When you find yourself at Harrah's Ak-Chin, make sure to stop by Chop, Block & Brew for an unforgettable dining experience. This upscale restaurant has been delighting guests since its opening in 2018, specializing in traditional Maricopa cuisine with a modern twist. Known for its gourmet burgers and expertly cooked meats from a wood-burning mesquite grill, the menu is packed with mouthwatering options that are sure to satisfy any craving.
Really impressed with Chop, Block & Brew! The atmosphere was really nice for being in a casino, the service was great, drinks were tasty and the food was delicious. We got the spinach dip appetizer and were highly impressed with it! The bread for the dip was great as well. The fillet mignon was cooked perfectly and a very nice, high grade steak. 🥩 the garlic mashed potatoes were as expected. This place definitely surpassed my expectations for being a a steakhouse in a casino! 💯

Food is way overpriced. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, and the presentation for a restaurant like this was terrible; I thought I was getting a shrimp cocktail from a fast-food place. The NY strip steak was good—no problem there—but we thought, for some reason, they served vanilla ice cream with it, but we were told it was the garlic mashed potatoes. It made no sense since it was cold. The chicken piccata—I am no chef—was the worst I've had. And the mac and cheese was super salty. Now I understand why the ratings are so low. For those visiting, definitely don't eat here; it's a waste of money.

Overpriced a la cart garbage. Ordered prime rib that was cold and loaded with gristle and fat.. $42.. mashed potato was terrible.. they were stiff as cement.. unedible. My date had shrimp scampi with lobster and scallops.. they ran out of scallops.. didn't offer a substitute.. couldn't find any evidence of lobster. The waiter shrugged his shoulders when we asked. Also ordered crab cakes.. $26.. 2 small crab cakes on tarter sauce.. salad was the only decent food. I was shocked at the low quality food and the very slow service. It too 50 minutes to get cold prime rib and scampi.. waiter was rarely around.. the bill was $160 with tax. Prime rib, scampi, salad and crab cakes.. no drinks.. save your money
Bill — Google review
It’s a little drive to get out there but it was worth it, staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Had the Caesar Salad (delicious), Prime Rib and the Shishito peppers was a nice addition, side of Creamed Spinach and the Cheese Cake (no picture, sorry not sorry). Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Would definitely repeat.
Skipper J — Google review
Food was wonderful, atmosphere was nice, service left a lot to be desired. I understand not getting great service when a restaurant is slammed, however there was not many people here and our service left a lot to be desired.
Coke F — Google review
We live in Maricopa and loved taking a date night to Chop Block. The food was absolutely delicious! The price was what to expect for a nice steak house! The presentation of the all the food was spot on! Loved our experience and will be back to try other things on the menu!
Bailey B — Google review
Steak delicious. Not impress with their chocolate cake . It looks like a cheap dessert, not worth it. It tasted old refrigerated for days and that was not mouse. Service as always great
Mayra R — Google review
My husband, and I dine here frequently. Especially, utilizing my Caesar's Rewards, which is great to cover a portion of your meal. The service is great. The food, and presentation is awesome. The atmosphere and convivial, ambiance is fantastic. Sammy and Julie are awesome at managing the restaurant, and keeping everything up to par. A few Server's we have had, which were Samuel and Desiree, were awesome. If you haven't dined here before, while visiting Harrah's Akchin Casino, you must have dinner here, at least once. You won't be disappointed.

Restaurant
Agave's Restaurant at Harrah's Ak Chin is a delightful spot that captures the essence of Mexican cuisine in a cozy setting. Known for its diverse menu, you can indulge in classic dishes like enchiladas, tacos, and fajitas, all crafted from traditional recipes using fresh ingredients. The restaurant also boasts an impressive selection of tequilas and margaritas to complement your meal perfectly. Whether you're stopping by for a hearty breakfast or lunch, Agave's has something to energize your day.
Loved this restaurant so much. The atmosphere was relaxing to say the least. Enjoyed coffee while waiting for our Breakfast which consisted of Eggs over easy, Sausage, Hash Browns and Toast.. The server was professional and very attentive to our table. We will be coming back on our Next trip. Would love to find out the name of the Breakfast Links, absolutely delicious. I could have eaten more of them. Please let me the name of the brand of Sausage Links you serve in your Beautiful restaurant. Thank You, Alois from Chicago

Would have given 5 stars if the wait wasn’t over an hour on a Monday to be seated and food took almost equally as long to arrive after being ordered. However our server Lynn, needs special recognition for being awesome and super accommodating. Our first time in this restaurant and I would go again because she made the visit so pleasant. I took my Dad out for his birthday and we loved the Salmon dinner. I will come back again.
FlamingoGirl — Google review
We had dinner here and the service was great, our server was friendly and fast. The food was ok, nothing that you would go out of your way for but not bad. The restaurant itself was clean and quiet, no loud music or TV's. There's nothing to necessarily recommend going here for but if you're at the casino already it's an ok place to stop for a meal.
Stefanie G — Google review
Our steaks were cooked well done rather than medium well like we requested, but we still ate them. One was too overcooked and the other was perfectly tender despite the temperature. We enjoyed our sides: soup, salad, fries etc. The server Austin I believe was his name, he was very attentive, kind, and helped the experience be pleasant. This restaurant has very economical options and other about $28-$30 the entree depending on your protein selections. I loved the mashed potatoes and it was a fun dinner.
Lune — Google review
Agave’a restaurant overall is good. The food is alright, the service was perfect and the atmosphere is okay. We came here with our baby who requires a high chair, we were seated in kinda an unusual spot for having a baby because we were right next to the main walkway when you enter the restaurant. The tables are all close together though so it wouldn’t really make a difference no matter where they seated us. My fiancé explained her chicken wings were alright, the chicken was fatty but still not bad. I got the soup special of the day, clam chowder and I thought it was really good! Only real downfall to this place would be their pricing. The pricing is equal to a place that is serving another step up or two in quality of foods.
Travis S — Google review
I have no complaints about the food or my actual server but let’s just say the host (Beverly) was EXTREMELY rude. My brother decided to join us for breakfast and when we kindly asked if we could use the EMPTY table next to ours she completely disregarded me and told me she had a lot of people waiting when there was only a big group waiting. THEN when asked by one of the other servers if we could have it and she could accommodate another guest to the other side she just said no. Lasted time I checked we’re the guest that needs to pleasing not the other way around.
Rosa F — Google review
Breakfast was decent, we were served great and the young waitress did a great job. The plan was to go back for lunch, we tried ordering to go, and the lady asked us about seven times if we were going to order, and was standing in front of us like we were going to steal the menu lol. It was obvious they were rushing us, so you can tell morning crew is much more professional! But the breakfast is decent. 👍
Angel V — Google review
I need to put a one star for service because of a terribly rude host (Beverly). I had made a mistake and said that I had a party of 6. I missed counted forgetting 2 others in my party. When a table was ready and we realized the mistake Beverly had seemed super annoyed and unaccommodating. For this I have to put 1 star for service because this incident honestly ruined the atmosphere. I’ve been to Agave restaurant before and I enjoy going because the food quality is good. I just have never experience something so unprofessional here.

Nestled just a stone's throw from Copper Sky Regional Park, Headquarters Cafe has been delighting diners since the 1950s with its authentic Tex-Mex offerings. This charming eatery boasts a cozy atmosphere adorned with classic Maricopa decor, making it an inviting spot to unwind after exploring the park. With around 15 tables, the intimate setting ensures attentive service from friendly staff who are eager to make your dining experience enjoyable.
I appreciate the old country cafe feel and atmosphere of this place, and their food is fresh, warm and cooked as ordered. The restaurant is clean, and the servers are welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. What else could you ask? My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast, and I ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs, the portions of which are generous.
Kat — Google review
Headquarters isn’t a hip trendy spot, but it nails the classic diner vibe with really good food. The green chicken enchiladas with sour cream and cheese were amazing, and the burger was one of the best my boyfriend has had. Service was excellent too, with a friendly and attentive waitress.
Daniel A — Google review
If you're after a cool diner vibe with tasty food, Headquarters is the spot. The green chicken enchiladas were incredible, and the burger was one of my husband's favorites. Service was super friendly and on point the whole time.
Jessica S — Google review
The place doesn’t look like much from the outside I actually thought it might be closed when I went in through the side door. But inside, it was packed and full of energy. The staff was quick to take our order, kept the coffee coming, and the food was seriously good. Best part? The prices were super reasonable.
Gabrielle S — Google review
my boyfriend and I were looking for a breakfast spot, I looked at the menu and everything looked so good. the boyfriend said let's just go to Dennys 😑 I said "you sure? Headquarters looks so much better and it's local." he thought about it, and finally we went to Headquarters! there is a restaraunt and a bar. inside the restaurant was rustic looking, yet comfy. there's a sign that says sit anywhere that is clean table. we choose a back corner. we got comfy and our server came within 5 mins. we ordered and didn't have to wait long for food. as we were waiting, we explored our surroundings with our eyes, catching unique things, John wayne pencil portraits, advertisements on the table, and I couldn't get over the pillars. it was very nice in there. our food came in about 10 mins and was HOT! we each got a plate with hashbrowns- and OMG!!!!! THOSE HASHBROWNS WERE THE BEST! CRUNCHY YET SOFT...SO SO GOOD! pancakes are HUGE like 5 inches width and half inch thick. very fluffy with crispy edge. my boyfriend got French toast as a side, and he said it was crunchy and soft, melts in the mouth. we will definetly be back again !
Sandy W — Google review
The food and service was absolutely awesome. I wish I could remember our servers name. Maybe Dana? She was the best server we've had, and even boxed our leftovers for us. The portions were.l generous, and the price is reasonable. We will definitely be back.
Marty T — Google review
What a great spot for breakfast. Huge portions, lovely staff.. can’t say enough about the food, absolutely loved it!!! Simple and perfect.. 👌
Craig B — Google review
The place isn’t flashy at all, and at first I wasn’t even sure it was open, but it was packed inside. Service was simple but steady with constant coffee refills. The food was delicious, the prices were great, and overall it was a solid experience.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Maricopa, Plaza Bonita Family Mexican Restaurant is a delightful gem that promises an authentic taste of Mexico. This charming eatery offers a menu filled with homemade dishes that are sure to tantalize your palate. The atmosphere is festive and welcoming, making it perfect for families looking to enjoy a meal together. While the service may vary, many guests have noted the attentive staff who ensure your dining experience is enjoyable.
Food is delicious! They have 2 locations, one in Phoenix and one in Maricopa. I prefer the one in Phoenix because it's closer, had great ambiance and the bar tender made a very refreshing low sugar margarita. If you are gluten sensitive, they have great options for you.
Erika — Google review
5 Stars First time at Plaza Bonita and we were really impressed! Briss was amazing—super friendly, fast, and made sure all our order requests were taken care of without a hitch. The food was excellent—the Caldo was especially flavorful and comforting. And the margaritas? Perfect. Great atmosphere, great service—we’ll definitely be coming back!
Vikingmike S — Google review
A really disappointing meal! This restaurant has decent reviews so, we decided to give it a shot. The service was good and it has a bright and fun decor. Unfortunately, we were seated in the bar area and there were several obnoxiously loud and obviously intoxicated individuals drinking at the bar. So that was pretty annoying. This is Arizona so I didn’t think it was possible to get bad Mexican food, but we didn’t like the food we got at all. The chips were stale. The salsa was runny and bland. We ordered beef fajitas for two. They looked and smelled pretty good and they even tasted good, but they were so tough and chewy that they were almost inedible. We had to cut up every piece of meat to be able to chew it. There was barely enough meat to fill 4 tortillas. The rice was completely dry to the point of being crunchy and the beans were flavorless. The order of fajitas for two and two drinks was just under $30. The best part of the meal was the guacamole and my Dr Pepper. Maybe other things this restaurant offer are good, but I would not recommend the beef fajitas at all! Try this restaurant at your own risk, because I do not recommend them.
TJ S — Google review
We eat here before we go to yogurt jungle. Good wait staff and the food is very fresh. It tends to get a bad rap from out-of-towners but it grows on you fast if you live here, at least that's what my family says. They have gotten better over the years. Kids like eating here.
Paul D — Google review
I went with my family last weekend and was blown away by how good the food was. Our server was super upbeat and gave us great service, even though I didn’t catch his name. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Gabriel C — Google review
Saturday may 3rd was más first time at this restaurant and probably the last. Tortilla soup tasted literally like water with ketchup and my daughter’s food had a piece of plastic or film on the french fries.
Ivonne D — Google review
This restaurant has the most spiciest and delicious hot sauce I’ve had in Arizona. The chicken fajita was very delicious and the onions made it extremely good. The Carne Asada enchiladas were very delicious as well. The guava margaritas that were on happy hour special, must half!
Christian — Google review
The atmosphere was fun! At the beginning the service was amazing and everyone we met was friendly :) This was our first time and we came for a quick margarita and some chips & salsa! The margaritas were delicious and not overly sweet. We sat at the bar and at the end had a difficult time getting a servers attention to get the bill. Once we did get someone’s attention they put the receipt down and didn’t come back. We luckily had cash so left cash and started to leave - a group of employees were gathered together around the corner watching the tv. Felt a bit inattentive but overall a good experience.

Wine bar
Nestled within Harrah's Ak-Chin, Oak & Fork is a delightful culinary gem that has been captivating guests since its opening in December 2017. This charming restaurant specializes in pairing exquisite small bites with an impressive selection of fine wines, making it a must-visit for wine enthusiasts. While the prices may lean towards the higher side, patrons agree that the experience is worth every cent spent.
Wow. We went Friday night right before a show we attended for a concert and wanted a quick bite to eat and glass of wine before entering concert. We were greeted by Debra, who suggested we take the small table by the entrance and get "double cushion" on the upright chairs as she fixed up for us to make it comfortable for my wife and I to sit. Such a great spot to sit and Debra the hostess came by many times to check on us to see if we were comfortable. Couldn't of found a more perfect personality for that position at this wine bar. After we were seated, we were able to listen to the guitarist play some music as we sipped our drinks and our waiter Mikey showed up. Best service we received from a waiter in a long time as my wife and I were thinking, "this place has outstanding energy and service!". If you go, make sure you request Mikey as he resembles a laid back personality that pairs with a wine bar climate and atmosphere perfectly. So yes we will be back to Oak and Fork wine bar! Thanks Debra and Mikey for making our first visit one to remember!
Scotty P — Google review
This restaurant has a very upscale atmosphere and the service was good from the friendly hostess to our server who was very sweet. There was even a girl playing guitar and singing that was very good also. However the food itself left much to be desired. It was overpriced and flavorless. The table next to us and the table behind us were also not impressed with the food, so I know we weren't alone in our sentiments. We were told it was a new menu, maybe the old one was better. We paid $100 for 2 people and the food wasn't even worth taking the leftovers. The drinks were good though!
Stefanie G — Google review
Went to Oak & Fork Restaurant @ Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino. They have changed the whole menu. No longer are there small plates. Regular meals. Okay! Sat @ the bar w/ Tyler. Extremely pleasant and friendly. Good Bartender. Except he ordered the wrong food for me. Wife ordered chicken Linguini. Very Good! I ordered the Italian Panini. Only I received the Chicken Panini. He brought it to me and realized that it was Wrong. But then he said this panini is Really Good. Is that OK. I mean Really! If I wanted the Chicken I would have ordered the Chicken. Right?? Strange. But I ate it anyway. He was right it was good. Just Not what I ordered. Not as good as the Chicken Linguini my wife had, but good. All in All Oak & Fork has an Italian concept. Good not Great. Not sure if I will go back.

Great food, good wine list, and excellent service. I was invited to the soft launch many years ago, and my level of expectations is still met today. Whether you're looking for an intimate night out or a spot to sit back with friends and have a few drinks, this is an excellent choice. Reasonably priced and our go-to for date night. Debra is our favorite host, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. Would recommend this place.

The food was incredible. Quality ingredients were and are being used. From the delicious Barbecue Chicken Flatbread to the Red Pepper Hummus with deep fried pita bread. This is a must taste to throughly enjoy. Calamari is also a must eat. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Our server Karen is outstanding and a true asset to the company. She should be given a gold star for her outstanding service to myself and her other customers. Truly made our visit more like visiting family. I would definitely recommend going here to eat. And you gotta try the waffle sundae. This is a delicious end or beginning way to start.

Hands Down to Trisha and her Management team. Excellent service, and food. From the Waiter Mikey, to the Chef and the management team. Top tier! Great wine selection. I LOVED the Argentina but I will go back for more wine tasting.
Sarah J — Google review
Ok service is great, was not impressed with the food. . The Oak fries were supper greasy. I COULD FEEL MY ARTERIES CLOSING AS I TOOk A BITE. My wifes BBQ chicken flat bread was burnt on one end. Look at picture. And the sauce for my Tempura shrimp was to spicy. Won't be back. Ok maybe we will to try a one of those fancy cheese board thingys, wife seem to be intrested in that.
Ken M — Google review
Tapas style menu. Very fast service, excellent food, both inside and outside seating. But don't go here if you're idea of dinner is a steak, ribs, or fried chicken ... Take a look at the menu before you decide to go. Great food and service, but certainly not your typical salad, meat, veggie type meal

If you're on the hunt for a lively sports-bar experience, look no further than Native Grill & Wings. This popular chain is renowned for its extensive pub menu, with Buffalo chicken wings taking center stage. While some guests have enjoyed the flavorful burgers and pizza—complete with a delightful sprinkle of oregano—others have noted inconsistencies in food temperature and seasoning. The atmosphere is vibrant, making it an ideal spot to catch a game or enjoy time with friends.
Tried out Native and the staff was super welcoming. The bartender quickly cleaned a spot for me, the wings were only 79 cents on Tuesday, and even though I accidentally ordered them extra crispy, the flavors were still on point and the whole vibe was perfect for a chill night out.
Javier R — Google review
Tried this place one more time and I should’ve just listened to the one star reviews on here because they are truly accurate about this place. It has fell off completely and obviously they do not care! I tried their wings and got the buffalo ranch style. In the photos you see that’s their idea of dry rub buffalo ranch smdh. Regular fried wings with whatever powdered so-called sauce that didn’t even taste like buffalo or ranch at all! Even the side ranch was watery and nasty! The sauce didn’t even cover the whole wing as you can see. The server was good but I will not go back to Native at all after this experience. The pics are self explanatory smh.
MoSax — Google review
Went for bingo night with neighbors and family. It was a fun evening and food hit the spot. We enjoyed bingo and our neighbor even won the 3rd pot. My husband and son had the 50 wing selection and enjoyed tasting the varieties.
Lizzy D — Google review
I ordered the 'My Native' hamburger and was surprised to find it was undercooked when I bit into it. The pink color was a shock, and I wish I had been informed about the cooking level when I ordered. To avoid any confusion, I would recommend specifying the cooking level when ordering. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, but I'm hoping the restaurant will take feedback to improve their service.
Evangelina G — Google review
I've attended here for lunch meetings, gatherings, and other events with family and friends. It's one of the better hotspots in Maricopa and I'm glad they have turned it around. I usually get a wings dish but also enjoy their salads and pastas. Love it.
J T — Google review
Usually a fan of Native, but this location was not a good experience. Service was terrible…salad came out after the main courses, pizza came out burned, and on what planet is 20% of $32.33 = $8.93? (See pic) Very disappointing, and I wonder how many people look at the “tip recommendation” & take it at face value without doing their own math? All the other issues aside, that’s just super dishonest! We still tipped an actual 20%, though it really wasn’t deserved. Our booth was torn up on both sides too…kinda embarrassed for them. At least the wings were good!
TJ M — Google review
I moved here from the other place in town cheese burgers and brews. This place native wings was a great place until a young male bartender with facial hair cut me off from drinking at the bar and brought security I didn’t know they had which wasn’t a problem as I know things. I told the bartender I wasn’t drunk and I was calling a Lyft and I wasn’t drunk at all. I’m 52 years old and this has never happened to me in my entire life. So after this happened I didn’t know how to respond. I have been back since this incident as I have seen people worse then me this night but since they are regulars they are treated better then people who have moved here from CA. Los Angeles so I’m conflicted about this place

Small restaurant and can be hard to get seating for larger parties, but have always had delicious food here. Say Jalapeño, Monkey Balls, and Calamari are our favorite appetizers, and the kids always get their Udon Soup. Their iced green tea is so good and refreshing.

