The 50 best cheap eats in Franklin

I found this place as I was leaving Franklin, and it is probably a good thing as I loved it so much I would be here every day if I could! The food was amazing, and the service was top notch. I had the Hot Chicken plate with coleslaw and cheese grits. Absolutely delicious! Their Fried Pickles are to die for as well! Get here, and get some scrumptious food in you, you will not be disappointed!

This was our first trip to Franklin,TN and this place was suggested. We were not disappointed. The meals were good with generous portions. Not too much, but not too little. I got the Dirty Bird just because it sounded interesting. It was, but in a good way. The chicken was a pulled chicken, which in my thoughts made it a much easier to handle sandwich rather than having a chicken breast slipping out of the bun. It had a nice little zip in the seasoning and all the ingredients played well off each other. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She always kept our glasses ful and table cleared of all unnecessary plates or items. 5 of us were in our party and we were able to leave with a bill under $100. Of course we are non drinkers, and 3 people preferred water with their meal vs a soda, or sweet tea which is what I had. Would I return for a second or third dinner or lunch there? Absolutely! The food, the wait staff, and the prices all give it a 5 ⭐ rating from me. Stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

From SoFlo. Hit this up with a group of six for a local meal. Overall atmosphere was fine. Par for the course. Waitress - - was very hospitable and kind (and purty). I ordered grilled chicken breast prepared blackened with rice and side Caesar salad ($18.99). Chicken was great and so was the rice and salad. Only complaint on my meal and my buddies is the quantity. The rice comes in a soup cup, sooo, not so much. If you choose the platter with jambalaya rice, also in a small soup cup. Portion needs to be much bigger. Other plates were the tacos and the catfish, which I solicited mediocre responses for. So, I’d still say try it, but you might still be hungry after your meal. I was. I still am! Prices were just under too much.

The Po Boy Remix was awesome and authentic. A taste of New Orleans that was very tasty and complemented by a draft local brew. So glad we stopped here for lunch while touring the town and shopping.

I can say with certainty that I’ll be making the drive or even the Uber ride from Nashville to Franklin every time I visit, just to eat at 55 South. The food is outstanding. They offer some healthy options, but I decided to take the indulgent route (and run a few extra miles later). Everything was spectacular. All amazing flavors, great ambience, and excellent service. An absolute must try if you’re in the area. And whatever you do, don’t skip the deviled eggs

I truly hate having to write this review because I’ve always loved 55 South. I also never write reviews for places either. I’m a Franklin native and have been coming here for years here and there.. it’s always been my go-to spot for great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and an easy recommendation to anyone looking for a solid local meal. That said, my last visit.. as well as a few recent visits from friends..have been really disappointing due to poor service. We were seated near the bar area, which I understand can get hectic, but our server was completely inattentive. We typically are seated in the dining room and never have a complaint about the service we receive. She spent much of the time hanging around and physically interacting with her significant other while we were waiting for basic things at the table. She forgot to ring in our appetizer (which came out after our entrées), left one friend unattended for nearly ten minutes while on her phone, and our drinks stayed empty for long stretches.😞 It’s frustrating because the food and atmosphere remain great, but the lack of professionalism from the staff really affected the experience for me and I’m sure many others. I don’t understand how this is allowed.

So far, this place is Tosha’s favorite spot in Nashville (actually in Franklin)! She got the Shrimp and Grits, and raved about her perfect choice for the rest of our trip 😁. I got the Chicken Biscuit & Sausage Gravy. It was good. The eggs were prepared very nice and soft. Our server was very astute, helpful and respectful. The location and atmosphere that 55 South offered is second to none! Note: Changing station in bathroom for the babies.

Cute little deli with a long line. Order at the front, then choose a table. If you're looking for healthy food, options are extremely limited. My guacamento was a delicious splurge though. So was the chocolate chip banana bread! A few patio tables but plenty of seating inside.

Food was really good. We both got the ham and Colby Jack panini sandwiches. Not too bad for the price. Ham was piled thick!

Stopped at the Mercantile today for lunch. I ordered the steak and cheese panini with the pasta salad. Sandwich came with very little steak and grilled onions of which I had requested be omitted. The pasta salad was overwhelmed with vinegar to the point I did not eat it. Cute atmosphere but my meal was very disappointing.

Wow, this place is a gem. My wife and I stopped in for quick lite bite and were not disappointed. We got the Salad scoop trio. It was organic mixed greens, topped with a scoop of tuna, chicken and pimento cheese salad. I thought I came with just one scoop but it had one of each. All for just 12.50$. I don’t know what pimento cheese salad is/was but it’s NOW my new favorite salad. My wife raved about the tuna salad and I devoured the chicken salad. The atmosphere had a very friendly vibe and the staff could not be a friendlier bunch. This place deserves to be a top stop for lunch if you visit Franklin. They have so much to offer with their choices of meals that my review will not do it justice. Go check it out for yourself.

Had the 4th Avenue Club. My husband ordered one too and the sandwiches are so big, I think we could have shared. They were delicious, as was the pasta salad and fruit. There was plenty of seating available. Very comfortable atmosphere and very helpful people working. The prices are super reasonable and the food was made fast. The parking deck is not too far away and there are restrooms available. We will definitely visit again.

I stopped in for an early lunch on a Saturday while traveling. I had a cup of white chicken chili and it was very good. They have breakfast/brunch/lunch options and the prices were reasonable. I ended up stopping back later for a hot tea a little later in the day and they were packed. Cute place, nice people.

Great place for an evening meal. We sat outside, enjoying the cool weather that is so unusual in early August. The bread and spread arrived pretty quickly. My wife liked the spread and I thought it was just ok (I would rather have plain butter). She ordered gnocchi and I the ravioli. The sausage with fennel in the gnocchi has incredible flavor. I was grateful that we share our food :) The ravioli was also great, less striking in flavor than the gnocchi but with an incredibly mellow and smooth flavor. Both dishes were great and I would have them again. Our waiter was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. The time it took to get our food seemed very reasonable. This will be a revisit for us when we come back to Franklin.

Went for lunch & overall a solid experience. Drinks were fabulous. Calamari was delicious - loved the fried lemon slices in the dish. It was a nice surprise. Pasta left something to be desired. Noodles were very thick and slightly under, and there was a lot of salt - probably from the peccorino. Could've used a squeeze of lemon to brighten it up. Risotto needed salt and less time in the pot, texture was almost too soft. Dessert was delicious- raspberry paired really nicely with the chocolate. It was on the dense side but wasn't too sweet. Great balance. Overall, great experience. Wait staff were very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back.

If you are Gluten Free.. you need to RUN to this restaurant. They serve by far the BEST GF pasta in the area. I have tried so many italian restaurants in Middle tennessee and the flavor and texture of the noodles were perfect. So tasty. I specifically got the Campanelle and oh my! So delicious. They also have an amazing flourless chocolate cake that is divine. Usually when I've ordered flourless cakes in the past, they're SO rich. I can maybe have two bites. This cake? I devoured by myself. Perfection. Also, we ordered their special fall old fashioned but unfortunately only had enough to make one instead of three.. well they came up with a special old fashioned for two of us and wow was it good! I highly recommend this place! Everyone is so friendly too!

What a gem in downtown Franklin! We absolutely loved our experience at this amazing Italian restaurant. From the craft cocktails to the appetizers, salads, entrees, and even the gelato—everything was perfection. The watermelon spinach salad was a standout, with the perfect blend of fresh summer flavors. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming. It’s such a treat to have a place like this in downtown Franklin, and we already can’t wait to go back!

Reservations highly recommended. Food, service and quality very good. Homemade pastas. Pizza is authentic. We shared our meals and our server was kind enough to split the meal on two plates, without us asking. Good Italian wine selection. Parking can be tough, there is a free garage nearby.

Met some friends and colleagues for dinner here as it had been on my list of places to try! The food and drinks were amazing! The pasta was fresh and homemade! Fun fact: this is the sister restaurant to Culamar across the street. Another great spot!

Absolutely fabulous experience!! The wine was AMAZING! Bread & feta was delicious. Pasta was also INSANE!! RJ was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had!! Alex was awesome too! Place was wonderful. I would not recommend this place. We had high hopes with seeing their menu and the food in the cases. The cinnamon roll was stale and dry. The chocolate milk was sour—looking at the date, it was three weeks expired!! We told the cashier and she said to grab another. Well, all of them were expired so we got a soft drink. We were there for 45 minutes and on the way out we looked in the cooler and all of the milks were still there—for sale (it’s a serve yourself case). So, they knew they were selling spoiled chocolate milk. No knives available until your food comes out so we couldn’t cut the cinnamon roll. The omelet was good but everything lacked seasoning. Their biscuit was good. Again, would not recommend this place.

Had heard a lot of good things from multiple sources about Merridee’s so had high expectations. Food ranged from fantastic to good and they had a lot of options for breakfast. Ordering was done at the front desk and food was brought to you later. Coffee and tea was standard fair and nothing to write home about. Overall they seemed to have a ton of bakery options as well but we did not order those so cannot speak to how good that portion may have been. There were multiple people eating there that only got the pastries.

Adorable place! Our family was visiting from Louisiana for vacation and we loved downtown Franklin and saw Merridee's and wanted to try it. The salads were so fresh and delicious (I got the Chicken Fruit Salad), and the key lime pie was so yummy 😋 I tried some of the poppyseed dressing that came with my sister's salad, and boy, I would buy an entire bottle of that stuff it was so good 😂 My sister also got a Chai latte, and she said it was very good. The lady taking our order at the front counter was so nice and had such a sweet smile! She was working hard and doing a great job! At lunch rush, the place was PACKED, and all four of us had to huddle on a 3-top, but it was worth it 😆 The food was SO good, and we will definitely be back!

5/2025 Update: I had the opportunity to eat here again and it's just as delicious as before. Service is fast and friendly and it gets really busy and the food is delicious! I had a delicious breakfast at Merridee's! I got a delicious iced latte and the Bennett's Scramble and the eggs were perfect! The cheese on top was definitely quality. The hash brown casserole was some of the best hash brown casserole I've ever had. When I come back, it'll be hard not to get more of it. It was SO good. Cool old coffee shop atmosphere. Service was quick. Employees were nice. They also offer beer and wine if that's what you are looking for at lunch time.

Stumbled upon this wonderful place. The chicken salad fruit plate was absolutely delicious. The portion size was perfect and OMG🥰I just LOVED the house fruit parfait and don't even get me started on the homemade raisin bread. YUMMY!!!😋 Franklin has many places like this and we will be back to check them out. Quaint little town rich in history.

When I want a perfect breakfast, all signs point to the “Five Points Breakfast”. This perfect plate is out in a flash, and it hits every base. Today was a home run! 10/10

I had the best cobb salad ever! The bacon bits were half slices of bacon!❤️

Really cool place, tasty food, a bit pricey. My family of 4 ate here in April 2025, and since I ate earlier I didn’t get a meal, and for the 3 of them it was $66. The food was really good, we enjoyed the atmosphere. When in the ordering line it was confusing to know exactly what they offered, so we had to lookup the menu online - and that was a big help. The 2 taco meal with a side was what both kids ordered, and my daughter was full, but son was still hungry. They both got fries with their meal, and if course that was subject to “dad tax” - and I enjoyed their unique flavored seasoned fries. 🍟 The wife ordered a taco and the Cali fries. The Cali fries was our favorite item. This is a good place to go with little kids as the dining area is informal and the kids can walk around or be loud and it’s A-OK. The kids also enjoyed that the drink is a station where you can select your own drinks (and of course, as kids like to do, mix multiple drinks together). The location is nice as it’s on the west side of “The Factory” very close to the west parking lot. The bathrooms are in the common area of the Factory and are really clean.

