Busy shop in a great location but you get seen to in order and as soon as they are able which was relatively quickly anyway in our case. We were able to pick up the skis the night before to save time too in order to hit the slopes first thing which was fantastic. Note: The online booking/reservation facility is superb! A huge time saver and it is slick. I cannot recommend this highly enough and to be honest it sealed the deal as far as I was concerned. I had to reserve for 6 people of differing abilities and with different requirements e.g. 1 person with no boots; 3 with no helmets and you can tailor the order for each person but collect their weight, head circumference and height first. Everything was labelled up and ready to go when we arrived. Very efficient team working in harmony. If anything was uncomfortable (namely boots!) they were happy to change them multiple times until you were happy. Even after 1 day we had 2 people change boots and again not a problem.
