One of the best breakfasts I've had. The Bacon and Hash Browns were delicious. Would also recommended the Cheese and Mozzarella Pannini. Very good customer service but It took a while to be served and we had to request sauces. A nice spot for lunch in Weymouth

I thoroughly enjoy dining here. The food is exceptional, with the hummus being the best I have ever tasted. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff are consistently friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making for a delightful experience overall.

An outstanding team when we visited, they couldn't help me and my partner enough from explaining all of the food allergies and what we could and couldn't have. They really took their time with us to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. Could not recommend it enough.

Delicious food with the kitchen happy to make the changes I asked for. The staff were so polite, friendly, and accommodating, especially as I was on my own with my baby. They were really helpful and welcoming, and the coffee was just the perfect pick-me-up I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Portion sizes were unbelievably small. No value for money at all. The terminology is shrinkflation - keep the prices where they are and drop the portion sizes of everything. We were in a group of 10 and no-one was satisfied with our dishes. We went to McDonalds afterwards for chips and puddings! The restaurant has games to play and the ambiance is really quirky. Such a shame this review is bad for a very cool restaurant.

Great welcome. Mums in a electric wheelchair. Front of house manageress said give me 5 minutes. A table was joined together. Music was loud, asked for it to be turned down on speaker close to us as it was affecting mums hearing aids etc. All done with politeness & respect. Food was hot & delicious. My steak cooked perfectly. Only fault was spicy Korean burger was not spicy (everyone has different tolerance to spice). Thank you to all the staff.

Food awful, burgers drier than Ghandis flip flops and just as tough, burnt macaroni balls, soggy mushrooms, burger buns cracked under finger pressure. Ordered passion fruit martinis, brought to table but no prosecco. When queried they'd run out but couldn't inform us that while ordering so £13:00 for 2 half cocktails made with concentrate. Blue lagoon advertised with sugar free lemonade....don't have any!!! At this point we mentioned how rubbish the food was and were told by the manager that things had indeed gone wrong but they were tired after a busy weekend!! No point any apology offered. Lewis, the Scottish server, was the one shining light in that place and was very sympathetic. We were going for breakfast as staying at the Premier, but quickly decided against it. Luckily for us there is an amazing cafe "The Weymouth Bay Coffee Co" which is inbetween the hotel and the sea life centre. Amazing service and the best breakfast had in some time!

Worst food I've ever had at a brewers fayre chef must be on YTS as can't cook a steak medium or cook sausages absolutely vile wouldn't feed the food to a dog when I complained 1 sausage and another over cooked steak was brought out which i had to drown in pepper corn sauce to actually swallow. Only bonus the floor staff were helpful pity the chef couldn't cook a total waste of £22 for my meal DONT order mixed grills they're uneatable

Shockingly poor. Low quality food which took >45 minutes to arrive. This image is what claims to be Chicken Katsu Curry. It was nothing more than boiled rice with chicken dippers, splashed with curry sauce.. £13! The kids pizza resembled something pre-made from Aldi. To top the experience off, we had to pay £4.50 for the children to use the soft play area.. which was a new concept. Safe to say we’ll not be back. Hopefully this performance won’t be sustainable for much longer which will force them to improve, or close.

Well what can I say went in with a fancy for fish and chips. Ordered at bar.pleasant enough. Service with a smile. Haddock and chips came out...and here is the reason I am giving 1 star for service... the waitress actually brought this from the kitchen to the table the FISH BATTER WAS SO OVERCOOKED AND FULL OF OIL. THE MUSHY PEAS WERE AS DRY AS AN ARABS TRAINER. Now she was not blind because she did not fall over anything. Or walk into any tables.......so she must have seen the state of the food and still decided to serve this to a customer. Worst fish and chips I have ever had did not send it back because I have seen what happens to food when a replacement comes out of the kitchen and the chef is not happy at having to do another plate of food. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Stopped here for a quick bite in the evening & had a mixed grill that was ok but a little well done but arrived hot with only a 20 min wait the cost was reasonable.

This is the *smothered* platter at the lodmoor brewers fayre for a birthday meal. What a shocking dissapointment. I dont even see a drip of sauce let alone smothered... when asking the server where the missing sauce was he just didnt care. Responded like I was the most boring person ever and he didnt care about being there. When enquiring about the rest of the tables missing sides and meal items he just dismissed it like we hadn't paid for it all. Then when he finally came out with the missing bits, it wasnt even the right stuff!!! Eventually after telling him I myself have worked in a kitchen and I would expect my staff to be able to read and follow a simple instruction. He shuffled off and finally brought everything over. But his idea of enough sauce for a smothered platter was just a tablespoon worth... Keep your fingers crossed for me and guaranteed food poisoning this weekend.

