Located in a white corner of the mountain. Very interesting to see where the Beatles spent some time connecting to there inner self escaping all the worldly noise.

It was amazing to even imagine how people must have medidated and lived here. Highly recommend visiting this place.
Park vehicle near Janki Setu and walk across the bridge for around 500mts to Rajaji National Park. The Ashram is inside the National Park and has an entry fee of 200Rs for Indians. An ID card is mandatory for entry.
Truthfully, it is a shame that such a beautiful place is maintained in such a poor state. Makes you wonder why they are charging such a high entry fee.

But the area needs more care and maintenance. Many parts are broken, there’s no proper seating, and paths are not well-kept. Still, they charge an entry fee of ₹200, which feels too high for the current condition.

It was our first time in Rishikesh and we cannot stop praising hotel for its location on the Ganga River, beautiful ambience and great service.
Staff very polite.
Kanika at the Patio goes beyond her duty to take care of her guests. She gave valuable suggestions for food items which we enjoyed a lot.
Ganga Arti in the evening is cherry on the cake.

The service was exceptional! The pool and views are very beautiful and the yoga class was nice. The spa was perfect! When we stayed, there were remodeling so it was noisy very close to the room. The room design was absolutely beautiful, however there was a very intense smell of mold mixed with intense perfume. The drainage had some issues and very bad smells came in through the bathroom. The lobby had a very intense perfume smell, it was hard to stay inside and breathe. Several of the common rooms had this issue.

Wonderful team and great service overall. Food was excellent and well prepared. Superb view from the hotel- Always opt for Ganga view, it will make your stay worth. Aarti experience was great too. Nature walk experience was ok.

Our stay at Aloha on the Ganges was average. The property has a beautiful location — peaceful surroundings with lovely views of the river and pool. However, the service was quite slow, and the front desk team was not very polite or welcoming.
On the positive side, the restaurant staff during breakfast, especially Vipin and Garima, were attentive and courteous, which made our mornings pleasant.

Ths stay at Sterling Palm bliss Rishikesh was amazing.the hotel is strategically located around 500mts distance from The Ganges.
The staff is very warm especially Suresh ji and team in the Aroma restaurant and food is really prepared thoughtfully with love.Hats off to the girls out in the restaurant. Really helpful.
The reception area is well lit and entrance is well managed by front desk.
Talking about the rooms, they are well maintained with clean washroom and lobby area.Room pantry, fridge and kettle are there when you are hungry and want to munch something.
Wellness centre is properly maintained, staff there also is very helpful and caring.The foot massage there was quiet calm and relaxing.
Could not access the gaming area much with very little time to stay but can spend some time with toddlers ans teenagers there.
Evening snacks and tea at Aveda cafe was energetic after day long journey to Neelkanth Mahadev temple.
The open area near Buddha statue and the Aarti is a mesmerizing experience.
Should definitely pay a 3 day visit to this hotel.
My experience was overall refreshing.Just don't feel like going back.

I had an amazing stay at Sterling Palm Bliss The hospitality was truly exceptional, far beyond what I expected. The manager Mr Gaurav went out of his way to help us—when no taxis were available due to a strike, he personally drove us in his own car so we wouldn’t be stranded. The food room and overall service were all excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help.

Spacious room, sparkling white linen, and fabulous dining experience. The dinner buffets were awesome - sumptuous spread; exceptional culinary skill; heartwarming service by dining room staff.
Special mention must be made of Manager, Mr Suresh, and Dining staff, Mr Sajan. They took great care of us all through our 4-day stay.
Commendations to Chef, Mr Vikas, for the finger-licking food, especially the dishes served at Dinner Time.

I had booked for two nights and I must say, I loved the place. The location is walking distance from all famous places, The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Suraj, Vikas and Deepak. Once I needed to go to the market and the GM of the hotel, Gaurav, a very cool chap from Kanpur, dropped us to the market in his personal car. My experience was quite mixed. I contacted the property directly, and Aman assisted me with the booking. He recommended the pool-view suite, priced at ₹12,000 with breakfast and dinner included.