Since they opened I knew these owners were gonna be successful! Its all in the Taste! The food there is incredible, our go to's is the Lettuce Wraps, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, Chicken Fried, and There are to many Sushi plates to list. I only wish them the best and to keep growing there walls to continue their success! Forever a customer just make sure servers are always respectful to the customer.

Inside felt cozy & welcoming. I came in for take-out about 20 min before close & they were accomodating, staff was pleasant & personable. I ordered a firecracker, monkey balls, & baked Dynamite roll. The Firecracker was surprisingly bland.. like it needed a dipping sauce or something. The Monkey Balls were excellent! The crisp on the breading really sealed the deal.. I'll definitely be ordering those again. The Dynamite roll was a little disappointing compared to it's description & Dynamite rolls I've had elsewhere. It was still good, it just wasn't what I was expecting & what I had a craving for. It's something I might again, albeit with different expectations next time. I definitely still prefer Savage Sushi, but his menu is much more limited than here so it really depends on what you have a taste for.

We have been coming here for nearing 3 years, each time it's an enjoyable experience .The Food is delicious and flavorful. The staff is always friendly and prompt. But the topper for me, they recently remodeled their space. The atmosphere was always cozy and comfortable. But now, it's updated, cool and clean. Couldn't be happier with the new changes as it makes the place feel like a cool crisp cave in this desert heat. We got the gyoza for the appetizer. Then for sushi rolls we ordered the Yummy Yummy, Ninja, Baked Spicy Lobster and the 911 rolls.

Say Sushi in Maricopa is an outstanding spot for sushi lovers. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a great dining experience. One of our favorite features is the sake bomber special and the walking bomber, which add a fun and unique touch to our meals. The $1 appetizers are a fantastic deal; the gyoza, mixed tempura, and egg rolls were all delicious, coming out hot and perfectly cooked. The miso soup was flavorful and a great start to the meal. The bento dinners offered a variety of options that were all well-prepared and satisfying. We particularly enjoyed the fire dragon roll and the dragon roll, both of which were fresh and beautifully presented. Overall, Say Sushi is a gem in Maricopa. The combination of a warm atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service makes it a top choice for sushi. Whether you're dining with friends or family, Say Sushi is highly recommended for a delightful and memorable meal.

The food is great, prepared quickly and the waitstaff are always friendly and happy that you are there. If you have an issue they are very quick to resolve it. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Maricopa. And I love the remodel. Keep up the great work.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how fresh and delicious this sushi joint was! The rolls are HUGE! I was impressed with the large variety on the menu as well. Good service, got us in quicker than expected and we enjoyed every last bite. Definitely check this place out.

Absolutely mouth-watering, lip-licking, wonderfully flavorful food!! The calamari and the sauce served with it was absolutely savoring! The sushi rolls are HUGE and filling! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was clean and inviting! I cannot wait to go back again, as this little gem of a location has now become my favorite restaurant in Maricopa!

Nestled in Maricopa, Li's Garden is a beloved Chinese restaurant that has captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. This culinary gem offers a delightful mix of traditional Chinese dishes with a contemporary twist, making it an exciting dining destination. Whether you prefer to dine in, order online, take out, or enjoy delivery, Li's Garden caters to all your needs.
Food is always hot and fresh, orange chicken is delicious, honey walnut shrimps are HUGE, my husband loves the Mongolian beef, we stopped going to Panda Express a long time ago. Highly recommend!!

OMFG TOTALLY WORTH IT. HELL YES EXCEPTIONAL!!! 20 STARS. I ordered delivery. Got here in maybe, 20 min (way faster than ordering online tells you). The Crispy Shrimp w/ walnuts for 16.75 is absolutely decadent. Mwah. Perfection. Huge amount of jumbo shrimps, perfectly breaded. The Chicken Chow Mei Fun, for only 12.95 was THE BEST I've ever had, & I've eaten it at many places. The carrots & celery are so thinly mandolin cut they keep the attention on the star of the dish. On point! The chicken is exactly the right flavor & you get a mouthful of juicy, just cooked, very fresh, superb texture at the flawless ratio of noodles to meat. The white rice was even excellent, seriously. They know what they are doing & the chef deserves a raise! The crunchy noodles for a mere $1 are crisp & not over oily like every other place. And I've not had truly old fashioned, unpeppered, gourmet eggrolls like that in decades. My ONLY issue is that the food left me so fulfilled & pleasantly satiated that I couldn't eat more. One personal suggestion, is it would be nice if they carried canned Coca-Cola. However the fact all they have to drink is thier Thai Tea, I'm thinking they are holding strong to thier authenticity. They must use a healthier oil because this delicious food didn't need soda to cut the fat film from your mouth like other restaurants. I LOVE Li's Garden, they even followed my online notes in providing plenty of soy sauce AND one of the few places that actually has duck sauce!!! Who would guess such a seriously gourmet gem of a restaurant was tucked away in Maricopa? Great places like this dont have"competition". I'll just say Li's is my restaurant of choice, and that Copa Kitchen confusion will never again get my money.

Tonight I placed a $70 order and one add on was a tiny cup of garlic sauce for our chicken wings which I paid for. The restaurant didn’t realize I’d already paid for the sauce and took the time to call me and tell me I’d have to pay an extra dollar at the door. This was truly disappointing. Not just for the fact that I’d already paid for it, but also that I ordered $70 worth of food. What would it have cost the restaurant to send that tiny amount of sauce on the side if I didn’t pay for it? And to go such extremes to ensure I had the dollar after just ordering $70 worth? Wow. This was in or taste. I hope you do something to change this as it wasn’t the first time they did this to me.

I kinda want to give 5 stars for effort, but I never checked restrooms and a very nice kitchen staff person was smoking at the entry- Otherwise, 4 stars! Clean! Reasonably priced! FRESH ingredients! The thing I really liked was that we had control over how much salt and sauce we wanted on our food. The curry was fresh. The hot mustard was fresh. The service was fast and hot. Our server had a very thick accent but was a very good communicator. She made eye contact and enunciated each syllable..my family is somewhat hard of hearing and visually impaired and this was a big plus. The restaurant was well lit, with easy parking. The Christmas tree and snow flakes are still decorating the entry, and we were a little worried, but it was a great experience. My brother is slow eating and struggles to speak and staff was very patient and kind to him. We will return!

What an amazing chance to dine at this wonderful gem in Arizona! The food was absolutely delicious. The egg foo young was expertly prepared in the kitchen. I've never tasted anything like it. We love Li’s Garden. We go multiple times a month. We tried the orange chicken and Singapore noodles and they’re so good that it’s hard to try anything else. Li’s Garden surpassed our expectations with unique flavors to commonly known dishes. The price is great for the amount of food they serve you. Highly highly recommend giving it a try.

When we first moved to Maricopa this restaurant had very good quality of food. That was 10 years ago. Today the food does not taste the same. The quality is so different. Not great at all. I have tried on different occasions. Not worth the $$$ like before. Mongolian beef is not spicy nor does the sauce, base taste like how Mongolian beef should taste. Nor is it as tender. My fried wonton are fried harder too. Not the same. Skimpy on the sweet n sour sauce as well. Overall not good to the palate as before. Their food was so good at one point. Not sure what has happened or quality of substitutions used are of good quality.

Fast food restaurant
Burger King, a widely recognized fast-food establishment renowned for its flame-grilled hamburgers, crispy French fries, and refreshing milkshakes. The venue maintains a high level of cleanliness while ensuring ample supply of food items. The staff is amiable and diligent in their service, providing attentive assistance to customers. Meals are promptly delivered without delay. Additionally, the French fries are served piping hot, enhancing the overall dining experience at Burger King.
I brought my boyfriend a coffee and he likes it not to hot but not to cold either.. but it was kinda hard to explain but the nice employee got it just right. he loves Burger King now
Jane E — Google review
I’ve always done drive thru here. Service is bad. Wait is frustrating. Food is cold. But a few days ago I thought “I’ll just walk in”. Sure wish I hadn’t. Such a dirty restaurant. So bad I almost fainted. My blood pressure surely dropped seeing the manager (of all people) wiping off the counter at the fries area INTO THE FRIES. I kid you not. At one point she got something on the counter as she looked at the screen, looked at what tiny trash she had picked up and threw it to the fries. The cooks are no older than 19. And their behavior shows how immature they are (using profanity and slapping the female cook in the rear end). I am a gasp.
M T — Google review
Used to be decent but has gone downhill. Service is horrible most of the time. None of the employees seem to care. Ordered using the kiosk and got attitude when I asled for my drink cup when my order was ready. Store needs a good deep cleaning and some serious re-training of ALL employees and managers. At one point I witnessed several orders in their queue on the digital screens and 4 employees just hanging out munching on food and chatting instead of working. If you dont want to work on orders at least clean the place.
Human — Google review
I used to work at this Burger King, and honestly, leaving was the best decision I could have made. I found a better job the same day I quit — that’s how bad this place is. From my own experience, most of the problems come from management. The general manager rarely gets the schedule out on time, allows employees to slack off (yes, even FaceTiming in the front while orders pile up), and publicly humiliates the employees who actually do their jobs. It’s a toxic environment that burns out good workers and rewards the lazy ones. From what I saw while working here, food safety and quality weren’t consistently taken seriously. Health codes were overlooked and led to serving expired cheese. And nearly serving tea from moldy tea bags and moldy burger buns. Another concern: fryer use. Officially, fryers are supposed to stay separated (like one only for fries). In practice, things weren’t always followed that way. If you have an allergy, especially a fish allergy, I personally wouldn’t trust this location to keep things separated. During my time here, cooked food like chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings are supposed to be thrown out after a short holding time, but here they are left sitting in the baskets for long periods — sometimes for hours — until a customer complains. Fries are treated the same way and aren’t replaced on time like the training videos require. So dear customers, this is why you are being served food that’s old, hard, and nowhere near fresh. During my time working here, I personally witnessed severe cleanliness issues throughout the store. There was black gunk buildup in the back area of the kitchen, as well as in the kitchen, front counter, and drive-thru. The ice cream machine was not properly cleaned, with old ice cream caked in the air vents and the dispenser shake attachment often wiped with dirty rags. The soda dispensing machines were also poorly maintained, with visible calcium buildup around the nozzles. These conditions are unsanitary and concerning for anyone eating at this location. Even employee policies weren’t handled fairly. According to the handbook, anyone who worked at least four hours into their scheduled shift should get a 10-minute paid break — but at this store, we were told to clock out for it anyway. Brii deserves a special shoutout — she was one of the only people there who worked hard and cared about doing things right, and she was wrongfully terminated. If more people were like her, this location might actually run smoothly. Shout out to other employees who put in their work alongside Brii, such as Jonathan, Landon, Erick, JB, Liberty, Elecktra, Carlos, Angelo, and Dora. Bottom line: until corporate steps in and cleans this place up from the top down, don’t expect quick service, fresh food, or a professional atmosphere. Disclaimer: Everything I’ve shared here is based on what I personally witnessed while working at this location up until August of this year. While I may not have evidence for all fryer practices, I do have proof of the dirty work areas, expired cheese, old tea, and moldy burger buns. SMH

Slowest "fast food" experience of my life. Staff took our money, so much time elapsed that they forgot we had paid, and had to double-check their transactions before giving us our food. The cherry on top? They forgot the spoon for my sundae. I had to eat it with the lid.
Cambonieboo — Google review
i wanna start off by saying there’s nothing wrong with the food. but there’s an annoying beeping that has been going on every time we’ve come here. also, the kiosks didn’t work today, and we mentioned it to who seemed like the manager and she didn’t seem to care. and when we mentioned the beeping and if they could stop it, she said she didn’t feel like paying to get it fixed and that it apparently had been going on for a year or more. she was just kinda rude about it and brushed us off. the atmosphere itself and decoration is nice, but i can’t handle the beeping. and i noticed other people be bothered by it too. probably won’t be dining in anymore unless it gets fixed and will think twice about coming here all together

Since its inception in 2017, Gyro Grill has become a beloved culinary gem for both locals and visitors in Maricopa, Arizona. Nestled conveniently near Arizona State Route 347, this eatery specializes in delectable Mediterranean and Greek dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. The inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a casual meal or family gathering.
You can actually messup Gyros but I'm so thankful that Maricopa doesn't have this problem. I've been here a number of times with my wife and family, who all have special dietary needs. All of their food hits the spot and it's excellent. Lamb is always great to have here and you are lucky if it's ever in stock, it's that popular. I might have to make this a double weekly meal if I can pickup a 2nd job haha. Parking isn't fun though.
Paul D — Google review
I met a friend for lunch and was told this place was so good. I have to agree. Although I asked for the lamb shank, and it was not available, the chicken shawerma did not disappoint. The food was fresh and well prepared. As we sat enjoying our meal, other customers came in for takeout. Popular place. The owners were courteous, answering questions and even brought food out to the table. If I am ever in Maricopa again, I will stop by.

My girlfriend and I visited this Greek restaurant because she's recently discovered her Greek heritage and wanted to connect with her roots. The food was absolutely amazing, and the cook did a fantastic job. He was so nice as well! Every dish was delicious, and we could tell a lot of care and skill went into the preparation. However, our experience was marred by the woman at the registers poor attitude towards us. It was clear that she was not welcoming, giving us disapproving looks immediately on entering. We sat outside because we felt so odd about her behavior but continued to be respectful and kind when entering to use the restroom and refill our drink! We not only went in once, but twice and it was the same energy she ran both times sadly. It's a shame because the cook's talent truly shines, but the owner's behavior left a bad taste in our mouths:( If you're looking for great Greek food, this place delivers. Hopefully my honesty will change the pace of the beefy given in the room. Still highly recommended.

We recently dined at Gyro Grill and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the gyro plate and the chicken shawarma, both of which were delicious and freshly prepared. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was fast and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable dining atmosphere. One standout was their baklava, which was absolutely amazing—crispy, sweet, and perfectly balanced. It's definitely worth trying if you visit. Overall, Gyro Grill exceeded our expectations with its tasty food, prompt service, and inviting ambiance. We highly recommend giving them a try.

We have eaten everything on this menu at least once and it is all fantastic. We love the family that runs this place, always so friendly and greets everyone. And if you get the chance, you have to try the baklava!

I love the food here and order pretty often—it’s always delicious and consistent. The only downside is the soft drinks. They always taste off, more like bad tap water than soda, and I end up throwing the drink away every time. It’s disappointing, especially when everything else is so good. I’ll definitely keep ordering, but I’ll skip the drinks now.

If you're on the hunt for a unique pizza experience, look no further than MOD Pizza. Established in 2008 in the Seattle area, this trendy counter-serve eatery has revolutionized the fast-casual dining scene with its build-your-own pizzas and salads. At MOD Pizza, you can unleash your creativity by choosing from over 40 toppings and eight finishing sauces—all for one flat price!
I came here to grab dinner because they have gluten free crust. The girl at the counter Dominique changed her gloves and was very careful not to cross contaminate my pizza with anyone else’s. She was very helpful, and sweet. Ryan also made sure he used a new pizza cutter (which I didn’t even think of that as a possible contamination) I am so thankful for him thinking of that so I didn’t get sick with any cross contamination. You both were absolutely amazing and helpful to me, and I appreciate that.

This is my second time visiting this place, and I must say it is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere, the staff, and the food are fantastic. I returned for a second visit mainly because of the head chef, whose name I need to find out. He is incredibly patient and nice, always putting a generous amount of ingredients on my pizza. We usually go to Barros for a giant slice, but now we can enjoy these pizzas, which are a bit pricey but extremely worth it. You'll feel full after just two slices if you choose the right toppings. I can't wait for our next visit because this place is incredible, especially as we transition to becoming vegans.
Queen M — Google review
I’ve been here plenty of times and the food is always great. But on this trip we had Ryan making our pizzas and I just wanted to mention how friendly and professional he was! He welcomed everyone that walked in the door with a friendly voice and a smile on his face. It’s refreshing to get that in this industry. We had some special requests for each of our pizzas and he never seemed bothered or annoyed. He was informative on the options they offered as well. He deserves high praise! Everyone else was extremely nice but I wanted to single Ryan out.

Staff here is always really friendly and the place is clean. Food isn't always perfect(what place is?) but typically pretty good and when it is perfect it's sooo good. My favorite mod: red sauce, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, chicken, mamas lil red peppers, sun roasted peppers, some extra mozz at the end and topped off with buffalo sauce after cooking with ranch on the side. Perfection!

Always FRESH a great place for a quick “your way” fun pizza add toppings, sauces, garlic, oregano etc…. My fav is Jasper add what you want. Extra crispy also. Great lemonade twist also. Highly recommended.

I was surprised to see on of these in Le Copa' while I was visiting from CA. It had all the extra options of Mod from other locations plus a little extra. They allowed us to custom even further with little stations per customer so that was new. Kids liked it and we also saw other families having fun. Overall would visit again.
Paul D — Google review
We absolutely love the fresh pizza here—it's truly excellent, and this was our family's favorite Friday night spot for months. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is consistently undermined by the poor cleanliness of the dining room. Over time, we noticed tables were constantly dirty and booths had persistent, dried-on food and stains, which led us to stop dining in. We recently tried again, visiting close to opening time, but the experience was the same. The drink station was already sticky, the napkin/lid dispensers were dusty with old buildup, and we had to wipe down the highchair and table ourselves. To improve the overall experience, it seems necessary to implement a routine cleaning schedule and designate a crew member to consistently maintain the dining area, highchairs, and self-serve stations. While the food is wonderful, the current state of the dining area means we will not be returning to eat inside.

Nestled in the heart of Maricopa, Alibertos Mexican Food has been a beloved spot for authentic Mexican cuisine since its establishment in 2014. Located conveniently along the state highway, this eatery offers a delightful array of dishes that are both generous in portion and rich in flavor. Diners rave about their favorites, like the bean burrito with carne asada, which showcases the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and traditional recipes.
came in around 2200 hours to grab dinner on the go. Tried calling ahead but was busy every time. (must be a good thing) Got there and was able to order right away. Greeted nicely and the menu was very similar to Filiberto's. Ordered the quesibilleria (splg) and it was delicious. there's and option for onions & cilantro. I opted for NO cilantro. Food was hot once it was ready and there was self serve soft drinks. There's several booths to sit and eat. parking was easy to access.