You can’t beat a Wetherspoons! This one is ideally located near the beachfront, with a huge range of drinks and great-quality food at really reasonable prices. The portions are generous too, which makes it fantastic value. It’s very popular, so getting a table can be tricky and you might have to wait a while — but it’s worth it. Service was great, the staff were friendly, and the food came out incredibly fast, piping hot and freshly cooked. The only downside is the rowdy crowd it can attract later in the evening. We ate early with the kids, which was perfect, but after 8pm it does get quite loud and lively. We’ll definitely be visiting again during our stay.

Great spoons, quick service and easy to order on the app. Great price for feeding the family. 5 mins from the beach and idea being on holiday.

Better of the two 'Spoons' in the town as this one is a little further back from the riverfront so attracts less of a crowd. Not to say that it is empty, far from it, usually busy. There are two levels and the staff will direct you to an available table. Easy to order using the app and the drinks with meals are delivered to the table when all are ready. Prices are below average and the food often better than expected from a budget chain pub. No parking anywhere near but there are plenty of cafe's in the area if driving.

The service is excellent,polite and very quick. Convenient app used for orders. In terms of food quality nothing to complain honestly all fresh and good.

Great Food, Great Value – Highly Recommend! Wetherspoons is a lovely place to dine. We had breakfast there — it was very filling and incredibly affordable, especially with the added bonus of free drink refills. On another visit, we enjoyed coffee and lunch, and again the prices were very reasonable. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. It does get quite busy, so finding a table can be a bit tricky, but it’s definitely worth the wait. There’s also a lift available, which is helpful for anyone who might find stairs difficult. Overall, a fantastic place with great service and great value. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences of my life, went here for some food before we went to the clubs for my best friend's hen party and the place was far too loud for us to hear eachother the table next to us were having a seriously vulgar conversation whilst we were trying to eat our dinner. The food that was brought to us looked okay at first glance but the burger was seriously over cooked and when we tried to return it the staff member was too busy socialising with people at another table I understand the staff are human beings but talking with your friends should wait until after a costumer doesnt need you to take food back to the kitchen and when the food was taken back and returned it looked no different. The chicken I personally ate seemed fine as it was smothered in bbq sauce but it gave me extreme stomach ache to the point I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom back when we were staying and it left me in serious discomfort even now as I am writing this over 24 hours later I have a stomach ache and the drinks that were served here were absolutely awful we had done bottomless brunch that afternoon and they were no where near as tasty as the bottomless brunch cocktails, my best friend ordered a pitcher of a cocktail she had at the bottomless brunch and it tasted nothing like the one we had that afternoon. Will never return to this place again highly recommend staying far away from here as the drinks were just as bad as the food. Paid £50 for three meals and drinks to spend the rest of the night in a toilet and not be able to go out to the clubs with the rest of the hen party.

Often come to this pub when we are visiting Weymouth. The service is excellent, very quick. We always order using the app so it's very easy and convenient. The drink and food choices are very good and the quality of the food is excellent as well. For the price and service this place is hard to beat.

I've hunted far a wide around Weymouth and pretty much tried every cafe. The suttons super breakfast is by far the best I've had anywhere in the country and it's never failed me once. The staff are lovely but there's only one issue. It's not the biggest cafe by size and sometimes tough to get a table.

It's not for me I didn't like the taste , qauilty or price (sorry) my partner wasn't a fan of hers either. It clearly has its place and liked as was busy so don't dismiss it everything is worth a try once we just won't he back It's clean and the staff are nice, some seating outside and toilets available.

A really lovely British cafe circa 1950's. Warm, friendly, with a simple menu of fantastic 'home cooked' foods. Great decor, spotlessly clean, with top-notch service. Highly recommended.

Lovely traditional cafe, actually opens early enough for breakfast (most cafes seem to open at 9 or even 10 in mid-September). Starts getting really busy around 9, so best to go slightly earlier. Service is wonderful, the staff made us feel so welcome we went back the following day. Food was good and substantial, nothing fancy, but good stuff and good prices. Jacket potatoes for breakfast fueled us for a long hike in the sun, and the egg custard tart was wonderful: light and not too sweet!

The English breakfast here is outstanding! Top quality produce, that is absolutely delicious! I also recommend the 'double-shot' coffee, it's amazing! The service is excellent, it runs like a well-oiled machine! You wont find better anywhere, thank you so much!

Had breakfast here other week. Very nice food, decently cooked. Nothing was over or under cooked and prices were alright. Quite nice fried bread and bacon. Only thing was because table and booths are all fixed to the floor, One of tables wasn’t fixed in the right place leaving it a bit of a tight fit on one side of the table, needs addressing. (Second table in from the door on the right) Would return.

