They also have different kinds of attraction for kids and even kids by heart will enjoy this. Kids also can enjoy in this place because they also have rides for kids but some of rides have a height limit.

There was a typhoon when we went so the outdoor rides were temporarily closed. We enjoyed the indoor rides but felt that there were fewer rides compared to when I went there in my childhood. I miss the blizzard coaster as well. When the weather became good for a while, some rides started to operate, my favorite was the Star Frisbee! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the Star Flyer and Ferris Wheel due to the sudden heavy rain. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time there!
Jim M — Google review
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Star City, and it was such a fun and memorable day! The rides, lights, and friendly staff made the experience extra special. A bit crowded, but totally worth it — she had an amazing time!
Nico A — Google review
We finally visited Star City after it closed due to the fire in 2019, even though my son was able to go with his grandparents back in 2022 when it reopened. Most of the ride names have changed, like Vikings, which is now called Sea Horse, and Wild River, which is now Jungle Splash. They also have new 3D attractions. And, in fairness, the food prices inside are quite affordable—not too pricey. We also bought tickets from Klook for a discount, and we had a separate entrance so we didn't have to queue in line. Surprisingly, Star City was not crowded even though it was a Saturday.

Star City is the ultimate dose of classic Filipino amusement park fun, delivering accessible thrills right in the heart of Pasay, Manila. This beloved destination stands out for its unique blend of indoor and outdoor entertainment, making it a perfect year-round escape regardless of the tropical weather. The park successfully caters to all ages. Daredevils will love the adrenaline rush of the inverted roller coaster, while the iconic Ferris wheel offers stunning, panoramic views of Manila Bay. The fully air-conditioned indoor complex is a huge highlight, hosting various attractions, from arcade games and novelty rides to the famous Snow World exhibit, which provides a welcome, chilly escape from the heat. This seamless transition between zones ensures that every member of the family finds something to enjoy. Star City is pure, unpretentious fun. It's a nostalgic trip for locals and an exciting discovery for tourists. Its combination of large-scale rides and unique indoor attractions—all packed into a convenient urban location—guarantees a day of memorable excitement and laughter. It remains a fantastic choice for affordable, accessible, and thrilling entertainment in the city.

Very fun, if I had enough I would’ve bought more plushies, but I bought a funtime freddy one. Anyways, it’s my 3rd time here! I love how educational some attractions are, and the Viking ride gives you hella thrill (and dizziness if you’re weak to that). Food was delicious, I bought lotsa hotdogs because they were everywhere. And the ferris wheel was nice, short queue at the time. But bring a fan or something, it can get hot inside haha. The bumper car experience was the best, I got ragebaited though and I still dunno how to steer them thingies. That’s all, next time I visit I’ll be an adult already.
Katharina T — Google review
Its bigger than what I expect, indoor and outdoor all of it was good and well maintained, got food and snacks you can choose, a lot of merchandise stalls, ticket price is great for all of this entertainment, plentiful of games you can spend whole day here but pls stop having sealife shows, we could have much better options than using animals as entertainment.
Jiawen C — Google review
I visited this place with my cousins. I was lucky because they had a promo for birthday celebrants this month, and since it’s my birthday, I got free entry and access to all the rides. It was such a good experience!” 🎉🎂✨

