Villa Italia made the most beautiful confirmation cake for my daughter! It was decorated perfectly with autumn colors and a lovely gold cross. The cake itself was a moist yellow cake filled with fresh strawberries and vanilla custard, topped with light buttercream frosting — absolutely delicious! Our wedding was on Friday October 24th 2025. We ordered the Chloe Design and got 4 tiers to serve about 160 people. We chose vanilla cake with cannoli filling. We had it decorated with fresh flowers and delivered. The cake was absolutely delicious and a huge hit. Everyone loved it and asked where it was from! Villa Italia is affordable compared to other cake shops in the area. My only tip is if you want to save the top tier for the bride and groom to bring home I suggest getting one more tier! The cake was delicious! I highly recommend them!

Cake decorating beautiful, taste was just OK. Not a scratch cake, seemed like a mix. Would not add raisins to carrot cake when asked to, which was odd but understandable when commercially made. Certainly not worth $50. Parking is not easy, plan on walking a bit, especially if it was a Saturday or Sunday (like for me picking up on a Proctor's day). You have to take a number even when picking up and wait in line with people selecting their items, should have a pickup section for people who have ordered ahead (just a thought). Next year's b-day cake will be from Civitello's. Thought I would try Villa Italia but was disappointed. Just OK, but not worth the $. Staff was pleasant when I picked up cake which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2.

Wish i could rate even higher. Ive walked in at 8:00 was greeted by a very friendly front counter worker, saw many staff cleaning, working hard or just being friendly with each other. The manager is funny and seems to be very passionate about team leadership, the gentleman who made my cookie dough coffees absolutely nailed the presentation! I don't know the correct term these days but the he/she manager is the rudest ever. If HE/ she don't like dealing with the public I guess HE/she shouldn't be in customer service. He/she is never polite no matter the time of day and is very hard of hearing because you need to repeat your order 5-6 times if he/she is taking it. So I came to this Dunkin a few days ago and online it said it was open but then when I went to the door it was closed I felt really werided out by that because the girls never even came to at least open the door for me or let me know it was only drive throughs it was my very first time at this Dunkin . I feel like it was totally wrong someone who worked there could have let me know they definitely side eyed me as I was looking through the window . It was the afternoon so I know it was open. For the most part this Dunkin Donuts is fantastic with very few errors in orders makes this a prime dine. Don't come on a Saturday or you will be waiting a while. Update 2021 continues to be slammed with lines into the St, Also This dunkin' donuts along with others show that they're open online even though they're closed, losing money, garbage all over people hanging out in the parking lots. If anybody wants something from dunkin' donuts they'd better frequent the lower Broadway and Congress st one which is open way later than the other ones at 7:00pm and they're closed losing big money. July 2022 Sundays and Mondays appear to be packed as Saturday May 4th 2024 drive thru out in street and yet the full on crew at this location banged it out quick time!

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts. They always take good care of myself and my order. They have excellent deals on mobile orders. They provide fast service, even though they are always busy. The products are good and they have an excellent variety of options. I get ice for my water and it lasts a long time. The coffee is great it helps me start my day. The workers are phenomenal and always cheer me up when I encounter them. They do a good job of keeping the orders straight under a great amount of activity and stress and still bring a smile. I asked for an everything bagel not toasted with extra veggie cream cheese. I asked for not toasted, bc I wouldn’t be able to eat it right away. I was willing to let go that I didn’t get the extra cream cheese that I paid for. But when I went to eat my bagel, it was burnt and I couldn’t toast it further to warm it up. Avoid at all cost. The male working is toxic. I've sat here for 30 minutes drinkin my coffee and scrolling and this guy doesnt shut up. Hes cursing behind the counter, mocking customers orders, and abusing whatever employee discounts they get. He left the one girl to deal with drive thru and lobby for about 15 minutes while he dissappeared. If you are going to the restaurant in person to get your food there is little to no problem. Ordering the food offline or on a delivery app is awful. They never have the order right. You can’t call to speak to anyone. I am always having a issue ordering my food with them. Today I found on a piece of bacon I nearly ate!! The staff was not friendly; they didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes, and one rep came over the counter with a straight face and no greeting and took my order. What used to be in this company's name but they have none to sell that anyone wants? Doughnuts that's what. Store doesn't close for 3 hours but they only have the specialty doughnuts no one wants for sell. Do not waste your time coming to this location if you want any regular menu doughnut. When I arrived at six thirty p m, there was no donuts at all out all of the drinks were on the counter in little pictures where bugs and other debris could get into when asking. A Dunkin' Dozen.
Came in to pickup a dozen doughnuts for the weekend, and found out they were running a buy one get one free campaign at this location for some reason. I won't look a gift dough in the hole though, so I ended up only needing to buy 6 to get 6 free.
Got a pretty good spread, from French Crullers, to Vanilla Cream filled, Apples & Spice, Blueberry Glazed, regular White and Pink Frosted, Strawberry Glazed, and the basic Jelly filled. Only coming to a little under $9.00, which was a steal. What a day to visit!
Usually I'm pretty mediocre on the doughnuts from Dunkin', no longer being a champions of doughnut holes I once knew them to be as a child. Must have been some recipe changes over time to conform to the "healthy" society, darn shame.
That said, these were pretty good. Though the French Cruller still remains my #1 pick, such a simple creation and yet it really feels like it has a more unique taste than a normal glazed.
Staff working here are pretty friendly and fast as well.
Overall, a good time to be craving Dunkin'.

It’s a “careful what day you come in” type of Dunkin. Today, we went in through the drive through, ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, burnt all to hell once we had it. We went through to get another and the attitude was kinda insane, understandably we were upset but none of us had a tone like her. The work ethic of this establishment has hit an all-time low. When you have 3 people handling your order and they can't give you the correct change, get a single donut order correct, or get you on your way through the drive-thru in less than 15 minutes maybe it's time to start putting the vapes and air pods and phones away again. Extremely disappointed with this store… half the time I order from them, including this morning, they can’t follow a simple order from the app submitted. Normally I would chalk it up to an error on the computer’s part, but you can clearly see on the receipt attached to the bag that we wanted sausage on our sandwiches, and was given bacon. This place is busy! Heavy traffic flow. Surprised how they only have a couple of workers at a time. But these workers work hard! Regina is very friendly and warming. A major asset to this Dunkin Donuts. More places need a Regina working there! Very friendly and the place is very clean!
