We did the Phi Phi Island tour with Mr. Bee and his team yesterday. We had an incredible and indescribable experience it was worth every penny. I would absolutely do it again and recommend it to anyone who is currently thinking about booking a tour with SeaStar. As busy as it was yesterday the organisation of SeaStar kept everything perfectly in time and ensured that we were back on schedule. Thank you again for helping us create memories of a lifetime:)
Day started well with last person hotel pickup. After 1/2 hour ride arrived at pier and had a light breakfast toast, crackers, cookies, teas and coffee. This was the James Bond tour and we stopped at a nearby island for 30 to relax or swim. Then we went to Payne Island which had a floating village for lunch for one hour. We ate at Sunny Seafood. The buffet was horrible. It was so spicy I could not feel my lips for over a half hour. I felt nauseous after finishing food. That put a damper on the rest of the day. We went to James Bond island next after a 40 minute ride. I was pretty and interesting to see where the Bond movie was filmed but overhyped. Nest was a short trip to Zhongshan Island where I I expected to kayak myself into cave. Instead their staff did the paddling. It was a short paddle and nice scenery. It appears some other tours gave longer paddle times. As I write this we are on our 40 minute ride to last stop and I still feel so sick after that lunch. They had cookies water and coke which was nice but I was too late to get a water and all that was left was coke🤮Speedboat was quick but boat time was about same time as island time and had no views unless you stood up which they did not want you to. The staff were very nice. The last stop was at a pretty beach with shallow water. This was just a money maker stop where you had to pay for beach chair or buy food or drink. Overall an okay tour, but definitely not worth the money paid. Highlight of the whole day was the weird hopping fish I saw at first stop, see picture.
Had an amazing day with SeaStar Andaman! The staff were so welcoming and even prepared morning snacks. Everything was well organized — smooth from pickup to drop-off. Joker and his team were super friendly, funny, and made everyone feel comfortable. Maya Bay was stunning, Phi Phi had beautiful snorkeling spots, and Khai Beach was perfect for relaxing. The lunch buffet was great too! Highly recommend
Great service from them for the day tour package for Maya bay. They have different other boat rides as well, but we picked the Maya bay one. They are taking care of all the passengers very well and they have plenty of staff on board to support that. They were serving snacks and enough drinks on board where you don't have to bring any food by yourself. They provide the snorkeling goggles and life jackets for the activities and to wear on board as needed.
We booked a tour with Seastar Andaman during our trip to Thailand, and even though our day started a bit chaotic (more on that below 😅), the overall experience turned out to be absolutely memorable — all thanks to their amazing staff, well-organized tours, and thoughtful service. ⏰ Morning Chaos – Totally Our Fault! So here’s the fun part — our driver from Seastar showed up right on time at our hotel, but… we were all still sleeping 😂. Huge mistake from our side. The driver waited patiently at the reception, and I had to literally request him to wait for another 20 minutes. To our surprise, he waited for 25 minutes without any complaints. Really appreciate this professionalism. 🚗 Good Thing – We Had a Rented Car Since we had a rental car with us, we contacted Seastar’s customer care (who were super responsive, by the way) and they kindly guided us to reach the port before 9 AM. We drove quickly and reached just in time, hoping we wouldn’t miss the trip. 🚤 Big Relief – They Arranged a New Boat for Us Instead of refusing us or cutting our trip short, the Seastar team actually rearranged our tour by putting us in another group and setting us up on a new boat. This flexibility saved our day! 🙋‍♀️ The Guide – Truly a Rockstar The highlight of the trip was our tour guide. She was not only super friendly but also extremely informative. She explained everything in detail — from safety instructions to fun facts about the islands, marine life, and snorkeling tips. It wasn’t like a rushed tour; she took her time to ensure we understood and enjoyed every bit. 🏊‍♂️ We Couldn’t Swim – But That Wasn’t a Problem! None of us in the group really knew how to swim, but the guide and the support team made sure we felt safe and confident in the water. She stayed with us, guided us through the snorkeling activity, and made sure we had a good time even though we weren’t swimmers. That was truly impressive! 🍹 On-Board Snacks and Drinks Throughout the journey, Seastar’s crew served us refreshments, drinks, and snacks at regular intervals. Small but thoughtful touches like this made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing
⭐ 3/5 I recently went on a Phi Phi Island day tour with this company. Overall, the experience and tour arrangements were very good. The boat was comfortable, the sightseeing spots were amazing, and the company did a great job providing Coca-Cola, water, pineapple, and watermelon for guests. However, I felt that the staff’s behavior could be improved. While other guests were served fruits, we (as Indian travelers) were not offered the same, which made us feel uncomfortable and slightly discriminated against. I hope this was not intentional, but it is something that should be looked into. The company itself is doing a fantastic job with operations and tour quality, but the staff could be trained better in terms of equal treatment and guest service. Thank you.
