We’ve stayed at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino & Hotel Resort multiple times and it’s been an amazing experience every single time! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and always spotless — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially love that it’s pet-friendly and our corgi always has a great stay too! 🐾 The casino floor is vibrant and lively, with a great variety of slot machines that keep the fun going. The dining options are fantastic — plenty of choices with consistently great food and service. The entire property is well-maintained, clean and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, entertainment, and excellent hospitality!
First time setting foot on this property. From check-in to check-out it was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Been to Vegas, stayed at a resort in Scottsdale, so I had a little apprehension about stating further out of the Phoenix area. This property has everything you need to enjoy a vacation with the family or stay on business. Rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Great selection of slot machines, a seperate smoking section with slot machines, lots of table games with reasonable minimum bet levels. We also had the opportunity to play Ak-Chin Southern Dunes golf course. I don't tote myself as anything close to a golfer, but have had opportunities to play unbelievable courses across Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Oregon, and Nevada. This golf course is well worth planning an entire weekend getaway! Back to the hotel. They have an in-house Dunkin Donuts that opens early, and a wicked steakhouse, along with a couple of other restaurants in the hotel. I love my whiskies and bourbons and Chop l, Block, and Brew did not disappoint with their selection. We even walked over to the adjoining bowling alleys and threw some stones. My only regret was that I didn't get to check out the pool, but I did see it from my hotel room, and it looked wonderful. All staff from the front desk, the security guards, the staff at all the different restaurants, the casino dealers, to the gift shop were always pleasant and wonderful to talk to.
Hubs and I wanted to have a nice romantic staycay getaway for just the two of us. We had heard that this place was amazing and very reasonable priced. That was not our take at all. We first arrived and we checked in no warm welcome. Very confusing check in set up. We got to our room and we had been given 3 keys but no reason was to why. We tried to turn on the ac and it did not work below 75F . I went back downstairs and asked why the ac was not working. I was told at first that it sho7be working if we put a key by the front door and not to remove it or the ac would go off again. I we t back upstairs and to,d my husband and we sat there and tried to relax. However he started to have an asthma attack really bad. I called down to the front and advised them if would could switch rooms, we were told due to us being there for an extended period of time we could not move rooms. We also asked if there was any rooms that had balcony doors that could open and the guy said no. Funny bc we were looking right out the window and saw the balcony door… We spoke to a supervisor and she said we could transfer rooms but we would have to pay the difference between our room and the new room. We agreed , moved rooms bug it did not help. We were miserable and the room still stunk was smaller and we were charged more for less. We could not sleep well .my husband kept his I g asthma attacks and did not rest well at all. After our Check out the next day they charge our card a total of like 260.00 bucks for one night. They said there was a 50 extra hold in case of room charges we were never told this. They did end up crediting the 50 fee and the room change charge We were totally unhappy with the entire time and did not enjoy and of it at all. we will definitely not be going bsck. Communication is definitely lacking, room cleanliness is terrible. They entire night was horrible.
WARNING! Be prepared to pay unexpected fees. we arrived a before the 4 PM check in time. So they charged an extra $38.78 I have checked in early at many hotels, many chains all across the country and at resorts worldwide and never had this happen. Also, if you like a rock hard bed and very small room this is the place for you if you prefer a comfortable bed and a place to sit then definitely not. Pool area feels more like a prison compound than it does like a resort. I recommend traveling a little further north and going to a truly nice casino hotel.
So, we didn't know what to think of the hotel, being it was so economically priced. It was very clean, everything was stocked and,well... GREAT! It was pet friendly and the amenities were outstanding. We plan on visiting the hotel again, but next time we plan on staying and using resort for at least a few days! We have not one bad thing to say about "Harrah's" AK-CHIN Hotel and casino. It was amazing! Also, the staff and the parking were amazing. Thanks again!
We enjoy Ak-Chin .. even tho it's 45min to an hr drive, so worth it!! The restaurants are vey nice, always GREAT service, Nicole at Oak & Fork is sooo great at customer service!! .. Everyone @ Chop & Block too (the food & desserts are so yummy!!) We have stayed and the rooms are nice, very comfy ... Slot machines (love the variety) Table game dealers are nice and willing to help teach you the game! .. Summer we loved the pool & cabanas ... Yup, it's one of our favorite places for fun!!
