The buns are really like mini-tacos and the shell is this soft, white, dough, very similar to what you'd get in a Chinese dim-sum bun. So it's a puffy, spongy thing that they curl and put the filling in. These were very tasty. I'd recommend getting at least one per person. They have different flavors, but were told the jerk chicken were best and they did not disappoint. We then dug into the duff.