Exceptional Experience with Eastern Andaman Tours – A Highlight of one if our daily Trips while in Phucket! We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Eastern Andaman Tours and couldn’t be happier with the service, the itinerary, and the incredible memories we made along the way. From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was well-organized and thoughtfully planned out, which made the entire day stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. The team clearly knows what they’re doing, and they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. One of the best parts of our trip was the private boat tour. Having our own space gave us the comfort and flexibility we were looking for, and it was the perfect way to explore the islands in a more personal, relaxed setting. The boat was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the crew made us feel safe and cared for the entire time. A special shout-out to Mina, who came along with us and took stunning photos throughout the tour. She was not only kind and cheerful but incredibly talented with the camera. Thanks to her, we have so many beautiful memories captured that we’ll cherish forever. The locations on the tour were all amazing. Monkey Beach was so much fun—we laughed so hard watching the monkeys play and interact with the surroundings. Maya Bay was absolutely breathtaking, with its crystal-clear waters and dramatic limestone cliffs. It’s even more stunning in person than in the pictures! But our favorite was definitely the view from Phi Phi Island. It was jaw-droppingly beautiful—like something straight out of a postcard. The crew made sure we had enough time to explore, relax, and soak in the views without ever feeling rushed. Overall, Eastern Andaman Tours provided a top-tier experience, from the kind and attentive staff to the beautiful and well-thought-out destinations. If you’re visiting Phuket and looking for a trustworthy and professional tour company, I highly recommend booking with them. We’ll definitely be using them again on our next visit. Thank you to the whole team for a magical day!
Excursion to the Similan Islands. Departure at 06:00 am from our hotel in Kata Beach with pick-up service. Uncomfortable minivan and driver was going too fast. We arrive at the pier for embarkation. Everything was perfect. Very good organization. Stuff of very nice and friendly young people. They offer you breakfast, snack and small dinner on return. Heavenly islands. Free time for swimming and snorkeling. All perfect

Two fantastic tours in a row. Phi phi and bamboo islands by speed boat. James bond with canoeing by big boat. Both tours were amazing with absolutely surreal scenery! Thankyou Ohma and team for making us feel safe and cared for all day. Would highly recommend both tours through amazing canoeing!
Great excursion to choose. Especially if you need a more relaxed day and or have children. I recommend this not for James Bond island (that is a tourist trap) but for the actual canoeing through the caves. It was absolutely breathtaking. You do not get to canoe yourself. Someone else does the work for you. We would have loved the option to canoe ourselves but also understood that not everyone respects the rules that are in place. The staff and crew were great at making sure our shellfish allergy was not an issue and provided a lunch separately.
Had a really good day on the Phi Phi Island tour. I would give the tour company itself five stars because they were so professional, and well managed. The boat was modern and well maintained for both cleanliness and safety. The crew is very helpful, and it was a very good buffet lunch. The views of the islands was absolutely stunning for those have not been out to Southeast Asia. The reason for four stars is there are two negatives to be aware of. First, at least this time of year the water is a bit choppy and since you spend about three hours of your day going at 30 to 35 knots between islands, it is very bumpy, and the boat is fairly loud, so you mostly just have to sit there And wait it out in between. Not much the company can do about that, of course. Second is that for the two snorkeling spots, the water is pretty cloudy and there really isn’t that much to see, just a little bit of basic non-colorful coral and a few fish. Having snorkel, in many locations in the Caribbean, it was a bit disappointing. Although the water was very nice for swimming, so that was still a plus. Just make sure you’re going for a beautiful views and a nice atmosphere, not for good snorkeling.
