandwich with pepper jack cheese, although on my receipt it clearly states that I want my sandwich with American cheese. Not only that, my fries felt like they weren’t cooked all the way and soggy. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable coming from CFA.
Jonathan A — Google review
I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!

If your on lunch AVOID AT ALL COST! The old staff was excellent when placing my mobile order my food was ready by the time I arrived sometimes almost immediately but 90% of them are gone now. Expect 20-30 min waits when ordering from this location.

Omg i was so impressed at how organized & fast they were. I had just finished my order and payed & my bag was already ready at the pick-up area. Its inside the food court at the mall so it was crowded but they do a great job at taking care of everyone fast and the best service. Saffire Restaurant

Restaurant
Saffire is a top-notch restaurant in Franklin, offering an eclectic menu of international comfort foods and Southern sides within a renovated factory setting. It's one of the best 5-star restaurants in the area, alongside other fine dining establishments. The restaurant also serves as an excellent venue for events, with accommodating staff and delicious food options including vegetarian dishes. Guests can enjoy a great atmosphere, fresh food, oysters, and a decent wine selection along with a variety of bourbon choices.
We ate at Safire for the first time, and loved it. We met friends for dinner & drinks before a show at Studio Tenn and highly recommend Saffire (and Studio Tenn). Against my better judgement, I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken with collard greens & Mac & Cheese. This isn’t really my thing, but it was recommended by my friend and again by restaurant staff. It was outstanding, and I’ll probably get it again next time (although both the pork chop and the meatloaf look interesting. The pacing was relaxed, the staff & ownership friendly and the entire experience enjoyable. I look forward to returning.

Went to the farmers market and saw this place had opened recently. We went for brunch. Not a ton of options but everything was delicious. The gumbo was very flavorful with a little heat. Definitely recommend!!! The burger was delicious with plenty of toppings. Lots of blue cheese crumbles! The fried chicken was over mac and cheese with collard greens. It was amazing also highly recommend! I didn't know i liked collard greens. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Jeannie R — Google review
This was our first time visiting Saffire. The menu has a combination of southern dishes with a few Cajun options thrown in. Being from southern Louisiana I am always hesitant to try Cajun food anywhere outside of my home state. I asked our server about the gumbo and he said the chef was from Baton Rouge so I gave it a try. It was a mistake. Gumbo is a soup made with a roux which thickens it but it shouldn’t be the consistency of gravy like this is. It was also way too spicy. I hate when people think Cajun food means overly peppery. The spice is for flavor not for heat. Also, tomatoes in gumbo is a big NO! Moving on….the truffle fries were amazing. I’m usually not a fan and most are just average but these are special. The burger was also really good. Lastly, the fried chicken over mac and cheese and greens was good but honestly not great. All in all the atmosphere was enjoyable and our service was good. We’ll be back.

Excellent early brunch location with a broad menu, full bar, excellent, friendly, prompt service, in a large, eclectic bistro setting. The Autumn Beet Roast salad is excellent, and would make a great shared appetizer. The accompanying biscuits were a little smaller than normal. The Chilaquiles were a great combination of textures and flavors. The serving was large. The wine list is sort , but diverse.
J. M — Google review
My friend and I had lunch at Saffire earlier this week. We ordered the Ribbon Salad that the server recommended and the pasta to share. The candied pecans and veggie crips made the salad! The pasta was light and full of flavor. It wasn't too busy, so perfect for a lunch meeting. All in all, a great lunch and we can't wait to come back and check out the dinner menu.
T W — Google review
Great food, enjoyed the chicken fried chicken. It was flavorful inside out. Grate service. Our cups are always filled up. We were sat at a dim part of the restaurant so it was little less fun but it’s ok. Will come back for food.
Ali D — Google review
What I got (the beet salad) was good and well-prepared but incredibly small for the price. The staff was super friendly. The entire salad, before the first bite was taken, in its entirety is pictured. Again, it was good, but the size was surprising for a lunch salad (it should have been marketed as a side salad). Only brunch for lunch on Saturdays and limited menu.

The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant ambiance. It was surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. The food was outstanding – both the salmon and the steak were cooked exactly as we requested. We particularly enjoyed the charcuterie board. Our server was new to the job and seemed a bit nervous at first, but she quickly relaxed and became more comfortable as she got to know our party. I'll check Brunch out real soon!!!

The fried green tomatoes were absolutely delicious, I really enjoyed the deviled egg flight, and the duck fat fries were great. The chicken fried chicken was good but needed some salt / additional seasoning. We did order 9 of these at once so, I understand that could impact this. Overall great experience would go again

✨ A Culinary Delight at The Honeysuckle in Franklin, TN! ✨ Our visit to The Honeysuckle was nothing short of spectacular. We indulged in a delightful four-course meal, each course surpassing the last in flavor and presentation. We began our evening with their deviled eggs, which featured four unique toppings, including a luxurious touch of caviar—an amazing start to our culinary journey. The charcuterie board was a feast for the senses, brimming with perfectly seasoned and cooked meats and an array of unique cheeses that left us wanting more. The highlight of our meal was the halibut with risotto, which was savory and bursting with flavor—a true testament to the chef's skill. The ambiance at The Honeysuckle was relaxing and full of character, making it the ideal setting for a memorable night out. The service was impeccable, with every staff member ensuring our experience was nothing short of excellent. We would be remiss not to mention their extensive selection of whiskey, bourbon, wine, and elixirs, offering something for every palate. If you're looking for the perfect restaurant for a night out, look no further than The Honeysuckle. You will not be disappointed! And for an extra touch of personalized service, be sure to ask for Chris! Cheers to a fantastic dining experience! 🥂

Alas Valentine’s Day dinner with no rez? We took a chance on Honeysuckle and were not disappointed! We had fresh oysters (yum), then both had seared ahi, one w asparagus the other the strawberry salad. Delicious. Our service was superb and lots of attention to details and satisfaction.

The wife and I decided on the Honeysuckle for one of our 10 year wedding anniversary date nights, and it did not disappoint. We shared Fried Green Tomatoes and a charcuterie board. My wife had a selection of oysters and I had a the shrimp and grits. The wedge salad was also perfect. As good as the food was, the star of the evening was our server, Autumn. She made fantastic recommendations and made us feel like we were the most important table in the restaurant. She even moved us to a bigger table so we had room for all our share plates.

The Honeysuckle in Cool Springs is a hidden gem that truly deserves more attention. I had the special, halibut over risotto, and it was simply amazing. Typically, risotto can be a bit too rich, overshadowing the delicate flavors of the fish, but not here. The balance was perfect, allowing the halibut to shine as the star of the dish. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was exceptional, making the whole experience even better. If you're a fan of J. Alexander's across the street but can't stand the crowds, The Honeysuckle is where you need to be. The food, atmosphere, and staff here are on another level. The pricing is similar, but the overall experience is far superior.

The food was great with good prices. The decor/ambiance was extremely nice with a great playlist of music. Our server was off a bit and could not answer any pretty simple questions about the menu. All in all we really liked the restaurant and will be back with our daughters.