On Saturdays, Mojos has breakfast tacos along with their regular lunch tacos. No matter if you are looking for breakfast or brunch, it's a great place to start your Saturday morning! The staff are nice and service was really quick with assisting you! Parking acn be challenging on Saturdays with the Franklin Farmers Market, but absolutely worth finding a spot and getting inside.

These are the best tacos I have ever had! And I have gone to a lot of taco joints over the years. I can almost guarantee you will agree if you go. You order up at a counter and then sit down with a number for your order. The quick service for the quality is just unbelievable. The fajita taco was my fav. The guac and salsa are amazing. Margaritas are excellent as well. Highly recommend !

Ohhh man these tacos were good!! Got the old school and adobo chicken, incredible! Friend got adobo and the green chili cheeseburger taco, she loved hers! The guac and chips were so fresh and good!! And the street corn side was better than the rice, at least for me! Would come back, just that good!!

My wife and I were excited to finally try Mojo's Taco but were rather disappointed with nearly all aspects of our visit. First, there seems to be a lack of training with the staff. When ordering, we asked two questions about the menu and cashier told us that she had no idea. Second, when it comes to the food it was very underwhelming. I will compliment the portion sizes, but the food itself just wasn't good. The "brisket" truly isn't brisket, it's just unseasoned, flavorless beef and the queso used on the nachos is just melted American cheese. I was impressed with how quickly they brought the food out. Then, when ordering drinks, we had to order those separate at the bar which is fine, just a little odd. Once again, there seemed to be a lack of training as the bartended was unable to make a skinny margarita. He seemingly forgot to add the tequila and just served us lime juice — we ended up not even drinking them, a true waste of our money. We had high hopes for Mojo's Taco but left feeling very disappointed, wishing we had gone somewhere else.

Tacos are gross; dry meat, congealed cheese, and require bottled hot sauce to give them flavor. Two different draft beers, both flat. Floor is always dirty. Food comes out quick but nothing is hot. I suspect it’s not exactly made to order. I’ve given this place too many chances. It’s just not good.

Murph is the best bartender have met in my 45 years very friendly kind to everyone I’ve ever seen her interact with her food recommendations are amazing. I would recommend Mojo’s taco in Nolensville to anybody. She goes above and beyond what a ordinary bartender would do highly recommend going upstairs sitting at the bar

We had a large group there (9 of us) and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. It was for an early dinner but the restaurant was already somewhat busy. The service was very good and were able to serve everyone at the same time. The menu is eclectic and interesting so live dangerously because it is lovely and very good, The ravioli was my favorite although everything looked amazing. The wine list is limited but has enough offerings and the drinks were excellent. Downtown Franklin is always nice and this is just on the edge of the town with ample parking and easy access.

I wanted this to be great, but we didn’t even get a good experience. The atmosphere and food saved the service. Had a few apps, beats, asparagus, oysters… they are proud of theirs, $6 for 1? Overall the risotto was amazing. Buddy had the burger, which he said was ok. Roof top is pretty legit. Oh BTW, the bar was a mess. Again, maybe an off night, but I’ve heard things have really dropped off here.

We had the pleasure of eating at Culimar for our 35th wedding anniversary. We had reserved the chef’s table which is really more like a bar seating area. You don’t really get to watch the chefs. You do get to watch some of the sous chefs, but the chefs are a little further beyond them. I did feel like I was sitting at a bar instead of a fine dining restaurant. I’m sure they would’ve moved us if we would have asked. The staff was super nice very attentive, our water glasses never wanted for a refill. Since I don’t drink they came up with a nice espresso mocktail for me. That was very delightful. Pre-dinner. I forget what my wife had to drink, but there was no complaints. It may have been an aperol spritz, her favorite. I ordered the New York strip cooked medium. My wife ordered the trout. The New York strip came prepared like Steak Frites, so it was steak and fries. My wife’s trout looked and tasted amazing. We had a great time. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was OK and that’s probably because we were facing the kitchen and not seated by some nice window which I highly recommend. The company was definitely the highlight of the dinner with my love, my life, and my lady by my side, every dining experience is five stars. Ya’ll and I want to give a special thank you to the all Latin/Hispanic Cook team in the kitchen. Culimar wouldn’t make it without you. Muchísimas gracias y que Dios de bendiga.

Cioppino, the calamari, the mussels were delicious. The starters are quite small, tapas size but very tasty nonetheless. Plenty of options for oysters. I would say as feedback, the whipped butter for the bread was a tad bit too salty for my taste. We arrived early and hit the rooftop for drinks and service upstairs was stellar. All around a wonderful evening out.

Couldn't decide on an appetizer, so we ordered 2! And then shared an entree and a desert! Well portioned! The ceviche was so fresh! The octopus carpaccio was amazing. We shared the Tortelli, and the pasta was soft, and the short rib filling was so tender. The cheese was so good, we finished every bit of it w the bread! For dessert the Pan Di Spagna was light and heavenly paired w a deep vanilla gelato. I look forward to trying out their lunch and breakfast menus!

Regular customer who visits 1-2 month since the restaurant opened. Very slimmed down new menu copied on cheap thin paper with bar menu on one side and very thin food menu on the other. Cheviche was rubbery with only 2 plantains served. Mussels were good but only served with 7 mussels. Trout was good as usual. Salmon was not- it was raw. I sent it back. Olive oil cake was extremely dry! Flan was super rubbery. Clearly, not made there. Would have been better from Publix! Our bill was expensive and so NOT worth it!!! Very disappointed in the ‘new scaled down menu’ and the quality of the food! Actually, the worst meal there. Will not be back! My list gets more narrow each week. Marking this one off now! Very sad because it was one of favorite in downtown Franklin. Big miss management!!!

I have never been to this Puckett's before. It was a good experience. The food was good. I was a bit bummed that they had run out of their ribs for the day, especially since it was at the start of the dinner hour. The food we got was good and the manager was really nice. The feel of the place is really cool. They also have gate 11 alcohol and I love that they support local distilleries.

My recent visit to this bbq joint, I entered with high expectations based on reviews, but my experience was a mixed bag. While the service was outstanding, the food didn't quite meet expectations, leading to a disappointing experience overall. The two-star rating mainly reflects the lack of flavor in the meats. If you’re a ribs fan, it's worth the visit on a Saturday, but be ready to compromise on the rest of the menu. Meats: Brisket: Unfortunately, the brisket fell short in flavor, despite requesting a moist cut. It didn't leave a lasting impression.  Pulled Pork: The pulled pork was decent, but not enough to elevate the meal.  Ribs: The ribs were the standout item, juicy and well-cooked. They were definitely a highlight, but it's worth noting that they're only available on Saturdays, which is a bit limiting. Sides: Mac n Cheese: This dish was mediocre at best, lacking the creamy richness one would expect from a good mac and cheese.  Collard Greens and Potato Salad: Both of these sides were the stars of the sides. They were flavorful and well-prepared, making them the best choices to accompany the main dishes.  Spicy Corn: Be prepared! This side was very spicy, which may appeal to some, but could be too much for the uninitiated. The service, however, was exemplary. Our server was friendly, courteous, and made some thoughtful recommendations. The manager also brought out our food and was engaging, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.

We had the absolute BEST experience here. We chose to sit at the bar and the bartender, Sara, was phenomenal and so helpful with suggestions. So glad we sat there! I hope they know how special she is to have as an employee. Our meal was one of the best that we have had in a while! We chose “The whole farm” so that we could try everything and it was truly the most tender and juicy meats- and the “smoke” was not overpowering. Sara was great at recommending drinks and made them to perfection. She is an amazing bartender. She also HIGHLY recommended the cinnamon roll bread pudding, and I must say- you HAVE to try it. If you are in town, this is a MUST!! Everything from the atmosphere, decor, staff, food, was top notch. Such a great place that was very welcoming and warm.

We had a great visit on the way thru on a sunday after a visit to nashville. We we able to seat right away and the service was fantastic. We were slightly disappointed with no music but ultimately after a weekend up north, that ultimately may have been a good thing. The star of rhe meal was the smoked meatloaf with a wonderful mushroom gravy! The smoke flavor was delicous but not overpowering and was yummy. We have eaten at several puckett's and have always had great meals. This definitlely lived up to the standard.

We took a day trip to Franklin while visiting Nashville and had lunch at this cute restaurant. It definitely met our expectations. Great food with great service. We love how they kept the interior look to reflect it's past history. Hopefully we will have an opportunity to come and enjoy the live music at some point. Great location. Paid parking available around the back of the building and a parking garage across the street from the front door.

Our family came down from Louisiana for a concert and wanted to try some local cuisine. Puckett's was perfect! My mom and I got the FGBLT, my sister got the Vegetarian Burger, my brother got the Mojo Burger, and my dad got the Philly Cheesesteak. Everything was very good, perfectly cooked, and the sweet potato fries were crispy 😋 The only negative thing was that they forgot the cheese for the cheesesteak at first, but once we asked, that was quickly remedied. Our waitress Laney was very sweet and efficient. The cute country store vibe was a comfy backdrop too! Would definitely recommend and come back!

We had the meat and 3 special... We had the pot roast with smashed sweet potato , baked beans and the red beans, rice and sausage... The red beans, rice and sausage is a definite must have if you come here... Everything was well flavored, tender and delicious 😋... The service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere... I will definitely be back

Everything was great except the egg rolls and corn chowder were much spicier than last time. They had good flavor but the spice is inconsistent when feeding little guys. Rest of food and service were 5 stars.

I recently attended the Seas and Sips event at this location and was truly looking forward to it, even driving over an hour and a half to be there. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was disappointing the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm, as though the air conditioning was either not working or not turned on, which affected the overall dining experience. The food was also underwhelming. The sweet corn linguine with shrimp lacked flavor, and the shrimp was poorly cooked. Additionally, the menu stated that crab would be included in the dish, but it was completely absent. The pineapple salsa shrimp and scallop skewers were similarly disappointing and lacked the quality I’ve come to associate with Bonefish Grill. To top it off, the cheesecake was served without the whipped cream that was listed on the menu. While I’ve had excellent experiences at other Bonefish Grill locations with great food, atmosphere, and service this visit fell far short of those standards. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Thank you for your time.

Not too busy. Great service from Ryan. Martini Monday is a great marketing idea. Food was on par for what's expected from this caliber restaurant. Pricing was fair for the portion sizing. Bang Bang is always a great staple for here

Listen, I came to Bonefish Grill for seafood… I left considering a marriage proposal. Our server was tall, handsome, and so muscular I’m convinced he curls lobster traps in his free time. He was charming enough to make my cocktail blush, funny enough to make my Bang Bang Shrimp giggle, and so on top of things I suspect he has psychic powers. At one point I swear he refilled my drink before I even took the last sip—witchcraft, but the good kind. Bonefish, whatever you’re paying this man, double it. No, triple it. In fact, give him his own menu item. I’d order ‘The Tall Handsome Special’ every time. Always as for Ryan! He does not disappoint.