We had an amazing day trip to the Phi Phi Islands by speedboat! The whole experience was well-organized, with stunning scenery and great snorkeling spots. Our guide, Ohma, made the day even better — he was cheerful, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. He kept the group laughing and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Overall, it was a smooth, fun, and unforgettable day — highly recommended!
I have visited so many countries and made a lot of trips. But this one was amazing. They really work hard to make you feel special. Most 'Amazing' ecperience ever. And if you decide to take a ride ask for the best guide ever. His name is Noon. Thank you Noon for everything. You made my day perfect
Had an amazing trip today on the James Bond Tour with Joey and the team on Amazing Boat 12. We were one of the earlier boats to reach each location so we had some quiet time before the crowd set in. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to go on this tour to sign up with them.
Tommy and his team were great and kept the vibes high, but this Phi Phi Island tour ultimately disappointed us. The quality of the boat (almost no visibility out the sides while seated) and the confusing/frantic pace of the day leading to very little time spent relaxing or enjoying the islands lead to very poor value for money for the $160 AUD we each paid for the day and the extra $20 for the park entry (plus the extra $20 each for the long tail boat that was not included). Only money we saved was when we declined to buy a drink from their friends so we could have somewhere to sit on one island. We also didn't appreciate the pressure to tip big at the end of the tour on top of the $200 we already paid for this experience. Also the introduction mentioned we would get as close as possible to Maya Bay even though it's closed at this time of year, but we didn't go there at all! Would not recommend!
An amazing trip with a wonderful team! We felt very well taken care of, and Dino shared lots of interesting facts and took beautiful photos. We highly recommend this company for their high-quality service.

I recently booked a trip to Phuket with Mari Tour Thailand, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was their ability to suggest a trip that fit perfectly within our budget, without compromising on quality or experiences. Additionally, they were very flexible and managed to accommodate a last-minute change of plans seamlessly, without any hassle or issues. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and personalised travel experience in Thailand. I will definitely use their services again for future trips!
Dec 2024. A very pleasant service from Mari Tour on our family trip to Khao Yai and Bangkok. The base staff, the guide and driver are all contactable (phone/wassapp) and responsive! Patient, smile and most time follow our needs and request. Incredible Thai !! Our next visit shall be Mari Tour! 😊
Excellent services. The staff was very nice, easy to communicate and very helpful. Our tour guide went over and beyond what we booked, took on a floating restaurant which had very good food. Highly recommended.
Noriyaton & Jailani : Our group booked Mari Tour's minivan for 2 days on 11th & 12th Dec 2017 for our own itineraries in Phuket. And for airport transfer on 15th Dec 2017. Van rental quote per day was reasonably competitive. We went to only where we want to go, as we do not want to follow hurried tour groups. Mari Tour has Malay speaking staffs & understands our needs for prayer breaks in between. So for Malays from Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei & Indonesia : no problems communication-wise. Their staffs are very accomodating, friendly & nice. We enjoyed their friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone. 👍👍👍👍
Excellent service and food prices compared to some other agencies.
This is the 2nd time using Mari Tours and as usual we had the best experience. Thank you to Mr Anwar and his staff Asna and Aaliya for all our tours. Our safety was always put first and thank you for checking in with us regularly to ensure we were okay. The vans were always prompt fetching and collecting us. Will definately use Mari Tours again and strongly recommend their service.