Real treasure within Weymouth. Cooked breakfast, snacks. Great cups of tea coffee. Staff friendly.. booths inside. Outside seating also right near to harbour and shops. No frills good food. Eaten the slimmers cooked breakfast. It's no fat and great alternative.

Lovely greasy spoon in the heart of a British seaside town. The staff were lovely, and it was a very enjoyable meal, with decent portion sizes 5 of us had a breakfast here. 2 sat outside with the dog, and 3 inside. It was bank holiday sunday, and less busy than expected

I come here every year and they always exceed my expectations, all the staff are kind and welcoming and the food is always super tasty and well presented. The drinks are always lovely and delicious, especially the milk shakes! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Upstairs Downstairs and they don’t need to make any improvements because it’s just all perfect! I recommend visiting as it’s my fav restaurant/coffee shop!

We enjoyed breakfast so much we went back the next day. We had English breakfast with e tra hash browns, generous portions definitely value for money. They also catered for my decaff cappuccino with oat milk. Staff were polite and helpful.

We came in the Summer to have a ploughman's, and found it so good we came back for another one, on the last day of our holiday! After having stayed overnight in their accommodation, and consumed a delicious breakfast, I can't recommend it enough. The staff have always been friendly, amenable and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. Finally, the view of St Catherine's Chapel was amazing.

We arrived for dinner at 6.30pm and there was no-one else there at all, or staff! However, the owner appeared, and was very welcoming and let us sit wherever we wanted to with our dog. We chose the conservatory, which was quirky and warm, and felt like a private dining room! We both ordered the fish and chips for dinner. It came quickly and was delicious and good value. By the time we left, the pub had filled up. A lovely little pub in a beautiful place.

I've had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After making a reservation, I received scam messages and a fraudulent link — it appeared that either the hotel or Booking.com had been compromised. Naturally, I was concerned that my credit card information may have been hacked. I reached out to the hotel for clarification and assistance, they were also extremely rude when I followed up. Given the lack of support and poor handling of the situation, I felt I had no choice but to cancel the original booking and rebook. This experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. I had reached out to the hotel and have had no response back.

This is a little hidden gem. The rooms are beautiful the food was delicious and the location is amazing and the landlady Tina really is top notch. I cannot recommend this top class spot enough.

This is our second time here! Staff has been very friendly, food was delicious and Guinness was perfect! Scenery from the beer garden is beautiful too.

Stopped for lunch here with the family. The fish and chips my wife had was amazing, the kids meal was good too, although we never received the ice cream we paid for. I ordered a burger and to my big disappointment it was 2 beef patties in a mediocre bun, nothing else in it, no sauce, no cheese no onion let alone some tomatoes or pickle or salad. The best part of the meal was the chips on the side. One of the worst burgers I ever had. Luckily the service, the view and generally the atmosphere made up for it.

This place was great. The staff was absolutely fantastic--so friendly, so helpful, and didn't mind that we were a bit chaotic with two energetic dogs. Great atmosphere inside and out in the garden. The Virgin Mary was particularly tasty.

Great location with an ever changing scenery. We stopped for a quick brew and a snack. Sadly the seagulls spotted the food before it was delivered to the table and they made quick work of 2 full tuna sandwiches. Be warned, cover your food carefully and do not leave even empty plates for those flying monsters

I love this Boat Cafe, I go there often for a coffee, I'm sure I used to get the right coffee a long time ago, but it's already been a few times when I've asked for a Double Espresso, and I get what I call americano(see picture). I've once sent it back and no massive difference comes back. I will still come again for a double espresso and if it will be right, I will change my review. You call yourself a Cafe the coffee should be good.

Lovely place to have a bite to eat on the seafront. A group of 5 of us stopped in for a spot of breakfast and it was lovely. Service was fast, although there was a brief confusion with our order, it was soon sorted out. Will definitely be back on our next visit to this seaside town

A nice and relaxed little corner coffee shop with a calm atmosphere..... My latte was absolutely fine. Also an iced coffee. It was very good so it seems it's a little bit. This and Missy here but I definitely hit the sweet spot with my order.

Here's a c This used to be my favourite spot in Weymouth—the staff were always the friendliest I’d come across, apart from one individual who consistently seemed unhappy and unfit for front-of-house duties. Today confirmed my feelings. I asked for a raspberry croissant—the only vegan-friendly option available—and was refused because it was "too hot." Ironically, I was served scalding hot coffee ... so the logic didn’t quite hold up. I found the attitude rude and unnecessarily dismissive. As a manager, engaging respectfully with customers and maintaining eye contact shouldn’t be a challenge—it should be the baseline. Leadership sets the tone, and unfortunately, this wasn’t it. I won’t be returning. Wishing the rest of the staff all the best.

