The breakfast is pretty good you have an American English and Indonesian and Fruit breakfast, personaly we all liked the Indonesian breakfast the best there nasi Goreng was really good👍 One middle age guy was complaining to manager about breakfast in the lobby that it wasn't good enough lol, the manager was willing to listen and asked what do you want changed what would you like on the menu as we can make that happen he said. But manager seemed absolutely lovely and was willing to listen and change or do what ever needed. Pools really nice and clean the one by main entrance is nice and big also has sectiond off area for the little ones. Best part about the pool shuts 10pm so you can have thos late night swims after dinner. My boys loved it so thankyou so much for having us we really enjoyed our stay 🙏💜

Deluxe Ocean View 房型望出去的景觀大部分只能看到旁邊的購物商場商店、餐廳和人潮或者是飯店本身的花園，所謂的海景只是部分海景，還要看個人運氣，4樓前端位置最好，3樓後段景觀最差，我就很倒楣被分到3樓後段景觀最差的房間，我的房間陽台面對的就是賣場，海景很遠很遠就算了，只能隱約看到一點點海而已，反而看旁邊賣場的店家和逛街人潮比較清楚，我甚至都可以跟逛街的路人和餐廳的員工打招呼了!(囧) 我實在忍無可忍打電話到櫃台反應，後來他們願意讓我換房間，但我發現這家喜來登酒店的Deluxe Ocean View 房型幾乎都是部分海景，而且都是隔著一堆房子、招牌、馬路、樹叢、雜物才看得到遠在天邊的海景，換了一間房，陽台景觀從賣場變成飯店本身的花園，我覺得它們的Deluxe Ocean View Room 應該改名成ShoppingMall View Room比較貼切。然後他們的房間隱私感不是很好，隔壁商場的逛街人潮都可以透過落地窗看到房間裡面的動靜，而且他的房間陽台設計會讓你跟隔壁上下甚至對面的房客很尷尬地對望或相遇，此外，這家飯店有接旅行團團客，所以早餐有時會很吵雜壅擠，跟菜市場沒兩樣!順便一提飯店附設的SHINE SPA，他的芳療室通風不好，有一股很重的過期油耗味，就是精油變質的一股怪味道，整個療程按完只想趕快把身上的按摩油洗乾淨，因為油耗味真的很重!這家飯店唯一的優點就是地點好，周遭生活機能便利

The Hotel is in an excellent position being close to the airport (10 mins by transfer) but no discernible disturbance heard. The hotel itself is very well maintained. Yes there are few bits and here that could do with a little maintenance but very little. The staff at the hotel are superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Check in was quick and easy after a long travel day. I relayed this to staff on check out. The pool staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping were also excellent. If we were being VERY particular then we would say that the breakfast buffet could offer a little better quality but that is a minor point and was easily made up for by the standard of food from the onsite restaurant which was superb and very good value for money. We were astounded what it didn't cost us to eat there :) The pool bar was also good value for money for a snack lunch and drinks. In short we would definitely recommend this hotel for either a short or extended stay. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The staff are all exceptional and go above and beyond to make you feel you are in a home away from home. One staff member that stood out above and beyond was Yuli, she is an absolute gem and we will be life long friends, I genuinely look forward to coming back and taking her and her partner out for dinner and can only hope she travels to Australia so I can extend the kindness and love she did for myself and my family. The food was exceptional in the hotel and also at the stones bar and grill where I had the best steak I’ve had in years and that’s saying allot as often I’m not disappointed by eating steak at restaurants. Another consideration we made was the location, we wanted a hub to start and end our days central to all the attractions whilst still being by the beach. The security was top notch, the long driveway from the main drag made the hotel quiet and secluded yet a short walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Kuta and the laid back Legian. I had planned to stay at another part of Bali on our next trip, but after experiencing the friendly homeliness of THE STONES, I will definitely be staying there again. 10/10 and thankyou to the stones for making our trip the best holiday we have ever had!

