Service started off decent—our order was taken promptly, and the staff seemed friendly at first. However, once the food arrived, the cracks began to show. I ordered an 8-slice pizza with anchovies, expecting a flavorful, well-balanced pie. The crust itself was the best part—crispy on the outside with a nice chew—but the toppings were undercooked and noticeably lacking. Most surprising (and frustrating) was the anchovy situation: on the entire pizza, there were maybe two or three small pieces in total. When I asked the server about it, she nearly put her finger in my food to point one out and casually said, "Yeah, they don't put a lot on the pizza when you order those," before walking away. We ordered a large chili with sour cream and cheese and a chicken wrap and a kids meal. A chicken nugget kids meal for my youngest and a large soda and three frosties to get at the end of our order. When we were finished eating the food came out so hot. It was fresh. It was well seasoned and they serve their food with a smile. feels like we're just walking into a family restaurant like this is a place that we go to connect with. My family and Wendy's has been a beautiful part of that. They ask my children. How are you? How are you doing today?