Best Mexican food I've had in AZ and closest I've found to SoCal-levels of tasty. I don't know about the other reviews whining about level of service or other such entitled nonsense. It's exactly what it's supposed to be: a clean place you walk into and order really really good Mexican food that's reasonably priced. They make it, you take it home. Not that complicated.
Bryan M — Google review
I'm glad we stop here. The place is small, so it’s better for takeout or a casual meal with a friend, and the portions are big for the price. The food is fresh and tasty, the staff is super friendly, and the chill vibe makes it a great spot for a quiet lunch or dinner.

Honestly, I haven't eaten there in 2 years. I stopped going there because of the negative energy from the person behind the counter. I ordered nachos. My wife picked up a pizza on her way home from work yesterday. Looked great, tasted great. But about 15-20 minutes afterwards I started feeling really strange. Started feeling like I took a drug. Started getting a little asthma, which is not a regular occurrence at all. I didn’t say anything to my wife. While she was cleaning up out of nowhere she turned to me and says I feel like I’m drugged. We discussed the fact we rarely eat from restaurants and maybe it’s because of that the chemicals in the food didn’t agree with us. I’m in no way accusing anyone of wrongdoing in any way. It was just an odd thing to have happen and within a few hours it was pretty much gone. Again not inferring or accusing anyone of anything. I guess the moral of the story is, don’t stray from your daily eating routine.

We love Papa Murphys! My husband has to be gluten free and this is the only pizza place that lets him put on it what he wants. All other places, only pepperoni. I just tried the vegetable only pizza and I didn’t realize that it came on a white sauce. It was a very tasteless pizza and I will go back to my usual pizza with everything on the marinara sauce.
Pamela O — Google review
I'm not one to normally leave reviews or even go Karen on someone. But my sister and I just had the absolute worst experience here. We ordered a large half and half uncooked pizza and they did not make it correct. It was like 4 inches smaller than what it should have been and had none of the toppings we asked for. And we weren't really upset about the mistake and we weren't mean to them at all. We simply called and told that that we thought they gave us the wrong pizza. They argued and got very sassy on the phone and ultimately told us we had to reorder it in order to exchange it for the right one. We didn't complain, didn't ask for a refund, we just wanted to get our pizza. So we reordered it and went to exhange the pizzas. Right off the bat, the manager gave my sister a hard time. He told us that he gave us the right pizza and we were wrong but it literally had zero of the toppings we ordered. Then he got mad at us for reordering it when his employee told us to reorder it. After he had a hissy fit, he started making the new pizza for us. He walked out of the room for a minute and his employee started being a complete jerk. He just went off on my sister and made her cry. She had to go sit in the car because of how panicked and stressed he made her feel. I sat and waited for the pizza and he wouldn't give it to me unless my sister came back inside. I told him to just wrap it up and give it to me and he ended up doing that. Overall he had a horrible attitude and he was just a jerk. And his employee was also a jerk. No one there possess a sense of hospitality. Again not a Karen, I typically just let things go. But this pizza was meant for Christmas dinner because we get a pizza from here every Christmas and the fact that their employees made my sister cry made me even more upset. I probably wouldn't have said anything but since they decided to act in such a hostile way, I feel like every person in Maricopa deserves to know that these employees suck. Probably won't be continuing this little Christmas tradition. The picture shows a pizza with sausage and cheese, but we got green peppers and olives. I feel like this review makes me look like a big Karen but like my sister and I were not rude at all. We treated the employees with respect. They were just so rude and sassy for zero reason.

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is a laid-back spot offering a variety of burgers, beers, and ample widescreen TVs for sports viewing. While some have found the service to be lacking in efficiency, others have had pleasant surprises such as free Father's Day specials and enjoyable dining experiences. The menu features options like the Juicy Lucy, citrus teriyaki wings, steakhouse burger, and Monterey chicken. Additionally, there is an extensive selection of IPAs available both on tap and in bottles.
Cool place, cool vibes and good food. Just moved to Maricopa and was told about this place. Who doesn't like a cold beer and burger? Tried the fire pit and hot damn was it good. I will say that this burger is properly spicy. It's a notch above my comfort, but it won't stopping me from getting it again. The Old fashion drink was quite good too. I can't wait to come back. Oh and their house made kettle chips are pretty killer.

Great fun at Cold Beers and Cheesburgers. We went to CB&C after a seminar at the Shiloh Fellowship in Maricopa. We all sat in the same area on the back patio, and were attended to by 3 or 4 servers, all of whom were very good, efficient, attentive and fast. They did a great job considering all the people they had to serve. Besides beer, they also served mixed drinks. My wife had a passion fruit margaritas. I ordered a toasted cheese sandwich that had 3 or 4 different cheeses, and curly fries. Both good. The fries were nice and fresh. My wife ordered the teriyaki burger, Swiss on top without the bun and onion rings, alsovery good. The food was hot upon being served. Music, good crowd. We will be returning!

I would rather eat at a fast food restaurant. It would took so long to get our food! A table of ten got their food before my table of four. And we showed up way before they did. Then it took forever to get our check and the boxes to go. We had to ask for refills! When we had been sitting there without our food. I have always been raised to not reach over peoples food. This is the third and last time I will be coming here. Every time they bring out my food, they reach over my plate to give the other persons food. The nachos are gross. The one good thing they did was the spicy Bloody Mary but other than that every time I come here I have a bad experience. I hate writing bad reviews because people say oh she is just being a Karen, but no, I am. It being a Karen it’s called having good manners to not reach over peoples food. I work in the medical field and it absolutely grosses me out to have people hovering over my food! We do not intend to come back here again!!! Thanks for cutting into my sleep since I have another 12 hour shift of work tomorrow!!

I've delayed going here since they opened as the prices seemed really high. Finally went today and I am kicking myself for waiting. The food was AMAZING I had fried pickles and cheeseburger fries. My mom had club sandwich and tots and both were awesome. The portions are more than enough and worth the extra costs. I'll definitely be back.

Arby's is a popular fast-food chain that originated in Ohio in 1964 and has since become well-known for its roast beef sandwiches, fries, and shakes. Located near Lake Park in Maricopa, AZ, this restaurant offers fast and friendly service with ample portion sizes. Customers can enjoy a variety of menu options including the classic Beef and Cheddar combo meal or opt for double or half-pound servings.
Fast and friendly service! I was greeted by a manager, who was friendly and helpful. I ordered the #1 Classic with crinkle cut french fries for here. She ensured that I got the size I wanted, which was a small. The portions were plenty! The order came very quick. I was still gathering my drink and sauces when my order was called. Impressive! The dining room wasn't too busy, but it was clean. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a quick bite to eat, with friendly service!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Beef and Cheddar combo meal. It's been quite a while since I've eaten at Arby's so I was surprised to see that they have options for a double and half pound Beef and Cheddar. I ordered the double. Fast food is getting expensive and this meal cost 14+ dollars for the double B&C with "regular" size fries and drink. The food was tasty and fresh, and was still warm when I arrived home with it. They remembered the straw and napkins and asked if I wanted Arby's sauce, Horsey sauce or ketchup. More and more places don't offer condiments if you don't ask, so I was pleased to have them offer.

I love Arby's always and always will. I ordered through door dash and I have to say this restaurant is great. The food was amazing and the cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was fantastic. Thanks Arby's for always do the job right!!!

Went to the place a little before 10:00 am, had never been to an Arby's that early before so I called first and asked if they used yesterday's meat and buns in the mornings or if they used new, I was told new Got home and tried to eat my sandwich and the old, stale bun disintegrated. This Arby's isn't that great under the best of circumstances (they often cut the meat thick which gives it a rubbery texture) but sheesh. When it's almost ten bucks for a sandwich edible buns would be nice.

Slim Chickens is set to open in Maricopa, Arizona, with the owner of a local Burger King franchise expressing excitement about bringing up to 32 Slim Chickens restaurants to the state. The company is eyeing a location on Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway in The Wells. Although some customers found the chicken strips to be on the small side and felt that they were charged for extra dipping sauces, others praised the restaurant's cleanliness and quick service.
First time being here and this reminds me a lot of Raising Cane's. It's really hard for me to say which ones better. The size of the chicken was about the same but the in house sauces definitely sweetens the deal for sure. Garlic bread and fries were good but they were simple. Honestly, I would definitely come back again I was really happy with the quality of the chicken and the spicy sauces!

What happened!?! I have been coming to Slim Chickens off and on since we moved to Maricopa in January 2024, and this is the first time the meals have been so poor. I have a large family, so I usually order 8-9 meals each time I place an order. I did the same today and left the restaurant with the same smile I usually have. Unfortunately, when I got home, that smile turned into a frown. The chicken was smaller, the fries in each meal were probably half the amount compared to the last time I placed an order, and we weren't given any straws for our drinks! Please see the picture as this is how all the meals were.

This marked my inaugural encounter with Slim Chicken. It was a mix of satisfaction and letdown. The fries were a letdown, having been under the heat lamp for an extended period, and the chicken lacked the desired level of crispiness for an establishment of its kind. I longed for a drizzle of honey mustard or barbecue sauce to enhance the flavor and texture of the chicken it just did that work.. As I contemplate revisiting Slim Chicken, uncertainty clouds my judgment.

First the positive, CJ was excellent. Very nice young man clearly still learning but working hard at it. Checked in and everything. Top marks to him. The rest - My Mac and cheese was barely warm and the chicken on top was barely room temp. Tasty though. The highchairs were also not very clean. Overall I would come back.

Carl's Jr. is a beloved fast-food chain that has made a name for itself with its towering burgers and diverse meal combos, not to mention their delightful shakes. Although the local branch closed in December 2018, it left behind fond memories of friendly service and delicious food. Visitors often rave about the welcoming atmosphere, where cleanliness meets quick service—perfect for those on-the-go! Breakfast options like burritos can be customized to your liking, making them even more enjoyable.
I saw on Google this location had 4.5 stars and was truly amazed on how it really lived up to its reviews. Environment is really clean, you have tables with outlets, service is friendly, and my food came out extremely fresh and crispy. Food was also nicely presented well; not mushed together

Second Review: March 2025 – Went through the drive through and ordered a Santa Fe Chicken combo. I was very disappointed when employee asked me, “Do you want medium or large?” She asked this question as though those were the only choices, completely ignoring the fact that each option had an upcharge. This is misleading to the customers and just feels dishonest. The sandwich was tasty but not very warm, and neither were the small fries. Total cost for this meal with no upcharges was $12.49. First Review: I visited the drive through at Carl's Jr. in Maricopa on a Thursday morning around 7:30 a.m. It’s one of the drive throughs with two lanes. There was a car in the first lane so I drove up to the second menu board. As soon as the first customer placed their order, the voice came over the speaker to take our order. I ordered a Monster Biscuit sandwich, a Loaded Breakfast Burrito and a large order of Hash Rounds. The total was $17.47. It took a couple minutes to serve the vehicle in front of me, then it was my turn. Again, it took a couple minutes before I received our order, but when I got home, it was still hot and fresh. After leaving the drive through window, I saw a sign on a window advertising two for $5 for breakfast sandwiches. I really wish I had seen this before placing my order. I don’t know if I passed this on my way in, but this was definitely not advertised on the menu board in the drive through. My wife ate the Monster Biscuit Sandwich, I ate the Loaded Breakfast Burrito and we shared the Hash Rounds. She said the sandwich was ok but not great. I think that I would have liked it more than she did. When I bit into the burrito, my first bite was nothing but tortilla and onions. Luckily, that was the only bite that was overwhelmingly onion-filled. Overall, the burrito was OK but not great. It was not very big and after finishing the burrito and half of the Hash Rounds, I was still hungry. For that kind of money, it’s disappointing to have an OK meal and remain hungry after eating it. We’ve had better experiences with the regular (not breakfast) menu, so that’s what we’ll stick to in the future.

The restaurant is always clean and well-kept, creating a comfortable environment to sit down and eat. It's good fast food. I went through the drive-thru. I had breakfast that was decent. The breakfast burrito was good after I added hash browns inside and some good salsa from home. The service was exceptional! Alma was prompt, friendly, and cheerful. A nice change from the window minders at other places that barely acknowledge you.

The food was delicious. It was up to standard and everything was good FOOD Wise. But the worker Felixa.. she had a nasty attitude, was so mean at drive through and while cashing me out, I was basically thrown my food it was horrible. Jimmy John's is a popular fast-casual chain known for its delicious sub and club sandwiches, as well as its signature potato chips. The menu offers a wide variety of options, all made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. What sets Jimmy John's apart is its "Freaky Fast" service - orders are delivered promptly, making it an ideal choice for busy days. The staff is not only efficient but also friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
Jimmy John's is a great place to go for a quick bite. They are not only speedy fast but they are freaky fresh. I love Jimmy john's and it's not only the free smells but it's also the great people that work there. If no one has tried their barbecue chips with kick and ranch yet they are missing out in life. This is a great place to go place to go for lunch and/or dinner.
Nathen D — Google review
This was my first visit to any Jimmy Johns restaurant. It was a Wednesday afternoon at 12:45 p.m. There was one customer at the register and no other customers in the lobby. Immediately to the left of the door was some shelving with sandwiches on them. This was for people who ordered ahead of time and walked in to pick up their food. I was ordering take out. I was greeted by the person at the register as well as another person who was preparing the food. My initial impression was that the staff was very friendly and I immediately felt welcomed by them. Having never eaten at this chain before, I ordered the #2 Big John and asked the lady at the register what comes on it. She told me it has Roast Beef, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and she mentioned provolone, giving me the impression that provolone was standard. She pointed to the menu board and said there was other items which could be added on. I ordered the 8 inch which they call “Regular”. The total after tax was $10.30. It wasn’t until I got home that I found a receipt in the bag and realized that I was charged an extra $1.19 for the provolone. I found that their advertised 8 inch sandwich actually measured 9.25 inches, so kudos for that. The flavor of the sandwich was dominated by the mayonnaise. That was because the sandwich was extremely light on Roast Beef. What the sandwich lacked in Roast Beef, it made up for with lettuce; lots and lots of lettuce. While writing this review, I visited their website and it shows an image of this sandwich overflowing with Roast Beef. In reality, the Big John sandwich should be called the ‘Salad on bread with a sliver of beef’ sandwich. What I got is nowhere close to how this sandwich is portrayed on their menu. The sandwich was edible, but the beef to lettuce ratio is shameful. The lobby was clean, the staff was very friendly and the sandwich length was more than advertised. Those were the high points of this visit. The upcharge for the cheese which I wasn’t told about, and the lack of Roast Beef were the low points. The sandwich I received in no way resembled the picture of the same sandwich on the menu. You just can’t compare a picture of a sandwich overflowing with Roast Beef to an actual sandwich with one thin sliver of Roast Beef because they are not the same. Buyer beware! I won’t be back because if I want a salad on bread with a sliver of beef, I can make it myself for a lot less money.
Gamera O — Google review
I love Jimmy John's and the staff at this location is always very nice. The 2 star rating is because the added charge for avocado is a scam. I ordered my sandwich and decided to add avocado. I know that when you add avocado at places like this, it's overpriced. I was willing to pay that. I get about half way through my sandwich and realize there's no avocado on my sandwich. So I take my the second half of my sandwich back in, explain the situation and ask for a refund for the avocado. The guy opens my sandwich and says it's in between the cheese. I go back to my car and open the cheese. The amount of avocado I got for $2.29 is absolutety ridiculous! It is not visible unless you search for it and it was such a small amount I didn't taste it. If this is the typical amount of avocado for an extra $2.29, I will NEVER add avocado again and will tell everyone I know not to add it as well.

I rarely order food delivered, but I had a long day and wasn’t interested in cooking. I ordered a JJ gargantuan and a cookie from Uber eats and when the ordered was received it was just lettuce and tomato with a lot of mayo. I reached out to the store to find out if they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I was on hold for a minute then the Manager Mariah answered, I explained to her what was going on and immediately was told that she couldn’t do anything for me except to give me the General Managers email. Obviously this conversation did not go well and left me with the impression that the management at this particular location is not trained to handle any situations. Nonetheless I spent $27 to end up with nothing. Well not completely nothing, I have a cookie that I ordered.

So I'm not impressed they put the mayonnaise and mustard down before they toast the sandwich. The chicken sandwich that I got the chicken shredded is taste like it's out of a can. I spent $12 on it I always go to Subway I get their grilled chicken toasted. Doesn't matter what size and they can throw it in the lady said they couldn't do a small because it would burn then you put it in for a little bit less and pull it out halfway through so it doesn't burn. But anyway just for the pricing and the taste I don't know what the big thing is maybe the other sandwiches are better but the pricing is very high I'll just stick with Subway.

Raceway Bar and Grill is a charming neighborhood spot that perfectly blends a retro vibe with car-themed decor, making it an inviting destination for casual dining. Located in Maricopa, Arizona, this eatery features an array of American comfort food, including their standout Chicago-style pizza. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by friendly staff who encourage you to find your own seat—an easy task given the relaxed atmosphere adorned with vintage license plates and nostalgic memorabilia.
We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and advised we could have a seat anywhere. We chose to sit on the patio since it was a beautiful day. Our server, Dawn, was very sweet and attentive. She joked with us and made our visit so much fun. The food was ALL so delicious! We started with the Jalapeño poppers which were beyond delicious..they are a MUST TRY! I had the fish and chips. The fish was very lightly battered and lots of it. It wasn't just a chunk of dough where you can't find the fish. My husband and brother-in-law shared a medium pizza and finished it all. It was so full of toppings and cooked to perfection. They couldn't leave any of it 🤣 We are staying in Tucson for the winter but I would make the 1.5hr drive back to dine here again. Thanks so much for the great visit! Your friends from Canada 🇨🇦

I took a friend to eat at Raceway Bar and Grill located at 49237 West Papago Road in Maricopa, Arizona on a Tuesday, just before noon. There is a sign on the door stating, “Please wait to be seated.” After standing there for about a minute, one of the patrons told us that we should just sit down and the server would find us, so we did. The ambience of the place might be described as retro, with a lot of license plates from various states and eras, as well as old signs and various old stuff used as decoration. A server quickly brought us some menus and took our beverage orders. After bringing our beverages, she took our food order. My friend ordered 8 wings and a beer, and I ordered 8 wings, onion rings and a coke. The total bill including tax was $49.64. Our wait time was reasonable and she brought our food hot and fresh. The wings were very good, as were the onion rings. We both enjoyed our meals and will probably visit this place again, even though it seemed pricey for what we got.

Typically, I am not one for writing reviews, but this time I felt it necessary to share my experience with Raceway Bar and Grill. This is a place my family and I have been coming to for years, this used to be a pretty good place for occasion or just a Saturday night. It’s been a gradual downhill the past couple of years and I heard one of the owners is no longer around which changed their business dramatically. There used to be pool tables and other things that were pretty good for the family to enjoy and relax but they are gone now. Next to that, their food and its cost have taken a turn for the worse. Overpriced is an understatement and quality/size is lacking. I had a simple plate of chicken tenders and fries and I’d never felt so disappointed, it costs around 16 dollars for 4 measly pieces of chicken and a half order of fries. Not only was it small but it wasn’t cooked well either, and the oil must have been pretty old and upset my stomach in the end. My woman had it worse off with her meal and felling sick afterwards. I don’t see myself returning to Raceway anytime soon, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope that those who read this saves their dollar to head into town where it is better spent.