The hotel is conveniently located 5-10 min from the friend I was visiting. The room was average. The service was very good. My issue was with Caesar rewards. Apparently, even though I called the Harrah's to make the reservation, I was transferred to a 3rd party vendor. Harrah's refused to award me the Caesar reward points that I should have gotten for our stay. The rewards were one of my main reasons for choosing the hotel since there is a Laquinta down the street that's even closer to my friends house.
We did not stay at the hotel. We have been going to this Casino for over 11 years. We went last Saturday and I am a diamond plus member with a Caesars Reward visa card. I went to play after 25 points no free play. I went to the total rewards desk and asked why I didn't have any free play. She said they changed my free play from M-F. I told her it was always Saturday thru Sunday. She said they have made changes. She was very nice, she gave me a local number to call. I waited until Monday and called. I called that number and was told to call another number after 9 am. I finally got through at 9:30 am. I explained what happen She had me hold on and called marketing. She told me they wanted more patrons to come during the week. I said I would like to talk to Marketing. She took my name and number and stated they would call me back that same day. I have not heard one word. Here is the kicker my husband is also a diamond plus member and he still gets free play on the weekend. I actually have more points than him. They have taken most of the perks away so why should we keep patronizing this casino. They are on a path of losing more customers.

AK-Chin S. Dunes played there for the 1st time last week. Beautiful Desert Golf Course. Highly Recommended one of my favorite courses on the golf trip. The course is well designed with well placed bunkers, wide open fairways, tough fast greens, and great hospitality from the workers. When back in the area again will defiantly play again.
This is an awesome golf course. It felt like a video game. We’ve never played on a desert dune course before, and it was really cool. All the bunkers and how they enter played with the natural desert sands was really cool. The greens were in great shape. I highly recommend this course.
A Sanctuary in the Desert – Southern Dunes Golf Club Over the past eight months, while caring for my terminally ill father, I found myself needing somewhere to breathe, to reset, and to reconnect with life—even for just a few hours at a time. That place, without question, became Southern Dunes Golf Club. It wasn’t just a golf course—it was my sanctuary. And in every possible way, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment you drive up to the facility, the experience begins. The course itself is stunning—immaculately maintained fairways stretch across the desert landscape, with breathtaking views that constantly remind you why Arizona is one of the most majestic golf destinations in the country. The layout is challenging but fair, a true player’s course with thoughtful design that rewards precision while never punishing creativity. Every round felt like a privilege. But what truly separates Southern Dunes from the hundreds of courses I’ve played is the people. I’ve never met anyone at a golf club—anywhere—who left such an impression on me as Tim, who handles check-ins. Tim is not only the kind of professional every club wishes they had; he is a genuinely remarkable human being. Warm, sharp, and incredibly insightful, Tim has a way of making you feel grounded, even during life’s hardest moments. Our brief conversations were often the highlight of my day—his wisdom and calm presence offered more than customer service. They offered comfort. Bree is another gem—a constant ray of sunshine. Every time I encountered her, she was welcoming, gracious, and kind. In an environment that prides itself on excellence, Bree upholds and enhances that standard. She treats every guest like a regular, and every regular like family. The on-course experience is also phenomenal. In the sweltering summer heat, they bring cold towels out to the course. Let that sink in. That kind of above-and-beyond hospitality is what sets Southern Dunes apart from even the most prestigious country clubs. Small details like that, and the attentiveness of the staff across the board, make every round feel like an escape—luxurious without ever being pretentious. The food? Spectacular. Whether you’re grabbing something at the turn or settling in for a proper post-round meal, the quality and consistency rival high-end restaurants. The clubhouse atmosphere is elevated, but relaxed—exactly the kind of environment that makes you want to stay long after your last putt drops. That said, if I had to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be this: Please replace the ball washers. Having functional, clean washers equipped with towels at every tee box would be the final touch in what is otherwise a flawless facility. It’s a small thing—but details matter when everything else is so thoughtfully done. In closing, Southern Dunes didn’t just offer me a great golf experience. It gave me peace. During one of the hardest periods of my life, I found something deeply meaningful in the fairways, in the rhythm of the game, in the beauty of the land—and in the kindness of the people who run it. I cannot thank this club enough. For the memories. For the moments of calm. For the excellence in everything you do. Southern Dunes, you are truly a treasure. — Andrew Wiggin
One of the better maintained desert courses in AZ! The greens were in spectacular condition with few ball marks, the fairways were challenging, and the bunkers were in good shape.
