This was really cool. I love that the memorial took out part of the street in order to make the reflecting pool. It is moving and quiet in the middle of the city. It was simple but poignant. My son was with us (18 yrs) and he did not take know any details so it was great to be able to talk him through history that I remembered from when I was 12. We did not have time to do the museum, which would have answered a lot of his questions but we did the best we could but the interactive video screens were extremely helpful. I truly recommended stopping if you are in OKC. I also suggest going across the street to the church memorial and reading the story there. Worth the time.
Review of the Oklahoma City National Memorial ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) Visiting the Oklahoma City National Memorial was an incredibly moving and humbling experience. The site is beautifully designed, with powerful symbolism throughout—especially the Field of Empty Chairs, which honors each life lost in the 1995 bombing. The atmosphere is respectful and reflective, and it’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a space for both remembrance and healing. One of the highlights of our visit was speaking with a National Park Ranger on site. His deep knowledge and thoughtful storytelling added a whole new layer of meaning to our experience. The insight he shared about the significance of each part of the memorial helped us connect more personally with the events and the resilience of the Oklahoma City community. It’s clear he is passionate about his role, and it made a real difference in our visit. This memorial is a must-visit for anyone in the area—both to pay respects and to better understand an important part of American history.
Amazing memorial! Since 9/11, it seems this tragedy seems to have been largely forgotten, but this memorial and museum does a great job of reminding us how big this event was. The memorial with the reflecting pool is beautiful and the part with the chairs is heartbreaking once you realize the small chairs represent the children that were killed. And the museum is very informative and the videos very moving. Glad we went and I highly recommend it!
What an incredibly touching memorial that can move the strongest person to tears. You can feel the pain at this memorial with so many innocent young and old lives lost. This was a beautiful memorial to honor those lives lost and those left behind. The outdoor memorial was very well constructed and the museum inside was eye opening and jaw dropping. Worth the experience as you will learn, see and hear actual recordings from that day. 💔
Visiting the memorial and museum was a powerful experience. I was 5 or 6 when this happened and don't have the most vivid memory of it so I'm glad to have visited to more truly understand the gravity of this tragedy. Our country would benefit by everyone visiting to see what happens when we give in to hatred and extremism but also to see the best in us when we come together and stand united.
Such a beautiful tribute to all affected by this horrible event. Planned on just going to the memorial but it was so beautiful that I had to come back the next day to the museum. While at the memorial a ranger came out and gave us a bit of history on the memorial, museum, and some facts about the bombing. I recommend everyone visiting at least once.
The OKC Bombing Memorial and Museum brings us back 30 years this year to one of those moments you'll never forget... the Memorial is beautiful and so beautiful compared to the violence that ripped thru the Heart of the Sooner Nation. The museum well curated and taught me things I never knew about that day.
We were traveling back from the Rocky Mountains and decided to stop and see the memorial. It was absolutely beautiful. We did not have time to see the museum but the gentleman that helped us outside was great about answering any questions we had. Definitely worth the stop! The gateways were very touching.

We went here as part of our Route 66 trip. Absolutely would recommend this. Amazing displays of everything cowboy! All done to a really high standard too. You could spend a couple of days here and still not see everything.
My soon to be 13 yrs old just said if this was the first museum he went to on this trip it would have been great. Hubby and I were impressed, we loved the art work. Once again beautiful pieces that look like photographs and not paintings. The staff was kind and knowledgeable as well. Super clean and beautiful I wish the price was a bit less for teens and families at all adds up.
We visited the Cowboy Museum. It was okay and worth the visit if you are interested in cowboy history. The Museum Grill is the museum’s restaurant ((but not really a “grill). We ordered the chef salad, flavorful tortilla soup, and gigantic southwest chicken wrap. All were very good! The museum also has a nice gift shop.
I hadn't visited in about 30 years and was more than impressed with the improvements over the years. Incredible collections, paintings and sculptures are just the icing on the cake. So much to see and learn about western heritage and culture. This is a must-see in OKC!
My husband and I had such a great time visiting the Oklahoma National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautifully everything was displayed. We really enjoyed seeing all the incredible artwork — the paintings truly captured the spirit and history of the West. The museum also had a fascinating collection of saddles, guns, clothing, and other historical pieces. Every room told a story, and it was both educational and fun to explore. You can really tell how much thought and care went into curating everything. It was a great experience overall, and we’re so glad we made time to visit. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for something both cultural and memorable!
This is a wonderful collection of Western history and art presented in a beautiful setting. The museum is full of amazing art and the displays tell the story of both the Native American people and the cowboys and settlers. Outside are wonderful statues and experiences to enjoy among lovely landscape.
Visited on Veterans Day and my admission was free. A wonderful museum highlighting the cowboy culture in art, and artifacts. Extensive collection of firearms of the early westward expansion scattered throughout the museum.
An amazing and will curated museum! We were there like 2.5 hours and only quit because our feet hurt. Staff stop friendly an helpful to a pair of two old full time RVers...

