Café Olé International Restaurant & Bar is a beloved gem nestled in Puerto Aventuras, captivating both locals and travelers since 1995. This vibrant spot offers an enticing array of dishes that span from traditional Mexican fare to American classics, with seafood and daily specials adding to the culinary adventure.
Café Olé is definitely one of our favorite spots to haunt as locals. The food is always great, service is great, they have different daily specials and in the evening, usually have some music going.
Stacy Z — Google review
Visited Cafe ole most days whilst on our daily walks around the marina always a lovely welcome and great service from Manager Ebo , Gabriel and the staff. Good food great prices and excellent service. With live music most days and the all you can eat pork ribs menu on Sunday we always enjoyed our time. Would highly recommend 👌
Gary J — Google review
My friends and I went twice to Cafe Ole for drinks at the bar on the side. Antonio was our bartender both times and he was awesome! The drinks were so good, the atmosphere was chill and fun. Recommend for a nice afternoon beer or cocktail!
Caitlin C — Google review
Even though we are in an all inclusive resort, we come here everyday. Ebo and all the guys are so welcoming they are all Such friendly lovely staff, great food and prices. Highly recommend for chilling and eating good food. AND! They have fantastic music too! Sorry, I edited because they even managed to get my son and hubby up to sing. Gutted we’re going home tomorrow

Wow we hubby and I had an absolutely super time last night when Elvis dropped in and sang and gyrated his heart out. The show was incredible and the place was packed with fans. Arrive early when Elvis is scheduled for a visit because locals know they are in for a good time and you could be left in the street, missing the fun times. We danced outside the restaurant where there is a little square and it was fun fun fun. Besides our drinks we shared a platter of coconut shrimps with cocktail sauce and hubby declared the dish to be delicious. I only managed a few of the stragglers and enjoyed them thoroughly. This place has very attentive servers and everyone seemed super happy to be there. If you are situated in such a closed gated community you had better deliver and they sure did.
Jane D — Google review
Stopped in for an after dinner dessert and coffee and felt like I hit the jackpot. The cinnamon cheesecake was absolutely outstanding, and I enjoyed it even more paired with a cappuccino. Desserts are handmade by the owners wife, and the love that goes into them is apparent. We’ll try the carrot cake next time, which is the bartender’s favorite.

We were here with 2 friends in February. I ordered a burrito and it was horrible. No rice, no beans but just all meat (this was after telling me that the brisket was sold out). The owner seems to think I wanted something to complain about and I am not. I did complain to the person who claimed to be the owner, but I guess he was not. I know what I ordered and it didn't come as a burrito, not sure what it was (I even asked if the chef was Mexican and he said he was, but I'm not sure). Also, ALL the chairs need cushions as they are very hard wood to sit on and very uncomfortable. Apparently that day there was some sort of tournament and they took all the cushions and they requested horrible music (American music). This is Mexico and no matter what, play nice Mexican music. They catered to these people it seems, but don't care about their other paying customers. I won't go back anyways, but don't think because someone is posting a review, they are not telling the truth per my other review. Thank you.
JoanneGV — Google review
I originally stopped by to grab a quick pint but ended up talking to the staff and they couldnt be better, not once did I feel like the conversation was dying out, it was like talking to a good friend you havent seen in decades. Honestly a great place full with honest people. They have some good deals on from time to time