Very friendly service. Was available on WhatsApp both at late in the night (12:30/1) and early morning (7). Apart from the speedboat, they were also very helpful in arranging inland transport and amazing drivers. Will definitely recommend.
what a best travel agent, i have booked for my company's gathering.. and everyone really happy. and we have so much fun on our 4days trip and our tour guide really helpful and friendly... thank you for your service

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Elephant Sanctuary. It was heartwarming to see how the elephants, rescued from exploitation, are now living freely and peacefully in such a safe environment. Our guide was amazing – very knowledgeable and passionate, explaining the background of each of the 14 elephants living in the reserve and how they are cared for today. The small details also made the day special: the breakfast at the beginning and the aperitif at the end of the excursion were a really nice touch. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to support a meaningful project and get to know these incredible animals in an ethical way!🐘
A truly unforgettable and meaningful experience! I visited Phuket Elephant Sanctuary on October 2, and everything was well-organized from hotel pick-up to drop-off. We were welcomed with snacks and an informative video that taught us about elephant history and ethical tourism in Thailand. Feeding two elephants was such a special moment, and our guide was amazing – knowledgeable and passionate. The sanctuary provides thoughtful touches like water bottles, umbrellas, and after the tour, we were given cooling towels, drinks, snacks, and even a small gift, which was such a nice surprise. The stories of the rescued elephants were emotional, but it’s heartwarming to see them finally living in peace. The caregivers clearly love what they do. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Phuket – it’s ethical, educational, and inspiring.
I did lots of research before booking this tour, I want to make sure the elephants we saw were being looked after and it was a legitimate ethical business. As you drive into the sanctuary you get to see glimpses of elephants roaming. The elephants were spectacular, you do get close but no touching. The are so beautiful and some of them had dreadful lives before they were rescued. The amount of time we spent with the elephants was more than I expected, down on the ground. We were not disappointed, this was a fantastic morning, from pick up (on time) to being dropped back to our hotel the whole experience was seamless. Things to know: There was plenty of cold water available, I always worry about this. They provide you with socks and gum boots if you are going on the ground There was cold drinks, tea/coffee toast and snacks when we arrived. There are heaps of toilets The vegetarian lunch was lovely, there was a pasta option and chips for those who don't like Thai food. (Not me) I purchased tickets directly from the sanctuary website and it was easy, includes hotel pick up.
Visiting the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary was one of the most memorable and meaningful experiences of my trip to Thailand. The sanctuary is beautifully run, and you can really feel the love and respect they have for the elephants. It’s amazing to see these gentle giants finally living freely, without chains or forced labor. The guides were knowledgeable, kind, and clearly passionate about animal welfare. We learned so much about each elephant’s story and how they’re being cared for. Watching them roam, bathe, and eat in their natural environment was simply magical. I truly admire the sanctuary’s commitment to ethical tourism and conservation. This place is doing incredible work to protect and rehabilitate elephants. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an authentic and compassionate experience!
Great experience. Highly recommend Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. The elephants are cared for and roam freely, and interactions with guests are intentionally kept to a minimum. We got to feed the elephants and then enter the sanctuary to appreciate these gentle giants in their natural habitat from a safe and respectful distance. The whole experience felt educational and respectful. The service was excellent as well. Pick-up was on time and smooth, and light snacks were provided on arrival. We were given umbrellas, bottled water, and rain boots before entering the sanctuary grounds. The visit ended with an excellent vegetarian buffet, with allergens clearly listed. Overall, I highly recommend the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary for an ethical and family-friendly experience. Shoutout to Rudi, who was an excellent guide and answered all of our 5-year-old’s inquisitive questions.
It has been a great experience, I really recommend it. We took the canopy tour where you could observe the elephants from above. Anny was an amazing guide, answered all the questions and introduced us to different elephants and their stories. An incredible experience. I understand that people might criticise the fact that the animals are bought at the later age from businesses that use them in logging, riding businesses, unfortunately that is the situation these days, and unless you are a billionaire able to buy a huge plot of land to create a free environment for them, I would suggest to refrain from such naive comments, at least this seems like a nice place where the elephants can spend their elder years. There’s a ton of employees here caring for these elephants, and each elephant consumes 100s of kgs food every day, all of it costs money. More than happy to support their upkeep until there are people paying for riding and all the other crap, at least this somehow alleviates the cruelty the elephants face.
