We absolutely love Healthy Living but it doesn't make any sense why Wheat flour (containing gluten) is placed directly next to the gluten-free flours. When someone scoops their wheat flour, it spills all over the gluten free flour bins contaminating it all. It's impossible to keep every speck contained within the scooper so it's not the customer's fault. We highly recommend that management fixes this and places the gluten free flours next to other gluten-free bulk items, that way customers don't have to worry about gluten being spilled and mixed in with everything else. Other than that, we love the selection at Healthy Living. Even the hot chocolate choices are local and pure ingredients! I bought a set of sheets from Marshalls over 20 years ago just plain white cotton they don't feel as soft but they didn't tell . I still have them. I just like softer sheets and these are just plain regular cotton. I had LL Bean flannel sheets they never peeled they ripped after about 15 years. Just the bottom sheet. Still on the top sheet and it's in better condition than the new flannel sheets I bought. So I'll never buy sheets for Marshalls again. I did get a beautiful little round Velvet pillow that I like; it's perfect. I love it. I bought two coats for my dog and my sister's dog that I like. My roommate did point out that the clip on the coat isn't really secure there should be a hole and so you can clip through the to the harness below. My hands are not as strong as theyused to be I'll probably replace the snaps with velcro. I do like coat though. It looks like those old '70s coats we were all forced to wear. It's got that silky shiny feel so it's easy to put on and take off. I've used a coat like that before but I had flannel inside and it is velcroed and then the velcro sticks to the flannel inside this is just all silky inside and outside and it does other Clips but I will be putting Velcro on it. I do like the coat it is cute. They have a lot of cute items if you have pets. And I do have a lot of good baby stuff. They do have a lot of awesome kitchen stuff. They do have a lot of varieties of things. I don't know how things wear after time other than the sheets. I don't dislike Home Goods they have some nice stuff but I will not get sheets for them again.

NO they told me I had to spend the money today, I than asked if I could use it another day as I had intended on using it in the fall for my sons timberland boots as they are pricey. The MANAGER then told me that I would have to take the shoes back home with me and bring them back when I found something that I liked then. Whatever happened to the customers always right make the customer happy? I said whatever and began looking for something for my son instead as I didn’t like anything in the store for myself. While looking one of the employees came over and hovered over me while I was just looking, standing excessively close that it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I did end up choosing something else not that I really had a choice but I was extremely displeased with the manager and the overbearing customer service. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere from now on. I would honestly give this review 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.

I made my appt online stating what I would be coming in with. I was matched with a tax prep agent who was not at the capability to do my exact prep. He called his managers numerous times, they never answered. His manager texted him back to let him know they didn’t want him doing my taxes because he was “to new.” All the back and forth with his managers wasted my time that I was very limited on to begin with. I booked my appt online which stated 99$ tax prep and up but as a first time customer to them was quoted $310. The tax prep agent was barely understandable and completely lacked common knowledge on 1099 returns although he stated several times he knew how to do them. He was told to reschedule me with another agent in the store but proceeded to book with another agent on a different day which didn’t work with my schedule. I was not aware of the actual appt day and time until I logged into my portal. I was then given a courtesy call to confirm my appt on a day and time where I would be at work and that person didn’t seem to know that I couldn’t be present nor would I be dropping paperwork off because all the paperwork had been supposedly scanned into their systems the day prior. First impressions are everything and being that I wasted an hour and 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back with someone who was not allowed to do my taxes, being rescheduled for a day and time that was not convenient for me, and talking with several employees who had no idea what was going on I opted to cancel my appt all together and go elsewhere. If y'all couldn't be on the same page about my taxes what makes you think I trust you do to them. I will never work with this company to do my taxes ever again because everyone seemed to be on a different page or just completely incompetent.

I guess when he realized I was not going to just sit back on this, he tried to at least make an appearance to address the issue. In this letter, he states that he feels he has given "exceptional service", and that he has reviewed the review and asked that we rescind what was written. Seems his real concern is any negative press. And in our correspondence with the owner, I had not even raised half of the problems with the other purchases we made (examples: wrong size, wrong top shape, ripped/broken very expensive chair, furniture that would not fit in the room and they destroyed the molding on the door frame forcing it in, a bed that collapsed at 2:00 am because it was put together wrong, etc., etc.). The workers who delivered the furniture often agreed with us about concerns. The owner keeps offering to have the sales rep (the person who undoubtedly earns their living based on the number of sales made by this vendor) get in touch with us which we feel is a waste of time! Don't rely on sales folks and their pitch--be very cautious. We had much better long-term results with furniture purchased from others. I know that others have had good experiences with this vendor--and that's great.
