It is probably the best hotel right by the beach and water in Sharja. Rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful decorative details. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel and also a coffee shop in the lobby. Lobby itself is beautiful, and there is arabic coffee and dates available there. There is also a well equipped spa with many services and a small gym on premises. Pool is one of the highlights it is quite spacious with large separate area for kids. I asked if they could remove it since it is not appropriate and the response was that the room is leased to the salon even though it is inside the hotel. I do not want to look at a basically see through dress photo of a woman when I am headed towards a restroom. I am surprised to see this in this location. I am also surprised that the service reps knew about my email, but said they could not do anything because that room is leased to them. I hope this changes or at least have the sign on the inside of the leased room, not visible to hotel guests. Or, just a better modest sign. The salon said "women only". But, what is the point if you show that on the outside of the room? The hospitality, housekeeping and staff were all friendly and hospitable. Daily drinking water was provided and our room was cleaned. The grounds looked nice. There were a good number of areas to sit and relax. The cleaning people are very great and they do a very good job. Mahabub was guy that cleaned my room and he did an amazing job every time. If you require Laundry give allow 3 days as there in no hurry to return it to you. I asked to change rooms twice, 1st time , sorry hotel is full, 2nd time, don't worry they will leave soon. Complete reception staff require more customer training. Save your money and sanity and book into either THE COPTHORNE of THE CORNICHE

Manuel was the best - our check in and check out was super smooth. The team are so lovely and friendly here and really do go out their way to help you. Manuel mentioned this will be one of the best hotel breakfasts ever and that we should get there early before it gets busy - I was very impressed by the breakfast, the choice was varied and large (but not overwhelming at the same time), excellent food quality and a really good choice of healthy foods. I’ve done a lot of the renowned hotel breakfasts in Dubai and this is easily the best breakfast I’ve done here. The room was a very good size - beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and we loved our tropical green view of all the plants and trees outside. The resort feels like a green tropical oasis - it felt like I was on an island and was the perfect place to switch off. The gym is very big and might be one of the bettors gyms I’ve seen. The hotel is famous for Twiggy which we enjoyed but we actually preferred the family pool instead - it felt more peaceful, we loved the surrounding greenery. The hotel has a great choice of restaurants too - Thai Kitchen is our favourite always and the hotel is also a very quick walk away from a mall if you need to get anything or want other food options. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

I went there as a casual staff to help as Comi chef assistant. The first day I greeted some chefs in the kitchen they didn't respond. I was in the butchery section with one chef name chef Azziz. I was sent for break my first day not knowing the timing or their policy. I took 45 to 50minutes ,I was asked if I wanted to go home which I apologise and told them it will never happen again. One of my worst day in my life was when I joined the third day being 13/11/2025.night section. I have been working whole day without rest. I was asked to go in the buffet section where I was supposed to wait for guests to come for their dinner. Unfortunately few minutes before the event I passed out, I couldn't stand nor allow myself to be seen by the guests. There was a room just behind me, I managed to open while I told my other colleague before the incident to please call me before the guests arrive. Unfortunately,that didn't happen. People started coming out I didn't hear nor understand what was going on. I could only see about two chefs asking me to come out, while I moved forward before finishing my steps I was asked what happened I told the supervisor chef I had stomach issues and I passed out. Then he follow up with insults on my personality, I was lazy, I don't like the job even went further violated my personal space by taking photos of me without my permission and called the company that sent to not sent me the next day! This all happened infront of other Staffs I apologise again, immediately he has asked me to go home, which I remain calmed and finish my duty that night. His name I believe chef Atoleaque the supervisor executive. I might not have spell his name correctly, but I hope the Hr or team find out the chef executive who claimed to be 49years and could work 14hours non stop which is good for him. I should note, I couldn't say every words or stuffs he said to me[insults], but my message is this to him. Never never judge someone without hearing their own side or humiliated them in front of many Staffs you never know who was standing infron of you. Just because u are the chef executive. I write this for the public to read gives their judgment, after my investigation I was told these chefs behave like this to many others people before me. I hope the Hr change their policy, one more important note its a very hostile environment especially if you are a black guy like me. Reason I couldn't find anyone who looks like me in that environment. They know themselves, I wasn't there for such to happen. I was there to learn meet people and share experience but it turned out to be one of my worst experiences and humiliation. The chef once he read my message he will know. Most of them are very hostile to new people I hope they change and make this hotel work place a beautiful environment for others in the future and people that look like myself thank you.
