Wow! This was the highlight of our two day wine tour. Definitely something here for everyone. The feature a passport tour which has you visiting multiple areas of the operation for tasting. Very good wines and beers. The final stop is their WWII themed brewery that has some awesome beers. The staff are all amazing. The brewery also donates a portion of revenue to veterans which was amazing. We could have spent all day here it’s a real experience. Next tour we will plan to be here for the whole day

I wish I could give them even more than 5 stars! I work at another local winery and wanted to start checking out the other wineries in the area. I went with my husband for my birthday, just expecting to pop in for a quick tasting. 3 1/2 hours later... we left completely in love with the place. Every single wine, beer, and hard cider we tried were absolutely exceptional and beyond delicious. We also got food and coffee at the café which were also fantastic. The customer service was superb, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I told the manager I worked at a winery nearby and he was so great to us. I wish I got his name but whoever you are thank you so much for a fantastic experience! The atmosphere and decor was brilliantly designed, it felt like going to a theme park for adults! This is now one of our new favorite places and we absolutely will be returning over and over. I will also be sending all of my customers to Three Brothers when they are looking for recommendations for more places to visit!

A wonderful experience! Another trip added to my work family monthly outings. We had a great experience from the welcoming ambience to the excellent customer service. It was a day to relax and rewind. We did the $55 deal tasting for two and it was definitely worth it! Don't forget to get the "BIG ASS PRETZEL" Which could feed a small village! We enjoyed the Poutine(shareable) along with the grilled cheese. Take your girlie (or your boo) and have a good experience in the fingerlakes :)

Had a fantastic time at Three Brother Wineries! The wines and brewery are top-notch, and there’s a great variety of tasting packages to choose from. They even offer free slushies if it’s your birthday! The food is delicious, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. With three wineries and one brewery, there's plenty to explore, plus indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy live music. Definitely check out their events on the website! I’ll definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend!

First time coming here and it was really nice! I did the passport which is a sampler tasting for all locations, and for the price you pay ($40 per person), you get a good amount of wines to try, and if it's just two people then there is a shared passport. There's four different areas that you visit for each samplings that have a unique atmosphere to it, and I can say I enjoyed most of what I got so I do plan to visit another day. There is limited seating so be mindful that you may have to be seated outside, and take your time at each one. There is free water located around some areas as well, and some food that you can buy which I got the pork sandwich and it was amazing! Some of the food items are shareable too, you get a great amount of food for the price you pay. One thing I didn't really like, and don't get why, is that kids are allowed and are just able to run around which makes no sense when it's an adult thing so there's nothing for them to do but watch their parents get drunk!

Coming to this winery was an AMAZING experience. I got the single tasting pass (which gave me a flight for each building) and my boyfriend got the non-alcoholic pass (which gave him a non-alcoholic drink in each building). Each building was unique, with excellent service and amazing drinks. We were able to go at our own pace and pick different options. For the price, you get SO much. Each room gave 4, 5 or 6 samples, which gave a lot of different opportunity to try different drinks. My favorite room was Passion Wine because the room was so eccentric and the drinks were delicious. I also loved Bagg Dare, as there was live music and you could sit by a pond. I was worried my boyfriend would not have as good of an experience since he was not drinking, but the non-alcoholic pass gave him really interesting and good drinks in each room and he did not feel left out at all. He even got a soda flight in the Warhorse Brewery room, which he loved. We came here on a trip to the Fingerlakes, as we live around 4 or 5 hours away, and I would honestly take the drive again just to come back to this winery.

