My sheets weren't change out for over 3 weeks despite asking multiple times to have a fresh set. The front desk gave the sheets bundle to change myself which I was okay with at that point. Each time my room was serviced, I received half the supplies, nothing cleaned (dirty and moldy bathroom), or things cleaned halfway, gym isnt wiped down either. While staying there the maintenance people removed the card reader from one of the other entrances preventing reentry at the stairs.