I had dinner at Bonefish tonight and was lucky enough to have Jessica as my server, and honestly, she’s perfect at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of, greeting me with a genuine smile and great energy. Throughout the night, she demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the menu—no matter what question I asked, she had an answer ready, from explaining ingredients to suggesting the best pairings. You can tell she’s confident in her role, and it shows in the way she communicates and anticipates needs before you even have to ask. Her attentiveness stood out the entire evening. Drinks never ran empty, plates were cleared promptly, and she checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed without interrupting the flow of the meal. She has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re her top priority while still effortlessly managing the rest of her tables. That’s a skill not every server has, and it made my dining experience so much more enjoyable. It’s clear Jessica takes pride in her work, and that pride translates into exceptional service. She balances professionalism with a warm, approachable personality, making guests feel comfortable and valued. In my opinion, she sets the standard for what great service should be. I'd like to start this off by saying I have worked in service for 10 years and that I now work in regional capacity. This is my first review. We visited last week. My experience began after walking through the revolving doors. We were greeted by a young host, or rather not greeted for almost a full minute that it took for her to peel her eyes up from her phone screen and even notice we were there. Once we were seated, our server did a phenomenal job guiding us through the menu and suggestively selling. She was the only decent part of this entire experience. Once our order arrived, my husband's salad was probably 1/4 warm and brown edged lettuce. They 100% brought him an old salad that had been sitting under the heat. My fish was extremely overcooked, and my side of mashed potatoes were ice cold. The broccoli was decent enough aside from being moderately underdone. I understand, things happen, but these are the things that really frustrated me and disgusted even more, and why we will not be back. 1. We were harassed by maybe 3 gnats/flies the entire time while eating, and the next 2 will follow. 2. We explained the situation to our server. She said she would inform the general manager to come over and speak with us. She never did. She did find the time to go and spend 20 minutes talking, laughing, and so on at the corner of the bar with other customers. We did however get one entreé removed, and were offered a free dessert. 3. Before we finished that conversation, I went to the ladies room where I saw 2 roaches scurry under the counter underneath the trash basket things. We promptly paid and left. If I ever walked into one of my restaurants and experienced this, the person running it would be gone on the same day. Absolutely unacceptable. I pity the employees at this location, because from what I saw and heard (aside from the host) they seem very good. My husband and I will stick to the murfeesboro Bonefish, unfortunately, even though it is a longer drive. I did wonder why it was so slow when we came in. Now I know why. It also explains all the obviously AI generated reviews from fake accounts. Go figure. This place will be closed within a few years.

Bonefish Grill is always a great place to go. Service was great and the food was excellent. I have been to numerous Bonefish in different states and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend the bang bang shrimp!

This place was a fun and unique place to get breakfast. The atmosphere is really what sets this place apart in my opinion. The staff were extremely pleasant to deal with and made us feel very welcome. My wife was quite pleased with her coffee, which is hard to do (she's a lot more particular than I am). The food arrive nicely presented. I have to admit that we both found the shaved ham on the Souther Benny to be a bit overpowering. I also have to admit that due to the name of the establishment, I had expected biscuits to feature more prominently both in the menu and on the dish. That said, it was still a good experience.

Went here with my dad for the first time. Items are a little bit pricey ($6 for a small juice), but the food was delicious. Staff here are very friendly and courteous and the place had a very relaxed atmosphere. I'm a connoisseur of biscuits are gravy, and these earned a solid 7/10 for me. Gravy was spot on, but the biscuits were a little too crunchy for my liking. Still a fantastic spot! My dad got the chicken and waffles, and it was amazing!

1st time visitor - We went to Franklin to visit the Leiper's Fork Distillery and because we wanted to see the town we went early enough for breakfast. Not really knowing much about Biscuit Love we stopped in and I'm glad we did! Cool little restaurant built out in an older home just a block or so off Main Street. Walking inside you get the sense that this is going to be good - it smelled so tasty! We ordered at the counter and quickly found a table that could seat the 6 of us. The food started to arrive soon after and every dish brought joy. I'm a believer in a good breakfast and Biscuit Love did not disappoint. Hot coffee, eggs cooked to perfection, flaky biscuits (of course!!!), thick-cut bacon, grits and gravy rounded out the fare. ALL DELICIOUS! I'm so glad we stopped in and would gladly return should we ever be in the area again.

No bad choices! Last day in Nashville visiting and I decided to drive down to the Franklin location of Biscuit Love and to see the historic town. Opening at 7am, it’s perfect for a travel day so you can get your fill and start early. The drip coffee and espresso was legit, the food was delicious and hot, the staff friendly and the ambiance peaceful. Highly recommend! A friend from the area told me they started as a food truck and have grown with multiple brick and mortar locations- I can see why! They have a crispy and flaky biscuit that is soft on the inside - decently good. The jam that comes with it is less thick than your smucker's jam and is more liquidy - I respect it, though I personally prefer a smucker's. I ate their omelet - they put "herby fromage frais" inside. It's decent, though I generally end up squishing the omelet and pushing all that cheese away because I'm not a fan of a lot of cheese. This is a personal preference issue. The omelet is topped with bacon and mushroom pieces. These pieces are really good and add very well to the omelet and especially help the fromage frais not overwhelm you. Their home fries are extremely crispy and fresh. One of the better home fries out there. Their freshly squeezed orange juice is fine, but it was not sour enough when I ate it once. I personally only recommend fresh orange juice that is sour. Their brown sugar lemonade is decent. They serve a martinelli bottle of apple juice for their "apple juice" option, which makes them get bonus points for me. That was a very good decision that they made.

ALWAYS SOLID. The food here is always good. Service is good too, even when they are busy. A wide variety of items on the menu. The skillets seem to come in bowls now and not the iron cast skillet. Perhaps they were out of actual skillets the day that I ordered mine. Coffee is good and I like that they leave a pot of coffee for you so you don't have to flag anyone down for refills. Million dollar is tasty (but not life changing). All the egg Benedict choices are delicious too. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Easy parking. No complaints. Great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch for a party of one or a large party.

Great option for breakfast and possibly lunch if your in the area. Millionaire Bacon was almost desert like and they had a ton of seasonal items. A lot of innovative items so you weren’t just eating what you could find anywhere which really makes this place stand out!

We were in Franklin,Tn (we came in from Peoria,Il) to celebrate our sister’s birthday. On our 2nd morning in Franklin our sister wanted to treat us to a GREAT breakfast, so she chose a place that she said had great food. My, was she RIGHT! The service was 1st class,the food was great, our food came out rather quick. I give this place a FIVE STAR on all levels!!

The times I’ve been to First watch has been really good. The service is very good at getting the order in and bringing the drinks to the table and their knowledge and helpful when it comes to giving good recommendations on the food options. The food is good and it has a good amount of flavor and taste when you bite into it. The atmosphere is nice and has an old school barn feel and vibe that is very inviting and is on the lines of feeling like being at home. When it comes to the food you get plenty of bang for your buck and the price is worth every dime. The past times we’ve been here getting our refills has been slow and it could be a little more easier when it’s crowded

I eat here a couple of times each month with the same friend for Friday breakfast. The food and service has always been solid until today. Today started with it taking an unusual amount of time to be acknowledged at our table. We placed our order at the same time and my food came out 15 minutes before my friend’s food. She insisted that I go ahead and eat my meal which was difficult to do because our server had taken my iced tea for a refill and didn’t bring it back. When she finally returned with my unsweet iced tea, it was sweet tea! That resulted in another 5 minute wait to be served the correct tea. Meanwhile, we are still waiting for my friend’s food. My potatoes were undercooked. I sent those back and the explanation I received was that too many were being cooked at the same time! When my friend finally received her food, the server apologized for the time and then said “at least it’s hot”. Yeah it was a HOT MESS today!

Savanah took great care of us. It was our first time at First Watch and now we will be searching for them as we travel. Great food great service.

Not a very good experience this time. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get seated, after the app telling us we were first in line. We finally had to go ask and they seated us right away. Then it took over 30 minutes to get o our food. When we received it, it was cold. Not sure if it’s just this location. We go to First Watch all the time and never had this kind of wait. We won’t be returning to this location.

After a Dickens's Christmas in Franklin, we were looking for a dog friendly resturant. We found this little gem. You do have to eat on the patio with your dog. It was a little windy, but we didn't have much of a choice. It would have been nicer if the outdoor heaters were on. They have the cutest doggie menu. The food was really good. The weather just hampered our experience. Will have to go again to see what the indoor experience is like. We can imagine that during a beautiful fall, spring, or summer night, this would be a perfect place to eat.

I hate to say it, but our group of six left Scott’s Pub feeling pretty let down. We were all first-timers, drawn in by the glowing reviews, and I’d love to be kinder about it, but the experience just didn’t measure up. Nearly everyone ordered burgers, asking for medium well, and what arrived was practically raw—frustrating doesn’t even cover it. Another friend got a sandwich that showed up drowning in a skillet of cheese he had to wrestle off. As for me, I went for the fish and chips, hoping for a classic. The fries were the highlight, which isn’t saying much—they were decent but still cold and a bit soggy. The fish? Far from crispy, just a sad, soggy mess. To top it off, our waitress didn’t exactly help the vibe—she seemed outright annoyed when we asked for simple adjustments, which only added to the disappointment. I’m hoping this was just an off night for them, not the everyday norm, because I’d hate to think this is the standard. Please, Scott’s, tell me you’re better than this.

Loved the restaurant for the experience of it being dog friendly. Not to mention they have a doggy menu. Our pups absolutely enjoyed it. The service was a bit slow and we didn't really know who our waitress was because it seemed like we had several and they didn't communicate with each other. So we had to ask a few times for different things. But overall I will definitely consider going back especially with the pups.

Came here for brunch with our kids and dog. We sat on the outdoor patio. The service, food and drinks were very good. They even have a menu for your dog. Great experience overall. Will definitely come back.

I had such a fantastic salad here, it was absolutely delicious, so i hate that i have to give it a lower rating. I would absolutely highly recommend the Spiced Panzanella Salad. As for the service, we were sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant, on a night that wasn't too busy, and waited for at least 15 minutes before we had to flag someone down to even get water. That didn't happen, so we found another waitress, who began to serve us eventually. The service was slow from that point forward, but at least we got our food eventually.

It helps that we had a beautiful day to experience outdoor dining at Scouts pub in Westhaven, but the inside is nice as well. We started with an appetizer that I believe was called Leo Bread? It was so good. Much like a toasted fococcia bread topped with cheese, tomatoes, and seasoning. Definitely give it a try. My daughter got a burger and sweet potato fries. My grandson got the best-looking grilled cheese sandwich with Mac n cheese, and I got the Birra tacos. Everything was great. For an added level of comfort, they put these battery-operated fan like things on the table to keep the bugs away from the food. Our waitress was exceptionally helpful, and I used the qr code on our bill to pay for our meal. It is a small place, so I would expect it to be filled up on the weekend. We went at around 4 on a Monday. There wasn't a crowd at all. Parking is on the street in this work/live community, or there is a lot behind the main street at Kroger. It sits facing the main street with a park view.

We got the house crispy, spicy shrimp, and dragon rolls and they were all delicious! I liked the size of the cut pieces and the amount of fillings in each bite. Also, the prices were pretty comparable to other sushi restaurants in the area. We got takeout this time, but we will have to come back to dine in because our brief wait in the restaurant was very peaceful with calming ambient music. I can’t wait to try other things on their menu!

Will never be returning the service was weird and welcome.. ordered to go and asked without one thing. And heard them talk about to not put it on there and they did anyway but found out to late because I had to work and had to be quick.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this experience needed to be shared. When I walked into the restaurant, I was not greeted by any staff, offered a seat, or menu. I was completely ignored until I went up to the sushi bar and told the older man about my online order. He was very short with me and had a very rude demeanor. Shortly after I went up and talked to the man and older woman came in and was greeted warmly. She was told to sit wherever and where the menus were and if she had any questions to ask. As a teenager, it was very hurtful to be treated so dismissively, especially when I came in with a good attitude just wanting an afternoon snack. Respect and basic courtesy should be shown to every customer no matter their age. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case for me.