Went here on vacation & for our anniversary, and it was excellent! The food was so fresh & delicious. The service was very friendly & social. Definitely recommend trying the Waygu Beef Salt Stone appetizer & the Treasured Mistress cocktail. They are favorites! Also, your check comes in a Hardy Boys book that you can sign. It's adorable!

Puckett's Restaurant - Downtown Franklin offers a friendly country store atmosphere with a menu featuring Southern classics and a full bar. It is part of a chain with locations in Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Columbia. On Thanksgiving, they offer a family-style meal for dine-in or to-go orders at reasonable prices. The holiday catering packages provide various meat options, sides, and homemade desserts for an effortless holiday feast.
This was my wife's and my third visit and it did not disappoint. My son and I had the catfish and it was meaty, well seasoned and the breading was spot on. My wife loved her chili Mac, and my daughter liked her pulled pork sandwich. Sides were tasty too. I was not fond of the corn bread mini pancakes, but they were inconsiqential. Highly recommend this place if you are in Franklin TN.

I have never been to this Puckett's before. It was a good experience. The food was good. I was a bit bummed that they had run out of their ribs for the day, especially since it was at the start of the dinner hour. The food we got was good and the manager was really nice. The feel of the place is really cool. They also have gate 11 alcohol and I love that they support local distilleries.

My recent visit to this bbq joint, I entered with high expectations based on reviews, but my experience was a mixed bag. While the service was outstanding, the food didn't quite meet expectations, leading to a disappointing experience overall. The two-star rating mainly reflects the lack of flavor in the meats. If you’re a ribs fan, it's worth the visit on a Saturday, but be ready to compromise on the rest of the menu. Meats: Brisket: Unfortunately, the brisket fell short in flavor, despite requesting a moist cut. It didn't leave a lasting impression. Pulled Pork: The pulled pork was decent, but not enough to elevate the meal. Ribs: The ribs were the standout item, juicy and well-cooked. They were definitely a highlight, but it's worth noting that they're only available on Saturdays, which is a bit limiting. Sides: Mac n Cheese: This dish was mediocre at best, lacking the creamy richness one would expect from a good mac and cheese. Collard Greens and Potato Salad: Both of these sides were the stars of the sides. They were flavorful and well-prepared, making them the best choices to accompany the main dishes. Spicy Corn: Be prepared! This side was very spicy, which may appeal to some, but could be too much for the uninitiated. The service, however, was exemplary. Our server was friendly, courteous, and made some thoughtful recommendations. The manager also brought out our food and was engaging, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.

We had the absolute BEST experience here. We chose to sit at the bar and the bartender, Sara, was phenomenal and so helpful with suggestions. So glad we sat there! I hope they know how special she is to have as an employee. Our meal was one of the best that we have had in a while! We chose “The whole farm” so that we could try everything and it was truly the most tender and juicy meats- and the “smoke” was not overpowering. Sara was great at recommending drinks and made them to perfection. She is an amazing bartender. She also HIGHLY recommended the cinnamon roll bread pudding, and I must say- you HAVE to try it. If you are in town, this is a MUST!! Everything from the atmosphere, decor, staff, food, was top notch. Such a great place that was very welcoming and warm.

We had a great visit on the way thru on a sunday after a visit to nashville. We we able to seat right away and the service was fantastic. We were slightly disappointed with no music but ultimately after a weekend up north, that ultimately may have been a good thing. The star of rhe meal was the smoked meatloaf with a wonderful mushroom gravy! The smoke flavor was delicous but not overpowering and was yummy. We have eaten at several puckett's and have always had great meals. This definitlely lived up to the standard.

We took a day trip to Franklin while visiting Nashville and had lunch at this cute restaurant. It definitely met our expectations. Great food with great service. We love how they kept the interior look to reflect it's past history. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to come and enjoy the live music at some point. Great location. Paid parking available around the back of the building and a parking garage across the street from the front door.

Our family came down from Louisiana for a concert and wanted to try some local cuisine. Puckett's was perfect! My mom and I got the FGBLT, my sister got the Vegetarian Burger, my brother got the Mojo Burger, and my dad got the Philly Cheesesteak. Everything was very good, perfectly cooked, and the sweet potato fries were crispy 😋 The only negative thing was that they forgot the cheese for the cheesesteak at first, but once we asked, that was quickly remedied. Our waitress Laney was very sweet and efficient. The cute country store vibe was a comfy backdrop too! Would definitely recommend and come back!

The red beans, rice and sausage is a definite must have if you come here... Everything was well flavored, tender and delicious 😋... The service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere... I will definitely be back

55 South is a unique dining spot in Franklin, Tennessee, offering inventive Southern comfort food and specialty drinks. The restaurant is known for its weekend brunch featuring a build-your-own bloody mary bar. Nearby, there are other dining options like McCrearys, an Irish pub with good drink specials, and Sperrys which offers a darker ambiance. Franklin itself is a charming town just south of Nashville, filled with history, shops, and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
Heard about 55 South on a local television show segment fairly recently. We were in Franklin today, so we decided to stop in. We went on a Wednesday during lunch hour. There was no wait, even though we opted to be sat at the bar. It looks like they get a decent crowd for lunch. We were there to try the much hyped Garlic Parmesan Crab Fries. They have a huge selection of beer, and we noticed there was one featured on tap called UFO Maine Blueberry. We asked for a taste, and ordered two. It was really delicious, just the right hint of blueberry. The Garlic Parmesan Crab Fries didn't disappoint. Everything was on point, from the cook on the fries -perfect!, to that delicious lemon mayo. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes. I can't wait.

I found this place as I was leaving Franklin, and it is probably a good thing as I loved it so much I would be here every day if I could! The food was amazing, and the service was top notch. I had the Hot Chicken plate with coleslaw and cheese grits. Absolutely delicious! Their Fried Pickles are to die for as well! Get here, and get some scrumptious food in you, you will not be disappointed!

This was our first trip to Franklin,TN and this place was suggested. We were not disappointed. The meals were good with generous portions. Not too much, but not too little. I got the Dirty Bird just because it sounded interesting. It was, but in a good way. The chicken was a pulled chicken, which in my thoughts made it a much easier to handle sandwich rather than having a chicken breast slipping out of the bun. It had a nice little zip in the seasoning and all the ingredients played well off each other. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She always kept our glasses ful and table cleared of all unnecessary plates or items. 5 of us were in our party and we were able to leave with a bill under $100. Of course we are non drinkers, and 3 people preferred water with their meal vs a soda, or sweet tea which is what I had. Would I return for a second or third dinner or lunch there? Absolutely! The food, the wait staff, and the prices all give it a 5 ⭐ rating from me. Stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

From SoFlo. Hit this up with a group of six for a local meal. Overall atmosphere was fine. Par for the course. Waitress - - was very hospitable and kind (and purty). I ordered grilled chicken breast prepared blackened with rice and side Caesar salad ($18.99). Chicken was great and so was the rice and salad. Only complaint on my meal and my buddies is the quantity. The rice comes in a soup cup, sooo, not so much. If you choose the platter with jambalaya rice, also in a small soup cup. Portion needs to be much bigger. Other plates were the tacos and the catfish, which I solicited mediocre responses for. So, I’d still say try it, but you might still be hungry after your meal. I was. I still am! Prices were just under too much.