Good food ,good service, but the bartender doesn't know how to make an old fashioned, there's plenty of better recipes online. Teryn was a great waitress and knows how to make a great Jack & Diet

Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center Restaurant is a laid-back American dining spot nestled within the vibrant UltraStar Multi-tainment Center. This venue offers a full bar and features big-screen TVs, making it an ideal place to unwind with friends while catching your favorite game. Guests have praised the delicious food, particularly the perfectly cooked burgers and tasty boneless wings, alongside a delightful charcuterie board. The comfortable seating adds to its appeal, allowing patrons to enjoy their meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
My son works here so decided to see if the food was great. But it was good food and great customer service. Definitely will go back. The burger is good

I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. The food at the 341 Grill is very mediocre. I put it on par with a Denny’s. The food prices are a little high for the quality of food but, it’s not a bad spot to eat if you’re there to enjoy the entertainment center. I’ve eaten there a couple of times now and the wait staff has always been polite and reasonably prompt.

The menu at 347 grill use to be pretty good, but for some reason they've taken our favorite things off the menu. Our server "Kale" was wonderful! We have friends that have also left reviews about Kale's awesome waiting service, and their reviews have been taken down. Let's see if mine gets taken down too. You know its hard to find great service anymore and when you finally find it, they don't get enough recognition for a job we'll done..... the food is pretty good....

This is a great place to grab a drink a little food and watch a game. Comfortable seating, it’s inside the entertainment area so bowling and movie theater are in the same venue. The boneless wings and Chucuterrie board were tasty.

This place has pretty good food, but slow service. We went for an early dinner about 5pm and it was not busy. We ordered a kids pizza meal, fish and chips, and a burger with sweet potato fries. Food took a while, but was hot and fresh when it finally came out. Atmosphere is ok, but booths are tight and not comfortable. There is also lots of staff talking and standing around. We ordered a cookie with ice cream for dessert and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for our child. The cookie took a long time and when it arrived it was completely burnt and they put ice cream on top. The kids ice cream had chocolate sauce and whip cream when we ordered plain vanilla. When we told the waiter about the burnt cookie and ice cream with chocolate he acknowledged it, but didn't offer to take it off or get a new cookie. I would give this place a 3 out of 5. Service and wait staff could be more customer friendly and available. Food was good, but not worth a second visit based off of the burnt cookie.

Tonight was ok.. not busy and our server was ok.. somewhat attentive and had to flag her down for the check.. food and drinks were good.. Dec 2021.. The service Keyonna gave was great for my birthday dinner and the food was cooked to perfection! There are not a lot of places in the Phoenix metro area that will cook a Burger properly but you guys nail it every time! It keeps us coming back!

Seems like this could be a good area... but we were dealing with not great workers while here. I would say not busy in the bowling area, maybe 4 or 5 groups? And it took about 25 minutes to get an order of 4 shots... we were told that the bartender liked to make them perfect? They were simple shots, so not sure what was going on back there. On top of that we ordered 4 games and halfway through game 2 we get shut off. Someone went and talked to them, but then at the end of game 2 and midway through game 3 we were shut off 3 more times... We did add 2 people to the game but the workers at the front desk told us this would not be a problem but in the end, it was... Very disappointed

Service was terrible. Waiting over 30 minutes to just get water is insane. Would not come back. I would understand if it was busy, but there was barely anybody there. Drinks are also way too expensive for what you get.

Visitors have praised the exceptional food and service, emphasizing the affordable prices and generous portions. The staff is known for being friendly and accommodating, ensuring that coffee cups are always full. Customers appreciate the quality of the meals, with dishes like Veggie omelet with added pineapple and bacon receiving positive feedback.
This is what's left over of their Veggie omelet with added pineapple and bacon! Coffee and breakfast was great! They give filling portions and their prices are great! Not over priced. Definitely going to be coming here for breakfast when I'm in town! It's also a bar. So you can come and watch tv and chill out! Thank you!

Excellent experience. This place is a cozy, mom and pop business with an excellent Classic American Menu. We tried the Corned Beef Hash and The Chicken Fried Steak. Both were top notch.

If you enjoy a long wait... for no apparent reason... and limited availability of menu items, this is your place! We arrived on a Saturday just after 2 pm, so hardly the busy time of day. There was one server for the few tables, but she was a "talker"... talk, talk, talking to everyone but us, especially to the "tattoo lady" who's job at the restaurant was unclear. We waited far too long for the server, who never told us her name, to finally return to take our orders. And prior to doing so, she was eager to let us know they were out of Chicken Fried Steak! My husband asked for a glass of milk, but they were out of that too, other than skim milk. Yuk! We started to wonder "What the hell kind of breakfast restaurant is this!? No Chicken Fried Steak; no milk!?!? What next!?" I asked her about their version of the Crunchwrap, and then she said she'd have to go back to check on whether they have any of the hamburger meat for it. So she scooted off for another long hiatus. When she showed back up in the dining room, she bounced around from table to table to "tattoo lady", except not to us, to do her talking thing. As we sat and listened and watched and....WAITED, we were starting to think about scooting out the door to another place when she finally returned without offering whether they have that hamburger meat, so I had to ask. They did so I ordered the Crunchy Tostada Wrap without the nacho cheese, which was mostly hamburger meat and lettuce with sour cream, but very little shredded cheese. It came with delicious seasoned fries, but I wouldn't order it again because... meh. My husband ordered the Country Biscuits and Gravy breakfast which he really enjoyed, but said he'd prefer to go to a restaurant with milk, especially since there's literally a grocery store next door!

I was really excited to try this place. Cute, cozy location. I became disappointed when my rice was burnt tasting, my orange juice cup was charged as a large when it’s clearly small compared to my water. I informed my waitress I wasn’t aware that cup was a large as when I placed my order she didn’t ask for size. A cup that size is $3.95. When I asked the waitress she was really rude and had to have a last say. Sad to say but I will not be back to this place.

Sunrise is under new management so we gave it a 2nd Chance. (4th actually!) The food was SO much better than when we visited before. They have a simple menu with every plate averaging about $10. We tried the Sampler Platter and the Garbage Plate. The fried green beans with ranch were great! The wait staff was friendly and inattentive, especially Lisa. Love her! We had full cups of coffee everytime I looked down and someone was checking in on us regularly. We will definitely stop in again.

You can tell in the picture the cinnamon buns didn't rise in the center so not completely cooked. Server was great, that's why 2 Stars were given. $15.80 for 2 10oz Orange juice and 2 refills was extreme I'm being generous with the ounces. Breakfast for 2 with grey bacon $36.63.

Very good service but the food was not good. I had biscuits and gravy and they were awful! The biscuit was dry and crumbly. It tasted like a frozen one that had been warmed up. And the sausage patties were okay but the tasted like an already cooked sausage that was also warmed up. I added pancakes and they were actually really good. Nice and fluffy and fresh. Definitely the worst biscuits and gravy I've ever had.

If you're on the hunt for authentic Italian cuisine and delicious New York-style pizza, Brooklyn Boys Pizzeria & Restaurant is a must-visit. Nestled near the Dwarf Car Museum, this charming eatery offers a relaxed atmosphere with outdoor seating that invites you to unwind while enjoying your meal. The thin-crust pizza is expertly crafted and consistently praised for its delightful flavor.
Went here on a Friday evening with my family and got seated right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu. We had the lasagna with a side of meatballs and Fettuccini Mare Monte which was good!

I really wanted to like this place. Pizza was floppy and lacked flavor, reminded me of middle school cafeteria pizza. The wings were room temperature and had a beef jerky reheated/refried texture. The pasta was crunchy(under cooked) and the sauce tasted like it came from a can.

This is our second visit here. The first time we tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Our second visit just confirmed that the service here is not very good. The food was ok, which is unusual for me to say about pizza. I’m really not picky on pizza but this was below my expectations. Maybe we just need to order a different flavor… If you plan to come here, plan to spend at least 1.5 hours. Even if there’s only 1 other table ordering.
Jessica R — Google review
Our first time dining at Brooklyn Boys Italian Restaurant was an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is inviting, with a view of the pizza oven from the dining room adding a cozy touch. The dessert case is a nice addition, allowing us to see the desserts up close before ordering. For appetizers, we tried the garlic knots and calamari, both of which were satisfying. The pizza was really good, but the star of the night was the lobster ravioli. On the downside, the sauce was a little sweet, and the lasagna could have been more flavorful and presented better.

It was excellent, the bread from the pizza. It was delicious. I loved it. It was So fresh and chewy. I love the Sausage meat being small and easy to chew. I brought some Spaghetti to go but I haven't tasted it yet. The two slices of pizza that I had was Out of sight and the crust and sauce was amazing. I will be most definitely returning.

2023 Service was poor at best this visit. The lasagna was greasy but decent, the zucchini sticks were pretty good but we ran out of the little ranch they gave us and the server took forever to come back.. the Brooklyn works pizza was really good like an 8.3/10.. if the service was better and for 2 people it was 61.49(lasagna, med pizza an appetizer and 2 drinks) we would be back more.. 2022 Pretty ok service, really good lasagna, iced cold salad and butter, warm bread.. we will be back..

Tacos N More Mexican Grill is a delightful spot for those craving authentic Mexican cuisine. Diners rave about the delicious food, particularly the taco salads and breakfast burritos, which are generously portioned and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is generally relaxing and clean, although some guests have noted that cleanliness could be improved in certain areas. Service tends to be friendly and efficient, with complimentary salsa served alongside chips while you wait for your meal.
This was a nice stop on or way to AK Chin. Over the last year casino dining waiting times have been well over an hour so we decided to stop before our destination. This was a good choice for us. My Burrito was loaded and full of flavor. The salsa bar was nice but could have been refilled as this was early in the day.

I visited Tacos N More Mexican Grill on a Friday at around 1:00 p.m. There were a couple customers in the lobby at the time, with the majority of the place having open seats. There is an outdoor patio with signs stating that the patio is pet-friendly, however, the door to access to the patio from inside the restaurant was locked. I scanned the menu board but did not see chicken enchiladas. I approached the register and asked the lady if they offer chicken enchiladas. She said that they do, and she rung up a chicken enchilada plate and a 24 ounce Fountain Drink. The total after taxes was $16.37. I took a seat at a table and after a few minutes, someone brought my meal to me. When she took my order, she asked me “Red or green?”. Having been to mamy restaurants that specialize in New Mexican cuisine, that question is meant to ask the question if I want red chile or green chile. I prefer green chile, so I was disappointed when I saw that there was no green chile on top of my enchiladas, but instead, it was covered with a green tomatillo sauce. It was ok, but a far cry from genuine green chile. In all fairness, this restaurant makes no claim to offer New Mexican cuisine, but the question made me get my hopes up. The food was decent, and it was hot and fresh. The beans were especially hot, so they required some cooling before eating. It was nice eating a meal with real silverware and not a plastic fork, knife and spoon. The portion size was good and I left feeling full and didn’t get hungry again until dinnertime.

The first thing you notice is that it is very clean and festive looking. The front-end cashier was very knowledgeable and letvme know the special of the day. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the presentation was very well done. My meal was delicious and what you would expect of authentic Mexican food.

This place was just okay. The food came out fast but the cheese on the beans & rolled tacos was cold not melted at all. My son got the rolled tacos & said he thinks the frozen rolled tacos from the store have more meat. Even though the horchata was from a machine it was good.

Yummy Mexican food. Taco salads are yummy. Good size portion for price too. Relaxing and clean environment inside. Friendly and fast service. Salsa with chips while you wait are always a tasty treat they give you. A family favorite for us. Another happy visit again. I was able to order my taco salad without the shell. Hubby got a breakfast burrito with eggs, sausage, potatos, and cheese.
Jennifer N — Google review
Allthough the food was very tasty and good, the service lacked and the place was dirty.. I can only believe that if the bathroom and dining room are dirty that the kitchen is probably the same.. when she brought our order out, she handed it to me and it was quite hot.. could have warned us.. we'll be back in a month or so hopefully to a cleaner place cuz the food is good..
Gitout D — Google review
This place used to be good, but quality has really gone down in the last year or so. They charge you extra for stuff that comes free in other places like rice and beans in your burrito. So I was like cool I let it slide, plain burritos are just not food and if you are already paying close to $9 for a burrito and it’s going to become a 12-13 meal I rather go to another place with a better sit in option. Decided to give them another try and order something different like their taco salad and was disappointed, it was greasy and had barely any meat at all and was mostly lettuce. I can’t wait until another place moves into town with better fast Mexican food, maybe time for a filibertos in Maricopa.
Adan B — Google review
Ordered chicken enchiladas with red sauce. Food was prepared quickly. When I got my plate, the red enchilada sauce was actually tomato sauce. It tasted like I was eating spaghetti. I came here for Mexican food, not Italian. They refused to refund my money also. This place is horrible. Never returning.

Cilantros Mexican Cocina is a vibrant gem nestled in Maricopa, Arizona, where the essence of authentic Mexican cuisine comes alive. Owned by the dynamic duo Linda and Juan, who bring their rich backgrounds from Trujillo-Peru and El Paso, Texas, this family-run establishment serves up beloved staples like burritos and tacos in a colorful counter-service setting.
Cilantros NEVER disappoints, Thank yall so much ! Food is authentic, freshly made when you order and in a timely manner! For the best price, you WILL GET FULL , I promise! ( I’m 6ft 5in 210lbs btw..) so if I get full, guaranteed you will too

2/6/2024 UPDATE: I think today will be my last day going to Cilantros or I won’t go as often maybe every couple of months instead of every week. The salsa cups are half the size, trays are half the size, the sour cream is watered down, the steak is chopped extremely tiny now and doesn’t have any flavor, the green chili pork is not tasteful like it was. Somethings going on. There’s a big change and I don’t like it. Bring the flavor back to the food and stop downsizing everything but raising the price. The only thing that's good is the most of the good staff is still there. Ashly will be missed. EVERYTHING about this place is GREAT, starting with most of the girls. I love walking in here and receiving good food and good service from the familiar staff. THEY MAKE THIS PLACE GREAT. I think I come in here because of them and then the food. Keep up the great work, girls👌🏾💪🏾 You do have one bad apple that works the day shift. I won't come in the morning because she's nasty and rude and always have a mean face and talking crap under breath. Very Plain 5-3 stars. Even the nacho cheese is watered down. The service was decent and the place was clean. The food was horrible. We ordered a green chili burrito, 2 fish tacos and 2 margaritas around 6pm. The meat was dry and bland in the burrito, the “fish” tacos were a nasty fish stick in a tortilla with some shredded lettuce and cheese, the margaritas were rimmed with regular table salt. There was so much salt it fell into the drink making it undrinkable. We left all our food and the margaritas and left. We will never be back. With all the choices for Mexican food in town, no one needs to go here.

This was my first time visiting Cilantros. The atmosphere is very welcoming and so is the staff! I had the Chili Relleno plate, with the Red sauce and a side of guacamole. I am a red sauce snob! I am very picky and I can tell you this red sauce they serve is very delicious! The rice and beans compliments the plate, the meal was tasteful a bit on the spicy side , but you won't need to put a fire out in your mouth after eating it. I will return to try many other dishes!

Panda Express is a popular fast-food chain that offers a variety of Chinese-inspired dishes, including some healthier options for those mindful of their diet. During my visit on a Saturday evening around 7:30 p.m., I noticed it was moderately busy with both dine-in customers and drive-thru traffic. I opted for the Chow Mein bowl but found it nearly empty, filled mostly with small cabbage scraps.
There were two ladies there that made the visit enjoyable. First, the one that plated our food. Then, the one at the register. Both were very friendly and attentive. Both made us feel like we were the only customers present, though there were many others. I noticed they did this for each customer there. This really impressed me. That's a skill, Both these beautiful ladies have that so many in the service industry need, yet lack. These two have it in abundance. I'm sorry, I don't remember their names, because they deserve to be recognized.
WinterKing1967 — Google review
I've been to countless Panda Express locations, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review—and unfortunately, it’s not a positive one. I’ve visited this location a couple of times for what should have been a quick lunch, but calling it “quick” would be laughable. On both visits, I waited 10 minutes just to place an order, and another 10 minutes just to pay—despite only having two customers ahead of me. For a fast-food restaurant, that level of delay is unacceptable. What’s more frustrating is that the staff seemed completely disorganized. There’s no clear system for taking orders, preparing plates, or processing payments. It felt like chaos behind the counter. There were plenty of employees working, but most appeared confused or unsure of their responsibilities. It’s not a shortage of staff—it’s a lack of leadership and coordination. Adding to the frustration, it seems like the team is prioritizing drive-thru orders over dine-in customers. This is, without question, the worst Panda Express I’ve ever visited. And the fact that I’m taking time to write this says everything about how frustrating the experience was. Management seriously needs to reevaluate how this location operates—starting with better organization, faster service, and equal attention to all customers.

The drive thru always takes a while.. but on my visit I was trapped in the drive thru for an entire hour, & they were out of 2 of the 3 things I ordered through the app!!! I only had 5 cars in front of me when I first pulled up at 9:15pm! I haven't been back since.. Their food is fairly decent, but nowhere near waiting THAT long for.
Eric R — Google review
I know that there are at least a couple of competent people employed here because about 1 in every 6-7 orders has been completely correct. But, every other time either we’re missing parts of our order or it’s wrong items altogether. And if you get it through delivery, you’re screwed because they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Even when you call outside of busy dining hours. Tonight we ended up working late and thought, “let’s just order in”, because we are exhausted and the last thing any of us wants to do is either stand in the kitchen cooking something after a 15 hr workday, or drag ourselves into the car to go to one of the few sit down restaurants around town. Maricopa being what it is, you’ve basically got Mexican food, burgers, pizza, chicken, or Panda for delivery, and the teens wanted Panda, so it was decided - we’ll try again. Order arrives and stickers are clearly marked on each container with what should be in it. EVERY container, except for one, is missing something or wrong. It’s like they started out good, got the containers to the end of the line, and the last person who is supposed to put the final item in the container before checking to make sure it’s correct, decided they just weren’t gonna do their job tonight. We still got enough food to go around and didn’t have to make it ourselves - totally what we were going for when we ordered takeout. HOWEVER, the huge deal for me is PAYING for something, and not getting everything you pay for. And whatever happened to caring about doing your job right and paying attention? Not to mention that when you try to remedy the situation or at least report the lack of care/quality, you can’t even get someone on the phone. Could I haul myself down there and talk to them in person? Yes. But doesn’t that negate the whole reason we ordered takeout in the first place? It’s laughable that they have stickers that literally spell out what goes into the container and it’s too much to check the sticker to make sure the container contains what was ordered/paid for before it leaves the restaurant to be delivered. First world problems, I know…. I wish I could say with an angry fist raised, “We’ll never darken their doorstep again after this!”, but I know that we’ll probably be back because my teens like Panda and we only have this one in town. It’s a vicious cycle of anticipation, disappointment, regret, and then frustration every time we order - like a toxic relationship. We’ll probably never breakup and I’ll just keep venting to strangers on Google Reviews about it. *sigh*

We tried ordering delivery, but they couldn't understand English. We went through drive through attempted to order 3 different things before finally being told they only had 4 choices left...we ordered 3 two side plates and 1 child plate, 2 lg sodas, we got a total of $57 something, it didn't sound right but we just paid it anyway. On our way home we looked at the receipt and realized we were charged for 4 plates instead of 3, my son tried calling....they didn't understand, so he hung up. We got home and started eating our food only to taste the fried rice was burnt 😩 The orange chicken was good 😋 It was New Years eve, maybe they were short handed or tired, it made our visit unacceptable, but what are you going to do when you value your time. They gave us 2 utensils and no fortune cookies, the way this visit went, the fortune cookies probably would have been empty 😉😃

As with many Maricopa fast food pit stops, this one is a very busy location, drive thru can incur long waits, inside line can incur the same. Staff always appear to be working as hard as possible to keep things moving. Overall it is a good spot for some decent food.