We had a group of 9 down from Canada for a golf trip. Our morning round was nice, so we paid $25 for a 3pm replay. With nobody else on the course, we played a scramble with a group of 5 and a group of 4. Apparently, a 5some is "bad optics," so we got kicked off the course. Our front 9 took 1.5 hours... there was nobody else on the course. The marshal's were great, attendants great, but management was questionable.
Flew in and went straight to the course. I did not book a tee time in advance. I paid when I got there. No military discount for retired military. Statement of fact - not a complaint. The course overall is beautiful. Some of the bunkers were unplayable and the course looked like they were trying to fix them but there were so many that looked out of play. The greens were super slow. It was like putting on shag carpet. The course tried to pair me with someone but no one wanted to join up. A two some in front of me with caddy let me play through after about 5 holes. The GPS on the cart they gave me wouldn’t turn on. It was cart path only due to the normal overseeding in late part of the year. Free water on the course. Never saw the cart girl. Food in the restaurant seemed really good. Good value. Menu seemed to have a lot of new additions according to the staff. Unfortunately I’m a little disappointed after hearing so many good things about this course. Didn’t feel like it matched its price point.
This was our first time golfing and a worker there named Mike Frey made our experience very unpleasant. The very first thing he yells at us is “One ball!”. There was no “Hello, how are you doing? How can I help you?” None of that just a startling “One ball!” suddenly from behind. I guess we were moving too slow for Mike Frey but he offered no suggestions on how we could speed things up. We told him we were dropping another ball to drive because finding the ball I sliced to the middle of nowhere would take much more time than simply hitting another one better. He made no sense because he was scolding us to hurry but also told us we had to go find the ball I sliced to oblivion. We politely tried to explain that this would be much quicker but his senile mind would not have it and sat and argued with us for several minutes even after we told him we’d try to move quicker (even though we were hustling and running to our balls the whole time). In his senile mind we must have been sitting there driving balls all day because he condescendingly scolded us that “This isn’t a driving range” even though the reality is we ever only drove a second ball if we sliced one to oblivion and moved on. The problem is we just suck at golf but we didn’t need this jerk, disrespectful worker to come scold us instead of helping us with suggestions to move faster. For instance, later from a friend we learned we can drive on the grass but did Mike Frey tell us that? No. First thing he did was start scolding us for being behind. I think he spent too much time out in the Sun and was just looking for a long drawn out argument. He wasted so much of our time that it put us even waaaayyy further behind. Mike Frey needs to find something else to do rather than harass and scold adults doing their best at golf. As I said we weren’t lollygagging at all, just not very good. And although it was fun and something we would definitely do some more, we won’t be doing it there thanks to Mike Frey. He’s a loose canon.
Unbiased review: •top 10 golf course in Arizona 100%, maybe top 5! •summer rates are really good which makes this a 5 star review. •super tough course which I love! Super pretty course as well, honestly doesn’t even feel like your playing in Arizona, reminds me of like Australia. It’s worth the drive!!

I go literally everyday. If you come, and spot me, let's work out together! As a mom who's into fitness, I love that child watch is open every weekday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., then again at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Like who does this??? Every weekend I can take my babies from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday, 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Sunday. We can literally go everyday!!! Staff is friendly, The community members who work out here are awesome, everyone is approachable and happy looking. If I ever fall victim to dementia, I hope my grandkids bring me back the Copper Sky so that I can relive this part of my life - pushing my limits and making memories everyday around people who are kind strangers 🤞🏾
This place is amazing g and has all you need to get your fitness going. Spend time in the gym, indoor track ball ans other courts. Swimming, splash pad and childcare center
Maricopa Copper Sky Aquatic Center is a great spot for affordable family fun. Admission is just $2 for kids and $4 for adults, making it a budget-friendly choice. My granddaughter had an amazing time there. She loved playing on the splash pad, swimming in the pool, and floating in the lazy river. The aquatic center also has a fun water slide, a diving board for jumping into the water, and a rock wall for climbing. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. It's a perfect place to spend a fun day with the family without breaking the bank.