I came around 8:50pm to order two frozen custards. It was not busy at all and my order took almost 30 minutes to come out and when it did it was completely melted and warm. You could tell that it had just been sitting there in the heat. The service was very disorganized. Will not be back.

I ordered a single vanilla malt through the drive through at 12:45; it was busy so I was willing to give a little grace when the cars behind me got their orders. But then I was the only car left, and then another rush hit. And every single car got their order while I waited. I tried to ask an employee to check on my order after 15 minutes and got a "your order is on the way" and nothing else. And then 15 more minutes passed while cars pulled in and put behind me. I called and finally got my order, which had clumpy

Ordered their highly regarded fish sandwich. The fish itself was wonderful, but they toasted the bun to almost black, could hardly find the tartar sauce, a big disappointment. Had a big dose of ' barely trained, slam it out'. I'm a Culver's fan, but for two with a drink at almost $20, this was a big indicator of little control in the kitchen. Unfortunate.

We promptly alerted the staff, who confirmed they would prepare the correct item for us. We were told to wait and expected a quick fix. ​However, we waited a long time—far longer than it should take to fix a single mistake—and the corrected food never appeared. When we approached the counter for a second time to follow up on the missing item, the response we received was shocking. ​The employee informed us that they were too busy and that they didn't know when, or if, we would get our corrected order. ​To be told, after already waiting patiently for an error they made, that the restaurant couldn't prioritize fixing their own mistake due to busyness—and might not deliver the food at all—is a profound failure of customer service. The issue was not the initial mistake, but the complete inability and refusal to execute basic service recovery. We left without the correct part of our meal. ​We will not be returning to this location. If you want a quick, dependable meal and accountable service, look elsewhere.

I am consistently disappointed with the subpar quality of food coming out of this Culver’s. I’ve now been to this location a handful of times and every time there is something wrong with my order. My last order? I got the new garlic pub burger to try and I received a regular double cheeseburger on a plain bun with plain mayo. What? I also ordered a kids meal with fries and a drink. I received no fries, and no drink. I ordered a chicken tender meal and received no sauces. I feel ripped off every time I go here. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers and early 20 something’s that seem to not care at all about the quality of food they put out. Where is the manager? Where is the owner? Do they not care about their customers? I’ve been to Culver’s in many different states and this one is consistently the worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to. No smiles when ordering, no polite attitudes, poor customer service, and consistently wrong and bad food. A disappointment to the franchise. A disappointment to Franklin. I won’t be returning nor will I ever recommend this location.

Yeah, in the drive-through getting lunch for my mom who’s in an assisted living facility. I ordered two value meals with coffee. Guess what the meals came out with no coffee and then I had to wait for them to make coffee. So 10 minutes later I’m on my way with the “fast food”. Really disappointed in Culver’s. I feel like this location has gone down in service over the last couple of years. Although, otherwise, the young staff seems good.

Located on Mallory Lane in Franklin, Tennessee, this fast casual restaurant offers burritos, quesadillas, bowls, etc. when you enter the door, go to your right to place your order. Move along the line to tell them what toppings you want added. They have combo options. You pay at the register and take your food with you. This is not a table service restaurant. They have teas and a soda fountain as well as a salsa bar to select your salsa to go with your chips. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They gave accessible bathrooms.

4 stars because its a typical, "Chipotle" style type of place not a 5 star restaurant. I will say the food is very good and the portion sizes are exceptional. Food is served on regular dishes which is a nice touch.

We are traveling so I wanted something different than normal chain foods. First the service was outstanding, the young lady was extremely polite and helpful, the establishment was extremely clean, There were a lot of options so I opted for the spicy chicken tacos. Unfortunately there was no spice or taste in my opinion. I added rice, beans, black olives, salsa. It just lacked flavor in my opinion. ***Edit due to response** Jenny I appreciate your response and I could see how my stars were confusing. I changed the service to five stars. Unfortunately atmosphere doesn’t equate to a clean restaurant, it was your basic restaurant when you walked in. As far as the food goes honestly I did not finish it as it had no flavor. I understand your comment about spice but spicy chicken should have flavor not just a red color. After two bites I threw it out as the rice was bland, the chicken had 0 flavor. The only thing I could taste was the corn tortilla.

I enjoyed my salad but my meat didn't really taste like carnitas like I'm used to it to me tasted like pulled chicken but it was still good. Really enjoyed their sauce.

Went to the farmers market and saw this place had opened recently. We went for brunch. Not a ton of options but everything was delicious. The gumbo was very flavorful with a little heat. Definitely recommend!!! The burger was delicious with plenty of toppings. Lots of blue cheese crumbles! The fried chicken was over mac and cheese with collard greens. It was amazing also highly recommend! I didn't know i liked collard greens. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

This was our first time visiting Saffire. The menu has a combination of southern dishes with a few Cajun options thrown in. Being from southern Louisiana I am always hesitant to try Cajun food anywhere outside of my home state. I asked our server about the gumbo and he said the chef was from Baton Rouge so I gave it a try. It was a mistake. Gumbo is a soup made with a roux which thickens it but it shouldn’t be the consistency of gravy like this is. It was also way too spicy. I hate when people think Cajun food means overly peppery. The spice is for flavor not for heat. Also, tomatoes in gumbo is a big NO! Moving on….the truffle fries were amazing. I’m usually not a fan and most are just average but these are special. The burger was also really good. Lastly, the fried chicken over mac and cheese and greens was good but honestly not great. All in all the atmosphere was enjoyable and our service was good. We’ll be back.

Excellent early brunch location with a broad menu, full bar, excellent, friendly, prompt service, in a large, eclectic bistro setting. The Autumn Beet Roast salad is excellent, and would make a great shared appetizer. The accompanying biscuits were a little smaller than normal. The Chilaquiles were a great combination of textures and flavors. The serving was large. The wine list is sort , but diverse.

My friend and I had lunch at Saffire earlier this week. We ordered the Ribbon Salad that the server recommended and the pasta to share. The candied pecans and veggie crips made the salad! The pasta was light and full of flavor. It wasn't too busy, so perfect for a lunch meeting. All in all, a great lunch and we can't wait to come back and check out the dinner menu.

Great food, enjoyed the chicken fried chicken. It was flavorful inside out. Grate service. Our cups are always filled up. We were sat at a dim part of the restaurant so it was little less fun but it’s ok. Will come back for food.

What I got (the beet salad) was good and well-prepared but incredibly small for the price. The staff was super friendly. The entire salad, before the first bite was taken, in its entirety is pictured. Again, it was good, but the size was surprising for a lunch salad (it should have been marketed as a side salad). Only brunch for lunch on Saturdays and limited menu.

We had a large group reservation and we had a wonderful dinner. The food was very excellent, cooked perfectly and so flavorful. Our server did a good job. The atmosphere was simple but ideal. A great time in an ideal setting.

The place is located inside the Factory in Franklin. Seating area is bar style. Food taste great as is appealing to the eyes with its colorful presentation. Tried spicy pork bibimpap and miso chicken noodles without the egg (egg not available at the time of order). A little disappointed about the missing ingredient that would have made the soup whole and cohesive taste wise. Over all a pleasant experience.

I've been to Funk Seoul twice now to try their ramen and have been disappointed both times. I dont have high expectations, but on both trips the ramen was cold and congealed together in clumps and the broth, while tasty was lukewarm at best. All of the other ramen places I've been to usually serve their ramen hot, so maybe that's just the way they do things here?? My sister had the Poké bowl, which was better than the ramen I had.

Love the food truck and get it whenever I can - my favorite is the cup bop when available but you really can’t go wrong

This was my first time here and I can say the poke bowls were excellent. My husband and I each got a different bowl and both were very fresh and flavorful. Service was pretty quick too. The only negative was that they don't have any drinks at all (even water).

We are new to the area, and were excited to find such an excellent ramen spot! They take their time making each bowl with pride and care. When I ordered the Shio with chicken and corn and asked for some additional spice, they whipped up something on the fly. Needless to say it woke the bowl up lol. Love this place. Super friendly service. Not to be missed!

My stepdaughter is allergic to eggs, gluten and dairy products and Pieology is the only place she can eat pizza. So we went there today. I’m on a low cholesterol diet. The other people in our family group love a good pizza. All of us loved our pizzas which is unusual considering how picky we all are. We had the deep dish pizza, artisanal thin crust, whole wheat crust and cauliflower crust. We had the marinara sauce and white sauce, and they also offer pesto. We had the Italian sausage, pepperoni, olives, fresh leaf basil, and some of us had mozzarella cheese. My husband put cilantro on his meat lovers pizza and loved it.

Nice little pizza joint where you “build your own” pizza. Choose a crust, sauce, cheese and toppings combo or get a menu “pre built” pie. Lots of affirmative statement wall hangings and a dive / hangout feel. Pizza was good but not amazing (I ordered a meat lovers), hit and fresh. Couple of beers on tap and in bottles but I only had soda (work kinda frowns on liquid lunches) this time. Here’s the breakdown: Fresh, made to order +1 star; good red sauce +1 star; clean and bright +1 star; interesting decor +1 star; friendly kid behind the counter +1 star; understaffed -1 star. I’d go back. Prices were good, pizza was good and I’d probably build one next time.

I was hesitant to go because I really wanted dinner, not just pizza. This was our first time going here. But I was far from disappointed. The pizza was excellent! And all of the employees were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Soooo good!! Decent price for what you get. I went with a deep dish pizza and I probably added too many toppings as it was sliding a bit but NO REGRETS!!! I wish this shop was where I lived.

As far as the quick personal pizza locations that have popped up in the last five years, pieology is right up there. None of them are comparable in my book to a pizza cooked in a standard pizza oven. But that's not always available, there is no longer a mom and pop pizza place on every corner. Pieology feels heavy in marketing and I did find the menu confusing. I was there near the end of the night, 1.5 hours from Closing, so few of the employees where quite aware of my customer needs over their closing maintenance duties. The food was delivered quickly and was enjoyable. This is where pieology does well. A quick reasonable meal in a bright, clean environment

-4/10 When we visited they had sufficient staff (almost kind of an alarming number of employees working) and yet it took over 10 minutes just to place an order. (And there weren't even that many people in line, like 4) We then waited for another 10 minutes to pay for our order. The grilled chicken salad that cost somewhere near $10 came with a laughable pittance of "chicken". Other notes: pizza was not terrible but was honestly nothing special. Also, plates would be nice. If only the management spent as much effort and time training their employees and servicing the customers as they did decorating the dining area, this might be a decent place to eat again. Honestly, my impression is that this restaurant will likely not last longer than a year in its location. Picture attached is Pieology's idea of a grilled chicken salad. +10 internet points if you can spot the sad pieces of chicken. I bet the chicken in this salad wishes it had been liquified into McDonald's chicken nuggets instead of cubes for this salad.

Wow, this was great,flavor was fresh perfectly cooked 10.75 we were able to have all the toppings any crust. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

What an amazing company!!! I've never heard of this hidden gem before. The food is absolutely amazing!!! The cost is relatively low for the amount of food you get!! The chicken Parmigiano is very good. Mac n cheese is the WORLDS BEST!! My son loved it! Great job Noodles!! Keep it up!! We will definitely be back many more times!!

Overall a good place to get noodles as fast food. The bowls are deceiving, and contain more noodles than they look! I only wish there was more meat in the meals. Two of the three of us had leftovers to take home and eat for another meal!

Wanted to try the Chicken Parm! Nothing like the picture at all in Quality, Quantity & Taste! Felt bad for the blonde haired girl working the register as the people in the kitchen kept messing up the orders not communicating with each other! Place is a rip off!