Zoo
Zoos & Aquariums
Zoo with an array of animals, plus walking trails, shows & attractions such as train tours.
Slide 1 of 8
It had just finished raining so the air was cool and the animals were out. Super stunning baby giraffes stopped me for a while. I also got to see the newest baby elephant. I loved watching the other elephants live and protect the baby. Super cutie. What a nice, relaxing day. It couldn’t not have been better.
Been bringing the kiddo here since he was very little. Summer tradition for us for sure. This zoo has improved tremendously throughout the years in a positive direction. The bathrooms could be cleaners and the supplies could be stocked more frequently and more misters. But other than that the facility is clean, the animals seem healthy and tended to. And the facility seems full of animals. Pricing is affordable as well if you do a daily entry or a seasonal pass. The food prices could be a little better and maybe more carts for waters, etc. But other than that this zoo is a fun thing to do with the family.
Such a fun day! The zoo is super clean, easy to get around, and full of amazing animals. My favorite part was watching the elephants play, and the flamingos were so pretty! It’s a great spot for kids and families — and honestly, it was just as enjoyable for us adults too. A perfect way to spend a few hours.
Large Zoo with alot to see and do. We didn't get there until 12pm and stayed until just about closing time and I feel like we had to really rush to see everything. I'd recommend getting there earlier than we did 😂😂 Ate at the Canopy Cafe. Food is pricey, but portions were large and delicious. My daughter really enjoyed the Emus, fish, goats and Flamingos. It's is a very hilly zoo as well, so be prepared for a bunch of uphill walking if you don't plan your route beforehand ( we didn't 😂😂). Thanks for a great day OKC Zoo! 😊😊
Took the kids on a day trip to the zoo. We had a great time seeing all of the animals, riding the merry go round. The food prices are a bit much but the overall experience was positive. Clean and lots to do!
We had such a great time at the Oklahoma City Zoo! Our group included seven adults, a 3-year-old, and an 11-month-old—and we were all able to get in for just $150. Such a great value for a full day of fun, especially with our extended family joining us. The zoo itself is beautiful, clean, and impressively large—we didn’t even make it through the whole thing before it was time for nap time! We especially appreciated the interactive stations set up throughout the park, where friendly zoo staff shared info about the animals and let us touch things like a real zebra pelt. It was a great way to keep everyone, kids and adults alike, engaged and learning. The variety of animals was wonderful, and we were happy to see the animals in large, thoughtfully designed enclosures. My son was completely captivated by an ostrich that followed us along the fence—definitely his favorite moment of the day! I personally loved watching the red pandas—they were so fun to see up close. While we didn’t eat lunch at the zoo, we saw plenty of people enjoying generous portions, and I have to say—the chicken tenders looked surprisingly good (and I don't usually say that about zoo food!). We also noticed a few spots offering adult beverages throughout the park, which was a nice bonus for a relaxing stroll. There were also plenty of fun photo opportunities scattered around the zoo, which made for great memories and some adorable family pics. All in all, we had a fantastic visit and would definitely recommend the OKC Zoo to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly adventure!
This is the most beautiful, fun zoo I've been to yet. Well laid out with care towards art and landscaping. There are mist spraying locations to cool off, the drinking fountains have a new option that allows you to place your empty water bottle there and it fills up. You can bring your own lunch. And so much more!
Very clean bathrooms. Lively animals. It was cool to see how much room the animals had. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Sad part was that all the penny machines were either out of order or pennies. We ended up only losing a dollar from the machine.