The Po Boy Remix was awesome and authentic. A taste of New Orleans that was very tasty and complemented by a draft local brew. So glad we stopped here for lunch while touring the town and shopping.

I can say with certainty that I’ll be making the drive or even the Uber ride from Nashville to Franklin every time I visit, just to eat at 55 South. The food is outstanding. They offer some healthy options, but I decided to take the indulgent route (and run a few extra miles later). Everything was spectacular. All amazing flavors, great ambience, and excellent service. An absolute must try if you’re in the area. And whatever you do, don’t skip the deviled eggs

I truly hate having to write this review because I’ve always loved 55 South. I also never write reviews for places either. I’m a Franklin native and have been coming here for years here and there.. it’s always been my go-to spot for great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and an easy recommendation to anyone looking for a solid local meal. That said, my last visit.. as well as a few recent visits from friends..have been really disappointing due to poor service. We were seated near the bar area, which I understand can get hectic, but our server was completely inattentive. We typically are seated in the dining room and never have a complaint about the service we receive. She spent much of the time hanging around and physically interacting with her significant other while we were waiting for basic things at the table. She forgot to ring in our appetizer (which came out after our entrées), left one friend unattended for nearly ten minutes while on her phone, and our drinks stayed empty for long stretches.😞 It’s frustrating because the food and atmosphere remain great, but the lack of professionalism from the staff really affected the experience for me and I’m sure many others. I don’t understand how this is allowed.

So far, this place is Tosha’s favorite spot in Nashville (actually in Franklin)! She got the Shrimp and Grits, and raved about her perfect choice for the rest of our trip 😁. I got the Chicken Biscuit & Sausage Gravy. It was good. The eggs were prepared very nice and soft. Our server was very astute, helpful and respectful. The location and atmosphere that 55 South offered is second to none! Note: Changing station in bathroom for the babies.

The Franklin Theatre, a beautifully restored historic movie house, offers a unique entertainment experience with live music performances, film screenings of first-run movies and classics, and family-friendly events. The venue's iconic marquee has been lighting up Main Street since 1937. With its full bar and concessions, guests can enjoy old-fashioned surroundings while watching a movie or attending a live show. The 300-seat theater has hosted renowned artists such as Amy Grant, Sheryl Crow, and many more.
Recently, I was fortunate to get to attend a private event at The Franklin Theater. The entertainment was Kenny Loggins & his band. He's a legend and sounded great. The opening act was a young singer songwriter named Hunter Hawkins. She was terrific, like a young Joni Mitchell. It was a magical night. The theater is beautiful.

Steak house
Cork & Cow is a sophisticated steakhouse in Franklin, known for its refined classics and inventive cocktails. Executive chef Jason McConnell has made his mark on the city's dining scene with several successful eateries before transforming Sol into this upscale establishment in 2012. The restaurant's rustic yet elegant ambiance reflects influences from McConnell's previous ventures, offering a blend of local and regional flavors, Latin touches, and Deep South sensibilities.
Did not disappoint! Our first time as a new somewhat “local”. Sitting at the bar was worth the experience of getting to know many of the restaurant’s “regular” patrons. Good food, drinks and conversations along with a seasoned staff of excellent waiters and bartenders make the evening a repeat experience!

Was excited to eat at such a highly rated Steakhouse. Upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Atmosphere was great! Reviewed the menu and thought I decided on the Chargrilled Oysters. Waited around and they never came. Ordered their Ole Fashioned and it was extremely sweet likely due to pre made mix. No cherry also! Decided on 45 day dry aged ribeye and it was a disappointment. Expecting a tender melt in your mouth steak and it wasn’t bad but far from the price point. Finally ordered crème burlee and it was watery. Could have been an amazing experience! Just never met my expectations. Other steakhouses I am been blown away at for comparison sake is Oak Steakhouse. Charleston, SC. Malones Lexington, KY, Halls Chophouse, Charleston, SC.

Great meal! My wife loved her filet and enjoyed my grouper and wedge salad. The sourdough focaccia is the bomb. So is the chocolate bomb desert. Dining area was a bit loud. That always depends on the crowd but the space between the tables also contributes. Convenient parking garage across the street.

Had an incredible meal at Cork & Cow. The service was amazing. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, especially dealing with quite a large group. He had great recommendations. Food and drinks were incredible. Had the filet, which was one of the best I've ever had. Also tried the blue cheese risotto which was so unique and delicious. Appreciated the ambiance, experimental but approachable menu, and the top-notch service.

Jayde is the best bartender at Cork and Cow, she made our friend’s birthday dinner fun and memorable, and she always has the best service. Her cocktail skills are unbeatable! The food here is delicious, my personal favorite is the wedge salad as well as the bread and butter, the bread is heavenly. Great deals on wine, as well.
Becca R — Google review
I'm afraid this is a run-of-the-mill restaurant masquerading as a specialized, high-end place. While I was really excited to dine here, I quickly realized it wasn't what it claimed to be. A few examples: The "baby gem" salad was not gem lettuce; it was a field mix from a bag, covered heavily in dressing. We sent it back and complained; they removed it from our bill. The filet mignon, which cost $50+, was sinewy and misshapen; it was almost impossible to cut and was chewy. We complained and a modest adjustment was made to our bill. We were told something along the lines of "all animals grow in different ways." While there is truth to this, the role of the chef is to only serve the highest quality cuts of meat. Our son ordered the grouper; while the dish was good, the small amount of fish he received for the steep price was upsetting. While the service was very nice, and management was receptive, the overall experience was incredibly expensive (even with reductions) and disappointing. Alas.
Fellaball — Google review
Everything tasted amazing! My wife's medium filet was a little overcooked which didn't happen too often at a nice steakhouse but it was still really good. The only gripe I have was specific to the table we had, that it was dimly lit in the corner we were in. I could hardly see what I was eating, good thing it was amazing!

Bakery
Nestled in downtown Franklin, Merridee's Breadbasket is a charming bakery and cafe known for its homemade soups, sandwiches, and decadent desserts. Established in 1984 by founder Merridee McCray, the bakery exudes a cozy, nostalgic atmosphere with wooden furniture and patterned tablecloths. The menu features scratch-made items that have garnered numerous accolades over the years.
Great place. I prefer Meridee’s to Puckets next door. The food is better and Meridee’s has espresso drinks. Breakfast as least on Friday, is done at 11:00 so we had to order lunch. I had the gold rush (iced) and the feta and spinach crescent with hashbrown casserole, both of which were excellent. We also had the sticky bun, spicy chicken wrap, which was spicier than expected as well as the curry chicken salad on top of a house salad and that was good as well. We will definitely be back!

I would not recommend this place. We had high hopes with seeing their menu and the food in the cases. The cinnamon roll was stale and dry. The chocolate milk was sour—looking at the date, it was three weeks expired!! We told the cashier and she said to grab another. Well, all of them were expired so we got a soft drink. We were there for 45 minutes and on the way out we looked in the cooler and all of the milks were still there—for sale (it’s a serve yourself case). So, they knew they were selling spoiled chocolate milk. No knives available until your food comes out so we couldn’t cut the cinnamon roll. The omelet was good but everything lacked seasoning. Their biscuit was good. Again, would not recommend this place.