When exploring the culinary scene, one can't overlook Restaurant Latitude 20, a beloved local gem that captures the essence of Caribbean dining. Nestled under a charming palapa by a serene lagoon, this eatery specializes in traditional grilled dishes without any deep-frying in sight. Guests can indulge in mouthwatering options like fish tacos and jerk Jamaican chicken while enjoying an easygoing barefoot vibe. Depending on the night, you might be serenaded by Latin rhythms or classic tunes from Disco to Jazz.
The best restaurant in Puerto Avenues! They grill meat, fish and vegetables to perfection! We had beef fillet one night, and had to go back because it was sooo good. Grilled beef fillet with large baked potato and vegetables was only $10 in US dollars!! I strongly recommend this restaurant. Servers are friendly and professional. Perfect eat out place.
S S — Google review
THEY MUST BE PAYING FOR ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS. Such a shame- the place is cute but the food is so bland. We ordered the grilled fish which was very under-seasoned and the rice wasn’t properly cooked. Service is subpar not sure how it has 4.5. The serve tried to force us to tip after giving us the worst service.
Stacy K — Google review
Before our trip, we read restaurant reviews, and this one was among the top recommendations. So far, it’s offered the best food we’ve tried in PA. We had 2-for-1 drinks, grilled chicken with vegetables, and some appetizers. The place is lovely, the staff is polite, and the food was excellent — we’ll definitely be coming back
E W — Google review
The food and prices were amazing, and the waiters didn't really have the personalities I'd expect in such a fun environment. I mean, both nights we were there, the entertainment performing was incredible. But the waiters seemed miserable with no sense of humor or personality. We discovered this place, unfortunately, 5 days before we left, and we're definitely impressed by the prices and great tasting food offerings. Will definitely go there again. I hope maybe the servers were just having bad days and hopefully step up there personality's and relax a bit. The coconut curry grilled chicken was awesome. I did have a burger another night but didn't get any pictures.
R H — Google review
What a great spot to get away from the usual resort food. Excellent jumbo shrimp and BBQ ribs. Friday night had a great live band - it was an older crowd but it was bumping! Excellent pricing as well!
Rob M — Google review
Went here for lunch and the food and prices were great. We had chips and salsa, jumbo garlic shrimp and shrimp tacos. The food was good, so was the service. The prices were very reasonable. If you want a good and less expensive meal, this is the place to go.
C S — Google review
Incredible meal at Latitudes, made even better by live jazz! The arranchera steak was good, but the filet was so much better thanks to the next-level spice rub. Veggies were grilled to perfection. Can’t wait to try the other entrees!
Sarah H — Google review
Fantastic, hidden jem of a place. Great people. Fantastic food wonderful staff. Live band on the weekends. And also get to watch the dolphins play, listen to music, have few drinks. Talk with the local people. Have an all around great time.

The Pub is a popular restaurant known for its extensive menu of delicious Mexican cuisine, offering generous portions and well-prepared dishes. From tempting pancakes to delightful ice creams, the restaurant also boasts an impressive selection of beverages including draft beer, pina coladas, and margaritas. The reasonable prices and interesting atmosphere have made it a favorite among many customers. Situated on the marina, The Pub provides ample outdoor seating as well as a small air-conditioned interior with TVs.
Stopped off for a couple of fruit smoothies, ice cream & banana split. Whilst watching the bottlenose dolphins. The next day we had a ribeye steak & fish & chips. Ovet our waiter was excellent, he was recommended my ribeye & he was right. It was superb. Thank you Ovet you did us a great service. Good luck in your bright future. From us, from 🇬🇧
Lee B — Google review
My family ate here the most while in Mexico in March 2024. The service was wonderful and food was enjoyable. The Pub offers menu with both local/international options. Their adult drinks menu includes whiskey, wine, beer, and mixed drinks. By no means is the restaurant five-star dining but I can see why the restaurant always had many diners. I had the chicken tacos and the chicken fajitas twice during the week and would highly recommend these for the diner with a healthy appetite. Children (and adults) can enjoy the dolphin shows in the lagoon next to the restaurant.
Nathan H — Google review
We stayed at the nearby dreams resort and came to the Pub for beers and chips/guacamole. The dips were great and the beer was cold. 2 stars off service because we couldn't find anyone to order in the first place and same when we wanted the bill. We also found the manager awkward as he took our photo and then tried to sell us personalized shot glasses. No thanks!
Kara S — Google review
Great place to eat with amazing service!
Ryan H — Google review
The food was very large and easily could be split. Unfortunately it was one of the worst margaritas I have ever had, Which was super disappointing And the toilet did not have a seat lol. It was some of the hottest hot sauce. I have ever eaten.
Tami T — Google review
The salad with avocado and shrimp was delicious. Service was very good. Some fans in the outdoor seating area for air circulation would have been nice.
Victoria R — Google review
Wonderful service, amazing food with large portions. They explain everything, and are willing to mix natural fresh fruit juices in pitchers. Price was fair and there was great scenery of dolphins
Sam S — Google review
Really loved the shrimp and avocado salad - so much that I went back twice for the same dish! The area is expensive and this place is one of the least expensive and the portions are huge! The cerviche was also good and well served. The staff were not unfriendly but they could have been a little more pleasant, that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