Unique spot for educational exhibits of 300+ skeletons of many species plus hands-on displays.
Slide 1 of 8
We attended Forensics night at the Museum of Osteology, and it was probably one of the most exciting things I've ever done. By the end of the night, we'd determined all the pertinent information about IDing our victim, how they died, and their age. I would 1000% do this again. The attention to detail, teaching, and explaining what to do were all top notch. We legitimately cannot wait to go back.
The best museum I’ve ever been to. I have 3 boys and they absolutely lived the time we spent there. The owl pellet class was awesome and the person that led the class was amazing. He answered all our questions and was so informative. The collection is insane. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see everything because the kiddos pulled me around. I will probably make a trip back out just for the grownups. Gift shop was great.
Went on a friday morning, was busy but still really fun and cool experience took my 4 year old and my 2 month old. Inside stayed really nice and cooled off which i appreciated so much haha. All thier exhibits were breath taking and intriguing. They had lots of bones and things the kiddos could touch, feel and experience along with so many cool facts about the human body and animals. We got to enjoy a amazing family day learning about the circle of life and the beauty and knowledge it brings. The staff were very informative, friendly and they honestly seem to love thier jobs which always makes for a better experience. The gift shop was pretty epic as well of i couldve spent my whole wallet there i wouldve 🤣 but my kiddo chose out a glow in the dark spider some insect candy and we chose out some collectors insects to being home for ourselves. It was very reasonably priced too. Definitely go whether its hot or cold outside its a museum you can really enjoy at any age
I love this place! There are so many amazing displays. One could easily spend hours taking time to look at every single one. I was so impressed by the number of specimens. I truly hope to make another visit in the near future.
Such a cute little museum! We’re from out of state and decided to make a stop here, and I’m so glad we did. I was so excited to see a bull terrier skull (I own one myself! And there such funny looking dogs), which was such a fun surprise. My 3-year-old and I had a great time exploring. We spent about an hour and really enjoyed it. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches — free tampons and pads in the restroom and a baby changing table. It’s the small details like that that make a big difference. Definitely worth the visit!
Absolutely love this museum a lot to offer and explore even though not being a huge place. The kids and I always enjoy it. I'm the live Beatles devouring the skin off the skulls in the entryway. It's my favorite part.
This is probably one of the best museums we have visited. It is quite fascinating seeing all of the different skeletons of animals and humans. Super cool experience!
What a cool little place. My 11 year old granddaughter loved it. They have tons of skeletons in great displays. Plenty of info, scavenger hunts to play as you walk through. The whales are quite impressive. There are 3 whole lions, and a grizzly taxidermed. You can touch most of the exhibits, including the lions. The fish, snakes, the birds!!! It's all pretty cool. Great way to spend a few hours. 10 outta 10.

Expansive museum with child-friendly, hands-on exhibits, plus a planetarium & cafe.
Slide 1 of 8
My kids (8&11) loved it here! It was an adventure and tons to see and do! I loved how they let me run back out to my car to grab our picnic lunches and let us eat them inside where it was so much cooler. If I lived closer, I would definitely visit more often!
Visited this museum TWICE while in town for a week because it was that much fun. My kids ages 4 and 7 loved every nook of this place. The museum is huge and while packed with activities feels very spacious, open and clean. There are exhibits for all age ranges and I think kids and adults can be engaged for hours just the same. We all enjoyed every aspect of it. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped for children to independently use them including low sinks, soap and towels. We loved the mirror maze, sensory nook, tinker room, and the live science shows (we saw two). I’d like to mention 2 cons: - the food offered at the restaurant is not good quality nor there are healthy options. The cafeteria just doesn’t makes sense with such a great facility. Wish they offered healthy, fresh cooked food. My kids ate pizza and a pretzel and both were packaged/frozen, warmed up low quality food. But they do have Starbucks coffee and I enjoyed that. - the garden has so much potential to be a great place as well but seemed a bit neglected. There are a couple of things you would do there but a playground or more science outside would’ve been great. The picnic tables were also dirty and a bit neglected. Overall a very good experience and I recommend it for a full day of fun. Pack your own lunch and snacks and you are all set! Worth the ticket price 100%.
We stayed longer than we thought we would! Lots of fun hands-on activities and plenty for the dads in the group! The planetarium was a fun experience for the kids, the segue ride was hilarious, and the Olympic section was a great experience. The tornado machine was hit and miss. Our favorite exhibits: the music room and the mini-photography showcase.
I went for a toddler birthday party & there were so many interesting fun things for the children to explore. A few hours wasn’t enough time to nearly get through everything there is to do with a break for lunch & birthday cake. I do remember visiting here when I was in middle school, so glad it’s still around.
That is a wonderful place to have a incredible time with your family and friends. I think it is beyond an ordinary museum. It has been allowed to use and experience lots of experiments. For the children looks like a kinda playground but the difference between normal playground and the museum is to learn while having fun.
We celebrated my kids’ birthday here recently and it was completely worth it. The staff drew pictures on the wall that gave them so much glee. We added in the ice cream package and Roman did a fantastic job getting the kids involved. All the families had so much fun checking out the museum as most parents hadn’t been since they were kids. We have a membership that we will definitely be keeping up with and will be visiting frequently.
i took my kids to the "Discover Fest" and the had a blast, i highly recomend it, they do it every year and IT IS FREE! they always have so many interesting things and shows. I think the only kind of "not good" thing was that they were selling water bottles in $3.50 and sodas in $2.00 which i think is not really good for kids being dirsty and trying to save their money they finished picking up a soda.
Wow! We were very impressed. Many options to explore for all ages. One of our favorite museums ever. From the shows to the water and sand play to the cooperative games, everything is perfection.