I used their family cottage but the overall experience was not so good.
Seepage issue was in rooms, seepage smell was in the rooms, Stains on the bedding, a smell in the air seems that rooms hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks.
When it was highlighted to reception,temporary solution was given using an air diffuser.
We were told before the booking that swimming pool is fully operational however this was full of dust and mud...from the day we checked in till we checkout.
Resturant can be slightly better. I was told at the time of booking that all meals will be buffet basis but only breakfast is buffet basic, rest all you needs to order and if you have booked all inclusive then you have limited choices.
Fortunately, we were blessed and asked by the Resturant person that we can order based on our choice 😄
but also confirmed that they have limited items for all inclusive packages.
Location is good but not managed properly.
Being a local Rishikesh person i receive queries from friends,colleagues ,relatives
about stay during their visit to Rishikesh.
This property definitely not be in my recommendations ever.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Though beautifully located, the King Suite promised to us turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite clear instructions before hand to ensure clean room and linen, we were welcomed with stained linen in a room with large windows but without any curtains. When asked to put curtains, they did a shoddy job out of it (pic att). Basic dusting in the room had not been carried out with dust lying on sofas, chairs and everywhere else possible as indicated in the photos. Despite repeated calls, no efforts were made to clean the room. Paint stained chairs and extremely dirty sofa where one could not even sit. We had no choice but to leave the hotel after waiting for two hours despite having paid almost Rs 5000 for a night with no scope of refund.

This is a feedback-cum-review.
It was my wedding. My family and friends had a great time here that's why I'm giving it 5 stars.
It was a destination wedding and the general manager of the resort Mr.P.S Rawat always assured from the start that food and general requirements during our stay will be taken care of. And yes he delivered on his promise. The food quality was top notch everytime, no complaints whatsoever, everyone liked it. The prompt requirements of the rooms were also taken care of by the staff really well.
The other part of the wedding was decoration which was managed by someone else. And we didn't really have a smooth time dealing with them throughout these 6 months.
I personally come from a customer service industry and I realise how important it is to form a good professional customer relationship for the optimum service delivery. This helps form trust and few shortcomings can also be overlooked in the final product. But I guess I expected too much.
We tried our best to do follow-ups on how our decoration would look like, asked for samples, as for us it was not a small amount we were investing, even though the calls were heard but we were kept guessing till the last minute.
There was a last minute extra requirement requested at the wedding, I never got informed whether it was prepared or not. Yes, the argument can be put that I was the one accountable for my wedding requirement so I should have constantly followed-up with the service provider while I was completely busy in my rituals and celebrations. But I couldn't do it 100%. Noticeably the final payment by us part was promptly taken care of by them. (In that also, there was a issue at a point of time).
I guess you have to be diplomatically highly skilled and absolutely self-accountable to deal with the decorators as everything could be justified in this world.
Even though the above paragraph is longer, the following paragraph matters more.
But overall we were satisfied with final decorations as well, it looked beautiful with the resort backdrop. No doubt they were experienced. First 3 out of 4 functions were decorated really well. A few touch-ups and requirements demanded were taken care of by them. The final main function's decoration was good as well, I just wish they took a honest feedback. My guests actually liked the overall arrangements, that's why I'm satisfied in the end. I also had a great time overall and enjoyed a lot.
All in all we had a premium wedding experience at the resort. Looking at the final picture, we left happy.

We had a wonderful stay at Lamrin Cottages. It was a family get together of 30 members and we occupied all 3 cottages, it gave us the advantage of independent room per family, dining halls and living rooms for gatherings. The hospitality, food, comfort, hygiene, cleanliness and location were excellent. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Thanks to Nikki for helping in reservations, Richa for management and Kuldeep and staff for making our stay quite memorable. All meals were fresh, had good taste and special meals were taken care of.

We will be dropped at the entrance of the Kunjapuri temple early morning. The car leaves by 5 am and takes around 30 mins to reach. After ascending approximately 500 steps we will reach the temple. The whole Temple is at the top of the peak and you will get a nice view from there. People practice yoga in the temple premises. It is a fun environment and unlike a y other temples you see in India.
The trek starts from the temple after descending the steps. In this trek there is no climbing, we will walk downhill. The walk is through forest and village settlements. It is a pleasant walk downhill enjoying forest, mountains, villages and the how quite the place is. It is peaceful. After around 7 to 8 kms downhill you reach Neer Waterfall. That is the nearest point where you can get refreshments after starting from the temple. After few dips in the waterfall and refreshments we completed remaining part of the trek by passing few more sister waterfalls.

