Sadly our evening fell flat. To state the good, the outdoor back patio is cozy and heated and the food WAS great. This was Memorial Day weekend so the town was slammed and yet the staff treated us attentively and with warmth. The meal exceeded expectations from the carrot soup to dessert of olive cake! My main course of salmon was perhaps the best salmon I have ever had. The dish was cooked moist and soft yet the skin had that crispy almost bacon like crunch that only salmon can deliver. I know a bid Spanish so I could tell she was not happy with us for whatever reason we complained about the wine , even though we had no interaction with her whatsoever and had paid for everything fully . . We signed our slip , paid and left but what a horrible experience. What a terrible attitude from the owner . Only thing we can think is the waitress must of have been a daughter or family member that had told her our experience which obviously she did not like . Would not go back under any circumstances . Sandwhich are super small and the bread is not fresh and overcooked. The pizza isn't very tasty either. The dough was over cooked and the pizza just tasted like a frozen pizza you would get out of a box. Minimal toppings and weak on the sauce. The place smells like cigarettes too. Service was decent though. This place would be much better if it cleaned up the air a little bit and took some pride in what they serve.

But my parents wanted me to go to paso a Pizza Kitchen to try it out and have lunch with them. I was very pleased with my meal. Their crust was nice and crispy. Sauce was flavorful but not too overbearing. The cheese blend was nice and melted great. I really enjoyed the pepperoni and sausage and it was very pleased with the low amount of grease that shows that they use quality products. The salad bar was delicious all kinds of goodies to put on my salad. Great experience a little bit pricey but all in all I will be back.

So many choices at a cute place in downtown Paso. First off - I was lowkey confused where it was because we followed directions for Ziggy's on the gps and I couldn't find it. Turns out - it's a shared joint with Sylvester's Burgers. Second - the food was so freaking tasty. Some vegan spots may not have variety in flavor but the sauces Ziggy has, is super delish! What I had - the Cali burrito (small - $9.95). I asked instead of the grilled beyond steak, if there was a substitute similar to a black bean patty and the woman who helped me (didn't get her name but super friendly!), gave me the rec of substituting it with their Ziggy patty. And y'all...it was so on point! Their Ziggy patty is made from black&pinto beans, carrots, corn, bell pepper & spices. Along with that, theres a bunch of ingredients & this mouth watering habanero creama Seating - enough seating for 10 people inside and 2 outside. It is quaint & they have a restroom. Overall, this may be my spot I visit anytime I'm near/in the area!

We were so blown away went back to try more things a couple days later. :) Here’s everything we tried: KCB (Korean cauliflower bites), Crunchwrap supreme, Oreo milkshake, black bean taquitos, chick’n sandwich, avocado taco, cauliflower taco, and avocado egg rolls. Not one thing disappointed! Lots of it was street food size so you can order a bunch to try and share. Bring all your non-veg friends too, anyone will love this place!!!