Loved my experience here! Beautiful gardens to sit, relax and admire! I really enjoyed how most of the park is free to experience. They have really nice art pieces throughout the park. They also have a really fun children’s park which has a neat rainfall experience for all the kiddos to just have a blast at! My favorite was looking into the pond and viewing all the massive coy! A must see for everyone who enjoys hanging out outdoors!
The Myriad Botanical Gardens is an interesting one compared to other botanical gardens I’ve been to before. The outside area is open to the public and free. The indoor area is also open to the public but $10.50/adult. Taking a look at it from the outside it is clear that it is not that big. It looks like 30 minutes would be ample time to explore the whole thing. I thought that the beautifully maintained outdoor area that surrounds the indoor area was enough for me. I probably walked around the perimeter for about 20-25 minutes at a leisurely pace. If you have time to kill and really like botany, paying the entry fee may be worth it for you. The nice woman at the welcome center did say they have indigenous plants there as well as a waterfall.
Myriad Botanical Gardens is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you step onto the grounds, you’re surrounded by the kind of nature that makes you forget you’re right in the middle of the city. Every path, every plant, every little corner feels like it was designed to slow you down and let you breathe for a second. The outdoor gardens are stunning on their own, but the real showstopper is the light-up Crystal Bridge. When it’s lit, it honestly looks magical—like something out of a movie. The colors, the reflections on the water, the way it glows from every angle… it’s even more gorgeous in person than any picture can show. There’s so much to explore here, and every area has its own vibe. One minute you’re walking across peaceful bridges over the water, the next you’re surrounded by lush greenery, bright flowers, and little hidden spots that make you want to stop and just soak it in. The whole walk is incredibly peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a date, a solo reset, or just a slow day outside with family. Whether you’re a plant lover, a photographer, or someone who just needs a calm place to wander, this garden truly has it all. It’s easily one of the most beautiful and refreshing places to visit. Highly recommend taking your time here… it’s stunning from start to finish.
We visited during the Pumpkin Festival. Highly recommend! Great value. I enjoyed the arboretum itself too. Many tropical plants, succulent and cacti. Though I do hope they compost or cook those 10,000 pumpkins!
A gem inside of downtown. Amazing grounds to walk, along with water features. Go inside the gardens for a great show. So much larger inside than you'd imagine with multiple levels. I usually walk through these quickly and nod, with a few "that's pretty" comments. This place is different. So many plants I've never actually seen before, specifically tropical food plants and cool facts about them. I accidentally learned a ton and spent over an hour just inside. Well worth the $10.
My visit to the Myriad Botanical Gardens in Oklahoma City was nothing short of breathtaking. The moment I stepped into the Crystal Bridge Conservatory, I was transported into a serene oasis filled with lush greenery, exotic plants, and calming energy. The architecture itself is stunning glass and light working together to create a peaceful, almost dreamlike atmosphere. I loved how every corner offered something unique from the vibrant tropical plants to the peaceful seating areas that invite you to slow down and soak in nature’s beauty. The indoor garden felt both intimate and expansive, and the temperature-controlled space made it perfect for exploring comfortably. It’s a perfect spot for reflection, a quiet date, or even a solo moment of peace. Whether you’re a nature lover, photographer, or just someone who appreciates beauty and calm, the Myriad Botanical Gardens is a must-visit in Oklahoma City. ✨ Highlight: Sitting among the greenery, surrounded by sunlight streaming through the glass dome—it felt like a moment of peace and renewal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A great and lovely place to stroll through. The conservatory was fantastic. A word of caution. I read somewhere they had a restaurant and I saw signs in the garden pointing the way. But the restaurant closed down at some point in the past. If you walk across the street, northwest corner of gardens, look for the Devon nebu building where there are different eateries. There was plenty of metered parking on some of the streets around the facility.
Have walked the grounds outside before, but finally got to visit the inside recently. This place is truly a piece of heaven on earth; so much to admire and take in the beauty of! All of the parasols hanging above were an elegant touch. Can't wait to come here again as soon as I have an opportunity!