This beloved spot has captured the hearts of both locals and visitors with its commitment to quality, using only fresh ingredients for an unforgettable taste experience. With a diverse selection of flavors—including gluten-free options—there's something for everyone to enjoy. The friendly owner, Martin, often greets guests personally, adding a warm touch to your visit.
Absolutely amazing place. Lovely gentleman who was well travelled and had great conversation. The standard and flavours of the ice cream and sorbets were exceptional. Highly recommend and worth the walk to find it. Will be back again tomorrow!

Unbelievable gelato. Top quality stuff here! When I saw the price, one of two things had to be true: 1) The gelato was authentic and delicious 2) I was getting scammed I'm sure based on other reviews you've seen, I was not scammed. This gelato was worth every penny! I've taken a gelato making class in the past where I learned how important it is to maintain gelato at the correct temperature to maintain its consistency.. They do it right here at Jessie Gelato! Friendly staff, amazing flavours and generous scoop sizes! I would definitely come back here again! P.S. - the surrounding area is beautiful for a walk!
Kyle S — Google review
This is BY FAR... the BEST gelato we've ever had. All made fresh every day. So silk, smooth and tasty!!! The owner was there and told us how everything is made fresh. The employees were so very nice and had us taste a few gelato before making our selections. I had THE best vanilla gelato. My brother had the mint one and also his BEST ever. Do not go to Puerto Aventuras without going to Jessie Gelato!! A MUST DO.
Luc M — Google review
The concierge at our hotel recommended Jessie Gelato to us, describing the hurricane procedures sign outside (Evac Plan: Grab a Gelato and Run like hell). We were so excited to find it and blown away at how delicious the gelato was. It is the best gelato I've had in a long time, if not ever. We tried two different flavors and they were equally great.
Erin O — Google review
The best ice cream ! Really homemade and amazing flavors… don’t forget to ask what else they have in their back freezer. Amazing!
Nathalie G — Google review
The absolute BEST place to get a gelato in the whole town. Fun atmosphere and the staff is super friendly.
Derrick P — Google review
IMO, the best gelato in PA. Martin, Liz and the staff are great.
Gerry C — Google review
Jessie's Gelato is always a good place to stop by if you are visiting Puerto Aventuras. Plus they are in the Marina area so you can just get a Gelato, sit down on a bench and watch the dolphins do their thing.

Stopped by this morning with my son. Best place to get a real expresso coffee. My son got a banana smoothie. The staff was very friendly and they had many great options to eat. Also had a custom fruit juice to go. It was so good.freshly squeezed orange juice you name it.

This was our meeting point before we boarded our fishing charter trip and glad it was. Stella was super friendly and advised us to order a few extra things for our trip and how right she was. Luckily we listened to her bc we were hungrier than we thought once out on the water fishing The bacon egg and cheese croissants, chicken quesadillas and the smoothies were all delicious and so appreciated once we were out on the water. Thanks Stella and Bamboo Cafe for the great food and advice.

This eatery is actually located at the docks where we boarded the Yacht, for an afternoon of fun. The food was good. The service was fast and friendly.
Shonda B — Google review
🚨BEWARE!!!!! they will overcharge you. It happened three times to me this week. The food and drinks are good but everything is super expensive to begin with and they overcharge you on top of it because they think you’re naïve. Two days in a row the male behind the counter automatically put a 20% tip on for himself without asking me. (I’ve worked in the service industry and always tip generously but that is not how you do it especially when all I ordered was a croissant) 🚨Today the blonde lady overcharged me $12. The prices are on the chalkboard so I knew i was correct. I went back an hour later and I asked how much should the three items I purchased cost. He put the correct number on the calculator and I said that’s not what I was charged. He then looked it up in the machine and tried to tell me that whip cream on my Frappuccino would be the $12 difference and then acted like there was a language barrier and he didn’t understand what I was saying. I only like to support businesses that have honesty and integrity in this place isn’t it!