We visited Panda Express around 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening. There were a few customers there and a few vehicles in the drive-thru. We placed our order and the Chow Mein bowl was nearly empty, with mostly small scraps of cabbage in the bottom. The cashier said if we were willing to wait about 10 minutes, they would have more ready to go, which we agreed to. My wife ordered the 2 entrée plate with broccoli beef and orange chicken. I ordered the 2 entrée plate with chicken mushroom and orange chicken. The total for 2 meals was $25.87. As promised, they brought our food to our table in about 10 minutes and it was hot and the Chow Mein was fresh. The entrées were hot, but not especially fresh. The portion size was generous and we were both full, with my wife not finishing her meal. They provided us with forks but we had to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce, which they provided with no pushback. Every time I’ve ever eaten at Panda Express in the past, a fortune cookie was included in the meal, but not this time. I’m not sure if it was a simple oversight or if they are charging for them now, but since we were full, I didn’t question the staff about it.

I ordered the two entree plate with Orange Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast and a side of Cheese Rangoons. With a medium drink, my total was $14.78. The Orange Chicken was hot and flavorful. Unfortunately, the Honey Sesame Chicken was the opposite. Barely warm and bland tasting. The cheese rangoons were good. The service was okay; not really friendly, but not rude by any means. The dining area was clean, but they REALLY need one of those blowers over the door to keep the flys out! As I was eating, I was constantly having to sho flys off me and my food, which is both gross and annoying. Overall it was good, but you might want to reconsider eating inside.

Our group of four had an awesome breakfast with a super friendly server who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and tasty, and my Huevos Rancheros were perfect. The spacious, relaxing dining room made the whole experience even better, and I’ll definitely be back.

Very delicious food, I was surprised how good everything was, even the flavored lemonade was yummy! I was very satisfied with my frybread and WOW, the fish tacos were beautiful and just delish!!! The atmosphere and service on the other hand wasnt the best. The waitresses were all very nice, however they were running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, I felt so bad as there were only like 2 of them trying their best to tend to everyone. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Also it was very dark inside, so open those curtains please!

This is one of my favorite places for a date night dinner w my husband. Great staff, amazing food and incredible atmosphere. You cannot beat the view of the golf course while dining. Chef Justin is so talented. Never bad food.

This is the best restaurant in Maricopa I have tried and is on the top of the list with similar types in Phoenix. The prime rib is one of the best we have tried, it is available on designated nights only (call ahead to reserve your meal). The Arroyo salad is tasty with the apple cider vinaigrette, I order it with salmon or chicken, both are tasty. Brownie a la mode for dessert…yum. Located on a golf course, small venue with a cabin like atmosphere.

Truly one of the best meal experiences I've had in Maricopa so far! Staff is super friendly and funny! Atmosphere was fantastic being right on the golf course! Food was good with a great variety! Will definitely go back to try their specials! A great place to talk, relax and enjoy an evening! Open for all!

Amazing service, food was fast, hot and delicious! Mom and I shared the Arroyo salad...sorry no picture... And the chicken pesto! The salad was so yummy we ate it before I realized I needed a pic! Dad got the short ribs and it was so tender and flavorful...now one of my favorites! Definitely worth a trip! But make reservations!

8 months ago: Prime rib dinner last night was very delicious. Green beans and carrots were delicious .. small portion tho... update: went back for prime rib dinner recently Nov 2017 it was very dry..yes we said something. Nothing was done about it... dec 30 10 am; waitress not smiling or welcoming ( we've unfortunately had her before and she is always unwelcoming and service not good w her) coffee wasn't good..had a really bad after taste. when we asked about it: she pretty much blew us off with her response.. not even offering a new pot to us. So we decided if we couldn't get good coffee w our breakfast ..we would eat elsewhere.Nothing worse than having a waitress who doesn't smile or welcome .. we will.make sure we don't go there again when she is working. Update 4.23.18 Absolutely the best high quality beef burger in Maricopa.. Panko popper burger with siracha aoli sauce and fries..with added lettuce tomatoes onions pickles...ASK for it on the flat grill. absolutely delicious...

LaBella Pizzeria and Restaurant is a casual counter-serve eatery that offers a variety of kosher vegetarian pizza, Italian entrees, burritos, and enchiladas. The restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere with skilled chefs preparing an array of meals including pizza, pasta, and more to cater to every customer's taste. While the stuffed crust pizza slice is recommended for its taste and filling nature, some customers have expressed concerns about the packaging for takeout orders.
Saw this pizzeria all over my TikTok feed and had to check it out—and I’m glad I did! They have a great lunch deal: two slices (plain or with toppings) and a drink for $10.99 + tax, Monday through Friday. I got a mushroom slice and an olive slice, and couldn’t resist adding garlic knots too. What really stood out? They asked if I wanted my slices well-done or just warm—first time a pizza spot ever asked me that! I went with well-done, and it was perfect. The pizza totally gave me NYC slice vibes, and the garlic knots reminded me of home. Spacious inside and plenty of parking. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a pizza lover! The service was amazing. And the owner came by and we had an amazing chat! He's also from NYC, bringing NYC pizza styles to AZ.

Came in today to get me a slice of pizza and it was bomb. My son’s basic so he got cheese and he loved it and my wife went for the pasta pizza slice and she was excited to try something new and love it. Me of course I went with the soprano. Loved it and will definitely be back. And surprisingly the prices are great not too bad for the amount you get. Give them a try

Came in to try their pizza out. Been seeing them on TikTok lately & heard they were giving away free slices of pizza. My husband, son & I went over & were excited to try them out. Will definitely be coming back. Pizzas were delicious. & recommend yall give them a try(: plus the owner & staff were super friendly & kept checking on everyone how they were doing.

Been wanting to try and glad I did today! Got the lunch special, 2 slices and a drink. Smelled amazing as soon as I walked in and the pizzas by the slice are all on display. They take your slices and heat em up for a few mins and off you go. Delicious! The crust, cheese, toppings were perfect. Definitely coming back....oh and they threw in a side of ranch, I didn't ask for, and that was nice, and its good ranch!

As a New Yorker living in Phoenix, this is going to be my new go-to for pizza. It's everything you saw on TikTok and more. I recommend to any and all. Shoutout to @labella_pizzaphx and @nopaidfoodreviews on TikTok I arrived at about 4pm and it was not busy. I was able to order and get the food within about 15 mins. I knew what I what I wanted to order, but the two people that took our order gave us recommendations as well. I wanted the trio slice, but they didn't have any made. The kind woman taking our order offered to make a personal pie with the sauce trio (which is why it doesn't look like a traditional sicilian pie). The garlic knows were tasty, and not too oily at all. Served with a side of marinara to top it off. The cheese-filled pretzel slice was a perfect slice. Perfect undercarriage, foldable (but not necessary with this slice). I wasn't sure what to expect with the pretzel crust but it was flaky, not too salty, and crisp. Overall: 5/5 rating and will absolutely return in the future.

I stopped by "La Bella Pizzeria" today, hoping to meet the owner and try a slice of his amazing pizza. I often check out Tik Tok to find local eatery videos, and I stumbled upon some of Yari's "Concerned citizen videos" about his awesome-looking pizza. His neighborhood Pizzeria specializes in Kosher vegetarian pizza and Italian fare they also offer a variety of sushi rolls , salads, and fresh seafood. Being a pizza purest I tried a slice of cheese $4.45 you could taste the fresh tomato sauce and good mozzarella. I was then offered a slice of his impressive Vodka pie $5.49 this massive slice is topped with delicious penne pasta in a creamy vodka sauce a meal in itself so big I was not able to finish it. I really enjoyed talking with Yari and his staff I found him to be genuine and authentic in his desire to give back to his community just the type of business I like to support.

I've lived in the neighborhood over 30 yrs, I saw the TikToks about this place so we had to come in. Disappointed. I really wanted to like this place. Spent over $60, got 2, 14 in. pizzas, ordered crispy/well done and the penne a la vodka, the gal behind the counter said it was popular. Pasta/sauce, ice cold. Pizzas not even close to being crispy. We ate because we were hungry & brought a whole pizza home and 90% of the pasta. We don't plan on eating the left overs. Sorry I didn't take pasta pics.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a charming vintage-style eatery that specializes in delicious steakburgers, hot dogs, and classic fast-food favorites, all served alongside their signature frozen custard. During my visit to the Maricopa location on a bustling Friday afternoon, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The experience began on a high note with complimentary custard for newcomers like myself.
I don’t get to say this often, but this place did everything right. I visted Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Maricopa on a Friday a little before noon. There were a few tables with customers seated, and one customer at the ordering counter when I walked in. When the first customer completed ordering their food, I stepped up to the counter and placed my order. I ordered the Double cheeseburger combo. The total was $12.27. I believe the guy who took my order was a manager, but I’m not positive. Prior to ordering, he asked me if I was using the app and I told him no and that this was my first visit to this chain. He presented me with a card to use for downloading the app and proceeded to tell me that the points add up quickly and by using the app for the first time, I would get a free double steakburger or regular concrete which is apparently what they call their frozen custard. I took a seat and after a very short wait, my number was called and I was presented with my meal at the pick-up counter. It was clearly freshly prepared and didn’t take long at all. The burger was prepared just as I ordered it and was hot and tasty. I wouldn’t say that it was any better or worse than other burger chains, but it did taste just a touch salty to me, although not overwhelmingly salty. They did not skimp on the French fries either. The lobby was clean, the trash bins were empty and the trays were not stacked up on top of the bins. Obviously, they maintain high standards for how they present themselves to their customers. As I was finishing my meal, the same guy who took my order was checking the lobby and removing trays from customers’ tables for them. He offered to take my tray, but I told him that I’d get it. He inquired about my meal and asked me if I thought I’d be back. We had a nice, brief conversation. Yeah, I’ll probably be back. Like I said, this place did everything right.

I visited for the first time recently and loved it everything was tasty, and the service was quick and friendly. It’s a fast-casual spot where you order at the counter and pick up your food when it’s ready, with both dine-in and drive-thru options. I had the prime rib burger combo with fries and a strawberry custard shake highly recommend it!

During our first visit to Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and generous hospitality. As newcomers, we received a complimentary custard, setting a positive tone from the start. I opted for the jalapeño double steakburger, while my wife enjoyed the California burger paired with crispy onion rings. Both burgers were flavorful and satisfying, complemented by fries that, while reminiscent of picnic sticks, still offered a good crunch. The highlight of our meal was the custard with Butterfinger topping, which rivaled popular Blizzard desserts in taste and quality. The creamy texture and rich flavors made it a memorable treat. The restaurant's ambiance, designed like a 50s diner, added nostalgia and character to our dining experience. Service was exemplary, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were met promptly. Overall, Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers provided us with a delightful dining experience, combining great food, friendly service, and a nostalgic atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We look forward to returning to explore more of their menu offerings in the future.

The pattys look like they were smashed with a hydraulic press. They patties were about the size of a dinner plate, and were just thin burnt grease. If you don't believe me look at the picture. The thought that someone put this on a plate and gave it to a customer is comical. We actually got a good laugh even though it was kinda gross. We were in a hurry, so we didn't make a big fuss. I have had plenty of other good experiences here, but this was bad.
Phil M — Google review
I was really craving a smash burger, check and decided to give Freddy's a try turned out to be a great choice. Even though it was busy when we got there, the service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. All of us, including our picky kid, enjoyed the food and we’re definitely planning to come back, maybe to try the shakes next time.

I brought my mom and aunt here for mothers day. It was good enough for us to enjoy the custard and a small lunch. The staff here is friendly but they might have cut back on staffing due to economy or whatever. Hopefully they hire more people. The food is crisp and there is plenty of places to sit. Parking could be better.

Whether you're craving fluffy pancakes or a hearty ham and cheese omelet, Denny's has you covered. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to the friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is enjoyable. From attentive waitresses like Chloe and Alyssa G.
This Denny's was fantastic! The place was immaculate and the moment I walked in someone greeted me and asked me if I wanted to be seated. I had to go out to the car to get my glasses and when I came back they were ready to seep me again. My friend suggested going to Denny's and I rolled my eyes but let me tell you they have really cleaned up their act! The place was spotless The prices and options were fair and plentiful The staff worked as a team I would highly recommend anyone who has not gone to a Denny's in a long time to give this place a shot as everything was above what I was expecting particularly the food and the service!!

Our waitress, Chloe, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, she was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. She greeted us with a genuine smile and carried that warm attitude throughout the entire meal. Chloe was attentive without ever being overbearing, checking in at just the right times and making sure our drinks were always full. She listened carefully, got every detail of our order correct, and even offered thoughtful suggestions that made the experience even better. What stood out most was her kindness and professionalism—she balanced efficiency with a personal touch that made us feel truly taken care of. It’s clear that Chloe takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys connecting with her guests. She turned a simple meal into such a pleasant experience, and we left not only satisfied with the food but grateful for the outstanding service. Chloe is a true asset to the restaurant, and we would be delighted to be served by her again.

I mean, it's ok. The servers are really nice given what they have to work with. The food is ok but it really depends on what time you go and what's available. We have visited this location early morning to late evening and it is, again, going to vary on what your experience is. Maybe we need another one on the other side of town to compare.

I had a great experience at Denny’s! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were perfectly done, and the bacon had just the right amount of crisp. Dickey's Barbecue Pit is a BBQ chain establishment that specializes in smoky meats, loaded baked potatoes, and traditional side dishes. While the eatery shows promise, it appears to be understaffed with only two employees working tirelessly to meet the demands of both online and in-store orders. Despite facing challenges such as running low on certain items due to high demand, they provided exceptional service to customers with a $100 order.
Delicious and jucy. They also have gluten free options. Service was great. Facility clean and the meat was very good. I love their sauce. It normally comes with a bun, but I can't eat it. The team needs more education in food allergies, but I know what I can eat. This was a lot of meat!!! Sunday's the kids eat for free! I can't complain!

We ate the Picnik platter for 2-4 people... was just enough for my 6'3" 270lb self and 5'1" 105lb wife. Chose ribs, Cole slaw and macaroni and cheese. And 2 large drinks. Spent about $35 The ribs were good, not great. Cole slaw was ok and mac n cheese ok. Would I eat here again? Sure if I had a craving for BBQ, if I was just looking for some food? Probably not.

High price for very little food. While I have to say That the food is good. It is way to expensive. And the portions are very small. Having to drive to the east valley is a ways. But Rudy's is the place to go for great BBQ. I'll be going there next time instead.. Seriously?? Look at my portion!!! Wth!!??

Wish we could give this place a negative 5 star! What had happened to Dickeys? We went there twice before; about 7 months ago, the food was decent. We just went there this afternoon. We got this for their family pack = $46.95. 2 rolls? Those were the medium sides? The brisket and ribs were flavorless. We know for sure we won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. A total waste of time and money! We even feel bad if we give the meats to our dogs.
Bình T — Google review
I’m updating my review. The food is pretty good, but seems like every time I’ve gone in lately, there is only one person working. They use to have several employees, but now it’s just usually one. Prices have also gone up and the portion sizes are pretty small. I’d rather drive into town and go to Joes BBQ in Gilbert. The prices are cheaper and the brisket is true brisket. What they serve here is more like sliced pot roast. That being said, the chicken is probably the best meat on the menu. Always moist and flavorful.

Food was amazing, the location is in a great spot, staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. Only downside was, at the time, the AC seemed to be inoperative. Hope the business owner gets the HVAC issue sorted out quickly. The dining area was warm, but when near the fountain drink station, things were downright hot. I can only imagine how toasty the kitchen area was! All the menu items looked delicious, and I can vouch that the pulled pork is an excellent pick. Good number of choices for side dishes as well, all of which are classics.

So I go in tonight after work, about 6:15, and I'm the only customer in there. There's a guy on the griddle making hot sandwiches and he says hi. There's a girl behind the counter slicing cold cuts, I would assume for online orders because I'm the only customer in there presently. She acknowledges me and says she'll be right with me. After about waiting 3 - 4 minutes of waiting,, she asks what I want and continues making the sandwiches she been working on. I tell her I would like a #10 (tuna) on wheat bread and she gets another girl to put the fixings on the sandwiches she just made. She goes in the back and comes back and says, Sorry we're out of tuna. Really ? How do you run out of tuna ? Oh proabably because someone there actually has to make that, not like the majority of other stuff that's already ready to use. She asks me if I wanted something else and I told her nah, forget it and went to Subway ( they had tuna)

Paid 40 for a steak that had no seasoning 2-1-14.. guess what ill never do again? Have come here several times in the last decade and have to say they have come a long way.. the food is better and the staff is very friendly and mostly attentive. The new menu's are unnecessarily wooden. The salad wasn't iced cold but was still good. The patty melt ordered medium came out rare but was seasoned and good too. Keep going Roost! We stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat. Enjoyed our food and the environment. It was laid back and chill for a Thursday afternoon. We had the half order of wings, sweet chili flavor. They were crunchy and finger licking good. We also shared the Mediterranean sandwich with grilled chicken with a side house salad and the asada fries. Both were very good! Our waiter was awesome, very attentive and friendly. Would come back if we’re in the area again.

Had a long Island, pretty presentation, very sweet, but weak and our waiter recommended the amf, ehh(sounds like a headache), but I agree... I'll try it, wtheck... yep, very sweet and well decided to call it a night right after.. place was clean, more on the quiet side and more of a dining restaurant vibe.

I only go here now if we have our digestive aides. Next to a gas station too so fumes.

I don’t see the point of going through a drive through if I’m going to be sent to wait in a parking spot for your to deliver the food. It’s completely annoying - please stop doing that. Update: after waiting a whole 10 minutes at the parking spot, these people came out with half a small French fry.

Its McDonald's, we all kind of know what to expect from these chain locations. It definitely needed to be cleaned better, staff was friendly enough. Not superb but not bad.

This has been the third time I have ordered food with no cheese and received it with cheese. This time was extra cheese even though the tag on the box says no cheese. Unfortunately for me I sent one of my guys to grab lunch for everyone and he didn’t notice until he had gotten back to the job site.

This place will have you waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru only to make you pull around to the front so you can wait another 15 minutes. And then you finally get your food and it’s cold!