Honestly disappointed with how quick they were to stop open swim season while it is still summer and hot out! Seeing my kid get upset about seeing the lifeguards training in the water, breaks my heart. I know they are training but my kid thinks they are having fun and he can't do that because of their decision. Do better. Cause that wasn't necessary. Also very disappointed with how some life guards talk to kids under 10 when explaining the rules. There's no need to be rude to them. Do better
Membership not worth it for a family with multiple aged kids. Friendly staff, great amenities but not able to use them as we would like. Kids have to be 12 to go upstairs to the track. A family cannot walk on the track together on hot days. Kids have to be 15 to be upstairs alone. Our daughter is 15 and would love to have access to weight training for her sports but we have to be there with her. So all in all this membership for a family of 6 is not worth it. Too many restrictions.
Great when it opened but has been disappointing over time. Maybe I'm just going at the wrong part of week or day. Kids get bored because it really isn't a park feel and it seems like some elements have shown up for the worse. Park is for relaxing... not constantly looking over your shoulder.
It's one of the best community hubs I've ever seen! They have anything you need. Gym, pool, Waterslide, soccer, football, and baseball fields. Pickle ball, Frisbee golf, and even a skate park!
Best place to take a walk/stroll with Chico (Chihuahua) it's tranquil, peaceful and quiet

Visoting from Minnesota. Went for breakfast on a Saturday, Savannah was a great server!! Meal was wonderful and the scenery from the patio was amazing!! Will be back!!
Have you ever had breakfast with Jon H.? Let me paint you a picture of how it goes: Joyce: I could really use some butter for my rye toast. Jon H.: *hoarding the butter, seemingly not hearing Joyce* Joyce: *eating an unsatisfying piece of toast with only jelly, still complaining about the lack of butter* Jon H.: *generously slathering butter onto his pancakes while humming Chappell Roan's "Good Luck, Babe!"* Breakfast in Maricopa? Why not! After a quick drive over the mountains and through the woods, we met up at this cute place on a golf course for breakfast. I ordered the Maricopa Omelet which has cheese, ham, and green hatch chiles in it. It was also served with some homestyle potatoes and some toast. It was a great breakfast and the weather was even nice enough to dine al fresco with a view of the golf course lake. So many cute ducks and geese wandered about and our waitress, Jill, kept the coffee mugs filled. It's a great spot! I can see this place being enjoyed by the community and residents in Maricopa. Get some good eats here at The Duke!
We ate there last Friday and ordered one of the fried fish fries and the baked fish for lunch and they were both excellent! The servers were top-notch and very kind! We follow their cart girl on TikTok for all of her wonderful drink concoctions!
Really nice layout with lots of undulation and 7000 from the tip. Not really a hard course but it's nice. Greens were a little slow and bunkers wet although they did have sand.
Booked this course for a bachelor party, had a last minute addition to make it 5 guys instead of 4 and the guy in the pro shop was extremely understanding and accommodated the change. Course is in great condition, each hole is challenging in its own way. The bunker sand is soft and light. Course has an awesome spur logo and they sell hats with them on it in the pro shop. Highly recommend playing this course, it’s absolutely worth the drive from Phoenix.
The experience was really good, had not been in a long time. We tried to get a hot deal early in the morning but is sold out then an even earlier tee time opened up. It was cold, and mist was coming off high wash levels. The course was in good condition and challenging traps with high walls. Good food and drink service at the turn too!
Loved this course. Great time playing, great staff looking forward to my next trip here.
Haven’t played here in over 6 years, glad our group was able to play this past Saturday. Overall, the course is in great shape, fairways were nice and greens ran very true. Service was excellent and food really good. *** What bothered me the most, this has nothing to do with the course or staff, is the golfers at this course. If you’re too lazy to fix your ball marks, you shouldn’t play. I fixed mine and many others on most of the greens. Golfers are quick to complain about conditions, yet are 90% of the cause. FIX YOUR BALL MARKS PEOPLE. It’s really easy to do.

What an incredible attraction to visit! We were welcomed with such a friendly greeting. The entire family works together to keep the museum so well organized and meticulous. We learned so much information from Ernie, who built every single car. He was interesting and willing to share his story with us. We loved every minute of being here, and I'm sure I didn't even notice all of the memorabilia that was here. We spent almost 2 hours just walking around admiring the history and reminiscing about our own childhoods. Thanks for sharing this amazing museum with us ❤️
I live on the East Coast and wanted to visit this museum for quite a while. I was finally in Scottsdale Arizona and able to drive out and visit the museum on a Friday morning. I highly, highly recommend this museum to anyone in the area. I was able to sit with Ernie for about half an hour and listen to his life story. He is an incredibly talented man, and the cars and his life story are incredible. I cannot wait to come back and bring my wife. Hopefully she will be able to meet Ernie too.