Pelican Point

Seafood restaurant
Pelican Point in Puerto Aventuras is a standout restaurant known for its warm welcome and fresh fare. The owner, Guillermo, is not only knowledgeable but also entertaining, leaving visitors eager to try everything on the menu. The Caesar Salad for two is a must-try, prepared tableside. Accessible via a public footpath with some overgrown areas, the restaurant offers beautiful views and well-maintained beaches.
A Must-Visit in Puerto Aventuras: Pelican Point Restaurant Excels Again! Pelican Point never disappoints! I had the pleasure of dining there again today, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. For starters, I dove into the mussels in white wine. The flavor was absolutely incredible – a perfect balance of savory and herbaceous. The clams in their shells were equally delightful – the freshness shone through in every bite. But the real star of the show was the centollo crab for my main course. Spectacular doesn't even begin to describe it! The preparation was flawless, allowing the crab's natural sweetness to take center stage. To top it all off, I finished with a decadent chocolate mousse. It was the perfect ending to a truly memorable meal. This wasn't my first visit to Pelican Point – I first came in 2016, and it's become a must-do on every trip to Puerto Aventuras. The quality of the food is undeniable, and the flavors are truly mind-blowing. But it's not just the food; the service is outstanding as well. Guillermo, the owner, was fantastic – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Expect to pay a premium for this kind of quality, but it's absolutely worth every penny. Pelican Point is a culinary gem in Puerto Aventuras, and I can't wait to return for another incredible meal on my next visit!
Arturo D — Google review
This place was fantastic! The service was phenominal! I pulled my hand fan out because I was very hot and the (possibly owner or manager?) came and brought a large fan and directed it towards our table without us even having to say a word (it was very refreshing). They had a live saxophone player and they brought cute little flower clips for all the women (it was almost Mother's day). I had some of the best food I had in Mexico here. The rolls they serve before dinner were all different types to satisfy many pallettes. They had vegetarian menu options and one vegan option but could be served a few different ways. I had what I would equate to fettuccine alfredo and it was wonderful. We also shared a dessert which was delicious and had a dessert coffee (also delicious). I normally remember the names of the food/drink but it took me a month to write this review. I had a hard time finding it again on Google Maps but this experience was so wonderful I wanted to make sure they got this review! I will also shout out the gentleman that served us was so wonderful and accommodating, I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I will mention, this is a very nice so expect to pay for it. It is definitely on the higher price spectrum but you get what you pay for!
A H — Google review
I usually don’t leave reviews but this was extremely bad, worst place we have eaten at in PA so far. It’s so pretentious (trying to be french?), and expensive for what it is. The tuna steak was cold, 5 fries that came with it were also cold and weren’t cooked fresh (looked a few days old), boiled green beans - also cold. The place was empty (makes sense) and smelled of sadness and bankruptcy. Just go eat somewhere else.
Rasa R — Google review
Everything is wonderful. Guermo, the owner takes pride in his menu and each ingredient. He is extremely knowledgeable and inviting. The care and expertise that he portrays should be envied be every restaurateur.
Andrew E — Google review
Whilst spending 8 days in Puerto Aventuras we tried many of the best restaurants. There are many good options but, standing out far and above the rest, was Pelican Point. After being warmly welcomed by Guillermo, the host and owner, he brought refreshments and proceeded to explain the fresh fare and preparation. He is extremely knowledgeable and entertaining and left us, mouths watering, wanting one of everything. We started with the delicious Caesar Salad for two, made tableside. Next we had two of the three fresh catch entrees, Wahoo and Grouper. These dishes, prepared as recommended by Guillermo, were exceptional. There were also excellent shellfish and meat / poultry choices on his extensive menu. Excellent bar with a great wine and cocktail selection. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting. Great ambience with marina views. Highly recommend Pelican Point as one of your finest dinner choices in PA!
Shari P — Google review
I only walked here using the public footpath (a bit overgrown in places) approaching from the west. There are signs stating this is private but apparently this only applies to the furniture. Beautiful spot. I walked on the big rocks all the way to the point. Not much to do here if you're not staying as a guest but the beach is beautiful and well maintained.
Blaise V — Google review
Great place. Very cozy and classy at the same time. Beautiful music. Exceptional service and food. Very nice owner and overall experience. Wide selection of daily catch and raw seafood.
Lena K — Google review
Tourist trap. Expensive menu for what they offered. Owner/Manager/head waiter is a charlatan.Took about an hour for the food to arrive. One party member asked for their lobster to not be spicy, came out as the spiciest thing on the table. Others asked for fish and it was overcooked and inedible. Ordered a dirty Martini and somehow came out with chili in the brine undrinkable. Don’t come here it’s not worth it like most places in this place.

