Our walkthrough prior to the wedding answered any and all other questions and helped make our day much more structured. Doug, MJ and Cassie were very attentive to both us and our guests during dinner service and for the entire event. Dinner was served quickly and efficiently, our guests raved about their meals and many commented that it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding. I was surprised at how small it was however as I was expecting a large mansion from the pictures online. The guide was stumped a few times at our questions and wasn't able to answer. The tour only takes about 20 mins with a small group. Golf carts that you had to choose from had ripped seats and the rain covers for your clubs were either nonexistent or ripped up, windshield were so faded/hazy that you had to look outside the windshield to see where you were going. I have played golf all over Canada and have never seen this kind of poor equipment or carts.

It took just shy of 5 hours to play 17 holes due to waiting on the group of 4 in front of us whom the whole time were taking 2+ shots each, on every tee box. Once we arrived at 18’s tee box the group in front of us was still teeing off. the marshal showed up after being non existent all day to tell us they were closed and we had to head back at least 40 minutes before sundown while the group we were waiting on all day got to tee off on 18 and finish which rubbed my the wrong way. the price of the golf was pretty steep considering you most likely won’t get to play 18 holes unless you play in the morning. I would come back assuming the pace issue is fixed but from what i heard on the course from other players im not convinced this will happen.