Three Brothers was such a lovely experience today. Each tasting “room” had different vibes and themes. The wines were amazing, the homemade soda was top notch. Also the wine slushes were phenomenal . Incredibly impressed with this winery near Geneva! They have four different buildings with different beverage portfolios. I REALLY enjoyed the sangria and cider here. Every detail of our wedding was truly perfect. We always knew Ventosa was beautiful but our initial walk through really sealed the deal when we heard all that you had to offer – the day-of coordination & setup, the in-house catering with delicious food, the accommodations of all allergies all had us excited to book.
I have to say, Ventosa was so easy to deal with from our first visit right through our pickup of our cake and décor. Jackie Pollino was incredibly patient, responsive, accommodating and sweet. She had great recommendations and was thinking ahead for me when I was in a whirlwind the day of. I completely forgot to fill the wine vessel for our wine mixing ceremony, and I specifically told her I planned to do it myself. Then, I got busy and forgot to set any of it up. She caught that I missed it and took care of it immediately. My mistake could have ruined my ceremony but she saved the day. Every staff member made it their mission to set up my décor to my exact specifications, taking care with all the delicate pieces and everything was even packed back up so neatly and protected after, too.
The mansion next door - RENT IT! You will be so glad your bridal suite is steps away from your ceremony site. A bridal party's dream - many spacious bathrooms, plenty of natural light, easy parking and entry for your vendors. This impeccably maintained, historic and opulent home made for absolutely stunning photos, and our rehearsal dinner went beautifully here, too. The view of the vines and lake is like no other on Seneca. Staff helped us select the right tent to have brought in for the deck and were accommodating of an early delivery. The ability to get ready right on property made everything so easy for us and our guests. Having to travel would have eaten up precious time that morning.
Your bartenders did an amazing job of keeping the party flowing and lines short while being sure not to let things get out of control. That is not easy in a crowd of 130 or more.
All food was delicious, hot and cooked to perfection. We got a ton of compliments from guests about the quality, taste and presentation. Their food is simple and classic - they are brilliant at the basics, but elevated.
Staff made sure my husband and I had an abundance of appetizers and drinks available right at our sweetheart table so we could enjoy the night and socialize vs. waiting in line, or even worse, going hungry on our big day.
It was such a sweet touch for staff to pack up a few containers of my “late night bites” garbage plates for us to snack on later that night. My cake was also expertly wrapped and protected so I could get it home safely to freeze.
Serving wine made from their own vineyard, and their signature Tuscan decor, gave the place a unique and boutique feel - you won't feel like you're in a cookie cutter, rinse and repeat venue like some reception halls.
Staff even helped me fill out my marriage certificate which I nearly forgot to do.
We quite literally could not have asked for more from this venue and team. They thought of it all and made it happen, most of the time without even being asked. 10/10 experience. Booking a wedding can be high stress and is a significant investment. Looking back, we would choose Ventosa over and over again.

Ventosa Vineyards offers a truly delightful wine-tasting experience. All the wines sold here are crafted in-house, ensuring a genuine taste of their winemaking expertise.
One of the highlights is being able to enjoy their wines while taking in the beautiful scenery. The vineyard provides a fantastic backdrop for a relaxing drink. They boast a diverse selection of wines, and I found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I opted for the tasting flight that included five different wines, and I even added an extra glass to my order because I enjoyed them so much! Overall, my visit was very satisfying.

We feel so lucky to have hosted our wedding at Ventosa Vineyards in June of 2016. Geneva is a great place for a wedding and Ventosa stands out in the crowd of excellent venues around town. The setting is amazing. The sunsets are unbeatable. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. Jackie made our planning process very easy and we felt that our day was a perfect reflection of us. They have 5 stars on the knot for a reason. This place is truly special.

We enjoyed our visit to this winery. The lady at the tasting bar was so personable and hospitable. We were hoping to visit for dinner, but we called ahead and learned that their pizza dough contained dairy. We still visited for their Monday and Tuesday Sunset & Wine special ($5.50 cash price for select bottles of wine). We sat outside, listened to music, enjoyed a bottle of wine, and watched the sun fade towards the lake. We had a very nice time, and yes, the pizza looked great even though we could not order it.

Great wine and good deals. The food looked great, though we didn’t try it. The porch has an amazing view and is perfect on a sunny day. Unfortunately, the staff weren’t very welcoming and seemed unsure why we were there — they even asked, “What can we help you with?” at a winery, which felt odd and uninviting.