Shopping mall
SM Mall of Asia, situated in Pasay, Philippines, is a colossal bayfront shopping complex that draws both locals and tourists. Spanning 42 hectares, it offers an array of attractions including an amusement park, theater, restaurants, and a convention center. The mall boasts stunning views of Manila Bay and houses various entertainment options such as an IMAX theater and an Olympic-sized ice skating rink. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the MOA Eye Ferris Wheel and a children's playground.
It’s so big you need 2 days to walk around the whole mall. So many shops everyone will find something they want, there’s many activities such as ice skating, a large sports pitch on the roof, archery, bowling, a cinema , and much more. Many food options from around the world and a food court with a large selection, and seating. Be prepared to walk!
Oliver C — Google review
Had a layover in Manila so decided to check out this giant mall. If you like shopping, this is the place to go. It was great for me to stretch my legs and put in my steps. It's modern and clean, with lots of options. I spent about 3 hours here mainly for walking, people watching, coffee and small bites.
Carl W — Google review
This mall is beautiful and so big. I was told by a local that you could never walk the entire mall in one day, he was right. Before you even walk into the main entrance you walk by a row of beauty shops, brawl bars, tanning salons and much more along an indoors plaza with trees. There's is so many restaurants, stores and indoors entertainment for the whole family. I loved the Time and Space and enjoyed the dining experience in a few of the restaurants. This was an experience to remember for a long time.
Tamara R — Google review
I visited the SM Mall of Asia on September 22, 2025, and it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had in the Philippines. The mall is truly massive — one of the largest in Asia — with endless shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas. It’s clean, modern, and very well-organized, making it a great place for both shopping and leisure. The view of the sea just behind the mall was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I noticed there were ongoing works in the sea area to extend the city, which looked quite impressive and futuristic. While exploring, someone told me there was a post office inside where philatelic stamps could be purchased. However, most of the security staff were unaware of its exact location. I walked quite a lot searching for it, but finally found it near the taxi stand, however the philatelic items were not sold there. Apart from that small confusion, everything else was excellent. The mall offers everything from luxury brands to affordable local products, along with good dining options. It’s also very safe and well-maintained.
Justin N — Google review
I recently visited SM Mall of Asia, and overall, it was an impressive experience. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-organized, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. I really appreciated how accessible it is, with clear signage and plenty of seating areas for visitors to rest. The staff I encountered were generally polite and helpful, especially in the information counters and restaurants. The atmosphere felt lively but not too overwhelming, even though it’s one of the biggest malls in the Philippines. However, I did notice that during peak hours, the crowd can get quite heavy, and it sometimes becomes difficult to move around comfortably. Parking can also be a bit challenging when it’s busy. Overall, SM Mall of Asia provides a great shopping and leisure experience — it’s a place where you can easily spend an entire day enjoying food, shopping, and the seaside view.
Nica — Google review
The mall is considered one of the largest shopping destinations in Asia, offering a massive retail and leisure experience with 663 stores in total, including 217 dining establishments, spread across several interconnected buildings and multiple levels. The Main Mall covers four floors filled with international and local brands for fashion, electronics, beauty, home décor, and specialty items, while the Entertainment Mall features open air walkways lined with restaurants, cafés, and lifestyle outlets. The North and South Parking Buildings also include additional retail spaces and service centers. The mall provides services such as concierge desks, wheelchair and stroller rentals, baby care rooms, money changers, and tourist assistance. With its huge variety of shops, spacious layout, and the seaside area of the mall overlooking Manila Bay, the mall offers a complete and enjoyable shopping, dining, and leisure experience that truly stands out in Manila.
Abdulkarim A — Google review
It was an absolute super awesome! Been of the biggest malls in the world. The saying is absolutely true, one day isn’t enough to explore everything. It’s a lot of stores, restaurants and activities to do here. From shopping to dining to simply immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, there’s never a dull moment. I eagerly anticipate returning to uncover even more hidden gems!
Joshua D — Google review
Visited SM Mall of Asia recently and honestly had a great time. The place is huge, but I didn’t feel lost or overwhelmed. There’s a good mix of shops and restaurants, so it was easy to find what I needed and still end up discovering a few new spots along the way. If there’s one thing I think they could improve, it’s the number of washrooms. For a mall that big, it would really help to have more of them, especially in the busier areas.

It was a nice experience celebrating my birthday here! Favorite room was cake room and banana beach where the unlimited icecream is! Thanks to the whole team who made the experience more memorable. Especially to Gerald who is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will go back here again! :)))

Went here to celebrate our Ate friend’s 50th birthday and we surprisingly had fun (the rest of us were in our mid 40s)! Highly recommended for bonding sessions with friends and family. We super loved the treats that came along with some rooms especially the ice cream all you can for 15 minutes! We made sure to taste all the flavors available 🫣🍦😍 Best to come on a weekday so that it’s not crowded, wear comfortable clothes (jeans and shorts recommended) to be able to enjoy exploring and posing on all the rooms, and easy on off shoes for areas that will require you to remove your footwear. Truly great to experience with people who are dear to your heart 🫶🏽

Loads of fun for the kids, and anyone who loves a cool picture. They give you 2 hours but 1 is more than enough to explore and enjoy all the rooms. There are some nice freebies too like ice cream cones and chocolates, and vouchers from brands like Jollibee and Llaollao. Very sweet way to spend an afternoon.

Nice collection of historical planes, guns and Air Force officers uniforms. It’s a two-story museum with outside grounds where several planes are also on display. The staff were courteous and helpful. Great for kids. If you’re within the vicinity of NAIA, it’s worth a visit. Entrance is free. Parking is available at the back of the building.

