Very good vibes of the place, nice rooms, nature. Reception more than bad - took us one hour to check in, lady in reception didnt know how to check in a people, gave her ids, we were hungry so she sent us to eat while she solves check in problem, when we came back after like 30 mins we found out she didnt do anything, repeated the process, asked again for ids, always on the phone. When leaving, we left keys, there were alot of people in the reception, they runned after us that we didnt pay for dinner, which we did. So it started all over again, arguing in front of audience, room was 90, dinner 50, i payed 140, just logic tells you you shouldnt ask for another 50. After like 15 min they apologized. This shoulnt happen, feel like you want to steal from customers. They had 3 people at the reception that time, so it is not 1 person mistake. One more thing, one customer with a kid took a sunshade to cover the kid, empty beach, a lot of sunshades, waitor runned to him, i thought to help him, but no, to tell him he cannot do this, apologising-hotel rules🤷♂️, so they sat there on the sun. Only people in the beach bar except me and my wife, next to plenty of sunshades. O ordered drinks, they said sure, then waitor came that i need to pay upfront, ok no problem but whoever owns this resort should change a manager