Paparazzi is a hidden gem known for its great food made with the best ingredients. The Mahi Mahi and Tagliolini Frutti Di Mare are highly recommended, especially for seafood lovers. While the service can be slow at times, it's worth the trip to experience the Italian Grill Master's expertise. The restaurant offers a wide menu, professional staff, and an amazing vibe.
What an amazing place!! Service was amazing, food was great, atmosphere was just bliss!! We tried the guacamole, carbonara, pesto chicken pizza, and margaritas! Pizza reminded me of a thin new York style pizza perfectly cooked and ingredients paired well together. The sun dried tomatoes are the cherry on top! The guacamole is served fresh with chips, and plated well. The carbonara is fished table side in a large wheel of parm. If you are in the area you must try!!!!

I work near by so its an excellent place to enjoy a meal well served and most important very good, staff is friendly and very polite. I'll keep coming back for sure
Samuel A — Google review
Two weeks in a row we have received cold, dry, and stiff pizza. They are saving money by putting much fewer tomato sauce, and toppings. They have substituted a cheaper tasteless Italian sausage that is so inferior to the original they used. It has taken over 45 minutes to deliver to our building which is just a few blocks from the restaurant. Twice in two weeks, despite the waiter who took our order assuring me they were very familiar with our location. Prices keep going up, and the quality and quantity are going way down. Couple that with long delivery times, so your pizza arrives cold, stiff, and dry, great recipe for loosing long time, loyal customers.

Dos Chíles is a fantastic spot with delicious food and an amazing view. The friendly staff, including the experienced couple who recommended it, make the dining experience even better. It's a great place for families as kids can enjoy watching dolphins while waiting for their meal. With reasonable prices and excellent service from servers like George, Dos Chíles has become a go-to lunch spot for many visitors over the years.
There’s a great restaurant in Puerto Aventuras called Dos Chiles. The shrimp tacos were outstanding as were the coconut shrimp. Great friendly service and reasonable prices. Go there with a big appetite
Bob C — Google review
A good Mexican restaurant that's a step up from the local hotel options. Came here for lunch and it was quiet. Seated with a wonderful view of the dolphin park. Service was polite but basic. We had a very tasty lime soup with a tasting platter which tasted good. It was a good lunch and was worth a trip to try something different to the all-inclusive options. It was cash only.
Julian J — Google review
Located in the bustling Marina Commerciale restaurant district which surrounds the Dolphin Discovery Riviera Maya enclosure, Dos Chiles offers up a range of authentic regionally inspired dishes, beverages and appetizers that were quite good, but frankly seem a little overpriced, a little under-portioned and not quite as flavourful as we’ve experienced elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, the food is really good. But a little lacklustre, under-seasoned sometimes, over-seasoned others. Our larger group of 10 was seated quite easily as the restaurant was not very busy, though at prime time or during a busier season it may be wise to call ahead and book a reservation. The pancho villa combo was a great platter, with quite the variety of options for sharing. The service was friendly and informative, but our order took over forty minutes to be prepared. Perhaps it was the time of day (lunch), the large group, or a staffing issue. Dow Chiles’ location is pretty spectacular and quite convenient, being located just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach of the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club. There may, however, be other options that would fill the craving for authentic Mexican cuisine a little more fully, with a little more speed.
Marko S — Google review
Even though this is the oldest restaurant in Puerto Aventuras, I cannot in good conscience give more than 2 stars. The server was very nice... and that's about it. The guacamole was more than ordinary. I am pretty sure it was NOT made fresh. It looks like it was bought already made. The jalapeno poppers were frozen food. The beef fajitas were not great. The meat was very chewy. We ended up barely eating and just wanted to leave. I always Google and check reviews before going to restaurants and if you look at my other reviews... We usually do very well and leave good reviews. This time, I just can't. This was a TOTAL BUST for us.
Luc M — Google review
Absolutely must go if you are in Puerto Aventuras! Best food we’ve had in Mexico 🇲🇽 service was good and staff were very friendly. Try the electric lemonade it’s amazing!

