Great side salads, the House Vinaigrette is delicious! My husband ordered a dish he's never had, the Salsiccia and Peppers. He was excited to find a Spicy Sausage entree! Loved almost everything about it just wished it wasn't whole links. He said had it been sliced or even butterflied with char and caramelization it would have been Exponentially improved upon. I have never seen anyone order a Pizza here before and now I'm pretty sure I know why. Had it not been for the Signature Smoky Provel Cheese layered across it I would have sworn I was served a frozen soggy cardboard pizza. I ate one small square and took the rest home. The little dude, who LOVES cheese pizza, had some words that were Extremely unflattering as well. One thing they have Nailed is their cocktails. I got a favorite, the Cucumber Cooler. My husband treated himself to an Espresso Martini! Our server Sam had A Lot of patrons to look after but remained attentive. Visiting from Mesa and neice and nephew have been here before. Greeted graciously at the entry. Immediately escorted to a corner booth with a view of the outside. It was too hot and looked like a storm brewing so we opted for indoor dining. Wait staff was prompt and efficient and quite helpful in explaining some of the menu items. The executive chef is the son of a friend and he came to the table to meet and greet. He was involved in a wine and cuisine special event and was quite busy with that but still took the time. The four of us each ordered an entree and none of us were disappointed. Presentation was excellent and flavours were exquisite. My neice enjoys the ambiance and loves the salmon prepared to perfection on a board accompanied by veggies and rice. This will be a place to revisit upon our return to Lincoln.

We’ve gotten takeout from there during COVID. Every time it was great. It has probably been a year since I have been there though. We just recently went for dinner. The hostess was visibly annoyed when she found we had a party of 7 and no reservation. If you weren’t going to have room, just politely say so and we could have found another place to eat. There were several tables open when we were seated and they were still open when we left though too. The food wasn’t nearly as good as before. While several rolls were good, several were also fairly hard. The soup I had was good. My entree wasn’t up to par though. The vodka sauce used to be more pink and more creamy. 3 of us had the same dish since it was always great. It was more bitter and “broken” and this time. My kid liked her Alfredo. The server was great though! This used to be a gem, but I’m not sure I will be going back.

He was sooooo happy! I don't really do pasta (I know, come at me) but still ate my weight in Salad (extra olives) and Breadsticks. My husband started with his favorite, Spaghetti and Meatballs, trying the Spicy Meat sauce for the first time. Really liked it but said it became one note fairly quickly. Based on recommendations the Creamy Mushroom sauce was next, topped with Chicken. This was also a winner! We were all Shocked when he so quickly hung in the towel. The childrens were restless and had it been just the 2 of us I have a feeling he would've gone a couple more rounds. Our server Kianna was sooooo slammed but had a great attitude. I am from the north east both my parents from NYC I grew up in NJ and PA take out pizza was a staple. I have lived in Lincoln for over a year now and I’ve been looking for pizza that is like what I grew up eating. My buddy mentioned a deal from Mon- Wed so I placed an order last night. I was very very pleased!! I placed order easily online, and it was ready within 30 min which was awesome because it was late. I did a jumbo for my kids and a mini for myself. Apparently the mini is so small it's basically a kid's meal, but I was fortunate they're my mini a small instead. That was great! I was really happy with my topping options because I could add cream cheese. Not every place has it so I get it when I can. The pizzas were both perfectly covered with cheese and toppings from edge to edge. Most pizza places easily fail to do this resulting in sole less than satisfying pieces. To make things better, leftover pizza always ducks because the crust is too hard. Pizza hut, Ramos, dominoes, and little Cesar's are the worst. I was really happy to warm some pizza up this morning and it tastes just as good as it did last night. The crust isn't hard at all! Not even the edge pieces! I usually don't care for the crusts of pizza but Valentinos isn't tough in the slightest. Looking forward to ordering again, as well as making this our go to for pizza.

Found this place and the food did not disappoint. First off the place looks nothing like the food tastes. The Ritas Supreme pizza was delicious.