We liked the fact that it was really quiet at night, the rooms were a generous size with good lay out and private balcony and chilly AC. We organised hotel transport to and from the airport which was better than the usual scenario of finding a driver with a car not really up to the task of transporting boards. It was a great stay for our family, close to the airport, big pool that also had a shallow kids section which was great, delicious varied buffet breakfast, ponds with fish that the kids fed every morning, a small kids club which the kids enjoyed for down time and live music and cultural shows in the evenings that didn't run too late. All staff were super friendly, rooms big and tidy and the location was wonderful for our family. Everything was a walk away meaning we didn't have to catch much transport. It was beachfront which made the dinner view beautiful and the breeze lovely but we didn't swim in the sea. You had the option to walk into town via the busy road or the beach side path which was great and you could walk all the way to Legian if you wanted. There were other hotels close where you could go for dinner or a show as well. Everything on your doorstep and airport nice and close, great rates, would recommend for families.

I understand that it’s considered a day spa, but when I entered my treatment room (Healing Room 2), it was still warm. That alone was uncomfortable. Started with a full body massage, which was good (not great), then I was asked to move to the chair for a hair wash and for my hair treatment to begin. Fast forward, came the basic mani pedi session, so I chose to be in my clothes for this, but get this— my body was still OILY from the massage earlier, so imagine sitting on the 2 chairs (hair wash and hair treatment) with oily thighs and oily everywhere else so the chairs became oily too. She said the oil was good for the skin which I understood because this wasn’t my first massage, but after every massage that I had ever gotten, the masseuse would wipe off the oil from my body or at least some, so that I can put on my clothes comfortably— not leave THICK LAYER OF OIL on my skin. Goodness. I had to request for it to be wiped off to put on my clothes. And I had to ask her to wipe off the oil on the chair for my mani pedi session. I even had to ask her to help me push the massage table because it was blocking the cupboard where I hung my clothes and put my belongings. The mani pedi session after was REALLY basic. My nails were not even that shiny afterwards, and the results weren’t that neat. I even had to point to some parts that the therapist overlooked. And before I left, I saw a tiny baby cockroach on the floor of the room. Now I understand that it’s a day spa and the door was open and the resort has bushes etc all over, but seeing a cockroach there was definitely a turn off. 在峇里島待過最棒的飯店！房間很舒適，有大浴缸可以享受泡澡的樂趣之外，房間外的陽台也是放空發呆的好地方，擺放著大沙發，面對的私人庭園與人群隔絕，完全不會受人打擾。飯店腹地很大，除了Rimba Hotel有很多座游泳池之外，也可以使用Ayana Hotel飯店的多座游泳池及其他設施，包括私人沙灘跟Rock Bar，即使一整天待在飯店也不會覺得無聊。早餐很豐盛，如果遇到遊客較多的時候，需要候位或是換到其他餐廳。飯店消費較高，離市區又比較遠，如果待在飯店一整天，餐飲的費用比較高！但還是一間值得推薦的五星渡假酒店。

IHG会员的关系，这次巴厘岛旅行还是选择了洲际。酒店的位置很不错，距离机场15分钟就可以到。环境和风景一流，傍晚海边的夕阳好美，远远的可以看的飞机起落的样子。房间有些老旧了，装饰还ok，有些潮湿发霉的味道，投诉以后换了一个房间，稍微好一些。泳池附近的餐厅口味一般，不算很好吃。海边餐厅早餐品种很少，但风景不错。大堂楼下餐厅早餐人蛮多的，秩序还不错，品种多，但价格不友好。SPA在装修，搬到海边别墅区域了，按摩可以打80分。最后也说一下，对于IHG高等级会员不算非常照顾，有些其他酒店给的优待这里不算好。供参考。

员工都很热情大方，基本的设施略旧但还是保养得当，海滩左边的海鲜大排档一望无际很棒，早餐个人觉得一般，值得推荐！

陽光與海灘都有齊，酒店內環境好靚，夠晒多樹木，酒店內設計別緻，好有地道風情。缺點:酒店可能已經建造多時，房內有d殘舊，燈制問題，沖涼時熱時凍，不過環境彌補了這些不足。
