A beautiful spot in Salisbury! The Riverside offers a peaceful atmosphere with lovely views and a relaxing vibe. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was high quality and served with care. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the city center, yet quiet and surrounded by nature.

Very comfortable bed Good air con Staff very hard working and helpful. Breakfast OK Beautiful area with nice walking trails. Bar is card only payment. One evening the terrace was unavailable for drinks as a reception was being held. It would have been nice if we had prior notice of this. An oversight , otherwise great stay. Taxis are few and far between so allow plenty of time. We had a 30 minute wait for a 10 minute journey but no alternative with luggage in tow.

Excellent room with beautiful views of riverside and cathedral! Staff never failed to go the extra mile in all service aspects! Above average breakfast plenty of fresh coffee or tea top ups. Beautiful grounds evening bus shuttle to city and average waiting for plentiful taxis! Always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed 😌

Complimentary drinks were offered upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. 🌟EXCELLENT SERVICE: FRONT OF HOUSE 🌟 ➡️ DYLAN, serving as bartender and Front of House (F.O.H.), stood out for his helpfulness and professionalism. He mixed excellent beverages and maintained a courteous demeanor throughout. 🌟 EVENT MANAGEMENT 🌟 ➡️ JOANNA, the Events Manager, showed great focus and enthusiasm about upcoming events, whether weddings or business meetings. Her passion was evident and appreciated. 🌟 COMFORTABLE ROOMS & AMENITIES 🌟 The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, a spacious closet, and thoughtful touches like a desk stocked with complimentary coffee, biscuits, chocolates, and water. The bathroom featured a warming towel bar, adding to a luxurious touch. A large-screen TV added further comfort. 🌟 DELICIOUS BREAKFAST OPTIONS 🌟 Breakfast was generous and varied, offering warm options like sausages, mushrooms, eggs, ham, and bacon. For those preferring lighter fare, there was fresh fruit, yogurt, fruit salad, granola, pine nuts, dried banana chips, and sunflower seeds. Brown beans and tomatoes added a nice British touch. Beverages included orange juice and various coffee choices. 🌟SCENIC VIEWS & RELAXING SETTING 🌟 The hotel boasts spectacular views, especially from the back where it faces a scenic waterway and the iconic Salisbury Cathedral. There’s also an outdoor patio perfect for al fresco dining. 🌟 TRANSPORTATION MADE EASY 🌟 ➡️ JASON, the complimentary shuttle driver, was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Spent a night in the hotel. Found the hotel staff very welcoming and friendly and appreciated the shuttle service to town center. Parking facilities and location are excellent. The room size was good and comfortable bed. Bathroom was a let down and could be more cheerful and should have more toiletries given the room rate. Breakfast was more than adequate but the quality was poor and nothing special - coffee was the best. Overall found the hotel comfortable but expensive for what it provided.
