You order when you walk in then sit down with a locator and they will bring your food to you. If you get adult beverages they will give you those immediately to enjoy while finding a table and waiting on your food. The fig and arugula pizza was very tasty. The steak bites with brussel sprouts and potatoes was very flavorful and left me wanting more. Other than ordering up front and getting your food brought out to you the service was great when dropping off food and even cleaning up. The atmosphere feels a little like a cafeteria, not bad but very basic. There is outside seating if your pups wants to come along ( and who's doesn't) and they even let well behaved kids in. Found this place on google while friend and I were looking for a lunch spot in Townsend. We got the city folk and buffalo chicken wrap. Both were pretty good and filling. They have a salad bar, which is a plus given that it is not common to have one around here. I must stress that their service here is on point. The pulled pork was very greasy and full of fat. I included a picture of greasy fat skin that was half my serving of pork. The mac and cheese was bland flavorless cheese on macaroni. The fries were undercooked and soaked in pork grease that accumulated on the bottom of the to go container. I tried my girlfriends pulled chicken and actually kinda liked it. Although it had a lot of fat she picked out as well. The staff was super nice and attentive. No complaints there. The food was expensive and not worth the price at all. I will not be going back and can not reccomend.

Typically Subway restaurants have a clear shelf that drops over the meat to keep things fresh and cold, this one did not appear to have that. The meat was piled up high and there was puddles of water laying around the aluminum container. Usually you can see ice crystals forming around the containers that the meat sits in so there was an apparent issue with the cooler. The cheese was not piled up high like the meat but it was actually sitting in water and you could tell the cheese had melted a bit as well so that cold container was also not working either. When it came time to put the veggies on, everything I saw was brown and none of the coolers appeared visually to be working on that side either. The only one that looked cold was the condiment cooler. I was handed my sandwich and when I opened, I noticed how warm the sandwich was and it had a bad smell. I had not gotten it heated or toasted 🤢 To say the least, this was the most disgusting Subway experience that I have ever had. I promptly threw the sandwich away that I had just paid $14 for so I would not get sick. Very disappointed. This location has some major issues and should really be closed until they can get things fixed so someone doesn’t even up very sick.

After traveling to over 30 countries, I often say there’s nowhere like Brazil when it comes to great dining — amazing service, restaurants, and food quality — but this place is right up there! I ordered the chicken and my husband had the trout — both were flawless in texture, flavor, doneness, temperature, and presentation. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the greatest heartfelt intentionality by the host and waitress. We very much enjoyed sitting outside as it was just starting to get cool out, there was a fire going in a fire pit and string lights everywhere, so it was definitely a romantic setting for our dinner. Our waiters were fantastic, and I appreciated how accommodating they were to my food allergy. I often feel like a burden to the restaurant and the people I dine with when I eat out, but I never felt even close to this way. The waiters had recommendations, double checked with the chef, and even told me once that the chef decided to remake something because he wasn't sure if there was contamination. I was completely blown away by their service, and even if the food had been not good, I would probably still come back just for the service alone. But that is not even a question, because the food was phenomenal. From the appetizers to our entree, I could tell there was a lot of thought behind each of our plates, carefully and uniquely crafted, and tasted amazing. Please do yourself a favor and order these pork belly burnt ends if they still have them - they were the most tender, fall apart meat I have ever had. This was a little bit more on the pricey side of dining for us, but I plan on this being our celebration restaurant from now on. Highly highly recommend.

We visited twice in two days while camping for a week in SMNP. This is a true country restaurant with down home cooking and comfort food. This place gets high marks because they deserve it. It was very crowded and busy. I wanted to call it in but the phone number on Google didn't work. My girlfriend got the grouper sandwich which I've had before. Its huge and very good. Easily enough for two people. I got a chicken basket that came with fries and bread. I don't care for coated fries but my girlfriend and daughter enjoyed them. The chicken tenders were fantastic.