I found the White Springs Manor on the Internet, loved what I saw on the website, and I booked a room. All of my expectations were more than fulfilled. White Springs was a restful, graceful, peaceful setting where I could wind down from the previous part of my trip and rest up for the next part. The view over the vineyard down to the lake was serene and restorative. The room was beautifully appointed. I slept wonderfully! One of my nicest hotel stays ever.
I had such a good time that I went a little out of my way to stay at White Springs again on my way back home. Though I booked a different room, it was also beautifully appointed. And having seen two guest rooms, I got an idea of how the owners had tastefully and creatively adapted the manor to serve as a hotel. The reservation was booked 3 weeks in advance but I got the last available room each night in three different rooms making the anniversary surprise for my wife more exciting with “checkout” each day while leaving bags at front desk to come back later in the day to “pick them up”. The front desk ladies greeted us with an anniversary bottle of wine. Every engagement with the front desk staff was cheerful, helpful and friendly while handling so many tasks for other guests and phone calls.
Our Edgar's Restaurant anniversary dinner was made very special by our server, Laila.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. But with older sites, no elevators. Solution, concierge staff to carry luggage to your room. Unfortunately, the best they could offer was a luggage cart that got you about 1/5 of the way to your room. At that point, grab your bags and climb two flights of stairs to your room.
So if you are unable to carry your own bags to the second or third floor, try somewhere else.
It's amazing that a facility that caters to older/senior clients, offers no concierge staff.

This was our 4th time visiting and staying at the Belhurst. We always have a great experience. It is close to local wineries and not a far drive from downtown Geneva so it's always fun to explore the area and find something new to try. The hotel is clean and beautiful with a very romantic and historical charm, especially in the castle part. The views of the lake from the rooms we have stayed in both in the castle and the Vinefera are breathtaking especially of the sunrise over the lake. We have eaten in the past at Edgar's and have enjoyed our meal, but this past visit decided to eat at Stonecutters and try a local restaurant in Geneva instead. Both Stonecutters and the restaurant had delicious food. We received a complimentary wine tasting as part of staying at the Belhurst so enjoyed that experience very much. The staff in the wine/gift shop was very nice and provided a lot of information on each wine during our tasting.
Unfortunately, sleep was an issue this past visit. The mattress is very unsupportive and uncomfortable and neighboring guests kept trying to cast their devices to our television (thinking it was their television in their room) so our TV kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night waking us up. We would recommend replacing the mattresses and perhaps noting the name of the TV for guests visibly in each room so they can cast to the correct TV if they want to do that. Also, there is no microwave in the room so if you have leftovers from dinner, you cannot reheat them.
Overall, we do recommend visiting/staying at the Belhurst and we look forward to another visit soon!

The parking lot at the start is free and has plenty of space. The trail is a gorgeous walk along the lake. There are several piers and connectors for you to walk out on and view the water. Boaters Beach offers various depths, which is great for different fun activities. Absolutely beautiful historic estate including a mansion, carriage House gift shop, and two cottages (one used for public restrooms and one available for staying overnight). Everything was gorgeous with lots of quality information. There was an emphasis placed on Native American communities and enslaved people in exhibits of the cottage. Went on a behind the scenes tour at Rose Hill Mansion. This particular tour was 10.00 and was about 1 hour and 15 minutes. You do have to reserve your space for a special tour like this ahead of time. We went from the basement to the belvedere. It was a very informative and interesting tour. The house itself is very nice. Did a regular house tour many years ago. Things have been updated on the grounds. There is now a small museum and a carriage house with a gift ship. We even became Ravinous Wine Club Members last year due to the phenomenal service and wine. This most recent visit was definitely a miss. She was knowledgeable about the wines, friendly & super kind and made our experience much more enjoyable. The wines on the other hand… outstanding! We have been coming to this winery for several years and have historically loved it. So much so we joined the wine club. Recently it has been a bit of an operational and experience mess.
Checking out is hectic and delayed due to people not knowing passwords to get into the tablets, being wine club members we were always able to select our tastings and our last time there we could not and were told it is because they sat us at a table instead of a tasing bar, the online scheduling does not cater to wine club members' benefits so you have to book and pay and ask for a refund. We were told to select a different way to book but upon trying, it was only for the location on Keuka and not an option for the Geneva/Seneca location.
The final straw was calling to schedule a tasting for 6 people celebrating milestones because we could not book online. The person we spoke to said calling was the right move. When the group showed up they did not have anything written down for us. They did find seating for us but after sitting for at least 15 minutes without any service or acknowledgement we decided to leave.
It is a challenge to keep good resources especially when a lot of help is seasonal but the experience should be consistent from the top down. You feel the changes of staff and unfortunately the experience has not remained consistent.
I do hope they can get this in line as they have some amazing people and products when everything works together.