Love coffee1... but it was a very wet and raining day so a coffee and a shelter out of the rain is very much appreciated with a group of 6 soggy adults and 2 children 😊

If you coming to Weymouth then give this place a shout. Loads better than a Costa or Nero. Coffee is tasty, cakes are delicious and the tea cakes are the size of my daughter's head 😂 Would recommend

I can't believe the size of portions. I put a tomato sauce next to the bacon and egg mcmuffin. It's looks like slider burger size. What a rip-off for £4. The restaurant is clean and lovely design. Pletty of parking for 90 mins.

We visited for breakfast, I think they were short staffed and training. We waited 15 minutes for our food, the majority of people in the restaurant were waiting for food. Not sure if they prioritise the drive through but this is the longest I have ever waited for food at McDs. All the staff were busy and the lady cleaning the tables was very friendly and also rushing round delivering food. With a few more members of staff to I would have given 5 stars, your current staff deserve a bonus for rushing round.

Came for a quick breakfast before going home. My son suddenly became unwell and made a bit of a mess. This was no issue for the staff who were so kind in helping and making sure he was okay - bringing him a cup of water. I said I could clean it up but they had no issue sorting.

Long wait for two milkshakes. Got my self a strawberry but tasted of banana. Not cleaning pipes between drinks. Out of 6 self service tills only 3 working but still no noe willing to open a till.

9 times out of ten something will be wrong with your order from here. We had a long day and were happy to order some food, waited an obscenely long time, and it was incorrect. Only one item was correct. This has happened other times too.

A short walk from the Train Station, town centre and Beach. Quick service when I was there. The site it kept clean, including (male) toilet. The music level is low but hearable. The site has a sofa (leather), which is the first time I've seen one at a McDonald's. Approximately 15 outdoor tables are available. It looks like there's potential to expand this, though I suspect down to local planning and restrictions.

Worst McDonald I have gone too, food and rubbish all over the floor. No one at front door managing the amount of people coming in because of covid, and people walking around with no masks on. Got out food gave us no holder to put our drinks and ice cream in and no napkins. Wouldn't go again

Haven't had McDonald's for a while but it wasn't too bad. I had a chicken sandwich meal (sadly not real chicken) and my granddaughter had a kids burger meal. We asked for a second burger for her but it came with the gherkins and sauce which she doesn't like so had to get her another one. This did mean i could have a creme egg McFlurry which was as good as i remember. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was being continually cleaned. A good experience overall.

Service seemed good until my daughter found a hard piece of rubber in her mouth whilst eating fries,. I informed the Assistant Manager who apologised. He didn't seem bothered about trying to identify what it was or how it ended up in the food. No offer of a refund. Will not visit again.

This McDonald's had friendly, cheerful staff. Unfortunately the food was served cold, even though we ate in with no waiting time. The chip baskets were full of chips waiting to be served going cold 🙁 Disappointed, this place lacks management guidance. Staff stood around talking loudly, when tables were left needing clearing and cleaning.

Quick service. Horrible day so not busy. It can get very packed. No table service although it was advertised. Food was hot too and obviously freshly cooked. I'll be honest, we don't often have a MacDonald's but due to pouring rain and Gale force wind a picnic was out of the question. This made a pleasant change. Oh, and clean, working toilets too.

There is a guy who works here for many years and you cannot fault him. Always friendly and helpful. Even before covid he would clear your table and suggest where to sit. Nice to have such service. On the down side, my last 2 coffees have been a bit cold, I got takeaway so didn't go back. I think the coffee machine may need looking at. But will keep going back as normally good.

It's a McDonald's, if you've never been to one, you haven't missed much... if you have been, then you know they're all much the same 😂.

Disappointing Christmas dinner. Husbands starter was the worst minestrone soup he had ever had. Too thick, masses of garlic. Dinner was hardly warm with hard veg. Alot of money for very poor food. No coffee at end of meal or even an After Eight. For the price we paid this was by far the worst year.

This Is the nicest café in all the south of England. The Owner/Manager is a delight to meet and chat with. The food is made with 'love' as they say and it tastes like it! As does the coffee. Ignore the other places head here and enjoy. ❤️

Great atmosphere and a very friendly proprietor! Dropped in for a coffee while passing and had a great chat with Steve who is full of interesting facts and some good tips. A proper local cafe. Didn't try any but the cakes looked good!

Super friendly, good coffee any way you like. Good array of cakes and pasties.

Really friendly little place. We had amazing pesto and tomato tarts, which when we wanted more he made them fresh as he didn't have more preprepared. My daughter ate all of hers which doesn't usually happen. Really friendly owner who chatted to us and made us feel at home. The apple cake was also delicious. Would definitely return!