Such a unique and fun experience! The Dwarf Car Museum is unlike anything else — the craftsmanship and detail on these miniature cars is incredible. The staff is very welcoming and happy to share the stories behind each piece. It’s a hidden gem that’s absolutely worth the visit — you’ll leave amazed and smiling!
This place is so cool. Ernie, the builder of these dwarf cars, is friendly and here to answer all your questions and talk to you. These cars are amazing. Most street legal. The all run and work like regular cars but the bodies, bumpers, wheels, etc. are all hand made by Ernie. Don't miss out on visiting this museum. These were the start of the Legend cars.
This hidden gem is worth the drive, showcasing Ernie Adam’s creative car collection. You’ll find everything from vintage trucks to classic Chevys, making it a fun stop for car lovers.
The Dwarf Car Museum is fantastic. It is actually small enough that if you can't walk far this one is for you. Be sure to watch the video for a little while to learn his process. He is a brilliant machinist. There are a lot of things outside to see also. Better in the winter for those. It used to be donations but now it is well worth the $5 fee.
I recommend this place to absolutely every car enthusiast. Incredible place with incredibly nice people. Huge territory with a huge history and old style atmosphere. Come here and you will not regret it
What a hidden gem if you enjoy cars & memorabilia! Luckily, the RV park we stayed at down the road had a flyer up for this place or we would have missed it entirely given there is no sign we saw on the main road for it. But what a find! Such craftsmanship and detail out into making these scaled down models - and they still drive them! Had taken one on a trip just the day before!! Had the pleasure of meeting Ernie also which was special! So much to see at this place and only $5 for admission. Go see it! You will NOT be disappointed! We were in our 30ft class C RV and found room to park just fine!

Amazing experience! So worth it! There was this great amount of energy as we were getting suited up and in the plane. Joel and Brad made it a blast! Lots of laughing and joking and having fun. Highly recommend it! I almost forgot to give a shout out to my amazing camera man, Jonathon. He too was fun and full of positive engergy. I definitely recommend paying the extra fee to have them record your jump. Totally worth it!
If you want to skydive, this is your place. They are meticulous about safety and even more excited to make sure you have a great time. The price is standard for skydiving (I paid the same in Lincoln, NE). My tandem instructor was Jason - HIGHLY recommended. He helped me stay focused and made sure I was smiling : - ) The comradery among the team is infectious. Make sure you look up the skydiving handshake before you go because they'll include you! You MUST get the video (it's an add-on expense). It's well worth the money because you'll watch it over and over again. You absolutely will not regret this experience. I'm honestly considering working for them when I retire!
Sky Dive Phoenix was phenomenal! I went with to watch my girlfriend jump out of a plane! We had Joel for our jumping adventure and man did he make our experience fun! He was great to joke with but very professional when we needed to feel safe. Cassandra at the front desk was fun to visit with as well! The staff here is amazing! The experiences are mind blowing 🤯 and Joel is the best! I didn't actually jump but I had just a much fun tagging along
So. Good. I loved the whole experience. Joel is the best, he’s hilarious, super down to earth guy and he helped get rid of my stress so quick. I’m terrified of heights and he helped me to be present in the moment. The whole staff was great and seem to love what they do. I thought the outdoor game area was a nice touch👌 Pricing wasn’t bad, we used Groupon, I added the video package since it was my first time and I highly recommend it.
This was a very fun place to have a crazy adventure with my girlfriend! The facility was well taken care of and the staff was very friendly! Our tandem partners (George and Joey) were very experienced, nice, and knew how to make the situation fun and less nerve racking! We had very informative direction before making the ascent. Once we got in the plane, it was calm vibes until time to jump. With the great instruction from Joey and George, my girlfriend and I felt ready to jump out of a plane at 12,000 feet up!! When the parachute was pulled, our instructors let us do a bit of steering and let us enjoy the view as we made our way safely to the ground. Afterward, they took some pictures with us and encouraged us to come back again. During the drive in to the facility, my girlfriend was very anxious and scared to skydive. Afterward, she could not stop smiling and said that she felt so calm and prepared after being instructed by our guys Joey and George. I highly recommend visiting Skydive Phoenix Inc if you want to experience something that many people may be too afraid to experience in their lives and will never know the joy that it brings.