The food is great but the service, or lack of, is horrible. 2 of the folks that work the counter are fantastic. Then there is a guy that just absolutle can't be bothered to to take your order. His "system" is always down or there is some issue that's just forcing him to make you order through a QR code. Its absurd and lazy. This has happened the last 4 times I have visited when he is on duty. Like I said, thr food is good, but this lack of customer service is unacceptable. There is a much better option right next door, has better food and takes great care of me time after time.

Love the selection in this place, has pretty much anything you want for lunch. I recommend trying out the pad Thai or the spicy Korean bowl. One thing that surprised me was the zucchini noodles, they were s surprisingly good! Most items are around 10 dollars, so keep that in mind, but I was more than satisfied after eating my bowl. I'd definitely go back again.

one star is being kind - The worst tex tex i have ever eaten. The chips are not even fresh, they are from an industrial prepackaged bag. The salsa taste like vinegar (its like someone who has never tasted salsa made it). The chicken was dry and flavorless, and the gristle was gross. Too bad I ordered for delivery and can't get a refund.... avoid this place.

We are from out of town and this was our first visit. Upon entering my husband greeted the register lady who did not engaged him back. No biggie. Listen I try to lift up other restaurants and highlight their high points but we never experienced this restaurant’s food. When ordering my son was told he could not order hard shell tacos for chicken but only beef. We were confused and unsure why they could not serve chicken in hard shells verses flour. We eat hard shell tacos every where we eat Mexican. So we left and we felt like they did not even care.

It’s misleading to call this place a taco shop. Completely absent of flavor / spice - I know I shouldn’t expect anything different given this is in West Haven but what a disappointment. Be more authentic with your flavors.

French fries are great! Mexican food is horrible and they charge for chip and salsa. I’m from Texas and that’s unheard of. I would prefer Taco Bell.

Delicious Hawaiian food. The portions are absolutely ginormous. It is nice to have a taste of some pretty authentic Hawaiian flavors this far from California and Hawaii. The spam musubi is always good and the bulgogi fries are dangerously delicious. I hope this location remains because Nashville is much cheaper to get to than the West coast.

We were excited to try something different for a change but a little disappointed after we ate. I was worried when nobody was here and the Tupelo Honey Cafe was slammed with people. The Bulgogi fries were the best but covered in hot sauce so be warned. The fish tacos were good but bland. The pineapple rice was just ok and the manapua was awful.

I've had L&L many times in Cali, so I was excited to see one in TN, near my hotel. Everything we ordered was way too salty other than the fries. Bulgogi fries: fresh, crispy, all the components went well together. Spam masubi: rice to spam ratio was way off (refer to pic), I barely taste any spam or teriyaki sauce. Mixed bbq plate: meat was overly salty, good portion of meat though. The macaroni salad was basically 50% pasta 50% mayo, yuck. Poke bowl: the most disappointing. $11 for basically 7 tiny pieces of unfresh fish (refer to pic), doubt that was even 6oz. The sauce was so salty that I thought it'll out me cardiac arrest. The whole bowl was a throw away.

I'm from Oahu and I haven't visited home in 2 years. After watching reviews of this place where it looked like other kanaka ran the place I was hoping to run into some of them when I passed through. Just to talk to someone, get a sense of that familiarity. I didn't really get the Aloha hospitality that I was hoping for and it seemed like the workers there were more interested in the sports game playing than what I wanted to order. Food was good but it wasn't the same. I miss home, and this visit didn't quite bring back memories.

Best bbq I have ever had in the US. I am not a fan of the "Southern" style bbq and being in Tennessee it is a little bit hard to find a bbq place that isn't like that. We will definitely come back here, wish we had discovered it sooner! Service was friendly, fast and efficient.

Fayzano’s has incredible pizza! And usually it’s so tasty I almost can’t stop eating. This time, not so much. I ordered the Deluxe and was not a fan. Had 2 slices & in the fridge it went. Not sure if it was the combination or what. It was FRESH, CHEESY, WELL MADE! Just not the TASTY, delectable, taste bud-tantalizing pizza I’m used to. A little on the pricey side “when it’s not so good”. $18.21 for a small pizza.

What a great pizza place! The dining area is small, but the vibes are good! The staff all had a good sense of humor and it felt comfortable. We tried a variety of food, including their lasagna and mozzarella sticks, and everything was delicious. When you first pull up to the restaurant, it doesn't look too promising from the outside but boy it's good!

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Confusion over items on supreme pizza and it was delivered with all the NO items. Called to advise and they took their time to review and discovered a problem with the doordash part of order. Very nice about it all and offered to remake and deliver to our hotel. The new pizza came hot and perfect. 5 stars for that!!!! Thanks. Would recommend!

Just ordered from here for the first time. Delivery was early, and they even called to tell me it was delivered. Like... awesome service! BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple was deeeelish. Also got the jalapeno poppers and ranch, also tasty. Will definitely order from here again.

A good chick-fil-A, overall. Pros: crispy waffle fries, pretty clean, kids play area, 2 lanes for the drive thru, and friendly service (thanks Liam)! Cons: made one sandwich incorrectly (and fixed it), one of the ladies rooms stall latches didn’t work well, I think their sandwiches are getting smaller.

This Chick-fil-A is always top-tier. Mark was so attentive and kind. Beyond this locations, welcoming energy, I have never, and I have been going to this Chick-fil-A for over six years. I have never had my order be wrong…..that says enough.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This location is always packed and for good reason. They have a great staff and they get you through the drive thru pretty quick. I’ve always gotten a well made spicy chicken sandwich from this CFA.

Not sure what’s happened but the well known Chic fil an efficiency is lost here. Drive thru took 25 minutes. No one seems in charge. So while I sit in line I noticed your landscaping needs a lot of attention. You also need to clean the sign on your building. I’m still a fan, but you gotta up your game and represent the brand better.

Apparently it’s a free for all on the door dash shelf! I mean apparently you don’t even have to verify your identity let alone if you’re there to pick up a door dash order. And when your door dasher gets there and sees that your order was taken by someone else. They will refuse to remake your food, and tell the door dasher they have to contact door dash and your order gets canceled. Don’t understand why “your original order left our doors so it’s out of our hands” was an acceptable answer to my calling the location to ask why they couldn’t just remake 4 chicken minis and a frosted lemonade.

My 2nd experience here, this time though my food was fresh out of the kitchen though. Now I understand the buzz about the place! Fantastic, fast, and friendly.

Don’t waste your time. This location is embarrassing and frustrating to go to. Do you want to wait in a line that extends into oncoming traffic? Do you want to be stuck in the drive thru while the staff does nothing and tries to take your order over again when you haven’t moved? Seriously not with the 30mins you will be stuck in the line.

Took 45min for 3 coffees and a sandwich. Hot coffee was ice cold , got a new one was not even filled to the top. Other coffee ordered with vanilla got with caramel. The worker didn’t understand anything and acted really dumb. Never that I will come to this Dunkin again. I will go to Starbucks that’s right across the street

Terrible service. Not busy and I had to wait 15 minutes for vanilla latte which tasted artificial. My old fashioned donut was different from any other one I had at other places. I icing and just a bland cake. Won’t be back

Terrible experience today at this Cool Springs location. Staff person already shut down the hot chocolate machine for the day and it was only 6pm. Store is open until 10pm. He tries to make the hot chocolate by mixing the chocolate with a cup of hot water, which is fine since that's what the machine does. Except...he had no idea how to do it and used only enough cocoa to color the water. After driving several miles away, tasted this horrible drink and had to dump the entire cup out. Nasty taste. This staff person needs training how to make hot cocoa if management is going to allow them to shut down the machine 4 hours before closing. Will never visit this location again. What a disappointing representation of an otherwise seller brand.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before i decided to say “hello?” To which a girl replied “hello?” And then took my order. Told me to come to the window for my total. So i did. I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for them to come to the window and say “what did you want again?” To which i told her again. She said “is that it?” And i said yes. She closes the window again. I’m sat for another 4-5 minutes before i just give up and drive away. I’ve been a manager at a coffee shop for 5 years and have NEVER let my employees take this long. Especially if there’s no one else in line and empty inside. Drive thrus are for people who are in a hurry. I drove across the street to Starbucks instead. I’m not one to complain like this but i was genuinely baffled by the whole interaction.

Cockroach found in the men’s bathroom, overall cleanliness not very good, trash cans over flowing. Manager acted like finding a cockroach in the bathroom was completely normal and said they have exterminators come out every so often when they start showing up. Disgusting you don’t wait for them to show up before calling an exterminator, it’s called prevention. If they are in the bathroom they are probably in the kitchen as well.

By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to with the most unorganized and unfriendly crew I’ve ever seen. Waited 40 minutes for a frozen drink, one person starts fulfilling an order and walks away to start another. Received wrong drink and just kept it instead of waiting. Zero team work, never heard them communicate with each other etc. It’s as if it’s everyone’s very first day working here. No apologies for the wait etc, instead got attitude as if we were the problem.

Cashier got my order wrong. Was rude and seemed put out that she had to correct it. No eye contact and dropped the bag on the counter. No apology, have a nice day. Not a great experience to start the day.

The bathrooms were not working so the dining area was closed. It wasn’t the fault of the employees but it was still a pour experience. The sud standard food was on the employees. The fried rice didn’t have much flavor and the crab rangoon was cold and also flavorless. I believe this will be our last visit to Panda.

Reggie’s half chow mein - 4/5 - grilled chicken bowl / chow mein - 3.5/5 PORTION SIZE- 4/5 Lots of food here. SERVICE- 4/5 It was deep lunch time, had to wait 3-5 min while they made new veggies. They were happy to help though. The whole staff did great. ATMOSPHERE - 3.5/5 I mean. It’s Panda. It was clean and I felt good eating there.

Quick and courteous service, and the foods always hot and tasty. Also very accommodating, I once made a mistake in the location of a pick up order and management contacted the other store and got me squared away in minutes with a new order.

This is a great location. The customer service and employees are always excellent. The store is always clean. It is in a great location for grabbing go lunch in the Cool Springs area. The food is always hot and fresh. If you were in the area and looking for a decent Chinese meal, this is a good place to stop by.

This is/was our favorite Panda. They will often make the dish I like if there is none.(it's not the most popular I guess) Today, the said they didn't have the chicken, but there was similar prepared chicken in another dish.🤷‍♀️ It was 2:30, I "felt" they didn't want to make it. I could be wrong. Oh well, I usually get that & Honey Seasame chicken. The Honey Seasame chicken was over cooked & old. Maybe the Honey Seasame chicken was just old, it definitely was not the quality & caring we've come to expect from this location. I would have complained about the food quality but I honestly felt today, they didn't care. I was so very disappointed & disheartened My husband loved his Fresh Orange Chicken, he was happy, me, not so much. :(

I showed up here and forgot my wallet. No problem have my wife put in a pick up order. I let them know before the order arrived and the name. When they wrapped my order I showed them the order number uber eats gave us and they said the orders numbers dont match. Keep in mind my wife has a very unique name. So I spent 20 mins here showing them screen shots of every page of the uber eats order and the share link to the uber eats page. Contacted uber eats customer service and showed them the screens of that interaction as well. Finally I said to the lady look I told you the order and the name before it came in and she gave me the order at this point uber customer service was calling them. I told them hey they are calling you. She gave me my order and by the time I got to the car uber had canceled the order. So I went back in and gave them the order back and the lady tells me its okay sir you can keep it. I said no thanks. Ironic that they made me sit there for 30 mins showing them everything then when the order was canceled they wanted me to keep the food. Zero common sense won't go to this store ever again.