Starting the day with coffee and a sandwich from Bellenies Cafe is such a pleasure. The owner very friendly and polite.

What a great little gem this is. As it was Sunday we weren’t expecting anywhere to be open but fortunately for us and our two dogs this place was. We received a warm welcome and Steve continued to make us laugh the whole time we were there. Please don’t go anywhere else in Abbotsbury. He caters for gluten free diets (tray bake sweet treats), vegetarians (pastry savouries including pasties and homily pie and baguettes) and meat eaters (pasties, bacon baguettes etc). Good value too we had a coffee, Diet Coke, cheese and tomato baguette and a gluten free tray bake slice all for £10. Don’t go on a Tuesday as he will be closed so you’ll be disappointed.

beautiful little place with great pizza and cocktails. they offer 2 pizzas second half price, and 2 cocktails for £10. the staff were really nice and the cocktails were pretty good. fresh coffee in the espresso martini was really refreshing. the pizzas were pretty big and we shared 4 between 5 of us nicely. would come back, definitely recommend.

We found this little place quite by accident and this is situated right opposite the sea front and is very peaceful. We ordered coffee and soft drinks only and the lady who served was very pleasant and friendly and attentive There are black coffees and there are black coffees mine was good, it is done in a machine so I assume the beans they got is good There is not much seating inside the place so may get full quick there is also seating outside if one fancies a puff with the coffee They take cash and cards which is brilliant I paid by cash They also do beers so on a hot day by the beach a cold lager won’t go amiss Overall a very lovely place and I would recommend paying a visit and I forgot to mention it is also very cleans

We absolutely love this place. The food, the cocktails, the staff… everything is just 10/10!! We had pizza last night and it was the best!! Couldn’t manage all mine so they kindly gave us a take away box so I could enjoy the rest later at home. Looking forward to coming back!

Found this little place for a spot of lunch. Lovely interior. Staff attentive. Wide variety of sandwiches available including many vegan and vegetarian. I had the hallumi and avacado sourdough and it was very tasty. Prices are good too.

Lovely friendly and popular bar. Pizzas are yummy with thin bases which are perfect. Cocktails are very well balanced and delicious.

An excellent find right on the seafront. Very scenic views of the beach, sea & horizon. Interesting selection of sandwiches and light bites. Great selection of hot beverages, cold drinks & alcohol. All at a very reasonable cost.A very Mediterranean feel to the place. A no rush place to relax.

The food was excellent large portions freshly cooked but the diner is cold not very welcoming. It's a bit odd as it looks like a transport cafe. You help yourself to cutlery and servettes every table has tomato ketchup and brown sauce in a rack with salt and pepper ready for the daytime bacon butty and a mug of tea. Nothing changes for the evening Chinese restaurant. Good takeaway trade, portions are great and prices very reasonable. Strange but highly recommended for a good Chinese meal at a good price. Beers and wine available too.

Located in an industrial park and accessible by a combination of public transport and walking. The meals were decently priced and tasty enough to have a pleasant meal. Quantity of the food was average. I was slightly disappointed with the service. We popped in at lunch time. I believe it was assumed one needed to order food directly from the counter, but no poster or directions mentioned this. One of the staff serving food saw us enter the restaurant, have a seat, and did not bother to tell us about ordering food from the counter. It was only when I walked to them and asked for an item on the menu was when I was told, rudely, that I needed to order from the counter ... which was empty the whole time we were there. I was enthralled by the plants, other greenery, and decorations within the restaurant. It provided a calm environment as we had our meal. The tables were adequately spaced out to avoid overcrowding.

Collected a takeaway this evening. It was excellent. Ordering over the phone was easy and the food was ready real quick. Parking for collection was just outside the door. Lovely clean setting from what I could see. The food was hot and tasty and the portions are good. We were able to choose a complimentary dish from a list of new dishes on the menu and there were free prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Highly recommended and worth a try. Sorry couldn't add a photo as we've eaten it .

Fantastic big breakfast and a cuppa for under a tenner. Piping hot and tasty. So we decided to give the Chinese takeaway a go that evening. Well worth it! Lovely and fresh and very tasty.

It's a nice diner style café, and Chinese for evening time. They do all day breakfast, a lot of cafe classics during the day and deep filled sandwiches/rolls in the afternoon. The menu can be found online. There is a reasonable size car park and has a toilet. There isn't any wheelchair access though with a small step and a door threshold to step over. You can order online for delivery or by phone, with the option to collect. The staff there are great and the diner has a 5 star food rating. Prices are great considering the portions are generous and quality is good. They server the food quickly and they try to keep the food fresh as they can, if you turn up early in the morning you can see them doing food prep, slicing the ham, mixing the roll fillings etc. Great place to eat!