Had heard a lot of good things from multiple sources about Merridee’s so had high expectations. Food ranged from fantastic to good and they had a lot of options for breakfast. Ordering was done at the front desk and food was brought to you later. Coffee and tea was standard fair and nothing to write home about. Overall they seemed to have a ton of bakery options as well but we did not order those so cannot speak to how good that portion may have been. There were multiple people eating there that only got the pastries.

Adorable place! Our family was visiting from Louisiana for vacation and we loved downtown Franklin and saw Merridee's and wanted to try it. The salads were so fresh and delicious (I got the Chicken Fruit Salad), and the key lime pie was so yummy 😋 I tried some of the poppyseed dressing that came with my sister's salad, and boy, I would buy an entire bottle of that stuff it was so good 😂 My sister also got a Chai latte, and she said it was very good. The lady taking our order at the front counter was so nice and had such a sweet smile! She was working hard and doing a great job! At lunch rush, the place was PACKED, and all four of us had to huddle on a 3-top, but it was worth it 😆 The food was SO good, and we will definitely be back!

5/2025 Update: I had the opportunity to eat here again and it's just as delicious as before. Service is fast and friendly and it gets really busy and the food is delicious! I had a delicious breakfast at Merridee's! I got a delicious iced latte and the Bennett's Scramble and the eggs were perfect! The cheese on top was definitely quality. The hash brown casserole was some of the best hash brown casserole I've ever had. When I come back, it'll be hard not to get more of it. It was SO good. Cool old coffee shop atmosphere. Service was quick. Employees were nice. They also offer beer and wine if that's what you are looking for at lunch time.

This place was a new one for me and my husband and it was absolutely worth it. My husband had the corn beef and cabbage while I had their mushroom Swiss burger and we shared the Irish cheese chips and everything was cooked perfectly and came out so fast. The portion sizes are Big we ended up taking our appetizer home with us. We had Brandie as our waitress and she was amazing she definitely brightened our day while being there. The service was amazing the girls that serve there had a smile the whole time and are always working to make the place so enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Will definitely will be back. :)

Sadly, there really isn't a good Irish place close to us anymore, as one place closed and the other place changed their menu in a way I don't even know if I would call it Irish. So it's been forever since we had Irish we had to give this a try. Atmosphere wise, kinda makes you feel like your in a little Irish pub. Staff was knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly. Our waitress messed up with my son's beverage because she wasn't writing anything down and trying to take multiple tablets drink orders at the same time. But she ended up redeeming herself when she suggested an item not on the menu, that saved us over $10, which was cool! My husband and I were both going to get the 2 piece fish and chips at $15/order. She recommended we order the 4 piece (not on the menu) for $20 and we can share it...um, yes please! Over all, the food was good. Was it fabulous 👌🏼, not particularly, but it was good enough that I think we will go back if we find ourselves in the area again. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the pints...now those are true Irish sized pints, and not badley priced! I would recommend this place if your in the area and in the mood for some Irish.

We went for Sunday morning breakfast. Our server Kelly was fantastic. We had the Corned beef hash and the eggs with bangers. Food was traditional and delicious. When visiting Downtown Franklin please stop in.. You won’t be disappointed.

IRISH VIBES with friendly service and small pub atmosphere. Good happy hour specials, including 2 for 1 beers and $2 off wine and well drinks, as well as a few discounted apps. We had the Irish chips. They were salty but tasty. The lavender cocktail was especially good. The reuben with fries was very good. However, the corned beef and cabbage was a bit disappointing. It was quite dry. Whiskey salmon was okay. Mashed potatoes were good. We did not have dessert but there were lots of good options. Seating is limited and first come, first serve.

We eat at this tiny hole in the wall nearly every time we are in Franklin, it's really that good! Definitely Irish themed food and bar menu. Excellent place to eat and/or drink! Highly recommend the fish and chips and if you like excellent drinks, try l the Shanky's Whip-tini they have, delicious! Seating is help yourself. Service is sometimes spotty depending on how busy they are when you go, and turnover amongst the servers is always higher in a small place like this, but still, the service is good to great. Only drawback to this place is the small size and resultant limited seating. Beautiful decor inside, and they even have a couple outdoor dining options if the weather is up to your standards.

We went on a stroll around the old part of Franklin, Tn yesterday. Stopped in this little spot. Inside was packed. We were offered a table out front on the patio. It was nice and cool so we decided to sit outside. We started with the loaded chips. They were great! Deep fried thinly sliced taters loaded with beer cheese and chives. Served with ranch and sour cream. Well done!! I chose the Reuben and fries. Great flavor but…really skimpy with the meat!! Give me some meat man!! This could’ve been a 5 star Reuben! My wife had the Portabello mushroom sandwich. She liked it but didn’t love it. I asked if she’d order it again. She said no. Great little restaurant! 5 star service! For 50 bucks and full belly. I’ll definitely be back!

Biscuit Love Franklin is a small chain restaurant located in the historic Corn House building, offering a delightful breakfast and brunch experience. The restaurant's menu features an array of biscuit platters with various toppings such as Nashville hot chicken, local sausage gravy, and strawberries. In addition to their signature biscuits, Biscuit Love Franklin also offers options like roasted veggie bowl and shrimp & grits.
This location is so much better than downtown if you’re looking for easier access. Parking is around the corner on the other side of the block and it’s free. There’s also free street parking if you can find a spot. I love that this is in an old house. It provides an element of local charm. Walk in and order from the counter and they tell you where to sit where they will bring your food and drinks. Also a very nice covered patio out back. I am a donut fan so I just had the bonuts and they were fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely stop by again.

This place was a fun and unique place to get breakfast. The atmosphere is really what sets this place apart in my opinion. The staff were extremely pleasant to deal with and made us feel very welcome. My wife was quite pleased with her coffee, which is hard to do (she's a lot more particular than I am). The food arrive nicely presented. I have to admit that we both found the shaved ham on the Souther Benny to be a bit overpowering. I also have to admit that due to the name of the establishment, I had expected biscuits to feature more prominently both in the menu and on the dish. That said, it was still a good experience.

Went here with my dad for the first time. Items are a little bit pricey ($6 for a small juice), but the food was delicious. Staff here are very friendly and courteous and the place had a very relaxed atmosphere. I'm a connoisseur of biscuits are gravy, and these earned a solid 7/10 for me. Gravy was spot on, but the biscuits were a little too crunchy for my liking. Still a fantastic spot! My dad got the chicken and waffles, and it was amazing!

1st time visitor - We went to Franklin to visit the Leiper's Fork Distillery and because we wanted to see the town we went early enough for breakfast. Not really knowing much about Biscuit Love we stopped in and I'm glad we did! Cool little restaurant built out in an older home just a block or so off Main Street. Walking inside you get the sense that this is going to be good - it smelled so tasty! We ordered at the counter and quickly found a table that could seat the 6 of us. The food started to arrive soon after and every dish brought joy. I'm a believer in a good breakfast and Biscuit Love did not disappoint. Hot coffee, eggs cooked to perfection, flaky biscuits (of course!!!), thick-cut bacon, grits and gravy rounded out the fare. ALL DELICIOUS! I'm so glad we stopped in and would gladly return should we ever be in the area again.