It was a great experience. Learning about the past. Seeing planes in the past wars. Medals and antique guns since 1914. They also a big garden where different kinds of plane displayed. It’s been a years the last time a visit this museum.Must visit this place with your family and friends.

Nice place to take kids to see some aircrafts in person with historical touch. But the place need more cleaning and maintenance. Some areas doesn't have nice lighting to see the miniatures in the glass box. Outside park is also not well maintained.
JoshCris G — Google review
It needs some updated history of Philippine Airforce & Aerospace. The plane yard was cool specially if you have flown the planes of that era. The best part… it’s the Philippine Map of 1734. It has an amazing history if you do the research! Did I say it’s FREE admission? 😉

We were able to go here before because it's a school activity, but when we returned on a Saturday, we found out that they are closed every Saturday, Sunday, Monday. My son went here during his elementary days, now he is a College student, I never though before that he will take a College course related to Aviation. A must visit for children.

Great place for kids and kids at heart that loves Planes and Air transport. But as of now the indoor museum is close so we were not able to see it but overall would still recommend this place is you have a free time before your flight since it's very close to terminal 3.

The Upside Down Museum is a 1,700-sq.-ft. illusion museum featuring upside down, leaning, floating & giant exhibits. It offers an out-of-this-world experience in each room, challenging visitors to see the world from a different perspective. Inspired by attractions in other countries, this Instagram-worthy museum defies gravity with backward, inside-out, and upside-down displays that challenge imagination and creativity.
When planning a trip to a new location or destination, you always seem to be looking for ways to entertain yourself and have fun in the way the locals do. In Manila, we looked at quite a few ways of having fun and also doing something we have never done before! The Upside Down Museum gave us the opportunity to get a lot of photos and also create memories like never before. The museum is very affordable and also worth a try!
Willem J — Google review
I expected the place to be big but it was just a one wide place wherein you could find a spot and explore your imagination and take photos. Good thing there are personnel from each post who can guide you on better poses. We went there on a normal day, Friday, unfortunately, on the same schedule of a "Field Trip" with some students so it was overcrowded. We had a limited time taking photos due to long queues. Not looking at the overcrowded issue, overall, the structures/designs were good. We enjoyed taking photos and looking the effects (upside down) after, though I guess the Php450 entrance fee is too high for this attraction. Good place for kids and kids-at-heart! 😊

Amazing! The staffs are friendly and will immediately take the initiative to take pictures of you. They also suggest whats the best pose for you and your company. I love the idea of the museum. Plus, stuffs hanging are all real. Like wow. Entrance fee 450.

Cons of the Upside Down Museum: Crowded: Due to its popularity, the museum can get quite crowded, especially during weekends and holidays, leading to long wait times and difficulty in capturing photos without other visitors in the frame. Limited Duration: The visit to the Upside Down Museum can be relatively short, as there are a limited number of exhibits, and visitors may find that they go through the museum quickly. One hell of a fun place this is. You have to have to visit this place if you are in Manila. You can easily spend an hour or two depending on how many of you go and what all do you try for upside down Better to take help from someone in how to position yourself and the camera to capture the effect in the right manner. Tickets are cheap but the place is located remotely so don't worry if you feel you are going nowhere, that's correct
Atishay J — Google review
If you are fond of testing your creativity and flexibility, you might find Upside Down Museum a great place to bond with your friends and family. My friend and I came here during an unexpected rain so we got a chance to take a lot of photos here without getting distracted by a lot of people. The staff were very kind enough to assist us whenever we need to take our photos together. They were great photographers as we never thought that it could be done creatively if we only rely on ourselves. Hahaha! Along with this, the attraction is always maintained cleaned by the staff. The only downside I can see on the place is their restroom. I just didn't expect that the restroom was like that. It should be improve and fix some of their locks. Overall, we had a great time with my friend in the Upside Down Museum and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to spend their time with their loved ones during rainy days. Oh I almost forgot. During our visit, the way in getting in the museum is really challenging due to bad weather so make sure to prepare yourselves.
K T — Google review
The place is small but nice. I just think that they need a better location, somewhere more accessible. Tip to have good photos; ask assistance. They would tell you how to properly pose per spot. 450 pesos entrance fee is not bad considering that there is no time limit. Ps: girls, dont wear skirts or dresses so you could freely and comfortably move around. Have fun!

