So useful after a long grueling walk through Petra! They also let us check in at about 11am which was much appreciated after a long bus journey! Rooms are absolutely fine and it has a nice pool and jacuzzi on the roof. Dinner and breakfast were okay, nothing amazing but perfectly serviceable and easy. I'd recommend going into Wadi Musa proper if you want a really nice meal. All in all would recommend this.

He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best way to visit Petra in the short time we had and was able to organise a taxi journey from the hotel to Petra. The hotel was immaculate and authentically decorated with all mother of pearl furniture and mosaic pictures. We stayed in the family room on the ground floor which was very spacious. This consisted of two rooms and a bathroom. The only issue we had was the shower leaking water which made it difficult to shower. When we mentioned this to Samy he did a great job of fixing the issue, he went above and beyond, replacing the shower head which prevented further leaks and also resulted in a more powerful shower. The breakfast has a good spread with a mix of continental and middle eastern dishes. In terms of location, the hotel is nearby the Petra visitor centre, only a 5 minute taxi ride which is very convenient. (Samy also recommended us a reliable and cheap taxi service which we used throughout our time in Petra). The hotel is also round the corner from the main street where all the restaurants are, so it was very handy with a short walk. Many shops, mini supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Considering the main street is busy it was very quiet in the room. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, both for the incredible service, great location and also the family room is great for young families with it being on the ground floor meaning you don't have to travel far to get to your room.