While not from the area, we spend a fair amount of time up in the Finger Lakes. We've become members of wine clubs from multiple FLX wineries and make an effort to visit our faves, as well as seek out new experiences every time we're in the area. Ravines is without question our favorite winery in the region. Morten and his crew produce a wide range of varietals and each is magnificently crafted. There isn't a weak spot on their list. Add to that that wonderful hospitality overseen by Lisa and the tasting room crew and every visit is a treat. I highly recommend making the effort to get over to their Keuka tasting room if you're able for a uniquely different vibe. Can't recommend Ravines highly enough.

Our group of four goes to the finger lakes every year, and since we’ve discovered Billsboro it’s been a required stop ever since. The wines are fantastic (best on the lakes in my opinion), the ambience is peaceful, and the servers are warm and inviting.

We are making our annual visit to Seneca and stopped at Billsboro twice this week. First we did a wine tasting which allowed us to bring our dog and the scenery and views were unmatched. Our group of 8 was coming directly from the airport, I wasn’t sure if we’d have travel delays – so I was apprehensive to make a reservation. I emailed earlier in the week and they graciously booked us a tentative reservation without requiring prepayment, just asking us to call if we were delayed. What a GREAT experience! Billsboro is one of our top 3 wineries in the finger lakes! They are a hidden gem we thankfully learned of two years ago after chatting with folks at another winery. We managed to visit about 6 wineries during our 2 days in the Finger Lakes. This was the first one we stopped at, and I think my favorite one as well. It wasn’t the nicest day outside, so I absolutely loved the enclosed heated patio. We were able to bring our dog, and enjoy a flight of wine while viewing the lake. The staff were very nice. This appears to be one of the only wineries we found that served some food more substantial than charcuterie. We didn’t eat here, but the food did look good!

Wines were decent, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The winery was nearly empty aside from one other table, yet the staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating. Their tasting protocol had changed since our reservation was made months ago, and when we asked to sit outside on a beautiful day, just 10–20 feet from the bar, we were met with resistance. Despite being a laid-back group, we felt rushed and unwelcome throughout the visit. Disappointing, considering the potential of the space and setting.
Her name was Linda which seems to be an on going issue in these reviews. I will say she opened up as the tour went on but it would be nice to be great with an initial warm approach.
Additionally, making out initial reservation was a nightmare as their phones do not work. They will answer but are super muddled and we were told it’s an ongoing issue.