The moment you walk into this biscuit and coffee shop, it feels like a warm Southern hug. The biscuits are unbelievably fresh — golden on the outside, pillowy soft inside, and rich with that buttery, from-scratch flavor you just can’t fake. Whether you order them plain, with honey, or loaded with eggs and bacon, they taste like pure comfort. The coffee is equally impressive — smooth, strong enough to wake you up, and clearly crafted with care. No burnt aftertaste, just clean, bold flavor. They also offer seasonal drinks and fun specialty lattes if you like to switch it up. The staff is friendly and genuinely happy to serve you, and the atmosphere is cozy without feeling crowded — perfect for a slow morning, a casual meet-up, or grabbing something delicious on the go. If you love real, homemade biscuits and quality coffee, this place will become your new favorite stop. Highly recommend.

Slightly slow service, but completely understand given it’s a Thursday morning! Staff was incredibly kind and courteous. Absolutely enjoyed the service this morning. Food was a bit pricy, but delicious. Paid ~$20 for the biscuit shown + coffee. But the quality is absolutely worth it. Chicken was incredibly crispy even with all the gravy! Absolutely enjoyed my time and will come back!

No bad choices! Last day in Nashville visiting and I decided to drive down to the Franklin location of Biscuit Love and to see the historic town. Opening at 7am, it’s perfect for a travel day so you can get your fill and start early. The drip coffee and espresso was legit, the food was delicious and hot, the staff friendly and the ambiance peaceful. Highly recommend! A friend from the area told me they started as a food truck and have grown with multiple brick and mortar locations- I can see why! Pictured here my coffee, egg plate with fried chicken, pecan B roll!

They have a crispy and flaky biscuit that is soft on the inside - decently good. The jam that comes with it is less thick than your smucker's jam and is more liquidy - I respect it, though I personally prefer a smucker's. I ate their omelet - they put "herby fromage frais" inside. It's decent, though I generally end up squishing the omelet and pushing all that cheese away because I'm not a fan of a lot of cheese. This is a personal preference issue. The omelet is topped with bacon and mushroom pieces. These pieces are really good and add very well to the omelet and especially help the fromage frais not overwhelm you. Their home fries are extremely crispy and fresh. One of the better home fries out there. Their freshly squeezed orange juice is fine, but it was not sour enough when I ate it once. I personally only recommend fresh orange juice that is sour. Their brown sugar lemonade is decent. They serve a martinelli bottle of apple juice for their "apple juice" option, which makes them get bonus points for me. That was a very good decision that they made.

Kimbro's Pickin Parlor is a small, cozy establishment that serves typical pub food and draft beer while hosting live music performances. Located on South Margin Street, it is renowned for its authentic and late-night music scene, often playing until midnight. The venue, housed in two converted buildings, offers a juke joint atmosphere and is considered by many as the ultimate house party experience.
Last minute decision to pop in this place on Saturday night and glad we did because it was a blast. Some were dancing, some were singing, some were playing music, but ALL WORE SMILES & HAVING A GOOD TIME.

I was visiting my mom from Birmingham and my girlfriend and I went to this place on a Friday night. We had so much fun. It's one of the coolest places I've ever been. People were hanging around playing music in every room. It was so much fun. I would definitely go back again.

It's always great at Kimbros and last night was no exception with Nicky G and friends. Great band, great company, lively crowd. Ten bucks in Franklin for a show of this caliber with musicians that just knock your socks off is crazy. Go, just go. Go early, they have great food so grab dinner and have an incredible night out you never expected in this tiny little live music venue in Franklin, Tennessee.

Showww. You should enjoy this bar/disco. With 3 or 4 different rooms and an outside patio. It's small, but is good enough for you to create unforgettable memories.
Vanilza L — Google review
Where do I start? Kimbro's is MAGICAL. Every single room has a different set of talented people performing and you can quite literally feel the talent oozing out of the building. The front porch outside will have 10 people singing "take me home country roads" with an acoustic guitar, the piano room has someone playing keys and singing their heart out while a couple on their first date listens on the couch next to it, the main jam room showcases some of the most talented local artists I have ever seen/heard, and the community inside is out of this world. Kimbros feels like home. I am from Franklin, TN but moved to Minneapolis for my job.... every time I am in town, I stop in literally every night hoping to see Snowbird Hollow or The Henry Cruz band.... some of the most talented young artists in the biz. Thank you for providing a safe space for musicians of every genre to gather and share their talents. Cannot wait to be back and have a Gerst on the patio!

This all-day cafe offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for anything from breakfast to dinner. Known for its dedication to quality, Frothy Monkey uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients in its diverse menu of creative dishes.
My husband had raved about this place whenever he was in Franklin. Got a chance to visit this time and it didn’t disappoint. Had their signature golden monkey latte. Loved the blend of sweet and turmeric spice flavour

Cute coffee shop. Not a huge selection of speciality coffee drinks. The monkey drink, can't remember the specific name, was tasty- chocolate and banana. The house roast is good as well.

Absolutely NO REASON for EVERY PART of this experience to take as long as it did. The wait for the table. The wait to be greeted by the server. The wait for our drinks. The wait for our food WITHOUT EVER BEING CHECKED ON. This meal (eggs and bacon) SHOULD NOT have taken 1.5 HOURS to be brought to our table! If the server would have ever returned to the table before the food came out, we would have closed out and cancelled our order.

My wife and I went to Frothy Monkey 🐵 most places were closed that day but they were open. I gotta tell you that I was really impressed with this place. They took a home and made it into a coffee shop and it’s really homey! This place is great. We were near a booklet with books that you can checkout while you are there. I ordered the Havana Latte and my wife got the Rosemary Honey Latte and both of them were delicious! Also we got some good and I got the Royale sandwiche🤴🏼 and wife got Shrimp and grits 🍤 Gotta tell you the wife was impressed with the grits she loved it and my Royale was very good 👍 If you are looking for a nice coffee ☕️ place with really good food I suggest you give it a try because we loved it! Great atmosphere and also they have a lot of seating especially upstairs!