Very unique place to visit if you like museums. First visit, the glass master section was closed, so we went back to see it. Worth the price of admission.
Downtown OKC. Very close to Bricktown, Civic Center, restaurants, everything. Regular touring artists, photography, other mediums, classics and modern art. Regular classes, special events, and tours. Bar on top floor with patio overlooking the city. Kid Friendly (due to precious works of art WATCH YOUR KIDS). Security. Parking is free on weekends, and sometimes hard to come by so plan accordingly. ADA compliant. Elevators. Clean and welcoming.
Absolutely gorgeous! Great prices on art & niknaks. Super good smoothies too! Thank you!
It was lovely and well organized. Not especially for children. There was a small lounge area that catered to really young children but that's it.
We came for the Ansel Adams exhibit. The whole museum is awesome!
LOVE this gift shop! One of my top 3 museum gift shops I've ever visited. Great collection of curated options--home decor, gifts & books.
Being a huge Chihuly fan, this was a must-see when I was visiting my mother. It was so nice to introduce friends and family to his amazing art. Well worth your time to see.

Took a family trip to the OKC-Lakers blowout. We had so much fun! Such a lively atmosphere. Our champs deserve all of the love and energy shown.
Totally awesome experience!! Watched the OKC Thunder beat the Sacramento Kings! It was first American night, and the halftime entertainment was fantastic. Great game, terrific seats, got some cool Thunder swag, too! But the thing that impressed me most was the support the team had from the fans!
Went to my second Thunder game and it was so much fun! I wish concession prices weren't so high though! The atmosphere was so much fun too! Go Thunder!
Fun venue for concerts. Bring the stair lover in your life. Didn’t get your steps in this week? Don’t worry you will when you see a show here.
It was easy to find parking and ti gain access into Paycom. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I am so glad Life Church was able to celebrate 1 Billion downloads of the You version Bible App tonight. The facilities was more than accommodating!
Solid but older arena. Half price food and drink for an hour when gates open which was really great. People were as friendly as any sports venue I’ve ever been to. Genuinely welcoming to baiting fans.
Great Stadium. Seats 18,000 people. My event was YouVersion 1 billion downloads celebration. Awesome.

Incredible monument! The size and detail of these sculptures are breathtaking — it truly brings history to life. This stop meant a lot to me because my family actually participated in both land runs, so seeing it represented so powerfully was emotional and meaningful. It’s peaceful, free to visit, and a must-see in OKC. Great for photos and history lovers alike. Follow my adventures & hidden gem finds: @diamond.in.the.rough.78 🐎📍✨
This was really more impressive than I expected. I went out of my way to see this while driving through OKC. The trail path leads to a quiet relaxing peaceful river walk which I really enjoyed. No problem parking but probably because it was a weekday and no one was around.
We're glad to have stumbled onto this memorial display. Amazing artistry and planning went into every detail (and there's no shortage of details). Every which way you turn is another story being told.
Such a marvelous representation of the Land Run! A definite must see when in OkC! Beautiful river walk too!
It was nice! A hidden gem in the OKC. Traffic was a bit heavy because there was a game going on. However, finding parking was not a problem. Very close to shopping and restaurants. I didn't climb the steps, so pardon the signs. 🙂
Nice historical walk in Bricktown. This place is very well maintained. Good way to start your morning walk
An truly larger than life tribute to the land run era that opens the Oklahoma territory to settlers. Not every aspect of the land runs is pleasant, but it's worth noting in history.
Only seen from the canal taxi but absolutely something interesting to look at.

