Staff were upbeat and lovely. One thing to note, the food was a bit slow to come out but worth the wait for how good it tasted.
Small and imitate dining inside. We shared a table with another couple. But we didnt mind, It was nice to get to know them.

Got here when it opened at 10 on a Sunday. Were told it was gonna be a 10minute wait but we didnt even wait that long. Service was excellent, the lovely lady at the counter was so kind. We waited over 10 minutes at the counter without being served, so we placed an order online instead. Even then, it took an additional 20 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally came, the chicken was burnt black yet still cold, the chips were undercooked, and the bags and burger buns were covered in grease—likely from the cooks' overused gloves.
When I tried to provide feedback, pointing out the oil stains and suggesting they change their gloves more frequently, I was basically laughed at. It’s frustrating because Oporto can be amazing when prepared properly, but this experience was far from it.

When I was living in Nz and the first Oporto open over there, we were all pretty impressed, but over the past 3 months, moving back to australia and experiencing Oporto in the country it was spawned in,,,

Really busy friday dinner and the three guys on did a smashing job under the pressure. The manager was very honest with the waits, made sure we got everything, and seems like a solid leader, and even though we had to wait a decent bit the food came out really great, definitely worth it.

Ok so this place is Thailand in Australia…..the staff are super friendly and smiling all the time…they brought us prawn crackers with an amazing peanut sauce complimentary as soon as we sat down. We ordered the chicken satay skewers fur entree which were so delicious….then we both ordered the Pad See Ew..1 chicken & 1 beef and we both closed our eyes as we were eating and said we are literally on the beach in Thailand right now….delicious food which could not be faulted. Even their plates were plastic like how you get them in Thailand.

I drove to the Burleigh Heads McDonald's before work to grab a coffee, but had a very frustrating experience. First, the drive-thru was closed because the bin truck was emptying the rubbish. The tables were very dirty both inside the store and especially in the playground area, making it hard to feel comfortable finding somewhere for the family to eat. Have you ever been to the horse races? How about the dog races? This Maccas had the unmistakable smell of either or both of these venues. 1st problem, 3 people working behind the counter, only 2 people waiting for food, it took no kidding around 8 minutes before l even got an acknowledgment from the young blonde girl after the guy printed her. Ok, l love with that.

Easily the worst Guzman’s I’ve had.
Soggy rice, watery beans sitting in their own juices and completely flavourless brisket. Barely a spoonful of the “house blend salsa” on top.
Ordering was a mess. When we got to the payment window, the staff had no idea what we’d ordered. We had to reorder everything while one staff member argued with another about the computer system. Then we were asked multiple times if the payment had gone through.
For the price, this was a huge letdown. Zambrero is far better value for money, we’ll be going there from now on.

We chose to dine in rather than wait in the drive thru line.
When receiving my food my chips were missing and my burger had started to fall out of its wrapping.
A couple of honest errors considering the line for the drive thru wait was backed out in the street.
As I waited to let them know about the problems Henry stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help.
