They care about the customers and the passion they have for preparing these dishes, shows. Ted is a nephew of the owner from The Highland House and brought the recipe to Clarkston. Lucky you Clarkston residents. This is not a driveby, it is a drive to destination. You will not be disappointed with their dishes. Take it from a food critic like myself. While we were eating, I noticed a woman cleaning, wiping down tables, sweeping and moping areas before other families entered the playroom. That made me feel comfortable, because I am so afraid of germs, even before the pandemic. After eating, my Granddaughter and I were excited to play but I told her we had to clean the slide, because I was afraid of the baby germs that might be on it. She agreed. After we cleaned it, we had a lot of fun. Other children weren't aware of us cleaning the slides until they couldn't walk up the slide, and when they went down the slide, they shot out real fast. They were shocked at 1st, then they all had a blast going up the obstacles to go back down the slide.My Granddaughter made new friends and I heard a lot of laughs. No one wanted to leave. I also cleaned the baby slide and enjoyed watching new mothers play with their babies. I had a great time and so did everyone else. The best part was making great memories with and for my angel 🥰 My only regret was never wanting to go there with my kids when they were little like that. And I really wasn't thrilled about going in the first place. But now, I can't wait to take my angel again. 😁 Since the kids were shooting out so fast, I recorded them in slow-motion. Today Justin and Alayna were there. They don’t waste a beat with greeting you. They both are very professional and made the food with care, asking if what toppings they put on was enough. Last time I was in I noticed the music wasn’t working, Justin had taken it upon himself to fix it (you don’t notice how much of an impact something makes until it’s gone!) so the fix was much appreciated! Elliot is wonderful as well, very friendly and professional. They manage things very well like online orders while dealing with in store customers! They are very patient with complicated customers and orders as well! Naomi, I believe, is the newest member of the team and the first time I went in there she was working for the first time alone and has already improved wonderfully! She’s so sweet and is doing an amazing job with learning everything! Overall, the staff is wonderful to interact with, they make the food right and are pleasant to talk with.