Although our family did not dine here, we came here for some refreshing drinks on an exceptionally hot day. We had a selection of wines and sangria. I would highly recommend the sangrias at this location to sit down and relax out of the sun. Diners/drinkers can sit down and enjoy the dolphin shows hosted by Dolphin Discovery in the water right next to the restaurant.

We loved this bar. The owner is super chill and even gets up and plays the guitar and sings with other Locals. Our waiters where super attentive and my husband wants to Move here now. If you are in the area this will end up Being your go to place. Super friendly people here and dogs are welcome.

Local hangout closer to east end. Really a fun vibe and great to watch some sports or listen to music. Staff are super friendly and attentive. 5pm to 7pm was happy hour. Tasty food highly recommended.
Gareth W — Google review
Hubby and I couldn’t help bringing our family here to let them have the full nauti experience. It felt a bit like Cheers but if relocated to a nice beach area. In no time there is no doubt that everyone will know your name and the staff will know what your usual is. We spent part of our honeymoon in Puerto Adventuras so the area has special memories for us. We spent many a happy hour at Nauti Burro and the fact that it stays the same makes it even more special. It’s a place that you can count on. A place where you can make some friends. A place where you have to bring your family so they can see what it is all about. The food is tasty and hits the spot and the drinks are all superb. The cappuccino is as good as any Italian place can make and the smoothies are a personal favourite of mine. Hubby couldn’t resist ordering the martini he remembered so well and I got two of the olives 🫒 , still leaving him with several to enjoy with his drink I challenge you to only come here once during your stay🤔.

Fun place for margaritas and tequila shots. Bartenders are fun and friendly. Burritos are excellent. If you're at around 3pm you can watch the dolphin feeding. Must got bar

A cool open air eatery/bar right in the center of the area. Drinks are ok especially at Happy Hour. Prawn Service is recommended; nachos are good too. Live bands most days/evenings. Basically a hangout for Canadian and American expats. Directly on the Dolphin show. Prices ok for the area.

Great live music with incredible atmosphere. We skipped dinner, but had Malbec and a latte. We have tried several bakeries, coffee shops, etc in Puerto Aventuras for lattes, and this was #1 by far. It was a little difficult to get service, but it was a busy night. Update, returned for another latte, which was made completely differently and not very good. They were kind enough to remake it for us free of charge. I am told the lattes are coffee and milk while cappuccinos are espresso and milk. We wanted espresso and switched to cappuccinos, which were better but still not spectacular.

Sammy is an excellent server! Good vibe in here and beautiful view.

This place had good food but has much more of a party vibe than many of the nearby restaurants. My wife thought her fish tacos were okay. My barbecued Mayan Wings were excellent but I was a bit surprised how small each individual wing was. Both our drinks tasted fine but seemed a bit watered down. The clientele at lunch on a weekday seemed to include some familiar local alcoholics. Prices were good and service was adequate.