First time at a waffle house! Ordered egg and sausage over grits. Pretty good food. Staff was outstanding. Super kind and friendly. Nice location in a safe area.

We had a lovely dinner. The omelets here are bonkers perfect. Cheesy egg fluff delight. Hot sauce. Ask for hot sauce. Yummy. Bring money for the jukebox- read the room- you can set the mood for your own dining experience, but others' as well. The jukeboxes have a decent selection- .50 to .75 per play. No complaints. There is mellow blues / oldies / vintage everything. Not just current stuff. Heres a good reason to try to tip good- about every 4rth time I go to waffle house I seem to hear a patron being really rude to an employee for no reason. Start to finish. Why? They are the best!!! They still smile when they ask me if I need anything else. * I would go early in the day if you want to relax and have a nice breakfast. * Go after 9 if you're going for entertainment: people watching only. Great Waffle House location. Heather and Johnny were both fun and made a quick after work trip for food a fun experience. You never know how someone’s day is going, but when you bring positivity and a good attitude, you might just brighten a long, tough one. Food is good... I'm a vegetarian and they have a really good black bean veggie burger. I put the burger on the cranberry salad and it is AWESOME. The staff is always smiling and they don't mind a little small talk. It is a bit pricey for burgers and fries but a nice deviation from the standard fair.

I'm actually VERY surprised by this location's staff's work ethic. We were greeted, had our 5 orders taken, and sat within 2 minutes. Our food came out in about 5. We don't have anymore backyard burgers in my state, so it was a great experience to return to at this location.

We were very disappointed in Backyard Burger. they no longer have a regular turkey burger even showing on their menu. I had to ask if they could still fix one. then when I got it it wasn't hot. it obviously had been sitting somewhere. they also no longer offer waffle fries, they only sell seasoned fries and even they were cold. our entire meal was cold as also we ordered a classic hamburger that wasn't that good either. and when you're paying almost $20 for two burgers and one drink and one fry that's not a good value and especially when you order it at 11:15 and it's served cold. I probably won't be back and I don't recommend them

This place is usually slammed around lunch, so please do your best to have realistic expectations. They do however handle the crowds well and are always apologetic if things are taking longer than usual. I tend to get a burger, but they have various tasty foods. The seasonal items are gems! I wish the drive through was not such a tight squeeze... have gotten caught a couple times by people with over-sized vehicles that take up the entire corner preventing me from driving around the building...

Great location, even with the long drive through lanes, the line moves pretty quickly. Staff are quick to assist, area is clean, and regardless of weather the staff outside are always friendly. The food is consistently great here.

For traveling families: YES they do have a play area for kids (and it's very clean)! Also want to specifically shout out Mark for giving the BEST service and checking in on us! He was so attentive and kind, it made our lunch stop while traveling with kids enjoyable & a relief!

Every time I give this location another chance, I end up disappointed. My sauces were missing, no bell peppers on my salad, and no straws. It’s frustrating to pay full price and get an incomplete order especially when multiple people are handling the food. Please double check orders before handing them out.

It has been a few months since we visited this location and it has gone downhill. The food was the same level of quality but the place was dirty. We were there an hour and not once did anyone come out to clean the tables or floor. Every single table was dirty when we got there and they were even dirtier when we left. Also, the condiments, straws, napkin area was also very dirty. The drink fountain was extremely sticky. There was a period of 15-20 minutes where there were no new customers but the staff just disappeared during that time. There were at least 3 people "working" but not a single one cleaned. ** I tried to get pictures but due to the color of the tables and floor, not all the food particles showed up.

I gave this place a two star because the quality of pizza and ingredients weren't all that. Customer service could've been better. I ordered through the app. They are really stingy on the toppings & when I asked for more chicken they threw cold chicken on top and ask was that okay? Um, no but since I'm on break it'll have to do. Definitely will stick to Brixx or Newk's Pizza.

Good food. Fresh ingredients. Service could be better. Overall ok for a quick outting. Pizza I got was a 14 inch, but was closer to appetizer size. Again, good quality food, just not pizza parlor or artesian. Not baked in a wood fired oven.

Great pie, all of the ingredients had good flavor. The thin crust was firm, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The cheesy bread sticks were great as well. Ahmad was polite, professional and made the pizza to our specification. Great customer service!

My absolute favorite pizza place for now. Either the Franklin or Lebanon road spot are both great. I've only ever gotten the Pan style but I'm sure the other crusts are just as good. Service is quick and pleasant. You make your own pizza from crust, sauce, toppings, etc. I believe it's around 8 bucks and you can have 1 topping or the whole kitten kabotal for no extra cost. Its fresh and hot and I cant recommend them enough. Without a doubt if you like the old pizza pies. Then you must give them a try!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and quick tasty pizzas. What else do you want to know? That my 4yo was thrilled to have her own pizza? Or maybe that the brownie was delicious too? My experience at Pie Five Pizza was pretty good. My first visit, I had to understand the ordering process. Its pretty simple. Choose your crust, go with a themed pizza or create your own. Whats impressive about this place is the turn around time for your pizza. It took maybe 5 minutes for the pizzas to be ready and brought out to the table. The pizzas are pretty big for a personal sized pizza and taste good for how quick they were served. I would recommend this location for a quick bite and a unique place to take friends and family.

The food is always decent. The issues with this location are the cleanliness and the staff. They need someone to clean tables and floors cause it’s always a disaster and no one comes and cleans. Therefore there’s always food and trash all over the tables and floors. The counter staff all seem like they hate being there and they aren’t overly friendly to customers.

Worst chipotle I've ever been too! Almost left the line because the scoops she gave were a joke. Then my chips were all burnt and broken. And they're purposefully playing music that sounds like it's skipping some people will leave faster (it was every song). What a horrible location!!! I'll never be back. Go a anywhere else.

Don’t order online. They can’t read or something because I ordered extra chicken (I’m a growing boy) and they gave me about 6 tiny pieces. It seemed like a joke. I weighed it at home and it came out to 0.8 ounces. That’s less than one spoonful. I think the standard serving of chicken is two spoons.

This location is a disaster. Staff is lazy and rude. They don’t help, they don’t clean and they are on their phones. The restaurant is a MESS. Gross. Not a single table is cleaned or even usable. Floor is covered in trash and food. Ice machine needs to be wiped down. The burrito bar food area is gross and needs to be refreshed. And the food isn’t cooked correctly here. Good luck.

This is the second time I have been to this location. First time was a terrible experience with stale food, and extremely rude staff. Emailed the GM. Decided to try it again after a few months, to see if they improved their practices. They have not, unfortunately. The staff is still rude and dismissive, food is stale (chips), and it’s dirty. There is a location on Carothers that is MUCH better, and the staff is always kind and helpful!

Food was good. Good portions. However I was there for about 45 minutes eating with my family and people came and went and no one came out and wiped down any tables. The tables were filthy

Afraid we haven't had good experiences here. Staff don't listen to questions, instead put the wrong items on. The flavor is monotone and bland, slightly salty. The restaurant always has dirty tables and a sticky, wet drink bar.

Took my grandchildren to McDonalds this am. Have not been in a few years. Was disappointed beyond words. Everything is self serve. A child’s pancakes (3 small pancakes, no meat) was $5.50. Came with one syrup. Asked for 1 more syrup - but they will only “sell” you more for a minimum of $1.50 for 4 containers. So we had to pay for $1.50 for 4, used 1. Threw the other 3 away. Self serve machine would not take payment so had to go wait at the counter (waited a while as the staff stood in the back doing text messages on their phones). Then someone came to the counter, they re-entered the order on their machine that I had just spent 6-8 minutes at a kiosk doing so that I could pay. The most dysfunctional place I’ve ever visited. Never going back. Ever!

Got filet o fish. Dropped 2/3 of ingredients, cheese AND tartar sauce. Asked for lettuce. Charged .25. Ok, unfair but doable. Asked med, they changed to large drink & also upcharged for that. Had med fry, lg drink ( on receipt) told them i don't order lg. On dialysis & can on have 32 oz of liquid a day. I don't orfer larges. Also paid cash so they aren't charged card fee.This location is a repeat bad experience. There's another location just up road. Skip this one.

I can't do that drive through every morning at the same time to get coffee. And the lady complains at the window that she's the only one working there won't put in the cream or sugar in my coffee and half of the time won't answer the speaker so I can even make a order. It's not just some of the time. It's every day just about they don't want to work. They need to go find another job if you work at McDonald's. People's gonna come through the drive. Then it's not their fault and they don't have enough workers. Or they only got one woman working there.

Went to this McDonald’s, I had to use the bathroom. When I got ready to exit the bathroom. I opened the door and this long metal piece hook to the door on the inside literally slice into my skin and slice half my toenail off! I am so angry because now my toe is messed up! When people go to open a door by the handle there should not be a long metal piece hook to the door where it can cause harm especially that low to the ground! And I had sandals on. When people Exit a bathroom they usually just grab the door handle and exit. When I asked the women did they have any bandages they told me No. but I asked the man that was on duty and he actually helped and assisted me and brought me bandaids and more. The women did not help at all.

Do not come to this McDonalds. I was casually sitting down with my feet on the table not aware I wasn’t supposed to have them on there(which is my fault) and the manager came up to me aggressively and told me to get out with a mad tone and didn’t allow me to apologize. I had such a bad a experience with the manager

Been here a couple times. Food is chain quality when they have it. Last trip had a disappointed child when their ice cream machine was broken for a sundae, yet was working for milkshakes. Play area was open for the children. Restaurant was relatively clean. Staff was a little confused about scanning for rewards on the phone.

McDonald's coffee used to be my goto. Now its just hot brown water. No flavor @ all.

This is the worst Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. My fries taste old and stale and were just microwaved. My order/chicken is always cold and they have to remake it every single time. I’m done with this location forever.

A sad excuse for a Zaxby’s. We’ve been to several and this one is the worst by far! Employee seemed confused when taking our order, I didn’t receive buffalo sauce on my salad with buffalo glazed chicken. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My husband received a spoonful of coleslaw for his side..pictured below before he ate any of it.

MY EXPERIENCE…Went in there today(09/14/2025) and ordered at 5:58pm for take out. I didn’t get my order until 6:27pm. I waited 29 minutes for a takeout order. There was 4 people that came in after me and ordered to dine in and they got their food within a few minutes. A mother, daughter and son came in, ordered and got their food to go as well. To make it worse, I ordered a 4 piece tender meal, extra fries(since I didn’t want Cole slaw and an extra order of fries on the side as another order. I get my food, they only put 3 tenders in the box, no extra fries, spice I didn’t want Cole slaw and did t even put my extra order of fries in the bag. So I had to wait extra for them to fix my order. Then when they got the food right, they didn’t even put no condiments in my bag. No ranch or sax sauce that I specifically asked for. I’ll never eat there again. Darn near 30 minute for a takeout order is insane

Zaxby's is a staple if you want chicken. I got a signature chicken sandwich combo today. The chicken was juicy and crispy. Pickles add a nice touch to it. The fries are seasoned just right and were fresh. Not too salty. I ate this meal quick. The drive thru was quick and the staff prompt and polite. Prices are above average but the quality is worth it. We'll be back again.

Got a 4 piece tenders meal. Fries weren't even remotely crispy and the chicken was overcooked. Also, our bread was hard and none of the food was warm. Service was nice, remade our meal no questions asked.

Zaxby’s won’t care about my review because the other reviews for this location are equally atrocious. Mine is just another drop in the bucket. Dirty tables and trash everywhere? A 30-minute wait just to make three chicken fingers? Flat soft drinks? Come on, Zaxby’s. You’ve got to do better than this!