We skydived with JB and Jason and they were great! They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire flight. Fantastic views of the mountains and would do this again if we come back in the future!
This was the absolute best experience I could have asked for with it being my first jump! We had JB and Joey as our tandem jumpers and Stacy as our videographer. I have photos and videos to last a lifetime. This team really loves what they do and they’ll make sure you love it too. Thank you guys so much for this amazing memory!
We had an incredible experience! Everyone was kind, accommodating, and the skydiving community vibe was fun and straightforward. We just got married and they let us jump in our nice wedding clothes which added to the experience and vibe for our announcement ❤️ Andee and Adam were our amazing videographers who walked us through every step and were on top of our requests to capture the moments and shots we wanted. Our skydiving instructors Sam, Steffan, and JB were personable, respectful, and overall fun guys! They made sure we were safe, comfortable, answered all our questions, and made sure we had as much fun as possible! We 10/10 recommend Skydive Phoenix! Thank you for making us even happier newlyweds!!! 🤘🤩🙌❤️

This is a wonderful place to be. The staff is expert at their skill. Instructions were clear, help was abundant and fun was off the charts. Very professional pilots and easy going environment. A must, if you're in this area or looking for a fun place to travel to. It's worth it.
Hang gliding was on my bucket list. I’m so glad Sonora Wings could help me achieve this goal! It was an a-may-zing experience! I loved it from beginning to end! 100% would recommend- Karen was very helpful & friendly. Thanks for a wonderful time! 💕💕
Definitely a must do. Karen was super nice and kept me updated on weather and the possibility of changes. I accidently thought we were scheduled for Friday but it was actually Thursday but Karen still took care of me and got me and my family in before they wrapped up their season. Will be taking other family members once they reopen in November.
Be good to your adventurous side and try hang gliding with the pros at Sonora Wings! Great crew that provides an absolutely incredible service. The glider pilot instructor is very skilled and is capable of making even the worst student (me) feel comfortable at 3000'. Knock an item off your bucket list and have the time of your life soaring over the desert with Sonora Wings. 6 thumbs up.
Karen and her family were awesome! This was a very relaxing experience. We did the 2,000 feet, goes so fast so would definitely go higher next time.
Sonora Wings is one of the most exciting experiences I have had on my travels around the world. From the reservation process to the time I left, the experience was seamless and easy! Luke answered all my questions before arriving and Bill my flight instructor was experienced and knowledgable. Bill is very instructional about the process and great at what he does. He paid attention to every detail and walked me through the preflight process. I felt safe and like I was in good hands the entire time. He let me control the glider during the flight, and the planned nose dive was thrilling. Thanks fellas for a great afternoon of flying!
Whether you're an experienced pilot looking to learn how to aerotow or brand new to free flight and wanting to give it a try with a discovery flight, this is the place to go! LJ, Karen, Danny, and Paul will take care of you, and make sure you have a fun and SAFE experience. I've flown here many times and have felt comfortable bringing many friends here to learn towing, and will continue to do so. As a great bonus, the end of day sunset view from the LZ is phenomenal.
It all started with a Discovery flight!!!! Sonora Wings is AMAZING :) I appreciate the personalized attention, continuing education, and friendships I've made at Sonora Wings. The biggest draw for me at Sonora is the commitment to Safety while I continue to progress as a novice pilot

I like when they have waitress on Saturday nights. It is easier to get food and drinks. The bartenders get busy. Estrella was our server. She was AMAZING! I wish she was there more often. She is our favorite waitress.
I purchased 8 tickets for the male review show. Thought we'd be able to use the shuttle service to get there and back from Mesa (it's about a 45 min. Drive) They never returned any of my multiple phone calls and emails to even book the FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE THEY SUPPOSEDLY OFFER. The show wasn't anything like they portrayed it was going to be either. Don't waste your hard earned money on this. You'll be disappointed.
Meh....private party, but still. Plastic glasses, only two bar tenders, ran out of food. They need to pick up their game.
