Li was very nice and professional. I ordered a jelly filled raspberry donut and it was delicious. I appreciate that the donut was ample sized and wasn't overly expensive.
I visited Donut Palace on two separate occasions. The first time was alright, but the second time, which is now my last time, was not so good. They required a minimum of five dollars to use my card--who even carries one-dollar bills anymore? The donuts were okay, I'd give them three out of five for quality. What really ruined my experience was the chocolate milk, which cost $3.50 and tasted expired. It was horrible and ruined my whole experience. On the positive side, the store was clean, the donuts were cheap, and the staff was decent. Overall, I'd give it three out of ten. This is just my personal opinion, so don't take it too seriously, but it might not discourage you from coming here.
I usually carry cash on me. When I went there, I had my credit card. The minimum was five dollars only was getting two donuts. I had to go back to my car twice to pay in cash because credit card minimum. I definitely understand they want people to go over five dollar. But sometimes people do not wanna buy extra. Also they use Square which does not require any minimum to use credit card. I use Square business on my place to. Long story short if you go out there, please carry cash if you are buying anything under five bucks.

Carry cash if you plan to make purchases under five dollars to avoid any inconvenience due to credit card minimums
If possible, visit during off-peak hours to avoid potential crowds or long wait times

Reviews
Donut Palace has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the delicious donuts and friendly staff members like Li and Alicia. However, there are complaints about poor customer service, minimum credit card amounts causing inconvenience, expired-tasting drinks, and instances of discrimination from the owner and staff towards certain customers. Despite these issues, the store is noted for its clean environment, affordable prices for donuts, and ample-sized treats.

Poor customer service. Make mistake on our order and the. When we asked to pay for more donuts they won’t allow us too. Long story but our missed donuts don’t reach the cc minimum. We had no cash. Long time customer. Not anymore.
Alicia here is awesome! The 4 stars are for her and the one star deduction is for the owner lady. Alicia is careful to get the order right, is cheerful, polite and greets guests, and is always happy to quickly whip up our order if they don’t have enough. The owner (?) lady isn’t as nice, is hard to communicate with, and doesn’t really seem to care if she gets the order right and doesn’t feel the need to explain or be nice if they have run out of what you’re ordering. My kids like the donuts here, so we will return, but wish the owner was a little nicer. And of course - we are always happy to see Alicia at the counter.