My husband and I were traveling through Nashville on our way home from a trip. Usually we love Zaxby's but this time we had terrible service. My Kickin' Chicken Sandwich came with no buffalo sauce on it at all, just the white sauce. I didn't even get an apology when I went up and pointed it out to the person behind the counter. She only gave me one small container of sauce. Then when I asked for two more she only gave me one and told me that they usually charge for extra sauce. They made the mistake, I shouldn't have to pay for it! Also my plate with fries sat in the window for a while before my sandwich was prepared so by the time I got my plate, they were cold. These people must have been the b team because they don't know how to correct a mistake while making the customer happy. My husband's salad was good and he was happy with it. The bathrooms and dining area were clean so there's another positive thing.

I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich WITH AMERICAN CHEESE and instead I got my sandwich with pepper jack cheese, although on my receipt it clearly states that I want my sandwich with American cheese. Not only that, my fries felt like they weren’t cooked all the way and soggy. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable coming from CFA.

I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!

If your on lunch AVOID AT ALL COST! The old staff was excellent when placing my mobile order my food was ready by the time I arrived sometimes almost immediately but 90% of them are gone now. Expect 20-30 min waits when ordering from this location.

Got to the mall as soon as it opened so there was no wait for food. The grilled chicken sandwich is really good.

Omg i was so impressed at how organized & fast they were. I had just finished my order and payed & my bag was already ready at the pick-up area. Its inside the food court at the mall so it was crowded but they do a great job at taking care of everyone fast and the best service. In my opinion, the “ director “ at this location was very rude. Took the time to call their corporate complaint number and no one ever got back to me regarding this issue. As I see it, this speaks volumes.

While this isn’t going to replace your favorite Italian pizza make no mistake this pizza is good. And the customer service is very good. I would say the pizza tastes in the realm of dominoes pizza and Pizza Hut. I don’t mean that in a negative way. I would eat here before I eat in those others I mentioned anytime. I’m just pointing out what to expect.

I may have had their pizza in the past but didn't think much of it. My husband brought home some that his work provided a couple of weeks ago and it was SO good. I've been ordering from them ever since. The crust is awesome, generous in their toppings. The only thing I don't like is their website. I've had trouble ordering online every time. Yesterday I had to call the store to place the order, which actually turned out better because the worker gave me a coupon. He was polite and helpful!

We ordered Smashed Burgers and onion rings. Food was good, but I wouldn’t call that burger a “Smash Burger.” It tasted just like a single and didn’t have any crispy edges at all. Disappointing, but still a nice place to get a quick bite.

Ordered a Blast through the app. Picked up in stall. Typically come by every Saturday night. Hasn't been a problem until tonight. Blast was mostly nothing but ice cream, and that wasn't even to the top. I took it back to the door and stated I wanted my money back. No apologies. Wouldn't even look me in the eye. Nothing but attitude. In spite of me clearly stating I wanted my money back, they take it back inside and start doing something with it at the machine. I guess they were going to add more toppings, but after that interaction, there was no way I was going to trust anything coming out of that kitchen, so I left. I will get a refund, including my $2 tip that was a complete waste, either through corporate or via a chargeback. I will not be back here.

This store is terrible, son got a hot dog from here and got food poisoning from this place. Let’s not forget how slow they are, even when placing an order 30 minutes before arrival and when getting her the food still wasn’t ready. Y’all need to do better.

I had a horrible experience at the Sonic on Murfreesboro Rd in Franklin, TN, on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025. I ordered a cup of hot water to mix with my latte powder from home—something I was willing to pay for, though the waitress didn’t charge me. However, when I took a sip, I was shocked to find the water wasn’t just hot—it was scalding to the point of burning my lips, tongue, and the roof of my mouth. The pain was immediate and intense, leaving me in tears, and four days later, my mouth is still sore. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty (a man in all black with blondish-brown hair), but instead of showing any concern or apologizing, he dismissively said, “Well, you did ask for hot water.” I explained that the water was dangerously hot—far beyond what is safe for consumption—and that the thermostat should be adjustable. Afterward, I wondered if he had taken the water from the tap instead of the coffee machine. Still in pain on Sunday, I returned to speak with the Assistant Manager, Maria, hoping for some resolution, but she had no idea how to handle the situation and simply shrugged, saying, “I don’t know.” As a loyal Sonic customer—especially for drinks—this experience was beyond disappointing. Customer safety should be a priority, and serving water at a temperature capable of causing serious burns is unacceptable. The lack of accountability from management only made things worse. Until they take this issue seriously, I won’t be returning.

Quick and great place for slushies. Love the oreo peanut butter master shake. Made perfectly and happy hour made it cheap!

I stopped by late on Saturday night and they wouldn’t serve me even though they admitted that they were still open. The lady on the drive through gave the excuse that it took an hour to clean up. Wasn’t that what they signed up for? Shouldn’t they serve food until close? I was surprised well not really considering the employment situation we have now in this country. But I really wanted a Wendy burger .

We had a pretty simple order… We ordered with employee for dine in, employee put everything right on the receipt but while taking the order kept getting distracted… it looked like they had enough people working the shift , it was a not busy during whole duration of our stay, yes some customers but as someone who worked in the industry IT WAS NOT EVEN a bit busy it was probably 5 customers in total if lucky 7…my folks ordered two Dave’s combo meals, plus a baked potato , and I jsut ordered tenders on a separate order …. They were not calling out the number or name and there was only the two burgers and one fry sitting in the counter for a good 10-15 minutes before they decided to add the other fry and got upset my dad got up right away to grab it because the entrees and one of the fry was already cold enough… then I waited about 10 more minutes after I saw a potato I ordered get given to another customer , and then I came up and asked and she tried to give me one that I didn’t order, and then went to grab tenders and said it’ll be a sec , so I just took the tenders cause I was starving … we waited about 15 more minutes and my dad got up to ask what was taking so long and she said jsut a few more minutes , 10 minutes goes by and they finally bring me my potato…I did not get a simple sorry for the wait , or anything … I should have asked for a refund , because that’s just not right … but I was trying to be patient, I am not typically the one the give bad reviews but I miss old Wendy’s , the people who are working now do NOT want to work so why try ?

It has been awhile since my last visit. Actually long enough I didn’t know Wendy’s was open since 7 AM. It used to be 10 or 10:30 if I remember correctly. Well great. I was prompted within a minute (I was probably first customer this morning) after ordering I was informed they will bring food to me when it is ready and they did. Food was great so was dining area. Definitely step up since my last visit. Outside of the store is also kept very nice and clean. Enjoy!

Had a craving for a jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Pulled up to the drive thru, no service. Tried again, nothing. Went inside, 15 min for food. Got home to eat and the fries were cold. Even allowing for travel time, cold. Not warm. Honestly though, I could see that they are struggling. They need people to work so that it's fast food, not just - food. It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. The food was good aside from fries and I am full. And side note, whomever did the landscaping there, wow. Always immaculant work. Best outside of any Wendy's I've ever seen.

I’ve been here a number of times through the years and I would get my order wrong. The food is ok. The driver thru service needs some help even with the AI. The atmosphere is ok and it has been updated. The service is still slow at certain points during the time of day. I’m glad that they have Coke products now instead of keeping the Pepsi products. The location is not a good spot and it can be hit or miss of getting into the parking lot.

Fries and potatoes cakes were cold. Beef and cheddar warm. Service was a little slow. Dining room seemed pretty clean though. Staff was very friendly.

I ordered a double beef and cheddar it barely had any cheese sauce on it and same for the other sauce, it was basicly a roast beef sandwitch on an onion roll. Thinking back sjould have taken pic to show how little the sauces were.

Got a buffalo chicken sandwich meal for lunch. I forgot to take a picture of it. It was well made and delicious though. The drive through was not too slow and we ordered a lot of food too. I had a routine experience today and will likely go back again. I will say that while this store can sometimes be slow, everything is always super fresh. Anything like fries or cheese sticks are always hot out of the fryer. Worth the wait.

Third time is generally a charm? Not here, I got lettuce/tomatoes added again, this time I took photos, and the premium strawberry lemonade is full of ice, asked for no ice, young man loudly stated, no! We csnt modify the recipe...you get four sips and its all gone, nothing but ice and fragments of strawberries at the bottom. Cant truth inflation hacks. Ask for extra lettuce and got 6 strings for .50. the bread was not soft and the roast beef was not hot at all, the window cashier was also the sandwich maker, not sanitary at all.

The service here was incredibly slow. We waited a long time in the drive through after we paid and they did forget part of our order but it wasn't a headache to get it fixed at least. We went around noon on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. The food was great though!

Be sure to pay attention to the menu prices going through the drive thru, because you might end up paying more at the pickup window. I ordered 2 Big Chicken sandwiches that was priced at 4.99 (the price mattered since I was buying 2). But I didn't get the total until I got to the pickup window. The total price was more than what I calculated, so I questioned the price of the sandwich. She, who I believe was the manager, told me to look at my receipt. I told her it said 5.19 and she said "oh well." I told her no, that's false advertisement. That's when she became rude with attitude and asked if I wanted my .35 back? I said no it should be .55 cents. So she rudely gave me .55 cent, slammed the window shut while saying something smart, and walked off. So be sure to pay attention to the prices!

Poorly managed Hardee’s. Staff could care less about doing a good job or acting like they care or want to be there. Order was wrong. Cleaning is clearly not on their to do list. Floors all over the restaurant were so sticky. Save your time and get something else to eat.

I love Hardee's. You can't beat their biscuits. But this location is notoriously slow and, seemingly, under-staffed. The folks that do work there are really nice though! I'd like to give it higher marks, but there have just been too many long waits for breakfast. :(

Placed and paid for a large order to be picked up the next morning and we were depending on them to follow through. My husband arrived to pick up the biscuits and they were not made. He was late delivering them. This is the third time we’ve had a problem with a large order. We will not be back.

I had a great experience at this location. I never go to Hardee's, but came for the Ryan toy kids meal. Anna was extremely helpful in giving me suggestions as to what to order and giving me information about the current specials.

I frequent Dunkin everyday in Murfreesboro and order the same sandwich and drink. However this has been my third time experiencing poor food and service at this location. This sandwich is an example of their food quality. A sandwich like this should have never made it to a customer. Each experience coming here has gotten worse. Dunkin on Carothers is definitely the best in Franklin in comparison. Thanks but No Thanks.

The young man working the register could only comprehend one item at a time, we had to repeat ourselves 4 times for a large coffee, egg bites and avocado toast. The avocado toast on the menu states that it’s avocado toast with bacon got the avocado toast asked where is the bacon she stated we only put bacon on it if you ask for it and then she argued with us. It clearly says on the menu avocado toast with bacon. And the manager stood and watched everybody was like zombies working there.. terrible terrible service and this was at 11 o’clock in the morning.

We stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for some coffee and donuts. They have a nice little sitting area to enjoy your purchases.

Worst customer service ever. I got there before they closed and they decided to close early and literally closed ul register before the time. Awful. Why have a close time if you do not follow it? I left and drovw down the road and it was still not their closing time. They easiky could have chosen good customer service...but they didn't.

Been coming here for years. They always do a good job. I usually get the veggie on wheat with everything (yes, literally all the freebies. All. Of. Them) and you have to repeat it several times to convince them to do it but it’s delicious. Apparently they get nervous about it because some people say “everything” and then get mad when the staff actually follows instructions and does it. Not me. I love it. Two things for other customers: 1) If you order “all the freebies”, you only have yourself to blame if you don’t like it. 2) Stop ruining it for the rest of us who genuinely like a taste nukes of freebies on our veggie platform, you pablum-slurping Philistines. Jimmy Johns rules.

