She was slightly less than informed in a few points. Perhaps fault lies on disorganized management. As a "craft house" our lovely waitress was not equipped with an adequate beer menu. Craft beers are complicated and customers rely on a well defined beer menu in order to try something new or find something of their liking. I hope these suggestions don't go disregarded.
