Highly recommend. Very solid hotel, nice room, and location is great. The hotel build new enough so all the hardware is in good shape. Button is well planned. Quiet and have nice few. Room size is big. If you can get a lake view it looks very nice. Outside hotel is 5 min walk to Lakeshore, and a few malls nearby with fancy led screen on ceiling. 牛排馆的餐点还不錯，自助餐厅的就一般般了，若要欣赏金鸡湖美景，可以选择面湖的景观房间

服务周到，反馈及时，早餐丰富，房间宽敞，这是我有生以来体验最好的酒店。

这附近时新区里比较热闹的地段了，周边好几个大的购物中心起来了，生意都不错，偶尔跟朋友会面就在这里。

客房挺大的，视野很不错，而且还有游泳池哦!

符合洲际服务标准，可惜没住到湖景房。已经第二次入住。

位于苏州新地标苏州中心附近，金鸡湖的西岸。在酒店客房就可以看到金鸡湖景和夜晚的喷泉。酒店比较新，风格大胆，配色鲜艳，配乐动感，特别有时尚气息。但相对较吵：大堂一到晚上就像夜店，客房一进门就自动开电视机放音乐。。。酒店餐厅外的抓娃娃机好玩，一块钱就抓一次。

苏州很美，人也很和善，我住国外很久，利用这次机会，带家人同游苏州，我很喜欢。但是拙政园，獅子林人太多，园林保护欠缺，真为这个国家文物担心。城市到处是人可以理解，但因教育国人在公共场所讲话小声，文明。为苏州更美好，愿你们努力。

We loved our stay as the staff were above and beyond. The service is was amazing and everyone tried their best to help me. Whenever we called for a taxi, it shows up within minutes and the staff would have me sit in the lobby while they waited at the door for its arrival then they informed me. The room is also huge and gorgeous. It’s like a residence. Large windows allows ample like during the day (although a bit dark at night). The rain shower was amazing and the shower was beautifully designed where the water drains. Everything about the room was fantastic. There is a nespresso machine with coffee pods and water boiler with a tea set. There’s even a pillow menu with a dozen options! Breakfast includes plenty of options of both western (like deli meats, toast, etc) to Asian options (sushi, dim sum, rice, noodles, congee) and there’s even a noodle soup bar. The one disappointment is there gym and pool. The “gym” is simply 1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 elliptical that all face the pool and 1 rack of free weights with a bench. It’s super tiny. It needs more space and more equipment. Not a real gym. But my stay here was so enjoyable that it was ok. One important thing. The pin on Google Maps is WRONG. It’s close, but it’s slightly southeast on the other side of the street. This property is right next to the water.
