However, it is rugged. Remoteness comes at a price. We visited in December and the clouds had come in. The solar cells weren't charging so we had no water for showers or lights at night. It was also cold and there is no heating in the rooms (no power = no heat) so you stayed warm under blankets. The food was great but limited in options so you fill your metal tray in the dark with what appears appetising in the glare of your flashlight. I loved it. This was the perfect place for a guy like me. But if you read this review and what a large variety of culinary choices, warm showers, light, etc... maybe this isn't the place for you.