I was a bit saddened by our disappointing experience given the fantastic reviews this place gets. We arrived in Franklin and wanted to try this place for breakfast as someone recommended it - we went for Sunday breakfast. The vibe seemed great and the menu looked good online so we thought it was a perfect spot. We came in and no one really spoke to us at all so my kids and I stood by the door for a while until eventually we were told it would be about 15 mins for a table (although we were happy to sit outside but I wasn’t sure whether that was only for takeout). They seemed moderately busy as it was late Sunday morning so I thought it maybe this was the result of being too busy. Thankfully the very friendly guy behind the coffee counter let us peruse the menu while we waited (he was very friendly). When we were seated eventually, it was in a back room and it took a while for the young lady looking after our table to approach us. It was just me and my kids so they got two kids breakfasts (a French toast and a kid’s bacon and scrambled eggs meal), and I got an omelette. The food took so long to come out that my kids were getting very restless and really wanted to go elsewhere - it was around 30 minutes between ordering and food coming. The food was okay - my omelette had big chunks of pepper, bacon, and onion inside but they were very oily so I just ate the eggs. The kids were super hungry by that point so they ate! Despite the incredibly slow service (even getting water refills took ages), I found the guy at the front behind the coffee counter to be the nicest out of everyone in the place. There were a few other guys walking around (maybe going upstairs to clear tables? Not sure) and when I accidentally got in his way while looking for the bathroom he was very unhappy with me. Lastly, coffee-wise, I wouldn’t recommend the Golden Monkey unless you like your coffee very heavy/sweet - the blend of flavors just didn’t work very well for me personally (and I normally love cinnamon in my coffee but this had turmeric, cayenne, etc). I did ask if it would be sweet and was told no but it turned out to be quite sweet. I was quite sad about our experience as it came recommended but perhaps it was an off day. Maybe a non-Sunday is a better day to visit.

One of my favorite coffee shops, anywhere. The espresso is always done very very well. The food is very good. The people are extra friendly and helpful. And the overall mood and interior of the shop is a very nice place to be and drink coffee. The only issue is parking can be a challenge but they do have additional parking nearby.
Weldon G — Google review
Typically, this is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. I love going there. I love the atmosphere and in the past the food and service has always been amazing. However, today, I did not get my coffee until I had finished eating my meal. And the food was semi cold and the bacon tasted old and hard. I will def be back and I hope it’s better.

Southern restaurant (US)

Live music venue
GRAYS on Main is a rustic-chic cafe located in historic Franklin, offering Southern cuisine and craft cocktails in a charming setting. Housed in a Victorian building that was once a neighborhood pharmacy for almost 100 years, the restaurant features beautifully preserved interiors and an inviting bar area. The chef-driven menu showcases seasonal Southern fare made from locally sourced ingredients, while the drink selection includes delicious craft cocktails with a nod to the late 19th century culture.
We visited Gray’s on a busy Saturday for lunch without a reservation at 12:15, but were pleasantly surprised when they offered us a table reservation for 45 minutes later. This gave us the perfect opportunity to explore the charming downtown area, and our table was ready earlier than expected at 12:45. Our server, Kelsey, was exceptional, keeping our water and tea glasses full while checking on us just the right amount throughout the meal. The service was quick—our food arrived within about 15 minutes—and everything was delicious. We tried the chicken salad sandwiches, which were outstanding, paired with the best fries we’ve ever had. The pork belly lettuce wraps were equally amazing. The menu offers a unique taste that really sets this place apart. Gray’s has a cool vibe with rustic chic decor—exposed brick, warm wood accents, and vintage touches that give it a laid-back yet stylish atmosphere. The live music stage adds to the charm, and though we haven’t experienced the music yet, it’s definitely on our list for the next visit!
Sara M — Google review
The food and drinks at GRAYS on Main were excellent! The house Old Fashioned was amazing—perfectly balanced and smooth. The grilled chicken and strawberry spinach salad was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also had the fried green tomatoes topped with cheese and herbs, which were crispy and delicious. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking and the food took quite a long time to come out, which kept this from being a 5-star experience. Still, the quality of the food and drinks made it worth the wait. Would definitely come back!

What a fun, lively evening with southern flare! We made reservations ahead of time and researched when live music would be playing, we reserved a table in the second floor near the stage and it was perfect! Katie provided exceptional service and we enjoyed every bite. The music was great and set the ambience for an enjoyable evening. I only wish there was a solution for the college kid sitting in the middle of the dining room, watching football on his phone and non-stop conversing with his girlfriend at such a loud volume trying to compete with the live music.

I can't say enough great things about this place! Really cool atmosphere. The rustic vibe and the Southern food made for an amazing time. We sat on the second floor near the stage and were treated to a great performance by Dylan J. (Singer/guitar player) The food was delicious. We asked the bartender to make us a refreshing drink and it was just okay but my friend had an old fashioned that was soooo good. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back. The service was on the slower side but we enjoyed that they weren't rushing us because we were enjoying the music. The carrot cake and the banana pudding were the stars of the night!! I'm craving that banana pudding right now!

That pork chop! Oh my goodness that pork chop!!! The absolute best that I have EVER had hands down!! It was so incredibly tender and juicy. If you would have told me that it was a steak I would have believed you. My mother had the trout and loved it! They hand craft their own delicious cocktails including the mixers that they use. I was told that each bartender creates their own signature cocktail. I love this place and I make a point of stopping by every time I pass through Franklin.

Grays on Main has quickly become one of our top dining spots in the area, and it's easy to see why. I highly recommend booking a reservation days to weeks in advance because this place is popular for all the right reasons. While waiting to be seated, the charm of downtown Franklin will keep you entertained with its array of sweet shops, unique stores, and lively bars. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere took us back in time, perfectly capturing the spirit of the 1800s when the town was founded. The entire table couldn't stop raving about the vibe—it’s truly something special. Now, onto the food, which was absolutely incredible. We ordered the fried chicken, figs wrapped in bacon, and the filet with a side of cheese grits. Each dish was a standout, but the steak was the real star. It was so tender it melted in my mouth—one of those steaks you savor with every bite, soft like butter and rich like bone marrow. Grays on Main is now our go-to spot for bringing friends and family for an unforgettable evening. If you're in Franklin, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won't be disappointed!

We visited Grays on main for lunch and mocktails before heading on to Nashville. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with a touch of Franklin pharmaceutical history. The mocktails were decent, and the birria Mac and cheese was creamy. We ordered the salads with chicken as well. These were not as big as expected, but they were delicious. I would recommend this place.

A night out with friends is exactly what i needed after a long day. Grays was a great place to relax and unwind. Normally, I like to order beef, but I couldn't resist the swordfish with wild rice, carrots, and beets. My best friend and I had lunch here today. It was excellent from start to finish . We had the meatballs and asparagus fritters for appetizers, the risotto and chicken thighs for entrees . Every single morsel of food was delicious. Our server was magnificent. The wine manager helped me with my selection and my wine was fabulous . We had an overall great experience .

Great place for an evening meal. We sat outside, enjoying the cool weather that is so unusual in early August. The bread and spread arrived pretty quickly. My wife liked the spread and I thought it was just ok (I would rather have plain butter). She ordered gnocchi and I the ravioli. The sausage with fennel in the gnocchi has incredible flavor. I was grateful that we share our food :) The ravioli was also great, less striking in flavor than the gnocchi but with an incredibly mellow and smooth flavor. Both dishes were great and I would have them again. Our waiter was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. The time it took to get our food seemed very reasonable. This will be a revisit for us when we come back to Franklin.

Went for lunch & overall a solid experience. Drinks were fabulous. Calamari was delicious - loved the fried lemon slices in the dish. It was a nice surprise. Pasta left something to be desired. Noodles were very thick and slightly under, and there was a lot of salt - probably from the peccorino. Could've used a squeeze of lemon to brighten it up. Risotto needed salt and less time in the pot, texture was almost too soft. Dessert was delicious- raspberry paired really nicely with the chocolate. It was on the dense side but wasn't too sweet. Great balance. Overall, great experience. Wait staff were very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back.