We return to The Luxe for Roxanne’s service and kindness. We like to play trivia...but we have better places for that. We enjoy happy hour...but we have less expensive places for that. The food is fine...but the prices are very high even during happy hour. We have favorite places for that. And we have great servers at other locations, but we return to The Luxe specifically for Roxanne. She knows our names, she remembers our interest in trivia and she recalls what we like to drink. She is efficient and kind. As a former HR director and my husband a bank executive...we recognize great employees. Any corporation would be lucky to have a Roxanne. The Luxe and Maricopa are fortunate. Katie and Steve Erickson
Love the Luxe, good happy hour! Friendly servers. FREE UFC pay-per-view I come to the Luxe for all the big fights--never a cover charge! Also just had a networking event in the private room--a nice space.
I used to go to Luxe weekly until a waitress became very rude over a bill. She made me look like the bad person because I was out on date night with my husband and friends. The bad part was she wasn't serving our table. I gave cash and card as a form of payment. She was defending the server who was her sister and decided to interrupt and asked if it was cash first I said yes. Her response was "next time say that. I let her know it was a rude response and unprofessional. I was then kicked out I will never return thanks to her.
They are trying to get back to what it used to be. They are limited on lot due to lack of people.
This place has always been high on our list to visit. BUT TONIGHT IS OVER THE MOON! I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND MY KIDDO IS UPSET AT THE EXPERIENCE STARTED BY THE HR MANAGER TONIGHT. I had numerous people approach me regarding our service animal. The HR MANAGER spread her inaccurate information to the entire area of the bar. SHE LIED AND SAID HIS VEST DOES NOT SAY SERVICE DOG...YES IT DOES! SHE THREATENED TO KICK US OUT...NOT EVER TO MY FACE JUST SPREADING LIES TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TO THE STAFF! She could have handled this professionally and I would have even produced legal documents to prove our seizure alert dog's status. BUT NO! SHE CALLS SECURITY! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PERSON! READY TO FILE AN ADA COMPLAINT IN THE MORNING! I EXPECT AN APOLOGY! ALTHOUGH THAT WON'T ERASE THE LIES OR UPSET TO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT WERE DRUG INTO HER UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOR.

Extremely professional and well managed operation. There's a devotion and love for the sport of soaring and the joy of flight that's only overshadowed by their obvious commitment to safety in all things. I cannot recommend them enough, and I absolutely cannot wait to return! (Plus the airport dogs are adorable)
Great place to take lessons or rent gliders. Had a great time there
Arizona soaring does a fantastic job with glider training! I came for my commercial rating and found all of the instructors and staff members to be professional, courteous, thorough, and yet somehow very easy-going at the same time. It was truly an enjoyable and excellent training experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone Interested in training in gliders without hesitation. Guy Comer
I just stopped by to visit out of curiosity. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and excited to demonstrate their equipment and operations. I can’t wait to come back for some glider hours some day!
Had a great flight with Shad. The air was smooth and cool. We crossed the mountain range several times. The experience was on to be remembered. Thanks!
Zen in the air! This was one of the most amazing experiences ever. My husband gave me a glider for my birthday and I loved every second of it. So peaceful and quiet. We are both skiers and hikers so it was so cool to get a view of the mountains that you can't see from the ground. Shad was the pilot and he couldn't have been nicer. I can't wait to go again!
This place rocks! So amazing! The pilot was at home behind the sticker and Rutter and its showed. Bucket list stuff here.
Had a great flight with Alex. Now I'm heading back home with an itch to become a glider pilot. Thanks for an amazing memory!

It feels so pleasant, serene and peaceful at the temple. I felt like I was in a divide world when I pulled the door open to enter the temple. 🛕 good parking spaces are available for free. Bring your own food and water as nothing is available for a close to 8 miles. * blessed experience * good approach roads * being own food and water
I recently visited the Maha Ganapati Temple of Arizona and had a wonderful experience. The temple is well-maintained, the surroundings are calm and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. One of the highlights was the Annadanam — they served delicious food with great care and warmth, which truly added to the sense of community. I'm grateful for the experience and will definitely visit again.
Though it was quite a drive from the city, the journey was beautiful. The scenic fields and blooming flowers brought back memories of an Indian village. The temple itself was serene and overwhelming, with many god idols.
One of the finest Ganesha temples in Arizona. Located in the Maricopa County, is a bit far from most of the hubs and is a pleasant drive. The temple is well maintained and has all the basic amenities. The temple has plenty of parking space as well Suggestion - Restrooms to be maintained better and parking to be organized better especially during festive seasons like Ganesha Chaturthi when the crowd volume is high
A beautiful place of devotion. I felt very welcomed even though I had no background in Hinduism or Indian culture; I just came with an open heart and willingness to understand and learn. I found the archana to be very moving and transcendent. Just be respectful, and allow extra time get here since it's in a rural area, off by itself (which is part of the magic).
