First off the location it is in is absolutely amazing. Extremely close to the beach, and to the town so you can get to both in extremely short periods of time! When we complained we were given another room. It was much better. But badly furnished, the TV was not working we complained one bro came and tried something nothing worked.the fans were dusty, it sprayed the dust on it all over place. We called the staff they came a cleaned AC. Did not find the doors safe. Had to push hard to closed the door. They only had a small padlock, the ones used for locking luggage. There is no kitchen. Very safe particularly for women - sharmila (our host) was super helpful in helping us plan our itinerary, arrange transport at a fair rate and making sure that all our needs were taken care of. 2. The location is extremely convenient - you are literally a 2 minute walk from the main promenade and most cafes are in a 10 min walking distance. 3. The rooms are well maintained, clean and stocked with all essentials. 4. As someone who doesn’t speak Tamil, there were no language issues which was very helpful. 5. Most importantly, everyone at the property was kind and genuine- as four women travellers we felt very taken care of without feeling like our space was invaded or disrespected.
