This was our first time staying at South Shire. Love the transformation of the garage, it’s perfect for a distillery/restaurant. We sat at the bar on a Friday night after a stop on our roadtrip to Maine. The ladies at the bar were so warm and welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the spirits at the distillery, and their craft cocktails. The fried pickled ocra was absolute perfection and my southern-raised husband said the brisket sandwich was fantastic. A special shoutout to McKenna (sp?) who went the extra mile.