At 8:48 PM this evening Arizona time I proceeded to place an order for the amount of $39.96. During the order I attempted to order two apple pies… To which I was told that they had no apple pies and I would need to do strawberry cream pies because they had those available. So I switched my order. I then proceed through the drive-through to be told that I need to go wait in spot one… I generally have no issues waiting in a spot as I know when I ordered a fish fillet, but that takes time. However, this location I wait in a spot 85% of the time I ever order from it Fast forward to my wait in my space. The lot attendant who delivers food approaches the driver’s truck and asked if I ordered pies. I think to myself he should know I ordered pies because I was in space number one and was told the parking space number one therefore he knows The person in space number one ordered pies. He then proceeds to tell me that the restaurant has no pies at all. He asked if I would like something else. I politely told him no I would like a refund and I would like your manager to bring my money out to me. He said you’ll probably have to come in. I told him that I would not be coming in And that the manager could bring me my $2.50 for my pies. A minute passes by the lot attendant comes back out and informs me that I would need to go back in to get my refund. So let’s talk about the receipt where it says at the top “thank you valued customer.” My time is money and I have never felt valued at this establishment. Tonight was no exception! The staff at this location, wasted my time offered me something I couldn’t have and then failed to make it right under any circumstance. So I walk in after the lot attendant tells me that I must go in to get my $2.50 refund for my two pies to which the restaurant does not have ready. At this point in time I met by a what appears to be hourly supervisor not even the manager! This hourly supervisor attempted to refund my pies. I said unacceptable. I’m going to refund my entire order for my waitt and my inconvenience! Only then did she actually go and get the official manager on shift to come and process a full refund. At no point in time did this Manager even attempt to make the situation right. I even told her you are losing this entire order over $2.50. So much for Customer Service. The kicker of this entire story is as she’s attempting to process the refund. She had to ask me what my total was to process the refund to which I didn’t receive a receipt… And she had no clue what the order was. So as I look at my refund receipt, I now see 4 additional cups of sauce, added to it to make sure my total was correct. Of which on the original order I never ordered extra sauces for the additional $.40 charge to take it to the $39.96. So it appears that not only is this establishment horrible customer service they’re also doing additional charges to up ticket sales when not authorized to do so. I know that this policy and procedure for any establishment is not only unethical but unacceptable by state law And needs to be dealt with on multiple level levels. Tonight was 100% unacceptable in so many avenues… The epitome of customer service for $2.50 was not observed this evening. Me refunding my entire order cost this store more in food waste than it would’ve to literally walk out my $2.50 and refund the pies. All why you inconvenienced me and made me wait.

If you're on the hunt for authentic Chicago-style pizza, look no further than Rosati's Pizza. This Italian chain eatery is renowned for its deep-dish and thin-crust pizzas that truly capture the essence of Chicago cuisine. Beyond their stellar pizza offerings, Rosati's also serves up delicious pasta dishes and hearty sandwiches that are sure to satisfy any craving. One standout dish is their Baked Lasagna, which comes with garlic bread—though you might want to order extra if you're sharing!
Thanks to the New Management team at Rosati's Pizza in Maricopa! Great customer service, same great PIZZA and best authentic Chicago pizza value in Maricopa! Many options to choose from. Try their best seller Thin Crust, plus the Rosati's hand tossed (double dough) and famous Chicago Deep Dish!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Rosati’s, ordering at least 20 times in the past year, but after my latest experience, I’m extremely disappointed. I received horrible customer service from the manager, Noah, who falsely claimed that the size of my pizza was "normal." I ordered a 12” and 18” cheese pizza plus 1 lasagna. For $47, I expected a reasonable portion—but instead, I received the lightest, smallest pizza I’ve ever gotten from this location. What’s even worse is the way my concern was handled. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful in any way, yet the manager completely dismissed me instead of addressing the issue. If you offer a coupon, it should be honored without making customers feel like they’re asking for something unreasonable. He literally told me since the 12” pizza was free with the coupon it shouldn’t matter! WOW!!! The employees here have generally been great in my previous experiences, but it’s disappointing to see a manager neglect customer satisfaction so blatantly. As a Chicago native, I know good pizza and good service, and this Rosati’s clearly needs better customer service training. I hope they take this feedback seriously because this experience makes me reconsider returning.

The cashier was nice, my issue is it was my first time in there with my husband I said my husband is going to order first she said “ok” then she took my order we repeated it she said wait time 20 mins I said ok. Get in the car my husband had no food!!!! I went back inside and nicely asked her “did you not hear my husband order?, you repeated the order with us” she said yes . My question is why does he not have food when he ordered first, and you verified the order with us? Over $ 23 for a small sandwich and small fries, I got charged for everything in my sandwich it was loaded with a couple of small onions 1 tiny red pepper and a load of mushrooms!!!! I normally do not react this way but youuuu were looking at him and talking to him about his order. Never again first experience and so disappointed so I asked them to cut my sandwich in half so my husband could eat.

Ordered a medium veggie pizza for takeout. It was an OK tasting pizza, but for nearly $30, the only "veggies" on it were onions and green peppers and those were VERY sparsely populated and the sauce was nearly non-existent. It was my first time ordering from Rosati's in Maricopa and I might even be willing to give it a second shot; with more detailed instructions, based on this experience. I won't be rushing back, however, as there are many other pizza spots to choose from.

We ordered 2 16" pizzas. One monster pizza , one 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom, 1/2 sausage, mushroom, green olives. Thin crust well done. They were delivered hot, crispy crust and cooked perfectly. $72.00 without tip is expensive. This was a delicious treat. It's not something we can do very often but we were genuinely delighted at the service and from the quality.

DANGER!!! Steel wool in Rosati's Pizza from Maricopa!! I am absolutely disgusted and outraged to find this when taking a bite. It got lodged between my teeth and I had to carefully pull it out. I'm just thankful my 2-year-old son didn't get ahold of this. We called and spoke with the manager who said she couldn't refund us our order and could only apply a credit for our next order because if she offered a refund the store manager would be mad at her. She was kind enough to offer the owners phone number of who could have cared less. Not once did he apologize for the incident, kept interrupting, and made it seem like it was our fault for wanting a FULL refund after our family was too afraid to eat any of their pizzas. The owner's solution was to send a delivery driver BACK out to pick up the pizzas and only THEN would he be willing to offer a refund. We gladly accepted to return this food but would never expect to be treated so poorly for something as horrible as this is. It sounds like there definitely the mistreatment of employees and customers if the store manager is afraid to do right thing due to fear from her owner. I definitely want to share this story as people should never be subject to mistreatment in anyway. Customers or employees.

This is our go to place for Chicago style pizza. We have not had any problem with the service. We order ahead, pick up, and bring home. The pizzas are always correct. I wish they had more deals so we could go more often, but it is a good treat. We love how filling the pizza is. It's thick. The toppings are very good. The slices are well divided.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular fast-food chain that specializes in delicious Mexican cuisine, allowing you to customize your meal with options like burritos, tacos, and bowls. Whether you're dining in or opting for delivery through services like Postmates, the experience remains delightful. The food arrives neatly packaged and sealed, ensuring everything stays fresh and appetizing.
In what is a desert this is a great place. I’m not talking about the Arizona desert I’m talking about a desert of nutritional food options. Surrounded by fast food burger type joints you can get a relatively healthy bowl of chicken, rice, brand, tomato salsa, corn, lettuce and guacamole. Don’t have a large cup of soda with it and your meal will have good nutritional value. Place is clean and staff are really nice. Especially after my teenage son vomited in their rubbish bin. Don’t worry it wasn’t the food he had just overdone it in the heat.

I used to work as a kitchen manager at this location. This isn’t the first time they forget things. I usually go to the casa grande location because they’re happy and greet people and this location has forgotten so much stuff for my orders online but sometimes greet you. I live In the middle of this location and casa grande, today I wanted a veggie bowl with their cheese…OMG HOW I LOVE THE CHEESE. but got nothing. it’s ridiculous and I really mean on my order they didn’t put anything, they must’ve overlooked that. I know how hard they work because I’ve been there. Im spending so much money, that is also annoying. I wanted my veggie bowl with cheese. And the side of queso they gave us is pathetic. We paid for a large queso and an extra side queso… because we love queso… and we didn’t get our side of queso requested the way we wanted. No shredded cheese for my veggie bowl and a half filled cup of queso when we also paid extra for more…

Food is great but my order was wrong. No way to call the store just send you through hoops with a robot. Was a doordash order but not their fault. Chipotle sent the wrong order, label was right but the burrito inside was wrong. Had to drive out even though defeats the purpose of why I got doordash and when I got here people were nice but when I asked for management he took a while. When he came out didn't not apologize or anything. They did re male my order but I had to wait in the long line that had formed. So I am giving them a 2 for re making but otherwise they need better management.

Great food with good service! I was 4th in line to order and was served quick. I ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl and it was made to order. I observed the cashier making small talk with a young child ahead of me. It brought a smile to the child as well as the parent. The Chicken Rice Bowl was hot, fresh, & tasty! The portion was large and filling. I observed a customer accidentally dropping a glass bottle and shattering all over the floor. An employee ensured that it was cleaned up quickly and made the customer feel better about the accident. On my last visit I noticed that they changed the menu board. The pricing is super small and a bad idea. I noticed other customers straining to read the prices as well. Corporate Chipotle must not be thinking. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a tasty bite to eat with great service! Just have a cellphone handy to magnify the prices.

I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Chipotle location when it comes to customer service. The staff rarely greet customers or offer even a simple “how are you” or “have a good day.” It feels rushed and impersonal every time I come in. During my most recent visit, one employee in particular—she had blonde hair and glitter eye shadow and was working near the cashier—barely spoke throughout the interaction. Not sure if she’s was a manager or what.. but She slid my bag of food across the counter so hard it nearly fell off. There was no acknowledgment or apology, just a complete lack of engagement. It’s disappointing because I enjoy Chipotle’s food, but the service at this location really takes away from the overall experience. I hope management takes the time to address these issues and remind staff that friendly, respectful customer service goes a long way.

I ordered online the other day and the portions were wrong. Double meat is the only thing they got right. I didn't get my double pico, rice OR beans. I didn't get my 2nd side tortilla, and got 1 out of 3 ranches. I had to reach out to customer service to get 2 free entrees cause the food was disappointing. We got our actual portions when we ordered in person. In person > mobile ordering. Just go and get your food, don't order online.

Sonic Drive-In is a nostalgic fast-food destination that brings back the charm of classic drive-in service. During a recent visit to the Maricopa location, I indulged in their Footlong Quarter Pound Coney combo, which included a delicious chili cheese hotdog, crispy tater tots, and a refreshing medium Coke—all for just over ten bucks! Despite having three cars ahead of me in line, the staff was impressively quick and efficient.
I came in late last night. I was really tired. Had a lot of personal issues going on, and I mistook an act of kindness by Sophie for something that was not intended. Every time I come into the store, she’s been so polite to me, especially after the death of my wife. She is an outstanding employee and a credit to sonic. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

I went to the drivethru at Sonic in Maricopa today for lunch and ordered the Footlong Quarter Pound Coney combo. It came with a footlong chili cheese hotdog, tater tots and a medium coke. The total cost of this meal was $10.10. There were three cars in front of me, but the staff served them pretty quickly, so my total wait time was not too bad. As I was one car away from the window, an employee stepped out the door with my food and took my payment. I pulled up to the window when the car in front of me drove away, and she handed me my change and receipt. The food was pretty good, except the first couple bites of the hot dog bun were cold, on the dry side and missing a chunk. The rest of the bun was ok, but torn in a couple places. My best guess is that this bun was not very fresh, causing it to tear when they tried to open it up to place the hotdog, chili and cheese inside. The tots were still hot and crispy when I got home. It was a decent meal for fast food.

Half Priced Summer Shakes DISAPPOINTED We had never tried the shakes at Maricopa Sonic but had fairly good luck with the food products in the past and the TV ads for Sonic convinced us with delicious LOOKING shakes. Oh boy, was that a scam. The online order went ok but atrociously slow website. Each click took like 30 seconds to load. One fudge, one caramel and one vanilla. Paid online. Went to pick it up. Returned home expectantly, mouths watering. "Why are they all white? Maybe that's whipped cream? No, none have whipped cream. Do we have to taste each other's to figure out which one is which? They all taste the same." Ruined our night. We even went BACK to the website to figure out the problem and it listed ingredients as including whipped cream and cherries. We received none. Why was staff not trained to mark their shakes per order? Shouldn't they add enough flavor that it would be visible and clear? Should a manager offer to rectify this situation? Is there a manager or a training policy at this location?

First time in awhile visiting Sonic's Maricopa. I ordered 6 corn dogs and 3 large fries with a couple other items. We received our order (drive thru) and went home (about 15 minutes). Opened our order and we were 3 corn dogs short. Called the store and it was obvious that the man who answered didn't believe me or offer any sort of apology. I guess it doesn't pay to venture north of Smith-Enke.

I think I've only had one issue getting an order mixed up at this Sonic location, but they've been very friendly every time I've stopped by for drinks or food. The food has been consistent, which is one of the most important things in my book for a restaurant. I've definitely never had any issue with freshness or cleanliness here, it's well run by everyone involved.

The guy in the back prepping the food had no gloves on, touching the buns and whatever else you order. I ordered a foot long chili cheese coney and it barely had anything on it at all. The slush I ordered was made correct though.

Went there around 9 am, 5/28/25. Service was great, as usual. The food wasn't though. Tots had salt poured on them, even though I had asked for no salt, and the eggs in my breakfast burrito were loaded with salt. I've never experienced this at Sonic before. Little Caesars Pizza is a popular carry-out chain that specializes in delicious pizza made from housemade dough, alongside mouthwatering chicken wings and their signature breadsticks. For the best experience, it's recommended to place your order right when they open; many customers have found that the quality peaks at this time. One enthusiastic patron shared how their recent visit yielded an exceptional pizza, claiming it was the best they've had since moving to Maricopa.
Who ever runs Little Caesar’s you need to check on your employees. I am not sure what happened or what caused the issue they had tonight but they were backed up customers had a wait a long time for their orders I put my order in at 5 on the app and I wasn’t able to get it till seven or so. Customers were very angry and get after the employees and the situation was more than likely out of their control. If I was the owner of this place I would have went in and helped them. I don’t know if the manager was on duty with the teens but they all looked like they were struggling. The employees did everything they could do and they were working very hard.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of their food. We ordered two pizzas ( one pepperoni, one supreme) and a side of stuffed crazy bread. The stuffed crazy bread was literally still raw, I bit into uncooked dough. The supreme pizza was literally just a pepperoni pizza which was probably already cooked, and then they decided just to throw the supreme toppings on top and cook it a bit longer. The only pizza that was fine was the pepperoni. The quality in their products are no longer there. Super disappointing.

I did it again. Thought that pizza pizza would be a great thing to do but matte board for lunch is never a good idea. Lower your expectations and maybe it will be better in the future. They got the order right but that's about all that's good. I think maybe the cheese on the extra cheese had turned.

The absolute worst service at a pizza place I’ve ever experienced. 20 people waiting, nobody getting pizza, everybody’s pissed the employees don’t care. No one‘s answering the phone. Basically, just told everybody you can cancel your order if you want… we can’t even tell you when it might be ready. This is after waiting an hour past my pick up time. Employee’s back there, cooking, touching food and then touching his pants with bare hands, wiping himself!! Grosss All employees and management at this location needs to be fired!

Placed my order on the phone with a human. He repeated it went to get it and only got half of it. So had to reorder and wait for it. Then he tells another customer who ordered and paid on the app that the app sucks and she’d have to call another number to get her money back. She also had to reorder and pay again Tried again on 3/18/25. Ordered online. Picked up order missing items and had a burnt pizza. Called to get the items, no answer on hold for over 25 minutes. Went up there and packed so hopefully they’ll replace it later. Detroit pizza was in point and great.

Had to wait 40 minutes longer than my ETA pick up time, didn't get the sauce that I ordered, couldn't ask anyone to get it if I wanted to. Pizza puffs were incredibly smaller than usual, basically dough the size of a chip with a pepperoni on it. Service staff was introverted and unapproachable. No sense of cleanliness, organization or care went into anything. Probably looking for a new pizza place to go to from now on.

This place is a scam. Ordered pizza and was told via the website to pick up in an hour. I showed up and there was a giant line and no indication on what to do. You couldn’t even get in to talk to someone it was sooo packed. I called to cancel and was transferred by some central service that were impossible to understand. They refuse to cancel my order, so there’s $40 bucks gone and no pizza. Avoid this place. Not worth the frustration. I guess I’ll just dispute with my bank since no one knows how to communicate there.

I ordered a sandwich online from the Maricopa location of Domino’s Pizza. The ordering process was easy, and the food was waiting when I arrived. I ordered the Chicken Parm sandwich. The menu says that the sandwich contains, “Grilled chicken breast, tomato basil marinara, Parmesan-Asiago and provolone cheese. On artisan bread and baked to a golden brown.” The total for the sandwich alone was $8.69. I was expecting the sandwich to contain a chicken breast, as most chicken parmesan sandwiches do, so I was disappointed to see a bunch of chunks of chicken instead. The sandwich was still tasty, even though my expectations were higher than the product that was delivered. Sadly, the sandwich did not fill me up completely, and I was still hungry after finishing my meal.

Subway is a popular casual dining chain that specializes in customizable sandwiches and salads, catering to health-conscious diners. If you're in the mood for something classic, their Oven-Roasted Turkey sandwich is a must-try—thinly sliced turkey piled high with fresh veggies and melted American cheese on hearty multigrain bread. During my recent Friday lunch visit, I encountered a bustling atmosphere with a line of five people ahead of me, resulting in about a 20-minute wait.
I visited the Subway restaurant located in Maricopa for lunch on a Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. There were already two customers at the service counter getting their sandwiches prepared when I walked in. Someone else from behind the counter stepped up and helped me with very little wait time. I ordered a 12 inch Meatball Marinara Sub on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, to go. The total bill for this one sandwich was $10.58. My “Sandwich Artist”, as Subway once called their employees, wasn’t very good at remembering what I had said, but she asked a lot of questions and made my sandwich with no mistakes. She did not skimp on the ingredients I asked for. This was a refreshing change from what I’ve experienced in the past where they barely put anything on and I had to ask for more. She even toasted the sandwich for me after adding the meatballs and provolone cheese. This restaurant has a small area next to the cash register where customers can help themselves to napkins, straws, and various different condiments that people might want on their sandwiches. The aroma of my meatball sub filled the vehicle as I drove home. It smelled wonderful. I took some pictures for this review and the pictures paint a different picture than what I tasted. Trust me when I say that the sandwich tasted much better than it looks in the pictures.

Ordered dinner for pick up. Went to pick it, didn't have cookies (got it fixed right then) went home and opened subs. Both were wrong. Called, they said they would remake it. Cool. Went to pick it up. Got two new subs. Got home. STILL made a sub wrong. Not ordering pick up again.

Every time I do a mobile order for a toasted sub it’s NOT toasted at all. I’m really confused about what processes this location is following. I customize my sub by removing some items and adding some, but it still says toasted so I’m really confused. Also it’s a chicken bacon ranch sub, the default is to toast it! I physically go back into the store because they say they’ll remake it. I ordered the exact same sub and watch them physically toast it, so much browner on the bread than the photo. Whoever is making the mobile orders doesn’t give a crap about anybody except whatever timeline they have to make.

I stopped by this Subway today and was really disappointed by what I witnessed. While I was waiting for my order, I overheard employees — including the manager — talking badly about another employee. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in front of customers. It reflects very poorly on the store’s management and overall work environment. No one deserves to be talked about behind their back, and certainly not where customers can hear it. Based on what I saw, this location does not seem like a healthy or respectful workplace, and I definitely would not want to work here. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to the Subway in Casa Grande instead. I hope upper management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism at this location.

