Finally it was my first time visiting there and I wasn't truly happy with the way we were treated and also saw others being treated and even the menu was limited and there wasn't much to choose from and I didn't expect from a place like this. I had booked for twin bed giving higher price but when I arrived they provide me a cramped single bed room. I took this issue to them and then I was provided with blank looks(as if they failed to scam me into getting a cheaper room) and excuses i.e. there is a pipe problem. I demanded to get a room according to what I've paid so they made me wait for more than 2hrs and later gave me the twin bed room. Inside the room there were no toiletries,broken toilet seat/cover, wall socket problem, non-working geyser and surprisingly a sparrow(didn't know where it came from, probably a nest inside the room; although amusing,it speaks volumes about the hygiene and maintenance of the hotel. After running the A/C for a few hours it started to leak, flooding half of the room (hadn't realised it as I was tired and fell asleep).So acting on my common sense, i gathered the bucket from the bathroom to gather the leaking water. By next morning, i had collected 1½ bucket of water from the leaking AC (i would have been really grateful if I was surviving in a rainforest but alas). Overall, this hotel is highly unrecommended. Only saving grace was a room service boy, otherwise rest of the staff were rude, ignorant and straight out dismissive. This property should not be allowed to function as a hotel. Absolutely terrible service. I'm writing this long review so that many others don't waste their hard earned money as I've done.