Italian Bakery & Dely

Pizza restaurant
Italian Bakery & Deli in PA is a must-visit bakery with a limited but delicious assortment of pastries. The peach & chocolate variety is particularly impressive, boasting a perfect texture, flavor, and fluffiness. They also serve a strong Americano coffee that can be enhanced with some added milk. Luca, the owner, creates a welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere and even offers steamed milk to enhance the experience. This bakery comes highly recommended as the best place to eat in all of PA.
Amazing experience!!! Went for breakfast every day of our stay! Everything is freshly baked and the flavours are perfectly balanced! Great service! Portions were quite large, so we were able to order different items and share Todo estuvo delicioso! Muchas gracias!

Such a great place to have in México. As an European sometimes you start missing a good Italian coffee or Italian food, this place is exactly the place you need to go to if so. Great quality with great service. A slice of Italy in Mexico.

A local told me this was the best coffee in Puerto Adventuras and I’ve been going back ever since. The croissants are muy deliciouso too, all their different variety’s are a must try or pick up some of their freshly baked bread Edit because it doesn’t seem to let me add another review. A couple days later on Saturday morning I decided to bring my laptop with me to get some work done and try their breakfast menu. I had the chorizo and queso scramble and holy hell was that one of the most deliciouso things to have entered my mouth in awhile.

We’ve been coming here for years. Luca is the kindest loveliest human and makes my day every time we see him in the morning. The service from the rest of the staff is always super friendly and greet us with a smile. Authentic Italian baked goods from croissants to delicious sourdough, coffee is delicious. Nowhere else in Puerto does as good as here. Grazie mille

Absolutely loved this little Italian deli! The hospitality was warm and genuine—felt like family the moment I walked in. Their food is fresh, flavorful, and priced just right. There's not a chance you want to miss out on this spot. The Caprese sandwich was to die for—rich, balanced, and made with love. A true gem!

Visited this bakery for the first time on a Friday morning. There was not a huge selection of pastries but the ones they had remaining were fantastic. We had the peach & chocolate variety. The texture, flavor, and fluffy-ness were perfect. We also ordered a strong Americano (is there any other version?) and luckily my heart was strong enough but my palette needed some added milk. Luca has a very welcoming and enthusiastic spirit and graciously offered me some steamed milk. Moses definitely recommends the Italian Bakery & Deli in P.A.

I eat/work at Italian Bakery at least a couple of times a week when I am in Puerto Aventuras. Luca, the owner, is delightful and loves what he does, including chatting with the customers. The omelettes are huge, the breads are delicious (I especially love the croissants and focaccia!), and in my opinion they have the best coffee in Puerto.

Cancun International Airport

International airport
Airport
Cancún International Airport is one of the busiest in Mexico, offering a seamless travel experience with its relatively compact layout and well-marked signs. It provides essential facilities without overwhelming travelers with an excessive expanse. The airport is conveniently located close to Cancun's Hotel Zone and offers amenities such as a video arcade and beauty parlor.
Cancun International Airport truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. One of the standout features is the **great mix of shopping options** throughout the terminals. Whether you're looking for high-end brands, local souvenirs, or travel essentials, there's something for everyone. I especially appreciated the variety—it made the wait for my flight fly by! What impressed me even more was the **exceptional customer service**. Every employee I interacted with, from security to store clerks to airline staff, was professional, friendly, and helpful. You can really tell they care about providing a great experience for travelers. It's rare to feel that kind of warmth and attention in such a busy international airport. Overall, Cancun Airport offers a perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and quality service. I’ll definitely look forward to flying through here again!

When we arrived in Cancun and we were leaving the airport I did not get good vibes. The place smelled and the bathrooms were disgusting. It felt very dirty and understaffed. But when we arrived back to leave Cancun and went through security the airport was really nice. Very clean and lots of food options. Food was very expensive and so were the souvenirs. Felt like a completely different airport from when we first arrived.