I moved to CA from WA and there are no Jimmy Johns. So while I was visiting family in TN I got to go to a Jimmy John's! Ordered my #12, service was fast, took it home and there was no avocado spread!! Only mayonnaise. I was so disappointed! My first Jimmy John's in two years and no avocado. 😕 That's why only a three star review on my food.

Update: Two years after leaving a 5 star review below, I felt compelled to write another review and change my rating. This week, I received a wrap that should have NEVER been delivered to me. As soon as I opened it, I could not believe my eyes! Instead of a round rolled wrap, I saw a pile of mess that was flat as a pancake. The tortilla was torn into many pieces and somehow folded up with a pile of meat and cheese. There was hardly any lettuce, tomato and onion. How to eat it? I tried to hold it, but there was so much Ranch dressing that it was literally all over my hands. The contents were NOT inside a wrap. So, I ended up eating half of it like a piece of pizza. I threw the other half away. There was NO EXCUSE for this! Whoever made it should be fired. The problem with this location is consistency, training, supervision and bad hires. You never know what you are going to get. I boycott it for awhile and then see a promotion for new items and give it another try...and everything is great...until it's not. I tried several times to reach Rocky, the owner, and even left my number. I never heard from him. DO BETTER! It will be a LONG time before I return...if ever. Review from TWO YEARS AGO: This is one of our favorite restaurants in Cool Springs. We have been eating here regularly for the last 15 years and I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed. Their bread is delicious and they use only the freshest ingredients to make their sandwiches. Their delivery service is unbelievable...almost always delivered in 30 minutes or less. The management of this location is top notch....which is more than I can say for most restaurants in this area. If you want to eat at a clean restaurant with delicious food and fast delivery...this is the place for you!

Had a mix up with doordash that the store was more then willing to help make up for efficiency and was able to endorse their own app which ill be using next time.

Whoever manages the shift Sunday afternoons should recheck their team. 7 young people making sandwiches at a pace unlike any I have never seen. Slow beyond belief. At one point, I thought they were all moving in slow motion on purpose. It's like they were practicing tai chi with sandwiches. On our way in, a lady on her way out just said to us...nothing freaky fast about that place. Now we know what she was talking about. I mean, holy cow, I couldn't even get mad. I just had to laugh because it looked so completely intentional. And they still got our order wrong.

Just had to leave a review. We had this Taco Bell today 6/19/25 at 7:20pm and both agreed this was the best Taco Bell food we’ve had like ever. It reminded us of how it used to taste when we were kids. Everything was packed without having to click “extra”. Great experience and nice crew. Thanks Taco Bell for the nostalgia & hot food! 🔔

Late lunch. Ate nachos grande and bean burrito. The refried beans were good and hot. It melts the cheese and makes it that much better.

This location is my FAVORITE Taco Bell and the BEST one in the Nashville area for sure! The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the Management (Melissa) is super friendly and welcoming. And she makes great food recommendations with new products! I eat out a lot, and I have never had a bad experience at this location. 10/10!

I generally have no complaints with this Taco Bell but tonight I was pretty disappointed. I did a mobile order and picked up in the drive thru and checked to make sure there was no cheese for my dietary restriction. I had also added black beans to my tacos, but when I got home I realized they had substituted the beef for the beans. This wouldn’t have been so bad if the beans were seasoned at all, but unfortunately I paid extra for the blandest taco I have ever eaten. I didn’t even get any sauce either since the taco meat is normally enough… pretty bummed and now I’m still craving a taco that tastes like a taco.

Overall food was what you would expect from your standard Taco Bell, however things of my order had nacho cheese and it was obvious by the first taste of the cheese it was going bad. Totally had the blue cheese funk taste. I didn't know processed cheese could do that. I tried calling the location 3 times to.let them know but nobody answered.

I've been to this location before and they have messed up before but today was different. Typically they are fast to fix things. So here is my experience. Went through the drive thru for some take out, order was messed up. Asked for a deluxe grilled cheese burrito cravings box and the grilled cheese burrito was missing. Went inside to get it and had to wait for 20 min. I did get it and some extra cinnamon twists. But this is a pattern. Not a bad day. They were slammed and I get that. But as you will see in my pics, I had no box. The contents were tossed in a bag. Not a box. To me, this location needs to get organized for high volume times and just follow process. The staff are polite and there is still value in the food, but that isn't the point. I chose fast food tonight because it was supposed to be good and quick. Today it was just good. I probably won't come back to this location but I will prefer to go to other Taco Bells. Good people, good food, bad process. It only takes one negative to unbalance that equation.

I ordered on the app. Very easy process. I love the app! Everything was right, besides missing all sauces as well as the cheese sauce for the fries. Nothing was hot (waited in line for a while). When I got to the window, the guy with dreads threw a bag at me and said nothing and shut the window. It was confusing. I had to sit there to make sure the order given me had my name on the bag. I get it there are “off” nights, but that guy had ZERO WORDS and no personality. Please learn from this and do better.

I had an issue with the online order in the app when I tried to call the store the number given in the app and on Google both rang and then came up saying call cannot be completed. I called the store 15 times to try to get the order fixed, nobody answered and now my money is just wasted, cause I can’t pick up food from a restaurant that’s an hour and a half away from where I live. I understand that it was probably my fault for putting the wrong restaurant location in, but if you’re gonna be a place of business, at least pick up the phone or have a number that works listed on your Google listing or in the app. I just wanted to be able to call somebody so I can cancel the order instead of wasting my money. I would have gladly spent it at the location by my house, because I still needed pizza. Thanks for not picking up.

Really amazing Store! When I placed order online, I wanted to change the toppings which I couldn't do online. I rushed to the store and I requested if I can do that. Ben, in reception, a very friendly and fantastic person, caring for customer, said that of course he can do without any charges and problem. Specifically when I asked to replace Pepperoni with other vegetables, he said he can also do the clean-cut which means pizza cutter used to cut Beef or Pepperoni pizza won't be used to cut my pizza, which I didn't know before. This was fantastic. The way Ben was interacting me was very pleasing and feel like someone cares for customers request. Not only as customer, Ben was super friendly! Technology used in the store was amazing! You can just order online and pick up from the hot shelve yourself fresh and hot. Thanks Ben!

Little Caesars has good food. Often it is fresh cooked. The help are young and do not care, most of the time they are fine when just picking up food.

Dropping this down to one star as the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. A family member came here recently and asked that they ensure the pizza was cut all the way through. The staff said they did. It wasn’t. I came here for classic pepperoni pizzas. The total rang up incorrectly. I asked if the pizza was rung up at $6.79. The staff said yes. I asked for a receipt. They charged me for the EMB pepperoni. The staff then got onto me for not “ordering correctly.” Food is mediocre, but that is expected for the price of the pizza. It's usually a good place to hit up for party pizza or a quick dinner when you don't want to cook and spend a fortune.

Daughter ordered pizza was wrong ordered more than 1 and sent 1 feed 6 kids.no money return.very bad hospitality that town so awesome doesn't need .still no money or pizza

They brought the pretzel crust back😭this was so damn good, the new recipe on the pizza dough is so good.

Was trying to get lunch with my boyfriend. Lady on the speaker caught a horrible attitude while he tried to order. I tried stepping in and correcting the mistakes on what we had ordered so far (I thought maybe she couldn’t understand his accent) only to be ignored and met with more attitude “Okay yeah but what was the drink”. We decided to just leave after this without finishing the order since it seemed to be such a big inconvenience to her. This was my first (and last) time I have been to this Sonic and what a disappointment it was. I’ve worked in food all my life and get that it’s frustrating sometimes, honestly I hate even writing this because I get the struggle.. but part of working in customer service is providing said service to customers. If it’s such a chore for you then you should find a new career path.

Made a quick stop at Sonic for a banana milk shake. Delicious and good price for it. No issues with parking. A shout to Jennifer for being prompt and professional. She was working hard tonight. I like the menu changes too. They have a progress bar on the menu to keep you updated on the status of your order. I plan on coming back in the future.

Honestly just so disappointed. I don’t generally have high hopes for fast food joints but this was dismal. Waited over an hour for food. Had 3 young kids in the car so I said… whatever I will just go get a refund. No big deal. Took an additional 30 minutes to get a refund and still didn’t get a reciept or confirmation from the manager at any time that it was done. I just said whatever and left. Hopefully it goes through, but I am doubtful.

I’m a big Sonic fan! It’s not very often that I find a Sonic that does it as well as this one did for me tonight. My food was fresh and hot. The server was very nice and made sure I was good before she walked away. Thank you to this Sonic for giving me hope that all Sonic’s can actually do a great job.

I stopped in from traveling and there was no way I was going to order. The drive through was packed as well as all of the parking spots to order was taken. I didn't even order knowing it would take forever to get anything. This place is way to packed to service this amount of people. They need to do something about the amount of people. I never seen a sonic so packed in my life. I am not even sure if its worth to come through again seeing how it was.

I sat in an empty drive thru at this location for 10 minutes waiting for a large sprite. Maybe I need to question myself as to why I even sat there that long

I had taken a break from all fast food, but decided to start grabbing a drink as a treat. This is the third time in just a week and a half that they have incorrectly made my drink. I thought maybe it was better honored through the ap, so it's clear what I'm ordering (one time they heard strawberry instead of cranberry, my mistake i didn't catch it on the screen). But it hasn't helped. Are they just too overwhemed? Is it a system issue? Is it lack of care? Is it bag management and employee training? Who knows, but it's super disappointing.

the employees are great but how come we are in the richest county in tn and don’t have tap to pay and there is always a screen or 2 down. it seems like the owner should invest into his business a bit more in my opinion. could also use a monthly pressure wash but it’s not that bad at all

Ordered 4 slushies, got 3. Placed a second order to get the 4th. The staff are polite and fast but the kitchen may need some additional training to take the entire order. The building outside is clean and maintained. Aside from our order being incomplete, it was a routine experience. But I recommend checking your order fur accuracy.

Hit the drive-thru at Sonic and everything was on point. Good food, good service, no complaints at all. Quick and easy—just how it should be.

Food is great so many options! Their sushi’s are recommended! The service is great and the wait is up to 10 min at the most!

Make sure you have EXACT change. This place is notorious for taking your money and never giving back your change. Grew up here and its always been like this.

This evening just before 7pm, I entered Jersey Mike's for the first time at this location. The one in Bellevue and on Mallory Lane have always been amazing which is why I am writing this review. I tried this location because I live across the street. I knew the sandwich would be a disaster once the employee found a random (Reg) half white bread in the discard pile. If I am paying $12 (+tip) for a Reg sandwich, I would expect better quality.. Pictures of what I received... The bread was so stale, it crumbled when I bit into it.. The bacon was clearly left over because there were many little hard pieces placed on the sandwich. Definitely Disappointing

I normally prefer Jimmy John’s, but decided to get Jersey Mikes today since they were donating 100% of sales to charity. I placed an online order which was ready quickly and had no trouble picking it up. However, I was not impressed with the sandwich which was disappointing since it was more expensive than Jimmy John’s. The bread was different from what I normally see from Jersey Mikes. It was flakey and dense, possibly proofed wrong or under baked as it smelled unusually yeasty. Along with the messy ingredients (including a tomato that didn’t make it on the sandwich) and soggy bottom, the sandwich was kind of unappetizing. Although, I will say that they were generous with the ingredients, especially the meat. I really do wish I liked their food better, especially since this store is in such a convenient location for me.

The store manager is an absolute joke. I frequently eat at JMS but this is the second time I’ve had to deal with her sour, unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Grow up and learn how to treat people. This was the A.M. manager.