The restaurant was clean and not too crowded at lunch time. There were three employees making sandwiches at the time, a female and two males. The female was polite and professional; the two males, not so much. The guy making the sandwiches would just pile all the toppings in the middle of the sandwich and not spread them out unless you asked him. Then the stoaner guy at the register was just unprofessional and had a IDGAF attitude. The sandwiches didn’t look that great (see pictures), but they tasted fine. I’d recommend this location, just don’t go in with very high expectations.

We visited at lunch on a Friday so of course it was really busy. The tables were about 80% full so wasn't sure where we would sit after we ordered our food. We had 5 people ahead of us in line and so it was about a 20 minute wait. But by the time we ordered, most of the tables had opened up so we were fine. Food was very fresh, as always, and wrapped correctly. This was our first visit at this location. The only thing I would do different is to have a third member helping out, especially when it's busy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway during my recent visit. The server, Madeline, was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. Her attitude was unpleasant, and she made my sandwiches carelessly. To make matters worse, she was wearing long nails that were visibly poking through her gloves—something that is both unsanitary and concerning in a food service setting. What truly alarmed me was that she used the same gloves to handle both the food and the cash register. After touching the register, she went right back to preparing my sandwiches without changing gloves. This is a clear violation of food safety standards and frankly, it’s disgusting. I expect better hygiene and customer service from a brand like Subway. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure a cleaner and more respectful environment for future customers.

Ok, I just went into Subway in Maricopa and I ask a very simple question to the two ladies up front "Are the cookies fresh" and they looked at me as if I just created the Nuclear Bomb🤣🤣. One response was we make them fresh every day and the other one response was, they were just made. Now come one which is it, and it is 3 pm in the afternoon. The store opened at 8am, if fresh made daily meaning at 8 am, that's 7 hours of cookies chilling in the display box. If just made as the other lady stated, then I was expecting a nice warm chewy chocolate chip cookie. Let's just say this with they over cooked the cookies or credit goes to the morning crew, because those cookies were not fresh and the went in the trash. How about when a customer ask if the cookies are fresh, you say oh they were made with a time stamp, such as an hour a gog or this morning at 8am and then you let the customer decide if they still want to purchase them. No wonder why the majority of restaurant in Maricopa have negative reviews. Whoever the owner is have some pride in your food establishment and hire non attitude people that also has pride. It really is that simple. I sure did wanted me some fresh now chocolate chip cookies. Dang😎

I should have captured images prior to diving into the meal, but I couldn't resist indulging in a satisfying dinner. The fine dining experience that Roots Eatery offers in this small town is remarkable. Their rib eye surpasses the steaks I've had at renowned establishments like Maestros, Flemmings, and other top-notch steak houses.
We were searching for local spots in Maricopa to take our visiting family from Canada and came across Roots Eatery—and we’re so glad we did! We were looking for something unique and local, and Roots hit the mark perfectly. The atmosphere was welcoming and casual, and the food was absolutely delightful. Each dish had a fun twist that made it stand out without being too out-there. You can really tell they put thought into the flavors and presentation. Our whole group enjoyed their meals, and it quickly became one of those places you know you’ll want to return to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for something a little different and a lot delicious!

I mean, I don't know where to start. This is a cute restaurant tucked away like the hidden gem it is! The staff are not just friendly, they are welcoming. Definitely feels like a neighborhood spot with a chef that just happens to create flavors out of this world! We started with the seasonal flatbread and the bruschetta. Both options were incredible. For our entrees, I went with the blackened salmon with brocolini and smashed potatoes. My husband had the Aunt Mary's pasta. The portions were ample and everything was flavored well. And had to try the creme brulee and so do you!! It's sooo good. This is a perfect date night, friends night, solo date, or family night spot. Plenty of options without being overwhelming. Definitely coming back!

A few ways to describe our experience would be "beer on a champagne budget", and "cutting corners at every step". We went here because we saw a photo of a large mound of cheesecurds on one of their reviews but they no longer serve it. We had gone back and forth on where to eat for quite some time, and the reviews said the food was really good, so we just decided to stick around and eat here anyway. We walked in and were seated right away. As we walked past all the other tables, I noticed how the plates and sizes of portions were smaller than normal places, and they looked kind of silly in how they chose to display their foods. It was as if they were trying to be fancy, but didnt know how, and it was a bit cringey and funny, but the reviews said the food was good, so I told myself it will be fine and still stayed. We ended up asking to be seated outside, which was really great. Our server brought us water in plastic cups, and I started off with a "glass" of chardonnay. I was annoyed when it arrived in a double-walled metal tumbler with the restaurant named printed on it.. it looked like they got it off Etsy, and even more annoyed when my Chardonnay tasted old and flat. The menu didnt have anything I really wanted, and only allowed for sides with their most expensive items, which was a bummer because I wanted Alfredo with a salad, but would have to pay $5 extra per side item. I settled on a chicken pot pie and hoped for the best. My partner ordered a 14oz New York steak medium rare with mashed potatoes and a Ceasars salad, and I ordered the chicken pot pie with potato fingerlings and a Ceasars salad. We were offered to recieve our salads first, which we accepted, and when it came out, it was HUGE!! I suggested to my partner "of course its huge, they want you to be full so you are less upset when the rest of your meal comes out with small portions", and he agreed. The salad tasted good though. When the rest of our meal meal came, my plate looked hilarious. I wasn't really sure what potato fingerlings were, but I was picturing small breakfast potatoes slice longways or quartered, sprinkled with Italian herbs and seasonings. No, these were sliced deep fried puffs of potatoes. My pot pie was somewhat small, and tasted really odd, almost as if there was dill in it, and I did not really like it but the consistency was nice. The potato gingerlings were arranged in a rounded fashion halfway around the pot pie, with a giant opem space on the plate that just looked unnecessary, and could have been arranged better. I asked for ketchup for my potatoes fingerlings, and I was brought ketchup packets, which is unsanitary and gross, and inconvenient. This is not a McDonald's drive-thru, please do not treat your customers like it is. My partner's plate appeared equally silly. His mashed potatoes tasted as if there was more butter and heavy cream in them than they should call for. They tasted interesting and not horrible, but who doesnt like a little mashed potatoes with their butter and cream? Just odd, and as if someone does not know what they are doing. Also, it was lukewarm, which he seemed okay with, but it really irritated me (again), as our food should be hot when it gets to us. I tasted his steak, which was also only lukewarm, and undercooked, which might explain the lack of temperature, which is still not okay. If we pay $40 for a plate, it better be excellent, and this was NOT excellent. There also seemed to be a lack of seasonings on his steak. Steak tastes good alone, but a little extra something would have gone a long way. We then ordered a dessert to-go each. He ordered the flourless chocolate cake, and I ordered the creme brulee. The flourless chocolate cake tasted like an overabundance of cocoa powder and he struggled eating it. My creme brulee tasted excellent!! However, the portion was miniscule. Overall, we were very disappointed in our experience with this restaurant, and will not be going back. We felt like this restaurant did everything they could to cut corners and while maintaining high prices.

We went to Roots on a Saturday for lunch with another couple. It was highly recommended by several patrons, one of whom greeted us on our way in and said he had been there a dozen times. I otters the Roots plater, a breakfast dish, eggs, very good sausage, a nice pancake. The other couple order the fish fry and a large hamburger. Everyone was very satisfied. The service was slow, but understandable as the place was full, so we ate in the patio. I think I would try to get inside. The service might be a little faster. Our server was a bit harried. We will certainty give it another try!

We headed in for brunch. The coffee is served in lil presses...awesome. I ordered the Italian burger, w pesto, mozzarella and basil. It was very good. The fries were crisp and delicious. I also was able to get gluten free bread as an option. My husband had an egg scramble w smoked pork, and they ask if you like your hash browns crispy or not. Yummm. We are glad to see this local gem still open, and they now have outside patio seating. It is not large, but a great local feel w great food. We have used them for catering years ago, and are glad to see this place doing fab.

This place is a hoot. Servers were totally on point with our family, making sure we were taking care of without being annoying. A few of us were recovering from some sick and couldn't eat anything too heavy so we opted for soups and boy did they deliver. We will probably visit again to take on something more solid but otherwise a great place in Maricopa.

If you're on the hunt for a delicious pizza experience, look no further than Papa Johns Pizza. This popular take-out and delivery chain offers an array of classic and specialty pizzas, alongside tasty wings, sides, and desserts. Their signature crust is generously slathered with their unique pizza sauce and topped with real mozzarella cheese that melts to perfection. One standout option is their pepperoni pizza, which boasts pepperoni in nearly every bite—making it a fan favorite.
I visited the Papa Johns Pizza located at 41620 Casa Grande Highway Suite 107 in Maricopa, Arizona on a Saturday afternoon. I picked up an order I placed and paid for on the internet. I ordered Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites and used a promo code to save 20% and the total including tax was $6.08. The food was ready when I arrived and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 seconds. The Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites were hot and fresh. They were delicious. I would try them again, especially with the promo code to save money.

Ordered here for lunch. Was just ok. Got a medium sausage pizza asked for well done. It was just cooked normally. Had a little too much sauce and not enough cheese. Service was good and didn’t take long for my order to be ready but also store seamed kind of slow when I got my order so maybe it should have taken a little longer and my pizza would have been well done. Overall not bad but not great either. If there is another pizza spot close I would probably choose else where next time.

Normally, I would give this a five-star rating Foods always good the people who usually deliver their always friendly if not cordial but when I went to open up my food I opened up my dessert box with the cinnamon pulls and it was a square cut out of it and I'm thinking why in the hell would somebody just cut out a square just a snack on somebody else's food or what did they do to it once they cut that squirrel so they're really kind of shocked me but besides that the wings were okay Ranch is kind of Tangy I don't know if it's old but it's okay

Yikes! Contacting the Health Department in Maricopa’s Papa John’s. Pizza pans on the dirty floor. Tables so disgustingly dirty. Be warned, the cashier WILL handle money and then MAKE your pizza. No hand washing and no gloves. Yuk I’d rather throw away money than return here.

IHOP, a beloved chain known for its extensive selection of pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes, is the perfect spot to satisfy your morning cravings. If you're in Maricopa, don't miss out on their delightful waffle offerings like the New OREO Cookie Crumble Waffle or the Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles. For those who prefer something lighter, their veggie egg white omelette is a standout choice, often accompanied by fresh fruit for a healthy touch.
Edit: I just ordered the veggie egg white omelette online for pickup and was very disappointed with the order. No fruit included. My favorite egg white omelette ! IHOP has the best veggie egg white omelette ever! Comes with a side of fruit - this is great healthy food for anyone who watches what they eat. One of the managers at this location came by and made sure everything was ok and asked for feedback. The only thing I would suggest for this location is to make it more obvious that it's open 24/7. At night from the street it looks closed. If I were managing this location I'd get a folding sign I could put out on the 347 that says IHOP open 24 hours.

So, we went just before 4 pm there was only one server but, it was slow. Unfortunately the poor guy was also acting as host and cashier. When we got our food it looked good. The flat ware was so nasty. My fork was dirty. I grabbed another set off of another table it was also dirty. I found another set on another table. Yup you guessed it dirty. I completely lost my appetite. We took our food to go.

My family and i are done with this IHOP. Today, i was super hopeful that the service would be at-least decent since there were only 3 other families in the restaurant, boy was I was wrong. The young lady who served us killed my mood. I was in high spirits but she was CLEARLY not. She made it very obvious she had a headache and was not in the mood to be at work. We ordered rather quickly and yet, our food still took 45mins to come out! We ordered a appetizer, a simple side (garden) salad and a country fried steak plate. My husband and i thought his hour lunch would have been enough time for him to enjoy a simple birthday meal before going back to work, but due to the long wait, we had to take it to go, pay and be on our way. The waitress stated they had 18 tickets in the kitchen which is why our meal took sooo long. Mind you, there were only 3 tables of patrons inside with us, Two who have already been served. My salad and my husbands mozzarella sticks must have taken 45mins to make. This is not the first time we have been left with a bad taste in our mouth, however, we hoped since it had been a long while since we have been there, that the service would be different. I sadly will not be enjoying our towns IHOP and i will be making the trip to another one outside of town.

Take out order 8/16/2025. Staff was excellent. Very disappointed with the “side order” of fruit, literally 4 pieces of fruit, strawberry was cut in half. For the cost definitely not worth it. Asked for gravy on the side, clearly printed on receipt, not correct. This was not a hard order to fill, yet the minimum recommended tip is 18%, restaurant was not crowded. Tipping is not an issue for me, but when simple orders can’t be correctly filled, make me not want to go back. One more chance.

You can almost count on IHOP to have a consistent meal, even though they changed their menu, the meals are still consistently good, the service is very good, and they count on you wanting a refill on your coffee ☕️, they bring you a small coffee pot that holds 2 full cups of coffee. They also come back to your table every 15 minutes or so, just to check to see how things are and if you need anything else.

I am not a big IHOP fan due to previous experiences, but today I received the most amazing service ever. I was seated immediately. I want to highlight what made my experience grand. I had a server by the name of, Aaron. This guy was running the whole dinning area, and I was amazed. He kept a smile the entire time, and I personally felt overwhelmed for him. He made everything look easy and maintained professionalism. He appears to have very good emotional regulation and didn't appear to stress easily. There were about 6 tables full and people kept coming and Aaron kept smiling and welcoming people in. This young man deserve all of the accolades coming his way! Great job.

Group of 4 ordered. One a burger in which the buns were ROCK hard. Waiter was nice and brought new ones. My friend and I ordered gluten free pancakes and they had the worst sour taste. We’ve eaten these several times at other locations and that was not in fact normal. Waiter said gluten free probably taste different. Not true at all. Not to mention, they have an E rating … Probably won’t return to an ihop again.

The online order and carryout went normally, thou it took a minute for anyone to help me despite the restaurant being deserted mid day on a Friday, which was a little concerning, but the pizza and breadsticks tasted good. The micro cinnamon rolls are not worth the price, especially if you're ordering for more than 2 people.

Ordered an Ultimate Bundle. There is a lot of food for the price. 2 medium pizzas, cheesy breadsticks, 8 buffalo chicken nuggets. The Original Pan pizza was not as advertised, had zero crisp and was soggy and floppy. Absolutely disgusting. The Tavern style was as advertised and had a nice crisp. The bread sticks were same as Pan Pizza soggy/raw. I had not been to Pizza Hut in 20 years. Definitely not the crispy pan of old that one would remember. I would rather get frozen. I rank them dead last for Pizza in Maricopa.

I called in an order for 20 wings a fry corn and ranch. I live 50 minutes away from the store Britney. The “manager” told me that I was lying and that my number appeared as being flagged because I had called the multiple times due to the fact that my order has been wrong, but I’ve never had a problem with them, because I always order onlineso I had to come back into the store Show them what I got in order for them to refund me my money because she basically called me a liar she told me that they had to check the camera footage and this had to go under investigation And talk to the cooks to see what happened. I drove back 40+ minutes and the “manager” in the store had to call the original “manager” and said that I did not bring the full order. I left with two bags when I picked up my order, but one bag just had ranch. I told him that they can check the cameras just like Britney told me that they would originally do, but they said no They were still calling me a liar at the store I paid $40.30 and they only refunded me $20 because that’s what I brought in. I told him that I paid $40 so I want the $40 back and he stated that I didn’t bring back the wings. I laughed and I told him I never got the wings. How am I supposed to bring them back and I wouldn’t have driven back 50 minutes just to get $40 back if I had my full order he ended up telling me to leave the store I told him no, I want my $40 back so the girl who be was on the phone with (because apparently he can’t do a simple Decision by himself As a “manager” 😂😂😭) The supposedly manager told him to call the cops on me I told them to go ahead I’m not in the wrong they threatened me to check the cameras then go ahead why don’t you do it now that I’m here. An hour and a half of a wait yet the store was not full A DoorDash person was having problems on getting her customers order saying that they had already picked it up they called the customer. The customer said they did not receive it and they’re basically calling the DoorDash a liar as well, another customer came up to me and told me that they did the same thing to her and they got her order wrong and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Very unprofessional staff ran by clowns 😂 and don’t like to admit that they are in the wrong and like to steal peoples money

Waited more than 30 min for an order. We were consistently told, we were waiting on fries. My bag sat there for a while after I watched batch after batch of fries come out. I forgot to mention that I pre-ordered through the app The Meal for Two which comes with fries. I added corn as an extra side. When I arrived, my food should have been ready. I waited over 30 min for my order even after I arrived for a preorder. So 33-35 min turned into well over an hour. So we get our order and the order confirming girl is taking everything out of the bag that had been sitting for over 30 min waiting on fries. No fries! She informs me that the order did not come with fries, the corn substituted the fries. By now I'm really disappointed. I waited over 30 min past pickup time for fries just to be told no fries. Why in the heck was my order sitting there for over 30 min waiting on fries? I left but decided to return to talk with a manager. I saw what appeared to be the manager come out with her cell phone to her ear, wash her hands (I think - her back was turned to me) then go back to the back. A young girl who looks no more than 16 appears and identify herself as a manager. She says her name is Priscilla. I asked to speak to her off to the side so as not to stand in the rest of the customers way. She did not move. I explained my situation and informed her that this really is unprofessional and a disservice. She asked if I wanted a refund. I told her that I would rather have the fries. She went to the back, came back and asked the others about my ticket. The gave her my name and she pulled the ticket. She read it to me as if I couldn't read. She said that there was no fries; the corn was a substitute. She didn't even offer to sell me fries. This place is a joke. They tried to tell me the black guy was the manager but he wouldn't come talk to me. Only this thing little girl approached and read a receipt. Wingstop, I keep having issues with your unprofessional WingStop employees regardless of location. This is truly disappointing. Every person there needs to be fired except the cashier. She was the only one truly doing her job professionally. I left and my daughter said her food was cold and if I didn't have such a long ride home, I would have turned around and insisted on a refund. I'm done. I'm calling corporate in the morning. This is ridiculous.

We did not her my husband name get called out either , the bag said Chris V , he did not get ask for his last name. Then another employee ask if I needed help I said yeah I want a refund please we waited for 40 minutes and I’m not going to eat cold food. We got our refund and left!! Just the worst bad experience ever and poor customer service when it comes to making it right for the customers!!

I had a terrible experience here. I arrived at the scheduled time for my pickup, but kept getting told “10 more minutes” which turned into nearly 40 extra minutes of waiting. The staff was not honest or upfront about wait times, and many other customers were experiencing the same issue. When we asked to speak with the manager, Brittney, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, she told us we could just get a refund and buy food somewhere else. No empathy, no accountability, and absolutely no customer service.

Ordered our meal and paid then were tood that the drink machine was down but would be up by the time our food was ready. When our food was ready, the machine was still down. Spoke to a manager and asked if we could have a bottled drink or some other substitution but he said no. No custoner service, basically told me i can sit there and wait or pay more for one of the bottles drinks.