I've got my car booked in at a local mechanic, he suggested here whilst I wait for my car to be finished. I had a BLT without the L, it was huge, i also had 2 nice cuppas during my visit. i would highly recommend, all this for under a tenner. lovely venue. lovely staff, very polite, very clean. I will return in the future, I prefer supporting an independant over a chain any day.

Smells of a Chinese takeaway when you walk it which done nothing for my appetite. I asked additional chips with my £7.50 set breakfast because they dont do chips... she said thats £4. I said 4 pound? What are joke That's more than the cost of half of my breakfast. What joke. The woman looked at me like I was on a different planet. The rown sauce was HP but alas the satellite of the cap was appalling. Little things go along way. Tight people. I wont be going back. 💩

Visited here after a dip in the Sea during the month of Summer. I was feeling rather peckish so I bought a tray of freshly made chips. It was delicious and hot, a bit pricey though given the portion size. Free condiments provided outside on the table. It felt great to sit on the pebbles and munch away watching the ferries in the distance. Amazing view, could do it all day without skipping a beat 😎

Found Top Cat Cafe whilst I was waiting to meet friends at the aquarium. I enjoyed a double espresso that was superb and a sausage bap which was equally tasty. Happy to have stumbled on this little gem.

We went along the sea front in Weymouth today and had a coffee and a tea at the lovely Top Cat Cafe. Lovely staff and unbeatable view. It was very peaceful sitting there sipping tea and coffee while looking out to the sea.

A great little cafe !! The location is amazing, right on the beach with fabulous views. It is a takeaway hut with outside tables and chairs around. We both had a toastie each and shared a hot egg sandwich that had 2 eggs in, all for £13. The food was hot and lovely. Highly Recommended.

The perfect place to stop on a walk along Weymouth seafront, sausage bacon & egg bap was 10/10, the coffee was extremely good and I heard no complaints about the dog ice-cream 🐶🍦

Always a great cup of coffee and very friendly service. Nothing is too much for the staff. I like an Americano with hot milk, its the best coffee I've had in the Weymouth or Dorchester. The price is great too, 3 various coffees for just over £9.00

Ordered 2 soups and nachos. Each soup was £4.50, it tasted like tinned so we asked how it was made and was confirmed to be made in a microwave from a tin. Somewhat misleading as it wasn't mentioned to be Heinz on the menu. Nachos were around £7 and came with 3 tiny portions of dips - which i believe are also store bought - and a small amount of cheese on top. Quite overpriced and disappointing quality of food. Tables were also small but staff were nice.

Was looking for an independent cafe and picked Gigi’s as the ambience looked promising, not overly busy and clean without the ‘greasy spoon’ smell. We didn’t have much time to find elsewhere so stuck with our choice but spent £30.00 for two toasties, 2 drinks and 2 slices of cake; I found £7.00 for a ham and cheese toastie to be very excessive! Everything else was reasonably priced but the food wasn’t even a particularly high standard for the cost. Plenty of cakes to choose from though which enticed me but sadly my cake was rather dry and overly sweet. Table space was small and we weren’t served our cake so I assumed they would bring it to us when we had finished the meal but no one bothered to take away our empty plates or mention our cakes, and we were sat right in front of the till!! I took the liberty of taking my plates up myself and requesting my cakes which they had forgotten about. I also saw two other issues with customers; one being overcharged and one looked like they may have received a refund as they left straight after using the card machine. Whilst I appreciate independent businesses, I’m afraid I won’t be going back as the prices were not in keeping with the food quality or service, also the vibe wasn’t that great.

Myself and my wife had coffee and cake, on two visits in one week, the coffee was great and the delicious cakes were also great. Only criticism was that the tables needed a good clean otherwise all good

Cute little cafe with an interesting selection of cakes ranging from banoffee to blueberry/lemon and even avocado/courgette (which sadly I could not taste as I have a nut allergy, but they were kind enough to let me pick something else after I had ordered it without checking). The space was very cozy and clean.

The Tiramisu Frappuccino was absolutely amazing! Sweet but very satisfying. The Matcha Frappuccino was not bad as well.

Joined friends for coffee very disappointed. Tables were dirty used plates and cups everywhere. People were constantly moving cups to sit down. Went to one table to clear so we could sit down it was covered in dog hairs and so was the floor along with crumbs and tissue. I saw 3/4 people working during the time we were there it wasn't busy only saw one que and not one table wiped or cleared it was disgusting. Another customer commented that the toilets were just as bad. Shame as such an amazing view.

Great location! The staff and friendly and happy to help. They were very speedy with our order and we are quite a large family, very impressed with the cleanliness. All round excellent experience.