My two girlfriends and I went to this winery after visiting two others. This is a very nice winery and we bought a flight to taste. All the wines were very good. Unfortunately, the woman working there was not friendly or welcoming at all. There was one other couple at the winery buying flights and she was talking to them about traveling and other subjects not related to the winery. We stopped by for some wine tasting on a Thursday afternoon. Covid restrictions had been lifted the day before our visit. When walking in, you could go no further than a person waiting at a register to cash you out for your wine tasting. This was our second visit to this hidden gem! Just visiting this unique winery is a great experience! They have some interesting decor throughout the winery down to the doors on a nearby building and the design of the bathrooms! And an area that Harry Potter fans will love! I'm talking black history, native American history, and the white folks. If you see photos of the place and only see the main floor of the house which just has a lot of antique furniture that is really just scratching the surface. Downstairs in the basement. The 'LIC' in Big aLICe's name is because the original brewery was in Long Island City, but has since moved here. Told the bartender that reminded me of Albuquerque's Ex Novo Brewery, which spent half its' life in Portland, Oregon, before closing shop and moving operations to New Mexico. My husband and I got married at the Cracker Factory in June and we seriously could not recommend it more!
Firstly, Amy is such an amazing owner and truly a pleasure to work/plan with! She was there anytime I emailed her to ask her a question, or even willing to hop on a phone call. She provided us with a list of recommend vendors (which helped immensely since we are from out of town), helped us decide what speciality drinks to choose, created multiple floor plans for us to choose for our reception, figure out how to hang our bar sign, etc. Amy really helped to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly without a hitch. She checked us multiple times throughout the process, on our wedding day, and even checked in a few weeks after!
Second, I think the pictures speak for themselves regarding the venue space. It is absolutely breathtaking! Our guests are still talking about it to this day. My husband and I were looking for a venue that has a beautiful exterior, as well as an interior, since we chose to have our ceremony indoors. We both have very different styles, but the Cracker Factory blends industrial modern (my style) with antique rustic charm (my husbands). In the end, we were both were very happy! Additionally, we were looking for a space where we did not have to spend a ton of money, or put in a ton of effort, in regard to decor because the space itself provided that.
The venue provided so many different opportunities for different photos in great natural lighting as well. Outside with the vine covered wall, back in the corner with the old cement and brick, the front of the building with the fire escape, in front of the elevator, upstairs on the third floor. The variety in settings in all our photos is stunning!
We would get married there 1,000x over if we could!

Our wedding here was just incredible. The space was beautiful and somehow felt both spacious and intimate for our 102 guest wedding. The light through the big windows felt magical through the ceremony and cocktail hour in the back bar, and the string lights and disco ball were perfect for dinner and dancing. All of our guests had a great time! Throughout the planning process Amy and her whole team were super helpful and communicative, and stepped up when plans went awry to make sure our day was still perfect.

The Cracker Factory is an absolutely beautiful venue! This was the only one we toured and as soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one for us. Even though we had a smaller amount of guests (70), it didn't feel too empty at all despite the large room size. Ashley and Brandon were endlessly helpful and so friendly that many of our guests came up to me to say how great they were. During the planning period, all my questions were answered quickly over email, and phone calls / in-person meetings were offered as well! From the beginning of setup the day before, to the outdoor ceremony, and the end of the reception, everything went smoothly - we never had to worry about the small details because Ashley and Brandon had everything covered. We were so happy with The Cracker Factory from start to finish! My husband and I met in college in Geneva and were looking for a venue there that was a little more unique and modern than a traditional winery space. The Cracker Factory is gorgeous, and Amy and Brandon were great to work with -- they were accommodating and gave us layout ideas, and had really strong relationships with all our vendors, which made the logistics super easy. They are hands on and helpful, but also extremely relaxed, for the perfect mix of getting things done and keeping everyone at ease. Having both the ceremony and reception there went really smoothly, and all our guests raved about how beautiful everything was. As a plus, the acoustics in the space are really nice, so we didn't need a microphone for our ceremony singers or our officiant. We took a few photos in the unfinished upstairs space as well, which turned out to be a gorgeous spot.
Overall, we are about as happy as you can be with how everything turned out. Highly, highly recommend!

This beautifully restored warehouse set in the Finger Lakes Region was perfect spot for our wedding. We absolutely loved having our reception at the Cracker Factory. We could not have asked for a more perfect space. We wanted somewhere that was simple and understated, that could be decorated but didn't need to be, where all of our guests could be in one space together, and that was architecturally intriguing. The Cracker Factory achieved all of this and more. We got so many compliments from guests as to the unique space that we had found and the back patio was an amazing addition! Maggie, Amy, & Brandon were so wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful. They worked well with all of our vendors and were extremely helpful and responsive at all points in the wedding planning process. We could not recommend The Cracker Factory will always hold a very special place in our hearts & we could not recommend it more!