Steak house
Nestled within the luxurious Marriott Hotel in Manila, CRU Steakhouse is a popular dining spot for those craving top-quality steaks. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated ambiance with its dark wood interiors, dim lighting, and modern decor. Open-themed kitchen adds to the elegant atmosphere. The menu features an array of appetizers, salads, and delectable main courses alongside their renowned steaks.
The service is very good. I went alone at that time. The staff took care of my order very well. The food is amazing. It's good decision to dine here. The steak is superb. But besides the steak , the other dish like scallop also tasty! Surprisingly i like the oyster very much. Very fresh, big, tasty. No fishy smell. I had a very good time here. Really enjoy my dinner. If i go back Manila i would like to dine here again. The complimentary bread quite dry .. not for me.

For my 50th birthday last Aug.2, we chose to try CRU Steakhouse as my husband got attracted to the Foie Gras photo that was on their video display. It was our first time to dine at CRU. All the food we ordered was perfect. We ordered 3 servings of the 250g grain-fed ribeye, Onion soup, pan seared scallops, seared foie gras (this was so flavorful!), and we had 2 glasses of Cab Sauv. Service was excellent. My son was feeling cold and the staff lent him a shawl so he can enjoy his meal. Wonderful! Our steak was well seasoned and the doneness was as we requested. Would have preferred a serrated steak knife though 😊 Overall, we will definitely come back to CRU!

The place is nice and cozy we had to get our own private room since they don’t allowed newborn, (just need to spend min.) I’ll give it 4 star overall because the other steak was over cooked we didn’t like the idea of serving it on a sizzling plate, but It’s a good decent steak house if you staying in Marriott Manila or nearby. A must try!

Cru Steakhouse boasts some of the best steak being offered in Manila. I highly recommend the Ribeye Grass fed and Grain fed steak. The steak was cooked to my liking and the sides such as the Cru steak rice and Cru fries are amazing. The Foie Gras for the appetizer was great as well. Service was great and I commend Gail for providing quality service. Overall, Cru Steakhouse did not disappoint.

Surprisingly satisfied! Ribeye Steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare). The Gallagher oysters - fresh, can taste the sea - that was incredible with lemon and pinakurat! Bel our server was warm and friendly. Gave us free cake for our anniversary and didn't charge our wine (perhaps because we are Bonvoy members?) but that was awesome!!

Great steak house with good selection of meat and side dishes. I had US Ribeye and it was done perfectly. 350Gr, crispy on the outside and medium on the inside. You can choose 2 sides. Really good steak
Andreas — Google review
Located inside the original Marriott at Newport World Resort, it’s a good place for steak whether you are a local or visiting from overseas. On this meal I tried the 350 grams grain fed (normally has more marbling). I asked it to be cooked Pittsburg style (charred on the outside and medium rare inside). It was cooked to perfection! It was very tender and lots of flavor. In that regards it was a perfect meal. My only complaint was that when I asked for “dry aged” cuts, they didn’t have any. Any respectable steak house should have dry aged meat. If they had that I would have given this place 5 stars. Service was excellent but the place needs interior updating. It’s dated now.
Joey C — Google review
Service was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The steak is cheaper than at Wolfgang, with portions being reasonable for a hotel price. I highly recommend their grilled Tiger prawns. All grilled dishes come with two sides of your choice, with plenty of options available. The mushroom soup and crab bisque are also very delicious, and the oysters are exceptionally fresh. However, the corkage fee is a bit high at P1000 for a bottle of wine.

By far one of the best meals I’ve had in Manila! I love the creativity and unique twists on the flavors of their dishes. My favorites were the apple cracker bites, crispy pumpkin, and shrimp salad — all perfectly done! I also enjoyed the almond lychee pudding, such a refreshing way to end the meal. Honestly, you won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu. Service was top-notch, with smiling and attentive staff, and the dining area was both beautiful and spotless. We celebrated my mom’s birthday at China Blue by Jereme Leung and had a wonderful experience. The jellyfish salad with century egg was light and refreshing, a great starter. The Matsusaka pork was tender, smoky, and flavorful, definitely a must-try. Their carrot shaped dumpling was unique and delicious, crispy outside and chewy inside. The seafood birthday noodles were a bit mild but the seafood toppings were fresh. Egg tofu was a crowd favorite silky and savory. The U.S. beef with asparagus was cooked perfectly, and the crispy shrimp with wasabi mayo was refreshing. The seafood and beancurd hotpot was comforting and flavorful. Service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance made the celebration feel extra special. Overall, a great place for special occasions. Thank you China Blue for making Mom’s birthday memorable!

