I was highly annoyed because I was looking forward to this meal and after having spent so much money only to be disappointed, I will save my money or dine elsewhere from now on. I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad. The portion came in the same size as the side salad just with chicken on top… sure it is what it is.. no bacon (one of the best parts of a Caesar is the bacon).. once again I’m pretty easy going so it is what it is. My mother and grandmother ordered the quarter chicken meal, and the once genuine quarter chicken is now a quarter of a quarter chicken. Not looking for money back or coupons, just wanting to let the public in the area know that maybe Swiss chalet isn’t the best choice anymore. For the price it’s not worth it. Service was slow but pleasant, dining room was clean.

My husband did mention to the server about the panzerotti and she didn’t give a discount or address it. I also found the sound level a little loud with just the small amount of people in there. As he charged me $7.50 for a side gravy (probably to make up for the comped app that we didn't even eat. ) He was very smug and rude and wasn't professional or even apologetic for the error. He acted like we were out looking for a free meal When we say the amazing google reviews and we're looking forward to try this hot spot in Bracebridge. My partner went in to the washroom and he's like oh I was just coming out to have you guys pay at this point I already paid the guy. He literally tried to get me to pay twice for this meal. When I told him I ready paid he's like well I have a very bad memory which again opened the door for an apology. Which left a really bad taste in my mouth, as a former server I know how just saying sorry goes along way with customers. I left very unhappy with the service the main meal was amazing but I won't be back, as I don't like being treated like a criminal for the mistake of the server. We had a bad experience with terrible service and terrible food. My wife ordered 2 medium pizzas for pick up. A Canadian thin crust and a Chicken Ceasar thin crust. When she got home she took one bite and discovered that they put tomato sauce instead of Alfredo sauce on her Chicken Ceasar pizza. There were also some pieces with no chicken at all. My Canadian pizza was very dry from having so little sauce. We normally like thin crust, however this crust was like a dry cracker. My wife tried to call to get a replacement for her pizza right away. She left 2 messages throughout the evening because nobody was answering the phone. Nobody called back. We finally got through about 3 and a half hours later. My wife asked for her replacement pizza to be delivered for her inconvenience, but they said that they couldn't because they only had one driver on. They told my wife on the phone that her pizza would be ready in 20 minutes . She arrived roughly 26 minutes later and they were just starting to make her pizza when she arrived. Her replacement pizza had the correct sauce. However, it was very dry and bland with a cracker like crust which is much different than other brand's thin crusts. The whole experience was very disappointing. In the attached photos, you can see part of the Canadian pizza with virtually no sauce and both of the Chicken Ceaser pizzas with slices that have no chicken on them at all.

I used ro own a pizza place and I know what to look for. Well this place passes with flying colours! Look at the pic of the conveyor.. clean. Bathroom clean. The people are super friendly with Dhaval Patel (the guy in the pic running the place) and finally the pizza was perfect. Not soggy, cooked just right. This is not a paid solicitation it's my opinion.