Good coffee shop. They offer dairy-free alternatives such as almond coconut and oat milk as well as veggie breakfast items. Friendly staff, and if you're in uniform, they automatically give you 10% off, no question asked. My personal favourite is their oat flat-white—a small but strong coffee.

Lovely Starbucks overlooking beautiful scenery 😍

The exterior and interior is modern and very clean, the staff were very friendly. I’ve been a couple of times and sometimes you get an excellent drink and others you get a drink that isn’t the Starbucks quality you expect. I definitely do like going here though ... I do miss that Starbucks jazz though, that is played across other Starbucks around the world. All round very good.

Up there this morning. Taff ,from a charity. is trying too get my forms done for housing.... I know most of the staff and customers...as I was born in the area There's a vegetable garden set aside for veterans too grow veg .. And what they don't eat they give too locals . Didn't have any money on me. Card yes Saw there was some lemon tea ,see picture. ,which you could have for a small donation . Corinne,who volunteers in the cafe,out of the kindness of her heart gave me some, and put a pound in the box,herself . That small gesture of a pound made my day .x Now that shows ,they are there too help one another.. Thankyou . Corinne....❤️

An absolute pleasure to visit this amazing veterans hub. Staff were extremely welcoming. Food and drinks were very reasonable priced and great quality. They are doing amazing work for veterans. Delicious cakes, coffee and shakes. There are not many places you can rock up at and have complete strangers ask you to join them at their table for a brew and a banter. Excellent value for money and lovely atmosphere. Run by veterans, the cafe is open to all the community.

Very friendly, great food and great value, and very generous too. Bread, buns and croissants left for people to take with a donation if you want to leave one. A place to gather inside and out, with a gym, a small library plus other things too. A fantastic community hub and not just for veterans. Excellent.

Shocked at how dirty and dusty this cafe was needs a good deep clean. Staff are reasonable food is edible wife wasn't impressed with her fish and chips. Fish was tastles. . Coffee was very nice to be fair. Come on Morrison's get a regular cleaner in you are letting yourselves down.

£14 for 3 meals, 3 drinks and a cupcake. That’s the reason people eat here. It’s cheap and cheerful. Especially with the kids eat free deal. The food is quite nice. Sadly, I think it’s a little under staffed. It’s always busy here, especially in the kids holidays. But they never seem to add extra staff. You will always have to clear and clean your own table. Great for an English breakfast 👍🏼

Awful. Had a full English and could only eat a sausage, beans and half a slice of bacon. Service was slow and both drinks we ordered were unavailable (it took 20 minutes for them to tell us).

My first reaction to this cafe was great, it's been redecorated and looks nice. They have a a decent touch-screen ordering system which is very easy to use. Then me and my partner got some mugs for our tea, and all of them were dirty! I know these are probably stained, but they all looked awful! We managed to get the cleanest ones, but they were definitely not anywhere near spotless. The whole seating area was not so clean, with tables just wiped down and it looked like the previous mess was just pushed onto the floor under the table. However, we waited around 45 minutes for our food, but we were not disappointed! As you can see our meals were fantastic, tasted amazing and looked lovely too. They cater very well for vegetarians & vegans. I would go back but im not in a rush.

A bit of a muddle as I expected when we arrived. Fish and chips and a kids meal all nice no problem with either. Nice and hot and no wait for total 10 quid meal. No table number cards at self service cold drink fanta run out of concentrate .. tables not cleaned a few dead flies on the window sills.. well I guess you get what you pay for.

Not very clean, Went their after coming back from the beach and said kids eat free however they gave up some excuse why they wouldn't serve free kids food. Not much food selection, Bad seating, very small area, definitely not visiting again and do not recommend.

Great find. Best cafe we have found in years. Really good breakfast with : egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and either tomato or beans and either sauté or hash brown. Plus 2 slices of toast with 4 butters and home made marmalade. Even includes tea coffee or juice. Plus a sausage for the dogs. Great value at £8.95. Cafe exceptionally clean throughout. No sticky tables or handles. First class all round.

Fantastic spot in Weymouth for all your breakfast needs with free parking. Great value for money breakfast includes a drink for £7.95 and the Eggs Benedict is amazing! Dog friendly and very accommodating for the kids too! Staff are very friendly and polite - Should be Cafe of the year 2024!

Really great traditional style English cafe. We went as a fair sized group for breakfast and it all came out piping hot and together. The breakfasts are HUGE, excellent quality and value. Teas and coffees served in proper mugs. Good coffee. Lots of space. Huge free car park right outside. Disabled accessible but possibly not the loo (unsure). Very friendly welcome and service. Also a meat van and fruit&veg stall outside on a Thursday with lots of freezer filling bargains!