If you are Gluten Free.. you need to RUN to this restaurant. They serve by far the BEST GF pasta in the area. I have tried so many italian restaurants in Middle tennessee and the flavor and texture of the noodles were perfect. So tasty. I specifically got the Campanelle and oh my! So delicious. They also have an amazing flourless chocolate cake that is divine. Usually when I've ordered flourless cakes in the past, they're SO rich. I can maybe have two bites. This cake? I devoured by myself. Perfection. Also, we ordered their special fall old fashioned but unfortunately only had enough to make one instead of three.. well they came up with a special old fashioned for two of us and wow was it good! I highly recommend this place! Everyone is so friendly too!

We love it here!! Moved to Franklin in May and have truly felt like home every time we walk in. The food is great and every bartender we’ve had makes incredible drinks. They genuinely care about each person’s experience. I want to specifically call out Alise - she’s always been so great to us and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. We’re always happy to see when she’s working! If you want a cozy, fun vibe, definitely come to O’ Be Joyful.

Great bourbon, great food, and Anthony the bartender is an expert at his craft. I always try to visit when I’m in town!

The cocktail selection and quality is on point. Got a couple negronis and they were great. Also food is amazing. Got a reuben and hit the spot.

Tucked away and all but hidden with an unassuming sign that you have to look for, this place is a diamond in the rough. A simple menu with foods that are excellent every time. Burger and fries were as good as the service and company, with a server that literally seems to anticipate our every need. Never felt pressured or ignored. Can’t wait to visit again.

Tiny place and weekend nights gets crowded but there is a reason! The Ruben sandwich is the best we’ve had. Fantastic drinks and the bar tenders are friendly and will make anything you want! Love this place

Bestia Mare Seafood Rest + Rooftop Bar is a dining destination that prides itself on using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create an array of delectable dishes. The menu features handmade pasta, a raw bar, scrumptious seafood, and flavorful wines that reflect the flavors of Italy. Guests can indulge in oysters, cocktails, sustainable sourced seafood, and an excellent beer/spirits selection.
Great to try, but unsure I'd be a regular even if I lived closer. It's quite pricey. My dinner for one was an app, entree, dessert, and one cocktail for $115. The scallops alone were $48 and nearly perfect if not for the oversalting. Fantastic staff. Every person I came in contact with whether over the phone, at the host station, or during meal was very friendly and eager to please. The oysters were superb with a wide variety of options. The sea scallops were delicious on three sides. The top with the salt was just too much. The carrot cake has definitely earned its way onto the menu with it's family recipe history. The carrot cake was by far, easily the best carrot cake I've ever had. How it could be so moist and so dense, yet not be heavy is beyond me. I was surprised to order it bit when I heard it was a family recipe, I went for it and was not disappointed. All of the food is delicious, but don't ever skip ordering the carrot cake! The staff was so kind by bringing my slice of heaven with a candle in it for my birthday. I flew down to Nashville from NY for the occasion along with NYE and they made my day!

Culamar Seafood Rest + Rooftop Bar offers an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly blends exquisite cuisine with a vibrant atmosphere. During our visit, we indulged in the salmon and the fall-off-the-bone Berkshire pork, both of which were cooked to perfection and showcased the chef’s dedication to quality and flavor. The Brussels sprouts side dish was equally impressive, offering a delightful balance of textures and tastes. Complementing our meal was a selection from their thoughtfully curated wine list, which enhanced the overall dining experience. The ambiance at Culamar is both inviting and contemporary, with modern décor that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere suitable for any occasion. The addition of a rooftop bar provides guests with stunning views of Franklin, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a cocktail while taking in the scenery. Service was attentive and friendly, with staff members demonstrating a genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable visit. Their knowledge of the menu and wine pairings added a personalized touch that elevated our dining experience. In summary, Culamar Seafood Rest + Rooftop Bar is a must-visit destination for those seeking high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood, complemented by an array of international artisan and fresh local ingredients. Whether you’re a local or a visitor to Franklin, this restaurant offers a dining experience that is both memorable and satisfying.

We had a large group there (9 of us) and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. It was for an early dinner but the restaurant was already somewhat busy. The service was very good and were able to serve everyone at the same time. The menu is eclectic and interesting so live dangerously because it is lovely and very good, The ravioli was my favorite although everything looked amazing. The wine list is limited but has enough offerings and the drinks were excellent. Downtown Franklin is always nice and this is just on the edge of the town with ample parking and easy access.

I wanted this to be great, but we didn’t even get a good experience. The atmosphere and food saved the service. Had a few apps, beats, asparagus, oysters… they are proud of theirs, $6 for 1? Overall the risotto was amazing. Buddy had the burger, which he said was ok. Roof top is pretty legit. Oh BTW, the bar was a mess. Again, maybe an off night, but I’ve heard things have really dropped off here.

We had the pleasure of eating at Culimar for our 35th wedding anniversary. We had reserved the chef’s table which is really more like a bar seating area. You don’t really get to watch the chefs. You do get to watch some of the sous chefs, but the chefs are a little further beyond them. I did feel like I was sitting at a bar instead of a fine dining restaurant. I’m sure they would’ve moved us if we would have asked. The staff was super nice very attentive, our water glasses never wanted for a refill. Since I don’t drink they came up with a nice espresso mocktail for me. That was very delightful. Pre-dinner. I forget what my wife had to drink, but there was no complaints. It may have been an aperol spritz, her favorite. I ordered the New York strip cooked medium. My wife ordered the trout. The New York strip came prepared like Steak Frites, so it was steak and fries. My wife’s trout looked and tasted amazing. We had a great time. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was OK and that’s probably because we were facing the kitchen and not seated by some nice window which I highly recommend. The company was definitely the highlight of the dinner with my love, my life, and my lady by my side, every dining experience is five stars. Ya’ll and I want to give a special thank you to the all Latin/Hispanic Cook team in the kitchen. Culimar wouldn’t make it without you. Muchísimas gracias y que Dios de bendiga.

Cioppino, the calamari, the mussels were delicious. The starters are quite small, tapas size but very tasty nonetheless. Plenty of options for oysters. I would say as feedback, the whipped butter for the bread was a tad bit too salty for my taste. We arrived early and hit the rooftop for drinks and service upstairs was stellar. All around a wonderful evening out.

Couldn't decide on an appetizer, so we ordered 2! And then shared an entree and a desert! Well portioned! The ceviche was so fresh! The octopus carpaccio was amazing. We shared the Tortelli, and the pasta was soft, and the short rib filling was so tender. The cheese was so good, we finished every bit of it w the bread! For dessert the Pan Di Spagna was light and heavenly paired w a deep vanilla gelato. I look forward to trying out their lunch and breakfast menus!

