Until tonight. Food was good. However we ordered our usual plus couple extra bits as the kids were having a takeaway with us tonight. They told me it was 51.70 over the phone. I thought this was a bit high for what we ordered. But then the prices are high everywhere. Food arrived just under an hour, which is good. But they had forgotten the spare ribs. I called them up and they proceeded to tell me I hadn't ordered any. I did and they even read the order back to me. They said they would get someone to bring them out but I would need to pay extra on top of the 51.70 I had already paid. I decided to check the menu and pricing. Well it seems either they have put their prices right up or their menus are completely out of date, as when I totalled up the food we had, plus the spare ribs it came to 46.60, 5.10 difference to what they charged me. And yet they wanted me to pay even more. The manager himself delivered the spare ribs. I advised him of the above. He decided to call the shop and proceed to speak to her in their native tongue. Whilst this was happening my food and the additional ribs were going cold. Advised I'm not paying any extra as there is no way we had almost 60.00 worth of food and that we won't be using them again. Please check the prices before you order as they were trying to charge me almost 11.00 more than what their menus state.

Yuk sung was devoid of flavour or seasoning, chicken wings in salt and chilli were dried out served with completely raw green peppers and raw onions and small slivers of chilli. Nothing had seen the inside of the wok and was inedible. Beef in black bean sauce, beef was ok but the sauce was so thin and weak. I have had infinitely stronger flavours from the supermarket!! Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style was very thin slices of chicken in batter - little chicken as a consequence with no seasoning. Best by far were the fried noodles which I nevertheless doctored with my own dark soy sauce. Sadly, as I like to support local businesses, I will not be returning.

Chicken Madras was nice, actually had some taste unlike others I've had. Egg fried rice was very good big bits of egg which I liked. The naan bread I got was a little disappointing because I ordered the cheese/garlic and I couldn't taste any cheese or see any. Also the naan bread was very small, I think it was over £3 as well so probably wouldn't get that again. My partners special korma she didn't like the sauce wasn't as runny as she was used to or as creamy, not sure if it was because it was a variation of a korma but she wasn't impressed. We also had masala chips which were ok we both liked them probably wouldn't get again though but were decent partner ended up eating more of that than the curry. Overall I would recommend but first time it wasn't as good as I expected but at least we know in future what to get and not to get.