Absolutely the worst wing stop ever. This is my 3rd time coming here it seems like the service gets worse and worse. This will be my last time coming. The fountain drinks taste horrible with an after taste as if it hasn’t been cleaned. We waited over an hour for our food and they got our order wrong twice. People who were dining in who came 20 mins after us got their food before ours. It seemed like they tended to the online orders before us. I understand they ordered online but we matter too. On top of that I watched a family of 3 order for dine in and they got their food before us as well. Well only 2 out of the family of 3 got their food and the other family member was still waiting and they told him that they were still waiting on his fries. Which didn’t make absolutely any sense. If he ordered a family meal they shouldn’t had brought out their food intel everything was complete. His family was eating without him I felt bad. While we were waiting for them to fix our order for the second time, I want to say we waited over 15 more mins to get our food & as we were leaving the gentleman who was with the family of 3 still didn’t get his fries. If you don’t keep going to cashier to ask what’s going on they will forget about you. Anyways the food wasn’t worth the wait as I went home to eat it my chicken was over cooked and burnt and my fries were really salty.

First time in. I have been wanting to stop and so glad I finally did. The service was excellent. The only thing I was disappointed in was not getting the brisket tacos or nachos that smelled and looked amazing. I chose to get a cowboy salad since I did not want to eat anything heavy after being in this heat all day. Must say it was amazing. Cleaned the plate. I had a duke beer on tap that was also very good. I truly enjoyed the place. I will be back again soon. Maybe later later tonight for a fried bologna sandwich. That's sounds like some good old comfort food to me.

First impressions: The 3 host were shockingly young but I remember being that age and having a hard time finding places that would hire, so I can appreciate a place that gives people an opportunity to work. Lots of items on the menu were completely blacked out to the point where I’m not even sure what they were out of. There was also no drink menu which is rough for us people that are not very knowledgeable when it comes to drinks. They were able to whip something up for me though that I really enjoyed. Food Mabey a bit over seasoned but overall very good. Price was pretty steep, almost 100$ after tip for just one person. My server Samantha H did a great job and served with a smile. I feel like if they get there supplies in order and get a drink menu I could give a 5 star. My only fear for the place is that due to the high price they might have a hard time keeping enough customers after the novelty of trying the new hot place wears off. There are not other cities near by so they will have to rely on just Maricopa ti be willing ti keep coming back and paying the price.

Duke was definitely a great experience. I requested a medium rare and got a medium rare. When asked for my side request, I asked the waitress to surprise me. And surprise it was. Definitely enjoyable and tasty. But probably one of the biggest plus for the new menu was the service. Top notch and friendly. A top of that, the owner was not only mingling with the patrons, but when he took note of those feeling a hit chilly he was quick to sneak to the side and adjust the thermostat. This business truly cares about their customer base. This place is a major win for growing city of Miracopa. There was a slight lag in the time it took to serve the meals, but it was the grand opening of the venue and super pack, so it's expect that they would be a bit overwhelmed and excusable. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for a fun night out with plenty of dancing and eating. All in all the service was amazing, food was delicious, the live bar was awesome, and the service was great!

Brian was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about his job. He answered all my questions with ease. You can truly see the craftsmanship behind everything here—made with both skill and heart. Thank you for opening up here in Maricopa and giving us a great experience filled with good music and a one of a kind vibe. The food was 8/10. My steak was slightly over cooked. Also the steak cut fries are not what you think they are, unfortunately. I was expecting a fresh cut potato... Will come back for the music and dancing. Hope the menu grows! You all are doing great! The staff is super friendly and super clean! I will be back for round two on the steak. Will update if round 2 🥩 was better than round 1 🥩.
Joy C — Google review
Great authentic atmosphere! We recommend reservations. The steak was really good; and so was the pretzel....that's about it. Overpriced, not for a steak place but for the quantity. Limited beer selection. Flies everywhere! Completely different menu for lunch - only 2 steaks available. We wouldn't have gone for lunch had we known. The number of flies was ridiculous! They need fly fans on every table. I bet this place is great on Friday and Saturday nights; steak, drinks and some two stepping!

(Update) I have now been to Duke's a total of four times and it only keeps getting better. I really do not understand all the negative reviews that I'm seeing. I've eaten. I've been for live music. I've been to the bar. All of it has been good every single time. (Edit) After my recent visit I thought I'd update my review, Duke's is even better than I had imagined, the atmosphere is perfect, the servers are great minus the upstairs bartender. Dukes really seems to have what it takes to make it and more, looking forward to more visits soon. This could be an absolute game changer for Maricopa, it can (if done right) prove that there is no need to make the terrible drive to Chandler or Phoenix for a proper night life experience. The success of Dukes could be the blueprint for our city moving from a dusty blip on the map to an actual destination, don't let us down.

Okay, y'all, check it out. This place gets 5 stars from me. I had the brisket tacos, they were fire!!! The meat was tender and juicy, and the flavor was on point. My wife had the pulled pork burger. It was great the meat was tender and juicy. I noticed that some of the reviews weren't very good. Don't judge this place on that. Try it for yourself. I give it a thumbs up. Oh yeah plus the bathrooms were clean. You know, I love me a clean public bathroom.😆😆😆😆😆😆

Okay, this place has great potential. The food was really good. It looks like a fun place. Our waiter, Sean was great but really had too many tables. He ran his butt off. The hostess should have given us a utensil set when she seated us, she did not. The assistant manager did not help anyone. He did not say hello to customers or anything, he just stood on the sidelines. The bar manager did not talk to customers except one, and she flirted with him. We go to the Hub a lot. The assistant manager could take lessons from them. They are not afraid to get their hands dirty if you know what I mean. The stage is great, the tvs add to the sports theme. It could be a really great place. As we left neither the assistant manager nor the bar manager acknowledged us, not saying thank you or asking us to come back.

Mexican restaurant
Nando's Mexican Cafe is a laid-back eatery that brings the vibrant flavors of Sonoran cuisine to life. This charming spot offers a delightful array of dishes, including their famous folded cheese crisp, which can be filled with your choice of grilled chicken, steak, or vegetables and comes with sour cream and pico de gallo on the side. The menu also features crispy burros loaded with your favorite fillings and topped generously with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
We took our Canadian family to Nando’s Mexican Café in Maricopa after finding it on Google, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! They wanted something more authentic, and Nando’s really delivered. The chips were fresh and crisp, and the mild salsa had such great flavor—zesty, fresh, and not overpowering. I had the two tacos with rice and beans, and the portions were generous enough to share. The tacos were perfectly seasoned and the beans tasted homemade. Honestly, it was one of the best Mexican meals I’ve had in a long time. Warm service, cozy vibe, and just all-around delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

After waiting 1yr to try because I was skeptical, I was absolutely right. I went last night and got the pasta and nachos. I'm very disappointed! The presentation is on point but the food has no flavor! The chicken on the nachos was beyond bland, the re-fried beans didn't even have no flavor. The only flavorful item was the garlic bread that came with the pasta. The drinks are amazing! The food is not! I'll never eat here again.... but catch me at happy hour for the drinks only!

Our first order from Nando's was delivered from Uber. I have to say we were impressed (especially for a delivery order.) The portion sizes were huge! The flavor and texture of the food was great too. We will definitely be back.

I really liked this restaurant in Maricopa. I stopped by for lunch with a friend and everything was perfect. The place is cute and clean and the service was great. They have lunch specials for great prices, around $13 for each choice . We ordered a Chimichanga with rice and beans and enchilada, plus two margaritas. You get a lot of food and the drinks are also big. You also get fresh chips and salsa at the beginning. They even added some in my to-go order that I ordered separately. It's worth it and I'd stop by again when in Maricopa.

Tried Nando's brunch for the first time and the Sonoran Eggs Benedict with Carnitas was spot on, especially the perfectly poached eggs and tasty hollandaise. The staff are always super friendly and make the experience great. I come here often for the margarita of the month, happy hour deals and the chill dog friendly patio.

Jole was a fantastic server! He knew we were there to take it slow and just hang out and paced all of our orders! Logan (manager) came over and gave us time to welcome us as it was our first time there and took care if us in a super friendly manner! Everything about the food we all ate was fantastic!!! From appetizers to entrees we had fresh and huge portions! The drinks were amazing! Highly recommend the margaritas!!! New favorite restaurant in Maricopa’s!!!

My complaint is about the God-awful Mexican Sliders I ordered today. Possibly the worst thing I've ordered at a restaurant. Who thought it was a good idea to drench the hamburgers in pepperjack cheese sauce should be tested for drugs because it was gross. The buns, which don't go with the burger are soggy and the meat was damn near raw. The only saving grace was the french fries which were pretty good if they weren't soaked in that nasty cheese sauce. I was under the impression it would come with a regular slice of cheese. Can't even take it home because everything is soaked in that sauce. Mexican sliders should be tacos, not these gross burgers artisan buns. Please don't serve them anymore. They are not a good representation of the food that your restaurant is known for. If that was my first time there, I would never go back. Just a little food for thought.

Wendy's is a quick-service burger establishment that offers various accompaniments like chili and baked potatoes. The restaurant specializes in speedy meal options, featuring an assortment of side dishes such as chili and baked spuds.
Litterally best breakfast in town! Can never go wrong with a JBC either. Unless thers no tomato or lettuce prepped/cut. Stay awesome with the signature sauce just a classic sauce making a come back under a new name!! Imma miss that sweet and sour but change happens!!

I used to go to Wendy's for good deals on good food, but it seems those days are over. I went later, so there was one car ahead in line and the lobby was already closed. Despite that, we waited nearly 10 minutes for the vehicle ahead of us to order, then discovered why when we got to the speaker and had to wait over 5 just to place our order. I get it was late, maybe you're a bit understaffed, but this happens all times of the day at this location, no matter how busy it is. That all wouldn't have been too bad if the food didn't come out how it did. Fries and nuggets seemed a bit old and cooled off. The sandwich has gotten significantly smaller lately (not the workers' fault, I know) but the amount of mayo and lettuce I received just made me laugh. It's no longer worth saving a few bucks, in my opinion.

July 2024 - This is a second review for the Wendy’s restaurant located at 21000 N John Wayne Pkwy, Maricopa, AZ. I visited the drive through around 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday. There were no vehicles in line when I arrived, so after looking at the menu, I ordered a Classic Chicken combo which by default comes with medium fries and drink. They tried to upsell the large but I declined. The total was $12.20 and they never offered or provided a sales receipt. I arrived home within 5 minutes and found the fries were starting to get cold and soggy, suggesting that they were not very fresh when placed into the bag. I was very disappointed in the Classic Chicken sandwich because of the chicken patty. The last time I ordered this item, the chicken was an actual chicken breast that exceeded the size of the bun. According to the online menu, this thing is made with “Chicken Breast Fillets with Rib Meat, Water, Seasoning. It’s tiny and roughly the circumference of the bun. It tasted ok in and of itself, but it’s very disappointing compared to the sandwich Wendy’s used to serve. I rated the previous visit with 3 out of 5 stars. This visit earned the same score, 3 out of 5 stars. [Edit - Review from July 2023] The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Oddly, the drive thru had only one car at 1 PM on a Saturday, so I got through quickly. The price seemed quite expensive for what I ordered, but when I got home, it looks like I got large fries and drink when I ordered small, otherwise, the portion sizes are unbelievably generous for a small. They only put one napkin in the bag, and it was drenched in grease from being set on top of the french fries.
Gamera O — Google review
Horrible experience. All the way from the service to the food. Order was messed up went back to the counter waited for 25 minutes to get my sandwich straightened out. Food was tasteless and by the way spicy chicken sandwich has been completely adulterated...... it's no longer a chicken breast Patty, it's just a processed Patty, it's smaller and not as spicy as it used to be. It was also dry as a bone! And thin! Since this is what I usually get at one of these, I'll unlikely be back for a long time, if ever. The food issue was not this locations problem.... it's the whole franchise. Give less and charge more. No thanks Wendy! When you charge more for a product and give the customer garbage you can figure on losing business.
John K — Google review
Used the drive thru. Wait was a long time. Asked for a burger, no cheese because of an allergy. They gave me cheese anyways. I didn't notice till I got home. Don't have the energy to call and let them know. They need to be careful, if they don't listen to customers orders, they may accidentally trigger someone's allergic reaction. Then this issue becomes way bigger. That's why I'm irritated with the current staff at this location.
Dev A — Google review
I have updated my review to 1 stars after the change to the shredded lettuce, very low quality and makes any sandwich taste infinitely cheaper. No more Wendy's until they revert. The coupons in the app have also gotten much worse, may as well eat elsewhere.

I've been here 4 times now. Every time has been a horrible experience. Cashiers have the worst attitude. fries and burgers are mediocre. Wait times are crazy even when it's dead. KIM has been the cashier twice out of the four times.

Dunkin' is a beloved staple in the coffee and breakfast scene, known for its signature offerings that keep customers coming back for more. Since opening its Maricopa location in 2018, this Massachusetts-based chain has been delighting patrons with their original blend drip coffee, which remains a fan favorite. For those looking to try something new, the Dunkalatte—a delightful fusion of coffee and milk—offers a taste reminiscent of a creamy milkshake.

Worst service EVER!! I had a mobile order get there stand in the mobile pick up area. I see 2 drinks I see a worker walking in my direction I smile and she just turns doesn’t acknowledge me…. Ok rude! Employees walk up and down walk up to where I’m standing NO ONE FREAKEN acknowledges me, or asks me are you waiting for an order what’s the name nothing!!!! UNTIL some other girl walks to where I’m standing mobile pick up, they acknowledge her right away give her her drink and then ask me what’s the name of your order tell her my name …. Guess what my drink was one of the 2 drinks that has been sitting there this whole time!!!! I’m literally crashing out NEVER had this bad of an experience at a Dunkin. I waited a whole 7 minutes I know not a long time but if they had ask me/ acknowledged me when I walked up to the mobile pick up I would of just walked in and not because my drink was ready the whole time. Anyway their Customer Service sucks.

Whoever own’s this restaurant needs to fire the entire staff! Let me constructively explain; Yesterday I walked in at the end of a possible rush, yet still noticeably less crowded than normal to originally order a donut and two hash browns. When I looked at the donut options that were available, as I was weighing my options, I saw a fly land on several of the donuts. Now, in this particular store they DO NOT keep their bakery items encased/ enclosed. But when I discreetly told the cash handler about the fly/ flies she merely turned around and used her hand (no glove no tissue paper no napkin) to dust onto the donuts moving away the fly. So I ended up just ordering a coffee and two hash browns. But wait… there’s more! Then when I stepped down to the hand off part of the counter while waiting on my order, a young woman with her kids were also waiting. At which she had ordered a sandwich and some other items that went along with her order. However, upon receiving her and going through the food she noticed something missing on her sandwich(es) and had gotten the attention of another staff member who then relayed the message to the young lady who was working in the cooked foods and prep counter. The young lady at THAT counter took the sandwich that had been touched and examined by now THREE people (two of which no gloves including the customer) and placed the sandwich back in the toaster. Under codes R9-8-103 and Statutes 36-974, these are definite violations. Now as to how severe of a violation would determine what happened to the individuals once ingested I suppose. Now, I do not leave many reviews because I’m not “One of those”. But this is NOT the first time I’ve come to this location and had been disgusted or dissatisfied with the quality or service experience. I keep giving them a chance because when I patronize other stores (Dunkin Donuts) off the island it’s usually pleasurable. So in effort to hoping that they “get it together”, THIS is my first step. (To be honest, alerting the staff was my first step and should be everyone’s first step) After this, IF I decide to go back (out of convenience) and I see something else, I’m calling corporate as my next step. After that, well, take a wild guess. Constructive solution; Fire the entire staff Make them reapply Retrain all of them on ADOSH ordinances and statutes (properly) Encase the baked goods area Make everyone wear hair nets AT ALL TIMES! I hope that this review comes across as a clear warning of concern, yet not to be taken lightly. The good folks here in Maricopa deserve sound, safe food handling and service. Not just any type of service because due to locale.

This place sucks. Took 15minutes after ordering a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. Was told to park in the parking lot from the drive thru. I went in the store. They didn't acknowledge me. Hello, The food is great because it is Dunkin. However, this is the only reason I return The service is always slow and when I went today, a man had two dogs sitting at the table and he was feeding them right there. This is a health code violation. They weren't service dogs. And even if they were, you are not allowed to have them at the table and feeding them off of it. It is really gross how much people that own dogs are allowed to get away with. I am severely allergic to dogs so this is one more place I can no longer go

Nestled in the heart of the city, Asian Seoul's COPA KITCHEN is a hidden gem that offers a delightful dining experience. Whether you're stopping by for an early dinner or brunch, you'll find plenty of space and no wait time. The restaurant recently introduced a full brunch menu featuring tempting options like French toast and chorizo egg rolls. Guests rave about the attentive service, with friendly staff members and even personal visits from the owner who takes pride in her culinary creations.
We brought some Canadian family to Copa Kitchen while they were visiting and wanted them to try something local—and wow, what a great choice! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and quirky, and it set the tone for what turned out to be one of our favorite meals in Arizona. Our waitress, Stephanie, was an absolute gem—energetic, helpful, and genuinely delightful. She made us feel so welcome and added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. The food was incredibly tasty with creative flavors that still felt comforting and familiar. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. Copa Kitchen definitely surprised us in the best way possible! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great local spot in Maricopa.

My first visit, stopped in for lunch on a Thursday with two friends. We all got Bento boxes. My friends selected the chicken teriyaki (they said was very good) and I got the beef bulgogi. The shrimp tempura was wonderful as was the gyoza, the beef bulgogi and the Korean style fried rice. Then our server Stephanie talked us into getting the cheesecake egg rolls for dessert with the raspberry sauce and it was so delicious. We will be back again.

Tried the burger and the hawaiin mash mac thing and they weren't my preference, however everything else was... especially the noodles and desserts. Combo noodles and Fried bananas with strawberry dipping sauce were the best hands down. The waitress was awesome and not bad looking either. Best part was the personality of both the food and the waitress as well

This restaurant is a true hidden gem! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated—every bite was better than the last. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The menu had something for everyone, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Stephanie. She was absolutely stellar—attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to offer excellent recommendations. Stephanie anticipated our needs before we even asked, kept our drinks filled, and made us feel like valued guests. Her friendly and professional attitude added such a personal touch that turned a great meal into a truly memorable dining experience. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food paired with top-notch service. Stephanie—she will make your experience unforgettable! I actually took a video during our visit because the food looked so good, but I couldn’t even clip it to do it justice—so instead, I’ll just say this: go in and have a bite for yourself! You won’t regret it.

First and last time to this restaurant. I want to try it out. I ordered Korean sauce chicken wings 1 out of 10 and chicken fried rice 2 out of 10. The wings were too salty and a little spicy. The wings were by the pound, but I can purchased uncooked whole wings for $16 for 4.46lbs at Fry’s. The fried rice was dry and tasteless. I make better fried rice at home. My son ordered honey garlic wings and beefy Seoul noodles. The noodles were an 8 out of 10. The wings were light on flavors 5 out of 10. Moving on to the next restaurant in Maricopa.

At first was very hesitant to try because no cars outside kinda looked dead, but we decided to try, once we entered very friendly and welcoming, clean and greeted when we first open the door. Food came right on time, happy hour was awesome deal we got bulgogi fries, bento box and fried rice with kids meal as well, best part was mango sticky rice to top it off. Prices are great and when we left still very friendly. Will be back in future. Thanks for great service today guys :)

All in all a great experience with happy service with people watching inbetween. The dessert from our bento box was delicious and looked great. I don't usually take pictures but it just presented well. My aunt will be out here so I will probably take her as a surprise.