My family from WI came to visit! We had a great day, although it was hot, we had fun. They closed earlier due to weather, but we had a good few hours to enjoy. I enjoyed the roller coasters & some rides took me by surprise. Staff was friendly & the little stores have such nice AC! Definitely helped us cool down from this OK summer heat.
This is not a huge six flags park which for me is nice as I was able to go, spent a few hours and ride what I wanted to. It was a hot day but I enjoyed the coasters, especially Wildcat, and some other rides. They have a nice selection of flat rides, a few water rides and a small water park. This was my first visit and I was surprised how nice it was, the employees were nice and the park had a lot of theming that was a nice addition that many parks are missing. I really had fun and I hope more people will check it out, again don't expect a huge park with 50 rides, that's not what this is, but you don't have to spend all day in line or rush through the park, you can just enjoy it. I sure did.
Great place! I love it. There isn't too much of a wait most days, and the season pass is totally worth it. The Diamondback is finally up and running again, and the Renegade Rapids would be better if they turned the waterfall back on. Waiting 15-20 minutes and hardly getting wet isn't worth it—hopefully, they fix it soon. Parking isn't too bad, depending on the day. I wish they stayed open later; it really sucks to get off work and only have an hour with the family most weekends. Can’t wait for next year!
You know this place has such a fun atmosphere, and wasn't to busy for a Saturday. The ride options for kids 45 inches or taller is great. If you have kids under 38 inches just known there are like 4 rides. Food is about $16 drinks are like $5 or they have a cup you can refill for free but it's $20. I loved the western town look and the play houses. Super fun all the coasters are short but a fast adrenaline fun. The raft ride not worthy the wait. Silver bullet is totally worth it.
We went for a family day through my husbands job. It was the funnest experience we've had. I don't know what the prices usually are but we got in free. Spent 8 hours there riding the rides. Would love to go back someday.
The park is a good, small park. Some of attractions and rides were closed, including the Dimond back. You cannot take anything on any rides, which was pretty ridiculous. No sunglasses on simple rides. We couldn't take any items on the river ride and had to come walk all the way to back to the entrance to get our things. You couldn't even take anything on the shooting track ride. The rides themselves felt more like fair rides than an amusement park. Over all, only an okay experience.
A SixFlags park that hasn’t been branded with their IPs This park is SMALL, I’ve seen bigger Walmart parking lots then the parking lot for SFFC. if you have a season pass and in the area it’s a decent place to stop to get a few ride credits but I wouldn’t recommend traveling more then an hour to the park or buy a day ticket. The entire park has a western theme. There is a quick western show on the main plaza about 15min before rope drop & they have a decent stunt show with the same actors a few times a day. Keep your eyes on the guy with the long red hair to see the best falls. the coasters seem slow in the morning when they 1st start up but have some decent (not great) speed and forces later in the day. Every employee I ran into seemed to be enjoying their time working. Wouldn’t be surprised if SixFlags decided to sell this park to an independent developer instead of keeping it in their lineup of parks.
Park is clean and the service is great. Unfortunately with the company's financial challenges, I think owners recently purchased Six Flags, so not all attractions are open all the time. However, I'm glad they are prioritizing safety and cleanliness! We had a 19 and 11-year-old and there was enough for them to have a great time for the afternoon. Make sure you check operating hours because they have limited hours during the week. But if you go weekdays you will have no wait times.

We have so much fun going to the ballpark to see the Comets play. They have silly races in between innings and other entertainment, the mascots are always hamming it up, they actively involve the next generation of players and enthusiasts, and involve the community sponsors. We love it! Just prepare for the weather, whatever it may be.
It's a beautiful park. Had a great time at the home run derby last night. It's great place to go and take your family to. Prices are very reasonable, the rest rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend going 😃
My grandsons were visiting from Texas and I promised them to a baseball game. The game time was 2:05 we arrived at the box office at 2 only to find out they moved there game up to 12:00! I'm assuming because of weather. We only got to see the last 3 innings! The upside is that they got to run the bases after the game. Overall it was a good time for them but wish we could have seen more of the game!
The team was fantastic! We sat in club section 10. The team assigned to our section was just wonderful. Tracy was so helpful and Sergio was so incredibly fast. If they were under staffed it didn’t show. The amount of effort they put into elevating the experience was incredible. We have so much fun every time we come out for a game.
We went for Harry Potter night. It was great. Every member of their staff that we met was so nice and personable. The themed treats were great. Wish we had realized they had a Hogwarts feast before we bought our hotdogs, it looked delicious (smoked turkey leg, roasted potatoes and other veggies)! Rode the street car afterward, and that was so fun.
Stadium has aged well. Due for a restroom revamp similar to memphis. Really enjoyable place to watch a game. Easy parking, the riverwalk across the street is a nice place to get your steps in pregame.
Fun park, great atmosphere! Really enjoyed watching Cielo Azul! (It was a Hispanic appreciation night when we went and they change the name of the club from the Comets on those nights)
The ballpark is always a good time. It could use a renovation in some areas but we’re not complaining. It’s a family friendly wholesome American experience. The club box buffet is always a delight. Staff is always great.

