We had a great dive trip with Mexico Divers and Silvana! We ended up with just us in the boat and got to talk through our dive sites and pick the best one for us. Lots of life and a fun easy dive! Definitely a great company to go with if you’re looking to go off Island Mujeres. Plan to arrive 30 mins early and check the ferry schedules to make sure you’re on time.

Was recommended to Mexico Divers recently during our family trip to Isla Mujeres and what a great recommendation and a Fantastic trip. I reached out in advance to a different dive shop and never heard back after the initial email. So I asked our VRBO Concierge Hank for a recommendation and he said Mexico Divers. For a week or two before we arrived Selene and I communicated by email & WhatsApp and it was Fantastic service and response. A few days before our dive and after we'd paid a deposit, Selene contacted me to let me know that the weather for that day was questionable or worse. We rearranged our schedule to another day with no issues. We had a party of 6 and I wanted a private boat because we had one snorkeler, 2 doing the beginning diving session and 3 experienced divers. They say Of Course and No Problem. When we headed out on the boat with just my Family, we had Lue to stay with our snorkeler, Carlos the dive master for our Beginning divers & Logan with the rest of us. It was Perfect and everyone had a Fantastic time. Selene & the group are a top notch organization and I would HIGHLY Recommend them if you are in Isla Mujeres and want to Dive or Snorkel. The hostess was incredible. So very nice and she was very knowledgeable. We booked the private boat, it made more sense for 4 of us to be able to start our day a little later at 10:30am. It was awesome. We didn’t run into any other boats at that time. And Enrique, our guide, was awesome. They also offered water, soda and watermelons.

We had a wonderful time with Enrique on our snorkeling trip. Selena is always a complete joy to work with! Thanks so much and we will see you next time!

Very good experience with Logan. Selena was very kind and welcoming. Good equipment and nice slow instructions. I would highly recommend!

Just recently did the 2-tank Adventure Dive with Mexico Divers, and everything was top notch. After booking, communication was all done through WhatsApp, and was very easy and smooth. They arranged the boat to pick us up at our hotel dock, on the south side of the island, which made things incredibly easy. Our divemaster Charlie was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about diving and marine life conservation. The dive sites were great. We did a wreck and a reef. The visibility was amazing, as you'd expect, and there were tons of beautiful fish and coral. Additionally, it just ended up being the two of us and Charlie, so we essentially ended up with a private dive charter. If I'm ever back in Isla Mujeres, I would absolutely dive with Mexico Divers again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of going snorkeling with the crew at Mexico Divers. Everyone that works there is so nice. From the woman in the office that fitted us for our equipment to our guides, Logan and Oscar. I would highly recommend everyone to use Mexico Divers for your next water adventure.

What a shame!! A beautiful day was ruined by bad information and greed. It was New Year Eve day and we decided to spend it at the beach club. We turned up and paid the 500 per person plus another 500 for the bed loungers. We ordered a drink, then we went for a swim all lovely. At 1.10pm, we were just going to go out for another swim when our beach waiter informed us that both the kitchen and the bar were closing at 2 pm because of New Year Eve. That was it no service after 2pm. I asked to speak to the manager. The man who took our money came over. I explained the problem and he said that he was sorry that he hadn't told us about the closing but he would sort out the bill. When the bill came, nothing had been changed, and the full charges were there. I asked the waiter if the bill was correct and he said yes. So I paid it no tip ( it was my only way of registering my upset. No one cares at this place. I received a meat burger instead of a shrimp so that went back the fries were cold so that went back. It tries to be good but no one cares. Such a shame. Greed.

I am a regular here and always love the beach and the service, but today Adan made our experience really unpleasant. From the moment we got there his attitude was very negative and unwelcoming. We ended up leaving after a few drinks - a shame.

The beach is lovely, calm, very relaxing place. It belongs to a beach club, if you buy some food there or a drink, the entrance is free as well as the swimming pool. The only problem is that it might be a lot of seaweed, most likely when the wind comes from the sea, so the waiter told us. We didn't manage to swim.

The place is amazing, but not cheap. Very nice and polite guests. Continuos breeze so its feels comfortable, even when its hot. Palapas on the beach, restaurant., cabañas and rooms available. Some camping allowed but call in advance for information regarding camping and rv's Sure, paddle surfing, scuba, snorkel also available from third party vendors.

Riviera Maya, we have a problem! Or should I better say: capitalism? We must change the way we treat Nature now! My little ones and me picked up plastic from the beach everyday, sometimes for one hour. If many help, it would make a difference. If we teach our children, change might happen.

It's a nice and relaxed cove with some snorkeling. Not good for swimming, lots of stones and rocks. When arriving you need to verbally confirm that you're not bringing food or drinks as they want you to purchase at the restaurant. Just confirm with a smile and walk to the right of the beach to enjoy Paamul beach in the shade of a palm tree.

Very nice place. Excellent beach, has a tables and shadow and a little piscine . Very recommend