This was by far our worst hotel experience. Upon arrival, we were shown a particular room which seemed decent, but within minutes we were told to shift because that room was apparently pre-booked — something the receptionist hadn't even checked before handing us the key. The lack of coordination was the first red flag.
At first, the lady at the reception seemed polite, but her attitude changed completely after the payment was made. There was no sense of hospitality or basic courtesy. To top it off, the room was overpriced for the kind of service and treatment we received.
On the day of checkout, they started calling us well before the actual checkout time, pressuring us to vacate the room. It felt more like being pushed out than politely reminded. Overall, the attitude of the staff, especially the receptionist, was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Definitely not recommending this place to anyone looking for a peaceful or respectful stay.

I recently visited this place because a friend recommended it. At first, I was looking for a cozy spot in a prime location near Ram Jhula, close to the Ganges. But when I checked out this place, I was pleasantly surprised — it felt just like a home away from home.

Anandam Homestay is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The room is very nice, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The bedsheets, the dohar and the washroom was very clean and hygienic which is the best part of the stay.There is a small kitchenette attached provided with all the basic necessities to make tea or maggi . It made us feel we are staying at our home only. It is also easily accessible, very near to janaki jhula, which adds to the convenience.
The owner, Sita ji, is a wonderful person—very kind, polite, and always ready to help. She made our stay even more special by providing everything needed.. Her warm hospitality truly touched our hearts.

This pleasantly unpretentious polyclinic, situated on a friendly and quiet back street in Rishikesh, is a true gem.
The facility is clean, spacious and very comfortable; the treatments on offer are exceptional and deeply rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom. The staff is courteous, professional and always helpful in every way.
The early morning yoga classes on the roof as the sun came up behind the mountains; the delicious food (also enjoyed on the roof, soaking up some much needed sun); the beautiful trips the staff kindly arranged for us: it was all unforgettable.
I truly found, as predicted on the kind welcome note in my room, 'my personal renewal'. I reached a level of relaxation I haven't experienced in decades, while intensively (and succesfully) working on some stubborn health issues at the same time.
I returned home a different person, fully recharged, and can recommend a stay at this clinic wholeheartedly and passionately.
I will most certainly return as soon as I can.

We had a very beautiful and soothing experience in the Krishnabalam Polyclinic. All staff are friendly and skilled, all bringing a very joyful ambience the serene clinic.
We felt welcomed and received rejuvenating and healing treatments from the ayurvedic therapists. I will definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for short or long-term ayurveda stays.
In the mornings we received cozy yoga classes adapted to ability and the daily meals were nutritious and delicious.
Bonus was that a calm site of River Ganga was only 10 minutes walk away, and from the roof top terasse we had the most magical view of mountains and birds life.
The whole place was clean and cosy and in the mornings staff hosted a sweet puja on the heart of the building.
I came with specific treatment needs and felt relief after each treatment.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. I am a westerner, and I ended up catching typhoid fever by drinking the water. Luckily this clinic was right around the corner they were able to receive me and treat me in a timely manner. They got the diagnosis quickly and the treatment almost immediately. On a fairly quiet street in a residential neighbourhood in Rishikesh, this Ayurvedic clinic is a wonderful place for healing and relaxation. The space is clean, welcoming, simple but comfortable, offering traditional Ayurvedic practices and treatments. The team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, making us feel well cared for and at home from start to finish.
Our days started with gentle yoga sessions that helped us unwind, followed by tasty sattvic meals that supported the cleansing process. You can opt to eat in our out—there is a nice restaurant offering healthy meals a 15 minute walk away called Himalayan Yoga Café. For other places a rickshaw or taxi is required as the clinic is in the outskirts of the city. Don’t skip a nice long walk along the Ganges which is reached by foot.
Every day after yoga we would receive an amazing hour to 1,5 hour personalised Ayurvedic treatment based on the doctor’s consultations (shoutout to Sunita and Surendar 🫶🏼). The rest of the day we were free to relax or go explore.
Throughout our three-week Panchakarma treatment, we felt both supported and encouraged, and the staff made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

If I had a choice I would he given 0 stars to this nursery. It's very very expensive. Even then I was purchasing plants from here from the past three years as there are no options available in Rishikesh. Now one day I asked for a curry leaf plant and he told me that it was an expensive variety and asked for rs 2800 for that. Since I had been a long time customer, I trusted him. But all thanks to my friend who went there and told me to stand outside and asked him for the price. He gave the same plant to her for 350.