Playful, narrated boat rides with historical information offered on the Bricktown Canal.

Very interesting canal ride though Bricktown. Our pilot, Robert, was very well versed about the history of Bricktown and Oklahoma City. He pointed out all that has been created over the last 30 years that has helped make OKC a destination. He had some good corny jokes which made the ride more enjoyable. Well worth both the price and the time.
We had such a great time on the Bricktown Water Taxi! Our tour guide was funny, knowledgeable, and kept everyone entertained from start to finish. He really knew how to get the whole boat involved and made the ride feel lively and welcoming. The tour itself was such a neat experience—cruising along the canal through the heart of Bricktown, hearing about Oklahoma City’s history, landmarks, and fun local stories along the way. It was the perfect mix of learning and laughter. You get to see the murals, restaurants, shops, and even some hidden gems from a whole new perspective. It’s definitely a must-do in OKC whether you’re visiting or local. Fun, relaxing, and a great way to take in the city’s atmosphere!
Feels more like a floating commercial than a cultural tour. While the guide shares a few interesting facts about Oklahoma City’s history, most of the ride is spent pointing out chain restaurants and hotels like Starbucks and the Residence Inn. You can’t even see many of the actual monuments or landmarks from the boat. Walking the canal would probably give you a better view and a more meaningful experience.
What a super-fun, touristy thing to do! Our boat captain, DJ, was wonderful, with interesting facts about our excursion, which he presented with humor! We definitely learned some things while having a great time!
A must-do activity when visiting Oklahoma City. The tour was not only fun, but also informative. I learned about the history of the state, downtown, and revitalization projects in Bricktown. They have some interesting artwork, pretty landscaping, ducks, and plenty of great restaurants to learn about along the way. Our boat driver and tour guide, Heather, was very friendly and funny. The tour is about 45 minutes, and fortunately our boat wasn’t so full to be crowded. The tour is appropriate for all ages (but if you have little kids who cannot sit still or be quiet long, it might not be for you since it’s close quarters and others need to hear the driver speaking). Get tickets in advance because it appeared some tours were full / sold out. Way to go OKC for building this super cool river feature through the Bricktown area and having a water taxi tour for people to enjoy!
Pretty good experience it takes almost 40 mins for the entire ride. They have really nice guides, fun people. Buy tickets online to save time. You can buy them right when you go there but online to skip the line
We had a great time on the water taxi. We got to learn a lot about the city’s rich history. Our guide, Conner, was great.
I had a great time! Roger was our tour guide. Full of rich history, suggestions, and laughs. This tour is a must if you’re visiting OKC!

A top tier capitol building. Outside is nothing special and similar to many other capitols, but the inside is great and the grounds are nice. They have easy parking right at the building. There are nice exhibits also. I enjoyed my visit.
If the Capitol Building is the people's house, the people in OKC must be filthy rich, because this place was fancy! Marble everywhere, but also compelling artwork throughout. Saw some cool pictures as well of people from OK. The guided tours are at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Definitely worth a visit.
Of the five capital cities I've visited, the Oklahoma Capitol is undoubtedly the cleanest and most captivating. Its pristine condition is remarkable, with not a speck of dust anywhere. The ground floor offers both a museum and a gift shop, and abundant literature detailing its history and origins is readily available. Security was notably thorough, covering the parking lot, the building's exterior, and its interior. It was truly amazing! I was incredibly impressed by the Oklahoma Capitol staff.
While in Oklahoma City, we went to the state Capitol building. first off, it is a beautiful building, with many pieces of artwork. also is very informative aswell with a small museum inside. great information on the history of the land, native americans, oil and more. it's free to enter (all state Capitol buildings i have been to have been free to enter). they do have guided tours at selected times.
Beautiful building inside and out with countless examples of interesting architecture and artwork. The museum inside highlighting Oklahoma’s government history was real interesting too. A well worth it visit when in OKC!
If you're in Oklahoma City you really must tour the capitol building. It is an incredible building with stunning architecture and artwork and every wall.
As a OKC photographer, the State Capitol building is a building place to take pictures. I especially love it for high school seniors and cap and gown photos. Headshots are also great at the capitol! IG @missymayophoto
Awesome place to visit. We are very lucky to meet Oklahoma artist, Lucas Simmons. Definitely recommended a tour guide.