It's a very nice and clean Airport, which is great but....2 big things..... 1. ⚠️ beware of the PRICES Use AI to look up conversion rate, (even though I uploaded photo for today) We're used to high prices in USA, but their prices here are about 2 to 3 times as expensive as American airports. We found this out the hard way, thinking it would be comparable, or less than USA , but nope, and they would not let us return anything, after we spent about $75 on like 5 chocolate bars(for gifts) a bottled water and a bag of pretzels 🙃🙃🙃 AND 2. No gate numbers on the flight monitors in the airport. So I asked a Southwest agent to confirm gate and she did. Then about 15 minutes before boarding, they changed gates, so we had go to other end of airport (it's a small airport, but still).

Mexican vacations are popular among world travelers and the most visited destination of all is Cancun and surrounding areas. Fortunately, if you travel to Cancun, you have something besides your resort to look forward to, and that is the Cancun International Airport. I first visited the Cancun airport more than twenty- five years ago and there wasn’t much to speak of at that time. The airport was sorely outdated, but much has changed since then, with major renovations taking place over the past several years with more on the way. Cancun International Airport is moderate in size and it has lots of options for food, drink, and souvenirs. The prices offered for tequila and other items are very good and much lower than you would pay in the United States or most other countries. If you love Mexican spirits, you will probably want to grab a bottle or two before you leave, just to take advantage of the deals. Personnel at Cancun International Airport are helpful, but there is one word of advice I need to offer. Once you arrive at the airport and make your way to the exit, don’t be surprised if someone immediately stops you and offers transportation services. Unless you’re really tired and want to get to your resort quickly, don’t accept the first offer you receive. For a better deal, try to bargain or walk over to one of the outdoor booths that offer transportation services and see if there is a better deal. There likely will be. With its four passenger terminals, good comfort, and close proximity to so many beautiful resorts, beaches, and archaeological ruins, Cancun International Airport is ready to accommodate you with your transportation needs. The tourism economy here is on the rise, and even more airport renovations are likely. Until then, relax and enjoy your stay in this enjoyable tourist region. You can feel confident that Cancun International Airport will help make your visit as trouble- free as possible.

Extremely easy to get through the first pass of customs (as another user noted, they do ask what your flight number is). Baggage took roughly 40 minutes from landing. Walking out from customs, there are a lot of people that will try to flag you down and say that they work for tourism to direct you the right way. It sounds great at first and they actually do have pictures of the shuttles you're looking for, but the advice is incredibly generic and inevitably will lead to an upsell on tours or excursions. So, just keep walking. Shuttle pickup is right outside. Also ignore all the guys offering taxis. I suggest pre-paying for a shuttle. We used USA Transfers to get to Akumal and it was about $200 round trip. The airport is definitely a place to sell things to tourists. Just keep going until you get to where you need to be. From a Departures perspective: I love that every kiosk can be used for any airline. The US should take notes. Unfortunately nothing like Pre-Check and you do have to remove all electronics from bags. Tons of duty-free shops but somehow none of them sell ANY Mexican teas? A little disappointing, I spent a solid hour looking and only found French teas. Overall, decent airport, feels a bit dated and VERY touristy.

For a popular and highly visited destination like Cancun, this airport and its infrastructure is a disgrace. Be aware there are no announcements at the departure, our gate was changed 30 mins before boarding and no information. This airport has no wi-fi, and the food is daylight robbery we paid USD 5 for a can of coke, USD 20 for a single topping pizza that fed 1 and USD6 for bottle of water.
Walter D — Google review
I get that’s it’s international travel and everyone wants to get to that vacation but a hour for bags is a little insane when there where only two planes on the ground at our arrival. However duty free always has the great deals if you are willing to look and pair the prices to what you are used too. Check it out

Free wifi but sometime slow or not working. Custom is fast on 9/27 only 5 mins. Security is also fats on 9/30. No need take off shoes or take out laptop which is good. Priority pass and amex plat has lounges here. Don't believe any rental car is attached to terminal all company need shuttle you to the store some near by only about 5 mins or you can walk about 10 mins under the sun.