Regular customer who visits 1-2 month since the restaurant opened. Very slimmed down new menu copied on cheap thin paper with bar menu on one side and very thin food menu on the other. Cheviche was rubbery with only 2 plantains served. Mussels were good but only served with 7 mussels. Trout was good as usual. Salmon was not- it was raw. I sent it back. Olive oil cake was extremely dry! Flan was super rubbery. Clearly, not made there. Would have been better from Publix! Our bill was expensive and so NOT worth it!!! Very disappointed in the ‘new scaled down menu’ and the quality of the food! Actually, the worst meal there. Will not be back! My list gets more narrow each week. Marking this one off now! Very sad because it was one of favorite in downtown Franklin. Big miss management!!!

American restaurant
Red Pony is a charming dining destination that beautifully marries sophisticated Southern cuisine with an inviting, low-lit atmosphere adorned in dramatic decor. The menu features a modern twist on classic dishes, making it a standout choice for food enthusiasts. Guests can indulge in creative cocktails inspired by the Grateful Dead, which add a fun touch to the experience. The appetizers are particularly noteworthy, showcasing delightful options like Parisian-style gnocchi and savory elk meatballs served with rich gravy.
My husband and I had dinner at Red Pony tonight for our anniversary. We have been wanting to try it for the longest time but they rarely have times available for dinner. Now, I understand why. The food was great. Our server was attentive. The atmosphere was nice although it did get really loud when a large party came in for dinner. Luckily, we were almost done. We will definitely be back!

Holy wow, that was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while! I got the ribeye and my wife had the chicken entree and we both agree our meals were amazing! We arrived and they told us it was an hour wait unless we wanted to go upstairs and wait for a table near the bar. When we went upstairs there were three tables open and I’m really sure the difference between the tables we were at and the “normal” ones. All that to say, skip the wait and go upstairs if you can. The food was pricey, but it was worth it!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner here. Our server made the experience wonderful. He was very attentive and knew the menu very well. The atmosphere is elevated but not fancy. There are about 10 tables and a large bar downstairs and more dining upstairs. We sat downstairs where you can see into the kitchen. The morning dew cocktail was sooo good-- not too sweet and definitely refreshing. For appetizers, we had the hamachi crudo, grilled halloumi and pork belly biscuits. Our favorite was definitely the biscuits. We did not care for the crudo. Although the fish itself was tasty, the heavy white sauce and large sunchokes took away from the delicate flavor of the fish. The biscuits, on the other hand, were addictive. The pork belly is served separately with an apple butter sauce, which was fantastic. We never had halloumi before and wanted to try it. We would definitely have it again. It came with grilled vegetables and you can definitely taste the grilling. For the entree we split the snapper. The fish seemed slightly overcooked but we enjoyed the corn, pico de gallo, fried onions and cornbread crumbles that came with it. It was large enough to share, especially after the three appetizers. We enjoyed creme brulee and chocolate mousse for dessert. Surprisingly, we thought the creme brulee was slightly better than the chocolate mousse. This is a nice spot to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend.

Great experience at The Red Pony! The red snapper was incredible probably the best I’ve ever had. The seafood pesto was a bit mild but still worth trying. Carnitas were super tender and flavorful, just not the traditional tortilla style. Shrimp and grits had a unique twist and were very tasty. The atmosphere was great, and even without a reservation, we were able to sit upstairs at the bar. The bartender was patient and gave excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO OUR SERVER ANNIE!!!! Let me start with we are out of towners... We've been coming to Franklin area for the last few years and I'm sad we just found this place!!!! The atmosphere was perfect, it felt small, personal, quaint, and intimate with an open view of the kitchen staff absolutely crushing it. The food was perfect. The drinks were not to be missed out on, and the cherry on top was our amazing waitress Annie!!! We've had some great memories here in the Franklin area and this was one of the memories that we were blessed to be able to make that will absolutely make the top of the list. If you have the opportunity to stop in and don't... you are missing out and have made a mistake!! Hats off to the GM and ownership of this place. Keep up the great work!!

Red Pony is a fantastic restaurant in downtown Franklin with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The drinks menu is impressive, and the salads were fresh and flavorful. I had the wild pork carnitas, which were outstanding, and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We ended the evening by sampling every dessert on the menu — an absolutely perfect finish to a great dining experience

Bartenders and wait staff were friendly and had great recommendations. Beef cigars and lamb chops were out of this world and the ribeye absolutely melts in your mouth. Right in the heart of Franklin, this gem is a must visit!

Pizza restaurant
Mellow Mushroom Franklin is a vibrant and artsy pizzeria located on Main Street in the Downtown Square of Franklin, Tennessee. This popular lunch spot offers a diverse menu featuring craft beer, creative stone-baked pizzas, calzones, burgers, and sandwiches. The restaurant's eclectic decor and laid-back atmosphere make it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Whether you're craving a slice of pizza or looking for a unique dining experience, Mellow Mushroom Franklin has something to offer everyone.
What a charming pizza restaurant with a unique pizza variety. I LOVE the Holy Shitake pie! The atmosphere is trippy but more than that, it is housed in a former bank where the architect repurposed the bank vault into the cold storage! And there are remaining post office boxes at the entrance. The service and pizza crust were phenomenal. It may have been kids night because there were lots of kids and a balloon artist (the artist made ANYTHING the kids asked for. It was pretty impressive). Will eat here again.

My wife and I stopped by after a evening meeting on a Thursday night and we were able to get right in and order. The pizza was great. The dough was crisp and light and fluffy. The sauce was good and the toppings were great. Will definitely go back. The atmosphere was a little dark but fun with the paintings and theme.

This place has amazing pizza! We also ordered the Greek salad with the suggested dressing and were delighted with the flavor! We ate our evening meal without a wait. Our party included a 2 year old and 5 month old, their parents and us grands. There was a kids menu with crayons, an arcade and brightly painted walls with a really funky vibe. Our wait staff was friendly and helpful. The house supreme pizza was superb!

Really good pizza and great service. The flavors were really good. I don't usually like the crust on pizza, but I LOVED the crust that Mellow Mushroom had. It was seasoned perfectly and great texture. Atmosphere was fun.

We had such a wonderful experience at Mellow Mushroom thanks to our server, Jess! She was absolutely adorable—so sweet, funny, and genuinely kind. She was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Her warm personality and sense of humor made the whole meal feel special and relaxed. Honestly, Jess turned a simple dinner into an experience we’ll remember. If you get the chance, ask for Jess—you won’t be disappointed!

We were excited when we got there. Waiter ghosted us throughout (very big/tall guy). We had to wait 1 hour for food. He never refilled out drinks or checked on us even tho the food was taking forever. The wings were so overdone we sent them back. The waitress nearby was so much more attentive and professional than our guy. 😒
Amy C — Google review
This 5-star review is thanks to Aiden, and his excellent customer service. When we asked to sit outside today (my husband mentioned it was for my birthday) we were told by the hostess it was closed. But it was a beautiful day, so we asked our waiter if we could take our food outside. He made it happen, and waited on us outside anyway. He wished me a happy birthday, offered me a sweet treat, and gave us excellent service. If this review had been based on the hostess' curt response to our request, it would have been 3 stars. But Aiden turned that around and made us feel like valued customers. Customer service is everything, and we appreciated Aiden's 5-star service. The pizza was as good as always.