There is so much history to see here! My husband and I took our kids to see the museum, and it is worth the drive to see everything they have! There was no charge to view the museum, no charge for parking, and there is much to see inside and outside of the museum! The veteran volunteer who met us at the door was so kind, and had much to share with us! The facility was well taken care of, and clean. I do recommend having between an hour to two hours to be able to tour through the plethora of history they have here, so that it can be enjoyed and not rushed through. You could spend two hours inside alone, not including the large amount of planes, helicopters, tanks, etc that are outside to view. It is well worth it, and my family will be going back again to be able to take our time to appreciate all the history.
We visited while in the area, very nice collection of Military History. You can start inside and visit through the years of the Military and the different war campaigns. They have arms from the 1800s to the modern day. They have a hall dedicated to Medal of Honor recipients. Very nice layouts with volunteers that will give you more detail information if you desire. Outside is also included which has large military vehicles, tanks, airplanes and helicopters. They are open until 4:15pm everyday and closed on Mondays. They have a nice gift shop. Definitely worth a stop. Very large so allow a couple of hours or more. The museum is free and you can give donations.
Holy smokes, amazing place. It's so incredibly organized and preserved. Learned a lot and it's a must see ! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful.
This place is awesome! I was aware that the 45th Infantry was involved in the Liberation of Dachau prior to coming, but I learned so much more about the 45th as a whole. The exhibits are well maintained, and the variety of firearms is impressive, to say the least. The volunteers there are very insightful and a joy to talk to, and I was overall extremely impressed. Not to mention all the vehicles outside! Great experience!
Terrific adventure! We were welcomed and introduced to the exhibits by the wonderful staff members. Place does not charge you any fees but offers a variety of different presentations. Before you even enter the museum’s building, there is plenty of military vehicles and aircrafts. After getting familiar with the outside exhibition we decided to go inside the building, even though the building looked small from the outside it came out to be a big piece of a building inside. You get to immerse yourself in this experience. Please don’t hesitate from talking to the staff, they are wonderful people. Highly recommended. It took us about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
I've been visiting this museum for many years it's sad to see that it's closed but I'm looking forward to seeing the new facilities
Another impressive museum. Naturally its primary focus is on the 45th Infantry Thunderbirds, and their history is well represented. What I didn’t expect was the most amazing collection of historic US military firearms that I have ever seen. Well worth a visit. I went on a Friday morning and aside from a couple field trips, I had the place to myself. Oh and it’s free!
The outdoor exhibits are super awesome. Adults and kids will enjoy seeing at close quarters, Battle tanks, helicopters, aircraft and howitzers. The indoor section also has an extensive collection of weapons used from history wars and other artefacts. A must visit is your in the area and are interested in US army history or generally in the armed forces.

Love walking here and grabbing a bite to eat.
We like coming here for walks, it's a nice experience and alot going on! There's even restaurants near by. My only concern was that the water pumps do not work, I had no way to refill our water bottle for our dog.
9.6 miles to ride your bike all around! Good exercise and was it pretty! Nice trails. Would he nice if the people walking would walk on one side when bikers are on the trail too. Popular place and I can see why. Next time will try for 2 laps.
Is a real nice park, the place is heavily used, but looks to be well maintained. Only problem I had, is that the sun heated up some of the surfaces and had to watch out for some of them (luckily I checked). But the grass is in great shape, the entire area is not bare dirt like some places that are as heavily used as this place.
This park has beautiful views and today it was 58° and somewhat windy. Lots of birds to see, many of which were huddled together like friends, even though they were different kinds of birds. I thought that was pretty cool.😎 Enjoyed walking the well maintained trails. My only complaint would be that someone in the city needs to empty the trashcans. They were all full. 😕
This could be a cute park, but it's not being well-maintained. The grass is high and it needs new mulch. It's muddy because of the mulch situation. We came in the morning on a weekday. I drove through a questionable looking neighborhood to get to the park. On top of it, we arrived being the only people around. The situation did not make me feel too comfortable and we didn't stay long.
The only bad thing I can say is trash cans were few and far between and all were overflowing. It may be COVID related...? Beautiful walking trail around the lake. Kids everywhere. Dog Friendly. Restaurant on the water. Lighthouse.
There is around a 10 mile lap around Hefner lake to run, ride bikes, and this park is where the your adventure begins. This park is south east of the lake off Grande, east of portland and highway 74. It has the dog park, baseball fields and a basic place to picnic and play area. Lake Hefner is a great place to boat, watch the sunrise, sunset, fish(catfish, all kinds of bass, suprisingly good walleye) good restaurants on (Britton rd), take your kids to the parks( one on each side of the lake).