The temple is located on the outskirts of the city, but once you enter the premises you don’t feel that distance at all. The atmosphere inside is very calm, positive, and pleasant. It truly feels like visiting a temple in India. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained, and they also have a baby changing station, which is very convenient. The Prasad served by the temple is very tasty and authentic. In addition, you can order sweets and snacks, dosa, lassi, cold water, and coffee/tea, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful, welcoming, and culturally rich place to visit. Thank you 🙏🏻
Beautiful Indian style temple, with multiple deities consecrated on the premises. Lord Ganesha as the namesake is the chief deity of this temple but many other major gods and goddesses are also present. The temple is built in a very southern indian akin architecture style. The temple is under construction with planned expansions and renovations but has good facilities. It is a bit out of the way in a more secluded area and a bit away from Phoenix downtown (~35 miles) and requires a car for transportation but overall a great place to visit. Welcoming to all people who come with an open mind and appreciation of the universal community and brotherhood.
The only temple in Arizona which has Gopuram. The temple is in the outskirts of the city, you will find farming lands on the way. It took us around 45 mins from chandler. We visited the temple on Ugaadi, many people had come to get the pooja done for their new cars. Overall it was a good experience peaceful place.

As a chiropractor, I am always looking for great massage therapists to refer my clients to. My patients LOVE Shannon (so do I.) She is my number one, go-to therapist! She gives an excellent massage, has great communication and also has other complementary services like her recovery room to offer her clients. I value that she is very knowledgeable and can give a therapeutic massage experience to clients with complex needs. I highly recommend Shannon if you are looking for a true professional.
From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out you have an experience like no other. Hands of Silk is set up more professionally than many other massage places I've been to.(including larger massage therapy chains). The pressure was perfect, pricing is spot on, and the professionalism is second to none. There is a reason why they are always booked and the results speak for themselves. I always make sure I book another appointment before I leave. I recommend trying one of the many services they offer. My favorite is the ice cold polar plunge and the sauna!
Shannon is AMAZING! I feel so much better each time I come to her. She is detailed, caring and takes so much pride in what she does. If you are looking for a top notch experience, Shannon at Hands of Silk is where you need to go!
Shannon is very professional and talented masseuse. She really helped my sciatic pain. I will continue to go to her. I appreciated her very much and she is extremely reasonably priced.
My wife and I booked a couples experience at Hands of Silk and had an amazing time. We opted for the red light sauna treatment followed by a relaxing massage. From the complimentary eucalyptus infused towels to a wide choice of beverages. Shannon was friendly and made us feel very welcome. She provided us with a very pleasurable, relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. We will definitely be back for future couple experiences.
I have seen Shannon at Hands of Silk multiple times and am always impressed with her skills and how personable and friendly she is. I always leave feeling refreshed and. I have also used the recovery room and oh my gosh… if you haven’t used their sauna with red light therapy you have got to treat yourself to such a great treatment. Thank you Shannon and Hands of Silk for always taking such amazing care of me!
I was getting a tension headache every single day when I decided to go to Shannon. So thankful to say, I have not had one since. Shannon is so great and helped me so much! She very friendly, welcoming, and answers and questions I have. Her policies and pricing are very reasonable and upfront. 10/10 would recommend!

Great cigar collection and a very well stocked bar. The owner is knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Highly recommended.
Great selection friendly service well knowledgeable about their inventory and happy to help whether your a beginner or aficionado.
Our cigar group flew into the area from Washington state, looking for a place to watch the Super Bowl and enjoy a good cigar. Bobby went above and beyond to make our visit better than we could have imagined. He was an incredible host! He has a great establishment and a huge humidor. Our time there was excellent and Bobby helped create a wonderful memory. I highly recommend the Havana Cigar Bar. We will be back!
Come for the beers and cigars and leave with a story. Great place, great atmosphere, and great service.
Havana has a great selection of cigars. It's off the main road witch makes it like a hidden club nobody knows of. Had great service will be back when I go back to Phoenix.
They have wide variety of quality cigars with warm welcoming atmosphere. A place to unwind, enjoy a drink or two , meet with great people. It should be named Cigars Heaven. John bartender who enjoys taking of his cutomers. We love this place!
