The issue began when our toddler got excited and let out a quick scream, as toddlers sometimes do. Almost instantly a staff member came upstairs and told us that customers downstairs had complained about being noisy. We found this hard to believe as it happened within seconds, far too soon for anyone to have reported it and for the staff to come up. Given that the downstairs music was louder and people were talking over dinner, it did not feel like a realistic concern. This left us feeling that our celebration had been spoiled unnecessarily. Afterward another staff member stood nearby and kept looking at us, which felt uncomfortable. When we made eye contact the staff asked if everything was okay, we said yes and staff went downstairs. Food is really delicious you just have to try it, the decor and general atmosphere of the place are really unique.