Absolutely phenomenal. The Peking duck at this Chinese restaurant is nothing short of a revelation — crispy skin that shatters like glass, impossibly tender meat, and those perfectly balanced pancakes and sauces that make every bite unforgettable. From the moment the duck was carved tableside with elegant precision, I knew I was in for something special. The flavors were deep, rich, and utterly addictive — the kind of dish you think about for days after. The service was just as impressive: attentive, gracious, and full of quiet confidence that comes from knowing they’re serving something truly extraordinary. If you’re looking for a meal that borders on the divine, this is it. Five stars feel like too little. I’d give it a standing ovation if I could.

Overall experience was great — 10/10 recommended! 💯 The staff were accommodating and friendly. They assisted us from appetizers to desserts. Imagine di nila kami pinabayaan and even asked pag may need pa kami also the food was artistically crafted, delicious, and freshly served. The ambiance was heartwarming, ang ganda din nung mga dance performances. The place was super cool and spacious, pwede for solo; couple; families and even big events kasi may mga vip rooms sila.

This is a nice hotpot place to celebrate. They have a chinese show to enjoy with your dining. Food is good and fresh. Service is good. Expensive though. Must try!

We really enjoyed this place—the show, the food, and the staff were all great. It’s definitely worth the price. Yes, it is expensive, especially considering that there are many affordable hot pot places here in the Philippines. However, I feel that everyone should try this place at least once because of the experience. I highly recommend it!

Probably the best hot pot in the PH. It is very expensive compared to other hot pot restaurants, but the seafood and broth are worth it. The presentation changed from before and maybe they put a little bit less effort. Also, the serving portions were less too for the one time orders. But overall, still really good. Atmosphere is great here too and you get to enjoy a show or 2 while dining.

Been craving something different from the usual and found this gem on Google maps. Didn't disappoint. The location is close to all the hotels. The ambiance is friendly and probably looks romantic at night because of the lights. The food was delectable and the portions are shared by me and my husband. The service is nothing short of amazing. We didn't have to wait too long for our food.

So far so good but little bit pricey (7 years ago) Updated after 7 years for recently experience: The place is huge and upstairs got more spaces, the ambience it's quite cozy as well There's lot of authentic Indian dishes and masala tea is one of the authentic drinks which is must try with diff spices and ingredients The cheese naan and garlic naan are the best no matter is for snack or main dish but the only problem is the burnt parts, there's a lot especially from the side and the bottom 😕 Tandoori chicken and the chicken korma are not bad to eat with basmati rice , just try any dishes which you never try before for some special experiences Still, the price ain't cheap but portions are good enough for group sharing, overall it's worth and I'll give 5 stars if the naan ain't got many burnt parts 🙂‍↕️

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for the longest time, thinking of bringing foreign friends here. They have been operating for three decades. The food and service were great; I didn't expect that! I love their Kare-Kare. I come here for the entertainment—good singing skills! Very entertaining. I love that they wear traditional clothes. This restaurant needs support. It's worth visiting

The restaurant is lively and the performances are entertaining. The menu was exciting as there are a lot to try and choose from. Food was great. Serving was even better as portions were generous. Price is affordable but a nearby restaurant offering the same menu is cheaper. Atmosphere was okey. Staff needs coordination on payment as they have different views on cash or card payment availability. Overall, the experience was great!

Went here for a family dinner. It’s been awhile since we last ate here. The food was great, though some were a bit salty for my liking. Some of the decors were a little bit outdated, but overall the place is well kept, clean and airconditioned. Kudos to all the staff for a superb performance. They really are good singers AND DANCERS!!! Keep it up!

It was a good meal in the Philippines. The food was quite salty for us Thais. I usually like salty food, but here I felt it was saltier than usual. However, the raw mango salad was delicious. The dressing was like sweet fish sauce. Overall, it was quite okay. I would come back if I had the chance.

Hello Sir / Madam, we visited your restaurant a few month ago, we really like the foods and performance. Thank you for giving us a good time and an opportunity to listen to a lot of great Philippines songs. Happy customers from Malaysia

they were closed when we arrived due to the typhoon circling around the area and we're unsure of when they were going to . But a kind Sir told us the reason why and offered an alternative but we eventually went for Japanese barbecue grill. My father was slightly upset that he wasn't able to inspect the inside of the restaurant but I reluctantly told him that there's always next time. I even went to this place one time with my family and they never feel to make me smile in my tummy

A very lively and entertaining experience. The food was good with generous portions for the price. The entertainers were very talented, professional, and courteous. With a mixture of music, dance, and comedy, it is a great place to have dinner with friends and family. Surprisingly, the show went on for about an hour before they resumed their "restaurant duties". Highly recommended.
