Haven Seaview Holiday Park

Outstanding Service and a Fantastic Stay at Haven Seaview, Weymouth! We have just returned home from a truly wonderful week at Haven Seaview park in Weymouth, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Travelling as a large group—10 adults and 2 children under two, split across two caravans (Seaview 145 and 149)—we needed efficiency and excellent facilities, and Seaview delivered on all fronts. This was a superb holiday experience, made especially memorable by the exceptional dedication of the park staff. Accommodation and Amenities We stayed in Silver caravans, which were spotlessly clean and very well presented. We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the communal area—the lounge, kitchen, and dining area provided plenty of room for our large group to relax and socialize comfortably. The park’s location is great, offering easy access to the surrounding area. Throughout our week, we found there was plenty of entertainment and activities available to keep everyone busy, from our youngest members to the adults. The Heart of the Holiday: World-Class Staff While the park itself is lovely, what truly elevated this holiday from good to exceptional was the team. We want to give special mention to ALL of the staff members we encountered and spoke to, including those at reception, the swimming pool, entertainment, and the shop workers. They were universally amazing, very helpful, and happy. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our entire stay. Special Recognition: Outstanding Individual Service Two staff members demonstrated phenomenal customer service skills that deserve specific commendation and highlight the high standards Haven Seaview maintains: 1. Mason (Restaurant Team) Mason’s service in the restaurant was nothing short of brilliant. He was absolutely amazing, courteous, and polite, but what truly stood out was his genuine interest in customers. On the day of my birthday, he wished me well, but his follow-up a few days later was the perfect example of customer service at its finest: when I was ordering breakfast, he remembered the occasion and asked if I had enjoyed my birthday. This thoughtfulness and attention to detail made a real impression, and we found his consistent effort outstanding. 2. Sam (Bar Staff) Our compliments also go to Sam from the bar staff. Sam was always so chirpy and ensured that nothing was ever too much trouble. He consistently provided outstanding service, handling orders efficiently and always with a positive attitude. As an added bonus, he is a brilliant cocktail maker! Haven should be immensely proud to have both Mason in the restaurant and Sam in the bar as members of staff. Their dedication to ensuring guests are happy is evident and makes a huge difference to the holiday experience. Final Verdict From spacious accommodation and great location to excellent activities, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week. We highly recommend staying at Haven Seaview—especially for large groups—and commend the entire team for running such a helpful and happy park. We will certainly be looking forward to returning!
