Then we order the garbanzo risotto with the steak. Waitress asked how we want our steak cooked and we stated “medium rare to medium.” Got the risotto and I immediately noticed that the steak was raw, not even cooked rare, just straight up raw. We informed the waitress and she said “well you asked for medium rare and that’s medium rare.” We couldn’t believe it. Look at the pictures (first picture is what we first received.). Then she takes it back and has a terrible attitude about it. Not even two minutes later she brings it’s back out and the steak was just seared for 20 seconds on each side. We cut it open and it’s still raw. We were frustrated but just ate the risotto and pushed the steak to the side. When we received our bill, it said the drinks were $8 each instead of $6. The customer service was amazing so yes I would definitely come back and it’s easy to find and park. It’s kid friendly and many different options!

The food was really good…like surprisingly good! I got the corned beef hash and banana pancakes. As someone who doesn’t like bananas I was a little nervous, however, they did a really good job of mixing the banana and a pancake batter together. It was the perfect size for a sweet treat at the end of my meal. The corn beef hash was the taste. I didn’t know I need it. The beef was tender and seasoned perfectly, the scrambled egg on top added a perfect buffer and my favorite were the hashbrowns. They were super crispy and all around. It was a really good dish. The place is small and Quaint so what it lacks in atmosphere It definitely made up for in taste and cost. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you stop by. The restaurant is well located close to Aguadilla Main Square. This restaurant offers typical dishes from Puerto Rico but with an “upscale twist”. We ordered three dishes to share, mofongo, salad and buñuelos. The mofongo stands out because of the soup made from mushrooms and because it is made vegan. It tastes really good. We ordered a dessert to top it off. The puddin was amazing!! I might have to come back just to eat this again. The staff is really nice. Our waitress gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip. Price is higher compared with others restaurants but they have some dishes worth trying at a normal price. Tip is not included but it is around 15% - 20%. I will be back for brunch.

The chicken tenders appetizer was bone dry. Wayyyy overcooked and barely sauced. Not a great start. The daily pasta which features homemade pasta had a great sauce. Burger was decent but nothing spectacular. Fries were spot on. The only homerun was the dessert! The pumpkin flan was out of this world. One of the best flan I have ever had. My cashier is listed as Jova Pit. I have to commend the owner on having such a careful and diligent staff. There were several tables and only having two people working, I think the time and service were very good. They kept checking if everything was okay and did their best to accommodate everyone to make them comfortable even though part of the restaurant (the two tables next to the entrance) is quite hot since the air conditioning doesn’t reach that space and two families asked to be moved from there. It feeds three people generously. It included meats, as well as mac and cheese, pickled onions and pickles. The kids meal was a good size and price. The water is $3.50 a bottle (the prices isn’t listed on the menu). One bbq platter, one kids meal, and an extra side of amarillos plus tip rang up at $69.29. Again, I commend the staff because I took my elderly and physically challenged grandmother and the waiter went out of his way to help her stand and be able to exit safely.
