We asked to put the bumpers up on the younger kids lane and after 20 minutes nothing happened. I went ahead and pulled them up myself (probably not the correct move, but it was a simple task and the kids were getting frustrated). Our 2nd lane for the bigger kids quit working and we told the front desk. That lane didn't work for nearly 30 minutes and we just waited for repair, which never happened. Apparently, it never got relayed to the back (we found out later after talking to a manger). We also had quite a few food orders that did not get filled because they were so understaffed. THEY NEED MORE HELP!! Ultimately we were asked to leave because a ball got stuck on the little kids lane and a parent went to get it because we knew it would never get fixed. Leaving was a fine end result, it was an absolute mess in there.
