First off, parking is kind of tight and limited, due to limited space. We didn’t have an issue. But I suspect there could be if the Blue Gator is even somewhat busy. We also had no option except to eat on the deck in high humidity and ninety plus degree temperatures, since they kept the indoor dining closed during our visit. It was not bad at first, but got uncomfortable by the time we finished our lunch. They did have a few large fans moving air, but that only did so much. I’m sure dining on the deck would probably be much more enjoyable between October till April. But it still wasn’t out of the question in August, since we did stay and have lunch. The deck has very limited views of the river, between the seating, railings, and especially the boat docking and shelter roofing that runs the length of the deck. The food itself we found to be quite good. The prices are of course subject to one’s opinion. But we found them quite reasonable for the times. I had Buffalo Wings and a Yuengling draft. On the first visit, baba dip, tabouli and roasted potatoes appetizers were great, plus a shrimp, calamari, and scallop dish over orzo pasta - excellent, best baba dip and pita I've ever had. Second trip was a Greek salad appetizer and a grilled lamb chop and shrimp entree with tzatziki sauce and pita to accompany on the side. I'd recommend the shrimp, calamari, and scallop orzo pasta, and definitely the baba though I'm sure there are many other delicious dishes here to try. Also, the bathrooms here are called "water closet" 🤷

All-day happy hour, 2-for-1 well-drink special. I didn't get the girl's name working the front (solo I might add), but she was a trooper. Never lost her cool or seemed to get flustered, and the place was packed. Parking is limited, about 20 spaces, and I got one of the last two available. Again, it was very busy & this was around 3:30 p.m. If COVID guidelines are your thing, I can add that they're loosely enforced here. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, even an outdoor smoking section.

There was about 4 tables occupied when we arrived. The server, who was super sweet quickly seated us and our food was served promptly. I would have given a 1 start review if it wasn't for the chipper personality of the server. The food was totally not worth the $45 we paid. My family and I go out to dinner expecting to get food better than we can make at home. I ordered the burger and fries. Their burgers are not made in house, they are straight out of the freezer, likely from a wholesale club. I had asked for ranch when I ordered my food however I had to ask for it again as it didn't arrive when my food did. My husband ordered the pulled pork, fries and green bean casserole. His pork came warm at best and he said he's had much better. The green bean casserole tasted like a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of green beans were opened up, tossed in a bowl, some sliced onions where added in, mixed up and it was topped off with some onion straws. It was completely bland and again, not hot/warm. There was absolutely no seasonings in it, salt didn't even help. Their garlic toast is simply a piece of breat toasted, didn't taste at all like their was even butter on it much less garlic/power. Now lets talk BBQ sauce. I believe every BBQ restaurant we have ever been to has containers of all their BBQ sauces sitting on the table. This restaurant serves you a small dipping cup half filled with BBQ sauce. No where near enough to accommodate the pork that is served to my husband and daughter. They both asked for more sauce with in 5 minutes of receiving their food. Again each were given another partially filled dipping cup. It still wasn't enough. My daughter, 15 years old is easy to please and always likes her food. When we walked out of the restaurant she too even said she didn't like the food and doesn't want to go back. That's a lot coming from her. She ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. My husband left a good 80% of his food on his plate, he simply did not like the food, it wasn't worth eating and he was quite upset at the quality of food that was served. We were both surprised that the server didn't even ask him if his food was okay or even if he wanted a to go box due to the volume of food he left. If a man leaves that much food on his plate there is something wrong with the food and the server should key into that. This was a one and done visit for us, food just failed the mark, I can do better myself, well much better. I would not recommend spending your money on dining here.

We went there as a group. It was a really nice atmosphere. They had a band that was playing our era of music, which I guess was mostly '70s? In any case it was very well done.