The freshly cooked food is delicious and the staff are great, they make the cafe feel so welcoming - a pleasure to come to every morning while we’re on holiday in the area!! Our toddler loves it too, there’s toast, homemade jam, and a big cup of warm babycino - she told us we should come here every morning.

Extremely friendly staff. Food was excellent value. We had breakfast and everything was good and they even gave my 2 dogs a sausage each. That's good customer service. Will definitely be going back and recommending to people.

Visited this cafe several times while camping in Weymouth this past week. Excellent breakfasts - just what 6 hungry campers needed! Can't fault it and we'll ll miss it now we're back home! 😊

Nice place, small trailer about halfway down the industrial estate. Great food, with decent quality ingredients and great portions for the money. Very fair pricing overall, better than most other places in the area. Lovely bloke too. 10/10

Had a selection of food, all was freshly cooked to order. I had the breakfast burger, you could tell it was made with quality items as it tasted absolutely lovely. Latte was from a machine and not a packet, it was nice and hot. Service was very friendly, will be back for more.

I have not had a burger from a van in over 9 years because of to much oil. This place uses free range meat bacon egs ans he used spray oil not oiley at all. The cheese was greated extra strong chedder. Bread roll was so fresh. Hygene was exerlant the van was spotless clean through out. Great burger

Absolutely love the munch box! It's very popular and tastes great, crazy burgers for those with eyes bigger than their bellys, wraps, veggie options and a good variety of drinks and all for a good price. 100% recommend you try it out!

First of all. Got to the drive thru first car there. Two other cars went to other window. And got served before us! After waiting 5 minutes. We finally got served, we then drove round to collection window and received our “large” coke. Which in fact. Was only half full. Topped fully up with ice which then only made it 1/3 full. The coke also had a SOUR taste. Absolutely foul! The amount of lettuce is enough to feed 13 rabbits. However the burger was phenomenal after getting past all the lettuce. My friend, had 5 chicken selects with an extra side of hair!! And they forgot to give us the side of sauce so gave a side of hair instead!! Her burger was also contaminated with a strand of hair again. Absolutely shocking. And delicious 🤤 she is now currently coughing up hairballs. This service is unacceptable for £25. Absolute disgrace.

Called in today as needed to have parking so we could “see” the dog in the car, as a bit wet to sit outside. Perfect spot opened up for us so we were able to go in and have a relaxing cup of coffee and bacon bap,about 10.20am. This has to be one of the best McDonalds I have been to in terms of fantastic service. The staff were really attentive, friendly and helpful …..this was ALL of those who helped us out . They really understood customer service, and made a “quick coffee break” really relaxing . Well done. Only critique , would prefer the more comfy padded benches to sit on fathers than the hard wooden seat, which we have seen in other branches, but other than that…..the well trained and genuine staff were a really pleasant surprise. Well done that TEAM…..it was noticed…..please let them all know…… Will be back!!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s plenty of times and one thing is consistent – whenever I place a larger order, there’s always something missing. It doesn’t matter if it’s a drink, fries, or an extra item, there always seems to be at least one part of the order left out. It means you have to double-check the bags every single time, which takes away from the convenience. Another regular issue is being asked to pull into a bay because the order isn’t ready. It feels like it happens almost every visit, even when it’s not particularly busy. Waiting in a bay wouldn’t be so bad if the order was right when it finally arrived, but with the mistakes it just adds to the frustration. On the plus side, the car park is usually easy to get in and out of, and there are always spaces available, which does make the location handy. Overall, the food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s, but the repeated mistakes and delays make the experience hit-and-miss.

Ordered 2 big arch meals, Both burgers only had one pattie in each of them. At over £10 a medium meal with upgraded drinks would have been nice to actually get the whole meal we paid for. Daughter’s chicken nugget meal had a hair in it. Have previously ordered delivery, always something missing or spilt drinks. Honestly don’t know why I expected better service in the drive through. Won’t be using this branch again.

We’ve had some good meals from here. Even tonight, it was nice and hot when it came out, but 35 minutes after ordering is unacceptable. Beware, in all the times we have been here the children have had the advertised toy about twice. Again tonight, after a 35 minute way near the case of Squishmallows they got a book. We were told they had no toys left. Unfortunately this isn’t a one off. Disappointing.

upon going into the restaurant to take away food, we witnessed a customer return some nuggets from their order because it was wrong. After receiving our order and going home we came to find in the nuggets we ordered there was a half eaten one!! clearly recycled from the customer before us. not only is this unacceptable it is extremely poor food hygiene and can potentially have detrimental effects to another person.

Lovely place the rhubarb and ginger jam was lovely on cream scones. All baked fresh. . Lovely serves and very pleasant people.