This was a must do activity and I’m glad that I did the all day tour. It starts with a transfer to a checkin location, then they take you to the sanctuary in a truck. The sanctuary had top notch facilities. The tour was educational. They only house sick/elderly elephants that were previously abused (very sad practices in Thailand for tourism). After a short introduction video and decent checkin breakfast, your guides take you to feed elephants and then view the elephants doing their thing on the property. The tour guides made sure we saw every elephant multiple times. After the first part of the tour, we were treated to a great and tasty lunch! For the all day tour, the second part consists of more feeding, more educational videos (on elephant communication), cutting bamboo leaves, etc. The dinner included is the same as lunch (I skipped this part even though I knew it was tasty). This would be an experience I repeat again if I visit Phuket. Thank you so much Ya Ya and Annie (my tour guides).
Amazing place with very important mission. Visit in sanctuary completle changed the way i see elephant antractions in Thailand. This place is worth visitng because you can observe elephants in conditions close to there natural habitat but also money from your ticket helps sanctuary buy and rescue more elephants. Also i Think we had the best guide ever (love KT!) that was very open to talk and answeared all questions with great level of knowlage and love for elephants. Our guide told us about elephants and habits of each and every one of them giving them personalities and showing how social life of elephants looks like. Higly reccomend visting but know that this not your ordinary bathing with elephants and feeding them, you will leave with awereness for elephant problem in Thailand which is good but be ready for it

Phenomenal service. We found this place on Google Maps, based on all the great reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. We were a group of four that got the Thai & oil massage. You get to choose the scent of oil and are served welcome drinks with a cold towel. We also received tea at the end. They were able to accommodate our group size all at the same time and the massage experience itself was excellent. The women who work here are highly skilled and very kind. Great experience overall, highly recommend!
We purchased a 1.5-hour massage package here because I had used the service once before and was very impressed. However, this time was quite a different experience and not in a good way. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the staff told me they had no record of my booking and needed to check with their supervisor. It took 30 minutes before the massage finally started. Even then, the session ended after only 1 hour and 10 minutes. I asked the staff to confirm whether the full session time had been completed, and they insisted that it had. I have visited many massage places, this was the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Thank you for the experience that day. It reminded me how important it is to maintain high standards in service quality.
I really love Thai massages, so I've had them at many places. This was my fourth visit to this particular massage chain, including other branches. The owner here is friendly and can speak English. I've always felt they hire skilled therapists and have been satisfied. However, my most recent visit wasn't the case. Of course, not every therapist at a massage shop is great, but well-managed places usually have therapists with similar skill levels. I was so disappointed this time that I'm not sure if I'll go back. The prices are on the cheaper side, though
I always come here whenever I have back pain. This is the only massage salon in this area where they truly take care of you. The woman named Sorn has golden hands. Wishing health to your hands 🙏🏼 khob khun ka
Me and my partner just went there a minute ago and I need to share this moment asap. So I decided to give them a review. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The environment was clean, inviting, and relaxing, contributing to a serene and stress-free experience. We got two amazing massage ladies P’ Jin and P’Sri they have a remarkable ability to locate and alleviate muscle tension. Me and my partner was so impressed Their technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and pain-free. The pressure applied was perfect, tailored to my specific needs and preferences. Thank you mak ka P’Jin and P’Sri 🫶🏽🙏🏽🌺💕💆🏽‍♀️
Master Pinky do excellent massage therapist, I highly recommend her. The shop is clean, cozy, and the tea is delicious.
Great Thai massage at a reasonable price! Parking is available in front of the shop. We were greeted with herbal butterfly pea tea. The facility was clean, and the massage therapists were friendly. Easy to schedule by email or WhatsApp. It's best to schedule an appointment ahead of time. You have to climb up a few flights of stairs to get to the massage rooms, so that may be a limitation for some. After the massage, we were given some flavorful hot tea. We will be back!
Cha Cha was a wonderful massage therapist! I had a 30 min body scrub and 90 min massage with special oil for 1500 THB. It was so easy to communicate by fixing my appointment over Google here and the ladies made my experience there memorable and comfortable. I'll definitely be back when I can!
